Mobile DJ FREE Marketing Tips | Get more leads!

What’s up everyone welcome back to the blog, my name is DJ. Rick Webb, as always, and in today’s article I polled on Facebook, I went on Facebook and I was asking people I’m like what is the number one and maybe the number two problem you were struggling with in your DJ career, your DJ business period and pretty much Unanimously people were talking about marketing, they were struggling with marketing and in general, most DJ’s were asking for free ways to marketing, because mo DJ’s don’t want to spend a lot of money on marketing I’m kind of a little different.

I spend quite a bit of money on marketing, but I do do a lot of tactics that are free and I’m going to be sharing with you guys all of the tactics, tips, tricks and places that you can do free marketing for your DJ business to help Grow it so, let’s jump on into it all right, so kicking it off we’re going to be talking about probably one of the biggest and the easiest ways to do free marketing, and that is social media and in particular, there’s only like three platforms that I really Focus on there are endless platforms and you could probably, if you want to you, can post everywhere.

You can post on Twitter, snapchat Facebook, Instagram YouTube tik-tok, but that’s probably going to eat up a lot of your time and you’re, probably not going to be effective by posting on everywhere, but it could help you never know. In reality, I’m only focusing on Instagram and YouTube because my Instagram and my Facebook are linked so that whenever I post on Instagram, it automatically posts the same thing on Facebook.

So really I’m just updating our Instagram and our YouTube. And I’m talking about our company pages and all my personal pages and speaking of posting you want to post. Often I try to shoot for about once a week. I have a notification on my phone that goes off once a week to remind me to post something on Instagram. How sad is that I’m really good about posting stories, but I tend to slack on actual posts and speaking of that, what should you be posting and what do I post well, if any of you follow me on Instagram, you guys know that I post a little Bit of like personal life stuff, but I also post a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff of what I’m doing for the company, whether it’s creating a new timeline for my couples, creating an edit for one of my couple’s.

First, dances: that’s coming up or packing gear working on gear. The couples really don’t care to see the gear stuff, but it’s nice. This show that you’re actually doing stuff behind the scenes and you’re actually working hard for their upcoming events and then, obviously, when it comes to actually doing weddings and the events you’re doing you want to post them on Instagram, you want to post high-quality photos for them.

You want to post some article clips, you want to post some Instagram stories and speaking of stories, Instagram stories. In particular, I’m going to link down below my good friend, DJ mojo. He made a complete article on how he does his Instagram stories and let me tell you he is killing it. He goes ham and hardcore on these Instagram stories, like tagging vendors, like text all these geo tags, and he goes into complete detail on how he makes his Instagram stories and how he does them.

I highly recommend the article guys. It is super helpful. I don’t think I’m going to go to that level cuz he just he. I commend to moto. You do a great job on your Instagram stories. I’ve told him that in person before, but he made a whole article on it, go check it out. If you want to know how to do killer, Instagram stories for your events, but anyways post, often post stories post about what you’re doing behind the scenes post about the events, do that sort of stuff on your social media.

Now some other bonus tips for Instagram and Facebook follow your couples, follow the couples that you are going to be DJing for. Follow the companies that you’re going to be DJing for follow them. You want to follow them for a few reasons, one if it’s a couple year to be DJing their wedding in six months, twelve months well following them on Instagram they’re, obviously going to follow you back and when you’re posting this stuff about all these events.

You’re doing it reassures them that you are a great DJ, they get to see you doing other weddings and events and stuff like that, and it builds hype. They get excited for their wedding and they get excited that you’re going to be part of their wedding and too when you’re. At these events, you’re at these weddings you’re at these school dances when you post stuff on social media, you can tag the couple.

You can tag the offenders and when you tag them and they get the notification that you tagged them they’re going to have the ability to then share your post on their platforms, extending your reach, aka your market, now that’s Facebook and Instagram, and the third one I Mentioned is YouTube and obviously, on YouTube. What you want to be posting is articles. You want to post articles of your events, you want to post articles of you DJing, you want to post articles of clients having a great time and well.

It might not be the best source of marketing per se, but it will be a good portfolio for you to send potential leads that you get on Facebook and Instagram to see bigger, Longer articles of you actually DJing in person and actually rocking crowds at events. But I do have one sort of marketing tip tool trick for YouTube, and that is what you put in your title, your description and in your tags and when it comes down to all three of those areas, it comes down to search engine optimization.

So you want to be tagging stuff and putting stuff in your title and description that clients or couples will be searching for. Some examples are venues. So if you’re DJing at a very popular venue in your area, you want to put that venue name in the title of that article, put it in the description and put it in the tags along the lines of that you want to be tagging the city and The state that you’re in so for me DJ North Carolina, wedding, DJ North Carolina, believe it or not I’ve actually booked weddings before, because the couples have gone on YouTube and search for wedding DJ in this city.

Wedding DJ in this state wedding, DJ at this venue in this state, so having articles with tags for cities, states and the venues that you’re at are key for search engines so that you pop up on their search results. The next thing that you can do for free marketing is sign up for wedding wire and believe it or not. You can actually set up a free account on wedding wire, the nut you don’t have to pay for it.

For anyone, that’s never dealt with wedding wire or the knot. Basically, the people that pay money you pay for your placement. So typically, there is like DJ’s at the very very top and there’s only like a few. They limit the amount of spotlight DJ’s that can be on the placement. Those are the top dollar spots you pay for at the very top below that are featured. I don’t believe they have a limit on featured, but that’s normally your second level of payment and then they have like pro, I think, and then they have free accounts and now with the free account.

Obviously, you are not going to be very high up on the placement, maybe like the third page of results, the main point of having a free account on wedding wire and the not is that they are a great place to have reviews and that’s actually a tip For anyone that actually wants to start paying for a wedding, why, on the not don’t start paying off the get-go, get on there for free get yourself ten or so reviews get yourself started with some reviews, then pay for the account and actually get it up on The listing you want to have some reviews on there before you start marketing your reviews.

I hope that makes sense. You don’t want to pay for a listing if you don’t have any reviews to showcase so go, set up a free wedding wire and an on account and get some of your past clients to leave some reviews and get the ball rolling. All right. Social media wedding wire and not great ways to do some free marketing, but in our industry, in the DJ industry, the number one source of events, the number one source of weddings, the number one source of business in general is referrals and it would be a disc Justice for me to make this article on free marketing and not talk about the number one free way that we get events in Leeds in bookings and how you can optimize that so whip referrals and, in particular, with weddings.

Our couples are great sources of future referrals. They’re going to go talk to their other, close friends that are also getting married and maybe refer us to them. It’s a great source of referrals, but how many of those close friends do they actually have to give you a referral? 3. 5. Maybe 10. Now, what other source of possible referrals are at all of the wedding’s that we do? You probably see where I’m going with this vendors other professional wedding vendors vendors can be and should be, your number one priority to try again referrals off of because they are doing a crap-ton of other weddings and have a lot of other couples that they can refer To you – and I kind of already touched on this in the social media section when I talked about following all of the vendors that you’re going to be working with on like Instagram on Facebook, like their pages and tag them in the post, that you make with The events that you’re doing with them, one additional thing that I do with wedding vendors – is eye contact all them before every single wedding and every single event.

I contact them normally the week of, and I send them over a copy of the timeline that I have and I try to see if the timeline works with them nine times out of ten, it does sometimes with photographers. I do it a little bit sooner, maybe like two weeks out, but it’s just starting that little bit of conversation with them to get them to know you better to network and then at the event. Obviously, I make time to go chat with all the other vendors show them the face that they’ve been talking to via text or phone call or email.

That way, they see my face in person give them a business card, take their business cards, etc, and then, after the wedding or the event, I always send either like a quick text or email following up with a vendor. Just basically saying hey had a great time working with you, maybe if it’s the caterer I mentioned hey, the food was amazing. I loved the steak or the photographer hey. If you’ve got some awesome shots, I’d love to share them on social media.

The venue talked about how great the venue was just little conversation pieces, just basically building that networking and lastly, one bonus thing with vendors. If you really like a vendor, if you like work with them – and they were like one of the best photographers, you ever worked with – add them to your referral list for other clients. One of the easiest ways to win over a vendor is to refer business to them, and that’s really something I do.

If, like every single lead, I get. I always ask my lead. Basically, hey are you looking for any other vendors? This is like, after we have our conversation about DJ and all that, but at the end I always ask them like hey. Are you looking for any other vendors I’d love to refer a vendor that you might be looking for that I like to work with as well, such as like a photographer, a articlegrapher, Cakery, florist, etc, and if they are looking for those I’m going to refer those Top people that I really like working with to that couple and I would word it somewhere along the lines of like if they’re looking for a photographer I’d, be like.

Oh you looking for a photographer! Oh, I love working with Sarah here’s, her phone number, here’s her email tell her. I sent you so spend the time building relationships with the vendors in your area. It’ll help you tremendously there you go, build your referral network with your vendors work on your social media post some stuff tag on the vendors tag. Your couples follow your couples on social media post.

Some articles of you out in the wild on YouTube make sure you do your tags right. Real Estate Marketing Ideas For New Agents With No Money – EASY & FREE! (2020)

Every single article and the winner today was Brandon. Haslett and Brandon saw I post his comment down all right up here And, and he was like this article actually was inspired by his comment. So Brandon’s, 20 years old, He’s saying that he goes and he knocks doors every day. I think he was like try to make 10 or 20 contacts every single day. He’s like look, I’m a new agent. I you know: don’t have a lot of money go through put into marketing, It doesn’t matter if you’re 20, 30, 40, 50, whatever like.

Sometimes, when you’re skins start, You don’t have a lot of money to go put towards advertising or Zillow leads truly leads or any of that other stuff. So I just want to share with you guys some of the things that I would go through and do and some of these success stories of Has based off of this little strategy that I’ve got for you guys right so number one. Okay, I would go through You’re reading this article right here on YouTube.

I would go through and start your own YouTube blog right now, really quick guys before you’re, like Jason, I I don’t want to start YouTube blog. It takes too much time too much work and You know I can’t go through and then shoot a article. I’r scared to be on camera, really, quick guys. I want to show you guys a few different agents who didn’t start too long ago, and they have absolutely explode their brand and They just get leads like almost like endless leads coming to them right.

So this is right here. This is Graham Stefan. He is a realtor in the stuff. I think his South comes Southern California’s. Sorry, I can’t even talk right now Lily this guy’s he’s got over a hundred thousand subscribers. Now, if we come over here now, I think he started a couple of years ago, but he’s just been consistent with it right. So it says one year ago, guys look at that one year He has over a hundred thousand subscribers, and so This is one person.

I’r like okay, this. This is a huge brand that he’s very Consistent with the he’s shooting articles like every you know, a couple articles a week, but for here’s another one Loida right here. She says new articles weekly, so it’s like. If you don’t have time to go through and shoot articles non-stop, then you know you can go through and shoot it like. Maybe once a week two times a week three times a week and the great thing about YouTube: guys: Okay, If you guys been following me for some time now and also add a link to a article that I created, of how to actually Rank your YouTube articles And I go through step by step everything.

I do not see your not going to rank every single one, But I’ve got a blog That I start in the dental space that has well over a million views, and I started out about seven years ago And I still get twenty to twenty five thousand views. Every single month at like, like today, guys every single month Without even doing anything I having to touch that blog for like four to five months. Okay, so the great thing about YouTube is One: you can go rank for different keywords too: It’s a hundred percent free organic traffic as people going through Just typing in a little search result and I’ll.

Tell you guys some of the different things to cert or to make the articles about Here in a second and then you know when they see your article, They see you on camera, and so it builds a deeper bond They’re like okay. You know this, this Lloyd, a person or Jason person, whoever it is. You build a deeper connection with that person. Alright, So here’s another one brian kocel is so so loyal. She’s got twenty thousand.

Almost twenty one thousand subscribers Brian’s got sixty five thousand and then here’s another one chaste and he’s got a little over five thousand. So you don’t have to have a massive blog right. You can go through and have a small Channel, and just if you like, go through start making a article two articles a Day, then you start to be found on a Google search engine. It’s a hundred percent free and the nice thing.

Is you make a article today, Five years from now that still is going to pop up in the Google search and engine the youtube search engine Just like? What’s going on with my dental YouTube, blog right, so, for example, right here, Chaston right here, Let’s say you use the keyword, hey the top real estate agent in Dallas. Right look down here, He’s not the very top but says hey meet chats in Dallas real estate agent.

Okay, So you can say hey. You could target keywords like top real estate agent in Dallas or Hey how to sell your home in Dallas and obviously it depends on like what city you’re in so like if you’re in Omaha Nebraska, like the top realtor in Omaha Nebraska, And when you go through. If you’re like trying to rank for like the the keyword top realtor, That’s going to Be pretty hard right, cuz, there’s going to be a ton and ton of people.

I think there’s over two million agents in the United States They’re going to be trying to rank for that keyword right. But if you go through and say, hey top realtor in your city, your state There’s going to be a lot fewer people actually on YouTube. And even I’m trying to rank for that right or you know, hey how to sell your home in Dallas or how to buy a home in Dallas or whatever city that you live in right.

So those are some really good keywords to go through and target and, as I mentioned guys, It’s a hundred percent free organic traffic. You don’t have to go through run as towards this. Obviously This is a little bit longer term strategy, but you can combine it with. Like, for example, Brandon He’s knocking doors every single day, That’s a little bit short of term strategy right, but then you can go through and be shooting these articles.

I’r just different topics like look right here. Chasse I’ll just show you guys some of the different articles. He does – and this is a good way to get ideas – is go, find other Agents that have YouTube blogs and see what types of articles are shooting and that you’re basically got unlimited content right So right here, let’s see It’s a hard being a realtor. My success in the real estate business He’s got a article on his listing appointment, real estate agent daily life.

You know you could just come over here and click articles and you’ve got all the articles that he’s done. You’ve got all the articles that Bryan’s done, that Lloyd has done This Graham’s done And there’s a ton of other agents doing the same type of thing now Graham gets a little bit into like the investing stuff And he even talks about bitcoins some of those other Hot topics, which is probably why his blogs growing a little bit faster, but guys, even with this smaller blog like 5,000 subscribers, You can get massive results like even if you’re skinny started, and you only have like 50 to 100 subscribers, You can still see some pretty Good results because you start showing up in the Google and YouTube search engine right.

Ok, So that’s step number one guys! I would go through start a YouTube blog start, branding yourself, Okay, especially like Brandon. If you’re 20 years old man, These articles are going to be live for 10 to 20, like when you’re 30 or 40 years old, these are going to be There where you can go through and still be, bringing in business right. It’s really good to start this right now. Okay, so then also another thing you want to do is: let’s say This is your article right here.

I don’t know whose article says I’m just going to click on. Oh, that’s a this, not even a article. How did they? Okay? Let’s see, let’s go, Let’s get! Okay, Here’s a YouTube article right here! Okay, so let’s say you got this YouTube article right here. What you’re going to Do is you’ll have a link down here to some sort of landing page. Now, if you guys read my previous trainings, I talked about landing pages.

If you guys have no idea what I’m talking about I’ll also add a link to another article. Talking about the easiest way to go through and generate leads online, and you add a link to that landing page to get their person’s Name. Phone number and email address to go through and grab that contact information right have some sort of call to action. Some sort of Giveaway that you’re doing on the blog, Then you could also leave a comment down here with a link to that landing page right now, Once you’re going through you’re grabbing all this data You’re building your network through this landing page, getting more leads and All that stuff, what you want to do is go import them into some sort of CRM.

So Here’s the Arsenal, CRM right and if this works for any CRM that you’re using. Obviously this is the one we use here. You can go through and import your contacts. You just choose a file pretty soon We’re actually going to be integrated, 100 % with Gmail with Google contacts, So you can just go and seamlessly sync those and then what we do is just put them on a drip campaign. Okay, so in this messages section what we have is We’ve got these pre-built templates of these are the bimonthly updates right, so every 15 days You’re going through and dropping an email on them, so that they’re just kind of like remembering who you are remembering the brand And all That stuff and then what we can do is over here once We’ve imported those leads, We just select all those leads And we say: hey and roll.

The leads of the sequence, choose, the sequence say: buy monthly updates, hit, enroll leads And they’ll be enrolled. Automatically into that sequence, and if you look at that, Obviously this is a demo account. But let’s say you’ve got a hundred leads right or 500 or a thousand leads And you’re just and rolling all those people in the same sequence. So, every 15 days you’re dripping on these people with real estate, Specific content, we’re building your brand or let’s say you launch a new article and you want people to know about it.

You go through in your CRM, create a new email, so come in here, say: Hey, create an email and go blast out an email to all of your contacts. Saying hey, I just shot a new article or I’ve got a new listing or I’m doing an open house or doing whatever and You’ve got endless content, And this is a really nice easy, free way to go through and brand yourself As you’re just getting started. Alright. So, anyway, guys, Hopefully you like some of these real estate marketing ideas for brand new agents.

If you have no money Just getting started, This is exactly what I would do if I’m just going and getting started. And yes, It sounds like it could sound like a little bit of work. Okay, but it sounds like maybe not the fastest process, but guys you know in five years, No matter what you do, you’re going to be five years older right. So if you go through – and you start right now – And you just get it done and just go start in five years – You’re not going to be looking back with regrets right in five years, You’re going to be looking back and look.

Oh man Look at that! That personal brand, like that business, that I built That’s going to Be able to serve me for years to come when I’m thirty thirty-five forty, You know all those different ages, cuz like you’ve, built that solid foundation And you’re, not just looking for the quick fix right. Social Media Trends to Watch Out for in 2020 – Time To Get Social

Your business you’ve probably sat down your building your marketing strategy of all these new ideas. I want to make sure that you understand the top trends of 2020 that you need to look out for as a business in terms of social media. Marketing and a lot of these are things that we’re looking at for our clients that we’re going to be rolling out.

I want to make sure that you understand them and that you are using them, because these things are going to be huge in 2020. Okay, the first one of these is tick. Tock tick. Tock is super powerful. It’s going to keep growing 20 20 hundreds of millions of users. The organic exposure is unreal. It is Instagram five years ago and we all know how that turned out for people who hopped on five six seven years ago, now’s your chance to do that with tick tock.

It’s a younger demographic, but a that’s great. If your business already targets younger demographics, you’re spot on but B, if your business doesn’t that’s okay, because there’s also an aging demographic coming onto the platform, but the younger demographic is sharing this content with their friends, their family they’re, sharing it on their Instagram and their Facebook as tik-tok allows that, and so it doesn’t matter what you’re targeting forget the age of Emma graphic.

If you can get content content on tick tock in 2020, do it it’s going to be worth it you’ll. Thank me later. Okay, number, two long format. Article continues to hold strong long format, article being 8, 9, 10 minutes plus right YouTube, LinkedIn Facebook, so many more platforms now are allowing this even Instagram as Instagram TV right. They are now allowing series you can upload series of articles.

Like basically TV shows, people are just content, consumption monsters and your business can take advantage of that, create more long format, deep-dive stuff, that’s actually meaningful and valuable. 2020 and you’ll see a huge result from it. Okay, the third one is paid advertising. As you know, Facebook and Instagram have been cutting the organic reach of the business accounts, especially to a ridiculous extent.

It’s almost impossible to reach anyone anymore you’re, not going to grow your business if you’re not paying for advertising period. The platforms are insanely powerful, but you have to pay to get the most out of them. We’re talking Facebook Ads, Instagram, ads story, ads messenger ads. You can even run tik-tok ads by the way through Facebook, which is pretty cool. Okay. The fourth thing is multi-platform strategies right in 2020: it’s all about being every where that doesn’t mean you need to create unique content for every single blog, because who has the time for that? But it means you need a smart strategy where you can produce content once that works for every platform.

That’s what we do here. I basically film like four articles a month and that gives us all of our content for YouTube. Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, emails, everything right! Everything so come up with a great strategy. We figured out. You guys got ta figure it out I’ll. Do a article on my strategy at some point this year and show you what we do here. Number five text. Marketing text marketing is again becoming massive right.

Very powerful, as email, open rates, kind of decline and emails are becoming less responsive text is where it’s at people are still checking these. This is the TV of 2020. This is where everybody’s attention is so, in addition to being on social media. You also want to be in people’s texts right. You want to start building a text database instead of just collecting your customers, emails collect their numbers, so you can text them.

You can market to them where they actually respond, who doesn’t check their phone when it goes ding, and you go oh, what’s that everyone still checks that right now take advantage of it. Okay text marketing there’s a ton of great platforms to look into from the complicated ones like Twilio, which lets you custom code, all kinds of cool things too easy texting, simple texting. I’ve used a bunch of them slick text.

I’ve definitely tested a few. I think we’re using easy text right now or easy texting whatever it’s called, but basically you integrate that into your marketing. Someone opts in through your funnel make sure you get their number put it in this marketing system, so that you can build a database of numbers that you can market to okay, very important in 2020, that you do that partially also because we want to start moving Towards gaining attention on social media, but then as quickly as possible, pulling that off the platform and owning it, because we don’t know what the future holds for a lot of these blogs.

What they’re going to! Let you do what they’re not going to? Let you do you want to use them to get attention for your brand, get names, emails, numbers and then own that so that no matter what happens you still own your own audience, okay, and that’s why it’s very very important texting is going to be crucial in 2020, the last strategy is the last big trend is alternative. Advertising platforms are growing in popularity, so things like ways like Spotify.

Those are huge ways is great because it’s great for local marketing. If you’re in a tucked away spot people drive by they, don’t see you you’re a restaurant you’re, a golf club you’re, something that people actually become into a retailer Waze make sure that as people drive by you pop up on the map, every single time, that’s crucial Right now that everyone is using Waze on their phone as they drive, you want to make sure you’re coming up and that you’re visible and it’s still relatively cheap and easy to use.

So I recommend it as well as other platforms like Spotify. Definitely look into that. These are all platforms they’re now allowing advertising that can bring some diversity to your digital marketing strategy and it doesn’t hurt to test they’re working well. We have seen and worked with clients using it, but definitely recommend trying it out. For yourself, I’m not saying it’s going to work, it’s just a trend, that’s happening! More people are jumping on board, so that’s my big six things coming up for 2020 will definitely be diving deeper into these, as I come out with more articles every single week, but that’s all you need to know for now.

Teacher Lesson Planner 2019/2020 | Erin Condren #ECSquad

Thank You, Torian Sam and the team over it Erin Condren for sending all of these goodies to me when you are reading this. It is teacher lesson planner day launch day, so all the links are going to be below if you would like to check them out. So I haven’t opened this yet I just opened up the box.

Cuz y’all don’t need to know my address, but in the very top it has some of these new kaleidoscope pattern. I haven’t seen these yet so I’m very excited about that. So this is happy everything. It’s like the little post, it post it no post card and then these seals I always keep the seals. I rarely keep these just because I don’t really use them, but love that they come in the new pattern, and this is all the teacher stuff, I’m so jazzed.

Okay, let me try to take this all out and then we’ll like go from there. Oh, my gosh, so much Bilbo Reb. Oh all, right, move The Box out of the way we look at all that. Oh, it’s so cute! Alright, let’s open this bad boy up! Oh wow! Look at all the goodies! Okay, let’s go through this one by one! So I have seen people already post about this on Instagram and blogs, and things like that. I will leave some links down below if you guys want to see, maybe what some other people got or other people’s thoughts on certain things, so anyways um.

This is the plan T pack, and this is in a pattern that came out last year. I believe it does have that metallic mist to it and it’s got a gold zip, which I love. You can see it a little bit better if you guys want to know the actual size. It is a 5.25 by eight inches yeah, it’s so cute. I just think these are so much fun. I will show it on the planner and in just a few minutes. Next up we have this metallic washi tape duo and it’s 216 foot rolls.

I pull this out for y’all, so you can see it. I have heard that this is actual washi tape and not the paper tape that has happened in years past. Oh yeah, it’s actual washi tape, oh yeah, yeah cool! Oh I’m excited for that. Okay, those are really cute. These are like the little watercolor apples with the asterisks inside of them. Also, these are apples with asterisks inside of them too, but they’re, just like the gold foil they’re.

So nice, okay, love these. This is so cute. I know last year I think in the last couple of years, they’ve actually had the stylized sticky notes in a like teacher or student version, and I love that this one is so kind of plain. You can make it your own, and this has like a long to-do list which is kind of awesome, too little stickies and then like a big circle. This one says: don’t forget, and you know a smaller little box here and then this would just like the little paperclip I feel like anyone could use these.

That’s really nice and I will show these in the planner in just a moment. I’m just kind of like putting the things up to the side, and then this is a petite journal, but I’ve seen the inside of this, and I think it’s really interesting so like let’s take a peek at it. It is in the hexagon pattern, which I always think is like the bumblebee pattern, because it looks like honeycomb, but in the gold foil it says successful people are simply those with successful habits.

Those like a habit, tracker, so yeah and then this would fit in your on-the-go folio if you have that off camera hold on. I have this. This is like my little monthly planner for 2019 that I love. They are the exact same size. So if you have a petite planner, you could totally use this or you could just like very easily slip this into your bag or whatever. But I like that it is small and cute, and it’s got that metallic foiling.

I hope you guys can see that sometimes on camera things look a little funky so anyway, this is so cool all right and then it’s like all trackers y’all like this is kind of Awesome. So if you’re someone that likes to track anything in your life, you don’t have to be a student, you don’t have to be a teacher. This would be amazing. It also has like a little dotted line. It’s not perforated, but it is a dotted line.

So if you want to keep the same habits but then like every single week like tear off the page, you totally could and then it is on the opposite side as well, which is great because then you’re like utilizing all the papers. So I love that and I love that there are seven of these. You could use them for every single day of the week or whatever. But this is, I don’t know what I’m going to use this for, but I feel like I could use this for something good.

I don’t know, but I feel like I could, but anyway but yeah you could fill it up with as many habits trackers whatever. But you could track anything in here which is awesome. You could even do this for like some of your finances and stuff like that, would be pretty awesome. I don’t know just you could use so many things for this, so I’m really pumped about this little book here and then next we have the designer sticker book classroom collection, edition 3.

This is like their normal sticker books. Last year they had the like the pad that kind of like opened up, and I have that – and I love that – and I still use it from time to time, because you know I work in an office. So I think it’s great for anyone in an office. But let’s look up the school stuff. These are pretty. I just really like this kind of like underlay, of like this tone on tone. I don’t know I’m just like a huge fan.

These are nice this I like this. If you all know me and have seen any of my plan with me articles and I’m sorry, I haven’t been like posting them, but I actually have a plan with me article coming up this week. So like stay tuned, it’s going to be like a different plan with me, but anyways y’all know that I don’t track. I mean I track things, but I’m not like a habit tracker person in my planner like I don’t track my water and I don’t track.

You know spending in my personal planner and like the things that I show on the Internet, I don’t know, but I think this would be so cute. I don’t know why, like this sings to me for some reason, mmm so yeah, I don’t know. I saw this on someone’s post. I think it was gen McIntosh. I saw this on one of her post and I was like. I need all of those. I don’t know why, but I need them, so this would even be cute like on your monthly cuz.

It has like five columns so sometimes there’s five weeks in a month. That would be really cool like track if you’re wan na know track something for other months. Oh no, I just thought. Okay, I’m going to stop talking about that page and then now we have some metallic apples and some like little tabby things. Some of these things you probably wouldn’t use so like I probably wouldn’t use like 50th day a hundredth day and last day.

Unless I don’t know somehow, I was tracking something like personal for myself. Most of these you can totally use like reminder. I can use that assembly – probably not but maybe conference, maybe a field trip. I probably wouldn’t use important. Definitely I could use and take note. Definitely I can use, and then there are some really cute little flags, and this has like a little paperclip metallic on there, so nice, and then these are just days of the week, which was very cool ooh.

I saw this and I was like yes please. These are transparent, so you can put them in the planner which is kind of cool or mean you could put them anywhere, but yeah, and then we’ve got some washi strips and then this I’m excited about, because I have used a bunch of these in the old Sticker book and I’m really glad that it have more now, because I you know I am one of the people in my office that actually doesn’t go to a lot of meetings.

I mean there’s like multiple meetings a day for people and I’m so thankful that I don’t have to go to all the meetings, because I’m kind of like an intermediary, someone that doesn’t have to deal with like the pre-planning stuff and someone that doesn’t have to deal With like the end of the order stuff, I’m kind of in the middle, so I don’t have too much to do with having a meeting of the minds of thing, but there are some things I have to do for meetings, but I love these stickers.

I think they’re so pretty. I love the colors this year, so nice here’s another transparent sheet with some different icons, which is really nice another transparent sheet – and you know some of these – have like rapport. Do after school break no school like all. These are break-in no school like it probably wouldn’t use those, but there is like a staff meeting. I could use that to do report. Do I could use that? Sometimes we do testing, which is actually something I do don’t forget and then like a bunch of icons and just cute little things.

So that is the sticker book, I’m so excited and then next up we have the metallic mini snap-in bookmarks. I was super confused when I did my life planner launch day article. I hope, throw it up in a card for you guys. My thing said metallic and it wasn’t metallic, but this one is metallic, so I don’t know. I just think it was like different packaging that it was in because I was like they’re not metallic, but it says metallic, I’m confused, so anyways umm.

So there is a three-set here. We’ve got like the teal. We’ve got like a darker Navy and then we’ve got a like. I don’t know, I don’t think it’s red. I think it’s more of that pink, it’s more like this color here, but these are so nice. I love these. These are like my favorite favorite thing for cutting washi, and then we have. This teacher weekly dashboard says clip it in check it off plan it out.

Well, okay, then alright, and then we have a Monday through Sunday Saturday. I don’t know I need to open this. Hang on, I swear like half of the footage is always me just like opening things. Oh cool, alright, so you’ve got Monday Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday Friday, and then you have a Saturday and Sunday and then you have a before school after school. This would be great for just anyone that has kids.

To be honest, you could do like your meal plans and like before school after school, chores or tasks that they need to get done before. Like you know, parents get home and all that kind of stuff. That’s cool and then you’ve got kind of six little sections here and it says: forget the mistakes. Remember the lessons in like a very light, lined right here. So you know if you have notes about upcoming things or whatever.

I think this would be really nice, and this is life planner sighs, so it clearly would fit in a regular. You know Erin Condren life planner, which I actually have my Erin Condren life planner for 2019 2020 right here and I could easily just snap this sucker in I’m not going to do it at the moment. But I could do it all right. Here’s the piece de resistance, let me clear some stuff out of the way and then and then we’ll get to it, y’all all right here it is oh, this is so beautiful.

Okay, first off the teacher lesson planners are larger than the regular life planner and let me show you the difference. It also comes with this awesome bookmark, which also came with this planner as well, so I’m going to just do edge on edge. This is the sizing difference. So if you are interested, that’s the difference, the coil, I don’t know it seems a little bit yeah. The coil feels like it’s a little bit bigger.

Let’s see if you guys can see yeah, it seems a little bit. Bigger y’all like in the monitor, actually looks a lot bigger, but in person it just looks a little bit bigger. So I like that, because there’s a lot of pages in this thing, so clearly you can pull this off and put it anywhere. You want or just keep them off. I like to keep mine off. Just I don’t know personal preference. This is a really beautiful cover.

This year there was a couple of different new covers for the school line, and I picked this one. I thought this was so nice. You can obviously personalize it. I don’t like to personalize anything as you guys can see with this one. I didn’t personalize it at all, so, let’s dive into it. Oh this is so nice. Okay, let me here we go alright cool. I still making sure you guys are as centered as possible on this side is always a little dashboard area where you can use your wet erase markers and then you just hop in to the planner and then this is the teacher lesson planner.

This book belongs to the paper is still the Mohawk paper, it feels very nice and then they have an informational page. It says all about me: classroom information resources, name school year, email, phone address, classroom resources, website and passwords, and then over here we have events and volunteers, classroom, volunteers and contact information and then classroom events and date, information and I’m sure y’all are wondering like.

Why do I have this planner? Well, I’m kind of toying with the idea of using this for something, but if I’m using it I will share. However, I did read Jen from Jen plans, her blog or links, or something will be below for her. She did like an open box of her PR kit from Erin Condren and she is going to be. I don’t know if she is already like a scout leader, but she is going to be a scout leader this upcoming year and she was going to be using it for this and then possibly some other things, and I just thought that was like an awesome idea, Because there’s so many ways you can utilize this to really fit for your lifestyle, and you don’t have to be a teacher.

You can. You can be a student, you can be a parent, you can work with other organizations that maybe you just want that schedule totally separate from your personal schedule in your life planner or whatever kind of planner you use so anyway yeah. So I just wanted to address that because I’m sure y’all are like what the heck all right. So we have this contact tab and we have a communication. Log date name reason, slash resolved and then another one right here with a tab and it says 2019 2020 and then we have our year at a glance or our half year at a glance and then our full 2020 at a glance which is awesome.

And then we have our tab that says of your plan, so this kind of gives you, like a big overview, that you can maybe write some key points in or goal setting or whatever you’d like to do for your year plan. We also have a graph. This is purdy-like big old graph pieces of paper, and I think that there might be a couple in here. There are a few in here and then also we have some lined pages and then this page says that you can learn something new every day.

If you listen, isn’t that true and then dates to remember in July, so there is looks like a couple pages before every months you can write notes or follow-ups or whatever this page here is kind of the same as the old life planners, where it’s like thicker. If that makes sense, which is the tabbed page, then this page like this – it’s always like a little bit of a like thicker, almost feels like cardstock, but it’s not cardstock, and then here is july 2019, very subtle, tone-on-tone.

A coloration also has the next upcoming month. On the side, I love love, love that that is so nice and then you have Monday through Friday in here with another column as well, and then columns kind of going down. Also, you have a big section right here that you could use some of your stickers in so like some of these could fit right in there if you’ve got certain lessons or certain tasks or something that you would want to put in there, which is great, and Then you know it just kind of goes from there.

So here is July. Let’s go to August because I mean it’s going to be like they’re, so redundant yeah. So before the month you have two pages, basically a page, a little more than a page and a half of lined lined paper, basically and then dates to remember in August. So if you’ve got events coming up or birthdays anniversaries, no school early dismissals things like that, you can always write them in there and then so far yeah.

I really like this. Okay, I don’t want to go through the whole thing because, like y’all are probably bored by this points so anyway, the planner does go from, let’s see here July through July, so we have a full month. Okay, oh this is nice okay, so you have a full month of july 2019 in here, which is great, so you have your monthly page and all your weekly is, and then this gives me July 2020 as well, and also with my little August 2020 here and Let’s see so, we’ve got the first week or like the end of June, into the first week of July and then the first full week of July here to kind of tide you over until the next planner, which is awesome.

Then we have a little tab here. That says checklist, which is a nice piece of paper that has its like that cardstock e1 still cuz, it’s got the little Chucky tabs on there, so I’ve got a nice line piece of paper and then over here. This is where the checklists live. Oh, my gosh. This is so pretty very similar. This is called the student checklist, but it’s very similar to this I feel like this could be used really well for personal goals or whatever.

But so anyway, you can put the names and you can put assignments whatever you’d like, and it also says fold or cut along this dotted line. So you can fold or cut because if you’ve got the same students over and over, you can just do this and then you know it’s the same line for the same student, but you know more assignments if that makes sense. So you’ve got quite a few pages of these. I just love this.

Like light pastel vibe going on, I really like that. I believe that there are some customizations where you can customize like how many pages you get of certain things and whatnot, so that information will be on the website on the launch day. I’m really not a hundred percent sure on that. So anyway, and then there are some sticker sheets, because I mean it wouldn’t be an Erin Condren planner without some sticker sheets.

Okay. So then we have this metallic foiled. One we’ve got some other, really fun ones. There’s like field trip, take note conference assembly reminder. I could use some of these probably not field trip, but I could use some of them like great job big day. I can give myself like a great job Apple one of these days, and then we’ve got some more okay. My camera just cut off because I’ve been talking too much um, don’t know where I was, but I think I was still looking at stickers and then on this page.

We’ve got some more of those little tabs and some more a little like small boxes and washi strips and then we’ve got some cute little boxes and then we’ve got the back pocket, which is huge by the way and then the pocket on the back. And I must say I totally forgot in my planner article when I did the Erin Condren life planner, to talk about the back pocket. Remember how it used to be that little dinky pocket that, like nothing ever fit in, I’m so glad that they have the big pocket on the back and the front.

Now because I feel like you couldn’t fit, you know stuff in there yeah it has it on this side too, but I love that they did that with the teacher lesson planner as well all right up next, oh my god, I’m so excited about these two um. There are some stickers I mean stickers are like life right guys, so this has the coordinating colors, and this is july. 2019. Let me actually like zoom you in a little bit, so you can see this a little bit better.

These are some of the holidays. Already pre-printed, this looks like it comes with the planner, so we’ve got lots of different things like Labor Day, Grandparents Day International Literacy Day Patriot day like it just has a whole bunch of other things in here has a bunch of blank ones too. So if you want to write your own, you totally can and then we’ve just got like all the months going on. Oh, oh did I get two sets.

Oh no, I just ended up getting two of the sheet weird. I I’m sure that you’re supposed to just get two sheets out. Let me zoom you guys back out. Cuz things are getting weird: okay cool. I ended up getting two of this sheet. I think you’re just supposed to get one of each, because that just seems kind of silly, okay cool. Let me move that over here. Also, you have options with this clear pocket as well.

You can put things in there like invitations or other things that you would need to put in there. I’m not sure, but there are, I believe, options with that and then the last page is also this nice. Blank area that you can write things in and then the back cover alright, I said I was going to show you guys this tape and I’m going to do that right now. So let me get some paper yah all right, I’m just going to use this like graph side paper and then I’m going to show you how these fit as well.

I’m going to use one of my little stylized, sticky notes or nonstick. You know. So. I’m sorry snapping book words. It’s been a long day at work. You guys to cut my washi and you know I got to start at the end here. Let’s take a peek ooh. It like rolls out really nice guys, really nice cool, all right, I’m trying to get it straight. I feel I feel the pressure from the internet to make it straight. Okay, cut the washi yeah yeah, okay, that laid out really nice, and this looks so pretty.

I feel, like you know, you don’t have to be a student or a teacher, to love this planner and to love all of these things. I mean you could just like really like apples. You know fun fact I actually eat applesauce almost every morning. For my breakfast, no, that’s like a really random fact, but it’s true all right and this beautiful gold foil, so nice and company was she nice. This looks so cute, oh okay, I’m going to stop being weird, I mean, but I guess I am where didn’t you guys already know that so whatever okay? So this is what it all looks like laid down with the washi and let me get to a monthly page.

I’m also going to do this on a weekly, so y’all can see the sizing and things like that. So we’ve got our to do and I’m going to try to get as close as I can in a corner. So you can see you know, sizing and stuff like that. So this goes over just slightly here I don’t know. Just kind of count depends on how you like it there we go. I want to do one like this as well, so you can see these ones are like almost sticky all the way through.

Okay, that took me a moment all right, actually very cool and then the don’t forget which is like my favorite one, because you would think that I’m like this planner person, that is like really unforgettable, I kind of am forgetful, sometimes so yeah. This is how it looks on the month view of the teacher lesson. Planner, and here is the weekly and clearly these are going to be a little bit smaller, but like the these, little dudes are going to be a little bit smaller.

But I feel like that’s totally alright, because what I use the sticky notes for to be completely transparent, as usually I don’t pre-plan any more. What I end up doing is sharing my planner and everything like that after the fact, just for some security reasons and things like that, however, I use these little post-its as like little markers for like oh, my work schedule, or I did this after work or I Had this appointment or whatever it is, you know I just love using these little sticky notes and they’re.

So nice and I must say the woven wonder, pattern one. Last year, the stickiness, I don’t know what happened but like it really encountered up their game for sure. With those – and I have to say I’m so glad to report that these are the same stickiness those and the new kaleidoscope pattern of the stylized sticky notes are also the same adhesiveness. So I’m just very excited about that because in years past they just for me haven’t been as good, so I just hadn’t had like a great experience with them, but now I’m in love with them they’re.

So nice, oh man, be helpful. If I can like actually lay this down properly so yeah, this is what it looks like in the weekly and I know, y’all are probably chomping at the bit going Emily. Why don’t you put them in the life planner? So we can see that too, and I’m like you know, I hear I’m here for you, okay, so let’s put it in the life planner as well, so we can see just how well this is. You know how well it goes um.

I think I don’t know for sure, because I’m you know don’t know the measurements and stuff. I clearly have an hourly planner, but the hourly planner is just slightly wider in the boxes, then the vertical. So I am assuming I don’t know for sure cuz. I don’t have a vertical with me, but I’m assuming that these fit the vertical perfectly, but I could totally be mistaken. This will clearly not fit so I’m just going to put that over there, alright, but yeah.

I think these are just so huge and I just I’m really liking the direction that Erin Condren is going, and I know some people are going to think like. Oh, you just say that, because you get sent stuff for free, you know if y’all haven’t noticed and I don’t mean to sound, not grateful or anything, but I used to do posts for a lot of different planner companies that, to be honest, I didn’t use, and I did it be for the sake of a article and I’m just trying to be like super transparent with you guys right now, and I’m kind of done doing that.

I really want to produce content that I would want to read and things that I’m passionate about and things that I think that you would be passionate about. I have gotten so many questions about the teacher lesson planner recently and when I was offered this collaboration, I was like absolutely I’ve had so many comments and so many questions about the teacher lesson planner. I need to show my audience like.

I was just so excited and they know that I’m not a teacher or a student or have kids or any of that like they’re, fully aware, but my audience does and I want to share with you guys this stuff, so you can make your own opinions so Anyway, that’s my little tangent. Sorry, I’m like going a little off on tangents today, but yeah. That’s the whole point of like sharing these articles before things launch, so you guys can make an informed choice and also maybe get some perspective from me as a single working person, and maybe some things I would use it for versus.

You know what you might use it for in your life and maybe it’s the same thing. Maybe it’s something totally different, but that’s what I love about planning and some of these products is that you can really make them your own. So anyway, let’s get back to this because sorry, but this is everything in the our lease – you can kind of see how it all goes. But yes, I’m so excited about that, and I wanted to show you the plan.

I pack on this because there’s been a lot of questions about it and I have actually seen people on the interwebs put this on there and, to be honest, this probably doesn’t like go the best, but we’re going to go for it anyway. I have seen some people put this on here and I am going to show you guys, I’m just going to like keep the film roll in and I’m going to show you exactly how difficult this is.

You can put it on there, but it is very, very tight. Like all I need it’s very stretched to the max, so you could probably put some flatter things in here. I think I just don’t think you could put anything of like real bulk in here. Just with it like that, and I just don’t know if it would, you know permanently kind of curl your cover. She just can see it’s kind of curling the cover like that, but somebody out there was a genius and I don’t know who that somebody was.

But I did see it on Instagram and I was like this is amazing. They put it this way. I’m like oh snap, like somebody out there was thinking. So, oh sorry, it’s like next to my body here. Sorry, I’m not really showing you guys very well. Okay. How to do the BEST Tornado Kick | SUPER Smooth | Simple & Easy | Best Tips

My name is message huh and today we’re going to go over the best tornado kick now. Many of you know that there are many different ways to throw a tornado kick. However, today’s article we’re going to throw the smoothest looking tornado kick to make it look elegant basic exercises that you can do today, so that your Twitter kick will look very smooth and we’re going to go over some drills on how to practice the tornado kick so That you can kick with confidence, so if you guys are ready warm up first and let’s get started really smooth run.

How To Use Google Adwords For Beginners (2020) – Complete Google Adwords Tutorial ( Marketing)

So I wanted to go through and show you guys some of the updates here and also Sean commented on one of my article cuz the other day, and I do a lot of stuff on facebook advertising all that good stuff. They said hey what about adwords like what do you do on adwords and all that stuff, so I want to show you guys just To be completely transparent.

I have a lot more experience in facebook advertising, but I’ve been able to see some really good results in google adwords as well, so guys. Also, if you want this little checklist, I made for you all, i’m showing you breaking down exactly how I create my campaigns. Exactly what boxes to check to uncheck the bidding strategy and all that stuff just comment down below just come in adwords and Then also just for the fun of it comment with your favorite ice cream, queso with adwords and then one of your favorite ice cream.

Isn’t you know ice cream, then I Don’t know. Maybe we won’t give this to you here, but anyway guys. So you guys want that will make sure you guys get that alright guys. So this article is going to be Specific to setting up a article marking campaign, and so i’m going to give you the complete rundown, how to set the campaign, what boxes check, but all that different stuff. Now you know i’ll probably make different series that going through and hit different parts, the adwords platform, but there’s a lot of different things you can do with adwords.

You can set up campaigns for the google search. Google display network There’s a whole different, a bunch of different platforms. I’ll show you guys that here in a second. So, as far as like kind of the the beginner tutorial for google advertising, google adwords, This is going to be break down the article marketing side of things. Okay, so right here, this is kind of like you’re made advertising platform.

So if you guys are familiar with facebook, advertising Same type of thing right here, so we’re going to do is click over here on this plus button. Okay and, like I said guys, this is the new Platform that they’ve just updated. I think they have to like about a month ago, So, if you’re familiar with the old platform and you’re like man, i’m not really sure how to make this whole new platform. Work is pretty similar.

I don’t know why they always change things, but they do so. This is kind of like the quick rundown. Alright, So we’re going to do is we’re going to click on new campaign. Right here, you guys Can see, is to select a campaign type so similar to how you know. Facebook advertising starts out, And what we’re going to do is article right here, but you can see all the different options, so you have search.

So if someone types in to the search bar google says like basketball, shoes or whatever they’d be able to pop your ad right, there display is basically like banners on all these different ads or i’m not as sorry, banners on different blog sites shopping. Obviously, if you’re going through and shopping and universal app, that’s kind of like going through and pushing app, installs and being on different apps and all that stuff.

So What we’re going to do is choose article right here. Okay, now guys i’ve tested a little bit both on both of these, but what I like to do is typically product and brand consideration. Okay, so brand awareness rhesus is just more of like going through and getting mass exposure for as little as possible product and brand consideration. I’ve found like when you’re going for conversions and leads This is the best way to go through and set that up right.

So we’re just going to click on this all right. So then, if We’re going to come down, says campaign subtype, obviously, if you’re going through and doing e-commerce Or shopping, if you got like a shopify store, you’ll probably want to click on shopping. For me, what i’m? Just going more for like Lead generation of getting people to opt-in to you, whatever landing page, i’ve got Set up, I like to do standard consideration right here, okay, So what we’ll do now is we’ll just click continue and it’ll.

Take us into this aspect of things where we choose like our budget, we choose which audience we want to target and You’ll see we’ll be able to hit a bunch of other things and, like I said guys on that little spreadsheet, I had for you guys where That little pdf download, as I mentioned, if you guys type in adwords, plus your favorite ice cream i’ll, get you guys that, because I break down Exactly all these different things, even when you get an additional settings, what to do there and there’s some important things where, If you don’t, do it the right way, you’re going to end up losing a ton of money? Alright.

So for this example, let’s just say: we’ve got the test campaign right, So we want to just give the campaign a name and then, as far as the the daily budget, this is obviously up to you of what you go through and start with, like I like, If you’re getting started, just barely i’d, say, maybe try out ten to twenty dollars somewhere in there. I typically start out around 25 to 50 dollars depending on the campaign, and what my end goal is how big the audience is, but for this example, let’s just Say we’ll, say 20 bucks per day.

All right also, you guys, Can see hey i’m going to set a campaign total, so I only want to spend $ 100 or $ 500,000 or whatever the number is, so you can switch that up right there, All right. So if you come down here to delivery method method, so standard is you can see right here? Suspend your budget Evenly over time. Okay versus accelerated! Hey it’s going to spend your budget as quickly as possible so like, if you’re, targeting the words basketball, shoes and And like from 7 to 8 a.

M. First thing in the day, there’s tons of people searching that it’s going to go through and show your ad as Many times as possible right out the gate, But then the rest of the day. It’s not really going to show your ads, so I like to go through and I like to use standard, alright guys so for start and end dates right here you can see you can start as soon as possible. You can select a certain date in the future and an end date as well, so you kind of set that up how you want it.

If you want Just ongoing you just say you know as soon as ads are approved and then there’s no end date. Well, you got To go back in and make sure you’re keeping an eye on it So that it doesn’t go through and spend tons of money, and you have no idea – and You owe a lot of money to google now. Okay, so don’t do that And that networks guys this is huge kay. We want to do youtube, search results, Youtube articles and we want to uncheck article partners on the display network right.

So the display network Honestly is more beneficial for google because it gives them so much more traffic To work with, but it’s kind of a different beast. Okay, so we wanted on youtube articles and youtube search results, because that keeps everything within youtube’s platform. Okay, on youtube.Com. There’s opposed to the display network, Where that gets into a wide variety of different sites, and we don’t really know what’s going on there, so we just want to Stay away from all that all right.

So now, if we come down to languages, obviously like if you’re running something in english or spanish or portuguese, Or whether the languages I like to just go through and make it so it’s specific to whatever language i’m doing if you’re speaking english in the article, you Don’t want somebody speaking like hebrew or something like that reading your article, because if i’m not going to understand it right and then locations, obviously you can do you know states, united states, canada.

This is all specific to you and your business and what you, where you’re, really trying to target ok bidding strategy. I always just leave it at maximum cpv devices. Although eligible devices just leave it there, frequency capping. Ok, hey guys! All of these options there’s a little button that I clicked a little bit earlier to says, show more all settings and that’s these are only going to show up If you click that.

Ok, so don’t skip Over this, because this is huge and you can actually waste a ton of money if you’re not doing this correctly. Ok, So what we’re going to do over here, it says, set a limit to no To how many times your ads appear to the same user right so, let’s say You’re going on there and let’s say: there’s like this 20 year old kid. So, let’s just say me: i’m going on there, i’m looking for a new basketball shoes right like got all the shoes in the back, i’m always looking for new basketball shoes.

I love those and i’m searching all these articles and you’re, saying like i’m going to target people with this article for people looking for basketball, shoes, ok and I go through and I type in you know: basketball shoes and I readed one article and it’s like lebron Basketball, shoes, kobe, the basketball, shoes, michael jordan basket. I got all these different ones and I’m seeing your ads so many times and it gets to a point where it’s like.

Ok, it’s really annoying keep on seeing your ad and I get the point. I know what you’re talking about. I know what you’re you’re trying to get across right, So we want to go through and limit the amount of times. One person is going to go through and see our ad everyday and The number of times it’s actually going to pop up and show to them. So what we like to do is come over here and say: Set a number of impressions now usually like to do two and the number of views I usually like to do one or two Okay, so one or two I don’t know, let’s just start to in Here for right now, and then, if we come down here, let’s say so: content Exclusions.

Okay, this is another big one. Okay, I hope all of the frequency capping made some sense, because this is really important because a lot of times when people go through and search for a specific result or keyword or whatever they’re doing a lot of searches so like. If your ads going to keep popping up, people keep popping up, just gets annoying okay, so jumping over here to content exclusions. What I like to do is I like to exclude all mature audiences and obviously depends on your offer, depends on what you’re doing, but typically for most offers all that stuff.

You just don’t want like that. The mature type articles for your ad to be displayed on there. It’s typically like not the best traffic, then also. I also like to opt out of all three of these. So embedding youtube articles live streaming articles in games. Okay, it’s like someone’s playing a game. They don’t really care about your ad sorry they just they just don’t. If they’re reading a livestream article there and they’re interested in what’s going on, live they’re, not interested in your ad okay and then embedded, you see articles you don’t know where those are going to be embedded.

Okay, so I like to go through and uncheck those or check all those, and then typically this obviously is depending on your audience. I also like to go through and check all of these Sensitive content right. So this you can see all these are beta sexually suggestive. Profanity sensational shock you, like all that stuff social issues like you’re catching people a lot of times and all that stuff and pretty like emotional Situations, so they’re not really in the right mindset to go and react and respond to your ad right.

So, like I just like To leave it out of there There’s a lot of traffic on google, you don’t need to go through and have every single person seeing your stuff. You want to catch them at the right time. Okay, all right so ad schedule all right! This is kind of self-explanatory, But you can say hey. I want to run all day every single day and that’s great, because you’re able to see okay is it going to work best on the weekends on the like on Midweek or what days are going to actually work best.

So I typically like to start out by just saying all all days every single day, however, for me, I like to run live ads for live trainings. Okay, so I do my live trainings every thursday. So what that means is like, if i’m running an ad on thursday right After the live training, they got ta wait to the next thursday. It’s like it’s almost like too far out in advance, So usually like. I don’t run my ads on thursday, friday saturday and I usually start like on sunday, and so I can say, like hey, I want to run on monday from let’s say just 12:15 a.

M. To 11:45 p.M. We add okay and then we just go through and we Do this for Tuesday then wednesday, then thursday, they’d, like all the days that I want to run them it’s specific to that, the time zones k and honestly like It doesn’t. I haven’t seen a huge difference if you’re like running them in the middle of the day or the middle of the night, Or whatever i’ve seen sign ups on both. So it kind of just depends on it’s more.

It’s more you’re targeting Okay, which we’ll get to here in a second right, so that those are kind of like the initial. That’s that first top half now we’re going to do is create our ad group okay. So this gets into more of the Targeting of like who we want to specifically target okay, so our ad group name we’re going to say test demo and then the maximum cpv Cpv bid. What does that mean? So it means the maximum cost per view.

Bits like how much you’re willing to pay For someone to view your article so like you can see right here. Maximum cpu cost per view bid. It’s the highest amount, you’re willing to pay for someone to view your article ad, so Google adwords is all a bidding system right so like if you go through, and you only have so much so many like people reading each article and let’s say you’ve – got this Basketball shoes, article and somebody’s willing to pay 20 cents every single time.

Somebody read that article okay versus another person might be willing to pay 30 cents every single time that purchase someone reades that article so based on this person’s daily budget right here. The person that is willing to pay 30 cents they’re going to be in first place and they’re going to take Priority to all the people, viewing the article before the 20 cents person, okay, but then, once that person has spent their $ 20 at a budget, then This person is now going to take priority.

Okay, so that’s kind of how it works, just a bidding and if you’re not getting abuse, You want to up your budget if you’re getting like you know, if you’re spending too much money or whatever you can like lower your budget, a little bit where I typically Like to start out with this – and this obviously is really depending on how competitive your niche, how competitive your market is, I like to start out with 20 cents per view? Okay, if you’re spending more than that you’re, probably spending a little bit more than you really need to.

However, if it’s a really Hot niche, it’s very competitive and you’re, not seeing the beus, you might need up it like. I do have some Where I go up to, like, I think 50 cent’s alright, but that’s for every single person to read your article. That’s not a lead! Okay or that’s! Not even someone clicking your article to your website. It’s just somebody. Reading your ad okay sign easement that I hope you guys get that right there can this popular articles a bit adjustment, you could say: okay, there’s like a really hot popular article like it hits trending or whatever They say hey.

You know. If there’s a popular article, are you willing To spend a little bit more to like be shown on there, and so you could say: hey i’m willing to spend 50 % more 75 % more or whatever? I think we don’t do that. I don’t really worry about that, just because there’s enough other traffic other places that you don’t need that, okay, So moving on guys here to the people who you want to reach the demographics okay, this is getting a little bit more into the targeting okay.

So we can say: okay based off your products, and this is going to be a little bit different for everyone right i’ll show you guys what I do to be a little bit different for everyone. I real estate agents, real estate brokers, loan officers, mortgage brokers, all that so female male unknown doesn’t really matter. Okay, like doesn’t matter the gender then over here, typically, if someone’s 65 plus for my market they’re – probably not really going to be actively doing stuff, and I go into like talking about technology stuff, and so sometimes that could be a little bit over their head and A lot of times, if someone’s 18 to 24 they’re, almost a little bit too young to really go through and connect and see my stuff whereas like if you got a shopify store, if you’re doing something else, You might be wanting to target more of the younger Crowd yarn community so based on your product, based on your offering what you’re doing you know just go through and target those those ages right there, okay, parental status, I don’t mess anything there.

You can and then household income just Because i’m taking people to a live training and i’m selling like a fairly high ticket products. I don’t want people like if we don’t know their how sold income. I don’t really want that that traffic, because it’s unknown right and then the lower 50 %. I don’t want just kind of like freebie secret type people. I want people that are willing to invest in their business into themselves and what they’re doing and then sometimes I uncheck this one.

It’s kind of like a back and forth thing, but basically they soft, like the the product, amount that you’re selling and who you’re working with you can go through and check on or off the household income items All right so now guys here is where we can Get detailed on who we want to target okay, So the audience is so you only want to do one of these four Okay, you don’t want to do all of them. You want to just do one of the four and I’ll show you guys kind of how to go through and use each and every one of these okay.

So the audience is So this one, this affinity, okay, that means groups of people based on their long-term Interests. So you click on this and you go through. What you have to do is you’ve got To create an affinity audience first. I wouldn’t really start here. I like i’ve Tested a little bit, but I haven’t really gotten to this a lot. So I would just like leave that to the side for just getting started, Intent and life events.

You see like in-market audiences case so like they’re in market for auto moto’s automotives business services. It’s like you can go through and target like they’re in the market for real estate right software. You got all these different options right there remarketing. This is really cool because you can remark it to everyone: who’s readed, one of your youtube articles before anyone the subscribe, you blog, you can remark it to anyone.

This visited your website. Okay, so, like you could set up your google, google tracking, your google analytics on your site and then anyone that’s visit your site, your blog, your landing page, whatever you Can remark it to them on google. So now You can go through and show your ads to them on google, on facebook on instagram and that you’re like everywhere right, so that’s pretty cool. You can also upload a customer database.

You can see youtube users similar audiences, that’s kind of like facebook’s look-alike audiences. Just like once, you upload, let’s say everyone, who’s readed, your youtube articles like let’s say us, maybe a thousand people. What google do is they’ll automatically create, what’s called a similar audience to the people that have already readed your article Okay, so it has to get to a certain level as have so many people in the audience.

I want To say it’s a thousand, not a hundred percent sure on that, but then they’ll automatically create it. Okay, you don’t have to go through and create it. They just automatically create it. There is so you can see. I’ve got several similar audiences based off leads and other things that i’ve uploaded there. Okay, So those are kind of the audience’s. If you pick one of these, you don’t pick any of these all right.

That’s that’s my words of wisdom right there, okay and then you just skip down here to create your article ad, which we’ll get to that here in A second and then or you can go through and say, hey. I want to target a keyword. Okay, so the keywords would be like so, for example, if I want to type in basketball, shoes, kobe, basketball, shoes or lebron, whatever you know, it’s like you go through and I wouldn’t really type in more than five keywords per per ad group that you’re creating right Here, just because what happens typically is google will go through and They’ll see like oh basketball, shoes getting a lot and they won’t even really go through and show it to these other keywords: he’ll just show All to this specific one right here, okay, So I probably want to do that or you go suits through it.

You can see you know enter enter a related website to get keyword, ideas. It’s like you could enter in your competitors website and get some ideas, or you know your product or service or whatever, So some cool things you can do right there. So basically like when someone types in basketball shoes, your article would show up as a article ad when you’re setting that all up okay. So now any topic right here.

This is pretty general. I would stay away from this in my personal opinion and I’ll. Let you guys know so actually i’ll just share with you right now. I would start out if you guys are just going to start out. I would start out with the audiences and remarketing remarketing people have already readed your articles. Your customer list, people visit your website. That’s going to be your warmest best bet, you’re, going to get your best results right out of the gate.

Okay, then, from there I would probably go through and maybe target some keywords And then even the next one is placement. So this topics you Can see right here, people are interested in like games or health or hobbies or whatever you’ve got all these different options and then And remember guys, if you choose topics you’re not going to use either one of these other ones you’re just going To pick one or the other, okay and then the placements you can say, hey I want to go through.

This is a pretty cool. You could come in here and say I want to choose where my article is placed. So I have you gone through and say I want to go through and search for youtube blogs, youtube articles, websites or whatever. So we can say: hey basketball, shoes, okay and then, when we type that in we can say okay, we want the youtube blogs or youtube articles. So we look at this and look at this. This is going to be the top searches for when you type in basketball shoes, so we just click all of these and then, if our bidding is high enough, would somebody like this is basically a quick and easy way to get ranked number one in google? For your article right, because all these articles are already ranked on the first page for basketball shoes, so if you want people To see your stuff, all you got To do is shoot that article And go say hey.

I want to my ad to run on these specific articles on page one, so you guys So say: basketball, shoes or lebron shoes or something like that. Let’s say something, and they would come in here – choose all these and then Anyway, so you can’t see the idea and you can choose all these articles go through and show your stuff To you. So, like i’ll, usually pick about twenty to thirty articles in there to show my my ads to you just so like there’s enough traffic enough people reading, but obviously that’s basis based off of your keyword that you’re typing in here in the articles that you’re choosing alright.

Alright, so now we’re getting into the ad portion. Okay, so let’s just choose a random article. Okay would Obviously you want it. You want to choose your article, you don’t want to choose just a random one. So, like let’s say you tell, I mean, read a lot of basketball articles lately, we’ll just choose this one right here, But obviously this is like what you want to do. Is you want to go through and use the article that you uploaded, because this Could be your ad right and when you load it, you want to make it unlisted? Okay, so that not everyone on your blog seen it because it’s probably a little bit different type of ad or article than your typical articles on your youtube blog.

So you want to make it unlisted so that nobody else can see unless they have the direct url. So now we’re going to come over here we’re going to throw this article in here and then what I do is I do the in-stream ad, alright and then i’ll just show you guys the actual landing page. I use right here. Okay, so i’m just going to come in here, throw in the url Final url display and give it an ad name and hit save and continue and you’re done.

Okay, now really quick, let me hit a few things on the landing page because google’s actually, when you’re setting up these adwords campaigns, they’re pretty specific about what you can do, what you can’t do and it’s kind of a pain in the butt. Sometimes sometimes you got to get your your adwords rep on the phone and kind of have them look at stuff? Okay. So if you look at this, first of all, i’ve got a star up here.

Okay, so I said the simple system of real estate agent newbie use the three extra commissions just 37 days. Now Google will look at that and if I don’t have a star up there, they’re going to be like oh you’re, Promising that and not every person’s going to get that which is true like I i’m going to percent agree. That’s not true that every person is going to get it, but i’m saying a real estate agent newbie, i’m not saying that everyone, i’m not promising that they’re going to Get it.

So then you got To come down here and say: a disclaimer okay. These sales figures state above are my purse sales figures, so something kind of like that does basically a little disclaimer and then even like right here, jason where’s ab real estate lead generation specialist in the last 12 months to generate over twenty thousand five hundred real estate Leads I Even have to put a disclaimer on the stuff that I say: i’ve done.

Okay and then every single one of these bullet points. I put a disclaimer just some different things like that. Then you need your contact information. You need an email, you need a phone number, you need the terms of service privacy policy. These things are all I kind of pay in the butt, but they are What you have to have them to get approved and second for legal purposes. You also need to have them okay, so those are a few different items on your landing page or whatever pace you’re sending people and if you’re doing e-commerce like a shop, buy store.

You still need that stuff. You still need contact information. You still need terms of service privacy while all that stuff, so it’s not just if you run into like a landing page or whatever. Okay, So you give an ad name. You hit demo you’d hit, save and continue’ and You’re done all right so anyway, guys. Hopefully that was helpful as far as like the complete adwords tutorial for beginners here at 2018 kind of with all the new updates that google has with their advertising platform.

How To Create Instagram Ads For Beginners 2020 – Instagram Advertising Tutorial

So I’m going to go through a few of the specs right here and then we’re going to jump on to Facebook and actually go through and create the Instagram ads because Facebook they bought Instagram a few years back And then they just kind of implemented the whole Instagram advertising platform into the Facebook, Ads manager, And so we’ll show you guys how to set that up.

So real, quick guys, We just want to cover some specs on setting up your Instagram ad. So if you go here, I just did a quick, google search. I’m saying like Instagram, add Video links, because you could do images, you could do multiple images, So you can like swipe through like you’re doing on Instagram right or you can even do article It’s like you can see this little. I think it’s bla la land koala lion article now you see like different Placement, so instagrams stories see the specs.

So if you’re, using a article just on the Instagram newsfeed right here, You can see the article length it has to be one to 60 seconds. Okay, so it’s longer than that, they won’t actually allow you to run the ad on Instagram. Okay. So then they come come down here and show you some different technical requirements. So if you go to facebook.Com or what I would do is I would just google Instagram, add article length or something like that, and it was the first search result.

That’s how I kind of found this page right now. We want to go through and check out the Instagram stories, because for those of you guys who would use Instagram, you know you’ve got the feed and Then they kind of copied snapchat a few years back or maybe a year. So I can’t wear the exact time frame, But you’ve got the stories at the top Okay. So it’s pretty cool because you’re going through clicking through your stories, You can actually show up an ad right there and just you know it’s it’s a little bit more in in people’s face, I guess so Kind of cool.

But if you look at this, you can only have a article for 1 to 15 seconds right, so you want to probably shoot a different article based off of where the placement is and make it specific to what’s actually happening and Anyway. So I just want to hit that really quick. Now, Let’s jump over to Facebook And I’m going to show you guys how to go through and get into the ads manager and set up these ads on Instagram right.

So we’re going to either come over here to the ads manager Under the Explorer tab, on the left, hand, column or you come up here to the deck, drop-down right, arrow and going to say, create ads. Okay, so we’re going to cut coming here. It’s going to take us into the Facebook Ads manager and we’re just going to do start over and, Let’s just say, you’re at the initial A Center that kicked me in right into crate, an ad but let’s say we’re starting completely from scratch.

So we’re going to go through and Let me just exit out some of these things so we’re going to go through and create a new campaign all right, So we’re going to say, create a campaign and it’s going to first ask us: What is our marketing objective? Okay, so just like Facebook, This is the same exact thing, but it’s for Instagram. Okay, so, like what objective do we want to Accomplish? Do you want people to read our article? I want people to click to our blog or our website.

You want to generate leads like what do we really want to get at okay, so for this example, Let’s just say we want people to click to our website or a blog, so we’re going to click on traffic for it — here And then we’ll just give It a quick name, then, whatever you want, but I’m going to say: Instagram, demo, Okay and so we’ll hit continue there, And then we could give this ad set an a. This. Is we’re going to go through and choose the target who we want to actually Target, and this is where we’re going to tell Facebook that hey, We don’t want it to just show up on Facebook.

We wanted to show up on Instagram or show up on Instagram and Facebook. You can choose both or choose one or the other. Okay And we’ll show you guys how to do that here in a second, so we’re going to say: Instagram Advertising, demo, okay, just type that in right there, real, quick and So where he come down, we’re going to choose the audience right for right now, I’m I Don’t know, let’s just say, we’re we’re going to target New York City, okay, New York City.

Let’s see it pop it right there, New York, New York, Okay, so that we could do Let’s say We’ll: do a ten-mile radius within New York see nine million people and then we could go and target. Let’s say we’re doing a 25 to 65 and people that, like basketball, okay, so now this is going to drop down to 1.8 million and Then what we’re going to do. This is where the whole Instagram Advertising placements comes into play, where you want to make sure that you’re choosing this right, so Facebook by default is going to say automatic play Smits and it’s going to show up on Every possible place that Facebook can show your ads.

So Facebook, newsfeed facebook, Messenger, Instagram instagrams stories their audience network, There’s a whole bunch of different options. But what you want to do you want to specifically target either the instagrams stories or the Instagram newsfeed. So we want to click on edit placements Come down, and this is kind of cool guys like, although Instagram is pretty much primarily used on your mobile phone, you can actually determine what device like, if you want to say, hey mobile, only or Desktop only or what I would probably do is just leave it as all devices Just because it’s probably not going to be a lot of people on desktop that are going to be going through and searching for Instagram.

But who knows it can happen? Ok, so now what we’re going to Do is what we, what we can do is go through an uncheck all of Facebook. We can uncheck all of audience Network uncheck, all of messenger home and we just choose Instagram feeds. Ok! So now, if we come back over here, We remember if we go to the Instagram feed, we can have a article for up to 60 seconds long, all right, Whereas with if we do the stories We have to do it, at least it has.

It can be a maximum of 15 seconds. Okay, so based off your creative, like whether you’re using a article or image, You could still use an image right. It’s it’s not a problem, But if you’re going to go through and say you want to show the article on your stories and on the news feed, It has to be able to match both of those so like it has to be less than 15 seconds. And if it’s longer, then it’s not going to be able to show up on the stories.

It’s only going to be on the news, feed. Okay. So sometimes, if you’re really going to get detailed into your advertising on Instagram, maybe what you want to do is shoot a different article for the Instagram story. That’s less than 15 seconds. Okay, It’s kinda just like more of a quick hit and then The news feed. You can have a little bit longer article if you’re like, let’s say you’re in real estate and doing an open house And going through and showing that, whereas with stories, If you’re doing an open house, maybe you just got your camera up to your face and say: Hey Jason, We’re up here We’re doing an open house on this day.

Hope to see you there swipe up, because you can actually have them swipe up and click the link And I’ll send you more of the details. Okay, So those are kind of things worse like on your newsfeed. If you have 60 seconds, you can give a little bit more Run-through of the actual whole whole home there. So that’s kind of the differences here For this example. We’ll just choose them both and you can’t so guys get this.

You can go through and choose Instagram and click on Facebook and choose multiple Choose all these different platforms Or you can create a an advertising campaign. Just targeting Instagram and another one just targeting Facebook, So you can kind of see that split test and see the results of how things convert on one Versus how they convert on the other. All right So we’ll see you out of both those right.

Now You can see 1.4 million people and we’ll come down. We can choose a budget, we can do a daily budget. We can do a lifetime budget so like. If you wanted to kind of say, hey I’m going to spend 10 bucks a day, 20 bucks say five bucks day Whatever or you’re like. I only have a lifetime budget of Let’s say: 100 dollars. I want to spend oh that’s thousand hundred dollars And I want to spend that over the next month right So then, you can kind of say: hey spent, set a start and end date and obviously that’ll kind of I mean it won’t necessarily Spend exactly like three Dollars per day, What Facebook does is little starts.

Taking that look at the data and after the first week They’ll say: okay, Tuesdays and Fridays actually perform better. So then, the following weeks, they’ll save up more of the budget for those specific days. Okay, So you’re doing a lifetime budget and it’s not all spending evenly consistently, Don’t worry, They will spend it but they’re trying to optimize it for you, whereas if you’re doing a daily budget, They will shoot to spend, let’s say ten dollars a day every single day.

Okay, So now just coming down link clicks, We could just leave that, as is Difference between link, clicks and landing page views just really quick if you’re brand new to this whole Instagram Advertising or Facebook advertising so link clicks is if they they have the ad and They click on the link that Counts as a link, click and the difference between that and a landing page view If, let’s say somebody’s on their mobile device and they’re like on the subway or something like that.

I don’t get a lot of really good service and they click it that counts for the link clicks. But maybe, if the page doesn’t fully load, then They didn’t really even see what you’re trying to get them to click on right. So if you’re going to go through and optimize a little bit deeper and say hey, I only want to go. I want to optimize for people that are actually going to get landing page views, so they click the link and the page actually loads.

That’s a little bit farther into things And so you’re going to get a little bit better result. So obviously you can go through optimize for either one of those We’ll just leave that link clicks for right now and then we’ll just hit continue and then from here. We can go through and create our Instagram post, okay, and What you want to do typically is add an account. Add your Instagram account. Okay, so you just add an account and you put in your login credentials right there.

You can add an existing account create a new account, whatever it might be, okay And then, as you’re going through, you can go and add the image you can add the you know a carousel would basically be multiple images. So like someone who, like can swipe, You know how, like they have the new feature, We’re like you, can see a post and at like five or ten photos or whatever it is. You can swipe through all the different images.

The articles like we mentioned you want to have 15 seconds Or less if it’s on the Instagram stories, 60 seconds or less on the actual news, feed. Okay, So we’ll go through, We’ll choose an account or you can say if you don’t have an Instagram account or you don’t want to use. If you want to Use a separate one, you can say hey. This is my facebook business page. I want to run things from and use the selected Facebook page as the insta clike up as the the profile on Instagram.

Okay, so that’s best well just leave there, or, as I mentioned you guys, can add into your Instagram account their login. So it’s directly from that account And then, let’s say you’re going through upload a article. You just click that plus button or upload article right here or we can say browse library. Let’s see, I Think, okay, that one’s 50 seconds long this one’s 10 seconds long. So this one can go in both stories right there So like this is kind of a quick article of this home.

So we can go. Have this on the story. We can have this on the newsfeed on both of those and then throw in the website. Url of Where you want to send these people to you so like let’s say It’s Google com, obviously it’s not! You probably want to send them to an actual landing page To get some leads or your website or what But you’re able to see like a quick preview of what this is going to look like okay, So you can see right here.

This is the Instagram feed and then Okay story, media, a speculation has to be smaller than equal Okay, so this is. This is another key point That you can see the specs right over here. So, if you’re doing the Instagram stories, You can see it’s more of like that vertical like how that layout is. So you need to match that, so that the the ratio is the same as that for when you’re doing a story. Okay, so What I would need to do is go back in and see how this is more of that Horizontal view.

We need to make it more just the same ratios, to fit on the Instagram stories there: Okay, which is fine, It’s totally fine, but right now We’re just going to continue on with this, and then we come in here type your text. This is basically just like the the text That would be in your post kind of your typical thing. You see that right there and then You can do learn more ply now here all these different types of contacts or call-to-action buttons right here, I’m just going to learn more just going to leave it at that cuz.

I like. I know it’s not like super In-your-face like sign up down on Oh back by now, or anything like that. Just learn more, It’s kind of more that discovery phase, and then we come down here and that’s pretty much it you hit confirm and you are set ready to go and you’re going through it’s showing that add to the specific people you targeted and with a specific Budget that you chose and Then you’re able to go, see how many clicks and all that stuff inside the ads manager Happened from that post case.
