$50/HR! Dollar Tree Retail Arbitrage Items! ANYONE CAN START!

Doing amazon FBA now that five hundred bucks a month, that’s also using Amazon, FBA, so read the first part of the article and the second parts going to make a lot more sense. Let’S get into it, okay into the dollar tree to buy some stuff to sell for money.

We got to get a cart, though, ideally one with two handles, because one handle ain’t going to work into the seasonal holiday section all that stuff. We don’t want at fourth July – that’s for next summer, but this stuff right here, mmm Thanksgiving, mashed, potatoes, harvest, Halloween owls. All this stuff, and so we’re going to scan this now and see what we can sell, because I bet you something’s worth money yup right, there foam fall, a corn making is 225 profit, but that is not including the the cost price.

Now here’s the feed breakdown. You can see very cheap and then put the $ 1 buy price in there. Our cost we’re still making a buck 25 per sale. This here ha more holiday stuff, a stick with with words on it: family friends, it’s worth some money but read out not a lot of going to sell, might be better on eBay, cuz of the keywords this one Day of the Dead, something in Spanish. I can’t say, but please please please let me know how it’s pronounced.

I think they’re awesome, look really cool, really nice, pretty high-quality for a dollar store, but sadly worth nothing. It doesn’t know, he’s the cool stuff. You got to scan everything, scan these Hot Wheels right here, except don’t scan the barcodes look up the name individually. The barcodes are not going to work you’re going to have to look up the item by its title. This one is the Hot Wheels Skullcrusher glow-in-the-dark diecast car, okay, we’re selling a few a month and it is profitable, but there’s only one worth it.

Yes, I think so and what I’m going to do beyond this is look for more of these skull. Crusher beasts, wheel, beasts or whatever they’re called do we have one yeah one more back there and I’m sure there are a lot more, but don’t just take my word for it. Look up everything like this: a baja Blazers, Oddie cuatro. It’S worth money, I’m not going to scan all the cars, because that might tank a lot of the listings.

But just on your own go to Kroger, go to Walmart, go to the dollar, store, go to Rite Aid and look up the Hot Wheels cars, because, if you’re buying for a dollar and so on for 10 bucks, the money – it’s not easy, it’s not hard! It is easy, it’s easy money. What am I saying? Let’S keep this train running folks back in the toy section, other side of the aisle – nothing good here, it’s all private label junk that anyone can make.

But what’s this in the corner, I spy down there hiding from me like an animal, you see, see blah blah blah one punch man, little bag toys there, little Clips for a backpack or whatever they are. This is a well known brand. I’M going to buy all of these and sell them around Christmas. I feel great about this because of the branding and the size and weight and it isn’t a Dollar Tree article without soap.

Now, why do I add soap? I’Ve had seven buddies about soap because look up this right here, dawn Platinum. I have tanked the listing a dozen times and it’s still coming back, it’s still profitable. You can still make a lot of money selling Dollar Tree soap, each of those little dips on that chart. That’S a sale, hundreds and hundreds of these a year you’re going to make some money after soap on two cereals.

Now my Dollar Tree. Not all of them have this: they have General Mills, overstock cereal. What’S the kicker! Well, when you scan these, you get a look up, not only the price but they’re going for it, but also flip it over and look at the barcode or look at the the top coat. I mean that’s the barcode see when it expires and this cereal. Ah well, it’s close now the rules Amazon is you want to have at least four months shelf life, hopefully six months, that’s what they recommend you doing these cereals.

If they only have two months to go, I would not send them in. I would do a babe because, generally with discontinued food items, you’re going to have an easier time, selling past expiration date, ones on eBay and at all dollar trees. Have these cereals, but remember that advice, because it is applicable to many many many different kinds of things you might buy. Okay, we got the items now back to my warehouse, where I’m going to tell you how to make money off these, how to prep them everything.

You want to know and then how to make seventy thousand dollars a year doing this. Okay, we’re back in the warehouse, and now I’m going to explain to you how to make that money. With these items now you got a Selma Amazon, so you’re going to list them you’re, going to prep them and you’re going to send them in listing them as simple they’re all new items, so you put a sticker over the back barcode.

If you’re saying, what do you mean by that, I have a article that goes through every single step and I have it below in the description so read that prepping for new items is very simple: they’re not going to break with the exception of. Maybe if we had bought that skull thing, so you just put them in a box, make sure they’re packed nicely and send it ups to Amazon. How much does that cost? Luckily, amazon has negotiated rates just for you that you can use if you are sending things to amazon you’re, going to pay about a quarter a pound.

If you have a fifty pound box, so you want to make sure the load is big, not a small load because obviously, as the loads get smaller. If it’s one item it’ll cost like five dollars, it was fifty items, it’ll cost. You know a quarter, an item. If you’re doing the quarter per pound – and that makes sense right and then amazon stores them, they keep them in their warehouse and they ship them out and do you pay shipping? No, the customer does that’s how Amazon Prime works.

Amazon. Prime sellers are most usually FBA. Sellers, and so what they’re saying is the reason we can get this product to you in one or two days is not because we have 10 million. You know UPS guys it’s because we have these items and we have these integrated supply chains, where it’s very easy for us to take this item from a big warehouse as Juliette Illinois put it on a UPS truck or our own amazon truck or a USPS truck, And get to you in two days: that’s why these items cost so much more, really, you’re, not the persons not paying you for soap.

I mean they are, but don’t look at it that way, they’re paying you to get them soap in one day where that is press the button and go you’re almost like a personal shopper in a sense don’t think of this as ripping someone off because you’re making A 600 percent ROI on your item, because that really doesn’t take into consideration how any store sells their items. No one is selling things at cost, everyone’s, adding their own value, some way with the allocation or convenience, or maybe it’s a rare item who knows these? Are all things that are used to provide value and that value is well? You see it.

Obviously, when you can sell things for more money, it’s because they’re worth more to that person, so think of it. That way, if you’re uncomfortable with aspects of capitalism, because well there’s a million reasons, you might have those opinions. But if you are don’t focus on the ROI, because those are just you know, kind of nebulous numbers that really have no meaning outside of comparing one cell to the other.

Think of it, as what am I doing that’s worth five dollars more than going into the store to buy it. There’S a lot of people out there. Who’D pay you five bucks go to the dollar store to buy them a soap, a lot of people. When you phrase it in the way of Amazon, FBA mailing it to them, suddenly they think it’s a big deal. So don’t don’t be like that? I think that’s probably as succinctly as I can put it.

You know watering it down, but that’s how this works. Now, how about that seventy thousand dollars? How do you do that? Using these things? Well, first of all, you’re not going to be buying dollar store items you’re going to see in the article. Even I didn’t scan all the items because I don’t want to ruin those listings, because sometimes a lot of people read these articles, so all those Hot Wheels cars, for example, go back and scan those beyond that, though, beyond dollar stores.

Because, very rarely are you going to have a dollar store item sell for more than ten bucks and ten dollar transactions. We, if you have a lot of them to get six thousand dollars a year, but what you should do is think of it. This way I want to make 70 grand a year – let’s say: 72 grand it’s easier. That way. That’S six thousand dollars a month right, six times, 12 is 72. So how do we do that? Well, we’re going to have to sell 60 products a month that make us a hundred bucks.

You know two hundred thirty, etc, etc. How do I do that? Will you begin scanning things where else, what places are like the Dollar Tree walmart is? Can you buy things at Walmart and Celt from our money? Yes, absolutely you can. I have articles on that thrift stores. Can you buy fifth store things used items and sell them on Amazon to make huge profits? Yes, you can. I have that, on my youtube, blog too, I have all these things that make me more than 70 grand a year.

Now I have a warehouse costs. I have all these other costs. That are my own fault, I’m not a great seller. I just can explain this to you in a way that I hope you can learn from this. What Amazon, FBA does is you’re, not storing things. You don’t have to be dumb like me, and I have a warehouse you’re not dealing with customer service because they handle that you just buy the items prep them and again.

I have articles on that below and mail them to Amazon using their heavily discounted rates. They store it, they ship it out and, yes, you are sometimes paying a 40 % fee which seems crazy to the uninformed. I guess, but when you look at it 40 % not to store items not to pay shipping on individual items not to deal with customer service, it tends to make sense that way. You know, of course, don’t put all your eggs in one basket, but when you want to make 50 grand more year 70 grand more year, you have to think okay.

What are ways that I can just use existing systems like Amazon’s fulfillment network, to scale up my own personal business, and that’s how you do it. How To Make Money daily $500 On Pinterest by Amazon Affiliate Marketing

Essentially, it allows you to look up any website and pretty much just analyzed like their data, so I’m a type in pinterest.Com. Wait for that to load! Let me take these out of here. Okay, so, as you can see, Pinterest comm, you know it’s been around since 2008 has a lot of employees, it’s ranked number eight number 22 and the US, and globally it’s ranked 27.

It monthly visits. You know it’s almost. I was that one billion like it gets a lot of traffic. So it’s it’s something. That’S really really slept on and, as you can tell like, it’s it’s really popping in the US and again it’s just it’s a platform. That’S slept on and not a lot of people are, you know taking advantage of it, so I just wanted to bring this article to you guys to you know, maybe just job some.

You know, ideas and whatever and essentially just show you guys like how I’m using it. So as you can see, the average visit duration is five minutes. People are spending five minutes on this website, so it’s it retains a lot of people. So this is again me just kind of I guess explaining like how you can use Pinterest with Amazon. So, as you can see from similar web, amazon.Com is one of the top referring sites to Pinterest.

So what does that mean people kind of like how we did with the Instagram strategy? People are grabbing products from Amazon Associates and remember we go to, and I know I may be going kind of fast so like I’ll try to like work on this, but this is essentially just me trying to explain in the best way possible. I’M not really a teacher, that’s why we’re doing it like this, because I still want to like share this information, so I do apologize.

If you know I’m going too fast or it’s like, I don’t make a lot of sense. We’Re going to get through it together. Okay, so anyway, Amazon Associates is right. Here you go to product, linking product links and again any of these products. You know I’ll, you know we’ll go over. You know some of the niches that you know you want to be in again, like the beauty NEX. Just like one of the top paint payouts cuz again, it pays 6 %, but yeah.

So anyway, you can come here, get your products and essentially like what similarweb was like showing us is that this is what people are doing so seven percent of their top referring sites. Seven percent of their traffic is coming from amazon.Com. That’S essentially again, people picking our products and posting it on to Pinterest. Also tumblr is another the referral website and eBay. So you can kind of see like what’s going on here when we look at their like display advertising, even though we really don’t care for this, because we’re not like necessarily doing drop shipping or anything.

But it’s still kind of you know bring some ideas just to again explain ad networks. Think of these is, like you know, platforms that run ads just to kind of keep it as simple as possible. You know for you guys, like Facebook, as is isn’t ad network because they serve at so it’s Spotify. So it’s snapchat, you know all these. All these different platforms are essentially like ad networks, or at least that’s where, like you know, they’re a form of an ad network, so, like Google Display Network we’ll get into that and like in a later article, but like Google has you know its own, like ad Network because it serves tabula is another website.

Essentially they take like your blogs or, like any articles that you have written or like any like. You know article or written content. They will take that and they will place it on websites such as, like you know, Business Insider, seeing in NBC News, or you know, just a just a couple of different sites that they’ll you know post. You know your content and people, then you know circle back to your site and that’s how you drive traffic.

So this is, you know how it works. I know a lot of people when this is what was really frustrating for me for a long time is just you know, trying to figure out how to drive traffic to you know my brands, you know: how does this work? How do you get traffic because doing the foot chase, especially if you’re an artist – and you know trying to be you know in the city that just you know you can only take that so far, so the the power is definitely in the internet.

Also, you know just for people that are looking for financial freedom, because I I really anticipate a lot of people being on this blog. You know just regular people, just you know, seeking that financial freedom, you get it through the internet, and so in my studies and just you know what we’ve been studying and building this agency. This is how it works. So you want to be. You want to get real familiar with ad networks and there’s a ton of it.

So pop ads is, I haven’t really looked into them, but they’re, pretty big skin links is pretty big for, like I guess more so, like e-commerce stuff ShareASale is ecommerce. Google Display is just general: it’s you, you can kind of look at Google Display as like your retargeting and will explain like retargeting what that and all that is, but I just really wanted to keep it simple today and just kind of explain why we’re using Pinterest And again we’re using Pinterest because 43 % of Americans are on it there’s you know people are staying on the on the site for a long time.

Five minutes they’re visiting a lot of pages. While you know they’re there on the site – and you know it’s – it’s getting – you know 800 million visits per month, so this is this number represents per month. Okay, so that’s a lot of traffic that we can take advantage of and over here we see that there are. You know, people that are already taking advantage of this and it’s at 7 percent and it’s gone up by 300.

You know so I don’t know if that’s like I’m a month. They’Re probably probably is on that, but you know seven percent. You know that’s kind of high, they didn’t honestly it’s kind of not, and that gives us a lot of space to play in here. So just going to walk you through this again, so you can kind of see what’s going on, I’m on my personal on my main brands page. So so I’m going to just show how this works: real, quick, we’re going to make a pin.

So first we’re going to find our product so analyst a so we’re like a so it’s it’s two parts. We have the agency because we’ve had to create that essentially, because we have to advertise me, I strongly believe as the founder of the company and owning every thing and because I’m personally an artist myself and we just got ta own everything. As far as like the advertisement, just every just just how we move it’s just how I was raised – and you know how I continue to live my life, so we need to own everything.

So a male agency is essentially the advertising side of our company and then a know itself is a brand, a production house. We plan on making films, shorts, documentaries and essentially creating a no into being its own standalone app. In the same, in the same vein as like Netflix and essentially at being a blog promoting quality, you know introspective spiritual content primarily for you know black people, black people, you know the descendants of slaves in America.

So that’s what Anna was maybe before, and then we also will be making music, because obviously we need to own our music as well. So that is what I know is you know just so everybody can understand it’s one of my brands. It is the main brand. Is the outward facing brand? All my other brands will never be seen, and that should be for obvious reasons or it should be. You know yeah like when y’all start getting this down and y’all understand like how easy it is, so they make a brand and make money and have you know the type of female financial freedom that you’re looking for like you’re, going to you’re, definitely going to understand Why you wouldn’t want you know your brands just being down so anyway we’re going to start up here, so I’m going to go ahead and do CDs and vinyl to let you guys know why music actually has a pretty good payout.

So, as you can see, digital music get 5 % digital articles, 5 % physical music, 5 %. Well, I mean obviously it’s all the same thing so yeah, so we’re going to do music and we’re going to essentially post music on our Pinterest feed here ignore all this. I haven’t really updated it. This is not. You know this matters anyway. It’S us, but it’s not us. Okay, so we’re going to go back here, we’re going to go to product linking products and we’re going to filter by digital music.

There we go so we’re actually not going to do CDs. Okay! So, let’s see if we can find somebody that familiar, I definitely recognize the labels, but I do not recognize here. But again, this is really just a strategy on showing how to make money with Amazon affiliate marketing and not necessarily how to structure your Pinterest in order to drive in traffic, because there is a way that you want to set up your Pinterest to start generating the Audience that you want so that’ll probably be the second article that we make all right, the third okay, so we’re going to publish this.

They have a lot of different products, but what we use them for is a server. The server essentially allows you to like access like a Windows PC, because I actually have like a night, so you can hop onto a ball. Tear grab yourself a server. You know from Microsoft, because it’s software that I’m about to show which is jarv. It’S a automation. Software that you can use to scale and automate your this Pinscher strategy that work that we’re going into here so I’ll leave the link.

Obviously, in the description for Voltaire and again essentially, they just have like they have a lot of different products, but what we use them for as a server again. That can essentially just run these processes on their servers. So I don’t have to run it like online. That it can just run forever ongoing in the cloud or on the server. So I’m going to go ahead and sign in to my server to access Jarvie it’s going on.

There actually need to turn it down and not a processor, so this is jarv. Essentially, what you’re going to want to do is you’re going to want to add your Pinterest account. You don’t really need proxy settings for Pinterest again, because Pinterest is there okay, with automation for right now that may change, because they’re trying to you know incorporating more advertising on to their platform, but as of right now, they’re they’re, they’re cool. So you put in your username and you put in your password and then you go ahead and verify your account once you do that you’ll go to this tools, tab right here and you’ll be able to access.

So the biggest thing here is the repainting. So this is what I want to talk about, so we just put Liz owes her single in hip-hop. So I’m going to do this again, just to show y’all. So we went to tools, we selected our Pinterest account and then we’re clicking on repin it clicked on repin, and then it pulls up our boards. It may take a minute once you add the account for all your boards to pop up, but once you do it’ll it’ll pop up here, so we added everything to hip-hop, so we’re going to click on hip-hop and right here.

I want to show you guys what we’ve done here so on Pinterest again they are cool with automation or right now. Advertising platforms and stuff right now are changing every day because you know it’s just it’s like a new frontier, so you really got to stay on top of it, but for right now, they’re really for automation. So you can set this board as we have to repin times per day between a certain time period.

I recommend doing 90 again because Pinterest gives you a lot of leeway, and this is essentially what can sue perverse engagement on your Pinterest, because, if you’re retaining all day, essentially, you are actively engaged all day on Pinterest and you’re, providing new content, or you know, and We’Ll get into that with the sources you’re just reap any new stuff within your board all day long. So you’re engaging you know all these people, you know at least you know the percentage of these people all day long so you’re active and that’s what we want and that’s why we love automation, because we can’t do that all day long.

We have things to do so anyway, so 90 times per day and we’re going to scroll down here. If you randomize the publishing timers per day, I recommend doing that so you’re. Not so it’s not you know retaining at the same time again, just to you know give it some sort of you know human player. You can enable the signature at the bottom, but that’s not really what we you know care about right now, allow double repin to repin to the multiple you know multiple times on the board.

Amazon Sellers – Let’s Talk GTIN, UPC, and Listing Issues in 2020

What they do is they make subtle, tweaks and sometimes not so subtle, tweaks and then don’t tell anybody about them until you run into them. When you’re trying to do a listing and we’ve started to see this as started in 2019 and we’re starting to see it happen more and more, and we want to approach that well, I have this conversation, so you we can give you some ideas of what to Do the first thing, as Kristin said, is not to panic.

The only constant with Amazon is change, so now is okay. This change is happening. What does it mean for my business and what does it mean for right now and what does it mean for going forward? So a couple of things that we want to talk about that have been working for some people is when you file your GTI, an exemption like we explained in our hotel bundles course. You need to make sure that your your when you’re going to list your item.

It’S in that exact category, because your GTI emption exemption is not blanket through every single category for every single thing, if you’re filing for the home and kitchen category, you need to make sure that product is in there, but we will also disclaim to you that seller, Central is seller central and sometimes they don’t know their ear from their elbow, and so we need to be persistent when you talk to them, if you’re finding error issues but making sure that that exact name matches the exact category that you’re filing in that may solve.

Some problems for you, but also your results, may vary, and it may not so another way to do that is talking about generic and filing your item as generic now with filing things with generic, you are not using your bundle brand with that. Your brand is, then, a generic if you want to get your bundle up, something we’re seeing or your mileage may vary on this one as well. This is sometimes working for some people and sometimes not working.

Now. We want to make sure that you understand that, when you’re creating listings, when you’re going to Cheeta an exception or when you’re trying to list after getting GT an exemption, if you’re getting errors or if you’re, finding that you aren’t getting the to your results to go Through your listing to go through make sure you’re asking yourself: do you want to have brands in my title or in my bullet points that should that can’t do not allow bundling or do not allowed to be? What’S the word, I’m looking for you’re not allowed to use those particular brands in your listing.

So if you’re saying that Kristin’s favorite things is your as in your brand name and you’re, not so when you’re looking at your item, as you know, you’re using Disney, for example, in your brain, if you’re calling it Kristen’s, favorite things and then you’re using Disney or Nike or something else restricted in your listing, it’s not going to go through, so you need to understand when it comes to that that you’re not you’re going to get a listing error, even if it’s a random listing error, if you’re trying to somehow circumvent rules.

So you need to make sure that whatever it is you’re doing for your GTI and exemption that across your entire listing that you’re, following all the rules and policies, it is really important to make sure that you understand when you’re, creating listings what you can and can’t Do that is one of the reasons why we have an entire module in the whole sale bundle system that talks specifically about what you need to know and consider when you are creating listings on Amazon, because there are words you can’t use and that’s one of the Things that Amazon is always changing and evolving.

Sometimes there are words we’re seeing this with gifts right now. Then they won’t. Let you complete the listing, unless you don’t have the word gift in it now, if you’re just trying to have in there, because it could be a gift. This is why the gift word and, in our opinion, Amazon, is making this part of the list, because everyone’s making things giftable right, it’s a can of beans, and it’s a gift beans like that.

Why would you want to keep any coupons, but anyway it’s it’s something that people have abused and when somethi abuse things on Amazon, Amazon has to take drastic action and unfortunately that negatively impacts. However, if you have something like gift bags – and you can prove that this is what it is and why it’s essential, if this is in the title, open up a case with seller, support and explain your situation and oftentimes you’ll be able to get that clear to Be able to list with that in the title now, if you want that easy to go through gift, is the only thing.

That’S stopping you from that. What you can do is take gift out, then open the case, and let them know that you were not allowed to put gift in the title. But your item is an actual gift bag or gift box or whatever it is, and then they can put it back in for you, so you want to get the listing through. Otherwise, you can’t complain about something that being listed if it hasn’t actually been lifted.

It might be into a draft mode or something like that, so you want to make sure another thing that has been helping. Some people get their listing through when using a bundle is using na or non-applicable in the brand field. So if your item does not have a brand, it is either generic or there’s no application. For example, you knitted a crocheted blanket. It does not have a brand there’s no UPC. You handmade this item that is non applicable when it comes to brand.

It’S your own brand, so you can use that or you can use, it doesn’t have a brand. It’S just this knitted blanket so using that has helped some people again. Your results may vary, but it’s something to try to see if your listing will go through it. In certain aspects, the reality is, if you’re running into roadblocks, with all of these listing issues contacting seller, support and keeping your case open, even if they send you a canned response.

Do not just dis just discount the fact that they’re going to give you a canned response and there’s nothing you can do about it. You can do about it, keep your case open and keep it the revolving door, not accepting their canned responses, because you need a response. You need a response and oftentimes seller support is the last to know in those changes when it comes to Amazon and so taking their own policy and putting it back and saying this is what your policy states and then go that way being able to utilize what You know and being able to get that case moving forward or escalated to somebody else who can actually help.

Now, honestly, we’ve had some people struggling with this and they have open cases. And yes, we understand this is frustrating anytime. Amazon changes, anything that results in listing errors or things like that. It’S going to be frustrating a few years back. They changed all UPC codes to have to be gs1 certified and everyone was upside down about, and everyone was freaking out about. Gs1 codes are so much money and I can’t afford that for every bundle I and all the rigmarole reality is everyone adjusted eventually to the new rule to a new policy.

It’S just the way it goes if you play on Amazon’s playground, you’re going to have to follow their rules and yes, we understand the struggle is real and it’s frustrating, but right now, there’s temporary solutions. There’S contacting them eventually, there’ll be a more permanent solution. Another thing you can do to start right now is it’s going to cost you money you’re in a business, and sometimes you have to invest in that by some gs1 codes to get yourself off the ground to start moving in that particular direction, because that might be The short answer to getting your bundle out there is giving it its own UPC code and buying that and being more legitimate about putting bundles out there as legitimate brand and legitimate UPC code, not one that you’re buying off of ebay randomly but which you cannot do Anymore, by the way, Amazon will not accept those now that goes to whether this reminds me back to the earlier days when getting engaged in categories was something that was expensive.

You, if you want to pay something to get you in. I invested a thousand dollars in my business to get on, get it in categories that I wanted to sell him, because I wasn’t confident I can do it myself. The same thing happens here when you are looking to invest in your business. If I want to sell bundles, I’m going to need to make an investment, whether it’s going into brand registry and going down that route, which is a six to seven month, lead time to be able to get your trademark approved before you can go to brand registry.

Or going gs1 codes to start for your brand and moving in that direction, we are seeing a lot of positives with being in brand registry. So if it’s something that you’re interested in learning more about, we actually have an entire training in the Amazon files hub. Com slash hub. If that’s interesting to you, another thing about the hub is in another thing about what Amazon is doing for bundles and for brands, and things like that. It’S requiring custom packaging. If you have something that has a brand on it, Amazon is expecting you to have some sort of branding on either your product or packaging, or both and in the hub next month. We’Re going to be covering this in depth.

Talking about custom packaging, where you can get it from the different types of custom packaging that you can have, because you creating a legitimate brand for your bundle brand for your bundles things like that. They want you to be legit and so we’re covering all these things. In the hub, because these are something that Amazon is starting to require, someone in the group has already expressed that Amazon’s asking them for a photo of their product with a permanently affixed.

So that means you can’t just get a white box and put a sticker label on it and call it a packaging. Amazon wants you to be more legit and because of that, we’re going to do a whole training about custom packaging branded packaging and what you can do and not do in order to send stuff into Amazon so being more. Legit helps because to be honest, Amy and I aren’t facing any of these issues with GTIN and UPC’s and all that stuff, because we’ve registered our brand with Amazon.

We don’t have any of these issues. We put a listing out there, it’s underneath our registered brand and off we go, and so we want that to be as easy for you. We understand it’s time-consuming and it costs a little bit of money, but that we’re not facing those issues because of brand registry and it’s something you want to be able to work towards and so we’re just giving you the information that we have right now available to Us as of February 20 2010, this could change in a week.

It could change tomorrow, but to be more up-to-date about some of these fixes so that you can start getting your listings, approved and and pushed through Amazon. Don’T give up on seller central, be persistent, be persistent. If you really want this, make it work, we are giving you some different solutions. LinkedIn Marketing: 3 Ways To Get Clients With LinkedIn FAST [2020]

It’S an absolute goldmine if you know how to use it. So in this article I’m going to talk about three ways: to use LinkedIn to get clients fast, hey, what’s up, it’s Sean Anthony and I talk about the best tools, tips and strategies to level up your business, your skills and your income. So that sounds interesting to you make sure you go down below right now and hit that subscribe button.

Alright. So in this article we’re going to talk about LinkedIn, why it’s such a goldmine and how to use it three specific ways to use it to get clients fast for your business. So let’s hop into my computer right now already so on the screen. Here I have my LinkedIn profile and I’m just going to go and walk through the three main things that you want to do to be marketing on LinkedIn and growing your business and getting more clients using the platform.

Okay. So I’m going to walk through each of these three things, I’m going to show you some examples of each and just keep in mind, there’s hundreds of different tips and tactics and strategies and cool little hacks. You can do on LinkedIn. These are the three main core things that you want to do as part of your client acquisition strategy. If you want to use LinkedIn to do that and to get clients and grow your business okay, so just keep that in mind.

There’S a lot of different things that I could cover. I might cover in later articles, but pay attention to these main three, because this is the main thing that you want to do as part of your strategy. Okay, so number one. Is you want to optimize your LinkedIn profile for your ideal client right, and the way you want to think about your profile? Is a lot of people treat it like a resume or like a showcase or a place to just show off right, show off about their awards and what they’ve done? Maybe they’ve written a book or whatever you don’t want to do that.

You want to treat your LinkedIn profile if you want to use it to get clients, you want to treat it kind of like a mini sales, page or mini landing page right, and the goal of your LinkedIn profile is to attract and convert your ideal clients. So to do that, you need to optimize your LinkedIn profile to do that. To get your ideal clients to come to your profile, see what you do and say. Oh that sounds like that.

Guy can help me right. So let’s just take a look at the main. There’S three main areas on the profile that you want to optimize number: one is just your image, your file image and your cover photo. Okay, don’t overcomplicate this! Your profile photo should just be something simple: if you like, looking professional, smiling, not like you just rolled out of bed or came out of a bar, it should be a clear picture to make sure it’s not like pixelated or you can’t see your face.

Just make sure it’s a picture of a of you, that’s clear and looks somewhat professional. Okay, your cover photo is the same thing for me. I just put a few photos. You can make this in canva. I put a few photos that show me speaking and with other entrepreneurs like this is Jesse at slur. He owns the Atlanta Hawks. This is Trey Llewellyn who’s, big in the e-commerce space. You can use something like this.

That shows your authority or you can link with a call to action to your website or whatever you want people to do. Okay, so just make sure these two areas, it’s not like the default, make sure that you optimize it to make you look good and position. You as an authority all right now. The second place you want to optimize is your headline most people. What they do here is they just put their job title right.

They might say: oh I’m, a CEO, whose company this is what I do well, you want to make sure that when your prospect reads your headline, they can answer the question. What’S in it for me right, and does this person help me so this is for growth response right growth responses are b2b, lead generation or drop servicing agency. We provide LinkedIn and cold email, lead generation for b2b technology, startups, SAS companies and agencies right.

So I want to make sure if this is my company and that’s who I target right: b2b, startups and agencies. I want to make sure that my top my headline on LinkedIn speaks to that right. So it’s the same exact thing here: helping startups helping the niche, who are your niches and agencies to get result? What’S the result, get more sales meetings with their ideal customers right and then you can even I couldn’t fit everything in here.

So I just put you know: founder high growth response done for you up on prospecting. Some keyword, SAS lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, cold email, copy sales, funnels okay, so you can put some keywords in here: a little hack. I don’t know if this still works, but if you edit on your phone, if you download the LinkedIn mobile app and you edit on your phone, you edit this headline, I think they, let you add, a bit more characters right.

I don’t think I could add this on on the desktop version. I think it’s a little trick if it still works, if it doesn’t oh well you’re too late, but try try downloading the mobile app and seeing if, if you could add more keywords into your headline here right. But the lesson here is: make sure that you can answer who do you help? How do you help them and what result do you get right? So helping startups and agencies get sales meetings with their ideal customers? That’S what I do and then I linked to growth response, which is the actual company that I’m talking about right.

So that’s area number two, now area number one, your photo! Your cover photo area. Number two is your headline area number three that you want to optimize is your about or your summary section. Okay – and this is where people go so wrong, like they’ll, just put like, for example, they’ll speak about themselves in third person, so they might say something like Shawn has worn won three awards. He started five companies he’s made like ten million dollars.

Shaun has is a TEDx speaker. He has this book in that book and he’s done this he’s such a badass right, like just talking about themselves in third person, which first of all, is just it’s kind of strange. It’S kind of creepy right who actually talks about themselves in third person and, second of all, you look like a narcissist when you do that, so make sure that your your profile summary talks about your prospect and how you can help them right again.

If you want to use it to get more clients and grow your business right, so let’s take a look at my example: I’m not going to read through all of this, but let’s take a look at what I’m doing here right. So the very first line. I don’t say anything about me or, like my background or anything, I talk exactly to the value proposition right. We help technology startups and digital agencies fill their pipeline with high-value, leads that turn into customers.

You get an expert team dedicated to prospecting and customer acquisition for half the cost of an in-house team. Now by reading that very first sentence, you know exactly who I helped exactly the result I get and how like why it’s relevant to them right. So half the cost of an in-house team right these SAS companies, these SAS founders, they’re so used to hiring like three to four sales reps at like four to five thousand dollars a month each and they still have to train them and buy them tools and all That stuff right so we’ll cut that cost in more than half and we’ll get.

We have a proven system that already works and we can get them exactly what they want, which is more customers right. So the the sentence should be a value proposition about you and what you do and how you help that market right. Then I kind of dive deep into the problems and pain points, so you’re going to have to do some research into this right. It’S not going to be the same thing. You want to make sure that you’re speaking in the language of your niche, so for our niche for b2b technology companies when we are talking to founders they’re, always like I don’t know where my next deals coming from, like we don’t know which source is coming from.

We don’t know if it’s from a webinar or LinkedIn or cold email or Facebook advertising. We don’t know where our next deal is going to come from and we don’t have a predictable system right. So we tie that into the pain points here right is your team wasting hours of valuable selling time when researching and instead of closing deals, do you wish you had a proven system right? So these are specific pain points that come up when we talk to our market right Ben.

You can read this, you can I’m not going to read all this, but it talks a little bit about our background. Why we created this service? What problem does it solve and we even kind of qualify people here right so we say hold up, must be but afford at least $ 1,000 a month, and this filters out people from booking a call with us if they’re, just like tire, kickers and just information Seekers right that aren’t actually going to become clients.

So take a look at the profile summary summary here again: it should speak directly to your ideal client and your ideal prospect and talk about how you can help them solve a problem that they want to solve right. In this case, it’s it’s lead generation and getting more getting more customers for their SAS business right. They should not be talking about yourself in third person or your awards or anything like that.

Nobody cares right. So that’s the number one area is is optimizing your profile. We talked about your profile photo your cover photo your headline and also your profile summary right. So that’s number one optimize your profile for your ideal client now number two: is you want to connect and engage with your ideal clients right, so you can use sales navigator options set up a separate article, doing a tutorial of sales navigator and how we use it In depth, but let’s just say that we’re going to use it again, b2b staffs founders, because that’s who we target for for growth response if I want to find SAS calendars, all I got to do here is type in.

Let’S see founder, okay and I’ll show you some examples of messages that we’ve sent I’ll go to all filters here and I can go to computer software. I can go to let’s say if I want to find people in my city of Seattle I’ll do that. I can type in their title here. I might do falender right and then what I can do is click apply now. What does this? Do? It gives me a list of 2509 founders in seattle of software companies and what sales navigator you can get even more grant and granular with like the size of the companies like how many employees they have more specific industries, more specific titles and seniority levels.

But I’m just showing you a quick example here, and this shows me two thousand plus founders people who fit my ideal client profile. So what do I want to do? I want to connect with these people. Let’S just say Dan here I might connect with him I’ll. Send him a connection requests, hey Dan saw your founder in the Seattle area of a SAS company. Would love to connect and share insights with you. Something super simple like that: right once they connect, you can send them a message and just see if they’re interested in having a quick conversation with you to learn more about what you do as what you deliver at your service right and how you can help them To provide value to their lives right, so let’s take a look at an example here right, so one of our clients here is Lynn.

I know she is in here she’s one of my favorite clients, because they have an awesome SAS product. Oh my gosh, I can get this typed out and then you can see here when we first started talking, so you can see here, here’s the connection message right. So I connected with there. I engage with there I enjoy connecting with founders, who I share. Mutual connections with love the opportunity to connect and share insights thanks for sharing, thanks for connecting with me on LinkedIn promise to keep this value an interesting blah, blah blah, and then I go into a little mini pitch right.

And that’s what we’ve done here and this is exactly what we do for our service right, our LinkedIn service. What we’re doing is we’re connecting with people, we optimize your profile and then we start connecting with people and engaging with them to get you more appointments so that you can get more customers more clients right. So that’s number two is connecting and engaging with your ideal clients and trying to get them.

You know interested in what you have to offer yeah so number three, the third way to grow your business and get more clients if LinkedIn is content, write content and what you want to do here, there’s two types of content: this is the way that I break It down type one content is content that shows who you are as a person right. So talk, you’re, going to be telling stories about yourself, your business, your personal life, things that happen, things that are good things that are bad.

It shows people that you’re human and who you are as a person – I mean, of course you’re human, but it shows your personality a bit right, so you can look at my posts on here. I’M not going to go through all of them here, because I have I’ve made a lot of posts, but type 1 content is showing who you are as a person and letting people know that your hue and you’re, not just some robot on linkedin, trying to just Spam and get business all the time right.

Number two is what I call type 2 content real original right, but it’s content that positions you as the authority. So it answers the question. Why should I work with you to solve X problem? So someone might say why should I work with you to help me generate more leads on LinkedIn, so I actually provide a lot of content here on LinkedIn for free through my status updates right. You can see these get engaged with a lot.

50 likes 12 comments of 54 and 19. Comments have 17,000 views on this 147 likes and 49 comments. So this gets people interested in what you have to offer and they’ll see your posts. They’Ll reach out to you through your messaging here and they’ll, want to set up a time with you to chat right. So content is a very powerful way if you combine it with an outreach strategy right. So if you optimize your profile number one, you optimize it for your ideal client number: two! You connect and engage with your ideal clients, your ideal prospects and you grow your network on LinkedIn right.

You start connecting with people they get accepted into your network. You send them a mess. I’Ve seen if you can help them or provide value, that’s connect and engage and then number three you’re constantly putting content out there. Maybe one or two times a week even and you’re, constantly putting content in value out there and you’re helping your market out through your content, you’re going to get clients, people are going to reach out to you they’re going to want to work with you, because your Profit you’re putting goodwill and value out into the market right, so those are the three things number one optimize your profile for your ideal client right, your your your profile photo your cover photo your headline and your profile summary.

You should all be geared towards your ideal prospect. Your ideal client should be it shouldn’t, be talking or bragging about yourself. Okay, number two is a the connected engaged, so you want to connect with your ideal client and you want to provide some value. Maybe you found an article, that’s useful to them. That’S relevant to your service that you provide and also number three is to post content right type, 1 and type 2 content person, personality content and authority content right.

You want to get people interested in what you have to offer and stay top of mind so that when they are ready to move forward with LinkedIn lead generation or whatever you provide, you are going to be the first person they think about. HOW TO Create Shipping Templates and MERCHANT FULFILL Listings on Amazon 2020

We had a request for a article that shows you how to do merchant fulfill, because a lot of people have only done FBA and we have never been a huge advocate for doing merchant fulfilled items. But in these crazy times that have changed merchant. Fulfilling right now seems to be a little bit faster than shipping things FBA. So this is. This is just going to be a short tutorial on number one: how to set up your shipping templates.

You can have multiple shipping templates for different items and different things, and and the reason why we do that and then adding an item. That’S merchants fulfill is as simple as can be, so I’m just going to walk you through those two things. The number one reason why you wan na have you might want to have multiple shipping settings or shipping templates is because you have either lightweight items or certain items that might be heavier and, of course you want to add specific things to that.

So, for example, if anything’s first-class mail, it’s under 14 ounces or more or something that can fit, you know you want to offer free shipping that you can have a free shipping template which basically means you’re building shipping into your price, and you want to make sure That you’re just offering free shipping all the time like some people like that some people don’t, but the price obviously goes up.

If you don’t want to worry about that, you just want to charge tipping which right now people are seeing to be completely fine with then in making sure that you don’t you know, cut your own throat is having one that’s that’s weight based so that you can Add a specific dollar or price amount per pound so that you don’t end up cutting your own throat and losing a bunch of money on shipping. I know from Michigan to California costs a lot more money to ship things there based on size and weight than it does to just ship, something in my region.

So, of course, using Priority Mail prepaid, like flat rate, I’m sorry, not prepaid flat rate type items are really helpful to be able to get those free from the post office. You can order them at usps.Com. I find sometimes, though, that it’s a little less expensive to ship things, Priority Mail cubic, and so that’s my own packaging and things like that know what your results may vary, depending on what your shipping and your shipping on vacuum versus something smaller.

So you want to have multiple shipping templates. If you don’t always want to offer shipping which, for me free shipping can vary if it’s under. If it’s not first-class meaning under 15 ounces, then most of the time the price can vary from seven or eight dollars. All the way to twenty dollars, depending on where it’s going and I don’t want to offer $ 20 free shipping on a lot of things. So I choose to have two different templates.

So I’m going to share my screen and I’m going to show you how I set these things up so that you can do it too: okay, so you’re in seller. Central. This is what the shipping template looks like. You can go to the top right of your screen and go to settings and then go to shipping settings and that’s what it will bring up this screen for you here now. This is my twenty twenty MF template that I’ve already set up, and it goes by through different shipping fees and what I choose to charge.

So these are things where this is our template. I already have so on the left over here. You can create a new shipping template and if you create a new one, you don’t you can copy from one that you already have, or you can just create a new one and if you create a new one, you’ll have to give it a name so that Your system knows so. This is us template we’re just going to call this test template and then it you can go down here and then you can either do price, banded or price per weight.

I suggest weight based because then you’re not you’re, no matter where it’s going, you don’t you can charge a certain amount for it. So you can you uncheck the box, that’s free economy, shipping, so you can remove that so that you’re not charging any free shipping and then you’ve got standard and expedited and at this point was expedited. I don’t often check that because, most of the time it gives you that I do not offer two-day delivery, so I always take that off.

That’S up to you! If you want to do that, I feel like there’s a lot of pressure right now. For me to be able to do that, and that’s of course your choice if you can guarantee that people can order by a certain time and you’ll ship the same day, so you can offer expedited shipping or not, and you can create as many of these as You want to so with these the region’s. You can add a new shipping rule.

You can add a new region. You can take regions off. So if you like, someone had asked if there’s ways that you don’t ship to California, for example – that’s an option so you can go to for me, it would be West and I can click west or click not West and change. All these I can select regions or all or you can deselect all and you can choose whichever regions that you want to go to so I’m shipping to everywhere here.

So I’m totally fine with that now you! What you order over here is how much per order you want to charge. So if you want to charge a standard $ 5 plus 50 cents, a pound or a dollar a pound, depending on how heavy your item might be, then that can be same and you can decide to ship to peel boxes or not peel boxes, depending on the Boxes that you check here, you can click Edit on the sides here and decide not to ship to certain places.

So if I uncheck the West, that means that I won’t be shipping to any of these places. If you so choose to get. I know some people have asked: do I have to ship to all the regions and actually no you don’t. You can decide that you’re, not shipping to certain places or not so you can edit those and then you know, click, OK or click cancel. So so I’m shipping to all the regions – and you can decide again here if you want to do Alaska Hawaii in Puerto Rico – that’s up to you and then the transit time is also a variable.

So you can change it to 4 to 8 days 2. To 3 days I tend to ship things out same day, so I try to do 2 to 4 days or 3 to 5, because I’m in Nam, in Michigan, so getting to California, is almost always going to take 4 or 5 days. So you try to want to be in that at different times there, so I’m I like standard of five dollars or $ 4.99 for shipping and then $ 0.50 a pound and then again, Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico are going to cost more.

So you can of course, go 2 dollars, a pound 5 dollars a pound, whatever you want to do for specific regions here same thing with expedited shipping. You also do not have to offer expedited shipping, if you don’t want to so you can click that box or not that box and then same thing here. Transit time is a variable that you can choose. Based on your location, I mean, if you’re in the middle of the country, it’s going to take you the same amount of time to ship, something maybe to California, as it would to the East Coast West Coast, depending on where you’re at you want to adjust this.

If you’re in California shipping to Nevada it’s going to be one to two days or two to three days, so it’s quite different for so your results may vary based on where you’re coming from and, of course, you can decide $ 8.99, more 99 cents, a pound. Fifty cents a pound wherever that’s going, and so that that is as simple as setting up the test. So we’ve got a test here and then you go ahead and click Save and then once it comes up, it should be in.

You know might take a few minutes to get there, but then it should be in your shipping templates so over here now I have new twenty twenty MF template free shipping template in our test, template that we just set up so now when you want to add A product to merchants fulfill you’re, going to go to add, offer you’re going to go to this here, go to add a product in inventory under add a product, add the a sin or the UPC.

And then your items should come up here and it usually looks like this. You click the box, you say: okay, I can sell. Mine here says: sell yours and you’re good. Then you come to this page. Make sure that you go to advanced view so that you can see all of the options here and then here’s your here’s, your shipping template. Sometimes your shipping template will be towards the bottom. I don’t know why the form is not exactly the same for every category.

Every item – sometimes it’s up here – sometimes it’s down here but making sure if you don’t see it that the fulfillment blog says I will ship the item myself. If you’re, not shipping, the item yourself, then that box might not appear so make sure that that’s on you put the quantity of how many you have for sale, your current price, and then you know you. Your tax code of course goes here. Your condition.

You create your seller SKU. I know if you guys, you know, there’s lots of articles on creating SKUs. We create custom SKUs, which usually has you know the date. This is our types of custom SKUs. We have. We have date year-month-day the vendor, how much the item cost, and then we have some acronyms for different things that we use this one has to be. You know, merchant fulfill something or whatever.

So this is the drop-down menu that you can pick whether you want to do free shipping. What do you want? Your your shipping templates now, our new one that I just made the test is not on there. I bet. If we refresh, then this will probably come back to our new tastic to me, I’m going to try that and hopefully it will show our testing remember to go to advanced view and then should be here there. It is so now our new testing shipment is there and then you, you do all the things that you need to do, that your seller, steel, making sure your shipping templates the right one that you want to choose your price, your quantity and then, once you put All these things in I’m going to match the low price here I’m going to put in shipping template here and then it should be a save and finish, and once you save and finish, your item is now available for sale on Amazon through a merchant fulfill.

If you want to add a condition like say, you have an item at FBA right now, but you want to actually convert one of those to merchant fulfilled. You do not have to convert the listing. You have an Amazon that can still be for sale, FB, FBA, and then you can change one. You can add one to merchant fulfill and it will look very much the same here. All you need to do is go to your inventory. Go to that Aysen and then you click add, add a condition and if you add a condition, then it will.

Let you create this. It will give you a warning, and it will say you already have this in your inventory – consider editing it. You ignore that you HIPAA. I want to fulfill this item myself and you change the SKU, and now you have two items available for sale, one FBA and one merchant fulfill. So that’s as simple as it takes now. Once you get in order, your orders are going to come in through your ear.

You have multiple blog fulfillment, there you’ll see it in seller, fulfilled items and merchant fulfill items when you’re looking to merchant fulfill an item make sure you go to your manage orders and then, on the right hand, side it will save you FBA orders or you merchant Fulfill orders or seller fulfill orders, and at that point your your item will come up of. What’S for sale once you’ve sold and then it’ll be time to ship and you hit by shipping and when you hit by shipping, then this whole template comes up of your shipping.

You have to put the package dimensions in there and the weight, and then it will give you all kinds of options to ship, whether that’s Priority Mail Boxes or your own Priority Mail with your own packaging. Ups, FedEx first-class mail and you you know, click the one that you want and then you hit by chipping in it and you purchased the label with the label on and then you can go to USPS comm. If it’s from the post office, you can schedule a free pickup, they will pick items up from your porch as long as you have at least one Priority Mail item, and you can order up until I think midnight of the same day for them to pick it Up from your front porch on the next day or your front, porch your back porch your box, wherever it actually give it allows you to give instructions on where you want them to pick it up.

So you don’t have to leave the house, you don’t have to go stand in line at a post office if it’s UPS, if you have a UPS driver coming to your house, to deliver a package, for example, you can hand your item to the UPS driver. Of course, social distancing right, you shouldn’t do that, so you can put it on their porch. You can also order a pickup. It might cost you money to be able to do that on UPS, depending on what kind of account you have, but there’s also ways for you to be able to get that stuff out without you having to necessarily pay a lot of money or to become in Contact with somebody they can pick it up from your porch, I like to use a Priority Mail Boxes as much as possible because it just makes shipping a no-brainer.

I know exactly how much it’s going to cost I could come. I can calculate my profit. All that kind of thing, so that makes it easier for me. Of course we all want to save a buck, so sometimes it might be better for you. I order supplies like bubble. Mailers, you can go Uline, you can go, I supply store, you can go! The boxer II you can go. Ups has some free stuff if you want to use their things, but you have to ship a certain way.

If you do that, I’m forgiving one Uline bubble fast. You know you can even order some of those supplies on Amazon. If they’re delivering at this time, so there’s plenty of ways to be able to get supplies for those things, you just want to check out all of those different resources. So I hope this helps. I know Instagram is Definitely preferred by teens and Millennials, so that’ll be Great for your business idea, which you stole from me, ( laughing ), But also some cons like a lot Of the platforms out there there’s a pay to play component Right.

It’S important to Think about who are you trying to target before You even get on there Also identify your voice. Because you wan na be on there and be consistent because After all, it’s your brand, So you don’t wan na Be one way on one post then 360 on another post, And it’s hard to follow, Yeah, which I know for small businesses, because they’re doing and juggling a million different things. Sometimes they’ll have Four different people at the business doing the Instagram, And while I see why they’re doing that, it comes off that way.

And it’s too inconsistent from the way the photos Look to the coloring to the captions. It’S just there’s, no consistency there! Absolutely! So what about my profile? I’Ve seen some pretty great profiles. I’M just looking around I’ve seen some bad ones. What are some best practices? And things to avoid So best practices, definitely Starting with the name, you want your name to Be consistent across –, So Coffee and Kickflips Yeah exactly Again stealing my business ( laughing ), So you wan na be consistent.

Across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, with That name that handle Also when it comes to Your photo, I’m sure, because it’s a visual platform there’s so many ideas. You wan na put up there Also stay consistent across the platforms and don’t forget your description. And do business with them Yeah I love it. We have an easy way. Just To actually talk to people, If you go up to a random Stranger and say hi they’re like wait.

What are you doing On Instagram, it’s just the norm Or if you call me don’t call me Who calls It’s 2019, So cool so give us a lowdown On just Instagram search Yeah, so Instagram Search is really helpful if you’re looking to for Example, grow your following: You wan na look for a target. Audience of your own look for people talking About things that pertain to your business Search those hashtags, Yes, search, hashtags So you can find people that are relevant and follow them, so you’re growing, an Organic following right Right, But also you can chime in On conversations with people, So maybe you area vegan restaurant.

Let me know I’ll be there. So if you’re, a vegan restaurant, maybe search for other people, Talking about vegan cooking vegan recipes, maybe you Then follow a vegan, blog or a chef and that way You’Re really cultivating this niche bubble, which Will ultimately help your engagement, which we’ll Talk about engagement right, I mean you brought it up, please Without further ado, So engagement right is really important because you wan na make sure You’Re measuring your success on there.

So engagement rate is your ROI, So you hear me say the word a lot, but what it actually is it’s some math. Are you ready? No, What was your best subject in school? Not math, Not math? Okay. So it’s really simple. Engagement rate is the number of likes divided by your followers times. 100 Carry the three divided by… ( laughing ), All right cool I’ll write it down for you later. It performed well, or it was a flop and Then from there you can even go further because If you’re on Instagram as a business, which you should be as a business page, Then you have insights, You can see what time of Day worked best to post with your audience what Day of the week worked best, and then you look at the engagement rate as well, and it’s just Going to help you to have this approach to posting That’S not so blind Right, it’s not a shot in the dark, It’s more of an educated guess, because it’s not always perfect, but it gets you in the right direction.

Yeah, But again you want to be there and active. So I really can’t stress: The importance of commenting and replying to your Customers as they’re engaging taking the time to engage With your business Literally comment back On every single person, Because they took the time to say something Replay back, Give them that time of day And have fun with the Stories just like we did because that’s truly a live element.

It’S a very organic, authentic element to your personality and your brand, And if you feel like, I don’t have time to do all this, then I Encourage brand ambassadors Get your staff involved in this Also come up with a hashtag. So that way, when your customers Come in they can start getting the content for you. And you can just sit back, use it repurpose it I’m all about efficiency Right. Well, thank you! Getting Your Amazon FBA Business Started – Q&A | The Houston Meetup

The Hilton just keep going just keep rolling it. Yeah 45 zero. So I do totally sell products on Amazon, William here somebody else just showed up. It’S just starting any minute. Now stay late, just talking a little bit about what everybody does he’s, selling used books he’s doing away. We do private label he’s getting started. What about yourself wholesale nice? Do we do yeah nine ninety percent? Eighty five to ninety percent of our sales are wholesale private label yeah, so we do about two million a year and private label and the margins are much healthier yeah, even with all the or even with all the products we’ve created, even with that yeah like altogether.

It’S healthier seven years ago, so Sebastian, who I’m sure you guys have seen on Instagram as well. Sebastian started selling products in his basement about seven years ago, and then I joined on about five years ago, and it’s just been ever since then. It’S just been taken off yeah like everybody’s. How do I get started? How do I get started? Get started, that’s how you get started. You know because if you so many people like yourself, I’m sure you probably like you said you spent what two months researching products, but you still haven’t sold anything you could already been to five Marshalls and at least bought some nike socks or or maybe not Nike.

You’Ve, probably gated, but you know some some polo shirts or something to sell. You know just something: to get the hang of shipping and reimbursements and refunds and and referral fees and pick and pack fees and something it’ll teach you a lot yeah putting in a shipment. You know creating a SKU reading, keep a charts like all that stuff. If you don’t get started, you’re, never going to figure that out.

So it’s going to make your first product when you buy that product, even more challenging to be successful in because you’ll have no Amazon experience. I think the first employee you need is an in-house employee, really yeah. You need someone to take care of your inventory. You should be stickering products. You said you did what, over over six figures. Last year, yeah you shouldn’t be sticking yeah freestyling, you did tool, you did quarter mil freestyling, you shouldn’t be snickering products, man, it shouldn’t be sticker products.

That’S a tough question. You know, because, honestly, from my own experience, I wouldn’t change a thing you know, because if everything I did got me like right here sitting with you know nine resellers in the middle of Houston so like I did something right right, but what I would say, like My best advice is to be you know, don’t let fear you know take over because, like fear, the fear of financial and security fear of success, fear of failure – you know, fear of not being enough that stuff will eat you up inside, like enough to where you Can’T even sleep at night, fear of getting your Amazon account shut down.

Do not let that fear take over. That fear will keep you so many steps back instead of moving forward. You know and the best way for me to get rid of that fears. I thought, like you know a morning ritual I’m real centered in like in spirituality and meditation, but that’s not the only way that I use. I use it by talking about it with other people. You know like if I’m fearful about something like hey Sebastian man.

I can’t stop thinking about this. Like I talked to someone about it, you know and all the sudden that fears cut in half you know I forget to saying, but like it’s like sadness, shared is uh, I’m going to it up. I don’t even I don’t know like a joy share, it is doubled and and and sadness, share or fear. Shared is cut in half something along those lines, but it makes perfect sense. Right leaves, you share joy with someone, it’s double because now they’re happy you’re happy you share a fear or sadness with someone it alleviates some of that sadness.

So it’s cut in half, but for our own products we think Amazon advertising is bang first buck. We spend 10,000 dollars a month on advertising. It generates over $ 120,000 in sales. So it gives you all the statistics on you, yeah yeah. It gives you breakdown of graphs and charts and Excel files of keywords, and then you move those keywords from the automatic campaign to the manual campaign and then there’s even additional services.

You could pay for to actually manage those campaigns for a couple hundred dollars a month. So it’s a game engine for you, yeah yeah, but we also do. We also do twenty two million dollars in sales. So it’s a ratio, so we sell a hundred and ten thousand orders a month. So 17 is really not that many. You know, even though it’s close, I’m sure if they have a limit, it’s it’s close to what that limit is yeah, 19 percent.

Actually, we got a little concern to drop to 15 for, like three or four days the other day I couldn’t figure out why, whenever change big, like that happens on our Amazon account, I want to know like if by percentage drops to 15 percent, I want to Know why? Yes? Yes, I look at I look at our excess inventory or non-competitive inventory wirele skews not moving, you know and then I’ll go through literally our price or sorts it by excess and non-competitive and I’ll look at all 300 products in each category and literally spend the entire Day, looking at every single product fixing pricing adjusting pricing dropping floor price raising ceiling price.

No, we don’t have an app, but we built our repressor that has like restocking options in it and we were just talking about it earlier something we’re going to be dropping as a system as a service, so it will be available for a yeah yeah. So this will have a full-fledged ERP system, which essentially that’s that’s what that is. It’S managing your finances. Basically, your item cost. It also has reordering metrics and it has real pricing capabilities.

It’S all algorithmic based as well yeah. No, I I’m sure, I’m a firm believer. I I think inventory lab created a beautiful software. That’S helped a lot of people sell on Amazon, but I disagree with the the system as a service because it takes people off of Amazon. A lot of people don’t even know how to navigate Amazon, how to create a listing on Amazon because they’re just so used to using inventory lab.

You know it’s like alright. Now, let’s create this listing on Amazon it’s like, but I don’t know how it’s like. Well, you mean you, don’t know how I’ve been using inventory lab for for the past nine months. You know two years it takes the Amazon out of FBA, so we don’t use inventory lab so like the first rung in the value ladder. It’S like all of the free stuff. We provide right, like all the free information we give away on Instagram YouTube Facebook, LinkedIn tick-tock, like all that free information, that’s the first rung in the value ladder and then included in that first rung or like these meetups that we do right.

Nobody pays anything. It’S just all like: let’s hang out, let’s talk, let’s get to know each other. Let’S talk about what you do for business. Let’S talk about what you do, let’s learn from each other, let’s gain knowledge and continue to grow right and then usually for most people. The second rung is, like close friends, has anybody here been in close friends? No, so okay? So none of you have been in close friends right, but some of you pass that first rung and jumped right into the second rung, which is like a personalized one-on-one mentoring session.

Right, like will – and I did one yesterday – we sat down for an hour and a half and just talked to Amazon, two and a half two and a half. So two and a half hours right and we just talked Amazon and then like the next rung. In that value, ladder would be like a four week or an eight week, mentoring session, which right now Corinne, and I were what two sessions in and we’re going heavy and, like you know in it, and it’s like value-driven.

You know we spend the time and then like another rung would be like the tradeshow walkthrough or another run would be like a warehouse, optimization visit where we actually fly out to your warehouse, organize it the way to streamline your efficiencies. So essentially, it looks like a Ford production line where we’re lining everything up and setting up a warehouse, because we’ve set up many warehouses and we know what to do and what not to do you know and then that top tier of the rung is like our Mastermind right, where it’s like a yearly fee and we meet in a different country once a year we have a meeting at our warehouse.

We show you how we operate right and, like so people come in at different rungs, but like this first rung for me, it’s the most important rung. You know because it lets you know like this is what we do for a living. You know I sell on Amazon for a living and I help people sell on Amazon as a side business. You know, and I do it because it helps me put my head on the pillow rest easier, a little a little bit at night.

Knowing that, like, I helped you solve a problem today or I help you increase your profits or I helped you grow your revenue. You know what makes me happy knowing that you’re able to provide for your families and, like rest, your head easier at night, with the value that we give you. You know so like that’s. Why we host these free meetups and that’s why it frustrates me when I hear stories like the one you’re telling me where people aren’t providing that value, you know people aren’t providing that content because it’s like I’m a value driven integrity, driven man.

You know it’s like my mission in life is to help as many people as possible grow successful businesses, and I don’t care what I got to do to do it. You know if someone pays for an hour and a half session like this guy will and we sit there for two and a half hours and talk like then that’s what I’m going to do. You know and it’s like it’s important to me. You know all levels. All levels I’ve worked with people who’ve, never sold a product on Amazon like this guy he’s, never sold a product on Amazon, but he’s interested in what we do.

You know, and then I’ve worked with people who do you know close to two million dollars a month. Today I mean you said you had a guy who is doing a quarter million. Now he’s sown five hundred a month: yeah Ryan Ryan. Oh, you got Ryan six months ago, used to one a quarter million a month, and now, since we started working with only hire five employees he’s pumping out by a half million dollars a month we doubled his business and for a year that’s a wrap.
