This is the 2018 version of this article and I have four strategies just for you. Welcome to this article, I’m very excited you made it here. My name is Vince Reid and in this article I’m going to be sharing with you how to advertise on Instagram for beginners. This is the 2018 version. I’M going to be breaking down four strategies that are going to absolutely blow you away, especially if you’re a beginner, and you want to get results immediately.

Now, for those of you who stick around to the end, I have a special bonus for you. It’S an advanced tip that will help you get results ten times faster, so make sure you stick around to the end. Now, for those of you who have no idea who I am, my name is Vince Reed, I’m the founder of several marketing companies. My company Internet traffic factory consists of my digital advertising agency, set up my ads, my marketing company, which hosts all of my products and my courses I leaders, which essentially teaches the paid side of marketing on social media.

I also have a live event: company Internet traffic live I’m also the author of the book internet traffic and leads so make sure you get your copy on Amazon. In fact, I’m doing a cool promotion for individuals that engage subscribe to the page and comment. Ok, what we do is we pick one lucky winner, each and every week, and I cover the shipping. I cover everything and I’ll, send you out a copy of this book.

So that’s pretty cool, we’ll see how that works. All right now, in this article I’m going to be sharing with you how you can advertise on Instagram, specifically for beginners. You know I get so many students that come to me and they say you know what I should be using. Instagram I’ve tried it, but you know, for whatever reason: people don’t follow. My page, nothing happens and I feel like quitting, and I don’t want you to do that, because it really comes down to strategy and that’s why I’m going to be sharing with you this article.

So I commend you for taking action and actually going out there and searching and finding more ways to get better rather than quitting. Now I’m going to be sharing with you, four tips, as I said earlier, but I want to share with you this extra kind of bonus tip before the bonus that I’m hearing at the end, because I think it’s important when you create your actual handle. Your actual page on Instagram make sure it’s targeted to your specific niche, so, for example, if you follow me eventually live on Instagram, you know I actually promote more my personal brand, but let’s say that I was selling.

You know something in like the pet industry. Maybe like noon nutritional treats for dogs or something like that, my page would be really targeted for that. So maybe the name of my page would be dog, treats something like that, make it specific to what it is you’re trying to offer, because in the beginning, when you’re getting started, you know I’ve been doing this full-time since 2008. So you know I’ve been able to build a personal brand, but if I were to start today, no one would know Vince Reid right, so I wouldn’t be getting as many followers so make sure your page is targeted to what it is that you are trying to Offer all right, let’s dive into the tips, tip number one make sure you tell your followers to turn on post notifications, okay, this is one that I don’t see a lot of people talking about, and you know back in the day when Instagram first basically went live.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=u5_6Oi9iWIQ

You know the algorithm was a lot, how a lot like Twitter’s used to be where you would just post and every post would just show up in front of all of the followers that you had now. Instagram has an actual algorithm, so all of the followers do not actually see your post okay, so you need to turn on post notifications all right and what happens is if the people that are following you turn on post notifications.

Okay, whenever you post on your Instagram page they’re, going to see essentially what is it you put you post it, because, if not you’re going to do all this work, and this is why a lot of people struggle because, like I got a thousand followers, but when I post something: no one actually engages with me and it’s because they don’t have notifications turned on in terms of your followers having that turned on for your actual post.

Alright. So the question is: how do you actually do that right? So what you actually saw was the screenshot. I went to someone that I was following his page and I clicked them a little dots on the top and I can see the posts notification tab to basically turn those on for that individual that I was following. So the best way that I found actually do this brings me to step number two. What I advise you to do is Instagram stories.

This is a very effective way to get on the top of the people who are following you page. So you know, for example, with the algorithm your posts aren’t going to always show up in the news feed, but what I found is with stories they actually do show up. On top and most people who are using Instagram don’t do a lot of stories for whatever reason, so this gives you a better chance to actually still show up.

On top of your of the news, feed other people that are following you. So here’s the cool part about this. So, for example, let’s say you did a stay photo or an image or article on your Instagram page and then you turn around and you do a story right after to let people know that you just did a post. Okay, that’s a way to get right in front of all of your followers and obviously let them know that you just did a post.

But more importantly, you can do a story and every week I would say you should do a story and say hey make sure that you actually go to my page and turn on post notifications and that way, when I post, you see all of my updates. So I advise you to do a quick, little story like maybe once a week, just letting your followers know that they can turn those post notifications on and that way when you post they’ll, be seeing more of your content all right.

So that’s how you do that. So the question is: how do I actually get followers to even be able to tell them to do what you just said? Vince, I don’t have any followers, that’s my biggest problem. Don’T worry, I got you covered all right, so number three. What you want to do is you want to like relevant content and pages all right, and I’m going to explain to you why and here in a second. So what you want to do is just basically in the search bar.

You just basically go into search on your Instagram page and just start typing in relevant content. So, for example, let’s say that I wanted to only target or find pages that had to do with people who are entrepreneurs. So I would hit the little search button at the bottom of my app and then I would basically go hashtag entrepreneur, hash test business and I would just go in and start finding pages and content.

Okay. So why do I actually want to do this? You see when you start doing this and you start engaging with pages that are similar to what it is that you are interested in. Okay, what’s going to happen is when you go to your Explorer page you’re, going to even find even more pages like this. So if you go to your Explorer page now and there’s no content relevant to what it is that you like or you’re interested in, that’s because you’re not engaging with enough pages that are similar to your specific niche market, all right.

So what you want to do is you want to make sure you find relevant pages start engaging with them more and you’ll start really just exploring and finding a lot of cool pages, and this is a great way to see what other people are doing and it’s Working and obviously find information that you can mirror to get better results because, for example, let’s say you go and you see an entrepreneur and they’re in the same space as you and they make a article and it gets tons of views tons of comments.

You can do something similar on your page and now you can target those same types of individuals with hashtags and other things like that. I’Ll make another article where I dive more into hashtags. I didn’t want to go into that because everybody kind of teaches you to just go: do some hashtags, so I wanted to go a little bit deeper and to give you guys some different examples, all right. So when you find good pages, engage and follow them.

So don’t just like you know, go on their page actually engage with their page. I do do some things, so here’s some things you should do all right. So the question people always ask me, is they say well? How should you actually engage with pages? So you get followers because you know I would engage with pages and I still don’t get anyone following me. So what’s the point of engaging with someone else, if that’s the case, well, here’s the deal.

Okay, you have to ask yourself this question. What would you want? Your followers to do on your post right, so you know think about it. So you’ve got a page and you know if you’re getting started and maybe you’re a little frustrated. You feel like quitting because you post and no one comments. No one engages no one likes your articles or your your pictures. Okay, that’s a little bit frustrating! So if that’s frustrating to you, what do you think it is to other people who are getting started or even people that are getting a lot of traction on Instagram? They still love people to like comment and share their information.

So what you need to do is go. Do the things on other peoples pages that you would want people to do to you? Okay, it’s the classic rule of attraction, marketing, it’s basically the classic rule of life. So if you want to get more followers, you need to follow some people. You need to engage with them. You need to comment. You need to do certain things on their pages. Alright, now here’s a really cool tip, and this is how you can actually engage, and you know get something back in return.

Okay, this is a good way for you to do it. So when you leave comments all right, so you should like people’s images in people’s articles that are in your space, but you should go in and you should comment, but here’s what you should do. You should ask questions. Okay, you should ask additional questions, and this is just a lot of things I mean I could go on. This could be its own individual article, but when you ask questions and you’re following a lot of pages in your space, one people are going to go through those comments and they’re going to notice your name and they’re, going to click on your profile and they’re.

Going to be like what is this person you know up to, but here’s the kicker when the person who you comment on comments back and answers your question. Okay, what’s going to happen, is people reading through that thread, they’re going to see that you asked a question? They answered you back and now your likelihood of them going in your profile to see why this individual actually replied to your content is much greater and then you’ll get a lot more followers that way.

This is a way for you to engage on people’s posts and actually, you know, attract some of their followers who are in your space as well all right. So this is different from you just liking and commenting this. Is you asking a specific question and be smart with your question? Read the article look at their image and ask something intelligent or something that you know is it. I guess you can say, even though there aren’t really any dumb questions, but I guess I should say: don’t ask any dumb questions right.

Ask something that actually helps you use it as a chance for the person who’s doing the post to mentor you. So if there’s something that they posted or said asked something that allows them to engage back with you. Thank them for it and, if you do this regularly on multiple pages in your space, you’d be shocked at how many people are going to start to follow your page immediately. Alright, so that’s a cool tip now number four.

What you want to do is you want to make one minute articles on Instagram, okay, I advise you to do one at least a week. I actually have a article on my blog, which I’ll put a link to here, where you can actually learn how to make articles on Instagram for your advertising. This is extremely powerful. Article is taking over there’s already tons of studies and people saying all the time that you know article is pretty much going to be.

The only thing you see on the web moving forward so be right to the point, and again I highly advise you checking out that article, where I teach you how to make articles on Instagram, and this is a great way to basically engage with your followers. Get new people to basically engage with you and brand yourself differently, for whatever reason most people still have a fear of making articles, but you know you have to get over that quickly because that’s where the world is going, it’s about doing the things that the average Person simply is not willing to do alright, so I have a special bonus to help.

You get results much faster, but before I dive into it, do me a favor make sure you comment like and share and subscribe to this page. But more importantly, when you leave a comment, ask me a question in other articles or topics on marketing and lead generation. That you’d, like me to basically answer or articles that you’d like me to make I’d love to hear your feedback and also, as I said earlier, for individuals that comment.

We’Re going to pick one person a week, we’re going to send out a book to a person to ask a question, or maybe you don’t suggest a good article and we’ll send you out a book we’ll pay for the shipping. We’Ll pay for everything and it’ll. Be really cool by the way you’ll love the book. Alright, so here’s the advanced tip the bonus make sure you promote your popular articles and images. Alright. Now I often my strategies are often use paid ads.

Okay, you’re going to hear me say that often, but I also want to give you an advanced tip when I share with you these tips. These strategies are these bonuses. So when you run an ad, what a lot of people do is they’ll send an ad and they’ll run it for a day or two days or three days and they’ll go what happened? Did I get any followers that I get any leaves, or did I get any sales think about the ads you run as a running commercial, especially if you’re targeting the people who already like and follow your page so like, for example, let’s say you just have a Five dollar, or even a one or two dollar budget every single day, and you find a post that actually got some traction, run an ad promoting that post to people in your space and let it run forever, don’t turn it off, spend five bucks a day and You’D be shocked at how that article keeps getting new likes, keeps getting new followers and keeps getting people basically coming to your page, liking it and following you alright, so you don’t have to spend a lot of money find out the article or the post that did Well by you simply posting it naturally then turn that post into an ad and let it run forever, never turn it off anywhere between one to five dollars a day and just forget about it and you’ll be shocked at how many new followers you get following you.

Each and every day, alright, so that completes how to advertise on Instagram for beginners a 20-18 version. I gave you four strategies that share through a bonus strategy when it comes to paid advertising, and I know that those strategies will work for you now. For those of you who want to dive into the paid advertising side, which is my opinion, is the fastest way to actually start making money make sure you click on the link.

In the description of this article check out that training you’ll be blown away expecially, when you see how you can gain access to all of my paid marketing strategies which can help you get results a lot faster with that being said, make sure you like comment, share And subscribe and I look forward to seeing you on the next article – take care

A Beginner’s Guide to Branding Your Business

No one right, So you want to really niche down. Follow your niche to get that rich right. That’S a little little dad joke there! Ooh catchy, When I think about branding your business, obviously there’s a lot of questions.

Where do I start? Where do I begin First thing that comes to mind and I get asked by local heroes. A lot is target audience. Yes, How do you know what that is? How do you define that That is such a tough question right? So when I talk to a lot of entrepreneurs and people just starting off – and I ask them who’s – you, your audience Who do you wan na serve And they’re like “, I want to Have everyone, as my customer.

”, ( laughs, ), Give me all the money All of them. Everyone And that’s such a bad idea, because not only is it super expensive to try to acquire everyone, you become just a generalist, You’re, not really known for anything. I would start by figuring out who you actually like to serve. Who is your most preferred customer or your favorite person? To serve in your business And really make a story around that, So if you were my target audience right, I would say Emma she lives in California.

She really loves to surf and skate. She loves coffee, But she likes to spend a lot. Of her time on social media And really build a story, Around that, so when — He really gets me Right, Soul, mates, But so when I go and create My messaging and my content I create, if, for you and Your story and your pain and what you really want to solve right, Which makes me feel valuable Right and it’s for you, I feel heard Yeah And that doesn’t mean that you can’t help out Jessica or Sally or Billy when they come in and want your services –, Don’t forget John And John and Eddie right, But you can still serve them, but your messaging has to be about Emma.

So that makes a ton of sense to me, But it also just now Another question’s brewing, So that seems like a goal right So goal: one find your target audience, But it’s more than that when it comes to branding your business. So what do you do? Next? With goals in general, What other goals should I be keeping in mind at this stage of my business. Well, you want to define What’S important to you, What is your goal? You should have something That your trying to achieve otherwise you don’t really Know what success is, And I would really focus on small wins So first off get a Website is that first step And then get your first customer, And then you get your first 10 customers And then you kinda, grow and grow and grow, And that kinda snowball effects.

‘Cause a lot of business. We talk to. They get scared of all the Things they have to do Instead start small figure out what that first Small win: you can do and then grow from there. I do the same thing just when I wake up on a Monday morning: ( laughs ). If I think about everything I have to do for the whole week, — You’re goin’ back to bed Yeah Covers over your head, I’d be like “. Let’S this isn’t going to happen today.

.” It’S not actually Monday One of my favorite things about speaking to local businesses. It’S like they’re, so unique Right. Right So I imagine when it comes To branding your business, that’s something you want! To take advantage of right Yep, What is it about? My coffee, Shop or my retail store, that makes me unique. What makes me stand out Is that part of building your brand? Oh absolutely. You have to be unique right.

If you imagine a line and on this line, we have crazy and the middle is mainstream and on the right is prolific or unique. Well, you want to be Basically right there So like with your idea that The business I’m stealing the Coffee and Kickflips — There. He goes again. That’S kind of on ( laughs, ) that unique spectrum right, There’s a lot of just coffee shops, but there’s probably no coffee. And skate park shop right Well now there will be because He’S revealed our secret ( laughs, ) coffeeandkickflips.

Com, But so you want to kind Of make yourself different from the rest,,’cause everyone in the Mainstream, it’s commodity right And that’s why we build a brand. That’S why we try to be unique, is to try, set us apart and really be someone that Someone wants to follow And then kind of following up on that, I’m going to lean on you for a Lot of this is social media. Yes, Your brand, I was waiting for this part That platform is just so phenomenal at growing Your brand and your reach, So if I’m a small business owner, I’m going to lean on you, what are some of the Platforms that I should be on, if I really want to build that brand Yeah, so you want to be on Facebook, Twitter Instagram also don’t forget your Yelp and Google listings: Okay, These are the most important for a local business, But to your point about being unique, you know you already are, but you need to voice that Across your platforms, Super important Your speaking to yeah that specific Ideal customer rather Yep To come into your business and spend money with you And when you’re on social media too, you have to make sure That it’s not about you.

Yes, it’s your company. Yes, it’s your brand, But your brand is there To serve your audience And if you position them As the hero you win Absolutely Let your customers sell you, Let your customers get Your next customer in –, 100 % Because it’s word of mouth, which is social media Yep All right, So that’s a wrap. I want to give a huge thanks. To my co-host Justin, Thanks for having me Yeah, thanks for showing us and teaching us how to Brand, your business, a very hot topic: -‘Cause brand is everything I’m sure you have Questions and comments Be sure to leave them below And also subscribe.

THAT TIME /POL/ CALLED AN AIR-STRIKE ON ISIS

In Syria, we found new rebel training article on YouTube, and so we decided to locate it on Google Earth rebel training camp in northern hamer. Can we find it SG? There is a power grid visible in the article pic related. There are two articles of the camp. Does anyone know what’s the height of these power grids? Are I could calculate the distance from the mass to the camp with that info? At the images I see says, that is something around 100 to 150 foot.

Maybe 40 meters is a good guess. I found this place, but still verifying 1. 2. 3. 1. 2. 3 start north of Litella. This looks like it dug of center circle. Driving area transmission tower seems similar again. 1. 2. 3. This is starting to look promising. Yes, this might be it oh baby. This might be the break we have been looking for. Are we heroes now? Another take from the same angle, 5, beams 5 lines, pretty certain.

That’S the spot. Someone send it to Ivan bingo. Send this in to Ivan we’re doing. Another airstrike Ivan is a friend of Russia’s Ministry of Defence who can call in airstrikes on terrorists. I even responded: hey, I think, as ji found the right place this time. What’S the coordinates, never mind, I got them. Let us know if that is the right spot, it sure looks like it done thanks. He confirmed it’s happening, guys holy fuck.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LG1FWWX7ZPk

We did it. Long live beyond comfy right now, just waiting for the news, interrogator quiet. Now, let’s wait for the fireworks going to go. Tell mommy. We killed some terrorists on the Internet. Today I fucking love poor. Ladies and gentlemen, we got him.

How To Use Twitter To Grow Your Business

So the first thing to talk about is and what your your Twitter or tweeting strategy is going to be at the moment, you’re limited to 160 characters, there’s talk that they might be changing, delimiting that I don’t know how what impact that might have on what I’m About to say, but nevertheless, at the moment is 160 characters and within that 160 characters, you’ve got to write some very interesting, engaging content.

That’S on a variety of different subject matters. So what I tend to say is look at look at your overall marketing strategy and when you go out and talk to people, what are they interested in hearing? Typically, these things will be so you’ll obviously want to talk about your business. You know it’s the about me page with your website: you’ll, be willing to talk about your own products and services, the benefits and features of those, but it clear you should also be talking about an industry.

Related news, maybe put some some tips, like top tips. How-To guides up there and some statistics that people are going to find engaging so the difference between Twitter and Facebook and various others. So actually Facebook has hashtags and Twitter started the trend by using hashtags and other other social media. Blogs have now adopts them at Google. Google+ no hashtags as well, so all of the major ones are using them, and but hashtags are a way of grouping.

Tweets is kind of like giving it and putting it into a categorized box. If you like key thing about the Twitter strategy is to post regularly because Twitter works on the timeline. So when you first tweet, it appears at the top of the timeline and grudges. Other people tweet it on it’ll, get pushed down and push down and push down and disappear of the bottom. So if you start using like trending hashtags that are really popular loads of people post them out, it’s not going to go like that.

It’S going to go straight off the bottom, so what you need to be doing is posting regularly so that your posts end up being. You know at the top of and Twitter now, if you post too often and it’s it’s going to get boring for the people who are following you so and have a plan to maybe post. I don’t know three four five times a day, probably any more than that, and you are going to start to bore people a little bit and equally those four five posts.

You want to post them all at nine o’clock and you want to spread them out over the course of the day, and that sounds like a bit of numerous tasks and there are ways to automate that process. So if you look at social media automation, tools, ones, my favorite ones, and things like eat – sweets, buffer, sprout social me takers, my all-time favorite one, because you can build a library and it just Chuck stuff out forever and beyond.

Even if I get hit by a bus which is great what not, if I get hit by a bus – that’s not so great, but the fact that it publishes stuff for me if I get hit by bus, that’s great, and so my second tip is based on Who you should be following now, there’s so much noise out there at the moment it’s a common mistake is and the people new to Twitter just to go out there and follow loads of irrelevant people.

So I tend to now follow people who are within my industry. Interesting people are going to be publishing interesting content. I would actually be interested in reading notice. The word is interesting, so be choosy about who you’re, following what you don’t want. Is your timeline just to be filled with noise and so there’ll be loads of people who follow you who’ll be selling eat like you know, get five thousand Twitter followers they’ll just be spamming, but that guy, who I talked about, who was sending out five messages? One go at nine o’clock.

Probably don’t want to bother following him because he’s just going to bore you to death, perhaps so be really picky about who you follow to make sure you’re getting the right information back out of it. This has a knock-on effect automatically and you’ll start to attract the right sort of followers as well and they’ll be interested in what you’ve got to say to a two-fold kind of benefits. This try and follow people within your market sector as best you can because and again following loads of irrelevant people.

Kind of is not really going to add anything to your your Twitter experience and before you follow the user go and have a look at their bio. It’S easy just to go like it’s later on pull of the book and go and have a look at the biography and and see what sorts of things they tweet about, because it will give you a good idea about the sort of person that you’re about to Potentially, follow with twitter is really important and because it’s it’s, it’s like a little microcosm of information and making sure that your brand and identity is really clear on that page.

And you basically have like two or three opportunities to get your brand and put out onto your Twitter profile. So you got the main banner image which appears across the top. You’Ve got your little avatar pic, which appears within the banner you’ll. Have your company name or your personal name, and then your website address and maybe short biographies, there’s five key bits where you’ve got to get that’s your own brand identity across and make it look really cool so say, focus on those well say one thing which I Do is I and create, and I created a banner image, which I felt reflect the brand very well and use it across.

All of my social media accounts say that to maintain some consistency, something looks at my Twitter account. My Facebook account same goes for the the avatar, so this could either be your company logo or it could be your personal, headshot or game make sure it’s it’s consistent across all your social media platforms. The fourth question I very often get asked is about whether somebody who works within a business or organization sets up an account specifically for their business or for them for their personal profile.

So I think what you’ve got to ask yourself is: what’s my mic, my core business strategy here? Am I promoting me or my business or do people come to my business because they threw me or what what’s the link there and how did you go about promoting your business and if it’s primarily, if you’re kind of faceless within your organization, then really? Why do you need your own personal Twitter account? Why not make it about your business? But equally, if, if you have a number of stars within your business, get them to set up their own personal, you can have you have your own business account, but then you can take each can have their own and personal account, building their own profiles and raising The profile of your business, so the main benefits of using Twitter, it’s obviously got SEO benefits because you can drop links and nail it back to your own website, and things like that.

You can be found quite easily. Twitter twitter gets put in boosted into Google’s PageRank in one of its specific sections of its organic search, engine and listings, and so it means that you can appear in in Google’s search engine, organic search engine rankings and also it’s an opportunity to network quickly with other Businesses and the downsides to Twitter. I find that there’s only so much you can get into those hundred and forty characters and or 160 characters initially and embarrassed and the potential, as with all social media platforms and for employees to misuse it.

So I don’t know if they see something about a celebrity and they put a really derogatory comment up there or they’re racist that they put something nasty about another employee up there. This is all going to reflect badly on your business, so you’re going to be monitoring. If your employees are going to have their own Facebook and Twitter accounts, then you’re going to be monitoring what sort of content they’re putting up there and Twitter is also looking to heavily monetize areas of its service, and this can have a negative effect on it, and It also there’s a lot of trolling which goes on in amongst and Twitter, so trolling is people just being really negative about you, you’ll cut off your business and the sorts of things you’re commenting on and it can make you feel very bad, but it get it Covered and if somebody’s putting and I don’t know what appears to be a testimonial up there and negative testimonial up there – they may not actually be a customer.

That’S considered that. Could we have a detrimental impact on your business. So, just to summarise those key points create a strategy and for a Twitter strategy for your business and think about who you’re going to follow and who you want to follow. You ensure your brand of identity is really clear and obvious on your on your Twitter page and decide whether it’s going to be a business or a personal Twitter account.

And then, obviously I talked about the the benefits and the drawbacks to having Twitter weigh those up and how much you’re, positive and have-nots can have any business. So thanks for reading those are my comments on using Twitter for business. If you want to know more – and then please subscribe to my my youtube blog and if you’ve got any questions about this particular article, then please do leave them in the comments box below

Is Twitter the only thing you need?

No, no year new, you right, whatever we’re not going to be super cliche about it. Look forward look forward, look forward right, that’s always what’s pounded into us at the end of the year, but this exercise is all about looking back. This is a special year because we’re turning over a decade ten whole years, and because of this, we are going on this journey and we want to take you on a journey of your own to really think about this.

This was impacted us so much so that we just had to share it with you, because we were blown away when we were are forced not against our will. But just you know those of what exercises that we participated in in a conference and we wanted to make sure that you had the same access to thinking through some of these things, because it was so. I opening and inspiring at the same time to be able to look over ten years and what has happened and ten years the well.

The days are long. The years are short that is so true. That was how the woman who presented this to us started this conversation, because it’s it feels like your days dragged on and on and on, but all of a sudden ten years are gone yeah it’s! So it’s so amazing how you can look back at ten years and just be like wow. How did this fly by now? Some of you guys have kids and diapers and you’re running around trying to somewhat run a business and also white noses and bottoms, and your laundry’s piled up bigger than you.

We get it like. Those days are super long when you’re running on three hours of sleep. So we are not glazing over that. We understand that the struggle is real, sometimes even now, at with my youngest being nine. The days are super long because someone’s sick or you have to do this or that so we get it but like also having a 19 year old talk about looking back at a decade and knowing that having a 19 year old and really looking at, like.

Oh, my goodness, it really has gone so fast and he is a grown man like he’s a young grown man, but he’s still like a grown man and had where did these ten years ago is just so crazy. So we a hundred percent, agree that this is a time of years or you set new goals for the new year and you just hit the ground running. But it’s also important to reflect back at all that you’ve accomplished. All that has had gone on in your life and this time we’re going to look at a ten-year section and not just the previous year you’re, looking back at an entire decade, ten whole years can really work wonders on your current state and also what you want For the future, this exercise that we’re going to walk you through did so much for both Chris and I to open our eyes of what has been accomplished in the past decade in our lives, so as as their as this reflection starts, you’re looking back over, you Know one year is okay, you can look at.

You know a snapshot, even if you flip back your calendar or you look at all the different things that we’re on it and look at the past year and I’m sure you’ve come a long way. Even since January of 2019, but what about the past ten years? So this is how it starts think about your life. Ten years ago, that was 2010. Okay. 2010. How old were you? Were you married? Did you have children yet what were their ages? What were you working on? Where were you working? Where did you live? How was your health? Did? You have a business? What are some of the key memories that you had during this 10 years? Now things come and go in your life, you have to just sit and reflect on this.

What were the hopes that you had so in 10 years ago? You think about oh, my gosh. Well in 2020, I don’t know that I’ve ever really had that many hopes. Looking for, but just reflecting on what some of the hopes that you had at that time, what were you striving for in those moments? What were you proud of? What accomplishments were you hitting? What milestones did you achieve in that time and you let motivate maybe read read from college or high school or maybe you’ve finished a master’s degree or maybe you’ve got a promotion or you know these are different milestones or maybe you became a parent for the first Time, yes, big milestone so thinking about over the past decade.

What that, what what motivated you and inspired you at that time, even not just in the whole decade but like in the beginning, think about all the way into 2010. If you can place yourself in that year, what was motivating and inspiring to you, then, and also what did you tolerate during that time period? Were you in a job with a boss that wasn’t the greatest situation for you to be in, or were you in a relationship that wasn’t a good fit? All of those things were things that you were tolerating so make sure that you’re writing those down as you’re going through the exercise as well, and also like things that you were tolerating, or you know going back to that were you broke.

Were you in a financial situation that you were really unhappy with? Were you in a financial situation that you loved thinking about those things that you tolerated? Usually when we’re tolerating we’re talking about a lot of things that we can’t control? Maybe other people bosses relationships that sort of thing or were you tolerating your own tiredness? Because you felt like that’s something that you had to do? What made you fearful worried and overwhelmed, because I promise you that probably changed in the past ten years back then what made you fearful, what literally overwhelmed you at the site or the sound of it? What were the things that kept you up at night ten years ago that that was an eye-opening one for me and did you give up on anything? Did you say not now I don’t have time not a priority.

It doesn’t fit into my world right now. What did you give up on and why did you give up on it be honest with yourself? This is this is for you. This is an internal thing, so be honest with yourself: don’t glaze over it spend some time in here guys. Is there something and we we’re going to actually answer these questions for you from our own lives, we’re just giving you all the questions, first, to kind of preface the stories and journeys that we’re going to walk you through? So, yes, don’t judge we’re going to be really vulnerable and really honest with you right here, because this was so impactful in all kinds of different ways, and so also what was the worst thing that happened and what was the best thing that happened.

There’S some great things and great memories. You have over 10 years and there’s some not so great ones, so we’re going to talk about those things as well, but these are the preface questions for doing this exercise and asking yourself all these questions. This we’re asking you to set aside an hour of your time to do this. Maybe it’s late at night! Maybe it’s early in the morning. Maybe there’s a time where you do devotions everyday or something like that, and then you can just slap out one day to just answer some of these questions.

As we promise you it’s going to impact you it’s going to inspire you, it might make you cry it might make you laugh, but it’s going to impact you. So please right now pick up your phones, pick up your calendar and put a 1 hour time slot. There, where you can give some mental energy to this reflection, because I literally promise you it will make it impact in your life. It will because both Kristen and not just the two of us but the women, wheat, 120 women.

We were in the room with when we were in this conference. We were all impacted in many different ways, because we got to share with each other. It was amazing just to see how different mindset wise we were in how different our businesses were, how different so many aspects of our lives were over 10 years. I mean we think of 10 years when you think of a kid going from 0 to 10 years. Old. Think of the amazing change happens in the growth of a child, but think of the amazing changes that can happen in relationships in businesses and all of those types of things over 10 years.

All right now, I think, we’re like procrastinating here, because we have to actually dig into our own journeys, and sometimes this is vulnerable, but we’re going to go at it anyway. Okay, so, ten years ago, Amy, how old were you? Were your married children? What tell 2010? I just turned 30. I had Taylor was, I don’t know six a little over six months, and so I spent most of my days lying on the floor with my six-month-old.

It’S going well over Rome. I remember this like in my living room, rug on the braided rug. I was very visual like that’s what came into my mind when I did this exercise was. Where was I ten years ago, I was lying on the floor on the carpet with my camera, hoping that Taylor was going to roll over, like I very vividly, remember that and it made me realize, wait a second I was married. I had a kid, but I’d also been laid off almost a year prior when I was pregnant with Taylor, and so I then realize well, I didn’t have a job I wasn’t working ten years ago.

I wasn’t doing anything in that space. I was focused 100 % on being the best mom that I could be in that moment. Yeah so, and you lived at your old house right in my old house, so we were at a much smaller house and wouldn’t have even I mean it. I look at that now go. How did I look? How do we function in that space? It’S so different than where we are now and part of that was. We didn’t have kids initially when we bought the house.

It worked very well for two of us and it didn’t work so well, once there were four of us in supplies like didn’t, you have just had surgery. I had Joe Kashia. I had just had Merton when Taylor was three months old. I had just had emergency surgery to have 12 inches of my colon removed. Yes, I was 30 and having surgery that people in their 70s sometimes have the doctors still have no clue what happened.

So I was in a place health-wise, where I was still recovering both from birth and from this emergency surgery, and I was in a place where I really didn’t know what was next. All I knew was I had this child that I was taking care of, but I also knew in my head that this wasn’t the only thing. I know that I wanted more. My brain was constantly saying. Okay, what can I do with this? What can I do with this? How can I do something at this point had no clue.

I just was like. I had a little human. That’S my goal: it’s not guilty human okay! So my turn, oh my gosh. So when we first were introduced to this – and it literally said like on this paper like reflect back and I saw the date of 2010 – I immediately was fighting back tears because 2010 was a difficult year in the Ostrander family. First of all I had like at this: if it were talking November 2010 December 2010 and thinking about where we were there um, it was really really the flashbacks were like.

Oh, my gosh, I’m about to cry in front of all these people like this was not the best year to reflect, not necessarily, I had just turned 30 also in late 2010. I had ally that year, and that was a really long and horrible pregnancy. I was a tional diabetes, my other kids were eight and six, and I remember like a week after Ellie was born in September, is when my husband got injured at work and he couldn’t work and we were fighting with workers compensation companies.

We had no income coming in. I had my Amazon business. I had had open for about. You know 1415 months at this point, but I was just kind of with being pregnant. Having two kids, I was just doing a little bit at a time books and a little bit of retail arbitrage at that time, just whatever I could fit in, as I was growing this baby inside of me and having two other kids. So I had this smaller business that I was working on and then that’s when all of what the next part of the decade would unfold for us and not so happy memories for 2010.

Well me happy that we had Allie and all that stuff, but health-wise not in a good place. My kids were kind of young. I just had this newborn and then my husband literally was had no work. Had no job had injured surgery had to go through. You know some things like that, so it was just kind of gut wrenching to look at actually look at 2010 and be like that’s kind of a year that I’d returned. That look that guy, to be honest and that’s part of this exercise, is it’s going to dig up it’s going to stir up emotions, it’s going to pull you through things, and it did that for both of us.

We promise it’s worth the effort to go through it because you’re going to see not just the bad you’re going to pull through and see the good so going back to you Kristin and where were you working? Why did you live? You know what? What did that part of your world? Look? He had this little Amazon business, but they’ll talk about the house a little bit in there yeah. So it was. We lived in what we thought was going to be our forever home that several years before that we had just bought our first home, we had rented for so many years.

We were actually the first homeowners in our, but in our family no one had ever really owned a home before that in our media family. Everyone was just always rented which no shame in that, but we wanted to own our own home and we carefully selected the home that we were in and we absolutely loved it. It had a pool, I love summer and I love pools and it had like a great backyard for the two kids that we had at the time and – and we just had Ally – and I had an office like in this – that was part of it – is that We bought a house that was a little bit bigger because at the time when we bought it, we didn’t have plans for a third child.

So I was like I had an office of my own. It was like my eBay room right because I was doing eBay at the time and then switched over to Amazon. Well did both of them still do, but I just remember that that is where we lived and it was in a cute little neighborhood down the street from the school and, like that’s literally like a great thing, my health was horrible that year, because I had gustation Diabetes and I was pregnant and then that also continued on after I had her, so health was not in a great place either.

I really like twenties and it was nothing crazy yeah, but this is just part of it. It was just like something I had to look, but I did have some key memories. You know having a child being born, having great summers with the pool and having family and friends come over and neighbors come over. We had like the house where everyone gathered, and so I really did you still have the house where everyone gather through we do um for me when I look back at 2010.

The key memory for me that year was having Taylor now being a first-time parent, was overwhelming beyond belief. I remain so 2010. I had Taylor the year before actually Taylor’s older, but um head Taylor of the year before, and I had this little kid and I’m trying to figure out what that looks like for me because being a mom doesn’t come naturally to me it’s not like I. I that’s not something that I feel driven to do.

I wanted kids, but I was like this is not normal, so I I don’t know what this looks like for me. I saw my parent house did. I saw how my my mother-in-law and all these different people in my lives and like what does mom look like to me and figuring out what that wasn’t. I spent a lot of that first time trying to figure out what mom meant to me. That is such an amazing insight and and vulnerable that you would share that because I think there’s a lot of moms out there too, when they first have their kids, that they think that you’re just have this natural-born instinct.

To do all these things, and sometimes you just don’t, and sometimes, if you’re not close to your parents, or I mean I know you are but like I know sometimes, if you’re not close to people or you don’t have like a support system, whatever you just. You look to the Internet at this point to be like what is momming really supposed to look like. What is it supposed to make me feel all these things and you’re putting your cat yourself in this category of should would could when, like same time with me, I was transitioning from two kids to three and having a business and having an injured husband and literally All I wanted to do was crawl in a hole and and have nobody knocked on my door and asked me for anything, because I was like literally the definition of this time and life.

I could not have handled one more thing. I mean my faith and God had brought me through that and I’m not like discounting it, but we do go through dark seasons and sometimes we just don’t have it all figured out. You know hey transitioning, to three kids. It was like I’m outnumbered. I don’t even know what to to myself the reason why I still only have two and the nurse a baby and trying to get the other two from fighting and, like I mean for great key memory of Benjamin getting on the bus, my gosh.

That was a little bit before that, but seriously, like my son, was like Dennis the medicine Curious George, all it’s got a huge thing on earth because I literally probably would have sold him down the river at some point because he was just challenging and that’s totally. Okay, but he literally was wild and, like I thought, is this really how all little boys act and my sister was like now – my kids aren’t really that high-strung it’s like, but what happened? I this kid.

I love his energy. He is 19 now, but like kind of going through that, so let’s talk about the hopes that we had a me. So I know this isn’t when we had some key memories about this, not just that but like through the whole decade. Do you remember like in the last 10 years, you have some key memories, both positive and maybe not so positive through this entire decade? What were some of the key memories that you have like early on, let’s think of like the first five years? Well, what I remember was having the realization – and this was a little bit before 2010, but it carried into 2010 was I’m going to make the decision about? What’S next, I’m I didn’t want to go back to work and I made that decision, because I’ve been laid off twice.

I didn’t want to have somebody else have that control over my world, and so I was deciding that. What is that going to look like, and in 2010 I was starting to lay the mental framework for okay. What does it look like to own your own business? Now? I grew up with entrepreneurs as parents, so I grew up in a space where they ran a business out of my house just because they did. That didn’t mean that I got it.

I have a business degree. I have all the things that I still say. How do I do this? You go to college for business degree, they don’t say here’s how you run a business now there are entrepreneur programs out there, but I think a lot of what it comes down to is learning by doing, and so I did a lot of things in this space. I hadn’t stepped into it, yet I’ve been doing a lot of well. What are my options? What is out there what’s available, I mean when you have a little kid when they’re not running around driving, you crazy, they’re sleeping, and so I used that time to start looking at what was there.

It was in those 10 years that I tried many different businesses. Anything from wedding invitation, design to blogging to Christmas. Favorite me dumpster, diving for coupons. I did extreme couponing for a while all of these things to try and figure out where I fit. Not only was I looking to how I fit as a mom, but how I fit into the world I didn’t know, because I’d are always defined myself by my job um.

I still struggle with that a little bit defining myself by my business and my word, and that so part of this was where, where do I go? What do I do, and so it wasn’t until gosh the year after is when I landed on eBay and in that same year, landed on Amazon for the first time, and that was the first thing that went click for me. Um I enjoyed doing it. It was something that I could do and it was fun and it used skills that I had wedding invitation is fun and I’m crafty and I can do that stuff, but I don’t want to do it for other people, and that was one of my chose.

Bridezilla yeah and I never ever got to deal with the bridezilla like I never got to that point. I only ever did a wedding invitation designed for friends of mine, but they even that process doing it. For my friends – and I looked at that one, this was hard to do for people. I love. Would I be able to do that for people I can’t stand, and the answer in my head was heck. No there’s no way I’m going to go there too, because, like the part of this this decade of before I had ally this was pre.

It was pre 2010, but like the leading up to that of like that discovery of yourself, I was doing eBay before that. We didn’t actually have plans to have another child when we first moved into the house that we were in it was just. We were happy with two. We had two and we didn’t really have plans to that now. Ellie was not a oopsie baby for all those who are thinking we actually um planned to have her after long discussions and talks and like you know, I was longing for something that was missing and I just felt like you know that was part of it.

My husband early on was like two kids is enough. My son was probably more like five kids wrapped up in him on and so once we kind of got a handle on that and had Jessica and everything else. Then we realized okay, like we can be ready for another one. But before that I had taken professional and cake decorating classes, and I was literally going to be like the cake, boss, female version of Cake Boss, because I loved making cakes.

I did that for friends and family and my own kids, since they were very young, it was like part of their birthday gift. Is they get this fun huge, extravagant eight, but I had never done it for money, and so then I took it. I was like. Oh, this is going to be my business because I was doing eBay and doing fine, but I was like yeah. This is okay. I still love doing Heba, as part of my like relaxation is that I can do treasure hunting, but I was longing for something different.

I thought I got ta find something different, something better or something whatever you know. The world is always telling us new, bigger, better, bigger and better, and so I took some professional classes and then I did one cake for money and I was the most stressed mess out. You can read all of this. The full story like in my book, but the book is titled, dream big step small. You can buy it on Amazon there.

You go okay, dream, big step, small on Amazon, okay, but in just long story short, I did my first cake for money. I was a complete stressed-out mask and I was like Noah. I can never do this for money, it’s something it was a labor of love for me and I thought as soon as I put a monetary value on it, there was like you couldn’t pay me. A thousand dollars to do a cake. I would do it for you for free if I loved you, because that’s just how it roll but like for any amount of money.

It was so incredibly stressful and I am NOT a perfectionist at all, and I never strived for that in my cakes, because it was for my kids they’re not going to nitpick all the little things they’re just going to be like look at this, I made a Candyland bored once and literally my Jessica was like it looks just like candy when she didn’t see all the flaws. But if someone paid me for that, I would just it was not a good space for me to be in, and so I said not for a million dollars.

Am I going to make cake for money, and so that was just like another reinventing of that. So going through and looking at the past 10 years, not just 2010, what we should reflect it on, but what we’re? What were we proud of accomplishments? I’M going to run through these really fast because this could be like a five-hour episode and we’re going to respect your time in ours. But let’s talk about that, we talked about a little bit of the beginning.

But let’s let’s fast-forward a bit because it’s not about to be 2020 and o-m-g. What happened in this past decade, I’m going to just rattle off a couple things right away: number one I didn’t know Amy the the earliest Amy and I met in 2014. I grew in Amazon business ice. We started mommy income, I met Amy, we started partnering. I took another partner for my FBA business. I’Ve written a book hit six figures hit.

Seven figures hit six figures again and another bit this um. Oh my goodness. What else like? There’S so many things, my dad passed away in 2017 they’re just things that are happening, but the reality is so much can happen in a decade and where are you and what you are doing and we encourage you to look at every year if you can’t, maybe A overarching picture of, and say, okay, what was 2011. What’S we 12? What we do here, what kind of vacations there was no such thing as a vacation.

Back in the day, we I did eBay and Amazon to make ends meet not to really like save. For soccer classes, or anything like that, it was like we need to put food on the table. In the mean time, we also lost our house foreclosure in 2012 and we basically rebuilt our lives in the past decade, and we are very proud of that. But it also is very mixed: bittersweet emotions because that house we talked about the beginning.

We don’t live there anymore, and so it’s like the just all these different things. Amy talk about your just overarching what has happened in the past ten years? Well, the Cliff Notes version when I sat down and did this exercise, that’s where I started a lot of this was just going and thinking about all the things that have happened, going from having one kid to having two kids having an ADHD and an autism diagnosis In the span of 10 years and having to navigate a system that really doesn’t make it easy for parents to have to deal with, I have a kid who has special needs.

Now. What and so we’ve been navigating that and now I’m also helping other parents who are struggling with that who are just getting diagnosis and then not knowing, because there are two parts to that process: there’s a finding out how to help my kid, but also I need Support in that as well, because there’s a grieving process, you go through when you realize that it’s not going to be the storybook that you expected it to be that this is the story.

You would told yourself – and it’s going to be a little bit different than that and that’s okay, there’s nothing wrong with that, and so that was a big chunk of my personal life as far as having to navigate that and manage that with one child and then Still supporting my now six-year-old in everything that she wants to do because she is neurotypical but she’s. We all have our own struggles, and so we have to be able to support both kids and not feel like I’m putting all my efforts one.

So there’s that piece of it, my supporting my husband through many different job changes. There have been three one was the two between companies, but three for that happened in the past ten years, going in between different role, changes, and that comes with its own level of uncertainty and change. I mean if you change jobs, if you change businesses, there’s always a period of time where things feel a little bit funky and don’t work quite as well, and so you have to factor that in so we dealt with all of that.

I went from having my own business to meeting Kristin to partnering and having an Amazon business that grew, helping to grow mommy income going from okay, here’s a big one for me, I’m sitting here talking on a podcast for an hour. I do this every single week and in the process of the past 10 years, there was a time where you couldn’t get me to talk for 30 seconds in front of a camera, talk about milestone and change.

That was a challenge at Kristin gave me and it has evolved me into a completely changed individual, because I can communicate and in person on article / podcast in something I never thought I would do. If you had told me in 2010 that I would become a possible caster, a youtuber and all these things out of said, like ah that’s not happening in my life and so being able to see all of the parts and pieces all of the changes.

And it’s interesting because we don’t think about this stuff, it’s it’s in the past! We’Re not going to look at it! It’S fine we’re through it we’re going forward right. But when you look back at ten years and realize all of those things happened over the last decade, Holi have to do that open my eyes and say: okay, I can do all of that stuff in ten years and go through the roller coasters that I’ve been In and come out to where I am right now, I’m ready and set to take on the mountains and valleys that come in the next ten years to see where the I can land at the end of next time.

I’M literally like over here like choking up listening this, because it’s so real and true that what can happen in a decade what can happen in over the sands of time I mean, like you, wouldn’t have been able to tell me in 2010 that I was going To meet an online BFF that lives halfway across the country from me and that we were going to team teach together, we were going to travel around the United States and maybe the world later on and teach workshops and be on a podcast.

I didn’t even know that these first livestreaming wasn’t a thing in 2010, like it literally wasn’t even was barely a thing in 2014 when we started doing it on spreecast of all places, but you know what the Internet has opened up, so many different opportunities for all. These things, because you know kind of looking back and some of the things one of the questions we have here is: what are you proud of? What kind of accomplishments and milestones have you reached and some of them? I didn’t you know it wasn’t well these weren’t, some of my hopes.

Some of my hopes at early on were just to make ends meet. You know, remember, I told you how 2010 started that was the rest of I mean 2011 and all that it was a was a terrible year. I mean we went through. You know home foreclosure. We were dealing with you, know, unpaid bills and trying to have my remember. I have this vivid memory of Ben after his surgery, which was February of the following year, and then he needed six months of rehab on his shoulder before he could return to work or even think about it.

We thought it could be permanent, but he was helping in the business of Amazon, so he had Ali and one art and his bad arm over here, and he was literally entering ISBN numbers into Amazon to sell books at Amazon, and I was on our bed, which Was across from like our desk at the time listing like things on eBay, while he’s doing that like we did what we had to do, but another thing: it’s something that we’re really proud of, and this is like, and this isn’t for bragging.

This is for reflection, because it’s a big deal to us is that, during the foreclosure and during all that kind of stuff, we racked up a ton of debt just to buy groceries. We were charging our electric bill on a credit card like that’s the only way we could live – and I don’t advocate for this, but in the past decade not only did we build off that debt, but we also paid it all off to the tune of over $ 50,000, so wherever you’re at right now and you feel like you’re drowning in a mountain of debt – and you might be on the verge of foreclosure or you’re, dealing with Heche health issues or surgeries, my life is a living testimony that small actionable steps can dig.

You out of any hole, because I lived that I understand what it feels like to have $ 50,000 of debt on your back and not knowing where the knot Neal was going to come from and it wasn’t overnight. We didn’t have some rich aunt that dropped a bunch of money into our plate. We hustle and grinded to pay that stuff off and to make a better life for ourselves, and so that’s some of the things that were really really proud of is that we did buy another house and board by board.

We fixed it up. We bought a foreclosure and then we fixed it up and made it our own, and we worked penny after penny to pay all that debt back and you know just that’s something that we’re proud of, and so it’s just something that you can think about. What can happen in ten years? I want to take us to the motivate and what motivated inspired you, because one of the things that motivated and inspired me was a story that I heard on a live show five years ago and see I’m going to have to make myself not cry now, because It was a it’s a god moment.

That’S what I’ll call it because that’s what it felt like, even though I wasn’t a Christian at that time, but whatever we’re going to talk about that too, like I’m going to forget what I was, I remember sitting there and listening to Christian doof, the first ever Mommy income live whatever, it was called back, then it was just getting on spreecast and talking – and I remember realizing like this is somebody I need to connect with like.

I want I’m inspired by what she’s done in her business and what that looks like, and I want to be able to take my business where hers is and to take it where you want me to take it over the course of the next five years. There’S touch points there’s all of these moments that I remember – and there was one very vivid memory in my life, where we’re driving to go to eat come back for me, come Chicago where we had dogs I’d flown into Detroit, and we drove the five hours together, Which is an amazing thing to do with your best friend, by the way, that’s freaking awesome to spend time uninterrupted by husbands and children and all the other things in life.

You can just sit and talk every trip. Road trip. Amazing thing to do. That was a lot of fun and it that really solidified. For me, a lot of wheat. We got to know each other on a very deep level. We’D only known each other have been talking to each other for year, but I felt in that time we got to really dig into all of the things about who we were and what not. And in that time we had the conversation about.

I I asked: how is it that you have the relationship that you have with God, because I’ve walked readed her walk through this and seen how she lived her life? And so I asked a very tough question for me because of my background and growing up in a church, but not ever having a relationship with that or anything like that. It was just something that we did um. So this was a different world for me and being able to have open conversation about it and the words that she gave me in that moment.

She doesn’t remember what they are there. It was just. It was just an amazing ton of bricks. It was all from the men upstairs because I was all God I I mean I can’t take the credit for that when the when the spirit moves – and we have conversations it’s just him speaking through you know – and it’s just part of you know if it’s part Of who you are you know you, you bleed that out and it’s it’s just.

That was an amazing experience as well, because knowing that that was there and I could see the seeking and coming out – and you just don’t know – I mean ten years ago – you probably would never have predicted that you’d be going to church with your family and solidifying. Those relationships and being in the life group and things like that, and then I will tell you an interesting piece of that is, I remember, writing down my goals in 2013-2014 and two parts of wait.

We’Ve been in this house for four years, so whatever that was do the math backwards. 2015 then. So one of my goals in that year was a to find a house because we were outgrowing what we were in and the other was to find a community. I didn’t know what that community was. I didn’t know what the definition of that was. I just needed, like-minded people around me and now in 2019 I have a church community.

I have a very close life group. We just did friendsgiving together and being able to spend time together and do life together has been absolutely amazing and that’s just how God moves in my life in a way that I never anticipated expected or, to be honest, thought I wanted yeah see you just you. Just never know, what’s going to happen in 10 years and that’s the great thing about it, so we can have hopes and we can have dreams and we can have goals, and we want that and we’re going to move you guys to that in this next section.

We appreciate your patience with us being so vulnerable, but this is just so important because we’re trying to walk you through the same things that walked us through, because so much inspiration and reflection comes out of this. We are super, jammed excited about looking through the next 10 years. Now we’re not going to stay here and plan 10 years so don’t think that we’re going to do that, but as we’re going through looking back, what happens is we are so inspired by what has happened in the past decade that we’re like unstoppable for the next Decade, because what I can’t happen in the next 10 years, what literally can hold us back at this point when we start looking at all these things, when we start looking at the fact that, like look at all the milestones, you can birth and raise a kid In 10 years you can get married and deepen your relationship, you can be, you know, find faith and spirituality for yourself and you can grow in that inch.

A that can change your whole world. I know it has changed your whole world. You can grow and and just get involved in a community. You can do somebody, you can start and grow a business. You can pay up or two or two or three. You can write a book. You know me times. I stopped and started writing a book. How many times, okay, I will tell you the seed was planted for me to write a book in 2015. When Chris green told me you need to write your own book 2015.

I did not publish until 2019, so to look at how many things we talked about. Did we give up on anything? I was like. I don’t have anything. No. She just said it wasn’t a priority right now. I readed Kristin, stop and start that process so many times and I’m so proud of her for actually coming through and finding the method that she needed to help support her and doing that when we put stuff off it’s because it’s vulnerable, because I have to tell My story, because I have to put myself out there, because it’s vulnerable work and that’s hard, and so it’s easier to do things that are easier than it is to face the fact that, like I’m, going to put this story out there, because at some point it Clicked and I knew that my story held the keys to someone else’s prison and it would be selfish for me to not tell the story, because someone out there somewhere even listening to this podcast right now, is going to be inspired to be like.

If these people can change this much in 10 years, so can I this is why we do this, because it’s not just for us. We don’t just like to listen to ourselves, talk and tell you all about our lives. It’S literally for inspiration for you, because this is motivating and inspiring to look at the past 10 years, because it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. There was a lot of hard stuff. I mean talk about losing a parent to cancer.

When I had no plans to bury my dad at 62, how old he was 62 nope, that was not in my future plan. My future plan was for him to be really old and really grumpy for, like the next 20 or 30 years. It was not in my plan that that was going to happen if he certainly wasn’t in his land. It wasn’t God’s plan, but not mine, and so with. Those are things that happen to us that we have to react to as well.

So those are the types of stuff. What are the worst things and the best thing so now that we’ve gone through all this? What did it sparked, though, when you looked a me back at ten years and we talked about milestones and all the different things and all the different changes? What is your response to that? My response in my gut was what can’t you do like if you can do all of these things. If you can come back, the things you’ve come back from and you’ve been able to experience, extreme highs and lows and all of the things in between and land where you are right now.

What are you willing to do over the next 10 years? What it look, what it inspired in me is: what are you tolerating, and what can you do to get to the next place you want to be so stop tolerating and start doing, because I know that there’s so much that can happen in 10 years and it’s Not looking to be planned, there’s going to be things that happen that I don’t plan for. Just like you just talked about with your dad, and there are going to be things I have to deal with in that space, but I also know that anything is possible if I put my mind to it and decide to move towards something, and so by looking At that I didn’t plan half the stuff that happened to me in the past 10 years.

I did not plan to meet you mm-hmm, that’s just God moment that God planted in my in my world and I’m forever thankful for that, and I’m like what what’s the next thing, that what is the next thing that God has planned room was next and I Can do to move forward? What does that look like for me, and that was a hard saying and a great thing all at the same time, all wrapped up into one, and let me explain what I mean by that.

What I mean is, if I can do anything if I’m stand, there are certain things I’m stuck in right now. Why am I allowing myself to be stuck there? What can I do with that to move forward to make it into not being a stuck place to be anywhere? What can I do to actually do what I want to do be a be what I want to be like. I, if you can tell me in the span of the past 10 years, I did so many of the things that I did that 10 years ago.

I would have laughed in your face. If you told me I was going to do them. What am I going to be doing in 10 years that I will have the same response to, and that is part of this? Is that that’s what we’re going to talk about now that we know because the same impact happened to me when I literally first of all, was like thrown back into 2010? My initial response was, I don’t want to do this exercise because 2010 was really hard and the years following 2010, through 2013 20, like getting into 2013 those were years.

I’D rather not talk about not rather not look back on. There were, you know, just a lot of emotional things, a lot of like you know when you hold something like this. So tight note for you guys that aren’t people of faith like you’re going to have to tolerate us talking about our faith because that’s who we are, but if you hold something in your hand, so tight. Sometimes God has to pry it out of your hand.

In order for you to realize that he knows what’s best for you and you don’t, and so that’s what God had to do with that house for us I was holding on so tight. We have a file that literally I’m going to burn this year because it’s been 10 years and after 10 years you can burn files like this, but literally there’s this file, because we fought tooth and nail to keep that house every dime we had. We were like literally pinching pennies everywhere Allisyn, paying with our groceries with credit cards and utility bills, because we were trying to keep this house that we literally wanted.

And so we have a file like the size of Texas. That literally, we went to all kinds of different government programs and we did like we paid half of our mortgage for a long time and then they said the mortgages do upfront and in full, and we had all this kind of stuff. And basically God was saying. Let go this is not yours to keep and I’ve got something better for you and so looking over the past 10 years.

No one would have told me that that number one you’re going to get into $ 50,000 in debt and then you’re going to pay it off. You’Re not you’re, going to move from this house, but you’re going to get a better house is more suitable for you and your new business and your new family and you’re going to lose your dad and you’re going to get through it and you’re going to have To do and make all these different changes you’re going to actually become someone’s boss, which I never thought I’d ever do I didn’t want to be anybody’s employee, but I also never thought I would you know, run a company.

I would never dreamed of having a million dollar business. This was not a goal of mine, I’m so glad that I hit there, but the reality is it wasn’t a goal. I was always stuffing smiles and what can I do to make the next fifty dollars to pay this bill? What can I do to make the next hundred dollars to do this, and so looking back at that? It’S the same exact feeling. If now that I know what I’m capable of because of this last 10 years, what do I want the next 10 years to look like, and I literally get goosebumps like right now I get a good goosebumps of like I’m unstoppable.

That’S how I feel I feel, like you, know, we’re just following God’s path and asking him what he wants me to do and then going in to the next ten years. I just felt unstoppable. Well, there’s nothing! I can’t do like tell me what I can’t do. Cuz, I’m going to show you I can you know, that’s the kind of thing so if you are doing this exercise, this is the last and final piece of this. Really, if you are doing this exercise, we’re talking about right now getting vulnerable, getting nitty-gritty.

Looking at the decade, what would you want 2020 to look like if you’re doing this in 2030, if you’re doing this reflection exercise 10 years from now? What would you want this year coming up 2020 to look like what do you want today to look like knowing? What’S the past ten years of life, what would you want to look back on and craft what this year would look like ten years into the future? It’S really taking the time to to understand what it is that you want does do you want to hit six figures or seven figures in your business? Is that your goal, or is it not? I had to come to terms with that last year that that was not my goal in my business and I had to reconcile that with myself.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2CqwPvAx8kM

Do you want to close a business? Do you wan na end a toxic relationship? Do you want to start saving for retirement? There are so many parts and pieces of what that can look like in 2020. What does that start to look like? What are those small steps that you can take to get there? It’S just something now this isn’t like we’re going to sit down and do goal planning, but we actually do have a workbook that goes around this.

We call it an in dream, big step, small in my book. We call it this in a perfect world scenario, so we know there’s no such thing as perfect and you know we couldn’t have planned the past 10 years. If we tried – because you know, God has different plans in us, but we are charged with the responsibility to be responsible and be good stewards of our time and our money and our energy in our relationships, and so there were not off the hook for planning we’re.

Just looking at it with like it’s very –, it’s wiggle, its wiggle, a bowl. Is that even a word? It’S it’s that we christianism. I know I’m always making up words, because there’s just sometimes not words for things I want to say so in 2020. If you want, if you have a specific goal, maybe it’s to create your nine-to-five job, maybe it’s to make enough money to take care of an ailing parent or to pay for extra therapy for a kid who has special needs whatever it is, for you write it Down and say in 2020, I want to blink, create you’re in a perfect world now in our hub in our Amazon files hub, which is our exclusive membership site, we have a workbook that goes along with this.

It’S a whole workbook that you can create you’re in a perfect world scenario, and you can answer some of these questions for yourself, so that you can get a really good handle on what you want for 2020, because in a perfect world is not necessarily goal setting. Yes, you want to set goals and there is some some things in there to help you set the goals, but the reality is it’s all about how you want to feel.

Yes, we’re talking about feelings. Oh my goodness, I thought this was an Amazon show yeah. It is how do you want to feel how do you feel right now? What do you want it to change if you’re stuck in a nine-to-five that you hate, you want to feel freedom from that you want to make enough money so that you can tell that boss, bye, bye. You want a quit day on the calendar, that’s something you want to feel you want to feel empowered and and in control of your income earnings and not have to answer to the man right.

So the reality is you want to feel something in a perfect world. Is about creating what you want to feel and then taking small steps to make that happen? So, while we’re going to this exercise while you’re looking back while you’re in 2030, looking back, what do you want to accomplish in the next decade? What do you feel like you can’t accomplish the next day? What do you think is possible? How do you, what do you no longer tolerate? What are you getting rid of getting pivoting from whatever? What do you no longer want to tolerate because they’re allowed if they stop there for just a second seriously, because that is a really big thing.

That’S just what we talked about the nine-to-five thing: it’s something about one of the biggest things what you want to accomplish, but also what do you want to stop tolerating, because we’re all tolerating something right now that we don’t want to tolerate anymore we’re putting up with It because we feel like there’s no other option, there’s no other choice, or this is just the way it’s got ta be.

You know. We talked to you about that a couple weeks ago, about q4 and running around, like a crazy person doing retail arbitrage and you’re not stuck there. There is solutions. What are you tolerating that you want to say in 2020 this far and no farther? Maybe it is that toxic relationship with a boss or someone in your life, if that doesn’t mean you’re running for divorce court, either there’s a lot of things.

I was tolerating in my marriage for a long time and we have grown ourselves up and decided we’re not tolerating this anymore and we’ve had some breakthroughs because of it. So, yes, you might have to walk through the mud before you rinse off your boots, but the reality is you can do it? What are you tolerating that you’re unwilling to tolerate going forward? It’S becoming aware of that and putting a plan in place too small step.

Your way to what comes next, what challenges do you anticipate? Now we don’t anticipate all the challenges that come flying at if there are going to be things that hit us over the freaking head. I still remember sitting in the parking lot at the rock gym when Kristen told me about her dad’s cancer diagnosis, it’s a very pivotal moment in my brain um. That was not something she anticipated, but that was a challenge that she then had to work through.

As that happened, and so that changed a lot of things for her and so you’re not going to anticipate everything, but there are going to be things if you are making changes and pivoting and not tolerating things. There are going to be things and challenges. You can anticipate going forward so making sure you’re aware of them, because sometimes we let those challenges just make us turn around and go the opposite direction instead of working through them.

You see you don’t have to have all the steps planned out of how all of these things are going to get accomplished, but I want to tell me that, because she’s like you’re, not going to have it all figured out, it’s never going to cuz. I am the perfectionist, and that is all the way I want to be. I want to be planned out. I want to be figured out. I want to know, what’s going to happen the next ten years.

Reality is that’s, never going to be the possibility and I’m becoming better at understanding that I can control the moment I’m in right now. I can’t control my past and I can’t necessarily control all the things in my future. Either we can plan, we can be good stewards, we can be responsible, we can have an idea of what we want, but we also can’t be extremely disappointed when things don’t go our way.

We have to be able to know that things are happening for a reason and a time and there’s a season for everything, because if you look back on your life, that’s what you’re also going to see you’re going to see seasons, herbs and flows of good times And so good times and hard things and easy things and looking for those things and saying what do I want you’re not going to have it all figured out, but you can have a target in mind a a big picture in a perfect world.

I want to feel and look like this. I no longer want to be tolerating X Y Z. I no longer wanted to tolerate debt, and so I was literally cutthroat about paying off our debt and making sure that we were debt free, because that’s something that I really wanted to be free from. I wanted to have this feeling of freedom of like my money is not mine and I don’t have to you know, pay it to someone else all the time.

So I didn’t know how that was going to happen. I didn’t know when I didn’t have these huge projector E’s. I was just like what can I do every single day, and so I made some decisions about finances and things that we were going to do and not do you know during that time we’re not as cutthroat as Dave Ramsey. I love the Dave Ramsey program and we do follow it too mostly, but there were some things were like okay, my dad when he when he was dying, one of the the last few conversations that we had with him.

He was always a planner. He was always like a planning out every single diamond he’s, I’m going to do that. So I’m going to do that and I’m going to pay this off and then, when I retire, I’m going to do all these kinds of things, and you know he was just ahead all of his duckies in a row and he was just waiting for this retirement To happen and his retirement never came, it was not in the plan for him and what he said a few weeks before he passed away.

Is he he looked at my husband and I both and he was like what I’ve learned is just do it. If you want to boat by a boat, because you can’t just wait until you’re going to you know retired before you get, it did, life is short and you don’t you’re, not guaranteed your retirement you’re not guaranteed the next 10 years, you’re, not guaranteed health. Even if you live, and so do the things that you want to do now and responsibly, but he said just do it now, if you want to buy a boat, buy it if it doesn’t work out for you sell it, but don’t wait until you know you’re Older to do all the things because you’re not promised that, and that was just huge eye opening it was a change in him.

It was a change in us and it really gave us this freedom to be like. We want to do things now and later, and so we mixed a little bit of that into our lives, small steps and that’s where it comes down to did. Did you know in 20:10 all of the steps that you needed to take to get you to where you are right now, of course, you didn’t because most of the things that happened, that time were not planned or shifted and pivoted along the way you made it.

You started small wherever you were then and you’ve come through so much to get to where you are today and so taking those small steps planning those small steps. One of the things that Chris and I have worked on together is, I tend to want to see far in the future and plan it all out and Kristen has helped me realize that we need to plan in shorter periods of time and adjust and pivot. As time comes along, so whether you’re planning a day a quarter a week a month, whatever it looks like for you planning what those small steps are right now so that you can get start working towards where you want to be, and we want you to write It down, even if it’s on hello, sticky notes with my craziness, even if it’s written down on a sticky note, there are studies about this.

There was a Harvard study that they did and they followed people for ten years hello, a decade. This is what we’re talking about people who have written goals, even if they’re, crazy, huge, seemingly unattainable the people that write down their goals. That, in this Harvard study is they earn ten times more income than the people who had no goals at all hello. Ten times more, that doesn’t mean you can earn ten times more than you’re earning right now, but it’s possible because people who write down goals there’s something that clicks in their brain.

That says I am going to do this. It’S going to happen. They write it down. They doesn’t they don’t necessarily write down all the house and whatever is write down a goal, and then they follow these people for ten years and those people that wrote those ten times the earning of their fellow friends who did not write stuff down. So if you really want to deep dive into this – and you get excited and motivated by doing this exercise, please come into the Facebook group and talk to us about it say: hey, I’m doing the reflection in a perfect world exercise, it’s so eye-opening be vulnerable.

We just literally dish the dirt and in some of the vulnerable moments that we’ve had a past, you know hour and a half or whatever of talking about these things. If you want to deep dive more, we do have an exclusive workbook. It goes along with this that accompanies this, it’s for it’s in our membership site. It’S in our membership group, the hub, mommy income, comm / hub – is where you go to find out more about that.

You do need to be a wholesale bundle student in order to be inside of the hub, so make sure that you’re aware of that. But this is where you’ll get the workbook and you can kind of deep dive into this and then at the bottom. It gives you um the extra step of then creating your next steps. So if there’s a section of it’s the secret sauce for members only, but those are the things that in there that talk about not just paint painting this fancy in a perfect world and reflecting on the last 10 years.

But then also. What are you going to do right now to start working towards what you want in the next 10 years? Our goal is to help you be inspired and motivated to look at where you’ve come from and see where you can go and take the time to put the next step forward. What does that look like for you, because all the things that have happened to us in the 10 years anything is possible. We’Re feeling that, and we want you to have that same feeling, so skip yourself.

That hour, put it on your calendar, sit down and go through this and write it down, figure that out and then what are your next action steps? We really want to see you succeed. We always want to see our students and our listeners succeed and when you take steps to be able to actually make success, happen is when you see the most amount of change now we I just want to leave you with these final thoughts.

You know the years coming to a close, the decades coming to a close, but we, you have been through a lot in the past 10 years, both good and not-so-great, reflecting on that, but we believe in you. We know that you can accomplish anything because hello, look at 10 years, look at what you’ve done. You can do so much more or even so, much less. If that’s what you want to do, I know that in my life, I’m working on doing less in the next 10 years.

I want to enjoy the moments with my kids with my husband. I want to enjoy travel. I want to just enjoy every moment. I don’t want to tolerate things anymore. I want to look at things that, if it’s not the best choice for me right now, I don’t want to tolerate it anymore, and so that’s something that I’m excited about moving forward Amy. What are you excited about? Looking forward to the next year and then years beyond that, I’m excited to pivot in ways that I didn’t expect I’d wan na pivot.

In some of the things that I’m tolerating are not things. I expected to be things that I was tolerating ten years ago or five years ago or whatever, and so being able to realize that not that something that’s right in one season of your life doesn’t mean it’s the right for the rest of your life and so Being able to look at it and realize it works your time that did it now, it’s time to fit in and adjust and so being able to be open to what that change looks like it doesn’t mean it’s easy.

It means it’s complicated, there’s a lot of stuff that goes on, but I can process through that because I have a tool to use to do it, and this is just where it goes back to don’t just leave this here as oh. This is an end-of-the-year reflection, type thing. This is something we want to revisit because any time we’re down any time we’re doubting anytime, we feel faithless and we feel like this is hard.

I can’t I won’t there’s so many things in my way. Look at the past ten years, heck look at five years and just say what has happened in the past five years. Look at how far I’ve come and regardless you’ve made changes. You know recently, you know, so I ran into someone that I hadn’t seen in a really long time and they said well. You’Ve really changed a lot and I was so excited to hear that so most people, it was kind of said in a little bit of a negative way, and I was just like awesome.

Thank you for that. Thank you for noticing that I’m not the same person that I was ten years ago. I’M so glad I would not want to be that person. I was 10 years ago. I’Ve grown and changed so much into it, just a different person and a better person and a better human that I’m glad that I’ve changed a lot so the person that said that to me. Thank you. I appreciate that I’ve changed a lot and I’m embracing that, and so we just we believe in you guys you can do this, do the hard work first so that you can then be inspired of what your next 10 years is going to look like so make Sure that you go and check out, if you’re interested in the hub go to mama income comm, slash hub, we will be back the same time same place.

Next to we will see you soon.

We need to talk about what are the all the hints and stuff that is hidden in this loading screen, because there is big-time information today with this, where we know what leagues are coming next: we’re getting the team of the season cards in rewards. That is confirmed and many other items are hidden in that loading screen is EA likes to do in these recent promotions of FIFA.

So we’re going to talk about that loading screen today and what market impacts this knowledge has for us all right. So we’re going to take a look at this really quick and then also talk about weekend ly rewards because those are coming out here in a couple hours talking, we can link rewards stuff that could go up on the market. Maybe a few you know worries that. I might have about what parts the market might not rise like we originally thinking that they would.

But let’s talk about this first right team of the season. So far we have the card design with the CDM brazillian right here, which a lot of people are saying. This is either casimiro or fernandinho, and there was a couple people saying that supposedly these Morse code down here in the bottom left something to do with Man, City v, Fulham zero and make you know kind of proving that this is actually fernandinho.

So not sure. If that’s true or not, but either it’s fernandinho, it is casimiro. I guess it could be Lucas Leiva, but I don’t think they would put that on the the front screen. So that’s clue number one COO number two: if you can see down here in the in the right hand, side we have the e FL logo and the community most consistent logo. This is the same logo that they had in a loading screen yesterday for the community or a team of the season tots.

So that means on Friday we’re getting EFL and most consistent team of the season and then up here in the top left. This is the biggest thing for us market. Guys right, you see, the foot champions rewards logo. That means we are going to get team of the seasons in red picks again. Thank you, ea sports. That is amazing. That’S like the biggest thing that we needed to complete this promo right. You can have sweet cards that are in packs.

You can have good SBC’s, you can have good objectives, but the weekend league reward, since I did that last year. Team of the season would definitely not live up to the hype if they didn’t do that again this year, but they are so that’s a gg. Thank You, yay and then down here in the bottom. Right is actually another little thing that I saw today. Supposedly, these are our coordinates for somewhere in Nigeria, and that is signs pointing towards that.

We are getting a Moses Simon team in the season card, which a lot of people have been looking forward to and like hey. If Moses, Simon gets the most consistent tots if he wins some of that voting, that will be sick, so yeah. Basically, that’s all the information that we know from the loading screen and that was legit our only content on the day. We didn’t get any s, pcs or anything else in the game, but we got some valuable, valuable information.

If we go near two-foot champions and we actually look at the schedule, I don’t believe that it has been updated yet to contain team in the season cards, especially if you’re looking next week. It still says ultimate team of the week and player picks special items, but I do believe they will end up changing this. I do believe they will end up changing this this week. I would assume they announced it on Friday, so it’s technically after foot champion starts, but usually they announce this kind of stuff on Friday with the whole promotion, you know what they do with like the web page, if stuff like that.

So I would assume that will see this change a little bit later on in the week, but this this means that we’re probably going to see more of a market rise in the coming weeks. Now this week’s rewards today will not be team of the season based they’ll still be team of the week base you’ll be getting cards from the team of the week that came out today. Your reds and your team of the week packs will be locked to this team a week right here which isn’t bad.

I feel like this is the best set of team of the week moments that we have gotten so far so Gigi de and this one. But I want to also throw in this as well, if you’re, trying to save your red player picks or your elite team of the week packs from rewards this week and expect to open them next week and get team in the season cards. That’S not going to be the case because every single week those packs are locked to that week or they’re locked to the team of the week.

So like key, really packs, you can’t save those and get Tots. Next week, it’ll be locked to a team of the week, so I do want to mention that some people are saying hey. Can I hold? No, you can’t, but this TV week is solid, agrees: Minh a nice little Benzema, a balmy yang Paris. Such position change is really cool for star five star. This is going to be a guy for, like lower budgets. That’S probably going to do well for us, during, like Bundesliga team of the season, he’s going to get a lot of PAC supply.

Though, and that’s the thing like, I kind of get bummed when I see a really cool team of the week like this, when we have an upcoming promo, I get kind of bummed, because I know they’re going to get hit with lightning rounds and that sometimes hurts A cards rise out of packs, but of course a Griezmann inform is cool, hey Roberto, Firmino inform is cool, I’m titty yeah. That’S our first inform for him this year, so that’s kind of cool Coulibaly as well.

Not bad and position change Hobby Martinez, but we’re not really here to talk about team of the week, we’re here to talk about the rest of this market. What’S going to happen today with rewards and with that new information that we have about foot champions rewards, is that going to make the market go a bit higher in the next couple of days? I think yes, I really do think it is going to make the market go a little bit higher and today, interestingly enough, some of these headliners men, I honestly think some people sell these cards when they don’t get into Team of the Week because they like for Some reason: every week they expect one of these headliners to get in Lubbock Dallas key headliner dropped.

Today this Vernor headliner dropped. He was like four hundred thirty thousand coins. I ball when I 389, I think he’s still right. Around 400 K you saw me, buy the salaah as well. Salah was down like 50 K from where he was yesterday. This inform was just down because it was low and then in wine all them. Why not have an party I bought all of these cards today? At their lowest, like Varney was 175 today, he’s, probably still you know, it looks like he’s still 185, but this is like the perfect type of card that I would expect to rise with.

We can lead rewards because it’s the lower budget and I’m going to talk a little bit more about like a lower budget you’re in a minute or so. But you know some of the headliners that I dropped. Some of the just overall special cards on the market dropped today, which I thought was really interesting. You can see we were at 108 points. Last night we dropped down to 103 actually to 102 right now, we’re still at 102 points.

So I’m interested is people selling. Some cards before rewards: does this mean the markets not going to go up? It rewards. I don’t think it’s saying that markets not going to go up, but I’m a little bit skeptical as to how much the market could rise at rewards tomorrow, and the reason we cool is just because I don’t know how many people are actually going to be opening Their rewards on the Thursday right before a new promotion and FIFA Ultimate Team.

So I’m a little bit. You know sussed out and a little bit, not that scared, but just a little bit cautious, because I don’t know if all of these cards are going to rise tomorrow, like we originally thought on Thursday. You know some of these cards are down like over. Charleston was one to five: Vinicius was four thirty. Some of these cards are up a little bit too, but you know these cards are still fluctuating a decent amount and I’m just a little bit scared again, not scared, I guess, but just a little hesitant as to how much the market will rise today.

One thing’s for sure, though right there’s a lot of people on this game right now. A lot of people that were, you would say, are quote-unquote casuals right and I would describe somebody a casual that it doesn’t even know about FIFA YouTube or, like maybe knows a couple feet of youtubers, doesn’t really pay attention to it. That much. You know somebody just kind of placed the game in there in their leisure time and doesn’t you know, get deep into trading or get deep into stuff like that, like we’re doing if you’re reading this article a lot of those guys buy their teams after week and League rewards and they either don’t understand a promo screen, don’t understand what’s coming or they just they’re just used to doing it every week, so they just continue to do it.

That’S those are the types of guys that I would see still buying some cards tonight after we can link rewards because we see the upward trends in that market almost every single week. The under 250,000 coin under 300k range on cards is definitely at a range where we see a lot of movement every week and that’s where I would focus tonight if you’re looking to get some last-minute deals before rewards just look at meta meta, Prem cards, especially if They’Re out of packs, I know I’m looking at son right now.

He was 100k flat on like Sunday. You know I’m telling myself that I can, if I can find him at 1:05 with the shadow, then I’ll, do it, because this guy’s probably going to be upwards like one fifteen hundred sixteen seventeen, maybe even a hundred twenty thousand coins, depending on how much the rise Is tomorrow, especially with that hunter chem style KBB with a hunter and like ninety to ninety three K is silent.

You know Conte, I’m 125 with a shadow. Those are the types of gold cards that will rise every week and you can still peruse around the market and look for how to pack special cards like a Mateus Cunha right. This guy was, you know, he’s been like 220 K all week. Maybe tonight you can snag one in the 200 lows may be like 205, and you could probably flip that card tomorrow for, like 227 to 230, you know and you’re making yourself a decent amount of coins.

I don’t expect a huge rise in the market tonight, even though we have the information that the team of the season cards are going to be in rewards. That would you know you would think that would create some more demand for the market and for people to go out and buy some teams, but I’m not so sure, that’s actually going to create demand that we will see the market rise after rewards. I just think people are going to be.

People already have good and tradable teams, so I just think there’s going to be more there’s just going to be more people playing. We can leave now because of those team with season rewards, but I don’t know if that really affects how stuff will go up on the market, because I think so many people are saving packs for Friday, that that really doesn’t take too much of an effect. So again, if you’re looking for some last-minute buys tonight, I would keep it in the low range like this.

Acha was just two hundred thousand coins flat he’s up to 218 and a fluctuation this cornet. I think bounces around between, like high 40s and middle 50s, a decent amount like he was fifty four thousand coins he’s barely dropped. Bro some of these cards have barely dropped. He was 52 1k down to 47 up to 54. So some of these, like lower tier cards, especially if their primary League, if they’re, really desirable, Florencia 148.

This is the type of guy with his links and it’s a good-looking card. He was 185 before the weekend went down to 147, his lowest, and if you look at his daily graph he’s been between, you know high one 40s, all the way up to about 160 ish high 150. So this could be a guy that goes to like 160. Tomorrow, you know: look through some of these old team of the weeks. You don’t open bids before awards tonight, future stars, I’m a big fan of these guys.

You know after a little boy rewards rise today, but I don’t think it’s going to be a crazy rise. You know, I really don’t feel like it’s going to be a crazy rise from rewards, even though we have this newfound info that we are getting team of the seasons to rewards, which is big right. Like that’s massive for next week, we’re really going to see the market effect of those cards and those rewards next Thursday, because that means next Thursday in elite team of the week, packs er elite team of the season packs.

There’S people that are going to be pulling out team of the season cards from tots, most consistent and EFL, and if there’s anybody in there you know it’s not going to be like they’re doing Prem right last year during during tots Prem. There were guys that made you know: 5, 6, 7, 8. Even some guys made 10 million coins from rewards. Last year I mean I can show you guys some of the graphs it makes sense while they’re making so many coins, and this is why we talked about the market really rising during Team.

A the season is just because of the amount of coins that are put on the market from these rewards right. So let’s look at team of the season prin. Let me just put this into perspective for some of you guys who may not have been around last year or really understood what was happening. So look at look at this team of the season. Right, let’s say: you’re getting elite rewards you’re, getting a elite team of the season pack or even if you’re getting Reds.

But the biggest thing here is the elite team of the season pack. So you know the three players from the team of the season or the 11 players. You know whatever pack, it is with your top 100 or just elite, but look at some of these guys prices first week right, so these rewards would come out on Thursday, and you can see here look when the market boomed the market really really boomed on one Thursday look at Wednesday this hazard was two point.

Eight mill. I do remember with rewards that these guys as prices they took like a pretty big hit like a really late. It rewards it was either panic selling leading into rewards, or it was like right at rewards when everybody opened up these team in the season, elite player picks and then they just absolutely Ballu. After that he was at 2.7 milind. He went all the way to 3 million 3.1 million on the weekend.

That’S what you’re going to have with these cards and think about a man. Somebody could pack this hazard. Imagine they get top 100 bro. They get 11 of these cards. You know, of course, it’s going to contain some cards from the the other league, the lower-level League, but some of these guys were pulling three team in season. Prem cards out of their elite rewards and you’re. Getting let’s say you pack, an Eriksen who is like a middle tier card during team of the season that a lot of people packed boom you’re getting nine hundred thousand coins from that card right there.

Let’S say you packed bernardo silva. That was like 500k and then let’s say you look at the value of cards in this team, like half of the team was over a million coins that first week, agüero 1.8 million coins going back over to even guys on the bench. Son was like 2/5. How much was money? This is why we talk about the massive market rise in the on the top tier. My name was 1.2 mil and he rose to 1/6 bro to 1/6, a bomb being was over a million coins.

I think luck is ette was even like upwards of a million. My dude was one two went up to one five, so this is the kind of stuff that you’re going to see. It rewards, of course, a lot of people packed Madison Anderson Allison. Those guys that weren’t worth that much but just the opportunity in the amount of cards that are going to be put on the market in the amount of coins that that puts on and generates for the high tier on this game is crazy.

It’S really really really really crazy how many coins this brings onto the market at rewards and rewards time with the elite and the top to your market and then, after that, what we’re going to see after rewards next Thursday is the elite. Tier stuff is going to start rising even more. So that’s why I’m thinking that after this weekend League, if you haven’t, bought any cards, yet that’s going to be your time right.

Whatever content ei chops this weekend, let’s say it’s big-time content: that’s going to be your opportunity to get in on some of these cards, if especially, your so you’re. Looking at, like AI, hides here for a birthday card, a team of the year or something like $ 11 ski 96, who would be a pretty elite card, this stuff is going to start rising in the next week because of all the coins that are going to Be down in this game through the reward, so that’s that’s the impact and that’s the biggest thing that we wanted to see with team of the season and it is coming it’s guaranteed and confirmed.

So I’m stoked about that. Some people have asked if they’re going to use is design for the red player picks, and I don’t think that last year in FIFA 19, they had like the team of season design in red or the red player picks. Can you imagine this in red? That would be freaking insane, maybe dope. I don’t know if EA is going to end up doing that. No, I think it’ll just look like a normal red inform version of a card.

Did you already have on FIFA? So that’s a little bit unfortunate. You wanted the cool car design, but these cards will be in red picks as well man, so you could, you could get, I think it’s gold. Last year you had to get gold and we’ll be able to clarify this once we get the actual schedule released. I think they had gold as the rank that was set for you to get guaranteed players from the first team.

So I think you had to get your your 17 wins of gold to get guaranteed players from the upper level League and if you got anything lower than that, you would get a team. The seasoned player above a certain rating, but what you weren’t guaranteed to get one from the print, so gold is what everybody started to kind of be working for it last year during team of the season. So again, people are going to be playing the full weekend and that’s something to kind of remember.

We might see more of a week in the xcel off, instead of it being on Saturday afternoon and Saturday night or Saturday evening, UK time, it’s probably going to be more of a Sunday sell off for the next couple weeks, because of just the fact that people Are going to be playing more games to try to hit that threshold, whereas they would usually maybe stop at 14 wins or maybe just 20 wins? If you’re an elite player, now you’re probably going to play it out to at least 23, so you can get yourself that elite pack and get some tradable team of the season.

So that’s something that is going to change this market and change this game a lot. It’S going to bring a lot of hype to this game in the next couple days, but I wanted to make this article tonight, for you guys talking you through some of those stuff. If you’re doing weekend, League flips good luck, you should see. I still think we’ll see a decent market rise today, not a crazy one, but I think it should be a decent one, especially on that lower to your budget.

I’M still going to probably buy a few more cards tonight, but I don’t think I’m going to go crazy man. I really don’t think I’m going to go crazy and then we’ll be maybe looking for some panic on Friday morning, as team of seasoned does actually comes. I’M super duper excited for that one. If you draw this article smash the thumbs up on it comment down below. If you have any questions and, of course subscribe, the blog, if you’re new, it’s been eight-foot accountant catch you guys later peace,

How to ADD AMAZON AFFILIATE Links to YouTube with Smart Phone

I’M going to be showing you on iPhone, but this works for iOS devices as well as Android devices, because we’re going to use Google Chrome and you could use Google Chrome app on either Apple or Samsung. The three apps that we’re going to be using to do this is, of course, number one. The YouTube app number two we’re going to use Google Chrome app, which I already mentioned, and number three we’re going to use the YouTube studio app.

If you do not have this, you need to download it. It is great for YouTube creators. You can see how much views you have on there. How many subscribers you have your earning. You could even reply to comments on the YouTube studio app, so I definitely recommend it. Let’S get started. First thing you got to do is go to your google chrome, app. Google amazon affiliate program, click on it type in your username and password and hit sign in so this is a quick sneak preview to how much I’ve made in the last 30 days.

So not too shabby. I do like the income I’m earning from the Amazon affiliate program. Okay, now you need to go to the menu tab in the upper left-hand corner and then you’re going to click on access, the full desktop site. Now it’s going to take you to the home page and we’re going to look on search for product now, you’re going to type in the keyword of the product that you’re looking for. In my example, I’m going to use topic, hair fibers hit search.

It’S going to take you to a long list of products, so just search the one that you’re going to go with and hit get link now you’re going to find the tab that says text only and click on it look for the short link button and then Click on that towards the bottom middle of the page. So this makes the link a lot shorter than that long, one that you just seen on the page you’re going to either long click and copy or you’re going to click on the highlight HTML button and just a quick reminder.

You need to have 500 subscribers on YouTube in order to qualify for the Amazon affiliate program. You also have to have three qualifying purchases, meaning three different people have to click on the product and order it without returning it, and then Amazon affiliate program is going to review your YouTube blog, don’t forget to put as an Amazon associate. I earn from qualified purchases in the description box or you will get X out of the program.

Look at the description box in this article. If you would like to get an example, now go to the YouTube studio, app find the article you would like to add the Amazon affiliate link to and click on. It now find the edit button, which is the pencil all the way at the top right corner of the page scroll down where you see description and paste the link where you want it to appear. Don’T click off yet because I’m going to show you guys how to double check, if you did it right, don’t forget to click the Save button in the upper right hand corner now.

Click on a back button in the upper left now go to the YouTube, app and click on the article you just added the link to you could do that by hitting the search button in the upper right hand, corner and search for that article click on the Article click on the down arrow to view the description box scroll down to your link and click on it. If it takes you to the Amazon, login screen or the Amazon app, then you know you did it right if you found this article useful, please give me that thumbs up like comment down below.

New Amazon Seller Account – How To INSTANTLY Generate Sales As A NEW Amazon Seller! | Mike Rosko

What is up online retailers if you’re new, this blog welcome? My name is Mike Roscoe and I teach people on how to start build and grow their own online retail company, also commonly known as Amazon FBA wholesale now in this business model, you’re simply buying big name-brand products, popular name-brand products at a lower cost from suppliers that Have the legal rights to sell these brands and selling them at a higher price and profiting now for those who do not know what big name brands means it’s simply selling products like Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Procter & Gamble, Disney all those huge brands and that’s the business Model that I teach it’s the best best business model and it’s the most sustainable business model.

So in this article, I’m going to show you how to generate sales on Amazon and why you’re going to be able to generate sales on Amazon if even if you’re, a brand new account. Now, if you haven’t seen my article on how to win the buy box and what is the buy box before you even read this article make sure to read that I’ll put a link right above so you need to understand how that works. But simply this is what the buy box is.

It’S the Add to Cart button. When customers come to shop, they simply just click that button and whoever the seller is right. Here will get the sale all right. That is if they don’t go under on under other sellers, but most of the time I think it’s over 80 % of the sales. I don’t know what the exact number is now, but most of the time, the sellers just simply just click, Add to Cart because they think Amazon sells everything.

So a majority of the sales on Amazon come from the buy locks. Now, for those of you do not know the buy box rotates among sellers if they meet a certain criteria, if they have a professional account if they sell new and typically when they match the price of the buy box. Okay, now for those of you, I’m going to give you an example, I came across this and I realized somebody was messaging me on. Actually, multiple people were saying all what, if I’m brand new, how am I supposed to get sales all this, so I want to make a article on it, but it’s a little bit new of a setup here, there’s a right column over here, rather than going to The separate page, but as you can see, the current buy box is at 1598 right here and I’m just going to click other sellers and you’re going to scroll down and you’re going to see a seller that has just launched under here now.

This doesn’t matter this certain product has a by box and as through a majority of listings on Amazon. But what’s going to happen is if this right now, the sellers not typically not going to make the sale unless, obviously a customer comes in and clicks on. This and they say – oh, I want to buy from this person, Add to Cart but, like I said, they have to meet a certain criteria which is have a professional account, sell, FBA and match the current buy box price.

Now, if that was the case, this person that is at 1598 will share the buy box with that just launched seller. Now, that’s the case that just launched teller is going to get sales on this product. Now I saw they only had one in stock, so I don’t think they’re looking to share the buy box. I don’t know what price they got it at or what the case is of that seller. I don’t know the seller personally, I just ran across it and I thought huh I’ve been getting messages.

Let me explain why, if you’re just launched, if you have a brand new account, why you would generate the sale, so this sellers just launched if they met about by box criteria, they would get into the rotation and get sales. So I just want to show you why that’s the case, so it doesn’t matter what stage you’re at what point you’re at yeah, obviously negotiating the pricing building relationship with suppliers, all that obviously you’re going to be a step ahead.

But when it comes to maximizing sales on Amazon, if you understand how Amazon works, how the buy box works, how the algorithm works now, nobody knows the exact formula to the buy box, but for the most part, if you have a fresher account, sell, FBA and match The buy box price you’re going to get into their buy box rotation of sales, but if you have a general understanding that you’re Hardy steps ahead of people of other sellers on Amazon now, obviously this person doesn’t really understand how the buy box works.

So it’s going to be they’re going to have a tough time selling this product alright. So I just wanted to pause that article for a second cuz. I wanted to show you the only time, in my opinion that I wouldn’t buy a product is when there is no buy box on the listing, because, if you’re just launched, if you’re a brand new seller, you have no ratings. None of that you want to avoid these listings, because I’ll show you here when it says available from these sellers and this the customer would buy, see all buying options or simply click here and click here and if you say just launched.

What do you think they’re going to buy from JB tools with a ninety five percent rating and seventy eight thousand ratings, or are they going to buy from you, who’s just launched and you have no record of it? So stick the product that have a bye box. Take the products that, obviously, you can compete competitively – think of pika finally compete based off of price and try to avoid the ones that don’t have a buy box.

Typically just quick thing. If they don’t have a buy box, usually it means the price is too high for Amazon. So again, if your jumps just launched, if you’re a brand new seller, you don’t have any ratings, yet don’t worry about it, you’ll be in the buy box rotation. As long as you meet the buy box criteria, okay, so I just want to make that article real, quick, because a lot of people are scared to start because of that.

No, it doesn’t matter ratings, don’t matter because a majority of the customers that shop on Amazon Amazon don’t even realize that half the sales on Amazon come from third-party sellers. Okay, so I hope this article helps hope you enjoyed it. Don’T forget to sign up for the free course in the description below don’t forget to subscribe. Put the bell on because I’m going to be coming out with a lot of content that you’re not going to want to miss.

Linkedin Marketing Strategy For Business [10 tips] You Can Use To Grow Your Business Today

The second webinar asked the business growth experts using simple stuff that work and simple stuff works was a idea of Derek’s he’s done a special report on it, which I thought it was so out so perfect that for most full businesses, that’s actually quite straightforward, simple strategies That they just need to spend more time on very much so the simple stuff that works, give us a lot of key performance indicators and that’s how to run your business and that’s why we work out simple stuff that works and that’s why we now have it Both in a book and also on the data sticks that we’re going to be making available to the customers.

You know with that, so that they can actually work on it themselves, yeah and they get a free copy. They do indeed get a PDF copy of the book, so I’d like to welcome everyone to the second ask business growth expert: don’t Williamson financial wizard of God, arts based new servant in Surrey and myself. Brian images see I’m a business growth strategist. So we both got our books very something yes, mine, still in being incubated, it’s all written.

It just needs the I’m just going to get a proper cover designer. This is my mock-up cover. So 50 came 50 minutes, which is the 50k challenge at Derek, and I both offer to any small business that will take 15 50 minutes with. You is a free consultation and we guarantee to find you minimum of fifty thousand pounds. You’Ve got to have a business, though, to do it now, Derek’s brought out a book called going for growth, which is full of great tips a little bit of basically eight encapsulate everything that we’ve put into our key performance indicators are simple stuff for work, and it’s By following these simple methods, you go the business, it’s not it’s very simple, but it’s if people follow it that it will go over their business and it will go their profits and let’s face it, why the hell of any of us working if we’re not trying To make money exactly and again it’s about these easy to use strategies.

Anyone can implement, there’s no complicated after consultancy needed. You can literally read this book and just grow your business. It’S that straightforward! Definitely so today, after a request from people who are on the call, last week, we have we covering LinkedIn strange noise coming in again, so we’re covering LinkedIn and some great strategies to grow your business using LinkedIn. And why is it so important to be to understand, LinkedIn and use it today? Okay, so Microsoft bought LinkedIn, not that long ago, for twenty six billion dollars.

So why would Microsoft pay twenty six billion dollars to buy LinkedIn? It’S an astronomical amount of money. Well, I mean my belief is: is the most powerful business network on the face of the earth? It is an antique on the 26th of May. It will be more important because transit from May the g-general data protection regulations take effect, and that is going to hurt. Everybody in terms of how they market it and the area that you can continue to do your marketing will be using LinkedIn.

So why? Wouldn’T you absolutely yeah, see you’re still allowed to contact people directly and all the business owners or the business CEOs or the business directors or the senior management are on LinkedIn they’re all there. So these these are. These are buyers these. These are real customers and, as Derek quite rightly said, once the GD P R comes in, you could get into serious trouble or sending out a bunch of emails.

We knew that what are the fines per it’s a minimum of three thousand pounds or two percent of your turnover, whichever is the higher, so this is serious, serious problems. He’Ll put you out of business, it could get ugly. So you know, if you send out a few thousand emails. You could finish it so there’s over 500 million subscribers on LinkedIn today, and we can only see this growing a nice deliberate the view and was this full spring.

You know it should be anyway. So five hundred million subscribers today and this is going to grow of course, there’s other social media platforms on Facebook, but it doesn’t have the focus basically came up with Joe public and people about what they were doing Lincoln is very much more business means usage and Therefore, if you’re not on LinkedIn you’re, basically committing business suicide, yeah absolutely and the the key about LinkedIn is ninety.

Nine percent of people actually don’t really know how to use it properly. They’Re not getting the full benefit out of it, but there is a group. That’S referred to as the one percent group we absolutely know what they doing with it and they aren’t painting it in LinkedIn they’re, making all of the I Laura and hi David nice here so they’re. Absolutely caning on LinkedIn they’re, getting JV partners, they’re getting investors they’re.

Getting clients they’re really doing very, very well, but so what today is about is really introducing different ways of how you can start thinking about getting yourself tuned up. So you can be in that 1 % group. So what we can do we’re going to go through a few strategies that you can use straightaway and at the end, we’ve got a an offer that will help you even more. If you want to progress this, but we’re going to give you three or four really key strategies that you can just use straight away and and that will you get you a good good part of the way on the roads, so LinkedIn the strategy regiments.

A lot of funnel type sales methods, first thing connects and the beauty of LinkedIn you’re connecting to the right people to start with, and it’s easy to connect. And if you use the right approach, people are very open to being connected online when you agree very much so in the business community. People want to know other people because they want to do business and we hope you literally are coming in, and lots of doors being shut.

This is an obvious one that you want to be linked in to as many people as possible, we’re all in the same boat here, because in some ways the GDP are is is almost anti business in the sense that it is preventing. I mean the reason it’s have come about is because of all the spam and problems like that hi Andy nice – to see you here and and and so forth. But the reality is it’s: it’s blocking all the genuine guides who want to connect more easily.

So you want to engage and then of course, capture and divert your relationship and Trust with you or with your network, so the percentages are quite astounding, is 700 percent, more effective than email, which is which is extraordinary and and I’ve found this myself. I connect with the highest CEO, you can imagine and they they’ll connect with me on LinkedIn and discuss an issue, whereas if I sent them an email or their their secretary, an email you forget about it, you’re just not going to get through in this story, so It gives you a special cover, a covering we get some big noise Tim.

So what are the social media trends? Well, we’ve recently had a big one shown to us three false book, so the trend is basically, if you’re keeping people on their platform in their platform, then you get promoted for free, that’s basically the deal and if your brand or you’re trying to sell, then you Got to pay it’s as simple as that, so I know people a free sample on Facebook for managing millions of and who likes and shares, etc, because they’re very cleverly played the game that Facebook once and giving them the content that they want getting the the people That want it get a few virals going and Facebook will promote that all day long, because what you’re doing is you’re doing exactly what Facebook want people spend more time in Facebook as soon as you start putting your little links in there or certainly this is what Happened to read recent algorithm changes, that’s what they slap you! Something is staying in thousands of views you’ll get to unless you’re paying.

Of course, hello, hello. Let me let me mute a few chats, no see on board this nice very cut, hear me, and I can hear you give me a second. Oh here we go. I just got a mute. No, the only use it yeah, alright, guys, sorry about that little interruption. We should move on here. Yes, so basically what I thought we’d talk about. Let’S look at bumper stickers for for Facebook. It’S just the comparison example of have had a user to two platforms.

So Facebook, we think of a for instant recognizability in a bumper sticker approach, whereas LinkedIn we’re looking at being alike ahead of the funnel. So you use every step in your profile to be almost moving down your funnel and that’s really one of the most effective ways of using a LinkedIn profile. So if we look here’s my my one, for example, I’ve got us business growth experts after business growth, experts, sort of you know, what’s good and what’s bad about this, I mean give any thoughts yeah.

You want to keep it simple, so question: why are you saying honest business, both experts in the top left-hand corner and then again I’ll see experts about business growth, it’s Sybil’s stuff at work say exactly you probably don’t want to be saying the same thing twice in In that area yeah – and this is more when you’re doing the website a lot of words, isn’t there? Is it a message exactly for you want to cut them down? Yeah you’re, not the only one.

We have the same problem. I think you sure the next slide when you come to it shows our website, which is again just as bad, because we are in the process of redoing our website. For my less but to say more, I think one of the worst things about this example is ask the business growth, experts and Facebook who want to ask the expert they want to. Maybe if you sort of want to become the business experts that might be something’s more enticing because on Facebook, people want to feel good and feel they’re promoting stuff that promotes them.

So that would be a thing that I would need to improve on this. I think I need to improve – and here here we have your Facebook page and you’ve got the logo as the thing and, let’s face it, who cares about the logo? They have no year? Nobody cares about the logo. Making we’ve got the address. We’Ve. Probably people are the phone number is there, but it’s very small and frankly, the phone number should be a lot bigger.

Probably the email should be bigger and again we are in the process of changing our website, we’re trying to get away from telling people what we do more questions and answers. So they you know, people have got a problem and we giving an answer, and hopefully then they’ll want to come talk about their problem. The best thing on there is accountancy services. Yes, so here’s an example that I think is absolutely brilliant for Facebook.

As a facebook example here, oh yes, bang you immediately know what it is. You don’t care who’s doing it. You just know what it is and if it’s, what you want, you’re going to click on it on your absolute and the picture and the words very clear and quick and then afterwards you go in there and then now’s your chance to build a relationship. So I think that’s a really perfect example: they’re going to LinkedIn is Dericks LinkedIn profile and the best thing about it is, it does say, accountants at the top, but I think there’s a lot.

We could do with this and again we’re losing the real estate. If you think of the headline like a put and call type scenario, you could be doing a lot more with the next pieces of information life director of got arts accountants. Who cares exactly you know, so, there’s probably a lot better stuff we can put in here. Now, the next bit that he’s done really well is this kept. It will nicer space. A lot of people have a whole bunch of text and you literally lose the will to live, and really this is not going to read.

It are you so, but if you think of it, going down almost like the sales page talk of funnel sales page, that’s what you should be reading down in a good LinkedIn profile. Here’S mine! I think that I’m doing a little bit better than you Derek, I’m not saying to perfect by any means, but it’s pretty bold and clear and I’m actually giving you an offer. I’M saying I find a business owner ten thousand pounds in 45 minutes guaranteed, so I’m giving a definitive offer with a definitive time, etc.

I’M probably not doing so well under here, because I’m saying BDO partners. This is marketing, we’re probably business mattress strategies, not so bad. Although online, we could probably make that a message, that’s very clear that comes in from the headline so yeah. I think we both need to do some work here then. The bit I think I have got right here is, if you look at behind in my image. I’Ve got all the media companies that I’ve been involved with being interviewed with, etc, and you can’t really see it but semi finest that entrepreneur in the New Year award.

I took the bicycles to get down and I put that one up and I got that one. But it’s not very clear, but but it’s there and why do I have those well if ever a media company is looking for someone in my field or your feel, more importantly, and they want to talk to someone they’re much more likely to talk, beat someone who They feel has experience and knowledge to the media, but also it gives you a little bit of credibility.

Doesn’T it when you say direct very much so I’ve got ta, be honest up until we started talking about this. All of our third-party certification of merits had just been shoved in the door. Yeah she’s only now exactly we’re now bringing them out to tell people where we, you know we didn’t win, but we ended up by one of three finalists in three categories last year. For sorry, County Council for business potential for business growth with platinum ponds with QuickBooks um with zero, we’re not telling anyone that that’s the case book they’ve they’re delighted they’re, actually advertising it.

Do you think? Actually what, if they’re advertising that way? All these things are important. Yeah, it will help to build your credibility. Have you ever ridden a book influenced by Derek aldini? The this is one of the very important steps on the process of influence, definitely social proofing, etc. Here again, we’ve got a reasonable easy to read, offer about the challenge and what we do etc. So I think the first thing you need to do.

Everyone is really look hard at your profile. Is it clear as its sharp does it expect them straightaway whistles? They can look at. Are you giving yourself a little bit of credibility, and are you taking yourself through that sales funnel process from the beginning through to where you want to take them? This is this: is your first thinning of the wedge in the door, so to speak. I think here it’s just the articles.

I mean here’s an example why networking on LinkedIn is vital to property investors and we’re going to talk about it better about that as well, but we’re talking generally today because any business you own any type of this, you own with your property investor, whatever these exact Same rules apply because, as some things you need to do is you need to build your top team, you need to find your clients to JV partners or your funders, etc.

All of these things are essential to any visit the lifeblood of any small business. Here’S an example of my profile. As you can see, I’ve got 14,000 contact connections which I understand, that’s quite quite good. I mean there are people have assumed many more than I’ve got, but I’m quite well connected on the LinkedIn and, as you can see, I have constantly got invitations to join. You know 40 coming in the last day or so so, and then I can look at and see which people are relevant to what I’m doing and which directional one of go in.

But it’s important to build a network that is actually relevant, not just any old network, friends and family. You really need to get very targeted with LinkedIn and the more valuable it will become now. The next thing you do once you’ve got your profile right. Is you need to start thinking of groups so, if you’re a, for example, Derrick here with the simple stuff that works in your book, you, you would probably want a group, it may be cool growing.

Your business using simple stuff that works yeah bring in small business. Absolutely we actually won a close one for our own stuff. We’Re members of networking in sorry, which again is close. The Institute of Directors runs one which is closed, and the beauty here is that that way, people have got to want to join those closed, and the beauty, then, is you can be posting communications on those. What we tend to do is somebody comes in with a query or problem, and we think it’s a relevant problem.

We will then literally do a LinkedIn about it relatively short and we’ll probably also tweet it as well. So that that way people know and what we try to do is put out into the community ideas that are of benefit to the community. And that gets you more people saying more. I will be linked in absolutely and and then that that group can then be linked to this call. We do once a month and, and you gradually starting to grow your your your traffic and your exposure, and it’s exactly the same applies for you, guys, yeah.

You just applied to your specific focus, so you know within your group. It gives you an opportunity to do. As you see here. I send regular answer, calls here’s one a distant recently which says how to join one sing group, LinkedIn RCS book core business growth strategies using simple strangers at work. It was part of my invitation process to this call that we’re on today – and you see this group – I’ve only got 91 members in it.

I haven’t done as much work from this as oh, oh, but that is really important. You guys need to really think about spending some real quality time on this card of your your business strategy, very, very, very useful. If you get it right, make a big difference. Here’S some more examples. I was interviewed recently by a an online company and business growth company and here’s an advert example. I’Ve done so you can see people looking at it now here.

The other thing you need to look at is articles articles and posts this. This is how you’re really going to grow the initial trust, because remember last week we were talking about what is marketing to do you get people’s attention and then the next thing. It’S really a process of building a relationship and a building trust with these people, and to do that, you you’re answering the question. That’S going on in their head and the question is going on.

Their head is the burning question that they need a solution to, and it’s not the thing that necessarily they’re asking about and and by giving out, regular powerful articles to show that you’re an expert in a certain field you’re starting to answer it that the trust thing That you’re the person who is able to deal with these issues so in this example here I sent this post out three days ago and I’ve got a hundred and seventy five views.

Okay, so, okay, it’s not amazing that it’s not terrible this one. Here I sent two weeks ago and I got 1800 views now, that’s a lot better! That’S pretty high, as that happened actually pretty rapidly. Now here’s one I did again three days ago and I got 944 views. Okay in three days. That’S pretty good and here’s the same posts. I did again with eleven views now, unfortunately, on you guys on Facebook, can’t see this screen, but what I’m sharing is is tube linkedin profiles of articles, identical ArtsQuest in two ways, one of them with nine hundred views and same three-day period and the other one with Eleven views and the difference is basically one thing on the one with eleven views.

I’Ve got about four links in it, so it’s four links to either my website or another page to learn more about it, and what I’m doing is I’m breaking that rule that we spoke about at the very beginning what the social media platforms want. More than anything they want you to stay in their world in their platform. That’S where they’re getting all their value and business from so I’m breaking that rule and clearly the algorithm in LinkedIn is penalizing you straight away.

Eleven views versus me a thousand views in three days, if I clicked on it today, five days later, it’s probably fourteen or fifteen hundred views and that eleven views is probably twelve views. That is that big, a difference so they’re real one of the real keys to any strategy that you got with LinkedIn is to give really valuable information that people can really look at and go. I can use this, so I can do something with this and the second thing is no links, keep it in there because, if they like, if you’re building the relationship with them – and they like what you’re talking about at some point, they could talk to you and They can connect you easily.

The only links that Lincoln will allow, of course, to YouTube happy with that relationship. If you leave it in because they don’t have an upload thing, but once once they do start uploading articles into LinkedIn, then you’ve got to probably forget about YouTube would be my guess anyway. Facebook, you definitely don’t want to link to its own. Like that itself, I keep having discussions online and, as soon as I put a link in with a YouTube article to say, hey, I’m proving my point.

I get shut down straight away, so yeah, so that that’s a big difference in eleven verses of the basic of thousands on this slide. Here again, we’ve got four hundred and twenty views. I’Ve done a slide about SEO and article SEO, and the purpose of this slide is to show that it’s actually a article about why this and the other articles have done so well, because what I’ve done is I’ve optimized. When I put an article on to LinkedIn very important thing to learn how to do is how to optimize the article and the images and the articles and the better you optimize them, the more people are going to see it as well.

So I make a point of optimizing these things and, if anybody’s interested in learning more about that, do let us know, because I think then it’s next one at one of these calls we’re going to cover that in we’re going to deep dive on basically article to Articles and how they article advertising article marketing and how to optimize images to get onto the first page of YouTube and Google, so we can cover all that in one of our free art.

Six book calls so here. Here’S another example. This is with Derek going for growth that I’ve optimized and in five days we’ve got fourteen hundred views. So you can really. You really get some good effects here. Eight hundred views in two weeks, not as good, but you know if you keep dropping in these articles and you’re, getting the thefts and views each one. This is going to add up it’s going to make more people more likely to connect with you and when they connect with you, they know a little bit more about who you are what you’re about and are you answering the question that’s going on in their head? So you’re getting the right audience to join in with with your with your group, and there are a lot more likely to interact with you as well.

If they’ve seen that you’ve been speaking about something that actually is of interest to them and as useful as their own business they’re, there thousand times more likely to want to connect with you and converse with you. If you want to talk to them both. So it’s not about connecting and then just selling to them it’s about connecting and building that long-term relationship. We both spoke about the drip-feed campaigns in in last last month’s core, so now on to how to build your dream, team and investment investment in network on LinkedIn.

Now this is really one of the most powerful things about LinkedIn. It’S building the Ovaltine. If you think about a 360 view of your business, you’ve got everyone from shareholders to customers. You’Ve got everyone, who’s got a stakeholder in your business and you need to find all these people and you can find all of them on on link, including employees. I need to prepare myself yeah they’re, all there they’re, all there sitting waiting for you and you can run advanced searches to get any person that you want.

You can get all the specialist characters you need. So here’s an example that I ran just yesterday or actually Saturday, I think I did on so. I did a search for accountants now here, I’m working with Derek who runs an accountancy practice with a large client base that we can speak about subjects that are interesting to your client base, end of story, so I’ve done a list of accountants and, as you can See, there’s a few immediately popped up there.

I run the list and now you can see a list of accountants that I can click on. So we’ve got in shot. Here’S about six now, on the right hand, side you can see that three of them I’ve invited I’ve sent, invite most of them, so I may have done it earlier or I may have done it on the Saturday Edgeley one of them I’m actually connected to. It says send in mail, so now I’m allowed to sentiment a message directly and then below that I’ve got to disconnect, which basically means I’m not connected yet but they’re.

Obviously ones are Marlins to connect with, and it’s very easy I just send them a connection. Invite so here’s one of the ones I messaged on Saturday – and I said hi David, I’m looking to JV with an accountancy to help them build so to help them build or help. You build a stronger relationship with your clients using us the expert Corps. Would you be interested in talking to me about about this and if you, if you’re interested, you can join my call on Monday and I sent him a link for this one, it’s in the in message.

So it’s not the same as in an article so sending a link, something like that isn’t as devastating at all, so he replied back almost immediately okay, so this is a owner of a accountancy practice on it on a Saturday applied like that, and he said many Thanks but our practice basically says our practices specialize in specialized a jamboree charities and they have clients they’ve had for over thirty years and they’re he’s about to retire.

Basically, he wants to wind his business down. So you know he said kind regards it’s not for me. So I was able to say to him: well thanks for your reply, David, I completely understand you’re not interested in selling. However, you might be interested in selling your business. How would you I’m working with a practicing group of accountants here, Derek my good friend and who is an expansion mode? So would you be interested in me helping you to create more value in your business and in with an acquisition exit? Now, all of a sudden sort of winding is practiced down and losing it, which is one.

Ninety percent of businesses do because, when most entrepreneurs come to retire, only eight percent nergi able to sell well is that right right. This is shocking, so most business owners or entrepreneurs when they, when they retire, they have to close their business down or give it away or sell it for a dramatically low value. Now, in this case, I could help him increase his value. We could do a deal with Derek who would be very happy to take over the clients and grow that business and give him a good reward for doing it.

Wouldn’T you agree or has my green? This is the thing I’ve always got to be. Looking at you out your exit, it’s no good when you died, the value of the business worth. I can only remember dear old, Charlie, cruel, probably before your time how many core business was worth couple of million pounds which, in the 60s, was an awful lot of money, but the end course when he the day he died. He was worth a couple of million.

The day after he died because he ran in a more democratic manner, it was worth about three hundred thousand pounds. The death to Jews wiped out the entire estate, so his widow inherited nothing Wow, very sad, end and yeah, because the statistics are pretty horrible. Most business owners actually retire broke, which is terrible. You’Ve been an entrepreneurial, your life, you create jobs, you create wealth, but you forget to create the value inside the business techno.

So this is just a simple strategy that, if using LinkedIn on your own businesses – and it gives you an example of how open people are to talk and give users a real real feedback very quickly. Here’S another example where I actually actively was looking to acquired of business, so I put a little article there or I think it was just a post and I said on it an image of that covers roughly what I’m looking at acquiring.

I said I’m looking to buy a conference or exhibition style, business and and and I put some more information in there in in the post and if you know anyone is cetera, then please get in touch and I had 15 or so contacts from there and out Of it, I gained two clients and I gained two acquisition opportunities and one of them again Derek and I discussing with one of his clients that may may be that might be a fit there.

So it’s it’s, it’s extraordinary what you can do with it with this program. It’S not just about selling someone a quick widget is it. You know it’s much more powerful than that and that that’s really the the message it needs to come across from here. So just going through the exhibit one only had 15 clicks, but they were all very powerful, powerful clicks. So why not working on link to the vital property? Investors were the same reason.

We’Ve said here: if you’re, if you’re a property investor and you’re looking to grow a property portfolio, you need your top team to do things. Well. You’Ve got to have lawyers that understand your world of being in a property investor. It’S no point going down to the high street and choosing a solicitor on the high street. If they don’t understand the way property investors do business you’re going to be wasting your time, they’re going to be very rigid and limited to how they normally do things working with estate agents, etc.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WGkTykmEbgY

You want a more creative lawyer, so therefore, you’ve got to start refining. Your searches and finding lawyers that actually understand how to do different forms of creative contracts. You know whether there be options or delayed completions or all sorts of other wonderful techniques. Having done a lot of property, investing myself and I’ve also done business acquisitions as Derek has what we are privy to is there’s all sorts of interesting ways of doing transaction as isn’t there that the most the standard, my steez lister, would never clue.

Hey thinking not just the solicitor, its affairs counsel surveyors architects, local builders, if you’re not doing the work yourself, yeah, plasterers, plumbers, accountants, because you may be faced with construction industry certificates all these things, but equally the other thing is: do you understand the industry that you’re Going into one of the beauties of LinkedIn is that there are lots of people in the industry who will be telling you about what they do, why they do it.

We’Ve had people coming in thinking that they’re being very clever, they both walked in bought something and then spent money without any regard for the market prices, and they suddenly wonder why try to put it on the market they’re going to end up losing 50 thousand pounds. So again, you’ve got to actually understand the industry if you’re going into it otherwise catch a cold yeah I mean, and you got ta act fast if you’ve got a really good deal where there’s a business acquisition or a proxy or whatever.

You need to have you. If you’re bridging finance ready, you need to have all sorts of auction finance or whatever they say any. You need a funder in your back pocket. Who knows you and is happy because he knows that you won’t touch it to you unless it’s going to make money. Yeah so again, the problem here is, if you’re, a new boy how’d you get in on it, can’t you link it up. The other thing is quite up from the best deals.

If you get out to the local estate agent he’s not going to be pushing the best use, he’s already told his mates about. If you’re looking at and talking to people on LinkedIn, there will be people, who’ve got property deals. You may be already getting on that before it ever goes near an estate agent. Absolutely absolutely you know you, you can connect with landlords, you know in landlords, you know who may have several hundred properties and in that case, you’ve got a situation where, if you’ve got a landlord who’s looking to retire, you know, there’s a there’s a there’s.

Some great acquisition opportunities, absolutely and depending upon how he’s done it, how do you, how do you take over if they were in his name? You’Ve got a bit of a problem and he’s got a bit of a problem: a capital gains tax and B. Do not never buy property in your own name, because the government has set up a taxes system now that anybody buying property in their own name is going to be hammered, whereas if you’re buying it through the company, it’s not a problem.

You have you get text on what you take out and you can roll over any profits any game. Salutely the the government sort of done a little bit of war with the small amateur landlord they doesn’t want the Apple. They want to kick them out.
