Your thumbs up, I take my time out to share things with yard that I feel is important. Like I tell you, I will be doing so much stuff on YouTube, but as a mom as a you know, a person who loves to be frugal and try to save my coins and figure out ways to still enjoy life, but not overdo it and don’t have To overdo it or whatever the case may be, I try to share as much as I can and when I share something with you or not find something new about it or find out.

Something is wrong with it or whatever the case may be. I come back and tell you that a lot of times people share stuff and then they just leave it like that. They don’t tell you the ins and outs, the badge, the goods and stuff that may happen behind the scenes that you know cuz we’re not. On 24/7, they may not tell you, oh you know this happened to us or oh did you know this. This didn’t work out or you know, after a while.

That’s why I’m always updating and throwing information and about things that I know that I still get emails about that. I still get comments on as far as on DIYs, and you know my my reusable sanitary napkins that we use all of us are now using we’ve been using them for over a year now, and they have been awesome, and I shared that so just things like That I definitely want to share and if I tell you guys, oh I got something, I’m all excited about it and then some happens where it’s not exciting anymore or a broke down or not working like it was intended to I’m going to share that um.

So yeah I’m waiting for more people to get in and I wan na tell you about what happened to us um the other day, and I’m telling you this because I’m pretty sure you guys are going to say hello Wendy, I love Shanta. I’m pretty sure you guys, if you have the fire speak, will probably encounter this or probably have encountered this and didn’t know it was real or didn’t know, probably thought it was a fluke or probably thought it was something that just happens to pass by a computer Or passed by TV, depending on what kind of setup you got in your home hours passed by our TV, which the guy was like wow he’s never heard of it coming on somebody’s TV, so yeah.

I want to share that with you guys, but I’m waiting for more people to get in. I don’t intend to be on here long um yeah. I got ta get back to someone like some actually some new clients, that’s three new clients. That’s called me about here. So I have to get back to them and takes them and try to set them some appointments. Hello, Love Wins. How are you, how are you I just love? My skin feels so? Oh, my gosh, my products are the bomb.

I’m sorry my skin. Just I just be loving the rub on me and my kids and us just our skin, just a soul, just my baby skin and I’m not just saying that, like anybody touches, my skin is like. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh. Yes, so guys um. It says that it’s ten people in here I see ten people, it’s crazy because it went from zero to ten, which is weird, but I can see y’all talkin to me um. So please thumbs up the article.

I take my time out like come on. Now we are human, I’m a whole wife, a whole mother, and I have things that I’m doing, but I took my time out to come and share information with y’all that will save your money or save y’all frustration or save y’all are having issues with certain things. So please take the time to thumbs up the article so guys, I’m coming to y’all hello, hello, um D G, shy down in the house lights on in the house, girl um.

I thank you so much for being here, love Wednesday G Shanta and a windy, and whoever else is in here that I missed. I don’t intend to, I think, y’all for being here cuz, I’m going to share a lot of things, even if it doesn’t apply to me or I can’t use it. I like to share the information because I’m pretty sure sewing in my community or someone I know – may need this information and you may know someone is information.

Everybody needs internet right now right, I don’t care. If you don’t have cable, everybody needs internet right. So I’m going to share some things with y’all and also um, something that has nothing to do with internet to that. You probably know that you can get for the Lolo and not pay regular price, so alright, so firestick. What happened um was about what was about a couple days ago: um nyah screen.

She has a smart TV and across her screen it was a big copyright thing pop up, and it says third, copyright violation alert from spectrum. That’s what it says, and so I my work so I’m thinking I’m like there is a download something and didn’t tell me because usually she shows she always come to me and say: hey mommy. Look at this. Can I download this, but that was the first thing, because I’m thinking shitty youngest automatically thinking in my brain, she downloaded something.

I went all over the place. I went to Google. I went in different places trying to find out what is this third: copyright violation alert from spectrum? Third, I don’t remember the first or the second hello, Gladys, hello, Deborah everybody. I was having a good evening from beautiful, Las Vegas, hello, hello, okay, so um. I immediately start googling to find out because a lot of times when you get alerts on your phone or you get alerts on certain things, you can literally um put it in on YouTube.

Google and different things and it’ll form a pop up or something to pop up where people have had that alert and they’ll start talking about it. Well, the floor of my phone was a spectrum for them, and then I found another one from the old Time Warner. Cable cuz, you know this time we’re a cable before it became spectrum, and I did not see anybody with no resolutions, so I’m like okay, I must do a article because I am frugal.

We’ve been without cable for years, and we are have firestick for about three years now, but all of us just now got him about a year ago, like in every room I put on by the year ago, um. So with that being said before that we had the Roku box, the Comcast, the chromecast, the Google box, we have all different things to supplement our cable and not have that cable. We always paid for don’t we always pay for internet, which is not bad right.

So um I also oh just so you know. If you have t-mobile, you can get Netflix for free with certain certain phone plans so check that out, because, if you’re paying for it on an Internet, not not internet Netflix, you maybe get able to get it for free with a certain plan. You have some just call team over and check it out to make sure that you’re not on you paying $ 15.99 cuz. You know that anyone of say friends is you paying $ 15.

99, but the plan difference on for you to get the free Netflix is only like a five dollar difference or you may not have to do nothing. Yes, Sprint does give who them for free. So she just said: DG just also told you I was about to say that Sprint, if you have Sprint, they get Hulu for free as well. Okay, so those are ways to say – and I also wanted to talk about amazon.Com. If you have a Medicaid card, the Medicaid card could just be for Medicaid or some places.

I know they have Medicaid in the snaps unconnected the food stamps connected. So if you have those cards, do you know your Amazon Prime is only five dollars and some change. So it don’t have it don’t matter, you can just have Medicaid, you could just have food stamps or either one long as you have a benefit card. You can get Amazon, Prime for $ 5.99. Most people pay um. What is it $ 10 or 15 or 10, or something like that $ 9.

99? Whatever the case may be, you can get it for five, nine, four, ninety, nine five, nine nine, something like that is way cheaper. Nothing is different. You still can get the movies Amazon movies, the free shipping, everything that the regular Amazon Prime gets. You can get that. So if you have a benefit card, you need to go and save your coins. Okay, so that’s one thing so back to our 179. What’s 179? What’s 117 Isis? Okay, so back to the copyright thing, here’s what they’re doing I mean I got my notes.

Cuz! I know I got ta have notes cuz. I don’t want to forget to tell you important stuff. So what happens? Is you get fire? Stick with the fire stick: there are multiple apps that you get in a hundred and seventy nine dollars for what for the year whoa. So that’s a good statement. Cuz you paying $ 6, but it’s $ 5.99 or $ 4.99 a year. That is a good save runs to get Amazon, Prime, if you have a Medicaid card benefit card, full stamp card or whatever you can get crying for $ 5.

99. So, oh, that’s too much, oh, okay! So the firestick copyright thing I know all the stuff. I read. I’m like, oh, my gosh. What happened is this somebody trying to tap into our wet Internet? That was like change your password. This is what all these people were saying. They’re, just throwing things in the air and people are trying to figure it out themselves, but nobody went to really find out what was really going on.

So I caught myself and the guy said yes um now, when you have spectrum or time 1 or whatever it is in your area, and I think it’s Finity does this to you get an email. Most people don’t use that email. I don’t use the email. So those alerts – remember, I said it says um third alert or violation a third copyright on notice. I don’t recall ever getting one and two. So when I talked to him he was like yeah.

They um went to the Time Warner account that you created. I said uh, okay, um yeah, I don’t like it most. People don’t use it. I said I don’t he was like year, so we send them to there. He was like you can either update your email or just start keeping the eye on it. I said well, what does this mean he said hold on, so he goes in and he comes back. He said, Oh on this day you read this movie on this day.

You read this movie on this day. You read this movie on this day. You read this movie, no see not saying you were sown in the house from that internet from your IP address. Read this movie and he was like these are copyrighted movies movies that are still in the movie. Theaters or movies that are um haven’t been released in some formal way to the public or something he was saying. I didn’t get all adjust, but I’m giving y’all enough to understand what I’m saying so, I’m like wow.

Not only did he tell you the movies, but he told you what apps they came from right. So I told my husband I was like babe, I don’t like I’m. I don’t know you know, I’m dumb, I don’t know what he’s talking about. I’m not going to admit tonight. I don’t know what the heck is going on. I I don’t know, sir. I don’t know. Maybe I don’t know you know he’s like you think someone got your in it. I don’t know.

Maybe so what they’re doing is you got ta be careful um? What do you think this is from firestick that happened, you’re looking and reading the free movies yeah? I was getting ready to there, it is but here’s the thing: it’s, okay, that’s why I’m letting y’all know this. It’s okay! You just have to now. This is what I asked them. I said: well, what does this mean? What does this mean? This is I’m going to am I going to lose my internet because it says um, somebody said something about their internet was terminated and they couldn’t get internet no more.

I was like wow, so I was talking to my sister about it and that’s when my sister also told me that AT & T this is where my sister told me. These two things that I want to share chopped AT & T has a program for low-income and and if your kids get free lunch or either if you get food stamps and it’s only $ 10 a month for Internet, but you can’t get cable it’s only if You want internet, but I wouldn’t want cable.

So if you don’t want cable, then you should be fine um. She was like um, it’s $ 10 a month only if you want Internet and it’s a fast speed, but as I was looking at that they said um Time Warner has one for low-income families and if you have low income, there’s it’s faster than AT & T. Three times faster than 18, but it’s $ 14.99 and it’s $ 14.99, but an extra $ 4.99. If you want Wi-Fi so 20 bucks for really fast internet.

So that’s something I want to throw out there to you. If you have low income or if you get free, your kids get free lunch and if you get snacks, it’s one of those three on any one of those three. I believe you can get it. So I wanted to share that with y’all, because you just never know who may need that um. So that’s one thing and then so when I ask the guy says so what does this mean he said? Well, we send notices to you every time it happens.

Just trying to be just be cautious of the what the apps so they’ll tell you what X, because some apps are not protected, some apps meaning open. So it was only one, thank God. It was only one in my husband knew, which one it was, and he said yeah that was a kind of iffy one and between us you know them say it was a kind of iffy one and he did read a couple times, but he own use it. Like that, so they will tell you the ABS just stay away from those ABS.

Do you get what I’m saying and I said so then what I said what if it happens again, he said well, it has to happen like tons of times, and I said then what he said. Then your then your account goes down a termination route. I said tons and then goes down, not is terminated so to me. I’m just left to believe that that’s a scare because, for somebody used the word ton, that’s ridiculous. That is so so so broad that means ton to me could be a thousand turn to you.

Could be a million you get what I’m saying so to give the word ton as the the number you know amount. So that’s something y’all need to know. They will let you know when you contact them. You don’t know, nothing, don’t agree, nothing. I don’t know nothing. I don’t know so boom definitely go to UM, call them and then they’ll, let you know Xfinity and them and let you know what apps and where it came from what day and all that and just stay away from those apps.

That’s what I said just stay away from those apps and get apps that are more protected, and we know that there are a lot that are protected because we read movies all the time and only like those two to specific apps that he just tried recently was Ones that popped up – and there are lots of people online, I’m looking at a forum right now where people are like hey, you know, turn off the cloud and your devices like people are stalking, because this one person said I received the first notice on august 11.

It started off with account number dear Internet. Customer has been a brought to my attention that your internet services recently used to improperly copy or share copyrighted content such as music movies articles and software’s, using peer-to-peer or torrent software they eat. The email stated that I take immediate action to stop this unauthorized activity and that’s what it said to us too. I asked around my family and made sure that no one was participating in any unauthorized.

Active activity then choose to not respond to the email thinking it stopped. However, on August 19 I unfortunately received the second copyright warning. This time it stated the file was apparently being shared, the name it says, Kendrick Lamar, bleep bleep, and this one is telling about articles. So this is something totally different, so it tells them – and she said this surprised me – I don’t listen to Kendrick Lamar – I use Spotify Premium for my music blah blah blah.

I wouldn’t have been sharing music at 3:39 a.M. So it could be that in her case on my tapped end, but the whole gist of this thing is that they are reading everything that’s being done even on a fire stick in there, only two internet provider. So you need to know that and if you do get that call them right away and they’ll, let you know when you just stay away from whatever they told you, you get what I’m saying and if you want to know some good ones I’ll.

You know email me and I’ll, let you know some good ones that my husband said that we are fine with nothing, never popped up and we’ve been reading them for over here and nothing never came up mind you. We only on the third notice and we’ve been we’ve had them all through the house over a year, but we had the fire stick. No, it ain’t been three years, because that’s how long I’ve been here, we had the fire stick since we moved in here and that’ll be about two years so yeah and that’s the third notice within a certain amount of time.

So it mind you, the notices could be like you readed it in June. On the first, don’t let you know until July 15th, you got a notice from a movie. You want you get what I’m saying. So that’s something to know something else. I want to tell you something I want to tell somebody just said something about I’m cast on low-income or free lunch for internet for $ 9.99. A month we don’t have Comcast here we have spectrum and that’s it yeah, a TMT, Direct TV and all of no new internet, but we got spectrum AT & T.

So 80 is $ 10 bit $ 14.99 per spectrum, Wi-Fi extra $ 4.99 prime. I told you if you have a benefit card is $ 5.99 and you can’t have both. You just have to want the Internet and then oh, I don’t. I just wanted to throw this in there if you were having problems with a very dry skin and it’s not as hot outside I’m going to tell you a tip that someone told me some years ago when it gets hotter outside start taking cool showers.

So that way, your skin and when it’s really cold, it’s really hot and when it’s really cold then between time you can. You know stay with like a warmer wetter warmer shower, but try not to take hot showers, because hot showers basically dehydrate your skin and keep them drier. So we don’t take hot showers on. We try to take cool to warm shower, especially when it’s real hot and when it’s real cold, so that’s just a tip for you or for your babies.

If you dig, your babies have dry skin, even though they’re little sometimes they have real Giants dry skin because it’s inherited through somebody but try to keep your babies and yourself in cooler, water and not um, not hot hot water. If you use too hot hot water – and you know, I knew that and it’s so crazy, I will get off the shower block that still feel icky and want to have the arm asing on my other library, while you’re not taking the clue shot like, and that Was something I wanted to share with y’all but yeah? That’s what I wanted to come to you guys and tell you guys.

I think that is about it. I got my pulled pork in there with some sweet baby Ray’s and the crock pot. We’ve got the mix. Sandwiches and we need some chips, we’re not even doing tater tots cuz. I ain’t got time for that and probably sit down and uh after I respond to these people. Do some movies with Minds. Jenny was, you know if Cox has any specials on what fried steak? What is I don’t even know? What Cox is? I don’t even know what Cox is? Let me see, I got my computer packs, what I don’t, I’m just putting Cox another baby.

What’s it about Oh cable provider? Oh, is that in Atlanta um, usually the cable providers don’t have programs for fire sticks. This is not a program for fire sticks. This is a way to get around them. Trying to tell you you cannot do certain things on the fire stick and trying to threaten you, so you either feel like you got to get away from, get it get rid of your fire stick or buy cable. That’s what they’re trying to do! No, it’s not true, but I did hear that most cable companies do have some sort of program for, like I said, low income, or you know, families that are on some sort sort of assistance.

You may be able to get some type of help, so I would just look into it. If you are in you know, if you fit those criterias, I would look into that, but using these cable companies down, I want you to have fire stick. They want you to pay for cable and I don’t want it because I’ve been around so many people who got cable like if I go. Do they hear they’ve like it’s, so boring ain’t, not nine-year idvr.

What I want to read and half the time. I don’t even read it and I just I just don’t. I usually read a lot of stuff on YouTube. There is some good movies on YouTube: have y’all ever looked on YouTube and seen a lot of the armed black urban movies, just a lot of movies on there. It’s a lot of odd type of movies on YouTube, and I had no clue to this last year. There’s a lot of great movies on YouTube, so that’s something that you definitely want to look into having the internet will give you open range for a lot of stuff.

You don’t really have to buy that cable! That’s why we got rid of it years ago, but on with the fire stick, like I told you all of y’all new to this fire stick gives you everything that cable gives you a read on network. I read HDTV. I read the Food Network. I read a Lifetime movie network like regular lifetime. I read: I read Hallmark Channel, I read HBO one, two, three signature and family like a Showtime, everything is on the fire stick and I’ve showed you that before and literally cut the TV on and show they’re from BT all of those blogs you can get them On the fire, stick so long as you pay for Internet you’re, all good, so guys.

I hope you guys enjoyed this information share it with someone and see you know who you can help save some coins and not have to pay so much for their internet services. That will be a sub arm, so yeah check that out and see what you can get have a good even in YouTube Debra. Ladies all, you guys have a good evening. I didn’t want this to be too long just enough to give you the information I wanted to give you and guys.

I think that’s what I’m going to be doing until I kind of figure out in my brain. What I want to do, jumping on doing lies if I feel like editing some of the footage. I got like what I did in my front yard. I may throw that article out and random article. It was out between here and there, but um guys. Yall know sunday is my flush day and Monday is day one of the water fast. So if you are joining the water fast, I am flushing on the distant day coming up, I’m flushing with my mango seven day.

One will be Monday and I will be at least doing three days as my goal of a water flush to water fast, I’m flushing Sunday, but a water fast. So, as one should ask you guys all right, you guys awesome evening and I’m about to go, eat dinner and contact and good rec and yep more some movies or something yeah later Gators

How To Become An Influencer Upgrade 09

Just by posting pictures wearing free clothes. They have the power to command the opinions of a great audience to open up incredible opportunities. You hadn’t even dare dream of it’s all possible and in fact it’s very simple once you know how one easy way to remember. Just how simple this is is the grasp of the concept of the three C’s and that’s precisely what we’ll be discussing in this presentation here they are content.

If you want to build a following and become an influencer, then the number one thing you need to focus on is content. That means you need to create amazing blog posts, articles, podcasts, Instagram images or whatever else. The point is is that this is what people are going to follow you for, if you don’t have great content, then you’ll find that people don’t come back. How do you define great content simple? It must provide value to the viewer.

This can be value in the form of entertainment, information or motivation, but whatever the case, it must offer value. The next C for influencers to learn is community. Of course. This is referring to the community that you build around your brand and the people who follow your content. Creating a thriving community is one of the most powerful things you can do as an influencer. Not only does this give you the chance to speak directly with your followers, but it also gives them more reason to keep checking back and to stay engaged with your brand they’ve made friends and they’re taking part in discussions.

Communities are also what makeup brand feel more. Like a movement rather than just a cynical business, our final C is connection. This of course means connecting with other influencers and gaining the kind of prestige and influence that comes from that. Once you enter any new niche, you will find there is an established community of top creators, people who reside over that niche and who provide most of the content.

If you can ingratiate yourself with that crowd, then you will not only gain free exposure, but you’ll also gain the endorsement of people who your audience already trusts, and this can make a huge difference to your overall status and impact time to introduce yourself.

Google My Business Audit

You could just be spending money. You know without knowing what’s even happening. Yes, like you’re, just guessing yes, exactly. Okay, I’m going to share my screen here that we have as an example and and okay. So this is the yeah okay. This is the actual the local wizard on it. Okay, for the are you going to show the rank tracker report, or are you just going to go? This one was the one that I specifically wanted to talk about.

I can pull up the report if you’d like me to Ryan. No, no, no! I can only go ahead. I just didn’t know that we’re looking at the local wizard, okay got it yeah. So this one, you know they still tell you some top keywords that you want to rank for and it’ll show you where your ranking compared to your competition. Okay, so yeah! This is the local, the local wizard report. So this is okay. This is not the rain tracker report so yeah, but the the real problem that you’re solving with this is is not just you know like it.

Does you how your you know how you’re ranking but – and you know, but the other thing is that it shows you how you can. Actually, you know the actions that you can take. Specifically it really, if you don’t have a report like this, then you’re not going to know what to do in order to positively affect your your rankings. For these particular keywords, that’s the that’s the takeaway message. Yep, that’s the real problem that you’re going to be fixing with this type of a report.

Okay got it! So yes, because Google, my business insights can only go so far. It just talks about your business specifically and if you want to know how everyone else is doing or your competition is doing in order to stay ahead of that competition and be that go-to business in your niche, something like this is is valuable. Absolutely it’s a this. You know that, as opposed to the rank tracker report, which tells you you know how you’re ranking it gives you a over time, identification – and you know individual snapshot in on particular days, but it gives you an overtime view of love.

How you’re improving your rankings for a bit for up to 99 keywords? This report you know visit this is going to tell you very very precisely what to you know to your point. Yes, Google be Google. My business insights report doesn’t tell you Google’s not going to tell you hey you really, you know they give you some hint at what you can do, but it all really just stems from things that you can do and it really just like they really just identify Things that you can do with the Google my business listing itself, where this report is more all-inclusive.

It’s saying: okay, yeah, you can go and change your categories on your Google, my business page and that’s good and you can add photos to your Google, my business page, which you know this is that’s some of the suggestions that it’s going to give here, but also It’s looking at other things, external factors like you know, your the the other directories that you’ve claimed or having claimed that are for your particular niche, the the linking domains, in other words, how many other domains that are out there or actually you know how many other Websites or domains are linking back to your website.

The overall, majestic C flow, which you know that that encompasses a bunch of other parameters, and you can see it’s the link related score provided by Majestics. You know SEO is calculated based on the volume of inbound links, that the site has more length, equals higher C flow. So basically, the bottom line is the more inbound links which is the off page, optimization that I’ve been talking about the higher this C flow ranking is going to be, and the more and the better rankings you’re going to get for your for the keyword that you Want to target which, for this one we’re specifically targeting the word interior design, San, Diego, okay and then the website Authority.

You know if you just go back one there. Okay, you know the authority score is similar to the PageRank. This score is met. Is a measure of the rank ability of a website which considers over 150 different SEO signals? So there’s your you know it’s taking into consideration a bunch of other factors, the higher the authorities score. Obviously the the higher the potential ranking for the website and then the other factors are, you know just flat out, like you know, links which is to back.

You know if you look at the links, this is just the backlink data that’s gathered by SEO Moz. So it’s just a different, a different organization. That’s actually again you’re noticing a common thread here. It’s you know, there’s links, links, inbound links are very, very important. The other thing is, is it looked at the total number of citations and also the top citation? So if you go to the top, this is how many top citations of business has.

So you can find that you know. In other words, you you want the citations, though the directories that’s another word for directory citations records are equal, the same thing, trees, a lot, yeah and or citations, but they what you want is you want those top directories to be linked bacteria. You want to have a established presence on the on the top one, so it just makes sense, but then the one before that is overall number of citations, not just top, but you know bottom middle.

You know etc. The one just behind that crystal to the left. Citations right there yeah so yep and then and then you can see you know if you go all the way over to the right to the review count, you can see that you know. Obviously the number of reviews is very, very important. We want to get as many reviews as possible and then the star rating is is another factor that does play into your overall rankings and then the number of photos.

Absolutely you want to have the more photos, the better we always talk about that again. These are that those are specific things that that that you can affect just on the Google, my business page itself and then categories again, you want you want to make sure that your that you are, you are categorized for the you know, for the your in the Written that you’re in the right category, where else your it’s going to significantly hinder your ability to rank.

So your keywords now I would you know, obviously, if your main keywords, interior designer or interior design, then you that’s the category that you want to be falling under and that’s that has a big big impact on your ability to rank and the search results for that Particular keyword, so I you know – and I want I want people to also see that this particular report is not we we, you can actually look at up to five different keywords: yeah and there’s the interior design yeah.

The category is that in case anyone is wondering yeah, it’s right there, it’s like front and center I mean it’s. It’s it’s like right there at the top of your your listing and then yeah crystal. If you want to go back to report, you can see this to see T at the top they’re the main cat. So this word says summary: you can see: it’s got, there’s five different tabs there, so we can actually look and dissect you and your competition and the number of, if you’re, by the way that verified column right there, that verified column is letting you know.

Is your Google, my business page verified and that’s a huge factor in whether or not you’re going to rank or not so the great thing is this: this shows you, you know she’s number nine and you got you know number one, two, three, four, five, six. Seven! You know you’ve got all the different other competitors there and you can see how you stack up. Very simply, you know to the competition. So obviously you know what we’d like to see is you know you know what what can she effect here? What what can she really you know do better in order to rank, you know rank higher okay, so a number of citations got that covered top citations.

You know, 56 % of them looks pretty darn good number of links. Total looks solid. It’s a good, solid. High number they’re linking domains really good, I mean we I’d like to see a little bit more their website authority. That is something that we’ve got to work on that the on site. You know we’ve got to really just work on that website Authority for her website. On itself, which would be more on page, optimization type, stuff, majestic see flow, you know.

Obviously we could work on a little bit and get some more reviews. Her star rating is great. Just continue to add photos again, the you know, just because you do all these things doesn’t mean that you there are there’s, there’s some more factors that have to do with. You know whether or not you’re going to rank for for a particular keyword, but you know and you’re not going to rank for every single keyword in the first position.

You know this is just giving you a general idea of some of the top things that you can at least pay attention to and effect by getting you know by going and getting creative like we talked about and getting more backlinks and reaching out to strategic partners. Creating a blog post about their business and on your website and then telling them about it and saying hey would want you want to link back to this.

Those are really creative ways for you to get more links, get more Majestics. You know higher, majestic steep low. Ultimately, a higher website Authority and and increase the number of linking domains. You know right there all that all four of those columns right in the middle you could affect by by doing the by implementing those type of strategies. Those are things that not a lot of people are doing.

You know you can go and and reach out to like we’ve talked about in other articles. You know you can reach out to local businesses, or you know from what was the other, the like? Not a company but an organization that is like a philanthropy if there’s philanthropies in the area and they’re doing there’s having an event or they’re hosting an event, and you can sponsor it. I’m not saying go and spend a gazillion dollars on it, but you know, look and see you know the make sure.

Okay, the other thing is make sure that that they will link back to your website and give you a direct link to your website. If you become a sponsor, so maybe go back to previous year’s sponsors pages that they’ve created and look to see if there’s an actual direct link to that company, that was a sponsor, because that’s what you want to look for! You don’t want to look to you. You don’t want them to just have a picture of your company with no link to your website or link to what else will be seen there like indirect links, they’re not links directly to your site and they’re, also not using a really good alt tags or brought Sorry anchor text so, in other words, you would want the anchor text to be, for example, if we’re trying to rank for this keyword, you want it to be interior-design San, Diego and if you really are targeting, you know that particular you know keyword and you wanted To rank for that particular keyword, so anyway, right here Ryan, correct anchor text, no, no so yeah.

So the anchor text is just basically so if, if, if you see a link, okay, a hyperlink on somebody’s website in a blog post, whatever the words are that are encompassing that link – that is the anchor text. That’s the text, that’s that is so. In other words, if in a sentence, the per use – the word okay interior-design in the sentence – and it’s like they are great interior designers in San Diego at because of XYZ – and it’s a run-on – you know because the sentence continues to go on.

But you just you just add the link to the to the words that our interior designer of San Diego, that is your anchor text. If you, if you, if you made the link the entire sentence, then that entire sentence would be your anchor text that makes sense. But you don’t want to do that. You just want to highlight and focus your your link on the words that you’re specifically trying to rank for that’s that’s what your anchor text is, that make sense, yep that makes sense, yeah, yeah and so anyway.

So that is just a little bit of you know what I mean the bottom line again is: is that if you don’t know what changes to make you’re going to be running blind and you’re going to be spending money? That, ultimately, is just going to be going out the window, and it’s really great to know what your competition is doing and what they’re not doing, and this type of a report gives you about as good of an idea as any of what to do.

What to effect, if I were really trying to affect her rankings, I would absolutely reach out to you know local softball teams, things like that to try to sponsor their teams or a local philanthropy, a ball or gala, and try to sponsor it and get a get. A backlink that way, and also just really great grassroots type stuff if she’s got strategic partner. This is already working with just create a great blog post about them and how you love working with them, and why and then send that to them they’re going to want to create a link back from their from their website directly to your site.

And that’s that’s a really fast way to get those to pick up those links so anyway, um yeah. You guys want to reach out what do you? What do you think crystal anything else, [ Laughter, ], then listen message at MDOT me forward: slash, accelerate marketing or, if you go to our website, you can talk to us directly from our website on our homepage, which is really cool, so check it out. Yeah, it’s art: what’s one of the things that we implement for our you know through our customers, we’ve actually I’ll just say.

Right now I mean we’ve: we’ve increased the we’ve doubled the number of leads that we’re getting because we’ve implemented a chat functionality on our website and that chat not only connects. It connects us to people that actually visit our site more frequently than a landing page or anything else, but the other great thing about it is the tool that we use. It’s awesome because we are able to start conversations from emails that we send out as well, which is really great, so we sent out an email anybody from our team one.

You know we we believe in communicating with people one one-on-one and so we’ll send an individual email out and what happens is when that person clicks on the link or engages on our website after they open the email up, then the person that sent the email gets Notified that that person’s on the website so that we can start a chat like you can see crystal doing right there, where the chat just pops up and and instantly I get notified on my smartphone that you’re.

You know that you’re on the site and the youth that you started the chat and you you have questions, etc. So I you’re going to get direct access to either myself or crystal whoever’s available, and we pride ourselves on responding within five minutes of anybody going through our site or and engaging with us on chat there or on even on messenger as well, which was the first. The first link that should that crystal gave us or gave you so yeah, we use those interchangeably because you know we we like to you, know to capitalize on the the opportunities of you know, people being on our site and also connecting people from email to a Conversation we like to start more conversations with people.

That’s the bottom line we want to. We want to answer your questions and and be as engaged as possible with the people that that need our help. Yep yep so send us a message this week we’re going to continue talking about my business, we’ll stay on the track of insights and reporting and auditing and how you can stay ahead of your competition and learn the things that the strategies that we know on on.

How to do that and then next week is going to be online reviews and your online reputation and the week after that will be local SEO so see you tomorrow. Awesome thanks for

CAR SALES TRAINING: How To Kill Mediocrity And Get Your Head Right

Now, I’m going to tell you this on the other end of this screen, I want you to take a good look at yourself. I’m going to talk to you real quick before I get into this about the end game. I want to tell you well, first of all, my name’s Andy Elliot and if you don’t know who I am I’ve been in the car business for over 22 years, I hold the record for most money made in sells selling cars in the states.

I made seven hundred fifteen thousand dollars selling cars and I want to share this with you. In one year I have a severe learning: disability, okay and when I say severe, learning disability like I’ll, just lay it out there, because I’m going to tell you this, I felt, like everybody, had one up on me in life. So, as I talk about testing mediocrity, I want you to think about you where you’re at, and I want to tell you where I come from, and I want to share this with you.

This is something that scared the hell out of me is that I figured man like I’m going to live. My whole life right – and this is me at 18 – I’m going to live my whole life and I’m going to go to heaven and I’m going to never going to heaven and I’m going to be like 225 pounds, I’m going to be out of shape. I lived on normal life and that’s okay. You know I did make a bunch of money, you know mom. I never had a mom in my life.

Five brothers and sisters right dad raised us literally made bad grades in school. You don’t like that was my life and, like I was going to go up to heaven and I cat the end of my life, like I’m good right and I get up there and I look at this chart. I’m sitting there with God God’s got this chart he’s and I like look at it and it says: Eddie, Elliott, 195 pounds lean and I’m like man was that the life I supposed to have was that it a B, Elliott, incredible business man, one of the smartest People in the world and I’m looking at this chart – and that’s that’s not me, but that’s who I was supposed to be, but because I let mediocrity and I let things that I’m not great at get in the way.

I never got that so I’m looking at this chart and when God’s going over with me, who I was supposed to be, you were supposed to help tons of people you you were supposed to marry way up and have an amazing wife. You were supposed to have three incredible children, yours forth and as I’m looking at this chart, I’m like. Oh, my god, man, like my god, like it, was that who I was supposed to be and my life’s over and at that point I decided that I can live as a victim, okay in mediocrity or I can decide to elevate up and decide to get in The Paynes own and suffer I let me tell you what pain is pain, is weakness, leaving the body and, on the other end, I want to share with you.

Nothing good happens in a comfortable environment. Nothing and I don’t care who you are. I don’t care where you’re at I want you to join me if you’ve got issues. I want to share this. I wear a bracelet on my hand every single day. It says if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you in anybody and everybody that’s ran into me if you, if you’re struggling or if you’re, hustling and you’re, trying to put together a life for yourself – and I see I’m like man dude, this guy’s got Drive.

Guess what I’ll take my bracelet off my hand, and I give it to him every time I say: hey put this on man. Okay, don’t forget! If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you some of you guys on the other end right. We talk about money, a lot of right, like I always talk about closing negotiations. Overcoming objections word tracks how to become a better salesman, but what matters? If you don’t have your mind right, you can’t even accept that good life and make good money.

You’ve got to understand, you can’t play the victim and you need to test mediocrity in your life. Are you trying to be the average? I mean the sorry. The best of the ten average people you’re hanging out with like is that your goal, or you try to be one of the best sales guys in the country. You know, because you have the ability to do it when I was 18 and I didn’t even have enough money to buy lunch, you think I ever thought about making a million a year.

No I’ve done it eight years straight now. Why? Because I know my weaknesses and I battle them on the daily, you know I want to share with you. You need to identify what your weaknesses are and mine was my biggest deal was. I was a bad bad test taker. I had a severe learning disability, so let me just tell you this like if I was going to take a test and I was going to learn something like I literally had to write down like I would take a page in a book and by the way, How I read a book is like this.

If I go read a book, the first book I ever read my life was Tom Hopkins low profile selling or sell like a line act like a lamb in every page I read, I wrote it down on a spiral. Notebook as I read it, the whole book and then when I was done, I like I was like opium yeah. You know. I heard that I remember this boom and I would pull it out of the book, but if I wouldn’t have wrote it down, I have stacks.

I have 500 spiral notebooks just from writing, because it’s the only way that I can beat the way that I learned, but guess what, when I get it, I’m deadly at it. But it’s hard for me to get it, and I want to share this with you. If I can take that learning, disability and I’m willing to go in and hustle and put in the work to learn it whatever it is that you’re struggling against, you can do it okay.

So I’m going to share this with you. If you’re out there and you’re ready to take on the challenge, shoot me a text message: nine one, eight, two, one: zero, zero, two, five, four, it’s real simple, say: Andy, send me the bracelet. I will send to your house a bracelet that says: if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you and in 2020. I want you to take me to aakhri and I want you to get it the hell out of your life.

I don’t want you to have it in there anymore, and what I want you to understand is this: is that being the best of the average people around you in going to work being a one-timer like making a great month? One time I mean: don’t live off, that you climb them out and you come back down and go climb another one. That’s what life’s about. I feel like, at the end of your life you’re, going to see your chart okay and don’t sit there and look at that chart at the end of your life when your life’s over and realize that you were supposed to be this incredible person.

God saw it. You didn’t see it alright. So, let’s move on here I’m going to talk about testing mediocrity. What I’m going to do number one! I’m going to tell you how you’re going to feel right going to where we’re going to go together from where you’ve been guys. It feels amazing I want to share this with you. I didn’t have any legs when I started when I felt like when I got into the business of selling, I honestly felt like I had no legs.

I felt like there was these guys that had this amazing platform, they were good speakers. They were good at talking. They were better looking, they had nicer clothes, you know I’m saying they had relationships with people that had business experience. Maybe their father was in the car business. You know I’m saying like they always had all these like advantages on me, but you know what I grew some legs.

I didn’t need them. I don’t want anything handed to me so, if you’re on the other end, looking for the easy way out, there isn’t one the easy way is being dead, broke and living in jail. Your whole life when, right now you have the ability to make more money than you’ve ever made in your life. Guys, I’m standing here, I’m the text message away: you’re staring at your phone, nine one, eight two, one: zero, zero! Two five four Andy send me the bracelet, but doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you by the way.

Can you help me shoot yeah I’ll help you, man, dude? I don’t care about your money. I don’t care about anything. You know what I care about. Is you living your best life and pulling you out of your comfort zone? Nothing good happens, being comfortable everything you want in life, everything and ten times. More is right on the other side of you being uncomfortable, live in that zone, all right use negative stuff.

The BS that used to make you weak use it as power now to fuel you, everybody said I wouldn’t make it everybody. Everybody said I wouldn’t make it. I want to tell you, you know how bad and I didn’t give a crap about what they said. It used to kind of eat me up a little bit when I was younger. Now it’s fuel. It’s like gasoline somebody’s, like hey man, you can’t do that yeah. Everybody says it can’t happen until it does right and I’m going to tell you this.

My fate thing to say is somebody to say: hey that can’t happen. I’ve got a salesman and I’ve got many, but I’ve got one specifically that come from nothing literally, nothing but goodwill clothes to get in the car business man. No parents physically abused as a kid right, dads murdered mom doesn’t give a about him family’s gone dude, no one abandon all alone the runt. The underdog I’ve been training him now for six months he was fired from the first two car dealerships within the first two weeks were of where he worked great guy great great guy killed her heart.

Give you the shirt off. His back has nothing, though, and because he’s so pre judged by everybody. Everybody just gives up on him, but leaders can find a way to take a man or woman and see in them that they carry something. Everybody has something special in them. Everybody’s got a unique trait that they could kill it at in the business. You just got to understand you and you got to quit thinking about what other people think about you and you got to know where your edges and what you’re good at my edges, I’m going to outwork the chart.

Remember I told you been in my life. I feel, like God’s going to give me a chart of who I was supposed to be I’m going to outwork that chart okay, I want him to say J, dandy, dang and it’s not about money. It’s about how many people I helped. Okay, I told you I want to make the best salesmen in the frickin country all across the globe in the world. I want to be a part of every salesmen success, and all I want them to do is get what they deserve in life.

You don’t get what you deserve, you get, what you negotiate your negotiate with your head yourself. Am I going to lay on this side of complacency and mediocrity, or am I going to get on this side? Am I going to see how deep the rabbit-hole is? Am I going to get myself and take myself to a level that I’ve never been to and by the way it’s going to be uncomfortable? Okay, because number one right now, you fear stuff.

Okay, you got learn, there’s nothing to fear number, two you’re afraid of stuff. Quit being afraid. I don’t know what you’re afraid of. I see people that reach out to me right and they’re. Like man, you know just when this happens, I’m really going to start pushing. What do you mean? Do it right now when you’re mess right now in your mess, make that your message come out? Strong man write your testimony write your book right as we go.

You don’t need nothing, you know what you need is you. You need to be your own biggest fan and I’ll share this with you. You take what everyone says about you negative and you use it as fuel. You never never take that stuff and back down and fill, maybe like less significant because of what someone else has people that hate on people or people that have already given up on their own dreams right. So they want you to give up on yours or they’re.

Pursuing their dream – and they see you as a threat – I didn’t realize it, but in 19, when I was hustling and everybody hated me, that’s what I was a threat to them, but I’m going to share this with you. I’ve worked hard in the midst of nothing. I made 150000 that year look at 19. You could do the same thing. I don’t care how old you are. You could be 65 and decide today’s the day you draw the line in the sand.

You could be a teen age, doesn’t matter, I’m 40 years old. I feel 18 all right struggling the darkness. Maybe what you need. I needed that dark place for a minute. Okay, I believe in God – and I want to be in the light, but man I was in a dark place. You know I felt like I was the only one that honestly believed in me just about this much and no one else did, but I felt like man I’m going to do this and once I decided that I made that choice, it was over and I made That choice in a dark place and when you make that choice when you’re struggling and you do whatever it takes to make it no matter, what do you know what happens? You freaking kill it all right, so check this out, I’m going to talk about relooking at your situation and I’m going to talk about the way that you used to stuff.

You see it differently now, it’s it’s not changing your lenses! Okay. So if you take a pair of glasses right and you change the lens out on them, you know what happens prospectively, you start seeing things different. That’s what you need to do. You need to see yourself differently. You’re need to see your life differently: okay, you’re, valuable and you’re worth it, and guess what we’re going to get into the grind.

But you have to accept what your issues are and what your problems are before you can fix it. If you don’t accept it, if you’re pushing blame off on someone else, you’re never going to kill it. Look. I want to share this with you. So there’s a book that I read, it was called extreme ownership. It’s a Navy SEAL book, okay and it talks about. Basically, taking ownership for everything, everything is your fault and I took everything in my life and I didn’t play the victim anymore.

I took responsibility for it all right in my mess and I took that and I was walking around. I was like hey, I’m good, I’m good. You know like I wouldn’t good, though, and some of you guys if I have to meet you right now, I’m like hey, what’s up man, how you doing you’re like good man, I’m good, I’m good, you’re, not good! You know what the deal is: you’re, not good. You need to call out what your problems are and you need to fix them.

So we can take your life and elevate it to where you’re supposed to be and take that freaking chart right and make sure that you’re going to get who you’re supposed to be not who you’re settling for. So you got to figure out who you are accepted and a lot of people walk around like I’m good, but guess what people don’t want you to do that they don’t want you to fix it. People don’t want you to change, so you got to audit your circle and get everybody out from around you that doesn’t have the same vision as you, because you can’t do it working around haters or living around haters around you, especially if you’re looking to them for Advice, look if I want to change my life and I look.

I’m dead broke right now. I have not a dollar to my name and I decide I want to get out make $ 100,000 this year. If I walk up to another salesman, be like hey man, you don’t want to. I want to change my life man like I really want to change my life like. I want to make a hundred thousand dollars a year over this. You know what he’s going to say to me: man, man, dude, just try to make 50 grand. You know, I’m saying like that’s what I would do and this business is not what it used to be man.

What are you talking about this business right now? I got kids that are 20 years old, making twenty five thousand a month. They’re texting me non-stop, their pay stubs, showing me where they come from because we’re training together. I got guys 60 years old, sending me messages saying Andy. Nobody would hire me, but now that we’ve done this training together, I literally have taken myself as a mature adult at 60, which someone wants a higher six-year-old and guess what they gave me a job paying me a ten thousand dollar salary because I’m handling their marketing Team in this side now because of the stuff that you taught me listen, everybody could have went to the grave right with like all this still in them, but they decided to play it and that’s my fear, go to a nursing home.

You go to a nursing home, you know what you’re going to find out you’re going to find out. All the old people have to talk about is regret. Nobody talks about how great of a life they have. Oh, my god, listen how you doing going to a nursing home. Oh my god. It was amazing. Like my life, god I just there’s so much. I want to tell you that I did and it was amazing. No no go! You know what they say.

They talk about regret. The regret that I would have is not playing all my music before I die. Okay, that’s my regret. My regret would be that, on the other end that you’re you’re, not even brave enough to send me a text message and just say: hey help me dude, let’s figure it out, I’m telling you I. I am vouching to help any and every person out there with any struggle that wants to kill in a business and my therapist no ways.

I don’t need to know that logistical problems. What I need to tell you that I got your back if no one else has your back. If everyone else says like hey, you know this guy’s, a loser. Don’t do that you need to do this. Listen if you know what you want to do and you want to kill it team up with me, nine one, eight two, one: zero zero. Two five four text me right now, I’m going to talk about this starting the journey.

Most people won’t even start the journey. They talk about the journey lots of talk right, yeah man, 2020 a new decade. This is what I’m going to do. You guys talk about everything you have no action start the journey with me start it man in your mess right now: okay, quit living the fake life that you’re living and quit caring about these people that are judging. You write them off. Okay, because look at this, I’m going to tell you this when you care more about how someone’s judging you, then you wanting to change you’re going to stay in the same spot, you’re at right now and nothing’s going to happen and you’re not going to shift some Of you we’re going to look up in three months and you’re going to be a different person.

Hell you’d be so different. We have to change your name, you won’t even be the same person. Okay, look there’s Andy Elliot right, there’s me and then there’s the way that I see myself when I’m in the zone, I’m not Andy Elliot, I’m a different person. Okay, because Andy Elliot was supposed to be a 225-pound dude that likes to eat like candy and stuff. All the time right I like to read TV, I like to be lazy.

I like to kick back. You know I’m saying I don’t like to go to the gym and grind it and sweat until I want to throw up and get knowledge. I don’t want to do that stuff, but you know what I don’t want to be that person. I don’t want that. Mommy voice in the back of my head said: hey everything’s, okay, no, it isn’t. Okay. What it is is that it’s time for me to get to work – and you guys want to outwork that chart that you’re supposed to live, you guys want to really have your full potential.

Give your kids, what you’re supposed to give have your future family or your family right now get everything that they deserve. Maybe anything and everything you want in life is literally just the choice of you deciding that you don’t care anyone else thinks anymore and guess what team up with somebody that believes in you and I don’t care who you are on the other end, I don’t care What you’ve been through, I believe in you, 100 % all right.

The third thing, what it’s wrong with you has to be a focal point. Okay, so what I did, I thought told you. I had a severe learning disability and what I did is that literally I went to the store, I bought a stack and a spiral notebook and I took – and I started writing and writing and writing and writing and writing so I have word tracks that I use All the time and do you know what those word tracks were only learned by writing it down 25 times now, guess what I’m done? It’s in me for the rest of my life.

That’s the way that I learn, but because it takes me so long to learn something. Do you think I’ll? Let that stop me no and for people that want to say man that guy’s not smart. Listen, I’m going to tell you this you’re right. I wasn’t born smart, but I’ve gotten really smart, because I study non-stop and guess what, when you talk about family and you guys live in four different goals and stuff, guess what a lot of people they just have financial goals.

They don’t have marriage goals or father goals. I’m going to tell you. This live in the fulfilled life has nothing to do with money, but I think people underestimate the amount of money that it takes to live. So that’s why we have to get our crap together and start getting that money, so we’re not working 15 years from now still trying to make it. My goal is next year you guys team up with me. Recession hits in the next year or two: you kill it and make more money than you’ve ever made in your life, while everyone else is crying and screaming like little babies – okay, we’ll capitalize on it.

So I want to get to this last part strategize on one problem at a time. Okay, this is how you become unbelievable one problem at a time, just one pick it reach out to me so, hey Andy. I got three things. That’s the big issue right now: number one! I’m lazy just call it out, I’m lazy and I’m not saying that you but number two listen man. I play the victim right. You know I’m saying, like my wife divorced me, my kids don’t want to see me and maybe that’s you or maybe I’m 18 years old.

You know I’m 19, I’m 20. I want to get in cells. My parents say I’m stupid for getting in cells. They don’t want me in it. I don’t want to go to college, listen dude! I got you, I got you, it doesn’t matter, I’m a mom. I’ve been staying at home for the years with the kids I’m getting in the business guys. Women are killing it in this business. Whatever it is, I don’t care, let’s focus on one problem and let’s smash it out and then let’s move on and then before too long.

When you look up all your problems are handled, you’re a whole different person, you’re getting the life that you deserve right because you’ve put the hustle in right. You have to be willing to suffer for this new life you’re going to suffer being comfortable. Why not suffer in the pain zone and get what you want? It’s addicting it’s fun now with that being said before you know it all. Your problems are fixed and look stop trying to be the best of the average people around you and, lastly, don’t be a one-timer.

Let me explain what a one-timer is. A one-timer is somebody that does something one time and that’s their identity that they carry with them. For the rest of their life, one time you made one good month, you paid $ 20,000 I’ll, walk up to the salesman. I’m like hey! What’s going on man, hey how’s your month, I’m pretty good, hey! So roughly what? What kind of money are you earning? You know not about 20,000, no, no, no! No! Your year-to-date is seventy-five thousand.

You made a $ 20,000 a month and you’re owning that in your head. Why don’t you tell yourself you’re worth 20,000 a month right, but you work like a $ 6,000 hand. That’s why that’s what you’re consistently really making look at me? I want to tell you this. I can take you if your goal right now is to make twenty thousand a month. I can take you to have a goal of making twenty thousand a week and hitting it but you’re the one that has to put the work in just like.

I do just like I’ve done and just like I’m going to continue to do. But if you want to take this journey I’ll, take it with you guys, send me a text. Nine one, eight two, one: zero, zero, two, five! Four, let’s test mediocrity text me. Let me get you this bracelet. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you and, let’s not be afraid of anything, have a great day.

CASE STUDY: 0 To 15K On Facebook Ads (Full Ads Manager)

Okay, let’s get right into it. So what you can expect from this article, this article is a bit long, so I don’t waste anybody’s time. I want you to like learn something about like potentially gain some value from it right number one there’ll be no hype, so we’re going to show you actual stats.

You know Facebook business manager and see some of the things that we did, that you could potentially be using in your own business as well. Okay, number two would be we’re not going to waste anybody’s time. So if you are a business owner, for example, you’re not committed or you’re not interested in scaling your business, then you can hop off this article as well. Okay, number: three: we’re going to provide you actionable steps on what you could do using the strategies that we’ve kind of be teaching in this article as well.

So if you want to stick notes yeah, you can just go ahead. Okay, so this is a client that we ran for their base in Singapore, so in terms of like market size and market saturation, it’s very difficult to run profitable campaigns in Singapore, but then again using this method, it’s able to do anywhere. We were able to achieve around 18 row s which basically return on adspend, which is basically spend one dollar and get eighteen back right.

So, for example, you scale up that ad set. You spend a thousand dollars in ad, spend right. You get $ 18,000 back yourself. Facebook Ads what it’s like, it’s like magic right, you get something it works and that’s working well and you just scale the ad set out so for a lot of my international audiences right here. If, for example, your base of Singapore, you can expect even better returns than this, because there’s a lot of market data, there’s a lot of people using Facebook, so ability to scale is much much much more aggressive, much better, much faster yeah.

Okay. So, just to give you a background like digital marketing and Facebook and Instagram currently what’s going to happen in the next five years we see is when Google Voice comes out, Alexa me and yeah, Alexa, Siri, etc, etc. Internet usage is going to go. Eighty percent to mobile usage right and when the everybody’s going to win the economy, tanks right basically everybody’s going to pour their money into Facebook and Instagram advertising the CPM, which is basically a cost per impression right.

How much do you spend to actually go and get in front of a thousand people right, so the CPMs are going to go to a roof right. The cost of advertising to a customer cost of acquisition is going to go up. So anybody who is not running digital right now beat what platform it is right. Google, PPC Facebook, Instagram Display Network, etc, etc, you’re really losing out, because in the future it’s not going to be as cheap as it is right now: okay, okay, so what businesses usually do now for Facebook and Instagram? It’s that number one.

What I see commonly is like they spray and pray right. They just put something out there and they pray that works right. That’s no qualified leads right, they go just read a YouTube article showing you how to set up an ad and then they know what they think. They know all the runs, Facebook ads and stuff right. That’s number one number two is that there are inconsistent customers right. Some people don’t even want to do marketing right, for example, they they put on right.

They think that they’re getting customers, they think we are getting my $ 4 $ 6 leads right. Are they actually qualified leads, not right? There’s no pixel on their website, meaning a pixels BC, a line of code on your website such that they able to track customer behavior over and over again right. People are just spending money and pouring money down the drain by doing and spending money on Facebook ads and stuff.

But then, if they have no pixel install, then there’s no ability to recapture those customers. They are potentially already interested in your brand. But I have not really expressed right. There are pre-qualified leads right that not become leads yet okay, so and then, after all this happens. Usually, what I can see is that I think I really really frustrated they don’t all run ads profitably and then they say Facebook Ads just don’t work, part Facebook, it’s a forty billion dollar company and so yeah.

They actually do what yeah okay. So let me just give you an example of like what I was scrolling. True right so like this is just my own personal Instagram and I’ll scrolling through, and I saw this ad and this is like the prime example of what a bad ad is right. So I blood are everything so no problem, so I show you like what is about it right. This is about it. It’s not engaging right. What is the product right when I actually read the ad copy and stuff, and I saw the photo – I still don’t know what they are selling right.

Number three there’s no call to action right, I’m learning more, like that’s a CTA, that’s a standard one that our Facebook gifts, but why am I learning more about? I don’t even want what the product is. Okay, now at number four would be there’s a bad copyright. So it starts with imagine this what if you could and then it’s just some things that just error error appears right. So how can you explain your audience to convert on something that you can put out, but the audience doesn’t even understand what you’re putting out right? I do I don’t know what the product is.

I don’t know what you’re selling okay. The next thing is that this is like one of my first few times seeing right is seeing it seeing this ad, so I know they’re targeting cold traffic. However, they’re not in the position to build rapport with me, so how am I supposed to convert on this when there’s no rapport being built right? I don’t expect to to like connect with the messaging the context, as well as to their copy itself right.

So it’s basically a business owners they’re putting our ads then literally just throwing money away right. An impression is something you pay for, and this is a wasted impression. Okay, so I give it the analogy where advertising is like dating right. So how do you expect someone to marry you on the first date right? If you come up someone to someone on the street and then you just say, please give me $ 1,000 right.

There makes no sense right. How can you expect I want to give you money, let me buy it your brain when you haven’t built any relationship right, that’s what I see a lot. People are doing with these type of ads. They just throw things out there and they expect it to stick right. That’s not going to work! That’s not how even like advertising in the digital space, it’s just like dating okay. So, like the current sales process, that is broken right, that a lot of people and business owners and like potential clients that I meet with do is that okay, they’re good they’re going digital they’re going Facebook Instagram the vine PPC they’re, putting on content right, some of Them, okay, then elites delete that they generate right.

Then they bring them into the sales process right. So, for example, there really catches the lead right, I’ll brought them to a web page and stuff right. So it’s basically saying they are mr. Customer here, okay, so we brought you this web page. Are you interested right? They come to the page, they see see, look, look and then they just leave the page. Okay, when that happens, move on to part 3. This becomes a very unreliable customer acquisition face because what happens is just all these people come to the page.

They leave, they don’t convert and that’s about it right. It’s like cut. It’s like window shopping right. You go to someone’s store, you look at someone’s hand back and stuff, and then you look at it and then you kind of say it’s nice, but I won’t buy any you just walk away and that that store owner is never able to recapture those customers again. You’re never able to build rapport with your brand and you’re, not able to sell product right you’re, not able to move and convert ok.

So likewise it previously. It’s an unreliable customer acquisition method and the ad span is unreliable: you’re, not profitable. So if you have no cashflow, you cannot scale your business right. Ok, so basically, the maximum profit like system right is that you have a great ok. This is like just minimum right on your ad copy itself. Your audience segmentation, you ad copy itself. Your offer is enticing as well as you’re testing your rapidly rapidly and aggressively a split testing everything to see what works right scale up your winning ad sets as well as kill, kill your ad sets they’re unprofitable.

Ok, when that happens, you put that, together with the power of the pixel tracking right, so you’re able to really follow these customers or potential customers of yours and you’re, able to retarget them all over the Internet. Ok, what this really happens right is you’re able to really lower your costs of CPMs. So, like I said previously, the cost for 1,000 impressions you’re able to really recapture people who already have pre-qualified interests of you right.

So then, you’re able to build rapport of them and then you’re able to drastically lower the cost of advertising because they already know you you’re able to build a relationship of them. It’s not cold traffic. Ok, so what that means also is is a definite sale right. The ability for me to track you on every single action that you input or don’t input right literally reading a article like to a certain amount of length later I’ll show.

You is literally giving pre-qualified interests to a product that I may potentially sell right. So every potential lead right that shows pre-qualified interests will not become. They will definitely become a customer one day because of the systems that we have put in place. Ok, so a lot of the common problems, they’ve seen just a summary, just the list down number one. Would be like just the most basic things: people don’t even have that pixel install right, lysate, pixels, a line of code that tricks customer behavior you’re unable to recapture all these people.

They already come onto your website. I’ve done something your brain interacted with your brain and all this data is so so powerful. They are really that’s where the money is. The money is in the follow-up. Okay. The second thing is spray-and-pray right, so people just put out one Facebook ad right, one Facebook and they expect it to just turn magic like just make money right. It doesn’t work like that.

You need to split test right. You need to put up multiple at copies test aggressively test every single placement right. What we usually do is for every single type of placement. We put a different optimized media change: the ratio change the copy, a bit right, change, the creative, the placement and really really envision. What your ideal customer persona is such that you’re able to really target the customer and speak their message.

Okay, I’m a treat, like I said, no follow-up, right people who have already indicated to you that they are interested in your product. For example, you run an e-commerce store, you’re ready. Someone is at backup right. You ready track the ad cut. Why don’t you retarget to those people saying something like? Did you forget something in install right? So there’s something like personal messaging that is very, very effective and will really really improve your conversion right.

A lot of people are leaving money on the table. They have already data, but they can’t do anything with that data. Okay, so last thing would be code. Traffic right lie set previously. People are just targeting the code. Traffic read one YouTube. Article says I know the run Facebook ads and then it’s been a bunch of money off a spreads and nothing works. Okay, so that’s not how it works. You don’t always run the code traffic.

If you have an email list, for example, you can upload that I’ll show you that, in the view, the next few slides last thing will be there’s simply no time right. A Facebook that’s like incredibly, they have an incredibly steep learning curve like the business manager seems simple. That UI seems simple, but actually the algorithms change all the time right and people don’t have time to copy right right.

These business owners. You are busy with the things that you need to do like fulfillment sales like things that, like meta, employee, HR, their allah-allah other things so like Facebook is constantly changing. So these are things that people just simply do not have time to bother with okay. So what I mean by like retargeting and stuff right so Facebook is actually an incredibly powerful tool. You can come into the business manager and I didn’t under the audience’s tab.

As you can see here, you can create custom audiences, so people who have visited your website people have gone to your app right offline activity. I won’t touch on it. So much engagement, people who have reading a article 50 % 90 %, engage with your Instagram business profile. All these data points that Facebook collects right. They we collect an incredible massive amount of data. You can all use all this data to really retarget people that are already expressed interest in these data points.

Okay, so like, as previously said, engagement as you can see here – engagement, for example, people who have already readed a article of yours, put in a lead form visit that your own Facebook page your own business profile, attended and even of yours right. Then afterwards you can create and custom audience right here. So after you create this custom audience, the Facebook will immediately populate these audiences for you, such that you’re able to really run ads specific personal messaging to these audiences, make it incredibly profitable.

Okay, so the process is actually very, very simple right. For example, if you just install your pixel on your website, you have absolutely no data really try and get as much data as possible right every time to call traffic, get your low CPM and then prequalify your audiences once you’re doing that you’re really refining audiences. So when you’re refunding audiences right using your custom audiences to really build up different things right so for someone 95 percent of your article 3,000 people have locked on and seen 95 percent of my article.

So we constantly what we do is create look-alike audiences. From these custom audiences, such that your audience’s, that you’re targeting become much more refined, even if you have little data to start with okay, so refine and engage so engage create, like obviously engaging at creative right things that people actually want to see. Right like this. At just now we are showing it doesn’t, engage anybody, it doesn’t talk to anybody, so the article would be a cheaper to run nowadays.

However, if you have just a photo, just has something that speaks to your branding and it should be fine. It works well for us as well. Okay, so afterwards, refine and gauge cell repeat this process and you’ll see tremendous amount of profits. You will see the real power of Facebook ads okay, so because your process driven right, you understand what you’re doing you are constantly refining and refining audience you’re able to crush your competition, because your competition is all running on code traffic right now, then I’ve been running On specified a segment audience segmentation, so what you’re doing is really lowering your CPMs and really increasing your report.

Your customers, okay, you’ll, be able to potentially see these conversions over like, for example, two to three months. If you constantly repeat this process right people, don’t do this they’ll, let you say no, I don’t want an additional, I would say like minimum 10k in revenue per month right, I’m not interested in growing my business. It’s really dumb funding to see why people are not doing this.

Okay, so basically how to really dominate your competition right. You’ve got these audiences you’re using the system, refining audiences. How do you dominate a competition? Okay, what we call in the marketing sphere, it’s called top of mind awareness, basically you’re able to completely dominate the online space and your customers will only think of you right. I log onto Facebook right, so I am scrolling through something I see an air.

I see any I readed ninety five percent of my article, for example, I’m the customer okay. Now I’m them you’re doing your advertising for your company and now I’m going to retarget that person on on Facebook again on Instagram again on Google Ads the Display Network on YouTube. I am everywhere on the Internet right. I may not be able to purchase your product at this point in time, mister customer, but in the future, when I do actually want to like purchase this product, I definitely know you are there.

I definitely know you are the number one option that I’m going to go to, because I see you all the time yeah. So that’s basically top of mind awareness and if people don’t believe top of mind awareness works, you can see it in numbers right if you’re always like on the top of someone’s mind right, people are not willing to buy now, but they’re willing to buy in the Future that money is always in the follow-up okay, so that’s basically how to dominate your competition in the online space.

So I’ll. Just summarize, my points consistently be in front of your customers right. Even people who have purchased from you already consistently be in front of them, because these and people who have already bought from you are more likely to buy from you again is cheaper right. It’s cheaper to target these people again because you have already built a rapport and they trust you. Okay, number, two top of mind awareness sit before and I’m a tree you just basically, oh the internet right between Facebook and Google, they basically own the entire Internet.

All the real estate that you can see is basically owned by these two companies. Okay, so the case study that we’re going to be going through today, I’ll give you some context right. We are selling a front and offer of around fifty five dollars per product, so after these two weeks trial this fifty five dollars right, the customer will be up so and then we will retarget them using yeah, of course, retargeting yeah, then they’ll be wolf.

At least around four hundred dollars to a fifteen hundred dollar package, so of course like the barrier of entry, the friction to the purchase is tremendous because I wouldn’t say it’s a high ticket product, but it’s quite high ticket right four hundred dollars on an e-commerce store Is a bit high ticket? Okay, so that’s basically it we generated around 10k. It’s a small amount with Facebook ads, but the reason why I’m showing you as a case study is because I think the raw s is very good right.

Ecommerce is usually like to the tree row s what we’re seeing, but we managed to achieve 1800s right. Ritter is quite unheard of. I’ve never seen anything so tremendous before yeah, and the best thing is that it’s a fresh attack on right. So we’ve never even run ads before we’ve never had a pixel install until our agency to over and install the pixel. So like these numbers, I just littering the beginning of what is possible right, we’re you were hoping they’re scale.

This add up to probably a 30 40 K and in Singapore market, it’s quite saturated, but if, for example, your overseas international, you are definitely able to achieve just massive numbers. Okay. So now we just head over to our facebook business manager and we’ll show you a few stats so right now, I’m in the business manager and I’m just going to show you a few of the statistics that we’ve gotten so far from this campaign.

So let me just refresh this page: okay yeah. So during the time from December 16, all the way to around January 22nd so give or take around four and a half weeks or so, and so these are the types of numbers that we were getting through. This campaign right, so we spent around 500 around $ 600 right here and we’ve gotten back around around 15k in return. So getting us a row s of about 25 right, which is like absolutely insane for this type of numbers, and so a row.

Sbc just means. If you put $ 1 into Facebook ad you’re getting 25 back so Facebook Ads work at scale, meaning if you put in a thousand dollars for example, then you just get back twenty five thousand dollars right. The algorithm just works like that. It’s yeah generally, it’s quite stable in a sense, but you have to optimize as you go along okay. So let me just show you some of the statistics. It’s not very crazy numbers if you really think about it, because imagine if you can make so much more right, so actually give you a bit of context for this client.

This client there’s a friend and offer the 55 dollar mark so around 20. As you can see here, I think we got around 90. Let me see around 90 for purchases right, so around 80 % of those who are on the front end offer, and some people actually just went for the back end offer immediately. So what I’m really excited about is honestly, when, like 70 of these, people actually buy the 400 to $ 1500 product in the next two weeks or so so in the next two weeks the $ 55 package will expire and then we can upsell them on the More expensive high ticket items 400 to $ 1500 products, which is potentially it could be around 60,000 to around 90,000 on facebook ads alone right.

So, as you can see like this words is a very, very scalable platform. If you really know what you’re doing right so in terms of people who reach around 18,000 people – and I guess what I’m really happy about – is like cost per purchase right so imagine you’re selling people at write $ 55 products to around for like $ 400 products. Right and if you’re getting around six to five dollars per purchase, which means the profit margins are just insane right.

Not only that like, if there are 93 people who purchased this product, that’s just 94 people yeah right. It just means that these 17,000 people already know our brand and our kilometer with us, because we have riri target them, targeted them very, very aggressively. I mean we’ve got them around like for frequency right, so we’ve shown the ad to the each person around four times and we’re definitely going to like scaled it up so that it’s becoming more profitable.

But then again I we’ve only spend this amount because I mean every client has different budgets. So the fact that we can produce this our result and it really gives us leverage to really ask for a bigger budget as well yeah. So, as you can see here, I mean people really care about. What’s your cost per click, I was your click-through rate right. It really doesn’t matter. As you can see, my our stats were very, very average in terms of what really performed.

Well, let me just show you and get into the ED sets. Okay, so I mean I split into two different campaigns, because there were two different audiences, so they I know who I’m targeting. Okay. So, in terms of the ads wise, what I really like to do, or what my agency prefers, is that we do very, very segmented targeting right, so meaning, as you can see here, we segmented two different placements. We don’t just lump all the placements into one ad set because we feel that, like the media is not optimized, if you have like a phone screen or whatever it’s different from Facebook via Instagram story, so we realize the media, so the user and the customer has The best user experience yeah, so you can see in general, Facebook is more profitable for us than Instagram, but then again, Instagram we’re targeting in general people who are younger.

So the spending power is a bit different as well, but then again like the ROE s still stays the same and yeah. So we’re quite happy about that. So you can see here right now. We are running till the end. Facebook feeds and Instagram feeds that were active. However, the Facebook suggested fee. We turned it off after a while, even though it collected sales over the time period and around 66, which is a bit insane right.

But then the thing is that the first few days or so when we were testing instead of Facebook, suggests that it was not so profitable. So that’s kind of the thought process of how we we went about things yeah. Okay, let me just show you okay, so let me just go into one of these: are the Facebook feeds right in terms of like split testing and stuff? We do very, very aggressive, be testing for clients, meaning we have to really pump up a lot, a different types of creative, different types of ads to see.

What’s working, because that’s how Facebook ads were right. If you just find one way at skill that that you, then you become very, very profitable, so that’s really what happened in here! You just have to test and see what the market lights right really allow the data to speak to you. Instead of making the decisions based on guessing games – okay, so, as you can see here, I really didn’t know what would happen, but we launched on 1 2.

3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 7 ad sets throughout this trial displacement on Facebook feet, and then we tried different things different targeting and then you can see. Our relevant scores were around 9 to 10 right, it’s on a scale of 1 to 10, meaning how relevant is your ad to the customer that you’re portraying to right? So, if you’re getting like 9th and 10th actually getting tens at one point, we’re really hitting our messaging right on the dot right.

So, instead of like keep trying to push in a sell, sell, sell. What we really focus on is giving value to our audience and creating and building a relationship which I think, which is why I think we perform so well or no ads. That’s right. So the fact that my, even though we were running, if I remember correctly at $ 22 days, spending $ 22 per day, which is a very very little compared to other companies and stuff, we are still out ranking and out bidding that, because our creative and our Visuals as well as our messaging well just one point where we really understand the customer persona: yeah.

Ok, so, as you can see here so as you can see, the first ad here is definitely the most profitable and the rest of them have subsequent sales and stuff. So really find your winner and then just write that wave and then scale that and punch it up. Okay, I guess another tip that can share view is that I really yeah the ads. Basically, I really like Facebook’s budget optimization feature, so they recently introduced it.

I think in 2018 can f, you set a budget, and then you just allow Facebook to optimize wherever your project goes into instead of, like manually, are mainly changing the different types of ad sets that you want to put into your campaign. Okay, so let me just show you as well what we did on the Instagram side of things. Okay, let me just show you give me a second okay, so an Instagram feed. We didn’t want a spit test photos at all.

Okay, we want so aggressive because we had one article created and then we tried different things, but we found that in general, my agency likes to just use articles for Instagram, because I’m a millionaire as well – and I can understand from the Instagram experience that people don’t Like use a life photos wouldn’t captivate you I feel like for somebody we scroll on your feet right, you don’t really stop to see a photo and unless it’s like a super super amazing photo.

So that’s why we only use article for Instagram feed, and I mean it worked very well. You can see CPM so very good, averaging $ 5 CPMs and then, let’s see yep, so it was the 24 OS here for the Instagram side of things, okay, yeah. So that’s the one of the budgets for one of our look like audiences and, as you can see yeah we split us into different placements and I guess the last thing can show you from this campaign is like we target right.

So these are weary, targeted people who came to our website so really segment our audience into very, very different pixel events, so like the 25 % 50, 50 % amount of time span, etc, etc, and then we lump them into this retarget audience right here. So just now is a look-alike audience, and in this case I mean very different, because the audience size is very, very small, so in terms of your CPM, so CBS will definitely be higher in terms of what is how much you’re spending to get back these audiences, Because this is so small, it’s very very hyper target that so Facebook generally charges more for that.

So, as you can see over the time period, we saw that I mean these stuff, it’s at least our placements one working so well, so definitely just turned it off and kill. The unprofitable add sets. But then we just let this Facebook feed run throughout and you can see like five dollars per purchase and then we, let’s see what statistics so yeah. It’s a really not bad return on investment here at 2000s, so in general, like as you can see the campaign.

This is how we can structure our campaigns and yeah. We’re really happy about this campaign because we spent a little money, but we got very good returns right. Anything is, as the time goes by, and we understand that also. There is more of the data that’s coming into the pixel, and since this was a first pick, so this is literally only the start of what we can do. So if we’re able to spend like upwards of a thousand dollars every single month – and I mean do multiple thousands there – it was really really profitable as well.

Okay, so you can just imagine what the power of Facebook Ads is really hoping to scale. This is counter probably like a hundred K or something so so what is next? Okay, so number one. You kind of have two options. You can figure these things out of your own and you can potentially waste a lot of company resources and advertising a budget right or number two. You can allow us to help you. We can really tend them with you, such that you’re, ready to ability to achieve your revenue goals as well as I really get the results that you desire right.

Ultimately, a businesses are for profit. You want a conversion coming in. You want to see numbers coming in right. We live in the business manager, so we understand the algorithm and stuff and we are really really able to help you, okay, so but things to note before okay, we are G media, my agency, we only work with people who are committed business owners right if you’re, Not committed, if you don’t want to scale your business like we don’t help you as well, we’d want to help people who do want to help themselves right.

So if we actually take you on as a client promise, we will give our hundred percent view yeah, and we expect you to do the same. Okay number. Two. We want to help okay. So what that means kind of is like if your pixel doesn’t have enough data right. For example, we understand brand awareness right traffic is important, but ultimately we focus on conversion and building an automated system for you to generate traffic and results in the long term.

Right. We’re thinking long term for you, but with you we do want a short term, a relationship and Sasha. It breaks a pot and that doesn’t make sense for us right. We want to provide you results that you really desire desire. Okay, so number three would be without magicians as well. Okay, so, for example, if your pixel literally from day one you have no data as well all right we can. We will communicate that it’s an extreme challenge to really really get the results that you want and we address the expectations as well.

Well, however, if you have some data to work with – and we see that in like there’s a lot a lot of potential to get a lot of lost revenue coming back, then we definitely communicate there as well. Okay, so we work in tandem with you to very really maximize profit on your end, okay, this is also our promise to you. If we feel like we can deliver the results that you want, we will not like what with you right, there’s no point for our agency to take on us a client as a monthly retainer, for you two to end the relationship in three months or so and Be unhappy with us right: we don’t want that.

We want to what a long term you want to build and scale your business. So let me say again: if you feel we cannot deliver your results, we will not work with you as well. Okay, so that just brings me to my last slide, which is basically the mission of our agency, which is basically to help willing and committed business owners, navigate and dominate the online space to scale their businesses through digital marketing.

We really really believe in this mission statement, and now we know you can dominate the online space because nobody else does top of mind awareness like that. Okay, nobody is as aggressive in the retargeting in the follow up in and just just be engaged with. Your that’s just staying in front of your customers is so underrated. People keep trying to get new customers, but why not just treat your your current customers they’re already showing you interest the right way right capture those lost sales and really maximize profit, so I really hope you’ve enjoyed that case study article of ours.

I know it’s a bit long, but at least you spend time at least getting some value from it. Right really try to implement some of these strategies into your business as well.
