Interview with Carla Nemr | Global Head of Business Development

Thank you for taking the time out to talk well, thank you for having me here. How are you I’m fine, good, good, good, okay, so Carla? I think the first thing for us to talk about is a typical day in your role. So what would a typical day look like for you? What are the kind of responsibilities that you’re doing on a day to day basis, yeah so so, via in the guiding to what I do are usually on on daily basis? There are a lot of may be passed and priorities that I should look into.

So I try to maybe divide the FASTA to different days or we even mix the reason. Why is because I look into a different market globally, so, starting off, like I develop individual plans with the county managers for each country or region that they take care of, and then I have also evaluates the market trends and provides the appropriate support to product development With you and of course I do provide some training and maybe guidance to the team so to also overcome some development issues.

Let’s say we do some weekly meetings or monthly meetings to discuss what challenges each market is facing in every county or region, and we try to find solutions for that as well together, I also so I’m just going to answer what you’re saying is that I’m you Actually go in with a tailored approach for each market so for the different country managers. You have to tailor it to the clientele there are in that country.

Yes, okay, so there’s a lot of work going in. Yes, of course, yeah! So that’s why we need to also always work together. It was you know everything when you, when you try to over look to a global market, you need to listen and understand every individual market. You know how you can approach it. You know because every market has different tradition, difference the culture different, try, a type of marketing tools, approach, etc.

So we need to always communicate together as a thing. So it’s a real Tyler, the pro yeah. It is in addition to that. I analyze the business strategies and develop improvement plans, so I can also provide the right support for the you know: the growth of the business. So we also, of course, when I gather all the information and the challenges or issues. So I also try to coordinate that with a management team to maintain as well the quality of service that we provide for every individual market and to maintain, of course, the budgets that we need to allocate for those countries.

So it’s about maintaining the consistency as yes correct. That’s the most important thing for your team to focus on and what are your priorities to offer you anyway? What do you feel your priorities towards the traders? I believe there are a lot of maybe key points that I try to communicate.

It with my team, in order to provide the best service that we can, because at the end of the day we are the online financial trading company. So in that matter you are not offering a tangible product. So, therefore, you need to focus on the service that you provide to clients or traders. So the one of the maybe key services that we need to focus on is education is education, so in cooperation, of course, the marketing department we try to see.

Maybe each market also individually, what type of webinars they would look into educational webinars course. Also, we try to be offline as well, so we target different markets by going on on the ground being they’re present as well and provide them the educational seminars that they might require. So we have a lot of, for example, beginners traders that they need to understand. More that is about you, know the risk of this market of this industry before they get into that market.

So we try to provide them the most information possible for them to make the right decision in order to see whether it suits them or not. That’s for the education part. Now we talk about services. We need also to maintain the quality of communication with our traders. We need to understand the needs and requirements for them in order to provide the best service for those daters and then again, we look also for each market individually.

We do not provide the same service for all markets, because every market, as I said before, as a way a different way of approach, the first thing than your presence as well on. If you look at the technology part as well, so you need to be present on social media and therefore we have to look into how we present our services by providing the right information to our clients from the business development side.

We are active of social media, so traders all over the world can understand what signals vision is also can also get close in communication with the Wrights business development, whether he’s the county manager, the salesperson or the customer support. What do you feel are the current needs of the traders and how do you make sure that your team caters to that? Okay? So what my team does, or maybe the needs for the trader to start learning more about trading – is to walk them through basically the platform you do to understand more how to place a trade. What are there is that also they might encounter. They can also ask. Maybe about different type of technology on the platform that, if you could say like leverage, margin, etc, so those guys are there to help them walk them through from A to Z, then the trader obviously need to understand also the cost, so they do ask sometimes, if We’re talking also about advanced traders, they come and they look for.

What are the cost for the spreads? You know what’s the leverage that they can be entitled for now with the Asthma, so they need to understand how they can be converted to professional clients or not yeah. If they are details, what leverage their they get. So the team is to explain to them and maybe to walk them through the whole registration process. So every trader has its different needs and we make sure that every trader will find the right tool and services that they they would be looking for mm-hmm.

So you need to have a very efficient communication with your traders, especially if they’re advanced experienced traders, so they are the best people to hear feedback from in order to provide your onion improve to always services to the client and social media gives you those open blogs Of communication, yes, we do forth and through laxity yeah and I’m guessing that tool must trigger down into your team, so you’re encouraging your team to actually use social media to engage with their clients, to possibly open up more markets and to be a gamification blog yeah.

My team they’re quite active on social media. They try to always the present right image for each individual. We have also some information may be posted about the profits, the volume, the trading volume of the company every now and then because it’s been important for the traders who maybe to compare to compare signal with other brokers as well. So he can make the right. The decision where he would like to maybe invest response nice.

So could you tell me a little bit more about your team, so we’ve been talking about the tools that you’re using to engage with your clients. But how specifically do you organize your team and how do you structure the team and was the onboarding process like so when it’s someone first comes to a member of your team, all the way through to when they’re actually trading with you as a client. So my team consists of different departments.

The reason why we have divided different departments into different tasks: educator needs of each group by the clients. So, for example, we have the activation department. They are the first, the department that will be in contact with the client so that what the client wants. This shows interest of opening an account with us or they’re registering with a company. They get in contact with him and they try to accommodate his needs from a to Zed, so starting off from the registration form and then later to submit his documents as well.

So they walk. They look into Africa, Latin America. Maybe MENA region, so they try to study the market analyze, what the market needs and then they communicated together. I mean we communicated together, so we can see what are the right approach in order to expand the business in each individual country. Wow. Okay. The program again is called the stock lending program. So basically, if you own stocks, so you’re holding for long term, let’s say one year: two year, three years, those stocks, you can actually lend them out and actually make money and make either monthly uh income from lending your stocks out. So the way it works is, you would give out your stocks and then they would calculate your monthly income based on the price of this stock based on the quantity of the stocks and then the interest rate.

And then that’s how much you’re going to be getting paid. So, let’s jump into the app and actually walk through it and read. Some of the uh frequently asked questions and just understand it. So if it’s something that you wan na you wan na really um get into so let’s open up weibo here so once you get into weibo, what you want to go is under the app. If you go to more and then scroll down, you would see where it says: um stock lending program.

So if you click on stock lending program, so basically um. This program is open to anybody that has a weibo account that has stocks that they’ve paid for fully and by paying for fully means. If you have a cash account, when you buy a stock you’ve paid for that stock fully, so you own the stock and then, if you’re keeping it you can actually um. Just you know loan out that stock and make money. So let’s read through this so again you start to say: stock lending income program, um earn extra income from fully paid stocks in your account guys again like I said this is specifically for weibo, so it says so, hey again, i’m reading directly from weibo.

Com. So what is the stock lending program says? The stock lending income program provides you with the opportunity to earn extra income on fully paid stocks held in your account by allowing weibo to borrow certain stocks, keyword certain stocks, so it means they’re, not borrowing every stock. So, even if you have certain stocks, they’re, probably like nope, that stock is not good enough for us to borrow it.

While your shares are on loan, you will be paid an income that is accrued daily and accredited to and credited to your account on a monthly basis, which is interesting so um here. If you look at the image here, uh weeble would borrow stocks from you, lend it out to somebody that person would pay them interest and then they’ll. Take that interest, take their cut and then give you a share of it. So that’s just pretty much the way it works, so weibo is acting as kind of like a third party here, lending out your stock.

So before we actually jump into the details, guys if you’re new to the blog, we’ll talk about how to earn money, how to save money and how to invest and build wealth. So if that’s something that really interests you go ahead and hit that subscribe button and the notification bell, so you don’t miss out on new content, so um, my understanding of this and which we wouldn’t really explain here, is um how those stocks are actually being used.

So when you say you lend out your stocks, my interpretation is that they take those stocks and use those as collateral for somebody to either borrow money or use them, maybe in a margin account or something I i’m thinking that is used as collateral. That is my interpretation, so if you have, let’s say, have ten thousand dollars of this is some stock in your account and they borrow that those stocks and then they give it to somebody that person can say.

Hey look at this. I have ten thousand dollars in these stocks, so give me money, I can use it. Maybe they can use it to trade or whatever again, that’s just my interpretation. Weibo doesn’t really explain how the stocks are being used here so um. So, let’s look at some of the benefits of uh the stock lending income program for on weibo, so um number one again: it’s extra income for you! So uh! You would immediately begin earning income on any shares that are lent out, which is awesome.

Earnings are accrued on a daily basis, um, but they’re paid monthly, um, so yeah that is fully collectorized, so um. When the lending transactions takes place, our clearing firm will hold the collateral for you to secure the amount um of the loan, so which is awesome. It looks like they’re not messing around here and then there’s no restriction. Um. You can participate in this program, regardless of your account type the amount of equity in your account.

So when you say account types either: if it’s a margin account or it’s a cash account, you can participate um equity in your account. So if you have 10, 15 20, 30, 40 50, you can totally participate. So there’s no restriction, which is great. So there’s no limitation, I like that and then easy and automated. So you don’t really have to do any manual work once you sign up for the program. They’ll just scoop right in take the stocks loan them out and you pay your interest.

So now i’m pretty sure you guys have all the questions that I did ask myself when I just started about it. So how do they calculate the income? So let’s read it right here so um. If we look at the example here, let’s see the income the way it’s calculated is uh number of shares times the price of the stock times the interest and then divide up by 360.. That’s how you get it again number of shares time the price of the stock um times the percentage divided by 360 would give you the the amount of interest that you would get paid, which is awesome, um and then next question here.

Can I sell my stocks if they were loan out, which is a question that I was asking myself too. So, let’s look at the answer. There are no trading restrictions on stocks that are lent out. You can sell your stocks at any time, just as you would if they were, if they weren’t on loan, which is awesome. However, selling of stocks on loan will terminate the loan, which is fine. So let’s say you bought ten thousand dollars worth of um less stock.

Xyz and the price went up to uh, fifteen thousand or twenty thousand, and you had loaned out the stocks and it went up. Let’s say, went up to twenty thousand and you wan na, sell it and take that profit. You can just go into your account and hit sell without having to tell them like hey. I need my stocks back, so I can sell them. You can just sell them and that’s it. But at that point, when you sell it, they’ll terminate your loan and then they’ll pay you, whatever interest, had a proof entirely with using it at the end of the month and you move on, which is awesome so now um.

How can I view my stocks that were loaned and checked my income? So let’s check um number one. It says any stock on loan will be visible in your account on the position page with a loan notification. So they’ll have a designation of loan to which it tells you that stone is that that stock is actually loaned out, which is awesome. The details of your security on loan will be reflected on the related position detail page okay, which is good um.

Additionally, you will be send trick confirmation on lending activities conducted in your account, that’s sweet, so when they do any um um, you know learning activities. You get some sort of confirmation to. Let you know what’s going on um and last but not least, can I receive dividends from stocks uh which were loaned? Okay. Let’s see that’s a very interesting question, because if you are missing out on dividends and that’s an issue, so let’s see uh cash distribution paid on securities on loan in the stock lending income program will be credited to your weibo account in the form of the cash.

In real payment, okay, so you still get payment, but not just like dividends. Uh receipt of cash in real payments may have different tax, uh, taxable uh consequences than receipt of actual dividends from the issuer, so you still get paid. But there is some nuances when it comes to your taxes, so um there, you go guys uh. If just reading at these questions and looking at the benefits of this, I think this is a.

This is a program that’s going to change the way people invest, because if i, if i’m investing for long term, I don’t plan on selling my stocks for two three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine ten years um and the stocks are growing. I’m getting my dividends as I would expect them um and i’m getting growth and then i’m getting extra income for lending out those stocks. I think it’s a fabulous program.

Um, i’m definitely going to give it a shot. I’m going to do it and do a article. A before and after maybe do a one month um and see how I did how much income I made and then i’ll do another article and post it out here for you guys. You can input your images there you’re going to also input reply to reviews. You can add events if you’ve got a store and you’ve got a pop of it. Something going on or a big special that’s where you need to put this, as in your Google, my business account it’s where you really are going to have direct contact with your customers. So again, it’s extremely extremely important. Now mirja gets really upset when someone else has claimed your account.

She really doesn’t like it. I have seen this time and time again with small businesses that come to me and say I want help with my Google account and say, okay. So, let’s look at the account. Make me a manager. I’ll come go in and look at it. They say I have no idea and I can see that their account has been claimed, but they don’t have access to it. So that is why you really need to make sure that you claim your account yourself.

It you can. If someone else has claimed it, you can reclaim it. It takes time and effort, and it’s not going to be immediate. So you do need to make sure you own it. If you don’t get get control of it again own it. You have to be the owner. So let’s say, for instance, you have an employee, that’s maybe managing your account. Well, that’s fine! They can manage it. It’s just kind of similar when you think of like Facebook, you have admins and managers different roles, the same with Google.

You have an owner and then you have managers make sure it’s the business owner you’re the owner of that account employees as well. You can put them on as a manager, but if you have an employee that leaves let’s say they leave and leave on bad terms and they’re the owner of the account who news what they could do to your Google account. They could even do this, so I had someone come to me recently and she said I don’t know business is just off.

I don’t nothing. I don’t know what’s happening. First thing I did was have. Let me look up on your Google and see. What’s going on, Google says she’s permanently closed, not just closed for today permanently closed. This is probably why you’re having a decrease in your business because of business. If Google says you’re closed you’re kind of closed you’re, not kind of you are closed, so that’s something that it can be fixed.

But again she did not have control of her account, so she could not admit she did not get any notification from Google that this had been done. She had no way to go in and immediately tell Google I’m not permanently closed, so it had to be worked with. So you do not want your business to. Definitely don’t want it to say this on Google, yes, so you’re the owner, the others are managers yeah mm-hmm yeah, but the main thing is that you’ll want and it’ll give you have.

You picked through different things, and I theory I don’t remember exactly. There aren’t very many choices. The main thing is that you’ll be an owner and someone else is going to have a different role. So that brings me to one thing talking about google guides, so I I currently am a level seven Google guide and what that means is basically Google guys we sign up and we answer, questions do tons of reviews.

Google will come on and ask questions and I’ll answer them and you got points for all of the questions. So when I got there I mentioned to him, I said Google’s got you on the other side of the street. What’s going on with that, you know people aren’t going to find you they’re going to be late for your appointments. That’s going to mess your whole day up. Somebody may just go home and not come.

He said what I’ve been trying for months and months and months to change my pin. Google just says: no, so as a level seven guide, I was able to go in and immediately change it and Google accepted it and it’s still the correct address. So that’s one reason: having someone: that’s a Google guide higher up level is important to have that you’re. Working with on your team, because Google looks at that their answers as the authority because they constantly, we constantly give answers to Google and tell Google different things that are going on.

I’m sorry, um. No, they don’t pay, I’m not paid. Occasionally there are different little freebie things they’ll send out, but however it is it. I haven’t even clicked on some of them, some like newbie tickets to this or that or the other, but I have a occasionally you’ll get something. So there’s really not. You never know who’s a guide and I’m going to get to a lot of questions at the end. But as far as the google guides, that’s the thing you never know.

Who is a google guide? So when I go into a store and I’m like I’m a level seven guide – they better be nice to me now, but but yeah you never know like when somebody is coming in and is a Google guide. So you need to make sure, obviously, that you’re you’re doing your business well and treating everyone the same way with respect okay. So, let’s get into optimizing your profile again: business google.

Com you’re going to go in and basically fill out everything Google. Once you ask for throw all the information out first thing is your name address and phone number on this? You might just think. Oh, that’s easy name address phone number, no problem, you’ve got to be consistent, there’s things called citations and when I say consistent I mean if you are on Main Street, make sure every place that you enter Main Street.

You enter that and you don’t put Main St period, because if you go in to Google and put one thing in Facebook and have something else and they’re inconsistent other places online pick them up. Other places that you haven’t even entered. The information will pick that up and then you’ll have inconsistent citations and that will hurt you in your ranking. So you need to make sure your name. Address. Phone number is consistent across the board and the way I like to do that is figure out exactly how I want it and put it in a document and anytime.

I need to input the information. That’s where I get it from. I don’t have to think back. What did I use it’s right there? Oh before I forget, I do want to hand around my shoebox. Please put your business card in and if you don’t have a business card, you can put your name phone number email legibly on a piece of paper and I’m going to be doing a drawing for that and then also everyone will get the slides and I’ve got Some other free stuff for you, too, okay, so Google guidelines, you cannot ignore Google, I mean we all know that, but the dot guidelines you have to abide by their guidelines.

I’m going to first talk about website and phone your website. They want your URL for your business. Let’s say: you’ve got a special going on and you have a landing page. You cannot use that landing page here in your main information for Google. You’ve got to use your URL for your business, your main URL website. That’s the cute first one, the phone number very same thing with the phone number. If you’ve got a phone number that you are using for, let’s say something different for some type of marketing that you’re doing you can’t use that you’ve got to use your business phone number that you use every day there.

You also talked a little bit later about website info in different places that you can put different numbers and websites, but for this instance, when you’re filling out your business information, it’s got to be your exact information. Okay, let’s talk about name. Google says that your business name listed on Google. My business must be your real world name as used consistently on your storefront website stationary and is known to customers.

Okay. So what does all that mean? Let’s say you have a business and it is Joe’s towing. You cannot put in there Joe’s 24 hour, towing marietta, that is first keyword stuffing, which is the 24 hour and then it’s location stuffing, which is the Marietta you have to put. If your business name is Joe’s towing, that’s what it has to be. So that’s one thing: you need to make sure that you get right on your name, your address.

This is a big one, especially for businesses that are more service related that maybe work out of their home. The address it’s really important to know that Google does not allow a UPS Store box, a p.O box or one thing – that’s interesting, co-working space that I do have a little bit of a caveat on so I’ll talk about that wants you to have your address listed. If you have people come to you to a storefront location, co-working space, some co-working spaces will have where you actually have a desk that you are at about seven five, seven days a week or whatever and they’ll also have where you have a business phone.

Where you answer the phone there – and you have your name listed on a plaque – that’s acceptable, but you cannot have your phone answered by what are some of these places like Regis they’ll have like the receptionist that always answers your phone? That’s not acceptable. It has to be answered there, so that’s the only instance that you can use co-working space, and this is one thing to a lot of home offices.

So, for instance, I work out of my home office. I don’t see customers there. I go out and visit with them, so I’m not going to have my home address shown now one point in Google when I’m verify my account I’ll need to give them an address, because they’ll need to make sure that I’m actually a person. That’s real and I have an address to send stuff to you so I’ll give them that address there, but it’s not going to have my home address listed on my account, because I don’t see customers there.

The only time that you’re going to want to have it listed is when you are going to see people actually come to your home, and then you also have signage for your business there at your home. Not many places have that a lot of counties that you have to go through a lot of stuff to get around that, but that’s something that you have to know for home businesses that you can’t you have. You can give them your address, but you it has to be hidden, yes, have a question, so what you’ll do if you have, because a lot of things are service based, so what you’ll do is Google will ask for your service areas and you’re going to input Those service areas – and it really depends on how you’re going to input up.

I like to do a by zip code, because it’s really specific so I’ll tell people give me all the zip codes and I’ve entered recently. I did one that had like 25 or so zip codes. I don’t know that there’s a limit I haven’t reached that yet, but you can also put cities but, for instance, if you’re Atlanta and you do north Atlanta, but not South Atlanta, you’re not going to want to do that. So that’s one instance, but now for the pin, the only ones that will actually have a pin on the map are the ones that have addresses.

However, you can show in the rankings, if you don’t have actual pin on there. So that’s one of the main things is to make sure that you’re coming up in the rankings and the short search rankings being found there. Now Google has something called the new Google. My business spam complaint form, and this is to basically report. If there’s somebody out there, who has these things they’re doing the address the names incorrect, you can report them.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use this because, typically, when I report something to Google, I haven’t had them rejected. So I haven’t had an opportunity to use this form, but it is available for you there, and so like I was saying you can’t have the the name and address has to be correct. So if you’re searching for yourself you’ve got to what you’ll need to do is look up on the search results and see, are you number six and maybe like two or three people above you have all these keyword and location stuffing you can those need to be Reported they’re trying to gain the system and get above you, so that’s one thing that you can do is search and look and make sure you’re working on a level playing field.

I’m sorry a location something so earlier. When I said, if you were Jose towing, you can’t put just towing Marietta, Jose towing, Midtown. You’ve just got have Jose blowing Plumbing toing toing, see location, stepping is putting the globe patience so, let’s say, for instance, a big one Petsmart. They don’t do this, but, let’s just say: Petsmart they’ve got a location in Kennesaw and they want to emphasize that so they’ll put Petsmart Kennesaw, that’s not allowed.

They don’t do that because I’ve checked but but that, but that’s not allowed categories. When you’re inputting your categories. This is one thing that you can really take a look at your competition and see exactly what they’re doing and maybe gain some insight from that. So is there something that they’re putting in as a category that you don’t have and you’re missing out on something or is it there something that they don’t have, and you do and you can maybe emphasize that and gain some of their traffic away from them? Another thing with this I’ll say is when you’re looking at the competitors for categories and things like this – do not copy what they’re doing.

For instance, if you have a veterinarian, some veterinarians do grooming and boarding some do not. So if you’ve got a competitor, just down the block and and they’ve got in there, boarding and also grooming and you’re, so I’m going to add these into mind. Don’t do it? Google will find out that you’re lying to them and you’ll come down further in the ring, so basically it’s a tool to use not to copy now your business description.

This is something that’s really important. It’s where you’re going to stand out from your competition, it’s where you’re going to tell Google what it is that makes you different, unique: the different services products whatever it is, that you’re offering that are different and unique. You need to make sure that you input this information here. This is the one place that you can enter that information tell them what you offer and one thing is.

You need to take some time working on this, because it’s seven hundred and fifty characters or less characters, not words, characters so make sure you’re spending some time figuring out what you’re going to put on that the next thing: they’re different things services. I said earlier when you enter that, go and look at it on your cell phone, because when you go and look at it on the computer, afterwards you’re going to say well, I just spent time entering all my services and nothing shows up.

It’ll show up on the when you’re looking on your phone different things attributes these are things. Basically, if you click on that or not attributes highlights you’ll click on that and Google will give you a list of things that you can choose from. You can’t pick your own, so basically I’ve seen women LED veteran LED if it’s like something a restaurant, it might say Wi-Fi available so basically you’re going to be able to choose what from there google allows you to, and when I mentioned that, I also want to Go back and talk a second on the categories.

That’s also something. When you choose your category, you can’t just decide what what you do. You can’t say this is the category I think I am. Google has a list of categories and you have to choose from them. So that’s something you might want to spend some time, looking down a huge long list of categories and see where your business fits: okay, your holiday and seasonal hours. These have got to be correct if somebody comes by your business and you say: you’re open and whatever you’ve got something seasonal hours and they’ve changed and you’re closed you’re not going to have a happy customer they’re going to get pretty ticked off holiday hours as well.

Again, I said, we’ve got Memorial Day, make sure you’ve got whether you’re open or closed on that day. Your specific hours, you don’t want people coming by your store. I know I went a while ago. I was probably a year ago to Pyke lift him up on. Google, they said we’re open, I went by, they were closed, they had seasonal hours, they had not updated their Google, my business okay, so because of that, the goal of my business is not a set it and forget it.

You can’t even put all your informations that I’m done, I’m finished. No, it does not work like that. You have got to consistently keep on top of it. There are also things Q & A so on each business. Anyone can go in and ask a question. Anyone out there can answer that question. So, let’s go back and say the holiday hours. Let’s say somebody put in there. What are your current hours this weekend and somebody else goes in and answers them and they’re wrong, because you’ve got just new holiday seasonal hours as the business owner.

You need to go in. Look at that and answer it correctly as the business owner. No, we’ve got new seasonal hours and this is what they are and this is when they last so. It is not a set it and forget it type of account, and then I want to get to the reviews again, not a set it and forget it. Type of platform reviews you’ve got to consistently ask for Google reviews. Few things not to do. You cannot incentivize.

Basically, that means you can’t do any contest and say leave us a review and you’re going to be entered into a contest. That’s a big no-no, no giving any discounts for leaving reviews. None of that. The other thing is no review gating. So I’m not sure if you were familiar with what review gating is, but that’s basically when you send out something to all of your customers and say how did you like our product or service and if somebody says loved it, leave us a review hated or didn’t? Like it had a problem, they’ll go over here and it’ll say: take them down a whole different path.

That’s considered review gating and Google is strongly against that there is here it is. There was one company I write about online, they did review gating, they had 464 reviews, Google found out, they were review gating and when Google got done with them, they had 78 reviews left. So I’m sure they probably paid a company because there are companies out there that will read gate for you probably paid for all those reviews had all these reviews and then they got them taken down and not only that the business said we had more than 78 Before we started this review, gating google says we’re: Google, we don’t care, so no mu, gating.

The other thing you need to do is make sure you consistently ask for reviews and you want quality reviews. You don’t want just a review. A five-star review is great as a 5-star review, but you really want something with more meat to it, not just great job. You want something you, your real key is to have something with your keywords in it. So when you’re asking them to leave a review whatever service our product, it was that that you provided mention that and try to trigger them to use those keywords in your review, because when Google does searches, I’ve searched numerous times and a keyword will come up and They’ll say this is why we gave you this result and it’ll be from an answer in a review and they’ll.

Have that keyword? Let’s see the and reply to all reviews, positive reviews, of course, you’re going to want to reply to negative reviews. These are the ones that a lot of people cringe on they don’t want to. With you have to the main thing, I will say about the negative reviews: don’t go overboard, don’t let them take you down the rabbit, hole and leave a huge long review response to their negative review, basically be short, concise and pleasant, businesslike with them, and just basically Ask you to say: I’m sorry you had this experience.

I would love to talk to you further to see what we can do about this, because when you light your response, you’re, not only writing it for that person, you’re! Writing it for everyone out there I’ll tell you one of the first things I do. When I look at reviews, I sort it by the lowest score people do that, I’m not the only one and look and see what the negative reviews are and see how the business owner responded.

So if you’re like oh it’s one crazy person, they just evidently don’t like anybody and they just left a review bad review because they had a bad day. Well, a lot of times people can kind of read through and tell this is might be unusual and and if they see you just go down a rabbit hole with them, they said well, this business owner. They might be a little bit crazy too. I don’t want to do business with them, so that’s why you want to be it and basically be polite and just short and try to get it offline and and deal with it that way.

Few more things for different statistics: 68 % of customers have left a local business review. That’s one of the things. A lot of people they’ve had a good experience. They’ll want to leave your review just say: can you help me out leave me a review, I’m trying to get up help me out on Google. I’d really love you to leave a review. People are really willing to do that. Let’s see 91 percent of 18 to 34 year olds trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.

That’s a pretty big number. I know a lot of times. If someone, if I get a recommendation, I might then go online and look them up to see what it says online. So that’s something you definitely need to keep into in mind. Also, like I said earlier, 82 % of customers seek out negative reviews. They want to see what the negative review was and how the business owner responded to it post. This is something that Google right now has.

Is your free advertising? You can post as often as you want. I recommend at least once a week at a very minimum once a week, because these posts stay live for seven days, so you need to post at least once a week you’re going to post images. You can also post some short articles. This is your free advertising. You can post your specials your promotions, your events make sure you’re posting events that you’ve got on there post them on your Google, my business profile, any type of promotions.

Also, when you’re posting it, it will say, add a link optional. No, no! No! That’s not optional! That’s just google telling you it’s optional, it’s not optional! For you! That’s where you can put a link there, that’s different than your URL. So let’s say, for instance, you’ve got something going on and you’ve got a sales landing page. You can use that and put that information there so make sure you’re using the posts in Google my business.

The other thing you’ll want to do is embed your Google, my business map on your website because has a nice pretty little map there and you can see the stars. People can look on there and see. So you definitely want to embed that on your website. Now. I’ve also seen people put a button on their site. That says, leave us a review. I typically don’t like doing that because that’s kind of like for everybody – and I don’t know that you’re my customer – I want to send my direct people that I’ve had direct contact with directly to leave a review.

So I typically don’t do that. One thing is: if you do that, please make sure you are leaving a link to your Google, my business profile. So I had a client come to me recently and she said she’s starting a business and here’s a website for a competitor, and this is what she’s going to be doing so go Kay. Let me take a look and see, see everything that’s going on for this business. There was a link, a button on the site.

That said, leave us a review, so I’m going to check out for Google my business page, so I clicked on it. My client and her competitor are in California the place that it took for the customers to leave reviews all the way in North Carolina. It was a very similar name. Somebody had simply set up the website and searched on Google found a similar name and stuck it in there and said, give us reviews and that place had over a hundred and some reviews.

I’m like how many reviews did this business in North Carolina get that are actually for this business in California, so make sure you’re checking things like that and again, when you’re asking for reviews, definitely give them the direct link to your Google, my business to leave a Review, ok, so again it is not a set it and forget it. People can go in, ask and answer questions and again anybody can report something as incorrect.

You need to make sure you’re going in consistently and checking those make sure. Sometimes Google will say you have a pending edit. You need to take a look at that decide. Is this something that that needs correcting, or is this something that is incorrect, and I need to let Google know no? This is not right, so it is not a set it and forget it. You’ve got to spend time on it. Ok, so what is next with Google, my business, it’s Google who knows recently they this week.

Actually, they came out with a survey, and I know a lot of people are freaking out saying because the survey was talking about Google monetizing, Google, my business possibly charging for the account all. I can say that that is right. Now they sent a survey out. We have no idea what’s going on with it, no idea, if it’s going to be something that’s paid in the future or not, and if it’s paid how much it would be.

So the main thing is and and the other thing they just sent a survey out – they could change it next week. They could change it next year. Who knows so basically get in claim your account optimize. It make sure you’re using your Google. My business account

The problem is that you need to figure out how, in the world you’re going to get all these things to work, that the way they should so you can actually see tangible impact from a sales standpoint. What I’m going to show you today are the four milestones within your digital marketing. Then, if you execute them the right way and the way I’m about to show, you will have direct impact on your sales in a positive way.

Hi, I’m Zach Williams at Venn, vo, where we help building material manufacturers outperform their competition by dominating their digital and online presence. The best way to think about the four milestones within your digital marketing is actually visualizing a funnel. The first milestone within the digital marketing funnel is traffic. It’s not news that you need to continue to increase the amount of traffic that you’re getting to your site, but what most manufactures don’t focus on is driving the most high-quality traffic to their site and the best way you can do this is to look at what You’re doing as well as what your competitors are doing, you can look at what you’re doing and see what’s effective by looking at Google Analytics and seeing what traffic sources bring the most qualified traffic and try to continue for more resources and more content into those avenues.

The second thing I just mentioned is looking your competitors. You look at your competitors by looking at tools like SEM rush or spyfu or there’s a couple other ones out there. That will tell you what traffic sources your competitors are using to get the most qualified traffic from there. You want to start investing in those avenues that are bringing the most qualified traffic to your competitors, so most manufacturers once they drive traffic to their site.

They think oh great, let’s convert them to the lead. This is actually too soon. I believe you’re missing the most critical step in the funnel. The second milestone in the funnel is actually trust. Trust is all about creating value in eyes of your potential customer. You want to develop rapport and goodwill with them so that, when you are ready to ask them to become a customer, they trust you. They see you as the expert.

They see you as a valuable partner in their business. You do this, you establish trust simply by helping them with their problems, help develop rapport by helping them with the pain points that they deal with on a daily basis. After developing trust with your audience, you can then begin to introduce opportunities for them to go to the next milestone which is convert. The convert milestone is all about taking a passive website visitor and moving them to become an active potential customer.

The goal here is for you to give them so much value that they will give you their contact. Information in exchange for what you’re, offering things like case studies or articles or visualizers, are great ways for someone to give you their contact information in exchange for something valuable after you’ve established a relationship with that individual you’ve captured them as a lead. There’s someone who could potentially buy from you you’ll now enter into the last milestone, which is the nurture phase.

Most people get here and they say: hey I’ve got this person’s contact information. Let me reach out to them and see if they want to buy my product and wrong. This is the wrong approach. They have given you something so valuable to them. They’ve, given you their contact information, they’re, trusting with that and if you just go and reach out to them instead of continuing to drive value, you’ve hurt that relationship and you’ve essentially damaged that funnel that we’ve built at this point.

What you actually want to do is continue to drive more value to the person. If you go about this, the right way and you deliver valuable content and you continue to help them with their problems and when you do introduce opportunities for them to become a customer by reaching out to them. They’ll be much more likely than if you just go straight for the catch right away. Now that you understand the four milestones within the digital marketing funnel, your next step is just to evaluate each milestone and see where you’re performing well and what gaps exist.

Well, I typically start when I try to evaluate the performance of these. Different milestones is just simply by looking at the analytics and the data see where things are working, see where they’re not and find ways to start plugging those gaps. So you can see more leads. Come in and ultimately more sales, so you might have great traffic, but you don’t have a nurture strategy. Will you need to get nurture strategy or you might have a lack of traffic in a lack of conversion rate on your website? Car Sales Training: LEARN THE STRATEGY THIS 22 YEAR OLD USED TO MAKE $14,000 LAST MONTH!

If everybody just wants to meet Luke real quick, let me tell you about Luke real fast Luke is how old are you Luke, 22 Lucas, 22 years old he’s been selling cars, since you were what 18 is that right Luke since I was 18 yeah since he’s 18 Luke’s dad owns a car dealership. I talked to Luke’s dad before you know. Luke’s dad is obviously really successful.

Guy made a lot of money in his life and he says: hey take my young buck son Luke here under your wing, teach him and let’s, let’s go in some wings and let’s go to make some big money. So I would like for Luke to tell his side of the story here. Unless let me just share this, let me tell you why I’m talking about Luke number, one Luke just finished his month of March. Am I right Luke right how many cars do you sell? Luke, how much money two and a half I made almost $ 14,000 thirteen and some change.

Okay, have you ever made fourteen grand before in your life, never how’s? It feel it’s a feeling that I can’t even describe it’s. It’s awesome man, it’s what I’ve wanted ever since I got the car business and you’re just getting started, hi guys, I’m going to hand this over to Luke, and I’m going to tell you this in the midst of hard times in the midst of everybody. Right now wondering you know: what’s the next step, let me tell you what steps let Luke tell you what steps he took, and I want you guys to listen to this and I would love for you to be encouraged because I know Luke.

Okay and Luke has been through some really hard times. Luke has been really discouraged before Luke has got his butt kicked before, but Luke is coming up and coming up fast, just within the last couple months, right, Luke, that’s right! All right! Luke, I’m going to hand it over to you. Why don’t you tell them a little bit about how we met and go from there? I want you to tell them leading into last month.

How did you have such a great month? What did you do, and I would love for you to share some of these gold nuggets that sales people can take with them to crush it to the next level, and so so, first off kind of how I met Andy was I the the store that I First started working at, I had a salesman there who I went to high school with, and he told me he said man, the sandy Elliott that I used to work, for he was my GM.

He he knows his stuff man, so I started talking to him about about Andy and about another year went on. I I met Andy going through. The seminar went to the seminar changed my world dramatically, not only just with the closes and the different things he’s taught me how to maximize my car deals and how to sell more, and he really taught me how to stay motivated, how to keep motivated. When you got that five o’clock day, how does to stay too late how to be happy about it not to be to be dragging around and coming to work, to work, not to hang out with your buddies not to to whine and moan about? What’s going on outside who’s doing what and it was doing this – he really has taught me to come to work to work and constantly stay productive.

I mean, if you find yourself not being productive like man, I try to just what. What can I do to be productive right now, so what you’re saying is you’re, definitely a loner right now. Am I right for sure for sure yeah. I don’t hang out with anyone at the store right now. Okay, one of my best buddies that I went to high school with we. We don’t even talk in the dealership because he he’s kind of doing the same as me.

You know Eve. He led the board this last four or five months and man. He he taught me that as well and Andy taught him that the you got to be a loner, you don’t come to work to socialize and hang out with your friends. I mean at home we talk and stuff, but at work we just we don’t even talk at all. Are you talking about Bryson? Yes, okay, let me ask you: this is Brea’s Bryson been the top salesman every month, the past four or five months yeah.

You got him, didn’t you, I did yeah yeah. How does that feel baby man? It feels good. It feels good. That’s cause run competitive man in it. Yes, it’s really fun. When you have someone in the building that is kind of your style and your chase and it’s it’s really fun. You know we went head-to-head and actually, at one point in the middle of the month, Bryson was four or five six units up on me and then four days later, I was ahead of him.

You know that was cool because there was at one point in the month that I was, I noticed my head getting down like man, Bryson is going to beat me and I just kind of had to slap myself across the face and go man. What are you? What are you talking about? You got this and I just I powered through it and made it happen. I love it man, so, basically in all, if you had anything to say to somebody my bad, can you hear me now? Okay, yeah, if you had anything to say to somebody whether they’re, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 years old, I don’t care for everybody in automotive cells right now, with everything going on.

If you had to give some advice, what would your advice be Luke, then my advice would be to lift your head up and be a one-percenter right now, and by that I mean, I would say, 90 plus percent of sales. People right now are getting down about this coronavirus and man. We can’t make money right now, there’s this going on and this going on. Now is your time to shine, because so many people have just laid down and not knowing what’s going to happen and being scared, I mean you have to push through that and you got to keep selling cars.

The economy goes on, the world goes on, so you got to be that one guy in the dealership right now who’s pushing hard and you’re going to make it you’re going to do well, coronavirus or not. It doesn’t matter and if their dealerships shut down and they can’t sell what would you recommend them to do man, I that were me, I would go through if you’ve been in the car business for a little bit, I would go through all the people that I’ve Sold and I’d be writing them thank-you cards.

I would really reach out to my past customers and just see what I can do to help them write them thank-you cards, send them birthday cards that that sort of thing yeah. You know it’s so funny when times are great who’s there for you, but when times are tough the people that are there for you when times are tough, is what really matters? Would you agree? Yes, absolutely you could go to the customer base and even people you don’t know you could send them an email and not even offer to purchase as to sell them a car and just say I wanted to reach out and check on you and your family Ryan.

Would that will recreate so much response? It would be insane. They always say people don’t care about how much you know until they know how much you can. The fact that right now is the time to show people we care. Would you agree absolutely yeah and if your dealership is closed down for a month, even for two months, when they open back up, you can recoup all of that money as long as you’re preparing right now, staying mentally strong, focusing on being come 10 times more skilled Than you were before is right now, the time to train harder than ever.

Absolutely I would be reading auntie articles as much as I could. I would be trying to get as much training in as I possibly can that way, when the store does open back up. You’re ready, you’re, rocking and rolling you’re, not like the other 10 15 20 salesmen. However, many people, you guys, got right story. Oh yes, trying to start over and maybe feeling a little rusty. You’ll come back in the first day, feeling confident who’s.

Who am I going to sell car to today? Hey, let me ask you a question and then we’re going to we’re going to finish up here number one. I’m really proud of you guys, like I said, Luke top salesman in the month. Fourteen grand twenty-two and a half car his best month of his life twenty-two years old guys, everybody has their best month ahead of him and Luke is just getting started, guys it’s March Luke! You came to the master closer seminar in December right, yes, so you’ve only been training hard for what about three months? Am I right yeah, that’s right it and look at the win that you have on your hands and let me ask this: okay: when you came to the master closer seminar, how much did it cost you well? In all honesty, it really didn’t cost me anything.

It made me money, it cost me a grand, but I I made that back easily within the first week. So what I would tell us have you ever had before that day had you ever had spent a grand on yourself before no kind of nerve-wracking a little bit. Wasn’t it. It was when you first reached out to me and tell me it was in Grand. I was like oh gosh, I don’t think I can do that and man, if you don’t have, if you don’t have the money you got to find it because it takes money to make money and that’s exactly what I did is got your seminar training and I Went from having management closed, probably eight out of ten of my deals to they closed, I think I know of three, maybe possibly four out of the 22 that I sold last month.

That’s amazing man, that’s amazing dude. So how does it feel, though? The confidence that you carry now, as you know, that you can handle and close your own customers and the confidence, the bulletproof confidence you have man, you just walk around feeling different. When you talk to customers, you feel different. You. You know that they’re going to buy from you just feel confident about it, you’re, not afraid anymore.

No, you just assume the car deal, no matter what objections I throw at you, do you fear them anymore. Even if you can’t get it right, do you fear it? No, isn’t that a beautiful feeling when you role play, live role, play we’ve, we’ve replayed plenty of times live role, play together right and every time you do it with on the spot in front of everybody. How does it feel it sucks right yeah? How does it feel when you walk away, though? Oh, it feels great yeah.

In the matter of fact, there was to never ever role play and I’d been dodging it and dodging it, and here about a month back Andy kind of made me do it really, and that was the best thing that he could have done for me, because I Just I felt so much more confident after that day yeah what brought you out of your shell. You know he’s a him. It did yeah. I love it. Dude listen number one, I’m extremely proud of you and I’m just going to tell you this.

This is a article. I want you to look back on in a year from now and say my gosh man, I’m sitting here making $ 28,000. I remember that first 14, grand milestone – this is beautiful. Your 22 years old man, you’re hot, your life’s, going to be amazing. It doesn’t matter what age you are. Everybody has a giant win waiting in front of them. Just like Luke. You have to see yourself as an investment. You have to know that you’re capable you can’t stay around people that think small right, Luke Luke anytime, I’m around you do, I think, big you, you think really big! Yes, do I let you think small, no right and guess what you’re? Finally, realizing that you’re, starting to max out your full potential, your potential was huge.

I saw it way before you did, but guess what you had to take action on it and bet on you and you became your own biggest fan and now you’re rooting for yourself. This is where an April now of 2018, so I just want to share with you guys the most recent most up-to-date everything of how it all looks. We’ll click page Paste it right here on the header tracking code, We’ll hit, publish and it says, website, saved and publish, and that’s it guys You are done now every single time. Somebody visited visits this landing page that you’ve created inside the Arsenal, software Facebook’s going to know they’re going to go through and track it inside of their system And you’re all set ready to go now.

The same thing goes for click funnels over here. So if we come over here, Let’s just pick a random funnel, So we’re going to come in here and sorry. My Internet’s a little bit slow right now. So if we want to do this new one, We just paste it in there and you are set you Just come down and hit I’m just going to actually take that off, because I’ve already got the pixel code in there.

Then all you got to do is sit, save and update settings, and You are good You’re done. You’re set you’re ready to go now. One thing that you can do is this: Facebook Pixel helper, if you guys, are using Google Chrome, which I highly recommend using google chrome Just in general, using Facebook as manager using everything, but they have this little pixel And I’ll. Show you guys right here. So Facebook pixel helper – This is a chrome plug-in where you go say, add to Chrome.

You can see right here. It’s grayed out right now! That’s because the Facebook pixel is not on this page right here now, if you pull up, Let’s say one of my websites right here, You’ll be able to see right here. It says highlighted It says two or one, it could say one or two. That means that the Facebook pixel is Successfully installed, so this Facebook pixel helper. This is a hundred percent, free chrome plug-in, You can say, add to Chrome, okay, And then you can use that to test and see if it’s working on your website on your landing pages, on your blog on Whatever site you’re going through and using okay.

So now that we’ve got this installed, what we want to do is come back over here to the Facebook Ads manager And we want to create an audience so we’re just going to click on audience. Okay, so audiences right here and we’re going to recruit through and create an audience custom to people. We have already visited our website. Okay, so this is pretty cool. So read this: we’re going to come over here to create audience, Will click custom, audience right here and then we’ll say hey We could do a customer file.

That means we could. If we have a list of leads, we can upload that information into Facebook, But what we want to do to take advantage of the Facebook retarding pixel is to go through and click on website traffic right here And then we could say hey. I want all website visitors. That means anyone wherever my pixels at Anyone. That’s that hits any page on my website in the past 30 days And I think you can go to Mac’s 180-day see that right there.

So you can go up to 180 days if we want to collect every one or you could say hey. I only want people who visit specific pages. Okay, So you can go through and do like your blog right here put in the URL to your blog. So, let’s just say I’ll just show you guys really quick right here, So our Arsenal mkg our blog. If we click on this – and we say – ok, hey, I only want people. Where are we back here? So I only want people that have visited Something one of the pages on this URL, so on our blog right, so you go through it.

You can say, or this landing page or that landing page or this is specific, blog post and You can go through and create these custom audiences or for this example, We’ll just say all website Bet visitors and we’ll say demo all Website visitors to give it a Name and also you can go through and include more in case you can dive in deeper, say: hey anyways visit, all my Website pages or or you could say, hey anyone, who’s visit this specific web page Or you can even go through and say how much time They’ve spent on your website, which is pretty cool, Looks like if you go through and create a blog post, and if you want to know like you know, did they read it or Not? You can say: hey someone who spent at least 30 seconds on my blog post on my website And see if they’re really searching around and no and so they’re, not just like clicking on or clicking off or you can say, hey I want everyone.

That’s visited my website, but I want to exclude Anyone who has visited this specific website or this specific page okay. So if there’s like a page where it’s like, I don’t want, I don’t want these people to be included in this audience. You can go through and do that as well and then once we go through and create the audience name, We can create that audience and then what’s going to happen, is it’s going to drop down So we’re going to say done for right now You see demo All website visitors, Okay, so it says populated right now and guys this is going to it take.

Sometimes a couple hours could take as much as Four hours to go through and populate it, But that doesn’t mean that you can go through. That doesn’t mean that you can’t go through and start creating your Facebook ad campaign Targeting these people specifically now, Let me just go through. I wasn’t going to do this, But I’ll just show you guys how to go through and target that that specific community with these Facebook retargeting ads So let’s go through and click click create And then we’ll say, for this example just say: traffic and guys.

We can just click on this and as it populates Facebook will automatically update that.

So you don’t have to go through and worry about it, and Because this is a custom audience, We don’t have to worry about. You know targeting the United States or age or men or women or language or anything else right here. We just target this specific audience And then we go through and we can choose where we want to place the ad Our budget, that we want to spend each day and typically on retargeting ads, we can spend a lot less money.

We can spend as much as like five dollars Or one two five dollars and go through and hit that specific audience, and I was just on It’s been a few weeks now. Actually, but I was on a call with our Facebook Ads rep And it was really cool because they were saying that for if you’re, if you’ve got a custom audience and your retargeting that audience That Facebook will actually show your ad before any other advertisers.

Because you basically own that data Okay, because it you’ve shown that hey this person’s already interacted with my brand. So it’s going to show your ad first and your ads are going to be a lot cheaper. So it’s pretty cool, And so you can actually spend a lot less money on the daily. You can say maybe five bucks, or even a dollar, depending on the audience size, Hit, continue and go through finish up, creating that ad and, as I mentioned guys, all the ad creation, all that stuff I have inside of that Facebook Ads mini course.

Knife Collection update and Pelican Case Review

Let me open up the case. Scott two lovers on the front one right here: 11 right here, then it’s got one on the side. Over here and another one, we need it open here it is I’m reviewing the Pelican case today for knife storage. I think it’s one of the best options for knife storage.

It’s got the pluggable foam so, like I’ve heard of that a few youtubers say you need to use an exacto knife or like a really sharp knife, to cut out this phone. I didn’t have to do that. All’s I did was pluck it all out. You can see it’s, you can just do whatever you want with it. Oh yeah for bigger knives. I did three up and down. I did it. There’s 14 across 14 spaces for knives, and I did one row big and then all these little and then one more row big, then another, then more little ones.

What I do this as I plucked out everything in the top and bottom layer here, is one layer I’ll get a popular knife to put up against it. The leak, that’s just one layer. You have two layers of foam to do whatever you want. Here’s the second layer, so you got two layers of possible foam. I plopped out the bottom one so that you could so that I don’t every time I get a new knife I don’t have to. I don’t have to take all my knives out.

If I just get one knife and left the pluck out a new piece, every time use the bottom layer. It’s just protective. It’s not pluggable can’t put that it’s just a safety, a little safety Matt. This will fit pretty much any knife that you’ll have. I mean I don’t, I know the spiral. Military is a big knife, I don’t know without fit in here, because I don’t own it, but I’m guessing that it would. If you have this normal knives, they all fit really good like this leak read when I put it in one of these holes just drops to the bottom.

I have to go down there and dig it out. So it’s pretty deep, I’m not sure the exact dimensions, but I’m guessing it’s around. Seven eight inches deep, but you probably like. Well, I don’t want my knives dropping to the bottom every time. Every time I put my knives in there, so what I did was I kept every piece of foam that I plucked out here. I kept all the foam that I plucked out and I put it in a target bag and put it in my closet.

So when I get a new knife, if it’s, if it sinks to the bottom of the hole, I can customize it so that it fits the depth wise for any knife. Excuse me: yeah. You got to pluggable layers, I’m pretty sure it will fit any knife. This is the big 1600 version. I think it’s just a little bit deeper than the 1500 and it’s a lot bigger than the 1500 case, and I just didn’t won’t have to buy another case. So I went ahead and got the bigger one.

It’s pretty much all I got to say about it. It comes with if, when you open the box, there’s an envelope that, like you, can get your name engraved and instead of this being there it’ll be a nameplate or whatever you want to put on there. So they’ll just take this out and put in your name plate that they make I’m going to do that. I costly, I think it costs around ten fifteen dollars. Another thing has: is that pressure with automatic pressure release valve? I don’t know if it says it.

You know just join you in Pelican case, but it’s the pressure release automatic pressure release valve. I guess it just equalizes the pressure like if you have this case on an airplane which I will never have on an airplane because it’s got knives in it but yeah. I can show you how a few knives sit in here for the blur I didn’t have to. I don’t have to customize. It will just fit fit in any of these, just because it’s big enough to where it doesn’t sink to the bottom, but it will, if I keep pushing it’ll go deeper, but it won’t see because of that.

I guess that really grippy. So I didn’t really have to put any phone. The bottom of that. That’s all I got to say about the Pelican case, so really good opt in a story knives to get here. The the latches are really loud and just dirty and you can put a lock on it. There’s two places for a walk i’m going to. I might do that sometimes so, if my friends are over, but that’s all I got ta say about that.

Let me show you all my knives, my collection update after Christmas, i’m going to show you all the knives that you might have already seen in my other articles. Kershaw blur cryo the leak Scout, you that’s it for Kershaw. I think reason i’m doing this. Article now is because I didn’t want to do a article right after Christmas, where I’m still like really excited about the knives I got, but i’m still excited about them.

But when you first get a knife, you’re going to tell a bunch of lies, but how much you like in sup all right? Oh my gos group tell you next. I did a review on this and I knocked it for its detent. I tightened it up a little bit. It’s just now, it’s hard to it’s hard to flick out. I knew that was going to be a problem if I tightened it. If I tighten it anymore, it’s even hard to get how manual. I just don’t find myself carrying this knife.

Very often, oh I’ll keep it. I like it need another benchmade, the benchmade volley. I did a review on this knife as well, and another nice you’ve already seen or the last night that you’ve already seen. I guess the spyderco sage, one yeah, that’s all that’s what I had when I started then after Christmas. Let me show you the new knives that I’ve got ok I’ll start with Kershaw. I got three new curse or four new Kershaw was again.

I got another leak. I wanted a leak with a plain edge, cam razor sharp here it is next to the other one. I wanted a plain edge because I don’t really love serrations and this was a gift and I I really I really like Kershaw serrations, but I still want a plain edge. Kershaw’s, like the only serrations that I can stand. Yeah I got another leak. I got the skyline really popular knife. This knife is not assisted.

I actually like it not assisted it’s really smooth. It’s got this comfortable choil. Here, it’s really comfortable be doing reviews on all my new knives. Probably not this one I’ll be doing a review on the leak. I haven’t reviewed it yet, but sometime soon I will – and I got the Kershaw piston look like this. I have to it’s got the blur same as the blur thumb, studs and a flipper. So I like that night to run out of room in my last new kershaw is the Kershaw knockout, with the sub-frame lock, where we use coming and I got two new spider goes: got the ladybug with h1 steel, rust proof, meeting, sicky city.

I got this knife to go fishing and whenever I’m around water I’ll carry this knife, I really like it for how little it is. It’s really comfortable with the finger choil and the thumb thumb rape. One of my new spider goes in my last new knife that I have the main x2 lightweight. I’m really excited about this knife. This knife is only 3 ounces and for how big of a blade – that is, it’s a superb some great knife to carry.

I love the Y, your pocket clip like the ball, lock the ball bearing lock or whatever. It is still kind of hard to do that. I really like the handles handle scale at night. Sometimes it like, if you’re in low light, it looks black, it doesn’t even look blue yeah. That’s all I’ve got for you guys, show you all my new knives.
