How to start a production company (2020)

So that’s something that was working on the background, as am working on my business. The next thing I did is that I realized that I really good a market for you to be in was was working with dentists, so ended up reaching out to a bunch of dentists and offering him to do a article. The way that I did this is that I went online I found I went online through Google found a bunch of good reviews that I found for a dentist.

I made him a article. I ranked that article on YouTube, for you know, Lakeport dentists, which I’ll link that here then I emailed the dentist but hey dr. So-and-so new to the area. I saw your business and saw all these great reviews that you have. I made a article for you to check it out, it’s ranked on the first page of YouTube. Let me know what you think by asking him know. He’s like hey so like what are you looking to do and I think listen, I’m new to the business. Here’s my new articles, I’ve done in the past for other businesses. I do have other experience, shooting articles, but most of that was based around fashion. He agreed to that so, and this is all done for free and the reason that I did these three articles for free was to gain the experience, because throughout shooting those three articles, a lot of things happen that it didn’t expect to happen.

But it allowed me to learn on a job without messing up for a client. It’s one thing that you know: you’re, shooting your free article for a client and the idea doesn’t come out right and there’s little things that happened that you didn’t plan to. But when you start charging business owners money for article and things mess up, even if it’s 200 bucks, even if it’s a hundred dollars, they’re going to be a pain and work with by charging them.

Nothing and a lot of media have full creative spectrum over the project and it allowed me to do what I needed to do so from there. This dentist ended up referring me to a next dentist that I worked with, which then paid me eighteen hundred dollars. For my article, so I ended up repeating that process long enough to had about five to six articles on my website. There were all around businesses. The next thing I did I set up my Google business page.

I ended up. I ended up having to go through a rebrand coz. When I was living in New York. I was Rodrigo toxic reproductions. When I came to Florida, I had a. I had a really big issue reaching out to people hunt down here my real task from really tossing productions. People didn’t listen to me so and they’re rebranding the task of studios. At that point, I was living at my mom’s house sharing a room with my sister sleeping on an air mattress getting up at 6:00 a.

I ended up using kind of the same process to reach out to a band that I liked that we’re going to tour to Bonnaroo, I pretty much offered them like hey, I’m going to work for you for free. I’m going to give you three articles. If I can come to you, if I can come with you and tour to go to Bonnaroo, which is amazing experience and all of that content, all of those things that I did or all skills that I didn’t use on actual paint projects.

So another big thing that really helped me it was to keep my living cost low. So when I moved back here in South Florida, I was staying with a friend and then I decided to move back to my mom’s house because I needed to save money. But me saving money allowed me to number one: take on really low paying jobs that allowed me to build my portfolio and build a network with client. But number two not have me stress about having to spend anywhere from you know, 800 to you know twelve or twelve hundred dollars a month on rent.

I want to keep my expenses as low as possible, so I could keep and reinvest into my business next thing. I wanted to do was build my network. I wouldn’t be able to no, I a local organization here, creativemornings that had a lot of different creative people, and you know that network allowed me to me there’s a lot of other business owners allowed me to meet with a lot of different. You know creatives that then connected me to different opportunities, and these are all things were done for free pretty much at this time.

The only thing I had paid for was my website, so I could actually show my clients Network. This is another thing that I see all the time when you were actually are sure your client work do not tell your client to just go to your website Tao. Are you articles in if you’re telling your client to go look for work and for them to go type in your website to then find you you’re giving them work to do as business owners? We don’t have time for that you’re going to make this as simple as possible.

So I recommend you put all your articles on YouTube: make them into one playlist and then, if you can categorize those into different types of playlists. So if you are working with the dentist only show home dentist articles, if you’re working with the restaurant only show them restaurant articles, if you’re just starting now – and you only have a bunch of different mixture articles just have all that on one playlist.

But you want to make it super easy for the business owners to be able to find you into for them to able to see your work. Do not make them work, for it say. Okay next thing here so throughout this process ended up finding another gig. That was paying me 150 bucks to go out and shoot people at the restaurant for about five hours. So I did this every weekend for a year, so I was making 300 bucks guaranteed every week from this, and this is the other thing that you want to work on.

You want to find yourself clientele when you’re starting out that can be consistent with paying you as you’re working on your skill as you’re working on your business, because this is going to allow you to, like, I said, take on lower paying jobs. That’s going to build your skill in your portfolio, so then you can actually start getting those higher paying jobs. So the three niches that I recommend for this are going to be real estate, car dealership photos and restaurants.

Those people you could use you probably get anywhere from 100 200 bucks for articles, maybe even more, but this is one of those things that you know if you’re just starting now, I wreck it. I’d rather shoot a bunch of these type of articles, then for me, at that time, being a bartender and working at a restaurant, I wanted to get out of that industry. So working at a restaurant I was making anywhere from a hundred to one hundred fifty bucks.

A night I rather spent 10 hours 12 hours even 20 hours, shooting a article for 200 bucks versus going to go work at a restaurant. So that’s the mentality that that I had when I started out and that’s where like no, I recommend for you to do. I also was a butler when I was living in New York. I was. I was a butler from Friday, Friday afternoon, toast Sunday evening. I was working pretty much. You know 36 hours non-stop 48 hours, sometimes for this family, but then I had pretty much Monday through Thursday free to work.

My craft do a bunch of free stuff. So that’s why that’s the way that you want to kind of figure it out? What can you do to hack your life that allows you to work a minimal amount of time in just a couple of days and frees up the rest of your schedule to actually work on this business? Because a lot of the days when you’re actually running in a business, it’s not going to be spent, you actually shooting and doing these different things.

It’s going to be you actually working on the business, editing projects and all these little nuances that you have to handle. As your business grows, so other jobs that you could do catering is a really good one. Do bartending galilei all these different things or is going to allow you to one get out there and communicate meet with people, but then also allows you to work a very small amount of time and make good amount of money you’re going to make a couple hundred Bucks a week then allows you to actually work in your business, all right, okay, next thing, so this is my personal recommendation, I’m not a lawyer, so you should talk to one before doing this.

I’m just letting you guys know! I did this for my first year business. I do not have an LLC, I did not have. I didn’t have any of those things. I was pretty much getting paid everything under the table so for me to go out and get an LLC for 200 bucks didn’t have to file taxes the next year and spend another $ 400. This didn’t make sense for me. You know the business wasn’t really thriving. I think my first year business, I did about thirty to forty thousand dollars and everything’s pretty much still since my name, my clients were people that I knew so they’re paying me through them, molder paying me through PayPal.

It wasn’t until I got my first big check for about $ 3,200. I shot a series of real estate photos and articles for a broker and they made a check out to tasks of studios, and my bank account rejected the checks and that that was the name that the amount was too big. So dollars of time that I decided to actually start my LLC and I still do have an LLC, but one thing that I did invest. That would make your life a lot easier is QuickBooks.

You can set up QuickBooks for about five dollars a month and have all of your invoice and then, through there a lot of your taxes, a lot of big expenses and go through there. It does mileage tracking for you. I have a link below for that. It is an affiliate link that I’ve been set up through them and that’s something that I highly recommend that you do is to make your life easier for the $ 5 a month.

That is a business expense and’action up get into write out the next year. Maybe at your first year it won’t be a business expense, but it will definitely make your life a lot easier promise you that that’s one thing I do recommend I just start doing 10 a 1099s over the past year and you know using our LLC and all That I don’t think you should really focus on all of that when you’re just starting out, but this is really just kind of cover and touch base and a couple different things.

Now the riches are in niches, but when you’re starting out is shoot everything anything to figure out. What is it that you actually want to do? You know I ended up deciding to specialize on small to medium sized businesses, because I find a huge market with that. These business owners are willing, spend anywhere from three to six, even $ 10,000, for you to shoot articles for them, and this is consistent work.

It allowed me to buy a lot of the gear that I have now and allowed me to travel. It allowed me to do a lot of different things than when I was working with. You know, artists and doing events, and things like that. I was really just scraping by and – and I kind of got over that so other great industries for you to go to our service based businesses and businesses that have high lifetime value. Clients are the ones you want to focus on so for an instance.

Doctors, dentists, plastic surgeons, like a dentist, can charge you $ 400 to do a root canal. If you can justify them that in the matter of a year, four people will see this article and decide to get a root canal for them when you’re charging them. Two thousand dollars they can justify that spending. But if you go to a restaurant and tell them hey, I’m going to charge you a thousand dollars to do a article for them.

A thousand dollars is such a huge expense. They have to have such a high number of turnover and tables for them to recoup that money, also because a restaurant has such a high level of overhead cost. So other great places are the great companies for your work with our roofing. Companies are really great to work with and make a ton of money flooring. Do the big thing and kind of just going back to the previous part of this is that you need to understand how much money are you making right now you need to have that figured out. Like I said for me, I was making 100 150 bucks a day working three to four days a week to pay my bills. So if you look at the math for that, that means that I was making you know five hundred dollars a week doing bartending waiting catering stuff.

So if I could work one article a month, they pay me. You know anywhere between two to three thousand dollars that to me was way smarter than actually working all these different hours. So what I’m trying to tell you is that if you realize, if you can work ten hours a day, eight on one article in charts, 2200 bucks and you’re doing that twice a week. Even if you do it twice a week, you can still make a good amount of money, but he need to figure out what your expenses are first and then, if you can realize, where can you minimize his expenses when I was living at my mom’s house? For that first year or actually about a year and a half, it was tough.

Well, it’s taking so long because the very first book I wrote was actually the first book on neuromarketing, so we almost people didn’t even know what new marketing was. We did not invent the word we adopted it. You know the first time we heard it because we felt it was the best explanation of what we were doing but Justin.

You know the amount of things that have come out, that being you in the last 15 years may be overwhelming, and we felt we had to write really a second book. So what are some of the major things that have evolved or changed, or that you’ve discovered in the interim that really made this new book compelling? Well the number of things. But the first thing is when no marketing first started to appear.

The promise was just almost too good to be true, in other words, people have known for a long time that marketing does not really work, because marketing is about asking people. What do you want and then you base your product development and your sales and marketing strategy and what people have self-reported so because we know people don’t know what they want. You know billions of dollars are wasted on failing marketing campaigns every year, so the promise of normal marketing was that by measuring directly on the body of people, values physiological changes that would we would get a really good indication about what they really want and, as a Result, you know everybody would save money, all marketing campaigns would be way more, effective, etc, but it has not really been delivering opens Provence, and one of the reason is that it’s very easy to get update.

So we simple yet scientific explanation about all the things that a lot of people were doing intuitively in the past, but they didn’t know where they were working mm-hmm. So let’s talk a little bit about that. Maybe I’d learn it a little bit more about the the model and and how you can actually start to measure and interpret these things.

Sure so, first of all, model is based on the work of Daniel Kahneman was the winner of the economy, Nobel Prize in 2002. More recently, in 2017, one of his students, guy by the name of Richard Taylor, also won the economy Nobel Prize, and you went further in this. So we’ve based our model on the work of these people and here is the fundamental discoveries that they’ve made, which is that we have two personalities if you want in other word, you know where everybody has multiple personality disorder and there is the rational us, and there Is the primal us Kahneman called it system, one for the primal us unconscious brains, the brain that helps you? You know deal with digestion, breathing a low-level body function and then, on top of that, you have a much more evolved brain called the brain and he called that system too.

And although we think that we make decision using our smart brain in reality, the impact of our primal brain on the rational brain is greater than the impact of the rational brain on the karmic way. So what we have done is we have studied in you know, for about 20 years now the working principles of that primal brain and because that primal brain by definition is ancient. You know we share that brain with very primitive forms of lives like reptiles, because that brain is so ancient and internet did not exist back then that brain can only be triggered by one of six stimuli.

So we teach people how this human eye works and our expertise is in translating those sixteen I into what people should do in sales marking and further than the stimuli. We have translated those stimuli into four steps that everybody should master, go ahead. No, I’m just going to ask you so so what you? What you’re saying is so, as you said, I mean we believe, because we all believe that we’re very highly sophisticated people that you know all the decisions we made.

You know we rationalize them and all of that kind of stuff, but what you’re saying is: there’s a it’s a lot more primal. How we do it may be our physiologically reactive things. I mean that actually is a much bigger driver of our decision-making process. Is that right, yeah, that’s correct! In fact, Antonio Damasio was when one of the world expert on the role of emotion of the brandy said we are not thinking machines that feel we are feeling machines that think so all of the emotions you know they win over.

All the rational aspect of our decision-making and even further than the emotion the issue of survival is key to all the decisions we make. The only thing is we’re not even aware of it but you’ll take prize. For example, I mean everybody right now, he’s happy to pay five dollars and get a cup of coffee at Starbucks. That mean stuff is pretty naira. However, if Starbuck was going to put the price of coffee at twenty dollars, people would start to hesitate to buy a coffee there.

Why? Because they know that he’s they spend too much money on their cup of coffee. They might not have enough money to pay the rent which down the road is the modern version of survival. So again, all these have all these phenomenons happen at the level of our unconscious, but they have biological manifestation, which are undeniable. You know if you look at even the most primitive forms of life. Primitive forms of life respond with the fight or flight syndrome, or the approach or with drugs in the first form of life is a unicellular.

And if you take a unicellular here and you put a drop of sugar close to it, that unicellular will be drawn to the sugar, because it’s a source of energy, so that unicellular will do everything he can to move closer to that stimulus of the sugar. Now take the same unicellular and drop a drop of acid close to it or you know them juice and that mini cylinder will move the way. Well, we even being still operate the same way.

You know, if you put in front of my nose a very desirable item, like the you know, the latest iPhone or the latest Nexus subscription or whatever my natural tendency will be. I will be drawn towards it and, of course it’s the job of Apple. If I buy the iPhone to create that positive emotion that draws me towards it, but those two meters that are created by companies that are trying to sell you something fundamentally, they operate at the same level as the phenomenon that happens in the unicellular.

It’s all about the biology of the equation yeah, it’s very interesting because I was just thinking cuz when I was having this conversation with some of the other day, and it always fascinates me one of the biggest purchases people make in their lives is a home right And yet think of the buying process for most people you go around, you look at a few houses and then you decide one because you get a feeling from it and you maybe only spend like 20 minutes in the place and next minute, you’re already you’re putting In bids and everything and – and you spend more time, as you say, probably deciding, will I get the iPhone S or X or whatever? Then you you something very interesting, you said you have the feeling that some things happen, but for most people guess what they don’t.

Even experience that feeling in others that feeling stays below the level of consciousness and at the end of the day, they might decide that they, like this house, because that house, at the exact same smell that the cookies that the grandmother cooked years ago mm-hmm, which is Why it’s a good tip for people is to always bake cookies before people come to look at your house, it’s a guess and they make sure the house is warm and they make sure you know that the light is on.

They make sure that the house is staged, so yeah absolutely right to show us what happens in Damacio said that he said we make emotional decisions and then we rationalize nice, but not vice versa. And again, I know you would take me a little longer than discussion, but we have all the scientific proof that this is undeniable. So what is it that most day, what would you be your advice? Obviously, you know get the book and read it, but what would be your advice to people who are looking at their marketing today? How can they tell whether they are movie, whether they are able to do what you’re describing here or whether they’re completely missing the mark and well yeah? I could give you tons of examples, but so this, the 16i, are very precise.

In our presentation I mean one of the stimuli is the concept of visual again. This is nothing new, because we all know that picture is worth a thousand words, but the you know the brain is mostly visual. People say that about 80 % of all brain activity is about processing images. By the way, if you look at the opposite of visual in terms of conceptual data, it would be text right. No, if I want to tell you about the concept of a cat, I can either show you a cat, or I can tell you the word cat.

The third way to communicate the concept of cat would be to hand you a cat, so people learn in three ways: it’s called visual auditory kinesthetic. We have three blogs for learning now most companies today when they communicate the value prop. They do it using words when you wrote our website and you see a long explanation about what they do. Well, unfortunately, that primal brain is mostly visual.

So what that mean? I’m not suggesting that you need to visual the product, but you need to come up with a visual that becomes a symbolic representation of the value proposition. So, for example, if I sell a really very complicated software solution to you know a large industrial organization and one part of my value proposition is it will save you money, then the concept of saving money? How can I represent that, so I may use a picture of a safe.

I may use a picture of a banknote, but that’s what I mean by this. You know being able to go the next step. I could say it saves you money, I’m using text. There is no emotion in it or I can actually show you a picture of a banknote. Give you another example. If the core of your value proposition is easy. Well, I can talk about easy all day long or I can show you a picture of the easy button from Staples or if your value drop is one-stop shopping.

I could use those. We saw me nice because the Swiss Army knife, you know, becomes the symbol of the screwdriver, the core corner and the plate. So going one step beyond the simple value pub that uses normally word using a visual escape. So that’s that’s one thing. Another concept would be you know today. Most people talk about the fact that they are a leading provider. Are the problem? Is all your competitors are saying the same thing so that does not trigger that primal brain? Because one of the similarities contrast, you know, the primal brain is any contrast to see that all the other guys do this, but you only only one will do that.

Now, of course, it’s easy to say, but if you have a commodity, how do you create that uniqueness and we didn’t run to people that they have to scratch their head? They have to find that uniqueness at all cost, to increase the amount of contrast so that your customers see all the other solution as the green apple and then suddenly, you become only write up and that only red apple is what triggers the decision of people yeah.

It’s it’s interesting because, as you say, I mean the you know, the perception at least in most buyers of the most products and services are highly commoditized today right and that they’re easily. So you can easily walk from one to the other and there’s no big big deal. So I see where you’re, today, more than ever, that concept of finding something that stands out for you is absolutely critical and what you’re saying there is it’s the only way you’re going to elevate yourself or catch anyone’s attention, otherwise, you’re going to stay in the in The swappable well imagine you’re selling water, and you have two competitors are selling similar water.

Then your probability to win the deal is only going to be one third. So if you want to go beyond that simple probability, you’ve got to find a way to say what’s different about your water mm-hmm and most people again when they are in the commodity business. Most people shy away from doing it because they are looking for the differentiation in the product itself and you won’t find it because by definition, it’s a commodity.

So you’ve got to find a way to say that you will deliver on the water for free or you will do you know your packaging is recyclable or you’re. The greenest provider of you know water or whatever and amazingly enough, regardless of if that differentiation, that uniqueness does not belong to the product, it will still create enough appeal in the brain of a customer that they might decide to buy from you.

So one of the things you say in in in the in in the material surrounding your book is obviously when somebody approaches it first and goes neuromarketing. Oh that sounds very complex. I don’t know if I could do that, but you’re saying that it. Actually, you have been able to make this simple, where people can actually understand how to do it and actually deliver it yeah. In fact, I think we made a big mistake when we named our first book neuromarketing that the subtitle was understanding the back button inside your customers brain.

We assumed that people would understand what no marketing means. So in our second book we decided that is not the right title and that’s why we named our second book, the persuasion code and it’s really about understanding how people used our brain to make buying decisions. And it’s really about not only using science but simplifying that science. You know Kahneman the guy one, that you’re kind of mean normal price I just mentioned was a very feller.

The only problem is he didn’t make his knowledge very accessible in all. His book is pH D plus plus level reading, and I had to read his book of course many times and most people that have opened up his book. They gave up after 30 percent of the book just because it’s so complicated, so a big part of our job. In connecting that making that connection between the world of neural, you know, researchers on the brain and the world of marketing was to simplify the equation.

In fact, what we found was the most difficult in that simplification was to make it visual. In other words, if you look at our book, we have one poster at the beginning of the book, which summarizes everything and for us to be able to come up with the right visual metaphor, to explain what we do. It took us a long long time. You know it’s a little bit like the teachers that we had at school right.

You could have a very, very smart teacher if he cannot make his knowledge accessible, everybody hates him, and nobody is good in any subject and the teacher that could make their knowledge more accessible, regardless of the complexity of the concept that they were teaching. They are the one that are really helpful, yeah ya know cuz. I remember one teacher from when I was very, very small and he used to draw little stupid little pictures in chalk and on the board.

You know and illustrate everything with these ridiculous little stick figures and doing stupid things. Everybody remembered everybody knew what he was talking about and you know why, because at that moment it is more appealing for the primal brain of the audience. Then the neocortex then the rational, when in fact I don’t know if your listeners can see the camera, but this is our old poster, so we know poster you know we had a stop point and we had an end point and that end point was the bite.

But another – and you know second book now: we’ve rendered the whole thing a little bit more sophisticated and we’re using a completely different metaphor. In fact, it’s a more scientific metaphor that we’re using excellent ok. So in the last couple of minutes, Patrick, is there anything else? You’d like to highlight about the book well, and just maybe I relate the book to what’s happening today in the news.

As you know, a lot of people are concerned about what Russia and China are doing, and you know a book is releasing the exact date of the book. Release is September 19th and will receive an order from China from the Chinese publisher. We already bought 5,000 copies of the book, and the second country that bought a book was Russia, so on one hand I’m very excited because it’s good for us. On the other hand, I am very concerned because it’s probably the last people I would wish they would know about that – sign they’re already really good, but I am worried about knowledge.

Well, I think the only way to to counteract that is for lots of people in Europe and America to buy it too. I mean you know when, when you understand how market ears are trying to influence your decision, then you can start to protect yourself. If you know against how people influence you, in fact, as a professional in that field, I am always questioning myself when I want to buy something. I’m going.

Okay, I’m mind buying it because the message was very good or I might buy it because it’s really going to help my life and sometimes I can say no, I don’t want it because I don’t need it sometimes, when the message is that good? Best 3 Facebook Ads For Real Estate Agents – ($1-3 Real Estate Facebook Leads)

So I want to show you guys, these top 3 ads And I’m going to show you guys the ad copy so like the actual text using the ads, I’m going to show you the images or articles or what to use on each one of these different ads. But as far as going through and setting up the ad, that’s a different skill set, But I’ve got several other training articles on that. So actually, if you guys want my facebook ads mini course that I put together for you guys just Thumbs up this article comment down below, and I will share that with everyone who comments down below alright.

So anyway, guys, let’s just dive in here, and I will start showing you the first Facebook ad That has worked amazingly well and I’ll kind of break down why it’s worked well and how you can implement it into your business Right. So this first one is: if you have a listing in your business now I know not. Everyone has listings in their business. You know if you’re new agent Just getting started, but if someone else in your office has a Listing that they’re going to allow you to go through and market promote and make sure you guys get their permission first, don’t just go through And market.

It make sure you get their permission and then go and run this ad right here. So you can see right here. You’ve got some emojis, Which actually studies show that emojis Increase the amount of people that are going to actually read and pay attention. Your ad, just because it makes a little more fun, There’s opposed to just having text, and then you can see. We even got some hashtags. However, guys I’ve seen some Realtors Go through and do this and they kind of overdo it They’re like way too many emojis way too many hashtags and it just like, looks like a bunch of spam.

Okay, so you can see this. This is still kept clean as silk left. You know very, very nice looking, but while still drawing attention – so you can see right here – Pretty listed, see it before it hits the market for beds three baths. So we’re getting like give a quick preview of What this home is. What this listing is all about, then go here to get a price location plus more pics, so Some people are going to see that they’re going to see the images of the home and they’re going to be ready to take action right away.

So we want to have that call to action or they can go through. They don’t have to read the rest of this information. Okay, they can just click, there go out to the landing page and then we, you know rare opportunity And this it doesn’t have to say pretty listed right. It could say a number of different things, but that’s just an idea: That’s just an option that you can go through and use because not all of your listings are going to Be pre listed right.

So just keep that in mind and then what we’ll do here is we spend the next two paragraphs Going through and highlighting the different key points of the listing Kay and I like to hit like more the Sexier things so like if it’s got vaulted ceilings. If it’s got stainless steel appliances, if it’s got a two or three car garage, A pool whatever is going to really go through and draw attention for your ideal Client.

You want to throw that in there and then obviously you want to finish it off with once again another call to action Right here out to the landing page kay. The reason Why is because, even if you have it up here, Lots of times what people do, especially if they’re on desktop they’re going to go through and they’re going to kind of read with their mouse Right, so the reading with their mouse like this You’re, seeing Right here, They’re going to come down here and it sounds funny.

It sounds crazy, But a lot of times. People are just too lazy to go back up or, if they’re scrolling on their mobile phone They’re scrolling through and They read it and then like that their brain doesn’t think to go back up to go click that link up there. Okay. So now, if we look at the actual ad crative k the images, the articles, whatever we use here, You can see this one has just one image. What I like to do sometimes like let’s say you have 25 photos of the home that you’re going to go through in market okay, I usually like to take about half of those.

This was just kind of like a little demo example. I put together for you guys, but I, like you, usually take about 10 to 12 of those photos, Throw them in the post, so they can get a little bit better idea of what the home actually looks like right. So, like you know, they can see this, But they don’t know. You have no idea what the inside looks like it. Could’ve been completely remodeled, which this home was.

Okay, You don’t know what the backyard looks like, which could be like the coolest backyard in the world, or it could be a perfect fit For them alright, so you want to go through and add a few more teaser photos And then having the opt-in. Okay, the call to action being hey, get the price, the address, plus more pictures. So that’s what you’re, holding back so to get them to put in their name phone number email address on the landing page and Opt in so that you can actually Generate a lead and follow up with them.

A number of ways now and we can follow up with them via email Text, message, phone calls and there’s some cool things that we can do even with Facebook message alright. So anyway, This is the first one. So if you guys have questions on this first, one right here Go ahead, drop a comment below I respond and I read every single in the comments so make sure you drop below all right, So this one is for a listing at all right Now, if we Come in here – and we take a look at this – this one is for a buyer, lead generation.

Okay, so if your real estate, agent right and you don’t have listings, But you’re still want to work with buyers, this one has worked and performed amazingly well right now. This one’s going to be a little bit higher cost per lead. I’ve seen about three to five dollars per lead on average Win set up correctly. Alright, now people sometimes will take my my ads and stuff and they’ll be like oh did it work? Are you or do you know anyone looking to buy a home? So it’s like calling them out specifically Kate.

Are you looking to buy a home, okay and they’re like yes or no okay, And then they can like if it’s no, they can keep scrolling okay Or do you know what he want right, because it’s like that’s like a nice little referral right there Follow here. Okay, so we’ve got that call to action early on and then hey we’ve compiled the free report of homes for sale under 300,000 under 500,000, whatever the number is of, like whatever your go-to-market Is right.

Sometimes people like the low end, sometimes the middle, sometimes like the luxury. So whatever your mark is really in and then Follow here once again, You’ve got a link, a call to action, and they say thanks and your name Just kind of personalize it right and really quick guys. All of these ads. You want to be running from your own Facebook page, So you want to have a profile picture right there of you.

Okay, Not your dog! Not anything else of you, your face kind of like a little head profile, shot like I’ve got right here: Okay and then your name, Okay, not your company’s name, not your business name, your name And you can see even say like, for example, I would say, like Jason Wardrop, You know Park City, Realty or Salt Lake City, real, so you’re, something like that right. So then, what I like to do is go and throw in maybe three different homes in your area.

Okay, now, if I’m in Phoenix Phoenix Homes, don’t really look too much like this right, so it’s not going to really be synergistic with that market, But you want to go through and find three homes, Maybe that are for sale in that area under the $ 300,000 Range: okay, Because you want to match that you don’t want to go through and say: hey these homes are three hundred three hundred Thousand and then you’ve got like several million dollar homes right, because that’s just kind of it’s not Targeting the ideal client that you’re really Looking for and really going for, okay, So that’s where I like to kind of do, give an idea of some different options, Maybe three to five little photos right here that can kind of scroll through See some of the different options of homes that are in that Market because then, once they opt-in, Give you their name phone number, an email address, you can follow up with them and say: hey.

I’ve got some other homes. I’ve got this other list of homes That you can go through and see, and then I can go. Take you around and show you That we can like see what is the best fit for you all right. So once again guys any question on this Facebook ad drop A comment below. I will read and respond to every single one of your comments and then the last one. Okay, This one is for an open house all right so very, very similar to these other ones.

You know, obviously, if you got a listing, This is kind of like an open house. Go pre, promote this. I like to go through and if you have an open house, Let’s say on Saturday or Sunday, I like to start at least five days Before the open house to go through and promote this okay, because then you get some time to get traction and sometimes Facebook’s Algorithm Takes a little bit of time to kind of like Adjust to show it to the ideal target market, the ideal audience.

So it’s sometimes nice to go through, maybe five to six, maybe even seven days. I probably want to go beyond seven days because then people kind of start to forget there were even was a Open house so about five to seven days before it starts so you can see right here. We’ve got the emojis We’re making it fun. Okay, open house! This Friday, at 6, p.M.. Or whatever day It is and then give the address right.

So they can go through, save it right there in their phone. Okay, get the article, walkthrough and Ebro sure here now guys You don’t have to have a article walkthrough. You don’t have to have a brochure or anything like that. You could do the same thing like back here on this listing presentation, Which says: hey, get the get more pictures of this property or get this or get that just giving them more Information on that specific location is going to help out a ton.

All right, then, once again I kind of like to go hit some of the top key sexier features of this property rights like four-bed three-bath. You know, walk-in, pantry, Subs, your refrigerator and freezer. Some things are going to get. People excited To go through and see the property. Then, once again You can say: hey get the article walkthrough brochure here or whatever you’re going to be offering Once again with the address and then right here guys You can use a article walkthrough other property Okay.

So I know some properties have like little 90-second segments And that’s a cool thing. If you’re working with a new build community lots of times the Builder They’re going to go, pay the money to go. Have those articles professionally created we’re going to have like the professional photos taken all that, So that’s another amazing thing to do is go work with builders. Team up partner then become one of those agents And start promoting those different listings.

Alright. So now what I would do is probably throw in a article here Or I throw in you know. Once again, I probably throw in five to ten photos here Just so I can get a better idea of what the property, what it looks like and get more Excited about, going up going to and showing up to your open house right now, guys really quick. I want to hit three actually two key things here with these Facebook ads.

What you want to do is you want to be promoting. Obviously, you know everyone in your market right like if you’re in Dallas Dallas within like a ten-mile radius but make sure you’re also Promoting them to your warm market. To your warm audience, ok, Sony was visit your website, anyone that’s on your email list. Anyone that’s really connected with you and your business in the past or likes your Facebook page, because you’re going to see amazing you’re going to see a lot better results with those people, as opposed to a Completely cold market right.

ULTIMATE CS:GO KNIFE GUIDE!

I have a lot of different price range and I’m going to be going over all of them. So, as you can see, I’ve made a list right now. So let’s go over this list. Real quick, as you can see, there’s a $ 50 list $ 100 list $ 150 $ 200 $ 300 and, last but not least, the big boy baller list which has insane nice in it.

So if you want to go to any specific category price range, you can click on them, but if you want to read the whole article, just go ahead and we’ll get right into it. Now I do want to mention before I get into the list. There’s so much games and there’s so many different opinions from people that this is just my opinion on what I think is the best. If you have anything that you think should be different, I can’t do anything about it because hey this is my list.

So the first knife is the felt your knife boreal forest in field-tested condition. This knife goes for $ 45. The reason why I chose this knife is because of the animation it has. I generally think the felt should knife animation is pretty nice because you can like balance it sometimes, and it has like a nice opening. You can flip it around like it’s kind of cool. So that’s why I picked this one. So the next type on this list is the flip Mac Safari mash, and it goes for a field-tested condition for 50 dollars.

Now the reason I chose this one is because it’s just a simple knife and the field-tested condition on the flip knife actually does look really good. You barely can see the difference between your factory-new and a few tests at once. So I just think this would be a nice buy for exactly $ 50. The next knife on the list – or I should say knives – are the shadow, daggers stained and well-worn condition now the reason I chose these is because they’re exactly $ 50 and also they are a little bit different from the rest, because they are shiny and you know They catch your eye, a little bit more and for 50 dollars.

You can’t really complain about it, but I personally don’t like the shadow daggers because of their animation makes me feel like I’m some sort of Rocky Balboa or something, but anyway, I think for 50 dollars. This would be a nice Buy, so the second place for the $ 50 knife goes to a gut knife thrust code battle-scarred. The reason why I chose this – and I know it’s very controversial because no one actually likes rust codes, but I think they’re very original and barely anyone has them.

So that’s why I chose it. It’s kind of like you kind of go like against everybody. It’s kind of original because you don’t see a lot of rusts coat nice in the game and I actually think they do look very nice. So, for the best nice honest list, I would have to pick the Huntsman safari, mesh and field tested condition are the reason why I chose this. One is because it’s exactly fifty dollars as well – and you know you can’t really go wrong with a huntsman eye for this price, because I just think the Huntsman knife is very nice for the price, because it has like a nice animation.

It feels like a solid knife instead of the gut knife, like the flip, my pecker and it’s thinning or something it kind of has like some rear feeling to it. But the intima knife is actually very solid and yeah. I really like it. So that was the $ 50 knife list. Let’s get on to the $ 100 list, so for the fifth place I would have to pick the bowie knives blue steel and field-tested condition. Now, the reason why I’m choosing this is because a blue seal is actually very regular.

It doesn’t look very different from anything else, but it has like a kind of different feeling to it, and it’s about enough. I mean come on. The bowie knife is just an insane fake, big-ass knife. Everyone would be like whoa shit, that’s a pretty big knife and you have that shit from $ 93 damn, but for the fourth place on the 100 dollar list, is the butterfly knife Knight field, Tesla condition. Now this knife actually goes for exactly $ 100 and the reason why I chose is one is because if you have the knives and field-testing position, it actually looks pretty good, and if you get a feel festive one with a really nice float, I think it would Actually pass as a minimal where it goes on the butterfly knife.

The flow doesn’t affect as hard as on the other knife there for a field test. That knives would be a very nice knife for exactly $ 100 in the third place. For the $ 100 knife goes through the flip knife, Brightwater in factory new condition, actually factoring you. I did notice as possible, but this thing is only $ 79 and this flip knife, Brightwater in factory condition, actually is very different from what anyone else has, because I haven’t actually seen any one uses in a game.

So if you have this one, your very unique it’s a new knife from a new collection, so yeah, you already know, that’s like different from anything else. So that’s why I chose this knife. The second place on this list goes to the flip knife. Black laminate, minimal. Wear condition for 94 dollars and a reason why I chose this knife is because I really like the texture on the black laminate knife. It kind of looks like it’s sand washed.

It kind of has like a rough rough. Look to it and that’s why I like it and also this is from a new collection, so the chance of anyone else having it in your game is very small, so you will definitely have a unique knife. Whenever you have this nice, the first place for the 100 dollar knife goes to the m9 urban mask battle-scarred for 84 dollars. Now. The reason why I chose this knife is because many people called the poor man’s m9 vanilla and actually is almost like a vanilla.

If you get a really bad float in it now that might sound weird, the worst float you get on this knife, for it being battle scars the better. It actually looks because it makes it look more like a m9 vanilla and the m9 famila costs around one hundred and sixty dollars where this knife actually only costs you $ 84. So it’s almost half the price for almost the same look and that’s the reason why I chose this knife to be the first place on a 100 dollar category, so that was the $ 100 list.

Let’s get on to the 150 dollar list, so, on the 5th place, I’ve got the Karambit urban mask if fuel doesn’t condition for 126 dollars. Another reason why I chose this knife on the fifth place is because I like the Karambit, but I don’t really like the skins on it for this price range, so I had to go with the Karambit urban mask because it actually does look a little bit more. Like a scintilla – and it also has like a kind of a bright skin to it – I kind of like it, but for this price range and this knife, you can’t really complain so for the 4th place on this $ 150 list.

I’ve got the flip knifes tiger tooth in factory-new condition. Now the reason why I chose the knife, I think, is pretty obvious: it’s flashes fuck, it’s very eye-catching and the knife has been around for so long. Everyone knows it and if you have that knife you’re kind of like one of the cool kids, I guess so the next life on the list is actually kind of a funny backstory to it is the flip knife Doppler face 2 in factory-new condition for 136 dollars.

Now I chose this one in the face to condition because my favorite color is actually purple and whenever I found out about the flip knife, Doppler and phase 2, this has been my dream life ever since, and once I got it, it was like a happiest kid Ever so, that’s my personal preference for the knife. I just honestly think the purple looks so sick on the knife and that’s why I chose it. The next knife on the list is the m9 bayonet Damascus, steel and field-tested condition for 132 dollars.

Now the reason why I chose this one is because the Damascus, steel knives are really flashy, they’re very fiber, and they reflect very nicely and the m9 is obviously a love knife. So that’s why I chose this one. There are not many other things to it. It’s just a very simple and clean looking nice, so the first place on the one hundred and fifty dollar knife list goes to the Huntsman knife, slaughter and minimal, wear condition for exactly 150 dollars now.

The reason why I chose this one is because on the slaughter knives on the Huntsman, the flow doesn’t really affect that much and you won’t see the difference very much between a minimal wear one or a factory new one and, of course, the slaughter knife. Just look. Sic in general – and I just really think the huntsmen knife animation is very sick because whenever you’re throwing a knife up with the red skin on it, it just looks so sick.

And that’s why I chose this: wants to be the first place for the one hundred and fifty dollar collection, so that was the one hundred and fifty dollar collection. Now we go over to the two hundred dollar collection and we’re starting off on the fifth place, with a bowie knife, slaughter and minimal, wear condition for one hundred and ninety one dollars. Now, as I said before, I really like the bowie knife, because it’s just solid take a swag knife and whenever you have a nice skin on it, especially for the slaughter, it just looks so sick because the blade is so fucking big.

I don’t know. I just really like the skin and the knife, so the fourth place on this list goes to the Karambit bright water in field, festive condition, and the reason why I chose the knife is because I just really fuck with the blue texture on it and, of course, The field-tested condition doesn’t even look that bad on the Bluewater skin and because the knife is only one hundred and seventy seven dollars for this price range.

I think it would be a very nice price for the skin you’re getting now the third place for the two hundred dollar knife on it. So this goes to the m9 bayonet free hand and field testers condition. Now this knife goes for 181 dollars and the reason why I chose the knife is because I really like the purple color. As I said, purple is my favorite color and it has a cool different set of patterns to it.

There’s much scribbling and there’s not much scribbling, as you can see the play set on his knife and the backside of the knife are very different from each other and of course this is an m9 which I think is the best knife in the game. For the second place on this list, we have the amazing, m9 bayonet crimson web for the amazing price of 161 dollars, which I think is fairly low for the thing you’re getting, because this actually looks very nice.

I love the black handle on the red top. It just looks so sick and the m9 animation on it just tips it all off. This knife is so amazing because there are so many patterns, for you can get big wet snow webs. I don’t know whatever you prefer. I like the web salaat, but you know you can’t ever get what you want, but for 161 dollars. This is definitely a really nice knife. Now, for the first place on the $ 200 lace is actually a 171 dollar knife.

It’s the Huntsman fade in factory new condition. Now the reason why I chose this one is because you can actually buy it for 171 dollars, but that does not mean you have a good fade on it. So you have a possibility of getting a really nice fade and overpaying by twenty nine dollars, which makes it up to the max of $ 200 to get a nice fade on it, and I think for $ 200 on this knife, you can actually get a thick Ass fuck fade on it, but I think a regular fade on this knife nice already, and that’s why I chose it to be the first place for the $ 200 knife collection.

Now, let’s get on to the $ 300 knife collection. Now this is the price range you will be looking at whenever you’re buying things with keys instead of actual seam money, because all these prices are calculated with the average of the seam market values and these knifes tend to go over the maximum of what steam offers To sell so these prices can vary a little bit, but without further ado, let’s get into the fifth place.

Now, on the fifth place, I pick the Karambit slaughter in field-tested condition. Other reason why I chose this. One is because I just love the Karambit and I love the slaughter and together they go for two hundred and seventy-five dollars, which is actually a lot of money. But you know you’re looking at very expensive knives, and I think this knife is very much worth it for the money you’re spending.

Let’s get on to the fourth place, which I have selected, the butterfly nice fade factory new for two hundred and forty dollars for, and this knife is just an icon, everyone knows is nice and everyone really loves this knife. I personally think butterfly: knives are cool, but the sounds are quite annoying. So that’s why I tend to not like them as much as the other knives, but hey it’s a fade butterfly for two hundred forty dollars and because everyone loves it and I kind of like it too is the reason I put it in this list.

The number three spot on this list goes out to the Karambit black laminate in minimal or condition, and this bad boy goes for two hundred and seventy dollars on the SI market and, as I said before, the black laminate texture is just so sick. It looks stone washed or something sand wash. It looks like rough or something it just looks like you’re, a badass do with a thickest, fuck knife, and that’s why I chose it to be in this list now for the second place.

On this list I chose the m9 Auto tronic in battle, scar, condition for two hundred and seventy dollars now. The reason why I chose the Auto tronic knife is because I really liked the familial knife, but whenever you have the electronic skin, it is like you’re a little bit different from the rest. It’s like you like this little skin, but you also want something different. So you have the red stuff on it, which I honestly think looks sick and the reason why I chose this and battle-scarred is because it fits in the price range and it doesn’t actually have a wear on it.

Just the thing with the Auto tronic skin. Is it doesn’t really get damaged? It just gets darker and that’s why I think it still looks very good in battle scar condition. So for my favorite knife and the $ 300 price range, I have to give my man the m9 bayonet Doppler face to the props, because this thing is so beautiful. As I said, I really love the color purple. How many times have I said it in the city, but dude this thing looks so insane.

I really fucking love the purple with a black and – and this thing is two hundred and fifty three dollars which is actually very low for this price list, and actually I don’t know what to say about it. It’s just a beautiful knife and now for the ultimate knife list. On the 5th place we have the m9 emerald, Doppler and factory-new condition of the reason why I chose this knife is not because I really like the color green but dude.

Imagine you entering a lobby with this knife you’re showing it off to people. People like get a heart attack or something this thing on. Opie skins is $ 2,000 and that’s real money, not even steam money. So this is a fuck ton of money guys. So the fourth knife on this list would be the stattrak factory new Karambit lure for $ 1,000. This thing is just so beautiful. The yellow color really brings it out.

It’s just perfection, I guess and stattrak factor new. You know just really finishes the knife off now. Of course, I can’t let the Ruby and Sapphire go unheard on this list, so I put them in the 3rd place, the bayonet, Ruby and the bayonet sapphire. I put them on the 3rd place in this list and they both go for $ 850, which I think is still a lot of money. But dude these things are so nice. It looks like you’re having some sort of light saber from Star Wars in your hands and that’s why I really like those things they’re, just so intense and really eye-catching.

Of course, now we’re almost at the first place on this list, but of course, first we have the second place, and that is the stattrak m9 crimson web in factory new condition, which goes for 9,000, with maybe more than $ 9,000 on obi skins. It’s almost the most expensive knife in the game, i’m not sure about it, because there’s like case hardened knives, which I don’t really like, I don’t like case hardened stuff and this knife is something none of you guys, probably reading.

This article will ever get, and neither will I this is a dream – dream dream knife. I guess now for the last knife on the list, something you’ve all been waiting for. I had to go through so much nice to find out whatever the best was, and I finally found it. It is, of course you already know it is the gut knife Safari massive fields as the condition, not all guys. I don’t know what ever the best knife in the game is, so I want you guys to comment down whatever your favorite personal knife is in the comments down below.

DAY 20 | #VLUNE

I’ve been home for a little while – and I am just kidding well I’m on my computer right now, but I’m getting stuff ready for the electrician. He is coming over tomorrow morning at 6:30 and I am replacing that fan with this fan. But what I’m doing is I’m actually pulling out all the components and I’m I cleared this thing off there, so I’m going to put everything up here.

So it’s just so much easier for him. He doesn’t have to waste his time. You know opening up boxes and stuff so yeah. I am replacing the light also in the closet and also the same light in the master closet and then in the master. Bedroom. It’ll. Be a very similar fan as well. They didn’t have the same like I wanted the same fan in the master as here, but they didn’t have it like. They only had one I’m like wow, it’s weird and then like.

I think it was like a discontinued one or something but anyway whatevs so yeah and then um. Sorry, I’m looking at an email or the there’s a fan with like a long tube or whatever in the lofted area kind of I don’t know. I guess it’s more in the kitchen, if you will, I don’t know it’s in a weird spot, but anyways um that one I love that fan. But again it’s just like the plain white one and I wanted, like all the fans to kind of be cohesive, so that one’s getting changed as well, and then I’ve got a couple of things in the garage that I need them to change out.

So anyway. Tomorrow is an electric day and I will be working from home in the morning and then her running to the office after that, so yeah, that’s kind of what’s going on here, I’m like looking at things. I mean vlogging, multitasking, guys multitasking. So I am somebody from work friend work to me. He must be real friends now all right and then oh. I was going to look at this okay, so I have a meet-up this weekend, but I wasn’t sure it was Saturday or Sunday I’m like.

I don’t know it’s Sunday, that’s good, at least you think. Ah all right, I need to see where this is like. I like who you go to this like place that were supposed to be going, go to their Facebook page and there’s like a map, but there’s like not a map, it’s weird, oh goodness, all right. Let’s take a peek here. Okay, now I see where it is all right. Okay, it’s not. I mean everything is kind of far away from me, but so yeah it’s on Sunday cuz I was like.

Is it Saturday? I don’t know? Thank goodness I looked Oh anyways um, but yeah. So I’m just hanging out here: I need to unbox a bunch of this stuff, my fan and then I have hair I’ll grab. My other things. I need to unbox, it’s like an unboxing article, but it’s clearly not um. I have a remote for my garage so that it’s going to get done as well and then this light, that’s the Patriot lighting. I got everything at Menards, which is like a local hardware store in Minnesota.

I don’t know if they have them all over the place, but they do have menards.Com and yeah. This is the light. I got it’s a very fancy and this is the same light that is in the hallway downstairs, as well as the hallway upstairs. So anyway, it’s like a hallway light, and now I’m going to be a closet light. So let me show you what I’m replacing in here: it’s just basic lights, I don’t know, there’s a very yellow – and I really like this one.

It’s an LED one, so it doesn’t need any light bulbs or anything like that Wow. I just look really red um. So yeah, I don’t know, I just think that the light quality is going to be so much better and so much brighter, and that’s what I’m looking for so yeah these these little bad boys and then, where is so? I bought this thing on the Internet. Now let me take this down with me because I need this I bought.

Where is it um, so my uncle, unfortunately ruined my? What is it called? You know like the garage door, opener, that’s on the wall. He somehow magically ruin that. Oh I have there. It is I was like where is that day, so I’m going to put this oh and then here is the dismantled one that I just took out of the box. That’s going to go right there, that’s right, it’s going to go and that one’s going to have a light in it as well, and all of the fans that I got, because I guess we’re now in the modern age have remotes, so that’s exciting.

So anyway, the little you know like the little pad that’s on the door or not the door, but the wall in your garage. I don’t know he hit it and then it got ruined a piece broke off. So then, now I have a different one to be installed as well, so I figured they were doing that I wanted an another garage remote which probably took him like two seconds to put together. So this is all my electrical things, but I think I’m just going to do the one take vlog here, because I have a bunch of stuff to do.

I mean I just have to like unbox some things and whatever, and it’s already like 8:30 anyway. Doyle, dog is over there judging the world and my battery light just started flashing, so I’ve clearly been talking for a little too long, and I haven’t changed my battery in a couple of days, oopsies so yeah, but I will take you guys along tomorrow. Tomorrow’s vlog will actually be probably a little bit interesting because I am going to be home and I just might pick up the camera and like do like one-minute check-ins and just like show you.

Google AdWords Keyword Tool – Exact Matching and Exporting – Optimized for PPC

This is uh. This is our website. I’m going to go to a home page okay. So there is the site, earth grid, calm and when I’m now goos I’m going to go into google and i’m going to type in Google Adwords Keyword tool or you can just Google Google Adwords Keyword tool. Okay. Now it gets you right into the Google AdWords tool. So this is some stuff that you probably most people, will basically just type a word or phrase in here.

What I’m going to do is I’m going to take this page right here now, i’m going to copy, because our homepage right, i’m just going to paste that right in this box under the website field. Now you can do this with any website any competitor, any product that you’re trying to sell you just pop in the URL of the website, supposing you’re selling a clickbank product just pop into you or all that what’s going to do, is it’s going to fetch all The keywords right from that site and populate the keyword list down below now.

The other thing you want to do is you see where it says broad. I want you to uncheck that and go to exact we’re going to uncheck. You have to actually click exact before you can uncheck broad, but I want you to emphasize this thing. It says exact right over here, okay and so then I’m going to go over here and I’m the type in the key. I hate these captions there we go now you see. What’s really cool is we got all these keywords? Build a website make a website domain, name, search, free web site hosting.

The next thing you want to do is go over here and search by global monthly searches, and you see web hosting. This is how many times per month, people are searching for the exact phrase. Now, if I go too broad – and I do it again – you see you have a website – 100 million websites online website, all that data is kind of useless, because it’s so broad and so vast. You probably won’t even do this. What are you doing, PPC or any kind of campaign? What I like to do is uncheck the broad and just go and exact, and that tells you exactly: okay, there’s 135,000 people searching for web hosting every month, website, design, website, templates domain names, blah blah blah blah blah all right, that’s good! Then what you can do now um, I let’s see if I can do this, I’m going to go grab all this stuff cuz.

You know, google won’t let you actually export this stuff, but you can copy that to your clipboard and then I’m going to tell you you know you want to fire up a very free tool called open office. You don’t have already have it already installed it to go to openoffice.Org, okay, we’re already five minutes through it. I’m almost done demonstrating what I was going to show you, which is really cool. This is from a 90 minute article, and this is all I learned from this 90 minute article.

So one of the things I’m working on here is delivering 10 minute. Quick BAM apply it stop this article. If you want to and go back, go to openoffice.Org and download this product, it’s a free product, it you know. If you have office, you can do that too, but it may not. You know I find that open office works better for by copying and pasting stuff. In that you like lift it from somewhere else without getting all the forest, so I’m going to go here to UM to op OpenOffice calc.

If you could also use a google docs as well fill the other key here is in there yeah yeah. You could use google docs, but I don’t necessarily want to let Google know that I’m lifting all either because all the London up – and I also what I’m trying to do – is keep a local copy of it. So, okay, so now I have my spreadsheet here and the first call of a ducking, so I could just delete that and I can expand this column out right here and now here I got all my statistics right, so I’ve got my 16 keywords.

This is how to 35,000 local 40,000 okay and now, if I want to do a PPC campaign, I now know what keywords to go after all right. So then I could save this. I’m just going to save this to my desktop and i’m going to call this a web hosting keywords and we’ll go back to that now. I’ve got now got all my keywords that I’m going to go after all right, so this is very, very useful because then the other thing is they: supposing, if you, if you’re buying a some pay-per-click ads, all you need to do is copy this column, and then You could open up like notepad, okay, paste it in right.

What happened there copy what the heck’s going on? Oh, it’s at the very bottom there. It is see that now I have all these keywords now you can grab these keywords and paste them into your PPC campaign and by those keywords, and we can do another training, how not you how to do paid advertising that wasn’t the purpose of this. I just want to show you how to use Adwords and what the distinction is now.

Why would you want to use AdWords? Well, generally speaking, if you don’t have a keyword, that’s at least like 30 or 40 thousand dollar, thirty dollar thirty or forty thousand s articles like 30 or 40 thousand searches per month. It’s probably not worth your time to write a blog post to really kind of focus on that keyword, even with PPC, alright. So on any questions I’m going to this is what I want to impart to you.

It’s a very, very simple thing. Just to summarize again number one pop in URL or you can put in the word or phrase here, but I like tears because if Dutchess all the key words right from the site. So if you’re, if, let’s say, for example, you’re writing a book and – and you want to come up with some keyword, ideas for your book will find a competitor’s book that the best seller pop those keywords in there and then use this to figure out what keywords You want to target for not just for getting your basic broad you’re, giving your broad-based keywords down and then i’m going to pick something like something in the thirty forty thousand range.

Something like you know, create a website. Okay and then i’m going to go on to the next tool with that n equal any questions before we uh that useful. Yes, that’s great, i’m sure it is alright. BE CAREFUL! How To Scam $400,000 from Spotify & How You’re Being Used To Scam Artists

I want to say that this blog is going to do a lot of changes, and this article is one of the first of many of a series where I’m talking about the music industry and having practical advice for artists every single Monday. So when you’re looking for that just tune in every Monday, let’s get it Wow. What’s up, everybody wants to get his brand man Sean, and this article is brought to you by brand man network back home, because I saw myself now I got to talk about something.

That’s loud, this might be mind blowing to a lot of y’all artists, because I know y’all looking now to be scammed right, but you know sometimes when it comes to being kind. The con is so close to you. You don’t even realize it’s happening and in this particular case it’s the fact that there are instances where artists are actually scamming other artists, and I don’t even necessarily mean intentionally.

You might be an artist right now that has been used to scam, another artist and not even know it. What am I talking about? I’m going to explain really so and I’m going to mention the company, but first let’s look at it. This way all right. You might remember the article that I did about a week or two ago, but I was talking about the fact that there’s one point: five billion dollars projected to be lost in one year and just because people are paying influencers who have a perceived following and influence.

But they actually have fake influencers, they actually have fake bots and things like that, and then I even broke down and got more specific to music, how there’s 300 million dollars that is being lost in the streaming space just because people are getting caught in one way Or another right, so many artists are familiar with the ways of getting con like yo, you pay this playlist ur to get streams and they really don’t really have a true playlist right.

It’s fake listeners, fake files on their playlists people are, are they’re familiar with the pump-and-dump strategy right where people are paying for streams, and you see this huge influx of streams and the next thing you know BAM like a week after your pro campaign. There’s nothing else. One thing I slightly touched on in that article is the fact that there are people being scammed with real listeners.

How is that happening right, you’re, getting real listeners, you pay and you get real listeners but at the same time, you’re scam and he don’t get the following. You expect from these real listeners now outside of the song being trashed, because the real listeners heard it and they don’t like it, there’s actually situations where it could be a great song, real listeners and I’ll get into that, and you don’t actually get the result that You want to and a lot of times this is artists that are these real and it’s kind of fake listeners.

At the same time, let me explain so what really sparked this article and homie and an artist that I know who he’s really dope by the way. But he hit me up saying that oh I saw that article on a fake followings and all that kind of stuff and how much money is being lost, and it’s crazy. You say that a situation that happened to me with the company was I reached out because I wanted to get on the playlist right man I’m paying for the services and in paying for those services.

They say: okay, cool we’re going to do this. You give us the money, but to make this situation happen, we need your account information. The basic account information, alright and there might be more sensitive than what you want to give off, but it’s not too far off base, because they’re asking for your Spotify account information. They want to get you Spotify views and listens right now with that being said, as a matter of fact, I’ll just resort back to the initial message.

Alright, so he said, one of the requirements was to have access to your Spotify account and when he went back into his account, he saw the day auto photo like 12 different playlists, twelve different playlists, and we checks these playlists. He sees that these playlists have like 500k followers, a lot of followers right and when you think about it, if I’m a playlist service right and I’m getting all of these artists to actually buy my service and in getting their service, I’m getting access to their account And now I can make these artists account start to stream the music that these other artists are asking me to get listened to now, I’m using artists to listen to other artists music, but it’s not even the actual artists that are listening to it.

It’s their accounts and I’m getting my playlists following to look bigger than it was before right. This is a huge thing. That’s happening that a lot of people are missing and really quickly, because I got a crazy other story to tell y’all when it comes to like scam, since it was actually kind of dope. I’m not going to even lie. But I want to make sure, I remember to say the name of that company and it was pop-filter that was the name of the company that took his account right and then they auto followed.

That was what he was using because in your world, as long as you get the strings, he might just be looking to get to look at the moment. It might not be a bad thing for you and you might want to go to them. Cuz. You can see they’re – probably good at that, but at the end of the day, just realized what’s happening and understand the account information that you are giving up, that sensitive information and it’s not necessarily outside of bounds for any marketing situation that you’re working with to have Access to certain accounts, but you do want to make sure that they’re not doing stuff that you didn’t request, because auto following other accounts is definitely not a part of that process.

Now, if you say I will do it, I will auto follow these accounts for you to do this service and that’s a whole nother thing, but keep that in mind and understand that this isn’t even a small thing and before I get into this story once again, I got ta say this from this perspective, because it’s really thing y’all know. As a matter of fact, let me get to screen share sha mode. What you have to understand is that there are a lot of celebrities, big names, artists, actors, all those type of people who have fake streams.

Some of them got got right, some of them are getting. You know done over just like a lot. A smaller artists are, and they don’t realize that they have fake followers, but there’s plenty of them. That know, or at least their agencies or teams, are aware that there’s a large portion of fake followers and they’re doing it for all other types of reasons that you know I’m not going to get into right now.

But we can even say if you know that you have a good amount of real followers, all right and real impact in the world, and you have all this business and and big deals to justify that. Then just boosting your following can give you some other incentives and deal wise as well, and it’s not completely. You know fake. So it’s not like you’re going to look like you were lying in some cases, but I’m not going to even get into all that right to make it clear think about the fact that Jay Cole, the line in the 21 savage song that went like this question.

I mean he faking these streams in a place from machines. I could see behind the smoking members niggas ain’t really because they sing. I want you to think about that line. Jake. Oh, you know he is down the earth right he’s not the most out of touch individual in the world, but at his level be clear that he’s not thinking about the small indie artist, who has fake dreams that nobody knows about, or he just just isn’t on His radar yet right, he is referring to people that you probably wouldn’t even believe, have fake streams, fake followers having these machines make them look bigger and better than they are that’s.

Why there’s been legitimate instances where major celebrities have lost millions of followers overnight? Just because Instagram might do a system up they clean up where they get rid of a lot of bytes? And now of a sudden, you see a lot of these bytes which were their followers disappear. You might go from 10 million followers to 2 million followers overnight right, it’s a very real thing, but last and certainly not least, I have to speak on this playlist scam.

That was actually ingenious. Man, I mean ingenious, and it’s not something that you guys have to look out for. I don’t even think it’s all going on anymore, but it wasn’t even really a threat to artists directly in this way. So what was happening was people in the industry right. People who pay attention to playlists were actually noticing that there was some big playlists getting mentioned on the top playlist on Spotify right and you’re like yo, who are these random playlists.

I have no idea where they’re coming from and what they noticed was. There was a lot of songs on these playlists. They were like 30 seconds long and the most interesting thing about it was they only had about 1,000 and 200 monthly listeners? They didn’t have even a lot of followers. None of that stuff at all right. You have 1200 monthly listeners. That means unique individuals. So what that means to be a top playlist performing those 1200 monthly listeners need to be listening a lot of right.

If you only have that many people in that many plays so the kind of cool, interesting dope part about this scam, if the fact that it was estimated that there was 1200 fake premium accounts which cost them roughly $ 12,000, they bought real premium accounts. They were listening to 30 seconds of each track because that’s how much it costs to be monetized right and they had this soulful music playlist on a loop all day every day and would end up earning four hundred and fifteen thousand dollars a month in revenue and The crazy part is people, don’t even know how long it was going on before he got caught, but it was only twelve thousand dollars to set this up right.

1200 fake premium accounts to make four hundred and fifteen thousand dollars a month and even Wow. The part is at this particular time, because this is like a 2018. I don’t know of Spotify changes yet, but the wildest part about it is they were technically not doing anything illegal since they purchased real accounts, real Spotify accounts, they spent twelve thousand dollars and they had their accounts, though controlled by by listening to the music on these Playlists again and again, it was a loophole and Spotify at the time.

I’m not sure what the current you know, rules allow or how they might have. You know fixed the situation like that, because, obviously I can’t imagine them allowing that to run, but that’s how complex and intricate these scams can get right. You really have one person spending twelve thousand dollars listening to all their own music, to make that much money back in a short period of time and not even able to get caught.

People are thinking through these online scams and honestly, alright. Some of them don’t involve artists, but a lot of them do screw artists over, like the one we mentioned earlier in here. So read out for things like that. Be clear that your account information is sensitive information and in a lot of cases you might need to get something signed. If you want somebody to have access to your account, so they can perform a particular service and the thing is right for a lot of these services, the most the most dangerous thing, or at least the things you should be, the most cautious about are likely going To be those instances where you don’t even see the people you’re doing email exchanges, you have no idea how these people look.

You have no idea what their real name is. That’s a completely different situation, so people complain enough about particular people who have services out there and call them scams and they know their faces right. There’s a there’s, a buttload of influencers online or people who are giving marketing advice and all that kind of stuff. But it varies least, you know what these people’s faces. You know what they look like.

You know what they sound like right and they date a lot of times traveling and show where they are best less likely. I’m not saying these people aren’t going to scam. Alright, there are some people, however, who do that, but that’s that’s far less likely to worry about, like people try to say stuff like that to me before and I’m thinking like look the reality in this day and age right, you can scam far easier with far Less risk without having to show your face right, it’s no point of putting your face out there heavily.

If your plan is to scam people, cuz, there’s a way smarter way to go about that. So keep that in mind anytime. You are dealing with these people that are just email exchange or just random companies. There. Their risk is very low to scam you, it doesn’t mean they would scam you or they’re planning to, but the risk they’re taking my scamming. You is far lower than somebody whose face is already out there and they’re openly promoting a brand trying to build a brand and a service that can be damaged by scamming people and can likely put them in jail with ease.

Enlight iPhone App | 3D Logo

You know if your YouTube picture, Twitter, social media, type, type things and it’ll also be it’ll, appear, sort of 3d type of effect as well so um. So, let’s get over into in light and do that so, first and foremost, you just going to need an image of some description.

I’m just going to use this this image here. What I would suggest is, if you look at the platform that you want to place the logo on the Facebook and Twitter YouTube. Most of them have their own sort of size that a logo will be so. What I would suggest you try and do is try and get an image that is first. Firstly around that size. You know just a free, it doesn’t matter just get any stock image off the off the internet and because you’re going to cover it completely anyway.

So just try and get the the one correct size. So if say, for instance, YouTube logo is 50 by 50 and try and get an image. This 50 by 50, just Google search there. So it’s really quite simple. So let’s get on and and do this this image, so I’m just going to go to filters by the way. If you want to just open this side boy, you can click the little little three bars at the top or you can just tap on the screen and it will learn, it will show you the menu and then I’m going to go filters and expand.

My filters and then going to go to Jo I’m going to go tools at the bottom and then shape select radial. Now you can sort of have any shape. I’m just going to show you a radial, so you could have like a linear effect or a mirror effect. So it’s it’s sort of two different colors, but I’m just going to use radial and because and that’s the background I want on my logo and they’re going to go back to tools.

I’m going to select the first color, which is the outer color, and I’m going to have that as black and then the second color I’m going to have as this this type of yellow type, the air, this yellow type color. I’m then going to go to blending and select normal and you’ll get this fill effect like so now, I’m just going to feather the outer the outer yellow around the outside. I’m just going to feather that a little bit more.

So I’m going to pinch and squeeze and this will expand the color like so, but I’m just going to drag the color down a little bit and then, with these outer anchors, these ones on the outside I’m going to drag them out. So it’s going to hold my finger on and drag them out and pinch and squeeze till I get the desired effect and I want this sort of feathered. Look. This vignette feathered! Look on the background, so I’m going to click.

Ok on that, so you can. You can type flatten, which is this little arrow on the right hand, side like so, and then that will just allow you to continue working in the same area that you’re in you see. So you change the you can just work in the same area that you’re already in or you can select this little tick of the top right side, and this will take you back to the start sort of menu where you first started off.

Okay, so now we’re going to close the filters down and we’re going to add some text. Now I’m going to type select type and I’m going to long press to edit so just hold my finger on the screen and then I’m going to type the the text that I want. I’m just going to use 13th design or thirteen design. And then I’m going to click done not worry too much about clicking done. You can still pin chin and squeeze in to expand the size.

Now you notice, if I you and one of the recent updates before I drag this to the center I’ll, have these crosshairs to show me that I’m on the center of the screen and then I’m going to go tools and I’m going to go spacing on the Left hand side so first, a for most are going to go of characters. Now this will just expand the the each text, each character or close it up. I’m just going to close this up a little bit and then I’m going to go line saw want my 13 closer to the design and I’m going to drag that down.

So I do indeed get the 13 closer to the design and then I’m going to go back to tools and then I’m going to go fonts. So then, I’m just going to select a font that I want to choose and there’s lots of fonts that you could choose from. Unfortunately, can’t add your own as yet, but I’m sure that will come and I’m just going to I’m going to find a font that I think sort of looks minimalistic but professional, and I think this one here next to the dotted line.

I will. I will do a tutorial quite soon as we’re as we’re in this stage anyway, I know to use these dots as as light bulbs, it’s a really good effect, but all – and that will come later so yeah I’m going to choose this next one. Next to these little dots right here, I’m then going to go to tools and I’m going to go. Just drag the size up a little bit and drag it back to the center look, so I’m going to go transform.

Now I want it’s up to you, how you have it transformed or I think, to get the best 3d effect. If you choose this bottom right Anchor Point and drag it towards you and then the top one and drag it and also sort of so you’re getting the text coming your way like so and then we’re just going to drag this one back and this one back Is bottom so this the text, dolls, all almost looks like it’s on a side view we’re quite happy with that, and then we’re going to go to the to the shadow.

Now with the opacity on the Select opacity and I’m going to drag the opacity right up. So there is no a paucity on the shadow and you can actually see the shadow behind the text, then the offset, if you look at the angle of the of the offset you want it to match your your text direction. So it’s pointless having the X offset. Having the X offset over here because that doesn’t match at X direction, so you need it over to the right-hand side of the screen as you’re looking at it.

And then the y offset I’m just going to just going to drag that that down a little bit, which also drags it closer to the text, then the blur radius I’m going to drag the blur radius right off, and that’s us, okay with thee. That’s me done with the text, so it is really about messing around with the with the shadow to get it to the desired effect. We’re going to move my text till I’m happy with with the placement of it and then I’m going to go to the color of my text and I’m going to also to make that the same sort of yellow that I’ve used on the screen.

And then I’m going to go to blending, there’s just have a mess around really just just mess around with the blending modes to see which one you are happy with, but I am actually going to select this dark and because that’s the that’s the blending mode that I want, but you can’t mess around with any of the blending modes just to get it right. I will use dark and, like I said, and I’m going to drag the darken up to 100 and then going to go back to tools, transform and just get my my text again.

Some I’m a little bit happier with the way, sits, not quite happy with the way sits. You know this is quite a young, quite a challenging tutorial to do also so this I’m quite happy with the way my text is sat at the moment. If you look, it’s gives a nice 3d effect and if I click sorry fight, if I, if I pinch and squeeze, I can zoom in or zoom out, so I’m quite happy with the way my text is sat at the moment again, you could try that with Different fonts and just undo that now, I’m just going to click the little tick button up here to say the MA.

I’m happy with that know what I’m going to do, I’m going to close down the the brushes sorry, the the text which closed down and I’m going to go to image. I’m going to go to adjust, I’m going to go to tools basic and then contrast and I’m going to drag this contrast up the way light, so it looks so until I get this desired effect. Likewise, with the exposure it’s going to ramp up the exposure a little bit, so it brightens it up you notice down here.

It is quite dark what hard to see so it just brightens the effect up and then going to look at offset, and this will brighten the whiten. The brighter cut the brighter areas then brightness again just mess around with the Brian’s till you get it to something. You’re happy with, if you drag it down a little bit, you get these sort of these omnidirectional little circles around the outside of the text as well.

So this is something that I’m happy with at the moment, I’m going to click the tick button, press the just touch the screen and look at what we started off with to what we’ve now got. I’m going to save that out, got that saved and then just have a quick look at that. You will see that that does indeed look like we’ve got a 3d text effect for a excellent logo on a really really good background. Hope this tutorial.
