Why Request a Call Back?

This is a new question that I have been receiving for the last few days. And really I would be asking too, because I don’t see this type of process much. It is basically something new for us and it appears to be working well. The idea of requesting a call back through our request a call back form came to me in my endless researching for the best customer experience. Once I lunched the process. It has really shown me that it is a great way to be prepared to speak to new potential clients. So what are the top three reasons for the new process at Allshouse Designs?

  1. It gives us the ability to collect the necessary information about our clients before we call them. A plus in my book!
  2. We call our customers when they would like to be talked to. This add respect and that is something that I value.
  3. The last reason is that we can keep track with our customers better. We never miss a scheduled call back and that is how I like it.

So there is the answer to the question that so many of you have been asking. I have to thank everyone that was interested in my new process. Like i mentioned, it is working well and I will continue to run with it until it no longer serves it’s purpose.

I also want to thank all of my past clients. Its a new year and I am excited for what 2017 will bring.
