This article is about how to make $ 1,500 to $ 2,500 within the next 90 days, starting from scratch be sure to read all the way to the end. There’s a section there, a list of businesses to help you get started hey. This is Glendon Cameron. Founder of hustlers come food.Com, be sure to get your free nineteen business courses first link below recently, we’ve had a win. Someone went through the child support course and got his child support case dismissed pretty cool stuff.

Yes, that’s the kind of stuff that can goes down in hustlers coming fool.Com. You can learn how to make money. You can learn how to fix your credit, and you can learn how to get your child support case. Dismissed all for free, first link below be sure to get on it. Let’s have a chat. You want to start a business. You want to start an online business. You looking to make some money right, but there’s a few problems.

You want to make money online, but you’re hearing a lot of stuff. We’ve tried a lot of things and based upon your own experiences, it’s been slow. A few wins here, a few losses here. Typically, it takes 2 to 5 years to build a business online. However, I got something a little different for you. You can build a business offline, wait a minute just hold up hold up hold up. I know you, your front. A lot of stuff just hold on a second: you can build a business offline within 90 days, make 1,500 to 2,500 dollars.

If you are hustling now, I know doesn’t sound like a lot of money, but typically with my consulting business and talking to people the biggest problem that most entrepreneurs have is: how can they make money to support themselves while they build their business? Well, here’s an answer for you create a service based business. While you build your online business now for some people that seems like I don’t want to do that.

I want to be like you Glen and I want to have digital, be a digital citizen. Have my online business I’m not trying to work a job or start some hustle? I just wan na go straight online. Okay, that’s going to cost you either a bunch of time or a bunch of money. Do you have that? That’s the reality, you’re going to spend a bunch of money a bunch of time and if you don’t have either one you’ve got to work with what you have to work with, and that’s the reason I’m talking to you like this.

The last three weeks I have talked to a few hundred of you. Yes, a few hundred of you and 90 % of you are in that I want to do some. I don’t know what I’m going to do and I really have no problem talking to you, but I’m not going to be your girlfriend on the phone to talk about your dreams and ambitions when you ain’t doing shit with your life, that’s where a lot of people Are that’s why I’m you’re being the brother? You never had telling you this stuff because you can want until the cows come home you can want.

You can hope you can wish, and it’s just not going to happen Playboy until you actually start to make it happen. Now 10 % of the people call me actually have businesses or doing something and they’re a little stuck, but essentially everyone has the same problem. I got to put food on the table, but I want to do this business. How do I do both and that’s something I thought about number one, going back to 30 days to 2,500, the people really rocked out has sales experience and the whole time there was.

So what we’re going to do is more on that later, we’ll talk about that. Just stay tuned: let’s talk about what you need to do number one. You got to pick something you got to pick something to do. You have to pick something to focus on now. I get a lot of people and this is where I get the pushback. Well, I don’t want to do that. Well, until you get the skills to do what you want to do, you got to work with what you have and that’s the reality of it and you sitting there not wanting to do something, hopefully wasting you’ll think you’re wasting time.

Your really recent time, because time is ticking, that clock is ticking all right. So that’s our little chat. Let’s get into the educational aspect of this. Why do you want to create a local business when you’re hearing all this stuff about making money online speed? Like I said toward the end of the article there’s 10, I think there’s 13 to 15 business models, things you can pick, and maybe you won’t want to do one of those, but at least they give you some information to stretch your imagination, where you can think Of something that you want to do, because this is the thing this is where we are, unemployment is much higher than people are telling you way higher.

There are certain segments of the population with unemployment, 50 % and that’s on both ends of the spectrum. People under 25 and people over 55 that’s a lot of people. You need to start the business now. This is the plan. This is what I have for you number one to make 1500 to 2500 dollars in the next 90 days. You’ve got to give a service based business. This is something that if you have legs hands a car, you can do grunt work.

You can get this business started, that’s not the hard part, and this is where many people start to stumble and fall. They go out. They hustle they get some jobs, they start making some money, then either they’re working or they’re, not working or they’re, chasing business or they’re doing business and there’s all of these gaps. It’s like feast or famine. It’s like hey we’re, making money we’re doing this stuff in the lull period.

Now. One of the reasons that these low periods occur is because of a lack of professional sales training. So you pick something that you can get reoccurring revenue. That’s first thing you do like. I said I’ve got to list the stuff toward the end of the article. Then you go out there and you execute now. This is the difference between you and other people. Somebody out there right now who’s, not reading.

This article is executing they’re building one of these service based businesses and they’re, getting money but they’re going to type out because they don’t know how to build a system and infrastructure, and that is probably one of the most valuable things you can do for your business. It’s incredible what they can do for your business. Now you hear a lot of stuff of everybody wants passive income.

I don’t do anything. I just sit back and collect the money, everybody that I’m going to group with that’s doing it. That’s a seven-figure earner or a figure earner they’re working their asses off every last one of them every last. One of them is working their asses off. They may not be doing a hundred hours a week but they’re putting in the good 40 to 60. They are working this passive income thing mmm, it happens, I have it, I’ve had it, but I’m telling you it’s very short-term and the market can change on you in a heartbeat.

So if that’s your only source of income – and it goes in the world – I hurt so let’s just let that go for now go ahead and get yourself some active weekly income, that’s meaning you’re, making money. Every week I don’t care from the beginning. It’s only 100 bucks. You can build from that and then once you get to 1500 2500 3000, then you can start pushing your internet business model. But the thing is you got to keep doing your service based business, while you’re doing your internet business model.

Now I’ve said this before so this several times, I’m going to say it again. When I shut down the upscale garage, sell through the illness and went into becoming an internet marketer, I wasn’t sleeping on the sofa my car was paid off. I had money in the bank, I was able enough money live off of two years. Why? I did this? My situation is atypical and there are many people’s like that. Guy looks like me, he did it.

I can do it, but you don’t know the details and I keep trying to tell people I keep laying out, but many of you are hoping for rain bolsters are going to come out of a unicorns ass and bless you with some magic jelly beans. It’s not going to happen. Many of you are trying to fuck with no pussy you’re lying. Many of you are trying to fuck with no pussy you’re lying. Many of you are trying to fuck with no pussy you’re lying.

Many of you are trying to fuck with no pussy your life, but there’s no pussy and you’re wondering why you’re frustrated you have got to do something. You got to start building something and get busy and stay busy. Now. The next step is once you go ahead and get your business going up, then you have to scale it and you have to automate as many parts of it as possible. Now there’s someone that’s going to come in the comments.

It’s like tell us what kind of business once again: there’s 13 business models or 14 or 15 at the end of the article. It is up to you to go through them and to do the research. Like I said in the beginning, the article I have 19 free business courses for you, you you got, the information you’ve got structured courses is once again it’s on you to get busy now. This is something else I’m going to talk about, and this is a big problem.

Many people want someone else to do the work for them. You want someone to hold your hand now, as a business owner, that’s not going to work. You are going to have to be self governed and you’re going to have to start to scale your business you’re going to start pushing your business now. The third component of filling a service-based business customer service and back office. Now these are the two parts where things just really start to go crazy.

Like I’ll tell you something I’ll share something with you since we’re like friends and everything, hustlers kung, fu calm is free right now for a reason for me to gain static data that I would not gain any other way and I’m getting a lot of it. This is what’s happening, people are coming in and they’re looking at what the new stuff that I’m doing, they’re completely ignoring the older stuff. Now I just told you, someone went through the south support course and got its case dismissed now.

What does that mean? It works, but the information only works. If you work, it is a hundred percent free and you still have people looking for shortcuts. I’m not going to hold your dick dry dick, Danny mm-hmm, no, no! No! No! No! So it’s going to be up for you to go and shake it. Part of the problem here is, and I’m an internet guy, so I’m in this community that there are many of you who actually believe that you can actually go from nothing to a lot of money with little to minimum effort.

I’m here right now to slay that myth it doesn’t happen if it happens, is a typical and it’s not the norm, and you need to let it go and prepare yourself to work. If you do the work, you will be successful if you keep dilly-dally and waiting around coming up with these excuses. The next two years are going to pass next. Four years are going to pass. The next SiC here is going to pass. The next decade is going to pass and you’re going to be in the same place that you are right now now who’s going to be mad, who’s going who’s going to be mad, then who’s going to be mad, so go ahead.

Read the article get to the end. Look at that stuff check it out and start setting yourself some goals, because when I did the first 30 days to 2,500, it was a dude by the name of cleaver, and this is advice that I gave two and a half years ago, cleaver was like I’m On my friends, sofa, I don’t have a car, I don’t have money and I say you need to start a surface business and I’ve been trying to steer people to this.

But it’s like nothing. I want to do anything, but I want to live the dream chest during the same time. Few people can do it most can so. The same advice that I gave cleaver and he’s around he’s in the group is you need to start some kind of service based business, so you can start generating some cash cleaver within the matter of three weeks, went from nothing to. I think twenty two hundred dollars cash and he was on foot on foot – ended up buying the house that he was staying in with friends.

He did this in like six months. That’s the power of a service-based business. There. Some people took the original 30 days to 2500 and they’ll. Remember that same advice I gave two and a half years ago, I’m giving it to you right now, and this is your path out of poverty. This is your path away from this bullshit you’re dealing with now. Let’s have another conversation here. You got a job you’re going to have to work, double-time you’re, going to have to keep your job and then you’re going to have to work just as hard.

If not it’s hard on your business until it becomes costly for you to keep your job and at some point it’s going to become costly and that’s the point. You quit your job, because there are many people who want to just quit right now and they have no infrastructure. Nothing set up. So that’s it. So that’s how you make 1,500 to 2,500 dollars from scratch in the next 90 days by starting a service based business and busting your ass.

So for those of you who are still here who are not offended left the room but, like I said, I’m going to just give you a quick breakdown of some business models that you can use to jog your imagination, to give you some ideals and read that Section take notes and just push yourself to think of some – that you can do to get some service business based income. So with that, let’s get down to the examples.

Okay, this is the list of service businesses that I curated for you and the reason I say curated is all of these. Businesses have a serious component of reoccurring revenue. There are way more service type businesses that you can start, but they don’t all have reoccurring revenue. So check it out, you could do mobile spa services now with there’s a certain legal component to this, so if you’re already a massage therapist or in school.

This is something that you can do on your own. If you learn how to sell and book clients and get them on a monthly service, you can kill it, you could totally kill it now. Another service business that is tried, tested and true car-washing Mobile Detailing you have a spy posted up next to another business. This is tried and true it’s been going on forever, because if you have someone who is really busy and they have a luxury car and they have the income, it is cheaper for them to have you wash their car once a week twice above then for them To spend an hour and a half out there detail detailing it within their free time, because what people are buying is their their bonding time, they’re buying freedom.

So if you work 60 hours a week, last thing you want to do is wash your car on the weekend big big service, big opportunity. I have a friend who owns a car, wash he’s been in business many years. He does one point for the 1.6 million a year gross revenue washing cars, yes washing cars. Another thing you can do is referral service. Whenever you you move or sometimes you will get this pack of coupons in the mail.

That’s a referral service. There’s several different ways to do it, but the thing is there, you reoccurring revenue component, you go ahead. You start the referral service. You learn how to sell. You learn how to go out there and make things happen. Then you get reoccurring, customers, you know. If the customer gets a good result, you sign them up and then you’ve got ten people who are paying you them off.

You got 20 people we’re paying your muff. You got 30 people paying your month, it’s pretty pretty sweet. Another tried and true apartment cleaning. You go ahead and get yourself a few apartments every month, you’re working and the thing is to have that reoccurring, revenue to get to know the industry to get to know how often apartments have churned. That’s when people move in and move out once again a very lucrative business if you get into it right and you set it up right next thing is residential cleaning.

There are people, I have friends, who’ve had cleaners for the last 20 years. They do not clean their own house, they may do some light stuff or, but they all. This is for some people a necessity. It is not a add-on, it’s a necessity. So this is a great service business that you can create recurring revenue. Another one came out there copywriting. This is, for you know, people such as myself, who have to write a lot of sales copy who have to write a log blog post.

If you are really good with words, there’s a ton of business out there for you. So that’s another reoccurring, revenue model event planning now, there’s so many ways you can do this, you can specialize, you can shotgun or you can do you can do a mixture. You can take this referral service right and then bring it with the event planning. So what you would do is go out to 10 15 20 businesses and say: look I’m going to throw an event, I’m going to advertise the event and then you can come in and talk about your business.

There are people doing it on the high level, where it’s twenty five thousand dollars to attend. One of these events, so definitely just going to take a great deal of planning and execution and getting out there, but I’m just letting you know this is another reoccurring revenue service based model, I’m a service business model. Yes, a service business model and it’s just kind of crazy, as I said here and tell you this, because there are people who are doing this.

Every quarter they’re putting together these dinners with ten people at twenty fifteen grand a pop and they’re just introducing high influence people to high influence people and getting paid for it. So just something you think about and another thing window-cleaning, very, very profitable business. If you set it up right, if you put it together and once again it has that reoccurring, revenue component sales training as someone who has gone through professional sales, training and who’s gone through a great deal of self-education, I cannot tell you how helpful sales training is And part of sales training is marketing.

Part of sales training is developing your customer relationship management protocols. Super super important, and anyone that gets into a good sales training program will see an immediate increase in revenues. That’s how important it is. That’s why they’ll Carnegie has been around forever because there’s always a need, because most people do not know how to sell and lawn care once again service based business reoccurring revenue.

My long guy is two hundred bucks a month. Year-Round that’s the deal they do the leaves they do all this stuff and they just come three or four times a month and that I’m just speaking as a client of one that, if you’re busy – and you know, if you like doing your lawn and cutting your Trees and trimming the hedges, if that’s a form of therapy and peace for you, I get that. But if you hate that stuff there’s a ton of people out there who hate it don’t want to do it, don’t have the time and paying someone is just freeing them up.

So that’s another thing: now this one gets very broad hair care service. There’s a lot of sub components here, there’s coloring that people will just do colorist their stylist, there’s folks, who just do haircuts, I mean one again: people have to have their hair done once a month every six weeks, two weeks, something so depending upon where you are In that spectrum, because a lot of this stuff, you have to have a license, some of it, you don’t I don’t know – I don’t know but before you do anything, make sure that you go ahead and look at your laws and what you have to do to Be able to put your hands and someone’s head, but once again, once you get your qualifications and your certificates, whatever you need, this is a killer, reoccurring, business model.

I had a friend, he was dating this girl and he was just like man. She always has funny. Always has money, that’s like. So what’s your problem, it’s like man. She has a lot of money and it’s like he said. I don’t understand it’s like you know, she’s, a hair, stylist right, that’s, okay! They make good money, he said. No, you don’t understand. Didn’t kind of find out, she didn’t tell him, but I actually told him it’s like she owns the salon.

He didn’t know that he was blown away about how much money she makes. But you know she worked really really hard, but there’s a ton of money in that type of profession. Another service based business is handyman now in this economy. In the way the world is a lot of people not getting married. So you have a lot of people. Male and female, who are not handy and they will pay someone to come, hang a picture and they will pay someone to come do stuff.

They could do themselves, but once again people are buying back their time. So, instead of spending a week in painting they hire you, they go to the Hamptons come back, the walls are painted, handyman service, properly, positioned, properly set up can be very, very profitable and there’s so many different things that you can do now. Is this any stretch of the imagination all of the service businesses know what I did once again going back to curation is I put together businesses that have a reoccurring revenue model because a reoccurring revenue model is so important and if you hold on for a minute In the next segment, I will explain to you exactly why and how you can take advantage of that.

You hey, this is Glendon Cameron, founder of hustlers kung-fu comm, I’m going to tell you about how to sell big premium sales training. One of the things that happened when I built out 30 days to $ 2,500 per month was some people crushed it, but other people yeah they didn’t do so well, and I was just wondering why I mean it really really messed with me. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. The people who did well had sales training, the people who did not do well had no sales training.

That was the difference and it’s critical. So, if that in mind, I’ve designed a new program bringing themselves training, what we’re going to do together to make you successful is at first is a one-on-one business evaluation. Now, what does that mean? You have a business and I’m going to tear it apart and tell you everything, that’s wrong with it and how you can make it better by implementing a sales process.

Now I know it sounds like I’m being somewhat presumptuous to assume that you don’t have a sales process, but I’ve talked to a number of people who don’t it’s common. I’m in a Facebook group with people who sell everything from high-end airplanes to life insurance, and I went in one mere hours after joining and impacted and put in some stuff that these sales professionals did not know did not understand, and these people sell every day.

Good sales training is the difference between $ 100,000 a year in $ 1,000,000 a year. That’s that critical. So another thing that we’re going to talk about which no one else talks about is how to build out your CRM, which is customer relationship management software. Most people who have a business, don’t have it. It is critical. It will make the difference in your business. That will blow your mind, we’ll teach you how to develop a sales pitch.

Many people don’t have one, because what I liked it, what I hear from folks is I hand out my flyer, I hand them my business card. Your flyer and your business card are not going to sell anything unless that person has an immediate need for your product or service. At that moment, if that need for your product or service comes up six months later chances are, you will not get that business? You have to learn how to pitch.

You’ll have to learn how to qualify. You’ll have to learn how to set it up, and you have to learn how to follow up. All of that goes back to CRM brand. Your business simple, create a sales funnel. That’s why you need CRM, build a web page that converts there’s something that I’ve been doing with some of our clients. That’s been working, amazing and you’ll. Get that how the market, how to find customers manage your back-office, a community of business owners.

Now this is how it works. It’s two hundred and fifty dollars a month. Currently, it is grouped training once we you sign up we’ll set a time where I’ll do a business evaluation with you and your business, then from that point on you’re going to get group training, there will be webinars, a lot of things would be recorded and it’s All going to be in a Facebook group, so you can access it at anytime anywhere.

If you can get on Facebook, you can get in that way. If you lose your login, you don’t have to worry about keeping up with that stuff and it’ll all be in one central location. Super easy super convenient and you can get this information that will change your life change, your business. So simply weekly sales training will be happening in the group and what I’m going to do for everyone that signs up, because there’s a special cold here and you don’t get that code.

Unless you read the end of the article there’s a special code, everyone that comes in here will get to business evaluations. The normal deal is just one so we’re going to have your main, a business evaluation, and probably a month later, we’re going to have another one. So you’ll get that as a signup bonus, but you can only get it from this link. That’s attached to this article, so nowhere with the link B you’re going to have a little screen that will pop out.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zO23IBc0byE

That will be your annotation or, if you don’t see the link, there’s going to be a little. I take your finger and go to MS. It currently is, at the top right hand, corner just press your finger in that space and I’ll pop up pop down, and you can check it out. You’ll be added to the facebook group within 24 hours, except on weekends. Maybe longer then my assistant will reach out to you, get your name your number and we will set up a time to do your one-on-one business evaluation and there will be sales training and a lot of stuff that you’ve never seen anywhere else before in the group.

I just posted the breakdown of a 1.2 million dollar lunch. How much money was spent on Facebook ads the the whole program? That’s currently in the group that you can go back, reverse-engineer pull out stuff that you can use for your business or you could just try to use that whole done. That platform, that whole sequence use that sequence. If enough place, if it’s applicable to your business and there’s going to be a lot more of that stuff, that’s coming, and I shall tell you you want to get in now, because it is currently 250.

As I make the group more valuable and I’m going to talk about value, if I can get some of the people that I want lined up to come in and talk to you, it’s going to go up, because these are has some high profile people. But as I make it valuable more useful to you, because currently the way that it is, if you just came in for a month and learned how to build out your CRM, develop a sales pitch and create a sales funnel, you would use those skill sets.

For years, those skill sets can be worth not a hundred dollars to you, not a thousand dollars to you, but literally over time, hundreds of thousands of dollars, hundreds of thousands of dollars and they’re this. I know that you being smarter than the average bear you’re going to jump all over this, and I will see you in the group. You you

I want to Be a service-based business! Well, what do you want to do If you want it to be something that you’re actually passionate about, because you’re going to Get a lot of the things that you don’t want to do like the admin or just the run-around.

And if it’s not something You’re really passionate about it’s not going to last. What about a smartphone, though I feel like I do everything On my smartphone, You can do a lot absolutely, but it’s all about being productive. You can flip to different tabs. Go to different screens. Do a bunch of stuff that You potentially couldn’t do or if you have to go and type everything out on a smartphone. It’s going to take you a lot. Longer than on a computer, It’s good to have both, though That’s a good point.

Okay, so you have a computer got it Then. What’s next, I’m thinking social media, but that’s just’cause. I’m Obsessed with it domain, where do you go from there? Social media is great, but you can’t always control social media. Do you remember Vine (, laughs, ), Yeah Yeah? It was a super popular platform Right. What happened to Vine Everyone invested all their time and it’s gone So all those followers went with it And with your website, it’s there to help. You generate Leads and you control it and it’s there for as long as you want it, And then you piggyback into social Another thing, I’m so just wrapped up! In the digital world, — Absolutely, But I was at a trade, show recently walking the floor.

I didn’t even notice you Put it in your pocket Yeah thanks Some place, you can get business cards. There’s places like Moo.Com, that’s pretty cool, There’s Vista Print They’ve been around forever, We talk about Canva a lot. You can create your own Business card on there They can print it off for you.

What do you use? I use Canva’cause I like to really design every part of it and there’s a couple of templates, but to each their own. Now, when it comes to Getting your actual work done, I imagine you need to have what An office space work space Space in your home, It’s going to vary right. Is that important? It’s somewhat important! It depends on what type Of service you provide, If you don’t ever really Talk to someone face-to-face, you don’t need an office, but if you want to be able To have meetings with people things like that, you don’t have to invest.

In an office space, There are a ton of just co-working spaces popping up all over the country. Some are free, some are Freemiums some are paid, It just depends on what the budget is, but with those co-working spaces. What I love about it is it’s Not only a place to work, but it’s a place to –, Free coffee, There’s, free coffee, too (, laughter, ), There’s coffee and Kick Flips, but it’s a great place to network And you get all these Like-Minded people around you that you can just piggyback ideas off of or find just complimentary businesses That maybe I’m a web designer right And you’re working there and You’re, a graphic designer You start sending me web design leads, I start sending you graphic design leads and your service just builds.

And builds and builds Or work at home Have a little office space. Something that’s just yours, free of distractions. I know I’m like a squirrel. I just get distracted all day, Just I’m working and Then Netflix will pop on and my dog runs by and I get distracted so what I like to do, Is go to a coffee shop and drink coffee, (, laughs, )! I love the working at home, It’s not for everybody, but — Not for everyone.

It is if you like to work in your PJs. That’s how I do my webinars ( laughter, ), Okay! So one more question: for you All right: How do you stay productive doing this? Oh, that’s! Tough! It really depends on the type of service business you provide. There’s not one answer fits all, but I’ll go over. Some of the Things that helps most people First off. You need some Type of productivity suite Most popular out there are Google Suite with all their Google Docs Sheets all that good stuff and then Microsoft Office.

I would almost caution people to have basically get a second number And what I mean by that is not going and getting another phone Right. There’s lots of digital services, where you can basically have Another number on your phone so that way people aren’t Calling you on your mobile line and you’re like is this personal. Is this business And then it gets confusing Separate the two Absolutely and then you Don’t answer like a weirdo like hey, this is Nealey’s Web Design and it’s your mom right.

You want to make it professional, so you have that difference. She’ll be happy to hear That you’re always working and working hard, (, laughs, ), She’s, so proud, (, laughter, ) And just separate your personal Life from your business’cause, otherwise it’s going to Start getting overwhelming, I say the same for social media. If you have a business, go And get a business page, Don’t use your personal page, Yeah Absolutely All right and then let’s Talk about getting paid, You’re a service business right, Oh right, yeah, You want to get paid You’re not doing this — That’s an important part of all this This is not just a hobby, Not just a hobby.

We all got bills, Yeah passion that pays Yes, lots of tools out there If you’re going in person, probably Square or something like that, so you got that little dongle and you can swipe that credit card. Venmo’s, probably my favorite just to read the comments. Personally, that people talk about, but quick and easy way to get paid, otherwise, there’s PayPal and Stripe for your website and things like that Sounds like a lot of options.

We got options All right, that’s a wrap. I want to thank my co-host. Justin for being here, It’s been awesome, You’re the expert, and we learned a lot about how to start your service business. But I’m sure you have questions so go ahead and drop them below and be sure to subscribe to our blog for more articles. Like this See ya, Bye

Only in their 20’s and own a Healthcare Business… You can too!

They are the owners get these dozen lucky females are the owners of, and so they only witness they specialize in particular disease. I’m going to. Let them talk to you about that. You can just get a little bit of information from them. So tell me: is your healthcare background? My name is Ashley.

I’m registered nurse to talk to my background, started on working at a nursing home as a nurse’s name and, and my background is so I and I worked the seniors – that’s kind of how I got nice to guys always to start a business. I think we all just do we wanted to start a business yeah I think waters, and can you tell us a little bit? My house is a residential care facility. I really like to compare it to an assisted living, but in it’s a small and we provide personalized care, so we do everything for them as far as like launch a meal on anything that requires their care partnered up with our local Islamic Association.

So we provide education as a component of the work we like to educate, have members who might be affected by the disease. So why all-stars? Why did you guys choose all fibers are partnered with their and Association about websites. So me personally, like I said I worked in the nursing home and I realized that people with ah summers or dementia tend to be the ones that are left out. They can’t speak to themselves, they need an advocate.

So at that point I was drawn to them. We’ve also been affected by the disease personally in our lives has had family members that have been diagnosed or were showing signs. So what is the one thing? Maybe we are passionate about making sure that the care that we provide is personalized to the individual? It’s not you know institutionalize setting where everyone’s getting the statement during these hours.

We really love to learn about what the person’s life was before they got dementia, and then we tried to create that atmosphere for the you know battling the disease we try to use as many from their past. Oh, so what will you say to like a young person that may be reading, that is thinking of owning their own business? I would say: educate yourself on whatever business that you’re going into educate yourself.

Oh pastor, Osteen! Thank you guys as family member learn from these beautiful young. Ladies over there, you

Using SoundCloud to Further Your Music Career

So let’s go to the page and start up an account, so we’re going to go to the top right hit the signup button immediately. It actually lets you sign up with Facebook, Facebook part of me, and this is something I definitely recommend, because once you actually start uploading music and sharing things you’re going to be able to share with your Facebook friends as well, so you’re casting a bigger net.

I definitely recommend that you do that, so I’m just punching in a password, I’m not going to actually agree to sign up with Facebook or to get the email updates or anything like that through SoundCloud, because it’s kind of like a dummy account and I’m doing it For this tutorial purpose immediately, what you’re faced with is a username and a, but actually username that SoundCloud automates for you.

I definitely recommend that you make your own and, of course, make it to the likeness of all. Your other accounts that you’ve previously made now right here. This is kind of like the startup page. It recommends that you begin following other artists, and you could do this by genre or by any other type of a audio. You know options that are there like audiobooks comedy ideas, things like that, but I definitely recommend that you just stick with music right now.

All the other stuff is more for, like a different type of leisurely stuff. So right here you can see all the people that I’m now following, which is great, and it also gives you an option right here to do select any of the groups that you just began following on the lower right portion, so you can deselect them now. I’M no longer following these people and I can go ahead and hit, follow and start listening to move on to the next page.

Now the next page is like the homepage of SoundCloud. So what you’re going to see are a lot of the artists that you you’re now following you can listen to your music. Actually, the music starts right away and right here you get an option to upload. You can comment you can like you can reap repost. You could do a lot of different things right here. Definitely recommend that you explore a lot of these right here.

You can even download some of this music and a lot of times it’s for free, so I’m going to go ahead and just mock up a little comment right here and then what ends up happening? Is you when you’re done with your comment you hit enter and it ends up on the little timeline there? If you could notice there’s these little photo icons as the music is scrolling long and those are people’s comments. So that would be one of yours when you post now, let’s go ahead and go back to the upload section and you’re not going to be able to upload anything until you confirm your email address.

So I definitely recommend that you go to your email addresses. I’M going to do right now and view the email that SoundCloud just set you okay, so I’m going to go to my email go to my inbox and there it is so it says: welcome to SoundCloud click. It, and essentially all you really need to do is go to the section that says, click this link and then from there it’ll set you back to your SoundCloud account and basically say that it’s confirmed.

So it’s basically confirmed that I am the person that started this profile and I’ll be able to. You know really start uploading, music and building my profile here so right here. I recommend that you have all your you know: sections ready. You know maybe a quick little bio, obviously any music that you want to upload and any images that want you want to associate with those upload music albums, and you know anything like that.

So right now, as a placeholder, I’m posting up a photo of myself because I didn’t really have anything to prepare like I said this is just for tutorial purposes. I’M making a small little description. Of course you want to do a lot more work on the description. End of things, and, of course tags are very important, because this is what this is a way: people finding you. So if you know you type in EDM and you’re, an electronic dance music, you know producer they’ll, find you a little bit easier with these tags.

As for advanced settings, we’re not really go over that too much, but if you did actually activate through your Facebook account you you right now you already have a chance to start sharing that music. Since I didn’t, i’m, unfortunately not going to be able to do that, but if you did you’ll be able to write a message and then hit activate Facebook and immediately once you hit save any of the music that you created on this profile.

You could now share with your Facebook account even your Twitter and actually, if you have a tumblr account which we might go over in another article, you’ll be able to go ahead and share that music there as well. So it’s a it’s a really great option. So right now I’m just creating a little message right here, as you can see just so that you know you could possibly share and you’re limited to the amount of characters you could use, which is, I think, a thing about Twitter and that’s reason why so, I’m Hitting save and now we’re going to look at my profile, it’s going to be very simple, you’re, going to see some other options right there at the top, maybe a little heart, with a little comment, speaking bubble with a heart.

Those are you know from anybody that likes your music you’ll, get comments there and things like that, which we’ll go over in a little bit right. Now, I’m going to go ahead and stop this music. Go back to my page that I just created and we’re going to go ahead and sample the song that I just that I just uploaded. So this is how quick it is. I’Ve already created a very small profile right now, we’re listening to a song that I made just for this particular article, something very small and yeah.

I’M going to be able to do a lot of these same things, if not every single thing that I just did. Probably within 10 minutes, as long as you have all of your elements for your profile kind of on your desktop or at the ready. Essentially so I know we’re listening to a song and we’re going to go to Explorer, which is, I think, like pretty much going back to the homepage. So you can explore new music and some artists, and things like that, and this is actually one of the funner things that you could do as well.

You know a lot of what SoundCloud is about is about finding music and sharing it and sharing comments, and things like that. So I definitely recommend that you check out all this all this stuff out and right here we’re looking at a page where even you listen to different genres, music and obviously a little love wav file right there at the top right will bring you back to your Profile, you can see exactly look here’s where your songs at or, if you’re listening to another song, you could use that fun to get back to that song.

Again, you have the speaking bubble right there with the heart on it for likes. You have your messages and you can go back directly to your profile by clicking the button that I just click right there. I noticed that I didn’t have a picture, so I wanted to go ahead and have a picture. I definitely recommend that you build up your page as much as possible upload, maybe two or three songs. At a time you know – or maybe at least two you don’t want to bombard people with music.

But here are your options. You have a GoPro setting right there. That’S for some different advertisement and paid options which we’re not going to go over through this article, but that’s pretty much it so in our next article, we’re going to cover YouTube, how to create an account how to upload and how to share I’ll catch. You guys, on the next article

Concrete Racing Quad – Hyperlite 2207.5 E motors – Budget Build for cheap drone racing fun

Well, the Houston crew has what they’re, for, as the night spot, an industrial park across town, which they have an arrangement where they can set up a track, lie a few packs and have some fun.

Now. I have not in years past, made it out to the night track because it’s a little dangerous for your quads right, but I haven’t found myself with the time to get out and get some packs on the weekends. So I needed to get some packs. So I didn’t want to fly. One of my normal race builds there. So what greater opportunity to make a quad that was as low-budget as possible, test out a few components test out some 3d printing and go out to the night spot, and that’s why I set up for this project to make the concrete quad.

I also wanted to be able to get a lot of these parts during the Black Friday sales and the total Black Friday price. If you’ve got all these parts, for you know, let’s say 12 % off, I think was the average sale. This comes out to about a hundred and seventeen hundred and seventy five bucks for this entire racing quad. So I’m going to go through the components in a second on the article, but first I want to show a quick sneak peek of the articles that the Houston crew would constantly put out all last year trying to get everybody to come out and race at the Night spot, if this was the one that sealed the deal for me guys.

Okay, so I mean we had the nice baton here we do and fun. I mean everybody always complaining about the trees, the rivers, the waters and everything it’s concrete. So what I break more on grass, you need to come out here more. Let’S have fun, let’s practice together on the concrete, so, as you can see after that, I just had to get this built up we’ll go through the build, but spoiler. This bang held up better than I could have ever imagined.

So here’s the concrete quad guys and the goal of this again was be to be able to have a cheap, build with easily replaceable parts, and that means parts for the quad itself, as well as parts on the quad such as these motors. That’S why I am going for these hyper light emitters. E stands for everyone can afford these, not eco, like some of the other ones out there, and these e-series motors are beautiful indeed, and you can see that to differentiate that from the primary hyper light line, they have reversed the color scheme, having the brilliant type of Light orange, which matches the middle mid plate on the floss three quite well on the top and hyper light blue on the bottom.

A couple of other things that I have done to get this ready for concrete. Is I printed out these feet? I have the ones for the back here still that I still need to put on, and I printed out a spare for myself. They will go on there. In addition to that, I have added a nice juicy capacitor at the back. This is Panasonic’s best capacitor that I like to use for all my bills: blue, it’s the one thousand thirty-five capacitor on there.

I also printed out this camera holder. I wanted a beefier one, I’m using the run cam nano 2 in there just to keep the costs down. This print didn’t come out super great and that’s more due to my printing skills, but it’s pretty strong and I like that. It leaves you a little bit of extra room in there and it is a fixed camera mount so since this is going to be taking, some hard hits potentially wanted to keep that beefed up.

This is the stock. This is the stock antenna holder at the rear. End, I’m using a very inexpensive real ACC stubby youxi eyes Anton, and I don’t expect that to perform, as well as the luminaire AXI of course. But since I’m racing this on concrete, very close proximity, I’m going to go ahead and try out this cheap $ 6 and tenant’s super cheap. In addition to that, let’s go to the rest of the build I’m using the eraser star anniversary $ 25 on sale $ 30 at full price esc.

That has been tried and true and some of my most longest-running builds. I’M learning that ESC. So I’m doing that for this one to keep the costs down, this is the rev. It’S the mellow Reister star, mellow ESC, that I kind of showed on the blog want to go ahead and get that up in the build and the notable thing about this is because I will likely be trying for point one right now. It’S on 4.0 on this flight controller.

This has the built-in speedy B, so you can to very easily in the field as well as switch some of those settings and, of course, using the X and plus receiver on top and an akk race, article transmitter, whether it’s a article. So that means that this bill comes out exceptionally cheap. Let’S just go over the cost frame $ 45 motors $ 56 camera 18 dollars, the ESC $ 24. The flight controller 28 dollars article under $ 10, the receiver $ 12, the antenna $ 6, the props $ 3 for a grand total of 203 dollars for this entire build, including the props.

Now, as I go out to the concrete’s spot the night spots, I’m going to also be bringing this battery protector that I generally use all the time, but I’m especially going to be using it on concrete. It does add a good 12 or 14 grams. So your overall build weight, but that is totally fine with me. If I can keep my batteries just a little bit safer, you can see this one has seen some action. It’S going to see some more action tomorrow night.

The other thing you may notice is, I don’t, have a turtle mode solution, yet I did print this fin. I had a little bit of a hard time getting it to fit on there. So now I have to decide. Do I want to try to squeeze on there or print another option? I have basically one shot until tomorrow, so I’ll figure out what I’m going to do there or do I just live without Turtle mode for a day. In addition, since it is going to be some potentially banging around, I’m going to be bringing a couple of spare arms just in case.

I need to swap any of these also going to be bringing any spare top plates and just see how things goes. I’M going to be bringing several of the quads as backups. This isn’t a competitive race, so I’m not going to be going with the intention of pushing it extremely hard, but anytime you’re on concrete. You want to be able to recover from that quickly. So quite pleased with how this build came out, I really took my time to kind of show some of those nice build skills.

I used casters 6337 solder throughout this build, as well as Mike Hester’s flux, pin to make sure that all my solder joints were nice and shiny, and it came out quite good really like this floss three. If I had to do it all over again, do I use the floss tree light? I do have one of those coming up on all of that stuff very soon so stay tuned for that now, let’s go out to the field to see how did this thing hold us? Fine, I hit that.

I hit that tree. That was going. I was a good one. Alright, so here is the after footage of the concrete quad after two visits to the night spot and as you can see, it really doesn’t look that different staying no damage. I did a couple of car crashes upside down like that, and all that I did was just kind of scratch up this motor, not right here. If you can see that, but everything else I didn’t even lose, I didn’t even lose.

One of these into holder thing is these Hyperlight été motors, I almost said eco they’re, not eco, cirqueo reminded me. These are E for Everyone, because everyone can afford these beautiful motors and the only thing that I broke during that entire session. I actually have been out there twice. This is, after the second time, I’m going to show some footage at the end, so you can see the wreckage.

These are protectors, performed and did their job beautifully. The arms still look new. I didn’t even break an arm. This fan did crumple, but my printer is not a hundred percent doll then, but that’s like what I can replace this 426, so no problem at all there. I basically ran the same set of props almost for the entire both sessions each sessions were going really hard. We were just going pax pax pax pax pax.

I probably flew across both sessions – 35 pax – maybe between the two nights. I did take a couple of spills, but there was no damage had a very little slight scratch at the top of one of these prop nuts. But just amazing, so if you want to race over anywhere, that is pre curious. This is a beautiful recipe to use all have links to in the description below for everything that I used, and this is kicking off a new series for me, where we’re going to do budget builds and the concrete quad is a perfect example of this.

You don’t have to break the bank in order to race or freestyle everything today, especially with the new version, as a beta flight can fly exceptionally well and feel exceptionally well. I didn’t even bother to do very much tuning on this and you’ll probably see that the tube wasn’t that good. But I didn’t care I wanted to just get out there get on the track, compete with my buddies and see who ended up faster and a lot of these guys that hang out at the knight spa all travelled to Temple Texas to participate in one of those Big races and we were able to set up some elements from that track prior to and it helped Houston to take.

I believe, first place third place and first place in the sportsman class, so way to go guys on that. What are you going to be racing for the 2020 season? I am still going through. Several options got the new 533 switchback. I got the catalyst machine works raging groaner. I got the Mayday designed fusion frame that I still have in the mix, so many great options. So many affordable option is so many durable and amazing components.

What a time to fly fpv guys. Can you believe that you can get three Racing quads built up for a full race season for the price that it would have cost you to get one in a couple of batteries a few years ago? It’S amazing how much better everything is, how much cheaper is getting every day if you are wanting to know more about how to build a quad check out my other articles for the beginner series, and if you want to be able to stay in tune to get These type of sales build a cheap quad of your own join FPV, sells alerts group where I am able to help everyone by all the partnerships that I have yes, a lot of those are affiliate links that helps the blog helps me get new things in for Review, but it also helps me in order to get larger and larger discount codes, especially for that group and the codes are not just from banggood guys I have saw.

I also have six partners across the United States and North America, including Canada. So if you’re, a part of that group, you are likely to save and if I’m not working with your favorite shop and they have a great show going on, feel free to go in there and post it. Let us all know I want to get the cheapest parts that I can keep flying and stay in the air too. So thanks guys and [ Laughter, ]

BOOST YOUR SALES WITH AMAZON ADVERTISING DESPITE THE CRISIS

It will be quite a ride, prepared hundred slides in three main topics, so I will switch now to shared screen. So so we kick it off and the latest numbers came out and in Europe, Amazon announced a gross margin of 32 billion euros in Europe alone, and this is kind of I just would blow my mind, because this is kind of the scale will work talking now About – and this is not like because Corona they have an uplift – no it’s because they’re really focusing on digitally are really focusing on marketing they’re, really focusing on the client, and so I thought it’s kind of the good opener.

Yet you can realize and kind of what scare they’re thinking and what we have to think that as well, it’s kind of they’re making 10,000 bucks per second a second. I wish I would earn that money, but this is kind of the competitive landscape. You are working on, and this means they’re growing 200 million per day and that’s just the growth so they’re making nearly a billion per day, and for me it’s important to mention that, because, with that with this growth, a lot of change comes to everybody, who’s listening And reading now, every day, and so it’s not only kind of what we’re facing now in the corona environment, but also everyday, Oh everybody’s, working with Amazon knows that everything is changing, sometimes annoying, but we have to be open for that.

And so what we see with our clients, but also in the market, is that we see like two kind of steps which we need to avoid and the first one is you’re paralyzed, so nothing happens, Media blocked, don’t know what to do. Stores are closing now we’re getting in the next stage, where they opening up in some countries and others not nobody knows, and then we see a lot of people trying to really force it.

So yeah pushing media in it or trying to jump on the track and not really thinking through it with you in this webinar today, I think you’re, none of both, so we today going to discuss how we can analyze the situation and how you can then profit From that, but not only from the situation we arrive in now, because everything we’re doing and did in the past is now just going faster and quicker. So everything I would talk about today – it’s not only important for today, but also for everything you do end it in the past.

This is really about how you define your strategy on Amazon, how you get the most of the KPIs. What is really important right now in the times we have and what you have to check on regular base and maybe automate and then how we can scale that and measure it. So for me important as a start and how we kind of how Amazon works and what is important for us as a marketer. So really that Amazon is not only a ecommerce platform and we just talked about the scales.

32 billion in Europe did going into other services as well, and I like to highlight that, because we as a marketer can use the data, but also in areas where you think you’re safe, there’s a lot of change. So, for instance, the one which right now gets a boost and really kickstart is food online, so groceries online and it’s not only Amazon but all the other ones outside there as well getting a boost.

But it’s not amazon’s here going faster than others again. So when you look at array vivek in order or like some online they’re reinventing it and integrating their offline supermarkets, for instance in the u.S, integrate that together again in the seamless way so that you can do the pick up you can go in, you can even Go in and don’t pay for it with no cashews so pay for it. But do it online over your Amazon account and when you have the chance and go to New York or the yes, and you will see that everything is linked to your account.

And you have a lot of crime discounts here as well. So an integrated program, another example which right now gets boost is pharmacy. Where a lot of brand started one year ago would say they going on Amazon doing a little bit, but here again Amazon bored little startup called pill pack, which is now really big, which organized all the 50 pills you have to take when you’re over the age Of 60 and says, with you kind of one, you have to take what and link that to your Alexa, who reminds you, so this is kind of again where they not only think I’m in kind of how we have to ship this online now or we have A repertory city, but they rethinking how this whole structure works and to link this all together, and this is where it gets really creepy is their own insurance company, so they started their own health care insurance, which I think we’re now really pick up, especially in the Us and linked the distribution, the service and, in the end, the insurance behind it together, and this is important for me for the thinking of what we face as a marketer and how we have to think as well.

It’S not only ads on Amazon. It’S really. What can we do with his experience, and how can we use that? How can we use a twitch one of the biggest streaming platforms in the world, or how can we leverage the possibility that we can now run ads in Emma’s in music or in their in their streams? So it’s going beyond and not only the standard basic. What we do, maybe in the sales department, and then you go the next step, and this is definitely where we’re talking about marketing and not only we have an Amazon and we drive sales on Amazon.

It’S thinking. How do we reinvent that going into skill sets and combine that with the TV screens where Amazon integrate the Alexa thinking further about it? It’S where Amazon gets all the data round and they go and really in the IOT field. So Amazon owns the media blogs. I mean everybody’s – probably right now, looking Amazon, Prime, the the stats going like crazy on Prime Netflix, everything streaming this data again, we can use.

We have IOT with voice where they’re kind of at the forefront peddling against Google, who is the best set up in the end, because this is the look in effect again for the client. And with this we have a lot of data data data data, and this is where it’s getting really cool and we can use that data and today we’re going to talk about how we can use the data in a small package. So how can actually drive sales because, most of us, this is kind of our odds, responsibility newcomers drive sales, but also how we can scale that and Amazon is scaling it like crazy, so they’re now the 3rd biggest advertiser in the world and they just started a Few years back, and so it’s impressive scale, and to underline the importance here, the latest numbers – this is from a report from tribes – is 45 % of the market share in second half of 2019.

So last was in Germany on Amazon. That’S nearly half of the e-commerce! In Germany, in other markets is kind of the same. If you’re, looking at US or UK in more lower in Europe, it’s a little bit different and, what’s most importantly again, is the growth, so the e-commerce overall growth by 10 percent roughly depends on which study you trust, but M of them grow by 35 %. So they outgrew everything and they basically were responsible for the growth in e-commerce.

We have a few other players which are there and they are all marketplaces which drive the rows talking about Zalando going marketplaces or now an auto go into marketplaces so that we see this whole shift. Everything goes in the in the growth goes on the market prices and not the small stores. So this is even without a corona effect, and this is where we have to face and to think about how we work and with our strategies.

And it doesn’t mean that we don’t only have to work the marketplaces. But it has to work long and has to work together so for Amazon, it’s still day, one I’d like to say it: it’s not only shop. Amazon is really an infrastructure of retail, and it’s even more. It’S not only logistics, its its media, its servers, its kind of a part of the the distribution internet. I would say so it’s an interest in interest and what we saw in all over Europe.

It’S a critical infrastructure in times like these, if you think about, if you wouldn’t have had or still don’t have the working ecommerce, we would have had some really big problem or the course of the last two years at two weeks for three weeks. So it’s right now really easy to get on Amazon, but – and this is the part of the hard part – this chef space unlimited. So it’s not! I go in the supermarket and I talk to the cue card manager and show to the supermarket.

I hey. I won’t have to search you get five thousand bucks for me. If I can put my my parts here, it’s the end more complicated on Amazon. They give the opportunity to do that, but you have to do it on your own and it’s not because I like you that you get the stretch. No, it’s all based on numbers, and this is where we dive in because they’re not focusing on b2b they’re, not focusing on you as a brand or manufacturer or seller or reseller they’re, really focusing on the customer.

And this is often annoying for us because they didn’t really care about us, because if they both won’t buy my vacuum cleaner, they will buy vacuum cleaner of another brand, which has the best rating the best stars and the best price. So this is kind of the. Why it’s so tough right now and Amazon just can say: hey we have enough stock right now we won’t take any more stock of of your products. So this is the hard part.

Amazon doesn’t really care. What your part is also really good chance, because, if you’re an underdog or you’re, not the number one brand, who normally I wouldn’t have a chance, you can now dive into it with the right set up to really drive that. I would tap today into a few challenges of yours and focusing really on the advertising parts, and this is if you’re, in the operations of advertising. You know it’s often like most of the times.

You don’t have enough time. You have to take care of everything that Amazon or you have like five other clients which you have to serve, and you have a portfolio which is maybe over a hundred products, and why? How should I manage this? How do I set up campaigns every week? Something is different, and now years is talking about DS P. What is that, and so this whole struggle around it if you feel kind of the same year, if you kind of how should I handle it or how can I get on the next level because the CPC is rising or my a costs? Advertising cost of sale is yeah, it’s rising.

What should I do, and I want to give you a few steps here. Of course, we can’t handle everything in this few minutes, but I want to dive into three challenges. The first challenge is, you have to get rid of all the building and pacing stuff so that you can really focus on strategy and tactics. So I will focus on this part. Pictures is really important for you and to define the right check, ticks and strategies, but also know how to get rid of the basic work here.

The second challenge: how to scale that and make it performance oriented so that you drive incremental sales and not only you have a nice-looking return, elaborate izing spent, but in the end you’re targeting clients who would already have bought the product. And then the third challenge is the advertising and retail cam. Ok, guys to combine that, because it’s nice that you’re the return, elaborate iseman, looks good.

But in the end, if you yeah, you sell under your margin or you have the problem that your campaigns advertise for another seller, because you have a lost by box issue or you’re out of stock or you will run out of stock. So the combination is really important and I cluster that in three different sections and for each section I want to dive into it. But first maybe step back, because I want to stress that I can understand the feeling that there’s too much work right now.

In kind of – and you have to less time so when I started with fact I four years ago, I we were kind of five people and I had to manage really fast 15 accounts and with that over 5,000 days, and I was like what the how should I do that, so I really focused on a few things, which I think it’s are crucial if you grow and how you can get more efficient, which I want to share them with you in the next ya minutes.

It’S really kind of what a painful way for me, and I want to save you, maybe one or two years of these, so how to get to the step to grow you and scale your business and you account, and I think the tricky the most important part Is automation so don’t do any everything twice or three times try to automate it? Second, one is really focus in terms of growth in certain attachment and use these P when it’s make sense and look at the account holistically, and this is kind of how we could grow.

Then, after two years, 250 people and grow the business with that, and I’m quite sure – and this is kind of what we did like. The other way – is kind of refocusing on again automation, automation, but also thinking around the corner. And what really were to really push the buttons? And what not? It’S that? Where we are really where we are right now and we’re really proud of we’re over hundred thirty specialists in eleven age nationalities, because we serve all countries around the globe.

So in native speakers, important notice here, please use native speakers. If you go to Japan for instance, and don’t try to use Google Translate yeah. I can give you some insights because we are managing over eight digits of media budget and have over billion in sellout on the management. So we can see quite some trends. I would say, and this all over works for 250 brands and yeah, even though I’m now managing director it’s for me, it’s still really love working in on account, and I really love to dive into to think kind of.

Where does it go um? So, for me, the core values go ahead and discover and learn a teacher of the most important ones here so be on the cutting edge. And then it’s important also that you’re quickly enough to cope. So we can do five thousand set up all over Europe, but also its small enough to care so that we work with smaller brands and smaller manufacturers as well, who have maybe only three products and just to turn around or 50,000.

So this kind of short, why? I do this and why I do this, maybe now, because I think it’s for everybody important to know that it’s not like this, it’s crazy and let’s pick what you have to only know, but there’s a way to get there, and so I will start with the Kind of basic in two minutes: this is kind of what you see that Verizon Amazon, so you have like spun up brand on top of years from the products.

Those are the few parts, that’s when a basic, so everybody’s aligned. Here then we have. This was on the search page. We have on the normal product detail page. We have advertising as well, which is under the pie box, which is the box here. We have an advertisement for Emma’s and basics so for Amazon’s own products, and we have underneath all the products as well. So basically Amazon’s stuff with advertisement works on the one side.

Annoying because you have to pay a lot of traffic on the other side, really cool, because you can really navigate where you want to go. It may be here. The first Corona related part. Amazon kicked all bought together, free creeks and DVDs to reduce the traffic and the weight on the business. So what they’re doing right now is all over Amazon. You see little different changes so, for instance, in this one is gone or the deal pages are gone and we have less of these twisters here, like all these bars, where we have the advertisement so a lot of changes behind the scenes.

I will dive into that later, if you from the s who maybe have seen something like this, so your article ads so us often had like, has like one year advance, maybe half a year advance different spawn of possibilities. So it’s always interesting to read. What’S happening? Yes, because if it works, it will come over to Europe, but and then we dive into the first challenge here is really: how can I get really focus on and it doesn’t matter if it’s a banner on top or the below or somewhere there? First of all, we have to set up the right strategy and the ride goes, and then this data mines, kind of what of assets you use from Amazon or what products you use.

So the first thing is setting up the right goals and it doesn’t work in email anymore to have one rose goal here and I will dive into the topic now. Let me once again reach check if everything is working right now, if everybody sees everything. Okay, no comments here so okay, so I would dive into this topic here so setting the right goals, most important messages. You can do with everything, with a mother more or less everything.

So it’s not only to push your advertisement for the next month to push your M to push your sales for the next month. It’S also to really think in a global annalistic way. So what you can do is, for instance, you can push your brand awareness this. The easiest talking with the media guys, but you can do into cross selling you can do an app selling. You can focus on really driving only incremental, say it’s.

You can dive into pushing your organic rankings, which is for me most of the time, the most important one, and I have two examples for this. One is the product launch, which is most of the time, the most crucial one to use advertising to do it right and to really focus on the roots right kpi’s. So this is an example from set of five smoke detectors. We did, and I have it in every presentation, because it’s the most important message here is Amazon.

If you bid on a keyword, for instance, smoke detector and you somebody clicks on your product and buys your product, your organic ranking goes up. There are few other factors like margin, but this is kind of the basic principle. How well you click the rate, so people click on the product and your sales on the product on the specific keyword is the cool part. Is Amazon, more or less doesn’t care? If the click is organic so on, if you pay for it or haven’t paid for it, so if you now put an ad on smoke detectors and you product this right now on page seven hundred thousand pickers, there are hundreds of smoke, detectors and click.

On the add your, and so you have a good picture rate, because the ad is fitting and the people brought the product, your organic ranking goes up, and this is what we see here. So at the beginning, we put AB lot of put a lot of made a lot of sales wire advertisement. So you see at the beginning the chair here so 30,000 40,000 of sales, only with advertisement and then afterwards, overtime, because organic rankings went higher organic salesman and this is basically the principle of every product launch and you have to think about that at the beginning.

You’Re not visible, so you have to really focus and using ads in the right way, and that could mean that at the beginning, because you have less star rating, you don’t have the nicest yeah content already you don’t have so much trust. Nobody maybe knows your brand. That you’re a costs, advertising cost of sales, which means costs divided by sales. It’S maybe not that good, so maybe 60 %, so you don’t have a break-even here.

Maybe your breakeven is here with 10 % and at the beginning this is not that important, because our focus is not on the a course. The a course is there for optimization purpose, but the focus is on. How well does my organic ranking goes up, so my ranking improvement is my main KPI here, which you have to measure which Amazon doesn’t give us out-of-the-box solution. You have to measure on your own or use a tool for it, but this is for me the most important KPI on that face, because afterwards, when you’re on the first listing position, second or third, then you get the seeds because people click on the first positions.

We learned that from Google we learn that the best on top of the list for every best seller list, the top is the best, and this is what we buy, especially if it’s such a product. Another example – and this is where it’s gets more sophisticated and if you’re kind of already in the game, it’s how do we get incremental sales and the basic setup is in this may be a little tricky slide, but the key takeaway years, if you bid on your Own brand, the the percentage of people who wouldn’t have bought the product anyway is really low.

To be honest, if somebody is looking for a Dyson vacuum cleaner and it’s pretty sure they want to buy it if they are looking for it, so my incremental factor is not that high, so we often multiply the returner effort ions, and so there was with an Incremental factor, which then would be maybe only 5 %, because we assume that only 5 % of the people would have bought another product. But in this important part here, if somebody else it’s on the Dyson and maybe it’s an AG or Porsche Siemens – and this is product which has five stars as well – cost half of it – they might steal some of that sales, and maybe you don’t want to be Compared to them, because in the store you’re going a different corner, I have another presentation, so you use those brand keywords to show your highlights to protect that other competitors are not bidding on these keywords and link them to your maybe to brainstorm so protect your brand And do a cross and upselling, maybe on the other way around, we could bid on competitors as well, but to be really honest here on Amazon.

This is with search advertising really tricky because, as I mentioned, the click-through rate is important factor and if you click, the rate is really low. Your bits needs to be higher so often bidding on a competitor. Doesn’T work really well, it’s really expensive and you have low traffic because your click-through rate on is really low. But of course, if you want to gain market share – and you don’t have your own traffic, this is a valid option.

So most of the music is in the generic keyword field and for me, the most important field as well, because with that you again, you can push your organic rankings, and this is the field where it’s actually interesting. What is my incremental factory as well? So really focus on if I’m already visible on vacuum-cleaner cable s and I’m on the first position, I already will reduce a lot of sales Organic wise on this first position.

So my incremental effect on that keyword is not that high. If I look on vacuum cleaner in red on that keyword and I’m not there visible on the first page, then I’m putting in my ad ok means you’re 100 % visible now before that you weren’t visible, so there was no sale if you’re, not in the store. If you’re, not in the, if you’re going to supermarket and you’re, not anywhere to find maybe in the last corner at the top right shelf, and then nobody will buy you.

So if you do a net and you’re kind of directly at the counter, you’re doing the cell or Mahseer, so it’s a directly increment effect, so important part is to really measure if your organic, visible or if you’re not – and this is the next step here so For everybody who’s like already in the game for two or three years or knows how it’s going on because they did Google Ads Google Shopping ads. This is kind of where it’s getting tricky and where you get really getting into Drive incremental sales and the rule of a thumb when you’re not able to measure the organic ranking because you’re missing the tools is something I would always in the incremental impact.

Think about what is your general market share right now, because this is a good measurement. If you already have a market share on Amazon, maybe 20 % and on generic keywords, then you maybe your incremental factor is 20 % less. So this works as well as a rule of thumb, but this is where we dive into. I know this is really really complex and if you kind of think what the hell is new, it’s talking about feel free to reach out to me setting up a call and we can discuss it for me – important takeaway.

Here’S please set your right strategy, set your right goals and then we define the KPIs, because for each strategy we have different KPIs and with these KPIs you have to measure the success of your campaign, because when I go back to slides, if I’m only looking at My I’m running animals, an automated campaign, put all my products in there or the keywords together if it’s a brand keyword. Of course, yours is better because if I’m looking for again my working cleaner and somebody’s looking for it, it has a really nice return on effort.

I’Ll spend put one euro in get hundred bucks out, but in the end I don’t do more sales. If I compare two generic where maybe I have to put five bucks in the number looks way worse, but in the end and doing more sales. So this is really important to check it. There’S more your homework. Everything here is also explained in our weight white papers on the website. So it’s like really yeah. Somebody hated me for these speakers to say, like it’s like doing a you’re marketing class at university, but it’s really kind of how it works.

It’S not Mac. It’S not blah blah. It’S really how you can set it up. So when you then think okay setup is done and you’re done, it’s no! No, no! No! No and it’s even more critical now with the Corona effects, because we not only have different life cycles, for instance right now, we have like at the beginning of the crisis or the fitness gear. What you could do indoor was exploring normal. This is something for winter, and this life cycle is important as well, because traffic changes with this budget changes and also the the product itself changes.

So we have seasons, but we have also product life cycles. Then we have a lot of right now, and this is the most important part here: stock and buy books tissues so, for instance, Amazon right now is not shipping in France, any goods other than essential goods by themselves, so they’re moving to F p.M. So for food By merchants, so you really have to check your stock and buy books and, of course, over time they will put for you to changes.

We have like new options for ads and the people are looking in a different way, so moving from desktop search to mobile search and what we have right now in everybody working back home, we see a rise of Facebook of all the networks. Right now have a lot of desktop searches as well and on Amazon as well. I assume because we can’t measure it but because the people sitting at home nobody’s looking over the back and it shifted from mobile to desktop again.

So it’s really interesting what’s happening there and what you have to think about and for me really really important – and this is always when you think wow has real awesome campaign most of the time. It’S not because your bit strategy is the best because you will get on a certain level. It’S really because something’s changed with your price. So often, if you have a discount on it or maybe Media Markt or see discounts change, the price Amazon is matching it and your price.

Louis then, with that o for for a second, you have a really good campaign running and because of all those factors, you have to measure that as well, and this is where you have to work together with your account manager with the Amazon you Khmers responsible person And on the other side, as a responsible person for e-commerce, you have to talk to your marketing people, because if they don’t know that you have out of stock problems or right now in China, the effectors are shut down and you will have a delay of two Months so they should stop their campaigns and then you have an issue, so we use it with our factory suite where you can see actually kind of where you have problems and issues on a on a continuous pace and for me important – and this is one of The takeaways here, if you have a software like this or not, and if you can set rules like this or not, you have to write now check, and this is the first thing you have to do when you’re getting off.

This is in your campaigns. We have a lot of products right now which have a really long shipping window. What does it mean? This means that your conversion goes down with this. Your return will go down on the clicks, because the clicks cost the same most of the times. What we see so your maybe your margin is threatened and you have to react and also, if even if your products are right now low on stock or out of stock, we run into the issue that you, the campaigns, still keep running so, for instance, upon the Brand’S, the campaign we run Amazon doesn’t care if you’re in the buy box or somebody else’s in the Bible.

So you have to act on that. That’S why we integrated that in our software. But if you don’t have something like this, please please check it on a regular base. Otherwise you’re just burning money. So saying you can’t really check everything right now with this, and I have a few example from the current state where we are that AI is maybe not the solution for everything I mean it’s a cool password.

We use machine learning for a lot of stuff, but for only bidding it’s a little bit critical and I have a few examples, see how you can read those graphs from different clients, and so we dive into the numbers a little bit. So what we see here is actually when over the course of the month, so we have the month on the bottom. They start in 2016 and you can see that in in April there clicks went really down.

So we kind of have more or less no clicks left compared to the time before and the a cost went up so we see now we can assume a lot of things. One is mm, maybe the bits were not are high enough. Some competitor went in so we won’t get the placement or it can be. We are out of stock, we lost the buy box. That’S why de-spawn the products weren’t displayed anymore. There can be a lot of reasons behind that where you have to link and talk to your retail team again or look into your cell at County, so this graph here is not only enough, but we see a change here in the second graph underneath here we See: okay: this is over the course of a month really cool with Corona.

We see a really nice click-through rate, so you could assume that we have like done everything right in terms of pointing to the right triggers, but what actually changed here? Amazon, this ticked some of the red placements out of from the website so that they are right now only better placements left above the fold, so the click-through rate over all accounts in general, went up which is really cool.

But – and this is the really cool part here, starting of April – the the impressions went through the roof, so this is obviously a product where a lot of people looking for and where we see more, where we can dive into so again. It can be different reasons where you have to then dive to again two more examples. Just to point that out. We have here an example where we see the click-through rate again going up, but overall, our operations going down.

So in this case it’s a fashion client. So the people are looking less for those products right now we see as a hint. We see that it’s going up again. So just the first estimate, but the quickly right here again had Marla that’s nothing to do with kind of a better at place, but what we did in the bidding. It was really a change of system and one last important information here. They prime, they will be moved.

We don’t know where and if at all. But if you see the impact here and don’t be afraid of the side numbers here in the millions. But this is really the impact of Prime Day, which is a cyber week which is done decently, so having the right setup in terms of deals pointing the right products. They are doing their advertising strategy with this together and you can see in the day they’re doing more sales than maybe one or two months.

So this is a really critical factor. I’M really curious what’s happening here. What Amazon does with it, because it’s for them the most important day to push their devices in the market? So, let’s see as a key takeaway. Please please please talk to each other if you’re responsible for the content in your product team or you have to do it on your own, that’s the first thing. You have to do to drive your conversion rate, but of course, if something is changing, maybe the seasons changing and right now we have like getting a lot of bad reviews.

Review management is important, so all this parts getting and playing together. So when I’m talking only about Emma’s an advertisement, this means you have to get your retail data right and you have to get your conversion later right as well, because this is a lot of crazy stuff as well. Here’S my second perk of today – it’s not the last. If you want, we can check your Amazon account for free, so everybody on the webinar here, please send me an email.

What you’re going to do. We will have a brief chat if it makes sense or not and what you focus is, and then we can dive into it real time or do a quick presentation and check what’s going on and where we can maybe help you in the next step. Now we have kind of setup it up. We have a strategy, we know what’s going on, it’s kind of how we scare that – and this is a really cool part here, and I would try to make it in a way that, besides the technical problems, we had, that we don’t do lots of over on Is is how to scale the funnel, and if you look at Amazon right now, it’s it’s crazy.

They on the start page, they have only digital products right now, so everything you would see right now on Amazon is really they’re trying to avoid that the people buy more when we talk to our clients um most of them, especially in their essential goods. They have like every day a primary and in categories which are beside that we have 50 % growth, 60 % groves. So if you’re not growing right now or you’re, not having stock issues, then something is probably wrong with your visibility, even though Amazon is trying to get rid of, everybody was kind of thinking only buying something only serving people who want to buy something.

So the main ideas right now really focusing on those people and who need stuff so far as it’s a chance, because we can now use their framework right now and besides all the noise which we normally have can work. So we can work in the whole funnel here, which is often a web, so from create awareness and purchases, and this is where what you see when Amazon account executive will knock at your door.

If you big enough, they will talk about what cool things you can do and most of its really cool, but you again have to really think about what is my goal. So you can book the star page if you’re crazy enriched, but you can also do more sophisticated things than doing a pro credit programmatic advertisement, which means using Amazon, stated target the right person. So you sitting in front of your laptop, they know.

Ok, neots is somebody who’s already always buying more expensive products is right now in the category looking for vacuum, cleaner and he lives in Cologne in a in not not Civic apartment, but he’s like right now looking for the product and we can show the yet so Really target it down, but of course it’s not only boring ads anymore. It’S also really cool stuff, which you can do, for instance, especially with article, and we see some really nice numbers here so in terms of awareness, which means they are, they measure, often in kind of first it more important, KPIs kind of cost per Mille.

So how much you pay for to reach the thousand people, but also kind of then in article completion rate, which is then the most important or cost per article completion, and here Amazon can definitely fight against the YouTube or Facebook, especially in terms of quality. So when you want to test this and you’re thinking about doing it even like to drive your sales, I what during mobile article ads, which are doing really well in terms of return and advertising spent.

So we sometimes see like rows of five or four with these ads, even though it’s an awareness, part and also and of course, which is coming now, is that you can dive into the voice part. So if you have something, if you want to do advertisement in Emma’s music or if you right now, everybody’s looking in the fire TV, the the numbers are rising like crazy. You can do sponsorships or everything around that.

But again we want to scale it, and this is the important part with this. The Larry Page has to work together. So when I using an app, this is the net. Nobody sees it. This is the kind of day at how we could do it, but you can also use Amazon enas and for me, it’s important here create the perfect landing page for this as well, and this is the takeaway here is: please focus on the focus on the right Landing page here as well – and you can build your own landing pages now – it’s not like two years ago, where Amazon oMG had to build them, for you can use Amazon stores.

So if you’re going log into your advertising central, you can build your own stores and you can build your own portfolio. Please, please, please don’t show there your whole everything you do build sub planning pages, which are fitting to your campaigns, and I put like a really new image in here now you can do even overlays, so they’re, getting better better every day where you can directly buy On the other pictures, you can build your own, create your own world around this one step back from the landing page, so landing page has to fit through the credit take away here.

You can even go crazier, so you can use those landing pages and create with all Emma’s on a whole, funnel approach. I won’t dive too into this today. It’S just it’s a whole other webinar and it’s really on the management. Slider looks really easy, but in the end, in the technical part, is not that easy. But to give the you the outlook here, it’s possible, you can link an Instagram or Google campaign to Amazon, but what we often uses like your own store as a as a focus, because why sending traffic to Amazon? If you pay the traffic so send it to your own store, if it’s possible, but yen, re-engaging with them or filling the whole funnel with Amazon together again other different topic.

If you’re cussing about it, please ask me, then we can dive into it and don’t fall for the fact that it’s maybe easy and in the store amazon tells you that you can measure traffic. The most important part is, if you send traffic from the facebook browser or linkedin browser to amazon. The mobile browser won’t accept cookies. So, like you can’t track kind of the sales. So when you look into your stats, which are behind those stores and see like okay, what’s going on and you will see more or less no conversion – and this is basically a technical problem – which kind of is the big problem here.

So it’s possible but really tricky. So I would really really recommend you use what Emmas on offers you, and this is besides the search advertising doing advertisement on amazon effort, enemas on, but also outside of amazon and with their own funnel system, which is the smaller brands. One important fun fact here before we dive into how you can actually do it is normally on its amazon biggest client, so 1 billion roughly, I would say they doing in ads on at Google right now that change – and this is really cool chance Emerson, stopped all Ads on Google all ads on Facebook, all the retargeting, all automated marketing, there’s no right now: advertising on price comparison pages.

They drop the affiliate rates again and all the deep pages offline. So, basically, all the automatic marketing you pay as a vendor is offline and for everybody else, the whole retargeting part – and this is especially crucial if you have very expensive product or if you have a product with high involvement where you have to think about its offline. So the main conversion driver and to drive in to your sales is right now offline.

So if you’re, not in a category which has a high demand right now anyway, and where the people buy it on the first glimpse, so they know. Okay, I need a six-pack of water. Yes, people buy a six-pack of water online, they click on it’ll buy it, but it’s maybe the vacuum cleaner. But if we think twice about it, there’s right now, no retargeting and odd. Every marketer knows retargeting works, so we, this is definitely the time and point where you have to dive into right now to look at this as a funnel approach again so people on the top don’t know what we want.

They know they run, they loft run. They don’t know they may be. Wan na have a measure that track the time they run and rather run. They can use their phone, but maybe read so we have to create awareness. This is really top of the fun. You explain them. We have the nicest read which can track the time, and everything is included with this. Amazon gives you all the plenty of options where you can target people who are in that category right now, looking for product, but also on top of that kind of knowing that this, maybe it’s somebody who’s a football fan.

Because for me it’s if the code where I live so then you can target those ads together. So you can use this as well as you, but for us most of the time we start at the bottom of the funnel, because we do go to do sales and this most of the time budget is limited. We start at the bottom, and this is really combining here search advertisement. What we had in the first part of the and then using DS, P Amazon’s demands high platform, which basically means using matching Amazon’s information about you about me with kind of advert advertisement somewhere in the web.

So when you go on the Sun or on beauty or somewhere else, they basically know. Okay, it’s you. It’S needs, and I will show you this advertisement, and this is what we can do here and the nice and the crazy part is. We cannot only do retargeting or quiets, but we also can do retargeting on similar ads so similar products, which means that, for instance, if I again back to my example and have my vacuum cleaner and somebody’s like now on a AG electron Karina and I spot Siemens Or Phillips can advertise those people, so I can directly target my competitor.

My competitor pool of people who have been on the similar product haven’t bought yet, but yeah are in the position of pipe and I can target them and the cool part is, and the yeah a little bit tricky part. So is that the competitor? Doesn’T he realize that so I’m not getting in a bidding war like on such a Iseman? I can really push them here, so the combination of postman is big and keeps it growing without investing more and more time.

So this is really where you can scale it. One example here what we did right now in the in the times like this, you couldn’t mean like okay, right now or the fitness studios are closed. We see a huge drop in the category right now, with protein shakes and everything around and with vitamins. It’S tricky. So we thought about a way how you can actually do that in a way not too pushy, but also how you can build that together.

So what we did here, for instance, is running in the pain on Amazon, DS, P, on Google and on spot of products, which we then run together in one funnel, and this is just one idea how you can think of why you’re right now and where you Can step in next and I’m quite sure we will have a second January after this everybody is allowed to get out again so that the fitness studios then again will profit from this.

But we thought kind of how we can use this in another way, and this is where you have to bit get a little bit creative. So it’s not only numbers but also to combine that and to get that just get those target groups. In terms of timing, I will rough this up a little bit for me. It’S important, it’s not Amazon, doesn’t work in a classic way where you would say: okay. This is neo C’s in between 30 and 40 years old.

He has a net income of X and he has a child and it’s household leader, Amazon works in a different way. Amazon was really focusing on what is your lifestyle? So are you somebody who buys more quality goods? If it’s are you somebody who is a garden lover, what is kind of around there and what you actually do? Where are you surfing right now on Amazon and if you’re surfing on Amazon for product? It’S really like you want to buy it, and now, when Amazon’s, when Google says Google shopping is for small stores for right now for free to fight Amazon in US with Google shopping.

Yes, but if you’re shopping on looking for Google for product, it doesn’t really mean you wan na buy and normally, if you’re looking on Google for product, you will end up on Amazon any way, because the first ranking factor the first SEO optimized traffic is Amazon and Most of the time, the ads as well, so it’s a little bit different here in kind of what information you have first party data – and I already talked about the different – how you can actually target those, but it’s important they thinking about behavioral targeting and not demographic And this is often the fighty of internally when you’re talking to classic trained marketing people.

Thinking about okay, I need to reach in my target group. This is my target group which I set by location, gender or whatever, and Amazon really thinks in a different way. So if a Grammy makes yoga, they don’t care how old she is. If he’s looking on Amazon for yoga gear, then probably she want to have it. So it’s really focusing back. I mentioned that it’s not only doing and sending people to Amazon or, if you you, can use it as well, if you’re not selling anything in e-commerce at all.

So if you’re, for instance, an insurance company – and you want to target new people, you can actually target people who bought really expensive, telly, so TV screen and show them the newest ad for insurance or for an iPhone. You can also target people who have like have business registered on Amazon, so our b2b clients and buying right now, a lots of office good and you could target them with maybe a software which is good for Texas.

So you can use Amazon’s information, also off outside of Amazon or link people to outside of Amazon, because I know a lot of people don’t like Amazon part, they kind of know it’s there and they have to use it. So this is the best CRM in the world which you can use for then, of course, a small fee which is a few pennies or cents per thousand people. So this is another option again, could talk a whole hour about it? So if you have any question here, let’s dive into discussion, one example here how you can compare this, and this is really then more upper funnel.

So this KPI click-through rate is important, then, for the awareness where we don’t look into the returner, let’s spend that much Amazon can often out-compete Google campaigns, because the conversion rate and the click rate and m/l everybody trusts in an amazon, a logo. They click the red of that, because of that is really really good, so that I make you more ads. Often out-compete Google commits, of course, and depends a little bit on the product, and you have to test it.

The tested is a really good point, so you can actually I’m often asked what you can do. We recommend for the first campaign, a budget of 5k doesn’t really matter how long it’s running, if it’s two weeks a month or six weeks. But this gives you enough data to learn to get the algorithm running, to optimize, to figure out if it’s really working and if you go for a bigger setup and one really sophisticated adder or it’s a little bit more complicated the whole funnel then recruitment budget of 10K, of course, this is a kind of rough estimate.

It really depends on what you want to do. For instance, if you want to read through retargeting and only have a couple of thousand people on your product every month, you can’t even spend that much. You can only spend a few hundred bucks. One last word for that for the retargeting here. It’S if you often get asked what can I expect when you look at your email campaigns, so the campaigns on generic keywords on Amazon and you have maybe there are nakos of 50 %, which is roughly in Ross of six that’s upside-down, and you can estimate that You will probably have the same targeting as well just as a rough guest.

Of course, the product should cost a little bit more than 50 bucks or you have to high involvement product. If it’s a toothpaste, retargeting doesn’t really make sense. But if it’s something where you have to think twice of, it always makes sense to integrate that in you’re, always on set up third challenge and last challenge before we having the wrap-up it. So me really important. We saw that in a different analyze, as why, when I showed the different graphs is that everything has to work together and for us it’s always.

You can do more or less everything on Amazon and its first up, getting a status quo done and what we do, and this is where you may be, and it depends on the scale what kind of possibilities you have. What I would recommend to you. It’S in the first step when you know thinking about okay, I know I know in a few months, everybody or a few weeks, everybody has to discuss what is my budget for the next year, which is my course right now really tricky what we do at the Beginning is come going really in the market and license so I’m checking what what is really my market.

It’S not maybe if I have hand her vacuum cleaner, it’s not the whole that communites only for Helmholtz cooking. Looking where I am I right now. What is doing what a surprise point because price and where Emma and my life cycle is really important on Amazon – do have actually changed with my product or can I do it much advertising if I want, but it has only two stars so first to the marketers, Then go in the brand potential, so what is my product, and what can I get so how much in Eric traffic is? There has a general a number in most categories: 80 % of the traffic has no brand involved, so the people are looking for a generic product and they don’t know which brand thing won’t have right now in the first step.

But there are the categories where the brand is really important, so there’s not a lot of to gain there. So this is the second step check. What’S my potential create, and with this you can really easily build your business plan and narrow down how much traffic there’s? What is my market? What’S my potential and then you know kind of forecast, like what kind of you can get out there, and this is really nice, then to get the budget you need by the way we see over all our clients right now compared to last year that they invest.

Fifty to hundred percent more than last year, so the in general overall Cline’s is fifty sixty percent in some categories is even crazier and some clients. Obviously they outgrow everything and they have nine percent more invest. But if your budget, right now for the next year – it’s not thirty or forty or fifty percent more on Amazon, you will lose visibility in the long run. Then we have. Obviously you have to plan a targeted and then measure it down, and we do this.

Every quarter with most of our clients, so for you as a QB, our or working quarters, it really helps you because of the timing, our enough drive to be much into it. But for me it’s important not only to look only on the kpi’s amazon offers you, but also to check kind of what, where I am right now with my organic position. Where do I have my sales? What is correct now we’re have a potential and the only this one example here so where we saw that in this was kind of conditioners we saw that was one year ago.

This was the market share in the category paid visibility and organic visibility, which we had on the slide here and we compared them against each other. So who is over investing right now in the category and so that not Leonor was by far the biggest in organic. So everything was organic lonoa, but they didn’t do really well into in terms of advertisement and Sacre Tran was going in crazy M Donna and doing advertising and one year later.

What we see is this only snapshot of course of a day but to make it show here. One year ago everything was mean or in their career, and now we have two packs of psychotron already and one of sometimes so Lenore lost more or less all. So in that category you can see those shift and how this actually works out, and you can measure with this and I’m forecasted can actually see. What’S what does it do so for me, it’s important to let you create your own dashboards if it’s going crazy on X, M crows or whatever using software like ours, where you have everything salience allowed everything combined or – and this is then the master step which I Would love to talk with you about is really how to build credit, integrated, really dashboards, where you run not only Amazon together, but all your sales data audio advertising later from Google Facebook, everything together to create like crazy dashboards, where you can actually see what’s happening act On it and that on a daily base, so you don’t have to always wait 100 days for a new report, but canned I’ve really enjoyed all of this have broke over 200 Rand and I’m very sure will work for you.

I know it was a lot of a lot of input, so if you feel a little bit overwhelmed, please take a minute, but ask me anything: I I’m here to talk and yeah. If, if there’s any option at me on LinkedIn, then you can have a chat. I’M strike fifth, I’m straightforward there. If you have any question, I’m really responsive or write me an email, yes and otherwise, I’m open for calls as well, which you can sign up on the link, because we have a little bit time difference now.

Of course, it would be a little bit shifted, but I will definitely call you back if you up for chat peace a so thank you very much.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER (BOOKKEEPING FROM HOME)

So what we’re doing as a trio is a day in the life of a bookkeeper and, more specifically in the different styles of bookkeeping and the different genre that we all three do so each one of us is a little bit different. So come join us in this awesome collaboration.

You can find link to their article down below in the descriptions so come along with me. As I take you into the day in the life of me good morning guys, I am actually participating in our morning weekly p.M. Meeting at TM for project manager meeting a few of us accountants in our company and our superiors, their CFO. We all participate in this meeting because the counting is needed when it comes to a collections billing things like that taxes.

I also take care of a lot of our collection side of our accounting and for our project managers, so when they have questions about certain projects that they’re working on, if we’re collecting things like that, we type in – and you know we make sure we take our Mill, so this is my morning here. Luckily I can do that at home, a lot of them do it from their location, like our sales, guys, our project managers that are out on site they’re able to participate.

You know by my computer or phone or something awesome like that, so we are able to connect that way and amazingly our company. You know that’s what we do. We do audio-visual stuff and this is kind of our forte. You know so we like to make sure that we can tell communicate this way so alright. So now that my meetings over, I am headed into the office, I absolutely love honestly to work at the office because of the environment.

My company has kind of set forth. It’S so chill and so relaxed and honestly my bosses and superiors are the best I’ve ever had in my life, not even kidding so here my first duty and tasks that I do when I first get in and start my computer is that I process our checks For deposit our CFO wants to see the money hit our bank first thing in the morning, so we have a really awesome, remote deposit machine, where I can process all of our checks and get them right into the bank.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvUZsRKzIno

As soon as I sit down one of the habits that I did it break and it took me a little while was that I broke checking my inbox for new emails first thing in the morning, because if I did that that I wouldn’t complete the checks and One times and not, I found myself forgetting about it until lunchtime, so because I wanted to to create really good habits. I started doing it as soon as I got in as soon as I sit down.

Everything is open and I get the checks in first because they usually put them on my keyboard, so good habits, good development. I end up holding a lot of different tasks through the day because I’m an accountant there I help with. I do my official title fYI because I’m their staff accountant. So I handle many different tasks and I help out almost every department in our company. So I’ve got my hands in kind of I guess everyone’s plate.

You know tiny sounds gross, but you know what I mean. I help out everyone, because my tasks require me to kind of jump all over the place. I want to show you guys my really cool 10 key. I have an ergonomic keyboard. This is separate and for those of you who are going to be working as a go to and counselor in finance anything these numbers master ten key. If you haven’t already practice practice practice, ten key is the best skill you can have if you’re working with numbers and if your bookkeeper I’m talking about you so another really cool thing that I really love about working my day job and having my business on the Side is that we both do things carelessly so the tasks that I do my day job and the things I do for my bookkeeping.

Business kind of keep me you know refreshed and up to date with new ways of doing change. Paperless leave so it’s kind of like I don’t know they bleed together. So I get more hands-on experience and I get more more, no more paperless training, yeah that makes sense our paperless training. So I think that’s a really cool aspect having this particular job and this particular company’s policies kind of coincide with my own.

So now that my workday is over for my day job. The first thing I do when I get home his eye – Walker dogs. This is just one of our two dogs. Her name is Nessie and she’s hilarious she’s, like the laziest dog in the whole wall. She just likes to stand there when I walk her so she’s, just the easy stock to walk and she’s super funny. She doesn’t like to walk in the grass. She would much prefer to walk on the sidewalk with me.

I know this dog is crazy, crazy hilarious and I always try to get some things done and unwind before I actually get started on my bookkeeping business and get started with my clients. This particular day I made some ramen my daughter, and I so shout out to all you ramen fans out there. I’M he’s Robin and a huge Harry Potter fan, so we hung out and ate our ramen readed some TV and unwind a little bit.

You know shoot some time together. You know they do this usually before I start my business workday for my book to big business, because this time is important to me all right. So now that I’m going to get started with my bookkeeping business, I am actually just going to call here with my husband’s best friend, who owns his own pool company, and what I’m doing for him is I’m providing him with a couple of things.

It is a business consultation to go over what his current QuickBooks Online bookkeeping looks like you answer some of his questions because, like most entrepreneurs, he wears all the hats in his company and he’s been taking care of his own book. So he has been wanting some guidance on how to clean that up and just have some general questions that, of course, those that don’t have a bookkeeping or accounting background might have.

It might be very easy, so I’m having that conversation and then we go into talking about his bookkeeping future and how to go about doing that. With my help he’s a really cool dude and I really love to help startup companies, because I want to see them succeed and when my client succeed, I succeed so another couple tasks that I have set forth this evening is that I’m going to be knocking out Some financials and do transaction reconciliations for some clients, so that way I can knock out their reconciliation.

It’S kind of on a daily pace for these two particular companies, because they do so many transactions through the month. It’S best that I don’t wait till month end to reconcile, but rather do them a little by little throughout the week. So that way it doesn’t just snowball on me. I feel like that’s kind of the best way to go about certain companies, because you definitely don’t want to burn out that’s what I’m trying to avoid at all cost.

What I’m also going to do is I’m going to do a quick screen share and walkthrough of my next task for a brand new company that I have taken on as a client, and I think this will be just a little added bonus to my day in The life article so enjoy a quick glance into what I’m doing right now. I just got a new clients who they happen to be a volleyball club and they haven’t reconciled their account. Basically, they didn’t officially have any kind of bookkeeping software or process at all in place since 2018.

So what I did for them is, I went ahead. I met with them and I’m going to be reconciling everything since they’ve started and then I’m also in the while. I’M doing that we’re in the process of building their bookkeeping process and how we’re going to do everything as far as financially moving forward. So what I did was I connected their bank account to this 2-0. I went and I had to block out their bank account number because well privacy, of course, and the last time we went in, I was only able to get up to June 25th.

You know, as far as getting the bank feet going, that took me a little bit, but I don’t need you know. I doesn’t need to be up to date just yet I can start from. I need to start from the beginning, so I can start from the 20 October 2nd of 18 and get started because I you know, obviously I’m going to work from the past to the front pass to the future, to the present goodness, alright, and here I’m going To be receiving the money, I’m actually because I am creating a new process, and this is a brand new account, I’m going to be adding all this new fun stuff that you guys can read me make and create, as I go about it.

So here we go. The item code, I’m not sure what I want the item code to be. Let’S see, I smell this item. Let’S say the item code is: let’s go with one yeah, that’s about 10! That’S about a thousand! That’S perfect item! Name! Let’S go club dues unit price, they don’t really have unit price, which is fine. This is going to be sales tax on sales, no tax, because it’s a service so we’re good, zero on sales, tax, yeah, that’s good, that’s good, and so kay.

We do not track this, so there we go, I’m going to save it. Club dues, the quantity one, the unit price isn’t filled in because we’re catching up from 2018. I’M not going to put a unit price in to play just yet. What I want to do is I want to come back and I’m going to see these deposits. They have quite a few deposits and it’s just deposits and other things, of course purchases, but these deposits are strictly to do with Jews and payments to their club.

So I’m going to basically receive the money in those quantities. So 279 74 is what I’m going to work with right now and that’s what I’m going to put in 79 74. There we go tax exclusive and one show like that, save and add another boom. So I’m going to go through this process for the next, maybe 30 minutes or so I probably can do this a lot faster. I’M just taking the time to show you guys right now and explain what I’m doing so.

I am going to get started and as soon as I’m done with this, we will catch up alright guys. So that’s the end of my evening. I am about to call it a night it’s about a nail, so I got a lot of my things done as soon as I got home. I made sure to make some time in between both my jobs to detox. Make some dinner hang out with my family. Walk the dogs and then start into my bookkeeping business. I do have a lot of things automated now, so I don’t spend too much time doing things as manual as I usually used to do them, because I’m trying to juggle clients and if you do have the option to automate to make your life a little bit Easier, I say: go for it also just make sure that you’re staying on task and that you don’t let the tasks build up to one big gigantic mountain of things.

To do. I tend to spread out all the things that I want to do for the month and do little things as I go. Instead of one big project, one big clothes and you know one big reconcile for all the companies. I tend to spread it out and do little tests in between, so that I am slowly tackling you know the huge mountain. Whatever analogy you guys want to use, but you kind of get it if you let, if you put off what you can do today for tomorrow, then it’s just going to add to your list and it’s going to burn you out.

Another thing I do want to mention is that a struggle of mine as an entrepreneur and as just a bookkeeper, it’s keeping myself motivated to do this as most of you, entrepreneurs out there know when you don’t have a big team, you might have to do everything By yourself, especially if you’re, first starting out you’re going to be doing the bookkeeping, you’re going to be doing the marketing the sales the website, all of it – and you tend to be – you know – kind of the person that wears all of the hats.

So you know make sure you don’t burn out you’ll find that motivation is sometimes really hard to come by so make sure you’re doing whatever it takes to keep you motivated, I listen to podcasts or some YouTube blogs that I find inspiring to make sure that I Feel pumped up when that doesn’t work. You know I switch it up. Maybe I’m going to go. You know on a run or go to the gym or do something like that, maybe even start doing yoga.

In the morning, I tend to mix things up so that I don’t get stuck in the same routine and that I find everyday. You know more than just a struggle of balancing things, because it is key. You want to balance your life. You want to make sure that you have enough time for your job. Well, at least for me my job, my family, my other job, all the things that I need to do you know family is important, especially me for my culture, and I I highly regard our family time and I try to keep that private, because the reason I’m Doing all of this is because I want to live the life that I want, that I can control and I’m the boss of right.

I think that’s what everybody was, so I hope you enjoyed the article leave me some comments below. If you have any questions, let me know what kind of challenges you have to face and you have to overcome as an entrepreneur or bookkeeper both whatever. Let me know in the comments, and did I mention that this is another collab Asian article with two awesome youtubers. First is Miss Andy smiles and the second is Miss Morgan law, who you might remember from a past collaboration article that I did with her book.

Gals are extremely awesome. They both bring really awesome things to the table gosh how many times I’m going to say, awesome, and I think that, having a perspective from their view on how they deal with bookkeeping and their bookkeeping businesses with their backgrounds, you know we have different lifestyles. It’S it’s really refreshing, so you guys go check their blogs out and you know make sure you support them as well as me, because we support you guys and we’re here for you so make sure you go check them out.

They’Re really awesome. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I’M going to keep saying it and I’m going to wrap it up tonight because I’m going to start this all over tomorrow, so I will see you later bye.

Daily #58 – Facebook Ad Basics – 4

You can use them on your personal page or your business page. You can use them for invitations to personal events like birthday parties or you can use them for business events and really an event can be pretty much anything.

They can be actual events like webinars or Google Hangouts. They could be a live event that you might be promoting. Ah, they could be even a promotion. You are having for a product or something so it can be almost anything and you can create an event from your personal page, where you can invite all of your friends or segmented friends. Whichever friends you choose, or you can create an event from a fan page and once again you can invite your friends or chosen friends or you can invite whoever you like in a broader audience.

Are you can invite the fans of your page fans and their friends of your page or an audience that you’re specifically target so they’re very versatile and they’re quite powerful tools to use for promoting just about anything at all, as I said, so, how do we actually Create an event so I’ll just take you to my personal fan, page up page and we’ll just have a quick look and a run-through. So here we are on my personal page now, where do we find events? If you spell down here on the right hand, side you’ll, see either event invitations here and if you go down on the left side, you will see there are events just here in favorites.

That’S where mine are now either of these will take you to the same event place. So if we just click on events here now, these are current events that i’ve been invited to different types of events, and this is where you go to to actually create an event. So if we click on create here, we can actually create an event on our up personal page, and we can either create a private event that will only be visible to their specific people who are invited or we can create a public event, and anyone at all Can see that now, if you were promoting something to do with your business, you would probably prefer it to be a public event, but not necessarily that’s entirely up to you how to use that.

So then, you just go and just click out of here to get rid of that enter in all the details of the event and click on create. Now I would prefer to create my events using my business page because their business events and to do that we can just get rid of this, and we can just quickly go over here to my our business, Facebook page my fan page and now this might look Different to your fan pages, just because I have created what they actually call it: a business page in business manager – and you can see here its business, facebook com, but pretty much.

Everything else is the same. Just this part of it is different, so I would go down here to use page and that just brings up the page, how it would normally look. So then we’re going to go now. We would normally put a post we’re going to click on offer or event, because this is where you go to create an event. And if we just go down here to event – and you can see this looks kind of similar to the event that we’ve just created.

So how do we go on create an event? Well, let’s run through it will do a walk-through. So first thing we need as an event photo now. I have a photo here, i’m actually going to create an event for a webinar that i’m promoting. So if I can find this elusive photo because sometimes it is very difficult to find here, it is so while we are uploading that photo, I’ve just put the event details in a word document over here, so I’m just going to copy and paste this now.

These are actually taken off the actual webinar, the webinar registration, our page. So when those people who see this avenged and if they click on the link, what they will see here I want they see on the registration page will be exactly the same, so there won’t be any surprises for them. So that’s the event name, that’s the headline of the webinar. Now we’re going to go to location and for the location arm for this I would just add the registration link for the webinar or the google hangout.

If you were going to have one or the URL of you know, if you had an offer that you are offering people, it might be the capture patient, you were taking them to to get that often. So that’s what I would put their as the location and then we need to start a date time so we’ll go to tomorrow, we’ll put tomorrow’s date in here and make sure we put the correct time and then we need an end time now. Make sure that the start date and the end date are exactly the same, and then we just change the time here and my webinars are usually that an hour.

So I make it one hour later, i’m not going to add any pages or friends here now the ticket URL. I will actually make it the same webinar registration URL as I had before so we’ll just paste that in there and then the description is going to be taken straight from my webinar registration page and it’s just the description of the webinar and what people are going To find out so depending on a webinar or hang out or if you had an offer or something you would put the description that was appropriate in there.

I’M not going to worry about checking this box here about who can post on the event wall. If you want to hear you can drag this photo around to reposition it, so if we leave it there, we can still see their hands and everything now we’ll go and publish the event. So there’s the event pretty much created now, so that’s it there. Now we can invite people, so this is where it gets interesting. So now I can go here and invite my actual friends on Facebook.

Now, if I was, I could invite all of my friends or I could invite a specific list of friends now. This is my business list and they are the friends that I would invite now. How do you invite all of those friends without having to go through and click on 800 individual names? I suggest that you go and Google how to invite our friends to a facebook event, because there is some code that you can put in.

That will invite everyone automatically for you, and then you may just want to go through and just uninvite a few people just because sometimes Facebook has some issues with that. So just be careful using that you know really the safest way is to go through and individually click on everyone, but I have use that other code and haven’t had a problem at all. So that’s just an option that you can use to speed things up a bit.

So once you checked these all these boxes here, then you would just send the invitations, so I’m just going to cancel and get out of here now other ways of inviting people. I could share this event, so if I created it here on my on my fan page, I could actually share it on my personal page or I could share it somewhere else or together or I could share it on another fan page that I manage. So you can see this quite a few different ways of actually spreading the event the news around now.

Also, if I click on these little dots here, I can go and boost the event now that will get it to a whole new lot of people. So let’s go and have a look at how we would boost the event it’s going to take us to the ad anuja and I’ll. Just click on Add Account here and once it’s opened it all up. It’S going to take me to this page. You know this is where you choose: what type of that now we’re choosing an event response, so here is how we would go about promoting that we’ve got the type of AD we want to create.

So now we would set the audience and the budget, and this is where you would go through and just set up an audience exactly the same as we did in the boosted post. So you set your audience who you want to invite to it or you could use a custom audience if you already have one set up, then you put in your targeting the interests of the people. You want to invite – and you know just go through and fill this in step-by-step connections.

You could exclude people who’d already responded to our event, just click on all these buttons and see what they’re all about how much you want to spend. This is the optimization and that’s then you put the name in for the ad set, whatever you wanted to call it, and then you would go ahead and choose the ad creative now. This is where you go ahead and put a little bit more information in here. You can add more images.

You can use the text that you want, you could leave it exactly the same as the text that is already there and then you select where you want it to show. So it’s pretty much like a promoted post, but it’s just you know promoting your actual event, so you just pretty well follow the same steps that we’re in the last article number three that I did are regarding promoted posts, and then you place your order now.

I don’t actually want to place that order for this event at this time, but basically that’s how you go about creating an event in facebook and promoting it hope. That’S been helpful for you, I’m Katie Johnston and tomorrow, just before I go I’d better you what we’re going to talk about on the next article, which will be article number five. So let’s just have a quick look here. Our article number five will be covering clicks to website, and now these could be clips to capture page or a blog page.

Something like that. I will talk about the do’s and don’ts once again, so you stay within Facebook’s Terms and Conditions. I’Ll show you some examples of a couple of hours that I’ve done that worked really well and will go quickly through a live demo and actually set up an ad. So that’s it! 4 Strategies to Get More Instagram Followers

”, Alright, so you’re on Instagram. You probably got a great Cadence going already with how often you’re posting but you’re, definitely thinking “. How do I get more followers,” right, I know I was asked that Actually, just recently when I was doing a seminar in Orlando And it’s a good thing to think about because the more Followers, the more likes Right, The more likes spread more word of mouth Yeah, the more Conversions to your website, the more you grow.

All these fun things right Yeah, but, as I always get asked “ Well, what are best practices to get more followers on Instagram?”, So we’re going to break it down into four ways to gain more followers, starting with Don’t skip over that bio. Make an awesome! Bio about your business, I know I have a favorite one. There was — What is that? There was this pub in L.A. When I lived there – and they did this really bold move – They decided to go 100 % vegan Interesting for a pub Yeah and in their bio it says: “, Oh kale, yeah ( laughs ) We’re plant based.

”, So to get right to it. [ Nealey ] Love a good pun, [ Emma ], (, laughs ), Oh Kale yeah. We should get shirts. That say: That’s all you Would you wear it? No Just me Just you, Just me All right anyway, so like It’S their announcement that “ hey we’re plant based now.”, It’s also funny, which is their voice, their sense of humor And then from there. They like Have added links, for example, if they wan na direct you to their website or anything that they’re Promoting that month, So when it comes to your bio, that was just one example: “, Oh Kale yeah we’re plant based”, but I also recommend, if You’Ve been in business for a long time whenever you opened up.

Add that that’s always a big one for me, especially when I’m checking Out, like a auto repair shop, I wan na know they’re not just Like the new shop in town, It makes me feel like I can trust them more if they’ve been around a while, So I’d also incorporate Anything that really demonstrates your Personality or your vibe, so if you’re, a restaurant and you’re known for fine dining like Let people know that so you get the right audience versus if you’re super, like divey Hipster vegan crunchy place Exactly right.

I’Ll be there Yep she’ll, be there (, laughs ). I might try it, But with your bio, you Really wan na be strategic about what put out there basically put how you Actually help your followers and what they’re going to get out of it. The more that you describe What’S in it for them, they’re going to read that And go oh cool. That’S me, like I wan na talk about or see vegan pubs or I wan na have help with real estate or I wan na have help with whatever Put “ helping.

You do. Blah”, whatever that is add that in there And what a cool little trick is so in Instagram bio, you can’t Really do those line breaks, it will make it just one giant paragraph, but instead open up Notes like on your phone, add your bios. There add your line. Breaks your emojis, whatever you wan na, do and then copy pasta that over and then it’s like all nice and organized it’s little sentences.

Versus one giant, paragraph Yeah, absolutely and one Thing, I would also include you, mentioned real estate. And then I started thinking about home services and Then I started thinking bout where your service area Might be or areas So, if you only service certain cities, you know spell that out. For your customers as well So at a glance I know, hey It’S worth picking up the phone and calling you to do business with you as a potential customer or not All right now with including the bio is the link that Instagram gives us.

It’S the only place where we Can link to another source? What are some things? That we should basically link to there Yeah. So there’s a lot of options. I know I actually did this Recently for The Journey, I added the YouTube link: For all of our articles, Yeah, I saw that you basically Posted about it and said “, Hey check out the link in the bio”, Yeah yeah And then went right to the article. Did you click on it? I might have ( laughs ) Seven times So, if you wanted to direct People to a YouTube blog that you’re doing or other Social media platforms that you’re on or maybe you’re offering A really exciting discount or a special giveaway and Then you direct them to there And you can do this in Your Instagram stories, “, Hey link in bio” or on your Instagram post “, oh check out the link in our bio”.

So that’s a great. I see that a lot, especially for giveaways or 10 % off really cool shirt Yeah. I dig it And then I think last thing with the bio is the basically display name. What a lot of businesses will do. They’Ll just put their business name there, but if it’s not super apparent About what your business is, maybe that won’t resonate With your audience, but you can add your business name and then that line and Then basically put the services that you offer Whether it’s real estate Investing or vegan pubs, or whatever that looks like So when someone’s going through searching the feed they Can see your business name then cool that industry might entice them to wan na jump in explore.

Your page a bit more All right so that Takes us to number two Infuse, your Instagram with personality, ♪ Ahhhh ♪. What does that actually mean ( laughs, ) Other than your award? Winning personality ♪, Yes ♪, So that means think about What content you’re doing, what you’re putting out there? Don’T try too hard it’s going to come off that You’Re, trying too hard Be authentic, be real and plan ahead’cause.

That’S one thing I notice too, is that when content is just being rushed, personality’s left out completely. So just take the time. Think “, what is really me “? What is my voice “? What is my business about “? Do I have a good sense of humor,?” Yeah and for the most part, people follow your Instagram page, not only just for the services you offer, but they follow it for you right. So, the more that you share you and just share your day to day your struggles, your Wins your opportunities and going on there post about you, the more that you’ll really relate to them and connect with that audience.

The more willing that they’re going to be to just follow you and your presence Yeah as soon as you Come off just sounding like a business or predictable or a robot you’re going to get less engagement, And why would I follow you I’ll, probably unfollow you If you become too salesy or sound too much like a business – And I know that can seem confusing right,?’Cause you’re, like “, I am a business” Right “.

I wan na sell my services.” I’M ( laughs, ) “ I wan na make money like I’m On there to get more business”, So yes, I hear you but consumers, especially millennials. We wan na see a personality, So authenticity for the win And speaking of millennials, I read an interesting stat. The other day it said “ millennials prefer User generated content” so be sure to incorporate That on your Instagram, It’s like the mecca for User generated content, Which, if you don’t know what that is, it’s essentially content that other people have created.

For you about you, like your customers, taking Pictures of their pizza and then mentioning you, You can repurpose that into your own post And there was also another stat that said: 85 % of people when they See user generated content they actually visual User generated content, they actually trust it more than business. What they’re Saying about themselves or brands or colleagues or your family So strangers are pretty powerful, Yeah And there’s many ways to really create that user generated content.

We’Ve got a article for you, To check out up there, But what quick things you can do run a contest create just A personalized hashtag with your business and Tell everyone to hashtag it and then you can go search those hashtags and then all that user. Generated content is there Reach out to them, say “, hey You mind if I post this?” get their permission just in case And then add that Content to your own feed create that user generated content get people to really like you.

And buy into your business and you win and you grow your following. Another awesome way: To infuse personality in your Instagram, it’s actually really quite simple. Ask questions Like what So I saw That was a question That was oh, that was good, (, laughs, ), It’s working It’S working (, both laughing ), So I saw this hotel and they did a post on Instagram and it said “ I feel” I don’t. It was Like “, I feel most at home when I have blank”, So the hotel asking that question was just a really cool way to not only Get their audience engaged,’cause people love to Talk about themselves Right, But they also then Shared what makes them feel most at home.

It was like “ curled up with a book. Cozy with some hot tea” Yeah and another added Benefit with that is now they’re getting basically survey data of their audience. What Makes them feel at home, they collect the — Oh, my gosh Kind of the best examples make sure they include That in their hotel too, I didn’t even think that’s so true, Yeah -‘Cause. What if someones like, really enjoys cucumber water Yeah? They can — Put that in your lobby Makes them feel at home.

So another really Simple and effective way to infuse personality on your Instagram. Besides asking questions, And user generated content showcase your team, I mean what a great way To like be authentic and show who’s behind the scenes, you know Do some BTS. How is that Recipe coming together, who’s underneath the hood of the car. When I get my oil changed Like who makes this business Plus, when you see a familiar face at some of your favorite local Businesses as a customer, sometimes that’s all I need – is just like a little incentive.

To go back and visit, you Yeah absolutely and I Know that we do this a lot at GoDaddy. Our guides are the face of our brand and you can basically do it. The same with your employees like they’re the face of your brand they’re representing Your business everyday So show them off, show tell their story, let the people connect with them, And it should help them just Resonate with your audience and build that loyalty All right, so the third Way that we wan na talk about actually getting more Followers on Instagram we’ve kinda touched on it, but hashtags Other popular hashtags Like just industry wise think about it, and you can google this, You know what industry you’re in let’s say: you’re in retail “ popular hashtags to use If you’re in retail”, You google it right now And one that I love to see, Especially for some inspo, some fashion, inspo hashtag OOTD, You know what that stands for Outfit of the day.

That’S right. Nealey pays Attention to what he wears, I’m hip with the lingo He’S hip And hip with the clothes, So retail you’ll see that a lot OOTD And a lot of people love to use it to just get like. I said, inspiration, For their fashion And it’s going to help you to Get in front of new customers, more followers, which is What this article is all about, But don’t stop there, don’t Stop with just industry, specific hashtags or branded, You can also do neighborhood or local hashtags.

Okay, Yeah So like for in Seattle, Like hashtag, Seattle, coffee, for example, to Yes, Really bring around Seattle, coffee Yeah. That would be A great spot, you know, Branch out outside of Starbucks find a local business to go to where we could get a cup of coffee before we come in and shoot “ The Journey”, And with these hashtags too, it’s not necessarily just For you to post about really join in on the conversation of other people that you see, Talking about these hashtags, What I’d recommend Yes, Spend like ten or 15 minutes a night search, a couple: hashtags And just start adding conversation to other peoples, posts and adding value.

Don’T just put generic comments’cause. Nobody is going to care about that. People are just going to think you’re spam, but if you actually go in and add value continue on the conversation Maybe ask questions: it’s really going to help you Connect with a larger audience and show that you’re an actual person, not just a faceless business, All right Emma did you know That 70 % of people on Instagram read Instagram stories on a daily basis.

No, but I’m not surprised, I definitely spend way more Time on Instagram stories than just like scrolling, Through my Insta news, feed _, I feel the same way. I know I just go into the stories. I love it It’s authentic and it shows personality, Yes, Which tees up our fourth Way to get more followers Incorporate, fan content, Like user generated Okay Into your Instagram stories, So instead of like reposting, it reposting it basically Posting on to your story, Yeah, so, for example, I was, I recently got a new surfboard, it’s my baby.

I love it. Can’T Wait to go home and surf. I recently got this new surfboard and I was curious about the brand and the brand is modern, surfboards and I checked out their Instagram and what really sold me was Their Instagram stories And they are doing an awesome job of repurposing, their fans content, And so this was a really cool way to see people like me, potential customer well, for them it was already a customer and their out there like getting pitted and showing off their Board So I got inspo for like What board I wanted to get? I also just like increased my Hype to go catch some waves, but it’s really cool to see their fans and where they’re surfing and what boards their intrigued by And it got me really excited.

And the good news is Like we mentioned earlier, Instagram is the mecca of fan content, But it is your responsibility. To be paying attention to when people are mentioning, you, like, you were talking about earlier, Yeah you’ll, get a notification And you can go one step further, not only reposting their posts. You can repost their stories Now. The only way to do This is if they mention you in their story, So encourage your fans, your followers, to mention you in their story.

When they talk about you that way, you can repost It on your own blog.’Cause, they don’t do it. You won’t be able to do it And it makes it really easy too, Like Nealey is great about this, when we’re doing “ The Journey” shoot and he’ll mention me. And then it just pops up in my inbox on Instagram And then I’m like “, oh Nealey, mentioned me. Well, do I –” Get a little “. Add this to your story”.

What did what did he capture? What did I do? First, let me check it. Oh this is cool and then I can just click. “, add this to my story” Super quick, add a little Gif, add some conversation say: “, hey thanks for the shout out” or whatever you wan na, do Make it personal. Don’T just Click the mention in my story add your little 2 cents to it. It’Ll really, basically like Resonate with that person, And now they think they’re A little Insta-famous too All right, that’s a wrap.

You just learned four ways to getting more Instagram followers Be sure to like comment and subscribe Ring that bell. If you wan na Get these episodes first, This is “. The Journey” see you next time.

Content is King!

Review Medieval Fight Club Crusader Knight Dagger

So in this article today we’re going to do a review of the medieval Fight Club, crusading Knights data. That’S this one right here, hi guys it’s Ben from medieval mayhem. On this blog. We do a lot of reviews and we look at DIY costuming and furniture for medieval reenactment, the Society of creative anarchism and also for live-action roleplay game, as well as taking a good, in-depth look at many of the medieval cultures throughout the Western world.

So if you’re interested in the medieval period you might want to consider subscribe, hi, okay, I recently purchased this dagger. I was really looking for something to add to add some really nice touches to my costuming and my weapons. So I do some um some Hema, which is historical European, martial arts with one of the local reenactment groups and I’ve really gotten into it. I was really looking for a good sort of secondary weapon, as soldiers of today would refer to it.

I did a lot of research there’s a lot of rubbish out there. Then the market is really flooded with with cheap stuff and it’s just not packed right, but I found this one. It is actually very inexpensive, but the quality is really quite remarkable, so this cost $ 50, and I was quite impressed with that. The quality of the workmanship is very, very high. I’M really quite impressed the detail is is very good.

I find this a very easy sort of weapon to wield. It comes as a dull blade. It’S a total of 41 centimeters long, it’s a blade being 27 cm. The blade has a 35 millimeter width and weighs a total of four hundred and ten grams. So, let’s take a little bit more of a look already, so you can see this good shape of the blade here as a saying it’s nice and dull, so you don’t need to do anything with it to make it suitable for role play games, reenactment purposes.

That said, it is going to depend on the rules of your group. The the hilt has a really nice leather grip, and you can see it’s got a nice, rounded pommel. The cross guard is, is nice and firmly in place? I really like this. This is um. This is a classy piece of kit, I’m going to be making a leather sheath for this dagger in about a week’s time. So please remember check back so my recommendation fall of the crusading Knights.

Dagger is a 9 out of 10. I think it’s a fantastic piece of kit, otherwise guys please like subscribe and share and I’ll catch you in my next article
