DrupalCon Amsterdam 2019: Quick wins for an accessible website

I don’t need one. I don’t target blind users. Does it sound familiar to you? Yes, yes, what about a responsive website? Now I don’t need one. I don’t target mobile users. Does that sound familiar now somehow building responsive websites became an integral part of our workflow. However, accessibility is seen as something extra that we built upon it.

My hope, my dream is that we’ll be totally different in the next couple of years and I hope that’s the reason you’re all here as well. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to talk about some quick means how we can accelerate this. So we’re going to talk about what accessibility is to make sure we’re all on the same level about the definition, but also why it’s important and the most exciting part of part is of course, how are we going to do it? But the first question I want to answer is: Who am I I’m more dos? I am a front-end developer at new home, I’m also co-organized organizer of content, United and before I became a developer.

I worked in healthcare for like ten years and in health care. I noticed a lot of elderly people struggling with inaccessible websites and that’s the part where I came and testicle out it, but I didn’t know that accessibility was a thing in tech. I had no idea. If you have high contrast on your website, it helps usually disable people to read the text better, but also when you’re sitting in a very bright Sun.

It makes it much easier to read and semantic HTML. It helps screen readers to navigate through your pages, but Google does the same thing to rank your site and keyboard navigation helps physically disabled people who cannot use the mouse to navigate through your website, but also, if I fit in a very big form, I always use My keyboard I’ll never touch my mouse, so we have to have another definition, for what accessibility is, what accessibility means that websites tools technologies are designed and developed to work for all people, no matter their hardware, their software language, location or ability.

So this definition also gives a small answer to our next question. Why is it important and for many reasons, because all people benefit from it, but not only that a lot of products are being offered online. If I buy new socks, I buy it online. If I need a new book about online, but even worse, we also dependent on those digital services filling in my taxes. I have to do it online, so more companies need it need accessible website because they forget a larger audience, which is good for the profits.

The browser has some styling for headings by default, but the problem here is that we didn’t actually use heading tags to create our settings.

They only look like headings so to make sure you structure your content perfectly to help screen readers and, of course, removal to navigate through your pages. We have to convert them to actual heading tags, those heading tags, since it’s a triple side, came out different templates. So we’re going to find those templates so first so here we have the the page title and instead of using India, we just use a first heading tag and then we have the and for the section titles like the news and the profiles and and events we Enable the second heading, because that’s the way we have a structure, our page based on levels and the third are cards.

We have the first heading tag again, but we just concluded that this is a third heading tag. So if we check the headings map again we’re missing an heading level and there are multiple solutions for this.

So back to the front page again – and last thing I want to talk about regarding headings – is the way we build and the function of the headings. So headings are a great way to bundle your information. It makes the the text very, very smaller, like one by one pixel and therefore it’s not visible anymore, but it’s still there for the screen reader and for Google so back to the page, and we still have linked in the three there.

The icons are very nice and when, if we disable the styles again now at least we can see which link is which so links always need a link text. But if you use an image as a link, the alt text is actually the link text. So, for example, at this beautifully new home image right here and it’s a link to our corporate website and if we inspected, this is writable okay kit, so at this link to our corporate website.

But the effects in this case is minimum local. So if we say out loud our link, yes, I go to Limu home no home, but that’s not what we’re handing we’re going to the corporate website. You just want to know your whole keywords, write it down on a big paper and then combine them together to make different article ideas and that’s what I do actually a lot of the time to create article ideas and I’ve got hundreds, I’m kind of overwhelmed.

I got to make them all but anyways, when you type in zombie here you’re going to get ya, typically music, because people. This is a big secret and I don’t know if people already are aware of this. But if you figure out a generic word and you make a song about it – YouTube is big on music articles, so you will rank for that generic massive keyword, crazy right. So just so, you know, if you’re a music artist there you go, make a song and you’ll get views for a generic keyword and has to be a good song but yeah, as you can see.

Michael Jackson, Wow six hundred million okay anyways, you just kind of find article ideas like we could just instead of doing all time, but that helps with you coming up with article ideas. You can make your own songs and stuff and link, but this month so topic top articles for this month for the keyword zombie, you can get a ton of ideas also what’s trending and if you look at blogs that have less subscribers than the views they got.

Go make a similar article. Look at this, for example, zombie apocalypse cool stickman in Minecraft there you go, make something similar that you’re going to get similar results because look they blew up 4.9 million mm, I’m using cute, I’m using vid IQ right here and it’ll. Give you information very, very cool tool, youtubes, where it’s at guys, I’m not even talking about Instagram for this strategy at all.

You can also have people linking to your Instagram, so you’re more on me, present and also Instagram is almost like building an email list. Just so, you guys know but anyways moving on from that and people having people on other platforms. It’s just like having a big email list. Okay email list is obviously the most powerful, but you can it’s kind of the same thing, though, on other platforms. So that’s powerful just so you know here, no not that one but look you can just do the skits and stuff for zombies.

So basically, what I’m doing here is I’m just coming up with a bunch of ideas: okay, combining what works together and yeah. So that’s that and then, if we go over here is zombie we typed in zombie. Okay, zombie apocalypse is the biggest the cranberry zombie. I don’t know what that is zombie lyrics. That must be a song zombie movie. You can make your own zombie movie, or there is a zombie movie, but that’s a keyword right there.

You can leverage our zombies real, just like this is what people are searching for, combined things together and you can and then like take ideas from like top youtubers and how they do things. You do make up suddenly random, like a zombie challenge or zombie prank, and I’m telling you you can what I’m telling you right now. You can make us serious, killing crazy living off of this okay. So you start making articles you build.

You YouTube blog. You make content your own content and you monetize, with Adsense, with Amazon’s affiliate program with info products with merch, and I think that’s about it and you can make a killing and you’re financially free and you’re doing what you love. If you like zombies, if you like basketball, if you, if you like racecars RC cars or even toys, or if you like you, know cars or anything literally, okay, even knitting, you can make a blog and there’s so much money here.

Let’s look at this tool. I love called similarweb. As you can see. I have a lot of Chrome extensions, a lot of bookmarks but anyways 24 billion, okay monthly visitors, the average view duration is 21 minutes. That’s an average of people. Reading, like 1 2, 1, 2, 3 articles or more that’s powerful, ok and you can take advantage of that and every article is going to get views. Regardless of what happens.

That’s what’s so cool you upload a article and YouTube will promote it to test and see how it does it will give it impressions. Ok, click. The rates huge having good content for high walks time is greatly important. Capitalizing off trends is greatly important. How I got started

I’m going to call you guys, my ride-or-die, you guys that was pretty disgusting, I will admit, but you’re still here and yeah you guys are my ride-or-die crew.

I promise that I won’t do anything that disgusting for at least another month or so. Maybe I feel these things out. I can’t really say when the next disgusting things going to happen. It could happen today, probably not though so I came here this morning and they’re these dear traipsing around the the property. So I busted out my drone and I don’t know if I got any good shots of him or not, but I’m going to play him right now, just in case I did okay.

So my plan for today is to tell you guys about how I got involved with freedom, breeder and working with freedom breeder. I meant to do this article at some point and I guess now is the time I’m going there today, even though I’m still sick and Hillary’s got to take. You live to the doctor. Cuz he’s having an issue and that’s the kids are sick, but you know she’s got it, I got ta, go hey, plus I’m not just going to throw to do some work with them.

I’m also picking up my friend Malia who’s coming in from Hawaii, and so I need to go up there and pick her up, regardless of whatever else is happening and plus we got ta get worked up there anyway, so there’s a little sting something you’re still from Last time, I don’t like leaving these guys when they’re sick, but somebody’s got to do it. Somebody’s got to do it, ain’t! No, what I feel about a sickie! What do you know a session? No okay, my guy sorry! I understand I wouldn’t want to do it either, probably well, I do it anyway, but I feel you at least you feelin nice.

Okay, see you soon, I don’t know man I’d really don’t like leavin like I really don’t leave laughs yeah you do it, though, got to do it. It’s times like these. That make me really appreciate times and everybody’s feeling, better yeah. This is the back entrance. I feel like the backfield here at freedom, beer, where nobody else really goes.

It’s kind of a good good spot to start the the history of how I got started working with these guys. Shortly after we moved back from Hawaii, which was back in 2014. I started researching in the snake, keeping because I know I was going to do it again and amongst all that research, I came across Kevin McCarthy’s book. It’s a huge book like that thick ball, python morphs and I was checking all that stuff out and getting really into it, and in that book he mentions freedom breeder.

He mentions Lindy’s name as the cage manufacturers that he keeps a lot of his ball pythons in and I was like well, I better research that and look that up and then I found freedom breeders website and I looked at all the different options and found the The 10/10 that I could afford to get and went ahead and placed an order to get it. Jeff was here at the time, and he reached out to me shortly after to arrange shipping, and he was like hey.

Why don’t? I have my dad drop it off at your house. You know, based on when I was at my parents house at the time and save you on the shipping I was like well. That sounds like a pretty good idea: yeah, that let’s do that. Let’s do that! For sure – and I was already right, then I was like sweet, so I just found these guys in the book and now the guy that I, whose name I just read about in the book, is going to come drop off the cage at my house.

It was like that’s great customer service. I like these guys and then then this room. This is the room that I came to first time. I came to the place and got four of the first six snakes that I got when I first moved back came out of this room right here, hello, Jeff and I was kind of mind blowing. I was like what are these guys doing with this room? Full of how many snakes do you think are in this room just like about a thousand snakes in this room.

So my little, my little snake keep in mind was blown and I was like okay. This is crazy. I guess I want half of them know how about four, because I already got my pocket. Okay, let’s do four. So obviously that was way before this room even existed, but I even in that first little hangout session, when I first got to meet these guys in person where we’re chilling out and checking out snakes like man.

These guys are cool. These guys are like the chill. If I’d like, I feel like, I can fully just be myself around these guys, I share some stories with them right there upon first meeting that I don’t always share with uh with the people upon first meeting. You know I wasn’t as open, then even just a few years back, you know was that five years ago I meanwe don’t put more now than I was then, but so I felt comfortable around the guys and I there was a vibe there, and this is still Years before I ever came to work with these guys, but it’s just that North Cowell was like they’re hella cool.

It wasn’t too long after that that they found out that I was pretty good at photography. Somewhat saw some of my pictures and we ended up working out a deal where I came and took a bunch of pictures for the website and of all the racks and did in exchange for a coral glow pide, which at the time was, I mean it’s still, A pretty it’s still an amazing snake by the time was definitely I mean monetarily speaking well, well worth the work to get these things up there for that snake and that’s the snake that is the Queen’s boyfriend and the king.

So what I’m doing right now? Jimmy is I’m doing a shout out to all shout out to Jimmy almost dropping the temp. That’s funny that you did that you know like because the story I was going to share from this spot. This is this: is the spot right, we’re heading Home Depot, because somebody was smart enough to not lock two casters on the rack. That was like one of the first times I did a vlog on was still a vlog on on triple B TV.

I think it’s like episode, two or three of what I used to call whatever Wednesday was like my vlog on triple B TV there’s air spraying all over the place, and so I got a lot of good memories. And this is the backdrop that black backdrop is where all the racks on the website. That’s the backdrop for those those racks is for taking up here. I know you wouldn’t think that, because you can’t see the rest of this madness going on up here, that’s actually happening.

All I see is that black background in the pictures without it – and this is Jimmy – if you guys have never met Jimmy before he’s right here – Jim this guy coming here trying to crash the party I’m trying to give a history, I’m trying to give a history Of how I got how much you guys can pull? Oh, you can look back on all that. We about 20 minutes up here. Doing nothing Jimmy. Did you have a joke for me yeah all right, it’s a good one! I thought it was hilarious.

I’m a fan of dad jokes, I’m a dad all right. So a fish is swimming along. He runs into a concrete wall. What does he say? Fish just swimming along runs into a concrete wall. This is a dad joke and I’m horrible, like I don’t thinking, wait till I’m thinking goddamn play said how got a dad joke kind of. I don’t know this was a told, no cause. It’s like safe for kids. Damn you like to feel like you were right.

He looked at you like you were what like, I was. You know a little retarded they’re just little specialties or something they’re going to cancel you Jimmy. The DC police are coming for you, and so I still do plenty of photography stuff here. I’m doing that right now, I’m taking pictures of these base frames to the websites. They didn’t any pictures for him yet got my my magical magical, light man.

I wish my light. Looked like this all the time this is. This is great. Hmm. I thought it was pretty awesome how quickly I was able to immerse myself into working. You know, being able to meet one of the pioneers of the industry shortly after coming back into it. I was that was really cool, but the guy, then what actually got me working with them was my buddy Garrett over ReachOut reptiles. He saw the similarities between the two of us and thought.

It was a perfect match, the freedom bridge Aaron and I to work together. Then he was the one that actually proposed the idea to them at one of the Tinley shows, and I was like he told me first I was like I don’t that’s. I don’t want to have that conversation Garrett’s, the business guy. He is good at finding value in things and making things go together and making people thing seem like putting money in any certain directions, a good idea.

I I’m not good at that. I don’t even like to engage in those type of conversations, so he did that on my behalf and they were receptive to it and I was like okay well thanks for doing that, and then I came up here and pitched the idea of what I what I Thought it would look like well what would be a sponsorship essentially, and it’s now. What now I’m here and one of the main reasons I’m up here today.

Besides, just getting photography done, um as we’re doing a article with Lindy Lindy doesn’t really like to be on camera. That’s why I’m filming his backside instead of his front side, but he we did a whole long article with him today on a free computer blog we’re going over all kinds of old documents in old history stuff. That’s kind of why I, this is what I love about working here, because on family business we got four four generations in the building right now, back he’ll be back he’s not going to he’s always voice.

Still your work and holding down the fort makin things happen, but how many companies do you get to be in the office, the four generations of the family working right side by side in the desk? That’s the awesome thing about it. Hey you guys know. I love hanging out families, we have family and I’ve always just felt like really blessed to be able to work with these guys and find some people that are in the industry that are like me and I don’t have to like work technically that’s a bad way, But it know I’m working, it’s fun.

It’s fun. I don’t have to like have to be like some weirdo that I’m not. Let’s get to be myself, my own worst self, we’d, all just gels and we hit we get along. We hang out, I’m I’m just saying man, it’s a great match. I’m super stoked that it’s happening like this and just I hope that everybody else out there can find a little place in the world for themselves like this, because yeah this guy’s all about it yeah get it buddy check it out.

You know, the truth is, is that blogging takes time it takes effort? It takes a lot of creativity to get it set up, but the best thing about blogging is this: is that Google is the number one search engine online? It’s the absolute first place that people come to.

They go to it when they come online. They go to Google and they type in how to do stuff, whatever you know like how’d it how to do this, how do that they’re searching for different things, they’re actually searching for solutions to problems, and if you create a blog, that’s all geared around solving a Particular problem: Google is going to rank that what your web in their search results and then what happens is if somebody comes there and they search for a particular problem and they’re looking for a solution.

If your website comes up within like the first page, you know your link and then people click on that and then go to your blog and they go to your your your article, okay, so I’m your blog you’re, basically going to be creating content. That’s going to be solving a problem: okay, so blogging, if you’re going to blog and just write a blog about yourself and you’re, going to write a blog about your journey, that’s okay! What I like to do is I like to create blog posts around a particular problem that people have and I give the solution on the blog, because, if they’re searching on Google and they come to my blog and they and they create a read Marta chol – and I solved that problem for them or help them solve that problem for them.

Then Google is going to send me a ton of more traffic to that website. Now, with blogging you got ta. Have you got to really be consistent with this? You got to do it almost daily and you almost have to do it daily for the next couple of years before it really starts to take off for you. I know it’s probably not what you want to hear and I know you want to start today and you want to start, you know crushing it, but you know you could be blog.

You could be blog in the next couple of years and really it’ll start to take off. After all, the links get inside of Google. So what you do is you set up a wordpress blog and you start writing articles and you start writing articles daily and be consistent with it and then what you, what you do, is you put in your affiliate links inside of these articles now? How does this make this passive? Well, if you write an article today and it gets put into Google, that article will be sitting on the website, it’ll be sitting on your website forever.

As long as you keep it up. There and Google constantly be setted traffic to that. So people come to your site, they read it, they click on your affiliate link, they go buy up the the product or they offer, and then you make money. So it’s passive because you know you could be out doing whatever you’re doing you could be it it. Your job or you can be a traveling, you can do whatever you want and you’re still generating traffic and your shirt still generating people to click them through your affiliate links and making money.

So that’s going to be the first one. The second one is going to be YouTube articles. I know you probably thinking will YouTube articles. I want to do that, but I’m telling you it’s one of the best ways to do right now and it’s the future of the internet. Right now, YouTube is still in its early stages and everybody is you look at all the the cable cutting you know. People are dropping their cable and they’re just coming online they’re coming to YouTube and they’re.

Looking for entertainment, they’re coming here to look for solutions, YouTube is owned by Google and Google loves to out rank YouTube articles over at all websites on the internet, so that is a huge advantage to you. So what you do well, you do the same thing. You would be doing with an article. You find a solution to a problem that people are searching for when somebody searches either on YouTube or they search on Google for a particular solution to a problem, and you create a article around that you know solution or that you know that problem that people have.

They come there, they see that article and they click on your affiliate link in the description. Okay, so you create a article and you can do it just like this. You can either talk into the camera like this or you can use a screen sharing program like there’s a Camtasia. I use ScreenFlow for my Mac, so these are really good programs that you can use now you just all you do is you can create slides? Okay with pictures and and text, and you can use ScreenFlow or Camtasia, and you can basically record the screen as you’re talking through the slides, Google.

You know, Google Drive is free and you can use the slides program inside of Google slides, so you’re just going to create a article with slides and what you’re going to do is you’re going to be solving a particular problem. Now, at the end of the article, you say: hey click on the link below this article and that’s going to give you some more information on how you can take this to the next level or how you can get more information on solving a the bigger problem That that people have now, how does this make this passive? Well, basically, what happens is is people you know you put on the that article out there, and the people will always be able to search that article, that article could stay on YouTube for the next 20 years, where 50, how along YouTube online? Once you create that article, it’s online, its searchable people are looking at it they’re finding it they’re clicking the links and they’re going to your affiliate offers and clicking on your affiliate offers and hopefully buying the product through your affiliate link.

Now this is going to be something that you have to create articles on a consistent daily basis and you have to get out there and do some research on it. This is not going to be something where you can create a couple of articles and then hope for the best. It’s not going to happen. There’s too much way too much competition out there. You have to be consistent and you got to be always creating new stuff and put it in online, but once it gets online once your articles are out there they’re passive they’re, generating clicks and traffic and all that good stuff and you make passive income now.

The third way – and this is my favorite way – is going to be through email marketing. If you have a blog and you have articles, you could sense people to a landing page. They get onto your your email list and then you can have an autoresponder series that could go out for the next year. Could go go out for the next two years. I have a particular autoresponder that people get in and then it goes out for the for an email goes out every day automatically for the next year.

Just every day it just goes out, and so why is that passive? Well, those emails are being sent to these two people that are on that list every day for the next year I mean I don’t have to be there. I don’t have to write an email. I don’t have to do anything. All I have to do is drive people to a landing page, get them on to that to the email list, and then I can send them information about products.

I can send them information about different services that I have and then it’s it’s. You know it’s driving people to a sales page, a article page and then that’s bringing in income and that’s passive income. Okay, so that’s the three ways. The first way it’s going to be blogging you’re, going to use Google SEO to get traffic to your to your article content. The next one is going to be article. You can use YouTube, create a article and then put it out there and then you’ll start to generate traffic and clicks to your affiliate offer and then also email, marketing, you’re going to have an autoresponder series that goes out for the next year and then inside that Autoresponder series you will have links to offers affiliate marketing.

You know, maybe your own products, whatever you want to do, but it’s passive because it just goes out every day and it sends people to your sales page or your affiliate link. Okay, so there you go. This creates this conflict of reality and imagination and because the image in the imagination is so big and it’s so wide – and it’s so nice and it’s so strong and sexy – that we often choose the imaginative character, the imagination, the imaginary character over real life. Let’s take women one of the things, and I have spent a few hours today reading this, because tomorrow’s disruptive mail is going to be hot, hot hot.

It’s going to be like, if you want to experience true female nature, be the other man it’s going to be hot, and I was listening and listening to these women with these outrageous standards. These outrageous wish lists of a man. Most people are poor, 75 % of the people in this country make less than $ 80,000 and that’s men and women and the combined households.

You got a few people both make 50, they push them to six figures, but if they live somewhere like New York Chicago Miami, they ain’t really ain’t really living well, but this fantasy life that many people choose instead of real life, because this is where the economy Comes from me, because I’ll tell you these things, because I’ve lived them, I’ve experienced them in real life, and many people have fashioned the world online.

They fashioned an avatar, a projection of who they are. How many of you have been out on the bar? Something? And you see girls posing for pictures and you know they’re going on Instagram because they will pose just a certain way and they’ll take that picture two or three or four times to get it just right. But when you see that chick outside of the club outside an Instagram, she don’t even look the same yeah I’ll.

Tell you a quick little story. It’s a bumble thing. There was this girl. She look really really good on bumble. Then she doesn’t like bumble. So she has Instagram, so I hit her up on Instagram and I found their Facebook page and I was like is that you and I had to look – and I was just like she did such a wonderful job of transformation, pictorial transformation, as I call it. Well, you can get that look you can get that face.

You can get that right, cropping! You look amazing, but in real life you ain’t that hot matter of fact you you’re actually funny done. You know, what’s just sitting there like. Oh, my god. This is what people are doing, so this is why I tell you this is to let you know how much people are living online and they’re not living in reality. It takes courage in mental strength to live in reality, because you’re bombarded with all of these messages, you should do this.

You should be this way. Well, look. Here’s Bob Bob took my course and now, six months later, Bob is a porn star with a two-foot long. Dick and he’s all of these honeys, because he took my course how to get a big dick in a six pack in six months and you’re, seeing this and you’re seeing it over and over and over again it’s mind-blowing, but people are running from the truth. You must be mentally strong to deal with the truth.

It didn’t hurt so much, then I got over it and I got another negative review and that’s like I whatever, but because people are not putting themselves due to the lack of courage, mental toughness in the lane of real life they’re, not giving these lessons nor feedback.

They’re just not and they’re living these fantasy, because this is something else too and now I’ll show this behind the paywall. Well, I deleted most of them, so maybe I won’t but man I got one profile: it’s booger, wolf central! It’s like all the booger will Serkan congregating on that profile. I mean there is no way in the world that this woman would think she has a shot with me in real life, but I know a lot of them are just swiping because it’s easy.

The swipe is easy to swipe right because there’s no consequence for swiping right of the left. None and I know what they doing – I’m just sitting there like wow. Then I have another profile. I don’t get any Burger Wolf’s and it was just sitting there like. Ah ha that’s very interesting, but these these women are not living in real life because they would never approach me in real life. They wouldn’t even smile.

They knew when that would chance. But once again it’s a weird message that I’m giving y’all you got to make you got to go online to make money. Let’s just be real. Everything is moving online and I think it’s going to be a a massive stampede in the next 10 years. What’s not online will be online in some fashion or form, and it’s just going to be hi this and if you’re, not positioning yourself to go online you’re going to lose.

So I can’t tell you to stay off line, but I can’t tell you to also keep a foot in Creole life actually go out and hang out with your friends and go to someone’s house for dinner and stay for a while and talk for two hours. Because people are becoming sopped there because they live in a silo chambers, which is something that I used to do and I got myself out of it. Essentially, you live in your own little world and you just have your bubble and you don’t really socialize with many people because up for the first four years on YouTube.

Well, no, because my partner, I saw her but other than YouTube, and a few of my friends I was just in the silo. I didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t really get out and, and one of the dangerous things is that you can hear something on they can literally rock your world, make your blood pressure go up. That’s really not that big of a deal in the real world online. This everything, oh my god, you know we need to batten down the hatches.

We need to make sure that nothing goes on with the kids. I remember when Trump won – and I was just like this – is some right and I went out into the real world and this Jewish girl opened up the door for me and I was just like we’ll be just fine, but if you live online you don’t have A lot of friends, you don’t have a lot of social interactions. It makes you very mentally weak because your frame of reference in your perspective is being shaped by a narrative that is designed to make you addicted to the Internet, designed to make you buy stuff from the internet designed to encapture you in the Internet.

And this make you spend as much time as possible on a certain platform, and this is where you’re getting everything you’re getting yourself esteem you’re, getting all of this stuff, so just think about this. Now, how do you become mentally strong? I’m going to give you a few tools here. I believe everyone needs some type of meditative practice. You can write that could be a meditative practice. You can actually meditate that can be a meditative practice.

You can sit in a room for 10 minutes a day and decompress that can be a meditative practice. You need some way to download the stress out of your brain and relax, because one of the thing is and understand that a lot of people never get a chance to relax. They never get a chance to chill. They never get a chance to refresh themselves and I’m not talking about taking a vacation where you can take wonderful Instagram photo.

I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about having a situation where, every day you have a practice that reduces your stress and enables you to use your mind more fully. I recommend meditation. If that’s your thing, if not, I recommend journaling every night. Five ten minutes talking about your day, who you are something pick one just pick one, because if you do not do this for yourself, you will be depleted by this society.

That has not your best interest at heart, not none! What not not at all, doesn’t have your best interest at heart. Doesn’t have your building now, one of the things that’s going to make you mentally strong, and I know many people don’t want believe this is people the more that you understand yourself. The more that you understand, other people, the more accepting you’ll, be other people, everything that we do everything that we are somewhere along, the line a person is involved, or it’s going to help us so the better that your communication skills become the better that you’re able To utilize the social narrative in your favor like take Trump people, I got a few Trump articles up and they’re losing their minds and they’re going like you know.

But little things. If you can meet five people a day which could be challenging depending on where you are, that is 25 people Monday through Friday, that’s 35 people in a week. This 100 is 60 people. In a month you roll you get that nail down. You will always have dates: you’ll always have people to talk to you’ll always have connections.
