This is a new question that I have been receiving for the last few days. And really I would be asking too, because I don’t see this type of process much. It is basically something new for us and it appears to be working well. The idea of requesting a call back through our request a call back form came to me in my endless researching for the best customer experience. Once I lunched the process. It has really shown me that it is a great way to be prepared to speak to new potential clients. So what are the top three reasons for the new process at Allshouse Designs?
- It gives us the ability to collect the necessary information about our clients before we call them. A plus in my book!
- We call our customers when they would like to be talked to. This add respect and that is something that I value.
- The last reason is that we can keep track with our customers better. We never miss a scheduled call back and that is how I like it.
So there is the answer to the question that so many of you have been asking. I have to thank everyone that was interested in my new process. Like i mentioned, it is working well and I will continue to run with it until it no longer serves it’s purpose.
