Marketing Tip o’the Day… Desire

Okay, a couple of tips ago, we talked about the ADA formula last tip. We talked about the first two pieces of the ADA formula, those being attention and interest. Today. Let’s talk about desire desire, though, how do you cultivate in a prospect the desire to have your product? Well, you remind them of what their needs.

Are you remind them that they, this product can help them solve some problems that they’ve got, but, most importantly, you appeal to their emotions. How do you do this? You recognize that we’re all pretty much powered by the same kinds of emotions. We all have a need to feel important. In fact, I like to say we all walk around with an invisible sign around our necks and everybody signs says exactly the same thing make me feel important.

If you can tie your product to how these people will feel important, you’ve got a better chance of making the sale. Another main driver is the need to love and be loved fact nothing’s more powerful than that in our lives, and it is a key emotional driver. If you can tie your product or the benefits of your product to a person’s need to love and be loved, you will create in them want and desire. Another approach, variety, we all have a strong need for variety in our lives and it is an emotional factor.

We don’t want to be the seeing the same as everybody else, and so, if you can p appeal to variety and how it will make the person different, you have a good shot of cultivating that desire. And then the last thing that you can use as an emotional driver to cultivate desire and let people and make them want your product is to appeal to their need for convenience or to what I call the Leys factor. You know this society runs at a frenetic pace and anything you can do to make people’s lives easier to get them through the chores they have to do faster or enable them to be able to relax a little bit.

That’s a tremendous driver and will cultivate desire. Social Media Content for Nonprofits 2: Branding your Nonprofit Organization

Okay, so come on a lot and Emily talk to give you a little context. First, it’s my clicker! You don’t get over there clean your lettuce. Interesting I dipped into is called the clip. That’s one more! So the question is: how can you be heard in cyberspace, given the turnout today, it’s clear that all of you know you need to be out there.

You need a social media strategy, so the question is, though, how can you make your voice be heard so about six weeks ago, Twitter pass the 1 billion tweets per week, there’s more than 1.3 million blogs, there’s at least 500 500 million Facebook users we’re not even Talking about Google+ yet and there’s more than 70 million linkedin users, with 10 million companies participating jessica Lee, so there’s lots of fridges.

It’s easy to put up a Twitter and Facebook account and that’s what organizations do it’s free, but many organizations still are doing one too many marketing or one-to-many communication, so they use social media more as a megaphone because they need to figure out how to make it More like a conversation, so what social media offers really is the power to tap into a network and what I’ve written up here is really the characteristics of a network and what they do.

Is they break down silos just like you’re coming here and chatting with one another you’ve no longer within your institutional walls and they create a multiplier effect? So if you wrote a great blog post or you get retweeted, that means one person tells five of their friends and those five friends tell another five friends and that’s called a multiplier effect, and it also means that whatever share can actually pass across the network really Quickly, that’s what gives it its viral power quick question, whether if you defeat slightly focus on what we will? The PowerPoint and handouts online or India and what’s important for nonprofits, is, if you create an online community, it allows you to stay engaged with them and listen to them, and so it’s a way in which the walls of your organization can become permeable. So in the past, nonprofits would have to even through email, send it out to email, but you can post something online and share your expertise and also, if you’re running an advocacy campaign, get that message out quickly. I’m going to turn it over to Cynthia. We have to start with the whole concept of granting to be successful in social media, and I think this is the place where most people really fall down.

If I look at particularly in the nonprofit arena, I see organizations struggling with the concept of who are they and how do you portray the organization? You know that you represent with a strong human personality that people can really connect with. So I mean, I think you know what happened here – we’re a little ahead. Japan here we just missed one. That’s right, you’re wrong: we did them Arthur’s my neck, all right! That’s not my problem.

I’m looking at my hand out just move it off for my slides, but ok, every organization has a personality and basically you just need to pick whether you are you know snarky and kind of mean-spirited. That’s smart provides I’m house, or are you kind and generous, we’re wearing mr. Rogers hurt whatever you are brand 101 says you say that over you say one thing say it over and over and over you transmit that personality in social media, not just in words, but In every article you post your community in every photograph.

I forget what the numbers are, but in terms of photography, the most looked at asset on social media is photography. I think it’s like seven to one in terms of words, so everyone your photographs, what you should be using a lot of should in some way shape or form relate back to who and what your organization is using stands for, and I keen are just so little Tip look at a bun look at other successful organizations for role models.

I mean that’s how I figure out what I like. What is really working? I’m constantly trolling the social media world for what kinds of sites, what kinds and blogs and communications are really successful, and then I look at them. I take them apart to try to figure out okay. How do we emulate what they’re doing and I’m sure that you, you obviously have the opportunity to do that? Quick question yeah we have.

I think photography, I’m not sure the most hair, the most, I think, on facebook, it’s probably photographs because they’re more of them in the most viewed photographs on facebook are women, but I hate it. Okay, um another little of brand pointers wanted to make not to belabor too much of this. You know in order to attract a following, you have to create an identity so that you know organizations have brands.

If you are an individual, you have a personal identity and a persona, and I want to talk a little bit about the use of your personalities and personas within your own community, because another thing that I’m seeing a lot in non-profit in the world nonprofit is that For having there is quite a bit of difficulty in putting a human face on the organization, so I would like to see more of you figure out main interesting.

You could say perky ways of communicating the brand of persona of your organization. This really so good arena to do it in basically, you know your personality of brand persona, whatever you want to call it, it equals who you are just on labor the point, but multiple personalities will will fracture your grand

HOW TO MAKE MONEY FASTER The POWER of CLARITY 100X your INCOME build WEALTH and HAPPINESS this YEAR

That’s what we talked about, so, let’s kind of get into it, because one of the big big problems that people seem to have with making money is a lack of clarity.

They want to make money that much they’re sure of, but how to make money. Mmm that come is vague, ambiguous, it’s not really nailed down. Now I want you to think about this. If you went to your job just kind of mindset, you don’t know what you want to do. You just want to make some money whatever way possible. However, what you can it’s not really going to work out because your job, you have a defined occupation.

You bility work, you do this. If you make fries you make fries. If you do this, you make tires, you make BMWs wherever you work, you have a clear path. Hopefully you have a clear path on how to make money with your job, all right. So how many of you are really clear on what you want to do to make money? Just put that in the comments? How many of you are clear and the mods beyond it, because I left a comment on the CNN post and it really angered the GOP trolls and this.

This is something to talk about this too, not getting political, but clarity is a very important part of being. President right now there are Americans who are losing their jobs because of his policies, because he has no clarity. Now, I’m going to make a prediction: 15, 20 months we’re going to have a very rough recession and most folks aren’t ready. Now, if you’re, really clear that recessions coming you’re going to your, your behavior is going to mirror your thought process and what I mean by that is you have people who are saying one thing but doing something completely different than what they said they wanted to do.

That is called incongruence if you’re incongruent. I want to make a lot of money, but I don’t really know how the money is just not coming every now and then someone will just do something and make a lot of money that is called an outlier. That’s called a unicorn, that’s called a typical, that’s not the norm and people be like well Johnny. You never went to school Johnny. You know he even wasn’t that smart.

He just came on YouTube and you know he started putting articles up there. Next thing. You know we got a G Wagen, but but the missing ingredients is johnny is a 10 johnny has rock-solid. Abs johnny is very handsome. Johnny is most women’s prototype man, but you know we going to talk about that you’re, going to like look at Johnny in the abstract and think you can do what he can do, even though you don’t have his gifts.

This is a lot of the stuff. You see on the Internet, you see many people who are doing stuff and it’s not going to work. So how does one get clear? First of all, one has to be honest with sty self. You have to be very, very honest with yourself. You have to be very clear with yourself. You have to be very, very OnPoint with yourself now part of the deal is there are many people who say that they want to be XY and Z, because it sounds good.

Give you an example when I started this YouTube thing, it was a lot of people, thought YouTube was wack. There was a lot of my friends who thought I was silly. There was a lot of people who didn’t think that this YouTube thing would work out to be anything now these same people they’re like hey, I always believed in you, man. I knew you could be a contender. I knew you could be a contender right and part of that problem.

Is people forget people romanticize things like the stuff with the GOP and cunt? This has happened before we had a racist president before he actually fired of federal workers and got rid of them because they were black. So you know this dis ain’t, nothing new, but to a generation of people who’ve, never experienced it. It’s very new and to a group of people who’ve, never experienced clarity. That’s very new! That’s very hard because when I will say is like let’s talk about disruptive mail for a second I’m putting some hot content on that, this is going to be very helpful.

So you may wan na go over and check that out. Let’s say you have a dude he’s an average dude and he just wants an average girl but socially he’ll put in the comments. Yeah man – I you know – I bang the 10 – he’s going to say that, but he really don’t want a 10. He just want a girl. That’s going to bake biscuits have sex with. On the you know, on the regular and just be peaceful, happy, that’s what most dudes want.

Now you got everybody talking about yeah man. She was bad. She was a ten. She was a 10 here’s. The problem with that during ten minute ins, Halle, Berry’s, a tenth. How many women look like Halle Berry? You know in her category where, wherever she goes, everyone’s like yes, she’s, bad, she’s, bad. You know if you’re, a true bonafide ten, you know anywhere in the world, and men are going to behave the same way.

If that behavior is not crazy or you ain’t attend once again, they need em in the alpha males same thing, you could you know a lot. Do sir, I had this conversation with a friend. He was somebody he’s an alpha male now I just is like oh you’re, not because if you’re an alpha male, you begin now for male results, but you’re not getting a female results, and I just left it alone, because I don’t feel like a fight, but many People are pretending to be something that they’re not to impress people who don’t matter and that diffuses clarity that that really messes up clarity.

Because if you are rock solid in your clarity, you going to get what you want. But when you’re confused you going to get what comes your way and what comes your way? May not be good for you. It may not be the best thing for you. This is one of the problems, because when I start this YouTube blog, I was very clear on what I wanted. I wonder why the book I wanted to sell the book. My goal was two thousand people at 65.

You know that was the goal I exceeded it, but I had a goal to begin with. I made many many many many many many many mistakes, many many mistakes. Many many mistakes – green funky cover there was so many mistakes, but because I was so clear on the outcome and it was clear on the methodology that I had to deploy to get that outcome. When I first won to be a writer, I was in the boarding house – and I was doing this thing called passionate Friday – didn’t really go anywhere because I didn’t have discipline and I was just you know, just riding it pretty much getting some trim.

So the second time I had a little bit more discipline, but I didn’t have a really good game plan. Then I stopped writing. Then I got in the store chunks in business and I wrote every day, but I wasn’t writing for the pleasure of writing. I was writing to make money. I wrote thousands and thousands the ads, so it wasn’t write fiction. I was but I was writing for eight years because you know I was like I didn’t write four years.

Actually I did. I wrote a lot of copy. A lot of post so I became I got in the habit of writing, which is why I was able to finish my first book because I had developed a discipline. I had developed a game, I developed the Ackermann, but on the publishing tip I was still whack. I was still very whack. I made so many mistakes, but because I was really clear on the process. I was really clear on the outcome I exceeded it.

You got to be clear about each and every step go back to disrupt email. When you approach a woman, many of you just like how is she pretty you don’t even know she wants. You need to have a plan already pretty prescribed a contrived plan of. If I meet X, Y & Z, woman, this is going to happen. This is the reason you should write your dream girl girl profile, because what it does this establishes clarity and all of a sudden, you start like.

Oh, I didn’t want this. I didn’t want this kind of chick. I didn’t want that kind of chick. I want this kind of chick and because she become very specific and very focused all of a sudden, these kinds of chicks start popping off in your life, but see here’s the thing they were already there. They were always there, but because you wasn’t clear, you didn’t know what you were looking for. You did not set standards, you just missed out.

This is for business. This is for family. This is for everything if you’re, like ego car shopping. Most of you are real clear on what you want. I want on red Honda. I wonder that this surprise you like boom boom boom boom. You put more effort into getting a card and you do getting a mate. You put more effort in getting a car than you do star in the business and you wonder why I does it go sideways, because there’s this cool that statistic: that 90 % of businesses fail, I’m going to parse that a little bit 90 % of businesses that Fail is started by people who are not clear.

The people who had experience in that field, the people who were clear on the outcome they had a nine percent success rate being clear, is going to set your income on fire now part of being clears you’re going to have to get rid of a lot of This doing stuff for other people with my family, I had to get rid of them. For me to be quote a good son, a good brother, a good family member. I was going to have to lower my ambition.

I was going to have to say and do things I didn’t disagree. I didn’t agree with. I just thought this is stupid, so I cut them loose, made more money than all of them put together, but they still hatin, because it took me a really long time to understand this. I got out when your tribe wants you to be in regardless, if being in is counterproductive, it’s unhealthy! They want you in in a minute that they see that you trying to climb out of the barrel that you’re trying to run off the flood station.

Don’t even tell on you at Glendon master Linda, he in the middle, the feel he heading for the fence master, yet fence master, he hopped the fence as he go. You want me to get the dogs to see. He’s not happy that I escaped he’s upset because he didn’t escape so he’s going to do every thing in his power to make sure that I get back on the plantation to be there right. Next to him see people have been programmed to be more proactive in destruction than building instead of him.

Like you, you you going to try to escape him on Thursday night yeah man, yeah, yeah, all right, so I’ll be look at no, no! No! No! No! He get that information he going to go, tell master cuz, he’s afraid to come off the plantation cuz. The plantation is all he knows. He don’t know anything about this new world. He don’t know anything about the graduation and levels of classes. He ain’t trying to you know, what’s a good example of this, anyone see Shawshank Redemption.

Remember that Brooks was here doing kind of prison, but because he had been institutionalized and many people have been institutionalized, he did not know how to respond to freedom. He didn’t know how to deal with this because he had been institutionalized in a negative dynamic that he could not divorce himself from, and many of you have that similar dynamic. For let’s say, let’s say you live in New York: you live in California, you live in Chicago Rhett’s high, but instead of saying, okay, I’m going to make a choice here, either I’m going to leave I’m going to buckle down and make the money to live.

How I want to here it’s a choice and many people. Instead of making those choices to leave or stay there, they complain and then they let you state and they gang up and it’s like hey. We need to reduce rent ain’t happening, rent ain’t going down unless it’s a recession, that’s the only way rents going down, so you got ta make the choice. You got to be real clear on what you want. If you want a million dollar business, you need to do the math then figure out how your skill sets can mirror or match up with a product or service to make that money most people star businesses, don’t do the math.

They don’t have any clue. This is like it did. They go out there and fail man. You ain’t going to start no business again that that’s just that’s some wacky stuff man. You know these people who starting businesses, are they getting help from government these immigrants yeah they getting loans, no interest loans. Me. I was out there by myself. I couldn’t make it. You know it’s just ain’t. It ain’t right for the average man, it’s just ain’t ready.

You know I have a term for that. It’s called loser speak if you’re speaking like that to yourself, you are a loser and you’re going to indoctrinate your children with that loser mindset cuz, I don’t care how poor you are. I don’t care how much you don’t have if you don’t change that mindset you’re going to give that to your kids and you’re, going to create this generation of the generation after generation of low expectations and poverty and low income people.

That’s going to be your inheritance for your children. Now there are some good parents out there who know they ignant and they lie. Look. I don’t want you to be like me, I’m going to send you over here to be with these people, so they can teach you better than I can, because I don’t have the skills. That’s a good parent, that’s a great parent. It doesn’t take a lot of money to be a great parent. It just take a lot of common sense.

You don’t have to be rich, but you can enrich your children by pushing them to do shit. You couldn’t do and a lot of people they. They only want their kids to be successful. They don’t want their children to be more successful. Then that’s the dysfunction that goes and a lot of families that, if you’re doing better than your parents, your parents may hate. Now, if you got a good parents, they’re going to be like, I am so proud of you up.

That’s my son, that’s my daughter and then you’ve got those hey the Gators, those hater hate machines. You ain’t going to be nothing! I wish. I never had you. You ain’t been nothing but misery and pain to me, you got people with parents like that and these people in the world of hurt and they walking in pain, and it makes it very hard for them to be clear because they’re trying to deal with. Why didn’t my mom? Why didn’t my dad want me? This is why you know, even with my jacked-up situation, I make it very clear that I would love to been her father in case she sees this one day and she’s feeling some kind of way.

She’ll know the truth, but there’s a lot of bad parents out there cuz they don’t want their kids to do better name because they weren’t clear, so they pass on this lack of clarity to their children. It’s amazing how this goes down. So, let’s get into how to get clear first, you got ta, be honest with yourself real. On its bluntly, honest second, you got to start taking massive action as soon as possible, nothing’s going to happen without massive action.

You can know you have a problem. You can start working on it, but without massive action, then it’s going to happen and we’re getting close to this recession. 15. 20 months. I think of a be honest. You need to start preparing like yesterday, because during this next recession, those who are prepared and going to get wealthier. This is, I think, it’s just a cycle. That’s set up. It’s like we’re going to milk it on the high side, we’re going to milk it on the low side.

These people are very clear what they want, they’re very clear of their objectives, they’re very clear on the outcome. They have no problems saying this is what I want. So the third thing you need to do is to write down what you want once again. The third thing you need to do is write down what you want, because this is a funny thing about writing down your goals. You’ll have your goal in your head.

Right and you’ll put it on paper and it’ll look wack and that’s good, because if you cannot fully articulate your goal and desires to yourself on paper, then your subconscious mind can’t kick in and take over. So by writing this all. This is very unclear and you write it and you rewrite it and you rewrite it and you rewrite it and you rewrite it it to become so clear that anyone can understand it.

It has to be clear and it has to be simple to you. So that’s what you have to do be honest with yourself. Take massive action and write down your desires and you know: go back and read the article script script your days, because if you get in the habit and once again you don’t have to be a writer – and you know that no one’s going to see this. But you get a lot of people, you don’t have to be Hemingway.

You just have to be able to write in an intelligent manner to program your subconscious mind, because if you write this every day, you start taking massive action and you’re very honest with yourself you’re, going to start to see that things that you want to manifest in Your life they’re just going to start popping up they’re going to start coming people going to start sending you money, people going like you know like man, I need a truck even like hey um.

I know this is strange, but my dad he’s got a truck. He just wants it gone. You know anyone who needs a truck. These things will start to happen to you, because you’ve programmed your subconscious mind to reach out and pull them to you. But long as you look there’s a part of the Manos spirita app. So we hate these low expectation having people these whiners these losers, the it’s just ridiculous. It’s just ridiculous! How bad these folks think life is when in life, because they’re unclear how they go about life.

That’s the bad part, but life ain’t! Bad! Oh, just wait! Just wait because I was having this car. I was posting stuff on the CNN post and I didn’t even collab them one by one because they were stupid and I just like. I see who’s going to be in the first culling based upon these low IQ responses, because any fool can leave a derogatory comment under a pen name under an avatar, and I saw some really jacked up avatar.

So I know that these people they’re not progressive people and they’re, just members of the echo chamber and I’m just laughing, because I really don’t like Trump, but some of his policies have benefited me like a mofo. If I make the same money I made last year, I’m getting the 14 % raise, that is significant people and get 14 % raises people getting 3 1 point 5 to 3 percent, 3 percent. Being very rare, 3 % over $ 1,000 is 300 ain’t.

A lot of money you might get like a $ 2,400 raise if you get 3 %, you get 1.5 % you get like Twitter and feed up, which is eaten up by inflation. It is Wow, so once again be honest with yourself. Take massive action. Write it down now, number four is going to be you’re going to have to visit, drive experience what you want, you will have to visit, drive and experience what you want now. Let’s say you want to live in California.

You need to go ahead and get yourself a plane ticket go to California on a vacation two or three days, and do that four or five times and see how it feels before. Just like I’m going to move California, I sold everything I’m going, then you get out there and you hate it. People do that stuff to Atlanta all the time they come here. Streets paid for gold. Unless you were coming here with a business and some money, it’s going to be hard for you player playing it’s going to be very, very hard, but you you have people out here who tend to romanticize things.

So you really want this thing to manifest in your life. You need to go visit it you need to touch it. You need to feel it. You need to taste it because that’s walking on faith. It’s like okay. I can’t do it now, but I can do it later. A lot of you too scared to even go. You know how many of y’all are like this. When I was a kid, I used to go look at stuff and I don’t have any money. I remember. I was in Hawaii and I looked at this million dollar property.

I just look I’m in the military. I just want to look at this house. I can’t afford it right now. Maybe the future they’re okay, they were cool with letting me walk around this little black kid from Alabama at Schofield, Barracks and they’re very nice to me cuz. It was honest, so you could just go ahead and like have one look at this house, go the Ferrari. Dealership, look! Here’s the deal. I don’t have the money I’m going to give the Ferrari some point in the future, and I just want to try bit more likely they’re going to let you drive it they’re going to let you drive it more likely.

You didn’t know it because the good salespeople never know they never know. When that person’s going to hit big and come back and remember and see when you’re down, you remember all the people that were nice to you cause they ain’t that many becomes very clear. There’s a lot of clarity with that. I can count on one hand the people who came to visit me in this boardinghouse we’re still friends today, one hand, so everybody wants people to be nice and down for them, but they never been nice and down for anybody.

It’s just funny once again has clarity, so one of the things that you have to do – and this is the fifth thing you need to meditate on what you want be honest, massive action write it down visit, it drive it taste it and number five meditate on It now here’s the the bad news, it probably ain’t going to happen quick. Sometimes it can happen quick, but I’m not even going to set you up for the okey doke.

It may be a year or two, but what you’re doing is reprogramming your mind, not to be negative. You’re reprogramming your mind for success, because once you become very clear on some stuff and like someone can wake you up in the middle of night, like hey, what are you doing? Well, I’m creating an online platform to teach millions of people how they become successful. Cuz see that’s the sixth thing you got to break it down to where it’s one sentence.

What are you doing break it down in one sentence? Clarity, maybe a paragraph. You know if it’s complex, but it needs to be some that you can spit out in. Like 10 seconds and that death is one of the issues here, because a lot of you’re just not clear because a lot of you are consuming hustler porn, a lot of you are addicted to hustler porn. I was going on Instagram and I saw Ray J and his wife. I didn’t know he was married and he’s on this plane right.

He and his family, his daughter, I’m just sitting there like paint that just don’t see one. You know how much it is to charter a plane. If you get turned a prop, those ones were propellers. It’s like four thousand dollars an hour just for one of those. You know like Taylor, Swift, she’s, taking a private jet here and there it’s 40. You know with her entourage. She could be like $ 150,000, but she’s going to go to this venue and make three four five: six million, so that’s easily absorbed, but just to get on a private plane just to go to California, because you flex him.

That’s the one of the fastest ways to go broke. If, even if you do have a lot of money, I was coming back and I thought you mean Dupree up the first class. He was a four or five seats ahead of me. I didn’t recognize him at first and then the stewardess she had to take back his louis vuitton case and stuff, and you know Jermaine has made a lot of money. He flying first-class, these charter flights.

I see a lot of people flexing like that and oh, if you, if you’re the learjet – and this is the one without the props – and this is one of the bigger ones with the long range a Learjet could be nine and fifty nine to thirteen thousand dollars Per operating hour, so if you relieve here and go to Europe and that’s ten hours hundred G’s right, there hundred G’s other people out of these planes that happen for a reason, is every time that plane is in the air.

It’s costing a lot of money but they’re making a lot of money because you know I know, grant Cardinals got a plane. How to Create Credibility With Affluent Clients

So, first of all expertise matters in general when you are marketing a product or service. However, with your affluent clients, it is absolutely essential and the reason for that is because they are limited on time.

They want results, they’re looking for performance and they want to work with the best of the best right because they don’t want their time and money wasted. So I want to talk to you a little bit about how to establish this credibility, because here’s what we do know they will research you before they buy from you. Okay, so we’re not going to talk in this article about how you’re marketing to them and how they got to you.

I’ve talked about that in a lot of my other articles, but once they do find out about you and they are looking for you, I want to talk about a few ways that you can establish credibility. Okay, number one! You need to make sure that you are properly positioned and that you are positioned as the expert in your field right. So that is number one you you want to make sure that your positioning and your messaging is absolutely clear as to why you are the obvious choice for them to work with number two.

You need to have really tight branding branding matters because, what’s going to happen is – and I cannot tell you how many times I’ve gone to look for a service provider online and literally clicked away from them – they could have been the best expert in the world. But I clicked away from working with them, because when I went to their website it was old, it was outdated, they didn’t have professional, headshots and look.

My feeling is, if you’re not going to invest that much into your business, then you’re probably not going to invest that much into mine. So you need to make sure that your branding is tight and one of the ways that you can do that. Especially if you are are newer to business is to really have like a one page website. I’d rather, you have a one page. Beautiful website then have a really old, older one.

Okay, the third way that you are going to be able to establish your credibility is with the use of social proof, so social proof goes way beyond testimonials and again we know that this is essential, so it goes way beyond testimonials. It could also look like endorsements on LinkedIn. It could look like peer endorsements. You know, I know that some of you know that Seth Godin, you know I won the Purple Cow award and that has been a award.

That has really served me over the length of my career where he nominated our business as one of the most innovative companies in the United States. That’s a big endorsement right so endorsements from well-known people, but also from your clients and from your peers, Awards also exceptional for credibility builders as well as legitimate media appearances, where they can see that you are an authority matter expert on the subject.

Finally, customer service. So your credibility starts with the first interaction that you or your team have with the affluent clientele. So you want to make sure that you are responding quickly to your messages that you’re responding quickly to voice messages and that your team is, you know, understands that they need to provide, and all of you need to provide exceptional service from the moment that the person Comes in contact with you and part of that is to really design the customer experience.

You want to not leave that to chance. You want to have that designed before you even start marketing, so that the minute that they contact you they have a that. You’ve got an automated and personalized way to be able to get them in touch with you in a highly professional manner, alright guys. I believe all of that is a load of bullshit. You and I are reading the LESS we accomplish. With social media, But it doesn’t need to be that way anymore. Yes, social marketing is exploding onto the Scene, Customers are spending all day on Facebook, Immersing themselves on LinkedIn blogs, YouTube, Google and on-and-on. That is why we are following customers:… Trying to re-capture their attention and engage them, It’s natural for us to think being on Facebook.

Is important, It feels “ right” to get the word out on your Blog.. To talk about your businesses, your products and services on LinkedIn, Following advice of “, the experts” is safe. So why should you use social media to increase The success rates of customers Or help them avoid risks.. Or solve problems. Why should you create ebooks, educational Articles and checklists that help guide customers, Or why should you use content to take customers On journeys that nurture them toward buying Well, I admit these “ better ways” are new And unusual They feel unfamiliar, But that’s why you don’t act.

Is SMMA Dead in 2020? – Should you start a Social Media Marketing Agency 2020? (the painful truth)

I’ve been getting quite a lot lately from SMA and agency owners, especially over on my tech-talk. By the way, if you guys are not following me, there go ahead and do that and I put out a ton of content there. But that is one question that I’ve been getting consistently and I’ve also been seen, and a lot of people asked that exact same question this article.

What I want to do is hop on my computer and actually go through the data with you and give you my personal opinion on the topic on whether estimate is dead in 2020 little info on me for those of you who are new to this blog, my Name is jaime, and I started my agency journey a year and half ago and managed to score my just the six figures, nine months into their journey. Now, what I’m doing is I’m teaching other agency and SME owners this sales and outreach part of building an agency landing more meetings, sign, more clients and scanning their agency.

So without further ado, let’s hop on my computer and dive into the data and see whether SMA is actually that in 2020, this articles going to be very, very juicy and the answers probably going to surprise you so you’re not going to want to miss it. Let’s get right into it, so here we are inside my computer and let’s get right into it, it’s SMA dead in 2020. I’m really going to be revealing everything inside this sideshow on them.

I’m normally going to be giving you the data, but I’m also going to be giving you complete advice that stems from my personal experience, as well as some examples, as well as some examples of current plan. We can see that you know there’s this. A massive, a growing trend when it comes to SME, the the funny thing is and I’ll explain my my prediction or on this, though the funny thing is: if we take a look at a youtube search, it’s actually down quite a bit, as we can see here In comparison to at 2017 2018, which is really one when ty Lopez really started, you know going brain were very very hard on on his social media marketing agency course.

We advertise in that a ton but yeah, as we can see here, with YouTube search, section, dropped off quite a bit, which is which is quite interesting graphs. What I also went ahead and did is that compared it to dropship images, which is my opinion, the closest financial vehicle competitor. If it, if you will and as we can see here, drop shipping, it’s tough to see because in my opinion, has made sort of mod is a much better financial vehicle than than drop shipping.

For a number of reasons which I’ll probably cover in in upcoming articles. But yeah I mean drop shipping, just knocks it out of the park when it comes to to growth in comparison to a sum a which you know there’s a bit of gold right here, but we can see that drop shipping is just massive mass growth over the Past you know four or five years listen. Why was interesting for me to see that YouTube search was a lot lower than web search is because the thing about web search is a it’s morphin.

Indication of what you’re looking for rights also counts for a lot of businesses that are looking for social media marketing agency. That might be searched in that turn, to see what agencies ranked when, when you, google search that, and so it’s not just an indication of the people that are getting into the space, but also it. You know there’s a very high probability that it’s also an indication of the people that are looking for a so from your marketing agency, and so that’s one things that I wanted to keep in mind.

And for me, and the the thing about this is not it’s not back with. You know data, but this just my personal opinion. I let me know what you guys think of this hypothesis, but when it comes to YouTube surgit and when it comes to YouTube, I feel, like a lot of people, go on YouTube to learn about a specific topic right. If you look if you’re looking for social media marketing agency or if you’re, looking for s and may or if you’re looking for a dropship in it’s, not because you’re looking for an agency to come in and run your advertising, it’s more because you you’re looking to Learn about a specific topic: there’s you know tons of tutorials on financial vehicles when it comes to.

You know YouTube right, and so, in my opinion, and at this, my personal hypothesis, when it comes to youtube search this – or these are people that are actually looking to get into it, to learn how to do it, whereas a web search is actually more of an Indication of the people that are looking for agencies on the web to come in and run throughout advertising, so keep that in mind. But what I want to do is you know to play very safe.

We can assume that yes, SMA is growing a lot, and you can see this with also the the number of of gurus that have come up in this space and and just you know doing a very quick, a youtube search. You see that a lot of a lot more people, including myself or putting out articles around the, are on the topic, and that’s that’s also a good indication of that fact. You know if you take a look at it at you know.

If you go four years back and you take a look at the Shopify, add drop swing, content that was on YouTube. It was very limited, whereas you know now, if you go on YouTube, you know everyone and their mother is is doing. You know articles on on drop shipping on Shopify. You know that whole niche right, so that’s also a good indication, but yeah please play save what I’m going to do some consume. That SMA is having an exponential growth like we can see in this graph, but what I want you guys to question is or the people getting into it, even the relevant at the relevant data, and this where I see a lot of people, you know they almost Get blinded by just looking at one side of the equation, which is not even the most relevant side of the equation.

But they just take a look at that that side of the equation. And then they just kind of assume that it’s too saturated right. But nor the only side of the equation: that’s where, when you that’s, when you guys to keep in mind, it’s actually a matter of operand map, and especially this especially true, you know in a b2b service right, there’s always a buyer there’s always a seller and the Other side of the equation, all the businesses that are in need and desperate for social media marketing, because nowadays, even more businesses are aware that digital marketing is the fastest most trackable, most tangible, most profitable way of going visit.

Only or more business aware that these are marketing is the way to go to grow a business. You know fast and profitably, but here’s a little stat on the number of new businesses opening up each year right. So, as we can see here over six hundred and twenty seven thousand new businesses open each year, so that’s that’s what a lot of businesses right! You have to keep in mind that I’m just throw some numbers around is for every twenty thousand people.

You know going into Western me and learning about us with familiar marking that start an agency which, to be honest, is it’s a huge number. The thing you know the reason why you think it’s a lot more people’s because it almost increase the secret chamber, a chamber effect where everything you’re, seeing on a consistent basis, it’s as some a because that’s that’s! This chamber effect almost but yeah if, for 20,000, a for every 20,000 people that are getting into SMA each year, six hundred twenty seven thousand new businesses open up. Then you know you can kind of see how how that balance is out right, there’s still massive opportunity right. So that’s what that’s the the the person that we need to keep in mind on the other side of equation. The the client-side – and the second thing that I wanted to keep in mind, is that the growth of shop five – and this you know especially important if you go into the the e-commerce niche which is or which is also my niche.

So I just wan na you know, throw some numbers past you at to illustrate just the the incredible incredible growth of Shopify in in the past few years. So, from 2013 to 2006, 16 revenue from merchant services increased from 20 to 50 percent, which is quite a lot again, but from 2018 to 2019 the number of sulphite paying customers grew 55 percent from the previous year. That is an absolutely absurd.

Number of new businesses join me shortly. Okay, you know, there’s there’s very, very few businesses that are seeing this tremendous tremendous work. This illustrates just the number number of new e-commerce businesses opening up. I store every single year right and it doesn’t seem like that. Growth is slowing down anytime soon. So that’s the second thing this. The third thing is Shopify plus, so that’s kind of the rather higher at your service, 126 percent year-over-year average growth.

That is a huge, huge number yeah. That’s the third thing and the for thang financial report, total revenue and q1 of 2019 was three hundred and twenty point five million dollars. A fifty percent increase from 2018 q1 is a massive increase, there’s very, very few businesses that are seeing this type of growth online. So yeah, that’s the growth of Shopify, just to illustrate the huge growth that ecommerce that the e-commerce landscape, which is really the future, and it’s not even the futures, is already it’s the present it’s it’s over here, but it keeps on growing and there’s no sign of It slowing down data is clear, there’s more than enough to go wrong, but here’s really my opinion on the topic right.

You know, aside from the data without you know, without even looking at the data here. In my opinion, you shouldn’t even look at the data. Instead, focus on this just be better: okay, when the barrier to entry for financial vehicles load and people flock to it, this of gold rush. What this means is that many people think they’re going to hit the jackpot without putting in the work. This happens for every single financial vehicle you squeeze this.

This fight will affect where people start seeing, you know more people getting results, and so they think they can kind of duplicate that and so more people get into it, and so it just creates this viable fact that it gets bigger and bigger and and there’s eventually More and more people creating this gold rush moving right and this gold rush mentality – and you know this has happened with with drop shipping with Shopify and it’s going to happen with SMA, which is just behind drop shipping, but it just started.

I mean it will only get bigger okay, so the gold rush mentality hasn’t really caught into a semi while yet but in 2020. I think it’s going to be massive. There’s going to be a lot of people coming up with clear results. Online and people can see this and they’re going to flock to it like crazy and so that go rushing tide is created, and so all you have to do is outwork them up something better than them.

Even if it’s just a slight edge, I feel good. The numbers don’t matter and you might think well, that’s that’s just way too competitive like I’m not getting into business to you know, compete with with all the people. What you have to realize is you know, you’re going to go up against these people right, I’m consistently going up and I’ll be showing you some examples of this, but I’m going to sit on a daily basis.

I’m consistently going up against other agencies right there’s, especially if you’re going for the bigger clients, like the bigger clients, get approached by so many agencies. Just this week I signed you know I’m about to sign a contract with a client thanking me. I think it’s five months, and you know that it came down to the session between this, this other agency and my agency, and they want with us the screenshot off of this are right here on the screen.

This is not to brag okay. This is me, just you know, illustrating that there is, it is a competitive environment. Business is competitive, you have to you, know, you’re going to be going up against people and just have to be better than you know your your your system to have to be. You know more effective, more efficient, your your processes have to be tighter. Your your team has to be better and you just have to be.

You know the battery to win those big contracts and we have success. Okay, you know here’s the thing you can still have decent success. You can definitely get six figures without you know, being the best and just never one right, but once you know once you wanted to take things to the next level, one once you you’re really wanting to design those big lines, you’re going to have to be better Than probably what I would recommend is have this mentality right from the start, and it’s going to serve you so well, because you don’t have to look at the data you’re not looking sideways.

I have to see what other people are doing. You’re, just focusing on on you know, perfecting your service, perfecting your team perfecting their agency day in and day out, and then you know you’re going to bury the competition so yeah, that’s the first thing and and the second thing is the 80/20 principle. What this means is that most clients in their niche will gravitate towards the same handful of agencies.

This means that when you’re good doable, when you actually focus on the right things, okay being good, it’s not something that, should you know this hardened you or make you think? Well, I’m not! You know I’m not going to have successful as with SMA, when you’re good you’ll reap huge success, and that should really really excite you. If you’re willing to put in the work, if you’re willing to improve daily and get better daily, then you’re really going to reap huge success right because you know word-of-mouth referrals and and, as I said, the the 80/20 principle in place right.

It’s either all or nothing. Now that’s a bit of an extreme, I don’t you know, I don’t exactly mean nothing. I truly believe that, with with SMA, if you just keep working out, don’t necessarily if you just keep working at it, you know within nine months six months you can definitely learn land, one two three clients or four times right. But what I’m talking about is huge, huge success right, we’re talking about.

You know the six figures past past six figures: half a million in a year. You know even even taking the agency 2 million, which I haven’t done. I have known yet, but you can you can see this this, this pattern wicker and its really, because you know word mouth source kicking in referrals, tire store kicking in you get. You know more social proof and secrete. So again, this file fact, which I will recommend you guys read about in good to create, which is which is really a great book by Jim Collins, so yeah.

That is the second thing, and the third thing is many: existing reputable agencies, reputable agencies or very, very poor, okay, so shifting our attention from new businesses, that’s pretty needed social media marketing to businesses with low-performing agency. So, let’s just completely, you know this record and neglect the massive opportunity that there is with the business that are currently joining.

You know there are currently starting up and need social media marketing desperately. Let’s actually shift our attention to D, the business that are already there. Only out there and that may have it and that may even have agencies running their social media marketing. What I’ve come to realize is that many agencies, over the years over the past years have been able to get away with poor performance in the past and whatever my poor performance is just not be focusing on results not be focus on not being focused on on Robots be more focused on on having a swampy office with with a huge team of of people that are that, don’t really know what they’re doing on a consistent basis.

Yeah, that’s really what I mean by poor performance, the new type of performance driven results, oriented lean agencies that don’t need huge offices, then, and that that’s really the way I suggest you know people to run their agency. You know be very, very efficient and just focusing on results. That’s really the best way to run an agency, but I truly that this new tide of agencies would soon take over, and this also huge opportunity.

The Norden of people are talking about just about looking at the new businesses that are coming into the market that need social media marketing desperately. It’s also looking up. It’s also looking at the huge opportunity, other is by providing a better service than what a lot of agencies have been allowed to provide over the pad over the past few years. Okay, and so what I want to do now is. I want to illustrate this with my own experience.

Today or anytime tomorrow regards his name? Is a Oh. So yeah, then the conversation went on. We actually had the call I was a bit hesitant to.

I was a bit hesitant on the call and – and I think so was he and but it really turned out very, very well. I I was able to diagnose the you know the the biggest bottlenecks that they were. Having new, I painted a clearer picture that there were the one week in the don’t really weepin the the huge returns that they should be weeping from other Facebook ads, and you know that they could do much much better.

I painted that very very clear to them, and they did. I got this email. We actually had two calls prior to this and he you know he just emailed me. I just wanted to let you know we’re still on course to go with your plan records a you had a from working for this company. What I you know, the the reason why I’m showing you guys this is to illustrate just the huge potential of there is the huge presumably of there is by being better, but by being better than this other flashy agencies that that you know, have huge offices that Have incredible landing pages and that have an incredible you know quantum marketing team and that we have an incredible kind bases, one social proof.

At the end of day, we swore our King and that’s what the the client cares about the you know what the client cares about. Yes, social proof helps. Yes, you know having a clientele that can refer, you helps, but if you can just show them that you can get better better result on their agency and undo bear in mind. You know to this point at this point. Magnus II has a track record of incredible resources, so I can show them.

You know what we’re doing for for some we’re kinda. It’s it’s a great way to persuade them. You know by just showing them by straight up showing them results, but if you just if you can show them that your result, oriented team and that they that all you care about is results and you can get them with better results. This is a huge opportunity. I’m and what I would say is even better than had you know.

Looking at you know, looking over at the the companies or just sorting out on that, may not be able to pay you, those those huge retainers that you are and that I’m assuming you’re after so focus on being the best, and you won’t have to worry about The competition, but what I would say, if you really do if you we care about the competition, and you really want to you – know, keep in mind that that data that I that I showed you you know early on in this presentation, you can rest assured, there’s Still plenty of opportunity for newcomers, there’s there’s still plenty of opportunity in the SME space and there’s still plenty of opportunity to absolutely kill it with up SMA and really just you know, build the life of your of your design and and Jen.

7 Problems That Small Businesses Face In Modern Online Marketing

In Melbourne, I don’t know what time it is where you act, but it’s the lunch and learn with prosper here from leave long digital, I’m assuming that you’ve had a fantastic weekend and you’re ready to toggle on the next week coming ahead. Today’s topic is something that you know, troubles a lot of people and we’re just going to be talking about the seven problems that are actually facing small businesses in modern online marketing.

Now. The reason why I chose this topic is, I have had experience in the last four years, working with small to medium businesses, like yourself and coaches and consultants, to actually help the market scale and grow their business all right. So this is reading from this book marketing strategy by Walker there right it’s one of those off-the-shelf type books and it’s talking about opportunities right now, every single day we are exposed to an online opportunity right, but it says opportunities are as good as the marketing and Their business people who will pursue them, that’s if, even if some combination of marketing and industry factors presents an opportunity and that attractive edifice plant, there remains some critical questions.

One does the opportunity to seek what you want to do that. Your mission, your aspirations, your passion and your objectives, and do you have the right resources right, people right, organizational, confidences and other critical success factors necessary to implement your plan successfully and number three? Do you have the right connections and business networks to actually go in with this and most industries their number of people and critical factors that tend to separate the winners that does tend to separate the winners and the also-ran okay.

So what religion is saying is you are being presented every single day with some sort of new and shiny object, new and shiny opportunity, but is it meant for you? Are you the right of a person to execute on that opportunity, because that the end result is? I end up working with people that are not passionate about something they’re working on. Oh that project, oh that dropship serves been doing, was just a means to an end: okay and they’re, putting so much money.

Now they can’t get out of it because they’re too legit to creat all right now. The goal of every sort of digital marketer and online business owner I know, is to get leads, and I usually generate revenue for your online business, and I assume that will be what your goal is. But are you aligned to the business you’re starting? Is it something that you would wake up and really want to do, or is it something that you were sold on to by somebody who wrote really good copy on a Facebook ad, because some of the people I was talking to a very beautiful couple earlier on In the morning, they’ve got a website that they’ve just recently started, but it is not aligned whatsoever to who they are as a person to what they want to achieve and where their goals are and just look like.

It was going to be an ATM for them and now they’ve spent so much money in it and it’s not working for them. Okay, so you really want to look from the get-go whether the business is really aligned to who you are is really aligned to your goals and really aligned to your vision and your passion as a person. You cannot sell something to anyone that does not read. That. Does not respect you? Okay, so if you have a headache, if you’ve got a headache right now or if you’ve got a toothache, would you go to somebody who is a janitor to help you fix that today? No, you go to a dentist or you go to a doctor.

Okay, so that’s the Rick. That’s the same thing that people online are also doing. If you’ve got a shop that selling things that you’re not passionate about people can tell you, don’t have the lingo, you don’t have the expertise and you cannot talk to those people in that particular manner. Okay, it’s just like myself opening up a shop and I want to sell dresses. I don’t know anything about dresses, I don’t know what women wear in winter or if they wear dresses.

When they go to sleep, I don’t know where dressing the one. So how am I going to connect with the customer and expect them to give me money when I am NOT passionate about the thing that I’m selling all right, so how these things they’re, self-induced all right, and so that’s the reason why I want to talk about Some of the problems that people are facing online, one big problem that people are facing is they’re not aligned to the products they’re selling and it’s not easy to discover or to even see have you ever seen somebody who, when you ask them, what do you do They just send you a page or a link to what they do know.

Enthusiasm, no explanation, nothing! It’s because they’re not connected to what they’re doing. Okay every single day I put up a post on my facebook, and I ask people what are you doing? What what makes you happy Christina? Thank you so much for sitting in ask people. What are you doing? What makes you happy what what’s happening in your life? Some people just post a link, and they expect me to figure it out on my own.

That is not going to work, because, if you’re, not it passionate about whatever it is you’re selling or you’re presenting to anyone who is going to be questioning about it. Okay, because have you ever noticed if you have a baby, because I’ve got a little girl. My little girl is the cutest girl in the world, okay, according to me and she’s the cutest in my world, but somebody else might see her and say what an ugly baby okay! So if you are not going to present your little girl or your business to people, no one is going to see it in the same light that you see it.

Okay, people are now buying on emotion. They never buy it on the basis of how cute or nice your logo is okay, you might as well go and spend $ 20,000 on logo, but if you’re not putting in the passion, if you are not talking to people connecting and relating to everyone, that you Come across they’re never going to know that you exist. I think you would have seen on my post. I put up a picture. You know I like dressing up and saying the problem that a lot of enterpreneurs are facing.

These days is because nobody knows they exist. Nobody even knows their business exists. It’s up to you to bring it out to the muscles. It’s no longer a situation where you build and they come all right. You got to bring the people to you so that they can. You know you can have a business. That’s profitable and enjoyable, okay, so if this is something that you’ve been struggling with a lot figure out, are you really really aligned with your business, because people can also tell that’s the reason why people are not connecting to your business all right if you’re, not in It no one is going to be in it for you, okay and one other thing, one of the problems that is facing a lot of small business people.

You know with this whole modern online marketing is their message is not aligned to the market they’re, sending it to all right. Your message really has to be aligned to a market that will purchase and buy from you all those things that will then help you deliver. That message, like your Facebook, your website and your Instagram, those come in secondary I’ll, give you an example. Coca-Cola has been a business for the past hundred years.

Okay, what has been their message? Their message has been open happiness right. Their message has been: we create happiness and ground your meals, all Christmas, okay and who is their market. Their market is usually everybody else, but basically families and people that just want to be happy right and you get a coca-cola. So that message has been pounded up on us right now for the last hundred years, and as much as when you go to third world countries, every soft drink is called coca-cola.

Every soft drink, no matter brendan is even if it’s of Pepsi people would say. Can I buy a coca-cola alright because they have been pounding their message now? Their market can be anyone else which is the different product, but you need to specify who your market is and the media they have been using has been totally different and keeps evolving. They were on newspapers very on TV, on radio on buses or anything that you can think of that has a coca-cola advert on it on billboards all that stuff, that is the media and it constantly changes.

Now the small business person of the day is concentrating on the media. They want to know how to write ads. They want to know how do you know we have lots of following on Instagram. They want to know how to market their business. But what are you doing? Who are you communicating to and why should they care that’s where a lot of people get it all wrong, they’re going in straight for the media and the media keeps changing I’ll.

Give you a perfect example in this day and age. Right now we’re reading the biggest infinite height we have ever experienced. Facebook is totally ripping off everything. Snapchats built okay, so in the coming year, snapchat might not be working as a business and that we knew it as a social media platform. Look how’s it going. Man tips for tuning in Peter, so if you are concentrating your business and growing it on snapchat, while everybody else is being drawn back to Instagram and Facebook, all right, you see when the media, you see, you see how the media is not important, and since businesses We’re concentrating on advertising on newspapers, people are reading blogs know if people are concentrating on having um, you know commercial slots on TV.

People are reading YouTube now. Okay, and if people in your brand was concentrating on advertising on radio and people are listening to podcasts now. So you really want to make sure that your message is set in stone to who that message is going in the market and if that market can’t understand that message with ever media, you can use that can change so the biggest problem that a lot of small Businesses is facing is they’re, starting off with the media chasing the media chasing Facebook chasing.

You know your Instagram chasing snapchat. Okay, if you manage to gross Facebook for one day, they’re going to come in and change the algorithm and then you’re going to go back and learn it again, but you’re neglecting what your messages you’re neglecting who you marketed? You need to concentrate delivering a message to a market that actually understands you. Market is a person who gives you money market is the person who votes for your product and market is a person who actually raises his wallet and says you know what I want.

More of what you’re, having here, take my money: that’s the market, the person who ought to be value-based, your business, the person who actually says yes, I want to have more of what you have. How are you connecting to that person? What message are you leaving into them? That’s what small businesses do not realize that base should concentrate on. Thank you. The media can always fluctuate and change the media can be your grandmother if you want it to be. If you ever hurt your grandmother talking so much about you when she goes to play, bingo all crush sitting with the other.

Ladies, there she’s medium, but you got ta, give a message so that she delivers into a market all right. Some people are just going in to tell grandma stop that grandma does not understand. So you need to make sure your message is congruent either on all these little stuff platforms that you have you sighs social media. Everything is uniform because you know what somebody might get a chance to see your stuff today and they go away and do something else right now.

Look at this time is an illusion in Australia, as we speak, it’s 2:15 on the monday, which means we’re already halfway through a business day while where you are right now, it’s you know, you’re going to sleep alright. So if I put out something you are going to sleep right now, you will forget overnight and then tomorrow is your Monday and you’ve got a whole day to start off with now. If my message is not consistent and if my end user and this my message is not consistent and congruent, how what are the chances of you remembering what I’m just saying now, if I don’t come back again and reiterate that message, so you need to figure out What exactly you are bringing out to the market so that the market will then reward you with the walnuts, the credit cards and everything else that validates your business? Okay, because if you’re just going to be a one-click wonder you know you’re here today, you’re little more you’re here today, your head, then Murray’s doing that you’re doing that people people get tired of you and before you know it you sitting there and you you’ve got More months at the end of your money and you doing it all but you’re not realizing that you’re not reaching out to anyone, so you want to figure out if your message is particularly set to a market that understands you that likes you.

That will vote for you amongst all the other players in the market. Then, whatever media you can choose from all, you can play around with that’s up to you. It depends now. You then go into Facebook ads. You know why you don’t just target people that already know like and trust you and your eyes spread is not that much. You see what I’m talking about here when you’ve already crafted your message, and you already have a market that you can now send that message to Facebook ads in the media.

You know I mean you can then just send whatever you you created through your. You may be the blog that you got a picture on hovers at pixel and then just said ads, particularly to those people that are on that pixel. Those people already know like and trust you and it’s a cheaper way to convert okay, but other people are just praying and praying and hoping that something is going to stick. If you’ve noticed on the market right now, you are actually now getting paid to buy people’s books.

I don’t know you’ve seen those ads going around. You know give you twenty dollars I’ll, give you ten dollars, so you can buy this book. You never know. What’s going on in people’s front day, but at the end of the day he’s trying to put his message into the market now, if your message is not set in stone, you also just be a wandering generality or a one-click, wonder and that’s where most of the Problems were then stable from that are facing a lot of small businesses right now, because you know why the message is not in place and their market is not defined all right.

So this is exactly what the online prosperity blueprint is going to teach. You know without some sort of online and strategy, so your strategy really has to come from who you are what you can provide and who means it and who you can provide it to once you get all those things sit you can you can. You can use this example with anything. You could be an online store that sells camping gear. All right, that’s who you are! You are camping, enthusiast and you’re, going to be looking for those people that are also camping, enthusiast, okay, but also within the camping enthusiast.

You need to differentiate who exactly your target market is because, if you’re looking for that weekend camper, it’s a different message to somebody else who is a gator farmer or who is always out in the woods, hunting or a duck shooter, or something like that. So you need to figure out who exactly your market ISM once you can talk to them, you can influence them with impact and influence comes income all right.

So you want to really make sure that it’s there’s anything you’re going to get out of this talk today. Once your message, who are you sending that message to and how are you sending that message message – market media the media can play around you can turn you know you can do podcasts. You can speak on top of the mountain you can play drums if you’re African, you know, swing by trumpets, that’s the media, but what is the message you’re delivering and who wants to hear it? Okay, so sometimes people are just concerned about bringing traffic to their website.

Of course, people will come, but what are they going to come and get? What are they getting? What are they? What value are you providing into the market because you get paid in accordance to the value that you provide, so you bring in people to your website? Yes, that’s cool they’re coming in they’re coming in, but it shouldn’t they come to that party. Are you playing the right kind of music? Do you have the right kind of food for them, some of them are vegetarian, some of them are gluten-free and some of them don’t even eat anything.

That’s it. I because they are in a diet. So have you got all of those things set up for them as soon as they come to your party? Do you have strategies enough for them that, as soon as they get here, they know where the buffet table is and from that buffet tables you and literally get them too? You can literally get them to you know start. You know benefiting from your content. So half the time guys we’re not doing enough, we might think we’ve got a business, but who are we serving? What are we telling them and how are we reaching out to them? The fact is that all make sense in and as much as, yes, everybody wants to start an online business.

But what are you selling who needs it, and why should they care, so you got to make sure your your-your-your message is going to a specific market and that market connects through media. So those are the three ms that you need to be specific about as soon as you start, your business, okay and you need to have a strategy of how you’re getting those people receiving your message and why should they actually care because you got ta, let people Realize what to want they’re not going to know you existed until you go out there and let them know alright, so you want to type in blueprint so that we can start working together.

I put up a post again a little bit early after that. If you really want to figure out where you’re going, how you doing this, because we can tell when, when nobody’s really doing anything online, that I know it’s painful, I know it hurts I’ve been there. It’s not your fault. This whole thing, this whole internet is, is still too small and that a lot of people don’t realize how to play around with it.

And it’s not your fault. Okay, some people might just have a clue. Some people might just have an idea, but the principle is still the same. You really need to know what your message is, who the market is and what the media you’re going to use to reach out to them. Okay, so just type in blueprint. If you really want to get a close close up of how I’ve started creating you know really good successful people that I actually talk to and really good successful people that actually are working with me.

Somebody tell my students guys ask for this. Some of my students are any more than the Guru’s out there. You know why, because we’re not doing looking for the nice fancy schmancy, we really harvesting the core principles of marketing who or what is your message? Who needs to hear it and what media are you going to use? If you just play around that realm guys are sweaty, you will be, you know reaching the top.

You know people that are out there on the market. Anyone can come in and tell you. This works that works that works, but if you miss it, it’s not reaching on to a target market. You’ve lost a ring. Okay! Imagine somebody if you’re a girl right now, somebody comes in and wants to sell you a necktie. What are you going to do with it if you’re a guy somebody comes in and wants to sell you a bra? What are you going to do with it? You know so that’s that is you know, misguided marketing messages that are going out up there in the you know, space of the internet, then all right so either you’ve got to have a strategy or if you don’t understand it, you invest a lot of time to Learn these things? Okay time, investment is another concern that we see small business owners.

You know has a facing problems with the thing. Is you have a lot of time, but you’re not budgeting it? How for them? You don’t even open anyway right, just unsubscribe focus on who you really want to speak to what you’re going to tell them and how you’re going to reach them.

You know how’s the house of the problem. It stems of not having a focus or not exactly knowing what it is that you’re supposed to be doing. If you were meant to be solving problems for people figure out who exactly needs your service? How can you reach out to them? So what will you tell them as soon as you and in their space, because people are busy? You know, I mean every every time you look at the what’s happening around you right now.

You might be reading this, but you’re, probably reading TV or you know your little. Kid is right in front of you or you just had a sip of water or you’re, just waiting for your middle to be ready or something is happening. No one is just going to be sitting here and waiting for prospers life show every single day and that’s what exactly is happening to your work out there in the market? Who are you sending the message to? Why should they care? How are you sending it to them? The house is completely flexible.

You shouldn’t compromise on what your message is, what you stand for and why people should care? Who are those people that you’re talking to and why should they stop whatever they’re doing and listen to you, how you reach them? That’s a figure of your imagination. They’re not unique you’re, not the first person to come up with anything new people are tired, there’s no.

Are you going to be there to implement? Are you going to be there to support them? Because if you’re not going to be there, then that’s why people go elsewhere? Oh, you know there’s things that are going on a run, faced with all support, small businesses and stuff, like that people want to support small businesses, but also small businesses, I’m not producing enough for showing up enough for them to to have faith in our being they’re.

Tomorrow so once you start showing your people, your market, that your present and you’re going to be consistent in saying that message, they will bring referrals to you and that then becomes your media all right, I’m more than happy to help out a few people. Social Media Marketing 101 – “Branding.” #RealEstateRobotArmy

Now, when I talk about the idea of branding I’m saying that you want to attach your business or your identity to a certain brand, like me, my name is Larry Lee and I’m in the mortgage business, but I call myself Larry the mortgage guy. I also talk about the cells disruptor right because I’m actually bringing myself to you guys these sales community.

Now, why is that important? Well, you want to associate yourself with something that’s easy to remember: okay, that’s what branding really is okay and you got to be consistent about it. So, every single time you read my articles, you notice, I introduced myself. This is Larry the mortgage guy, yourselves, disrupt it. Every single time right so by doing that you’re kind of subliminally speaking to the audience that this is the brand that you represent.

This is who you are right now. How do you take advantage of that? Well, on your personal page, you probably should mention that or put something like that, so maybe on your list of jobs or list of businesses or whatever you should put your brain on it. I also have, if you look at my profile, it says literally in the parentheses. It says it says your mortgage insider right, because I actually have a article blog called your mortgage insider again, another brand right, but anything to associate myself with something easy to remember.

I’m not telling you to pummel your entire, you know profile picture and your cover photo with you know, logos and and your brand. That’s not what I’m saying you can if you want, but what I’m saying is that you need to choose something. That’s easy to remember and make sure you present it every single time you interact with someone right. You know. I don’t even talk about more years when I’m talking to you guys, but I say I’m Larry the border guy.

That way, you know I do more. Yes, even though I’m not talking Amy about mortgages, okay, that’s what I mean by branding you’re, literally just associating yourself with an idea or a thought, or something easy to remember and you’re consistently pushing it out there. So people can remember it. Okay and if you put up pictures and such that are visibly, you should probably get a logo like that. You know at the mortgage guy or whatever right and another thing about branding is your pages.

You should share content from those pages to your personal page, with your brand, so you’ll notice that a certain post I post on my personal page and certain post, I post from my business page, which says literally the mortgage guy, okay and also check in if you Can that will again push your brain out there? Do you know what that is AI da Ayda? It’s the formula for making sure your ads pull, there’s four jobs that every ad must undertake and accomplish. They are a capture attention. I convert attention to interest. Remember this is a linear process. Once you’ve captured attention, you must convert it to interest the next.
