Vegan Meal Prep How-To: 3 Easy Budget-Friendly Recipes

So dinnertime is usually the most difficult when it comes to coming up with delicious and nutritious meals, especially when you’re transitioning to plant-based, because, let’s face it at the end of the day, we’re all exhausted, and the last thing we want to do is figure out.

What to make it can be a lot more challenging than simply blending a smoothie for breakfast or chopping a salad for lunch. So we’re going to share our formula for success with you guys and dive into an indian inspired dish, mexican and an asian dish. So we’re going around the world today in minutes before we jump into the meal prep formula you’ll want to make sure that you’ve readed our recent plant-based pyramid, article it’ll kind of lay out the hierarchy of each different food group and give you ideas for how to Incorporate an abundance of variety into your meals, so it might be helpful to grab out a pen and paper or your phone and kind of write out everything to get it on paper to help you organize your recipes and your meal prep for the week to build A perfect plate or a perfect meal for your prep, you will want to include a grain, a legume, a veggie, a healthy fat source and a spice or maybe a handful of spices.

Next is the prep. This is the hard work, but in our case it was very, very easy and it took up virtually no time. I think we prepped all of this food that you see here in less than like 45 minutes. So it comes down to rinsing your grains and cooking them down. We put the rice in this big pot. We put our lentils in a small frying pan, we put our beans actually in our pressure cooker and we put our potatoes into our air fryer.

So our first recipe is going to be this delicious asian stir-fry. For this recipe, our grain is brown rice, our legume is edamame, our veggies are a mixed, stir-fry medley, our healthy fat is peanuts and sesame, and our spice or seasoning is just a little bit of liquid amino and, if you’re wondering why we made so much brown Rice, it’s actually going in all three recipes. So again, food prep hacks meal, prep number two for the week is a mexican inspired chipotle burrito bowl.

So again, like dusty said we are using our brown rice as a base for all three recipes. So our grain is brown rice from the beans and legumes category. We decided to go with black beans and veggies are going to be air, fried sweet, potato sauteed, red bell, pepper, frozen, sweet corn and then we’ve got avocado for our fat and our spice is cumin recipe. Number three, and possibly one of my favorite meals of all time, even when we go out to dinner, this is a indian curry.

Aloo gobi is probably what you’re going to see on the menu seriously my favorite meal, our grain for this category is going to be brown rice again. Our beans and legumes are going to be red, lentils, chickpeas and green peas are veggies. We have cooked, yellow potatoes and some frozen cauliflower. You can obviously use fresh. We just wanted to save time on this one. Our healthy fat is actually going to be some coconut cream.

This stuff lasts a few days in the fridge we buy that canned in our spice. It’s curry powder for our asian stir-fry. We used both frozen edamame and a frozen vegetable medley. A lot of people are concerned. Should I use frozen or is fresh, better and a lot of times frozen is more nutritious because vegetables and fruits are picked when ripe, so the nutrients are really locked in so don’t be afraid of frozen, and the same goes for beans if cooking dry beans is Simply too much work for you to be honest, a lot of times we do opt for cans, because it’s a lot more convenient.

All we recommend is that you search for organic and beef recommend that you search for organic as well as bpa-free cans. So our last step is to mix all of our ingredients together and cook them down. Then you can either pop them in the refrigerator for the week you can eat them cold right out of the refrigerator a lot of times. We don’t even reheat our leftovers. You can cook them all pop them in the freezer, so you can have them on hand say when you get home from a vacation and you just don’t want to cook or like when I had max and I simply was in bed with him.

24 7.. I didn’t feel like cooking. It was nice to have those freezer meals on hand. Okay, can we vlog, in this professional style, shoot we’re going to vlog a little look at these bad boys done? All we have left to do is dish, and we don’t have to cook for the week, which is amazing, that’s the best part, no cooking for days. It’s all been done, and it’s only taken like I don’t know, maybe an hour and a half honestly.

All that we want to do is be outside in the evenings, and this has helped us to free up our evenings to be able to do that. Totally we’re going to dish it up and finish it up. Okay! So now we’re going to plate each of our dinners, i’m going to start with the stir fry because that’s kind of what i’ve been craving lately. So i’m going to put a whole bunch of rice in this dish, and the nice thing about having no oil in any of these recipes and adding in your healthy fats separately gives you all of the control in the world.

So, especially if you’re trying to lose weight on a plant-based diet, the fact that there is no oil means that these are higher volume meals with lower amounts of calories. They’re going to fill you up without weighing you down. Next, i’m going to dish up our indian curry dusty said: that’s the one he’s most excited for dish up a generous helping of this amazing looking curry and, of course, wouldn’t be the stanzas if we didn’t have a handful of taters on the plate.

In fact, i’ll probably add some to my stir fry too. Finally, i’m just going to add a dollop of our coconut cream. Last but not least burrito bowls. So again, we’ve got our brown rice going to add in some black beans, air fried sweet potatoes. These have been my jam. They are so so good red bell, peppers, add in a little bit of corn here, slice up some avocado or you can also make guacamole there. You have it you guys.

We’ve got an asian, an indian and a mexican dinner for the entire week cannot wait to dig in. If you want to bulk up any of these recipes, you can add tofu to your stir fry. You can add a gluten-free dairy-free naan bread with your curry. You can also add a corn or flour tortilla to your chipotle style bowl. Social media marketing lecture from CNM Health Coach

This is the business marketing and promotion module. My name is Maria trend 8 and today I’ll be taking you through lecture 5 social media marketing. Let’s, firstly, look at the definition of social media. The definition of social media is websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or to participate in social networking.

So, basically, any tools that you find online through your phone, your tablet or any other device that allows you to post things, whether that be photos, text articles online or on that particular network and allows you to talk to other people of social networking. And there are many different social media platforms and if you haven’t heard of any of these, then it’s a really good idea for you to familiarize yourself with them, especially ones like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

So, let’s have a look at some of these and how you can actually use them to your benefit as a marketing tool. But firstly, it’s important to realize that actually social media is just one tool, so you don’t want to overly rely on social media to promote yourself, which is what a lot of people in the health space are doing these days. So, whilst it is a very important area for you to consider, don’t rely on it, a hundred percent use other tools, because we don’t know what will happen in ten years time.

We don’t know if these tools will actually remain relevant as marketing tools. Let’s, firstly, look at Instagram as a social network, so what is Instagram if you’ve never heard of Instagram? What it is essentially is a social media network where you can create your own profile, including photos of yourself and a little bio about you. You know as a person or if your business, what it is that you do and your photos stay there all the photos that you post will stay on your profile and people can interact with the photos that you post, you know liking them putting comments.

So, basically, a platform for you to upload photos and content about yourself within Instagram. You can also use a function called Instagram stories and Instagram live. Instagram stories is a function which allows you to post something whether that be texts photos a article about a given theme or topic, essentially a story, perhaps on a day what you did that day, which only stays there for 24 hours Instagram live, allows you to broadcast Yourself on article live, and you can save that article afterwards as well.

So Instagram is a great tool for allowing you to visually put out a lot of content to support your business. So photos and articles mainly are what kind of shine well on Instagram and people. Usually use Instagram through their mobile app. You can also use it from your desktop or from your laptop and Instagram is really one of the most popular social media tools. These days and generally, it does attract a younger demographic, so from sort of teenage years people are in their 30s.

So you need to think about whether your target audience will be on Instagram. So you know, is it worthwhile? You spending a lot of time on Instagram. If your target audience isn’t really, you know somebody who uses Instagram and so, as I said it, because it’s very visual as a platform, so photos and article work really well on Instagram. It’s been designed for that kind of content. Food content is something that performs really well so, if you’re a food blogger, if you’re you know particularly focusing more on nutrition within the health space or you’re, let’s say a natural chef, it’s a great platform to use and also generally wellness as an industry, and fitness Are you know, areas that perform very well on Instagram as well? So just remember when you’re, considering whether Instagram is a good tool for you to use.

Is your target audience somebody who goes on Instagram, firstly, and secondly, is the type of service that you offer going to be well marketed on Instagram? Is it something that you know works well on Instagram

The First Rule of Marketing Online

So I usually wear a seersucker shirt, but I wanted to record this real quick for my daily vlog, because here’s the deal whatever idea you ever have in life number one obstacle will be marketing it, because humans have a natural aversion to anything new.

That’s why brands? Like coca-cola keep winning, because if you come up with a soda, nobody naturally trusts it until it’s been proven over and over. So marketing becomes the key to anything, no matter how great your idea, if you’re an artist musician, social media person, entrepreneur online entrepreneur, you’ve got pizza, restaurant, you know whatever it is, you have to acquire clients and keep them happy, and so here’s the number one rule That everyone forgets don’t market narcissistically.

What I mean by that is don’t market, something that only you’re interested in, and I know that sounds so obvious people are like. I already know that time, but not really people don’t really understand the extent to which I’m talking about. Ah, I’m walking here’s a little cooler that are light. People understand the extent to which our brain will naturally build our marketing on narcissistically selfishly.

So, let’s just take an example, I saw the other day this mattress commercial, you seen those ever late at night. Look how nice it is out today they call this the magic hour because the lights real nice, but this mattress commercial, has the owner and he’s not very good he’s, not very good on camera and he’s there talking about why you should buy a mattress from him And I was thinking dude, nobody really wants to see.

You like you know, you’re, not good, at doing your commercial. Why don’t you stay behind the scenes? And I know why? Because he thought it would be cool for him to market himself in that way, but much better to make a persuasive marketing piece. You know commercial, you don’t see the shirt, you don’t see the CEO of coca-cola in all the commercials. Now there is a time if you’re good on camera, you can use your own.

You know you can use your own images, your own articles, but that was just an example that came to mind. I was thinking who’s, this guy building the marketing for himself and at the end of the day, if you build your market for yourself, you’re going to be broke period. So how do you get into the minds of people? That’s what it really comes down to and I’ll tell you. The simplest way to get into the minds of potential customers is to do rapid experimenting, Rapide Rapide Rapide.

You know I did some of you have seen some of my youtube articles that woman viral and they’ve had. I just looked check my stats in the last year year and a half did 540 million minutes readed. It’s a lot YouTube told me. They won’t tell me if it’s the most, but it’s a lot half a billion minutes, not just views minutes and part of that paid advertising and part of that virality. There’s a formula I’ll talk about that another article.

But when I first made my very first article, I even won with the Lamborghini. It didn’t not that many people liked it. It was me and Jeremy just driving around and it wasn’t that persuasive of marketing. So you know maybe got a hundred thousand views versus the other. One got over 100 million and I was in Paris. I shot that one first, one that did not go viral and I went to Paris for New Year’s and then I came back and I was like.

Let me just keep experimenting, get inside the mind of people, but instead of me presupposing. I knew what was inside the line. I built some rapid test. I record about 20 30 more tests, and one of them was the here in my garage article, which was kind of the beginning of a lot of the social media articles that I did and that one’s gotten no one knows exactly how many people viewed it. Maybe 100 million people globally lot 50 to 100, probably more but I’ll be conservative with that and that came from rapid experimentation.

I experimented that whole process was in two months. I did enough experimenting, so if you can experiment, then you won’t build this selfish narcissistic marketing. That just doesn’t work much time. You read TV you’ll, see it all day long and then you’ll see those few commercials that really catch your attention, so whatever you’re trying to market get inside through rapid experimentation. I was talking to.

I got a guy, a friend of mine, kind of a were loosely affiliated and his name is Adrian Morrison and he built out a system what he does. He goes on Facebook and he just like rapidly experiments products that people want to buy. He does Facebook advertising a different internet advertising and he discovers through a process of trial and error, but rapid trial and error what people want to buy and he can build businesses extremely quickly.

You know ecommerce businesses, someone will make whatever thousand bucks a month. Ten thousand and fifty thousand I don’t know the numbers are fairly big. I mean he’s out making 100 million bucks a year, but it’s making seven figures. Maybe eight, I’m not sure I’ll have to ask him. His exact numbers doesn’t matter, makes a good living just selling. All kinds of stuff that you wouldn’t think that necessarily it would be able to make that much money, but he does and he actually wrote a book, I’m going to put a link to his book.

He I got him to give a free download of it. It’s like how to build a profitable ecommerce business and it’s this whole system of testing. A lot of you asked me for how to stuff and the daily vlog is more just general advice. I don’t have time to always lay it all out, especially because I got to leave in a second but I’ll. Put a link now he’s going to take this link down. I got him to put it up for much for how many more days, but a few more days.

I got him to give it away. You can get the e-book free, so he can read all the stuff and he also has a link for a workshop. You can read, I told him, I’d, be an affiliate for it because he’s done some stuff for me on Facebook marketing, because I do a lot more on other blogs, but he really helped me with getting my Facebook marketing up. You must be a marketing guru, a marketing master. You must understand persuasion. You must understand the mindset of your target market and very few people can do this, but those who can get a huge reward so wish you luck on what you’re trying to do trust me. I read a book a day, I’m reading books, I’m investigating I’m reading TV commercials, I’m reading and clicking on internet banners trying to re reverse-engineer what the heck it is. These guys are doing and – and I look at celebrities – look at how Oprah mark yourself now Ellen Ellen DeGeneres Show you know dj khaled now killing it on snapchat I read movie stuff on office.

I was in a movie yesterday pop star that big movie – Andy Samberg, came out funny as hell. If you read my snapchat, I posted it, but I readed how they marketed that thing. Judd Apatow is a genius. He did trainwreck so make yourself a follower and a seeker of every marketing technique and tip, as you could ever come up with marketing. It’s not cheesy, marking his way of persuading people if you’re selling something good to do what’s in their best interest.

I’r so happy thankful that there’s good marketing out there, especially for good stuff. You know like this Rolls Royce. I just got it’s Branson custom. Look at 11 miles. Just came off the boat, the go series it’s on my snapchat and stuff um. I wasn’t going to get a Rolls Royce. You know I was going to get him a glaring and then I was at the dealership and they were telling about this Rolls Royce and they were so persuasive on how well it drives and all that – and I was like.

Maybe I need to look into this that’s marketing and I’m glad they did because it’s a badass cars better than a McLaren in terms of quality, ride and stuff, like that little different, apps, Turin jizz, but everything I’m glad you know Joel Salatin marketed to me to Go and work on his farm, I’m glad he was persuasive. I’r glad differ mentors at different times persuading me to take a different path than then I would have gone on naturally.

The First Rule of Marketing Online

So I usually wear a seersucker shirt, but I wanted to record this real quick for my daily vlog, because here’s the deal whatever idea you ever have in life number one obstacle will be marketing it, because humans have a natural aversion to anything new.

That’s why brands? Like coca-cola keep winning, because if you come up with a soda, nobody naturally trusts it until it’s been proven over and over. So marketing becomes the key to anything, no matter how great your idea, if you’re an artist musician, social media person, entrepreneur online entrepreneur, you’ve got pizza, restaurant, you know whatever it is, you have to acquire clients and keep them happy, and so here’s the number one rule That everyone forgets don’t market narcissistically.

What I mean by that is don’t market, something that only you’re interested in, and I know that sounds so obvious people are like. I already know that time, but not really people don’t really understand the extent to which I’m talking about. Ah, I’m walking here’s a little cooler that are light. People understand the extent to which our brain will naturally build our marketing on narcissistically selfishly.

So, let’s just take an example, I saw the other day this mattress commercial, you seen those ever late at night. Look how nice it is out today they call this the magic hour because the lights real nice, but this mattress commercial, has the owner and he’s not very good he’s, not very good on camera and he’s there talking about why you should buy a mattress from him And I was thinking dude, nobody really wants to see.

You like you know, you’re, not good, at doing your commercial. Why don’t you stay behind the scenes? And I know why? Because he thought it would be cool for him to market himself in that way, but much better to make a persuasive marketing piece. You know commercial, you don’t see the shirt, you don’t see the CEO of coca-cola in all the commercials. Now there is a time if you’re good on camera, you can use your own.

You know you can use your own images, your own articles, but that was just an example that came to mind. I was thinking who’s, this guy building the marketing for himself and at the end of the day, if you build your market for yourself, you’re going to be broke period. So how do you get into the minds of people? That’s what it really comes down to and I’ll tell you. The simplest way to get into the minds of potential customers is to do rapid experimenting, Rapide Rapide Rapide.

You know I did some of you have seen some of my youtube articles that woman viral and they’ve had. I just looked check my stats in the last year year and a half did 540 million minutes readed. It’s a lot YouTube told me. They won’t tell me if it’s the most, but it’s a lot half a billion minutes, not just views minutes and part of that paid advertising and part of that virality. There’s a formula I’ll talk about that another article.

But when I first made my very first article, I even won with the Lamborghini. It didn’t not that many people liked it. It was me and Jeremy just driving around and it wasn’t that persuasive of marketing. So you know maybe got a hundred thousand views versus the other. One got over 100 million and I was in Paris. I shot that one first, one that did not go viral and I went to Paris for New Year’s and then I came back and I was like.

Let me just keep experimenting, get inside the mind of people, but instead of me presupposing. I knew what was inside the line. I built some rapid test. I record about 20 30 more tests, and one of them was the here in my garage article, which was kind of the beginning of a lot of the social media articles that I did and that one’s gotten no one knows exactly how many people viewed it. Maybe 100 million people globally lot 50 to 100, probably more but I’ll be conservative with that and that came from rapid experimentation.

I experimented that whole process was in two months. I did enough experimenting, so if you can experiment, then you won’t build this selfish narcissistic marketing. That just doesn’t work much time. You read TV you’ll, see it all day long and then you’ll see those few commercials that really catch your attention, so whatever you’re trying to market get inside through rapid experimentation. I was talking to.

I got a guy, a friend of mine, kind of a were loosely affiliated and his name is Adrian Morrison and he built out a system what he does. He goes on Facebook and he just like rapidly experiments products that people want to buy. He does Facebook advertising a different internet advertising and he discovers through a process of trial and error, but rapid trial and error what people want to buy and he can build businesses extremely quickly.

You know ecommerce businesses, someone will make whatever thousand bucks a month. Ten thousand and fifty thousand I don’t know the numbers are fairly big. I mean he’s out making 100 million bucks a year, but it’s making seven figures. Maybe eight, I’m not sure I’ll have to ask him. His exact numbers doesn’t matter, makes a good living just selling. All kinds of stuff that you wouldn’t think that necessarily it would be able to make that much money, but he does and he actually wrote a book, I’m going to put a link to his book.

He I got him to give a free download of it. It’s like how to build a profitable ecommerce business and it’s this whole system of testing. A lot of you asked me for how to stuff and the daily vlog is more just general advice. I don’t have time to always lay it all out, especially because I got to leave in a second but I’ll. Put a link now he’s going to take this link down. I got him to put it up for much for how many more days, but a few more days.

I got him to give it away. You can get the e-book free, so he can read all the stuff and he also has a link for a workshop. You can read, I told him, I’d, be an affiliate for it because he’s done some stuff for me on Facebook marketing, because I do a lot more on other blogs, but he really helped me with getting my Facebook marketing up. You must be a marketing guru, a marketing master. You must understand persuasion. You must understand the mindset of your target market and very few people can do this, but those who can get a huge reward so wish you luck on what you’re trying to do trust me. These guys are doing and – and I look at celebrities – look at how Oprah mark yourself now Ellen Ellen DeGeneres Show you know dj khaled now killing it on snapchat I read movie stuff on office.

I was in a movie yesterday pop star that big movie – Andy Samberg, came out funny as hell. If you read my snapchat, I posted it, but I readed how they marketed that thing. Judd Apatow is a genius. He did trainwreck so make yourself a follower and a seeker of every marketing technique and tip, as you could ever come up with marketing. It’s not cheesy, marking his way of persuading people if you’re selling something good to do what’s in their best interest.

I’r so happy thankful that there’s good marketing out there, especially for good stuff. You know like this Rolls Royce. I just got it’s Branson custom. Look at 11 miles. Just came off the boat, the go series it’s on my snapchat and stuff um. I wasn’t going to get a Rolls Royce. You know I was going to get him a glaring and then I was at the dealership and they were telling about this Rolls Royce and they were so persuasive on how well it drives and all that – and I was like.

Maybe I need to look into this that’s marketing and I’m glad they did because it’s a badass cars better than a McLaren in terms of quality, ride and stuff, like that little different, apps, Turin jizz, but everything I’m glad you know Joel Salatin marketed to me to Go and work on his farm, I’m glad he was persuasive. I’r glad differ mentors at different times persuading me to take a different path than then I would have gone on naturally.

TESTING Your MAX! Q&A

Ladies and gentlemen, silent Mike another Q & A back to my roots. This is where it started raw loose, quickfire, silent mic with two K’s on Instagram and Twitter. Let’s get to your questions, ladies and gentlemen, how do you warm up before a benching? For me, the most of my warm-ups are pretty specific, so I take the barbell, for you know 1 to 3 sets of 20 to 30 reps, and then I slowly add weight building up to my working weight. I also do like to do some kind of band pull apart warm up my back my rotary cups as well as some kind of a school. If I’m feeling real cold or something feels a little iffy, then I’ll do a little extra warm-up.

Some push up something of that nature, but that’s typically it Mike another warm up question Mike. How many sets do you do before getting in your working weight? So that’s almost impossible to say my man, because if my working weight on bench is 275, I may only do 3 or 4 sets to get there. But if I’m warming up to 650 pounds for doubles on deadlift, I may take 8 sets to get there. So it all depends on how strong you are.

Typically, you know five, maybe 10 % jumps for the couple beginning jumps and then 5 % jumps leading onto the working weight. It’s a good general general guideline. How come I don’t need to adjust my one rep max for a 10 week program? What are the percentage no longer represent my true 1 rep max, or does it not matter great fuckin question so when you’re running a you know, 8 12. 16 week program? Do you need to update your one rep max, because perhaps you got stronger in that program? It all depends on the program.

It all depends on the goal and it all depends on the individual. I know you hate that answer, because that’s the truth and everybody hates the truth. So, for multiple reasons I would say: no, you don’t have to update it, but it kind of depends if you’re a beginner, a true beginner you’ll, be able to PR and your 1 rep max will go up every single week. How so Mike? Because you’re, a D trained and your body is so willing to adapt to the new stimulus and the new skill acquisition that you’re getting you’re getting better at the bench.

Press weekly plus your muscles, are getting stronger, repairing quicker because you’re not actually handling the type of loads that you body’s actually ready to handle, so you’ll be able to progress very rapidly from there. It might be every two weeks, every four weeks that you can PR in the lift. This obviously depend on age, genetics and some other things. This is talking about pure beginners. As you get more advanced, that’s pretty much.

The defining factor between a beginner and intermediate is how long in between it takes for you to PR or hit a new personal record. Eventually, you know the best in the world are hoping for a small five pound, ten pound PR, every 12, 16 or even 20 weeks. And that’s why I says it depends now, if you are not a pure beginner and you can’t PR every week or every other week, I still don’t think you should update your 1 rep max again, based on the program, let’s just blanket statement say we’re going for A 12-week peak program so we’re going to test our 1 rep max at the end, the chances or the percent that you got stronger throughout the entire program won’t really affect the program that much until you test anyways at the end, because you, depending on the program You’re not going to make a 150 percent gain in your 1 rep max.

You know if it’s 5 or 10 % that will all show itself at the end when you test anyways, and then you can repeat the program with those updated when we’re programming. I mentioned this in the last Q & A as long as you’re kind of hitting a range on that day. That’s why our Pease become so popular and it is very effective because you just kind of have to hit this right. This target, you don’t have to hit the bullseye every day of the weight to get the proper stimulus to progress as long as you’re kind of in that range that we’re aiming for that certain stimulus, depending on the program depending on the day and the intent of That workout you’ll make progress and be just fine, so I wouldn’t overthink it don’t over stress.

It follow the program test at the end and then we run a program with the new updated maxes. Will I ever go back to conjugate training um, probably not not, while I’m competitive power loop, you know, I think the frequency is enough for me the variations, I don’t think they work the best for the majority of raw power. Lifters. I’ve done a many articles on this. I think, if your raw powerlifting, you need more competition lifts than typical conjugate does.

I know I could make it my own and these things, but I prefer the style of training. I do I believe in it. I think it’s time tested, I think it’s it’s proven through many other coaches and systems, but it’s proven through myself as a lifter and as a coach with everyone. I’ve worked with. So I think I’m going to stick with that. If you know I totally wrap up and just don’t power lift per se anymore yeah, I can mess around with some cons.

You get taking up variations. We got a decent lifting question here for WordPress or floor press as a very simple bench press which one do you prefer and why I’d say if I had to choose, one would probably be the floor press personally and from experience with other athletes and being in The gym a board press is an awesome movement, but for a lot of lifters, they’re so uncomfortable with that bench on or excuse me, the board on their stomach that they’ll miss groove and all untighten their back more often than not that their bench form will just Go to the window and they’re just worried about touching that board.

So I would say what I would throw in. There is. Maybe a Spoto pressed we’re kind of pausing at different heights. You know true, which is off the chest, just a little pause it and come back up just controlling it yourself. I think this moreso reinforces a tight back and control the barbell and then I’d say the floor plus for the same reason, if you’re going to use a variation, let’s go outside of the box a little bit and, let’s really you know kind of pause, our triceps On the ground, before we explode back up, and I think you’ll find it good groove and a good carryover from the floor person stuff what to do in the gym after a meet or a peak kind of you know, if all is healthy and you’re feeling good.

It might be another time to have some fun and try something a little different. It’s also a good time to just chill, maybe do some dumbbell work, maybe take it completely off. It kind of depends on your mental state and what will get you motivated to continue on the gym? So maybe just another one rep max, maybe just do some dumbbell work, have some fun or maybe take it completely off and then get back into things.

In a couple weeks, what tip you would give all lifters where they’re, beginners or experienced that’s a good question tip. I would give anybody – and this is lifting life business – is have some patience, have some patience. Things always take longer than you think they will and if you have patience and stick to the plan or stick towards your goal, or at least have that goal in your mind. Daily you’ll get there and that’s not to be some motivational, bullshit guru, because you all know I hate some motivational bullshit gurus.

But truth is this: if you have patience and you stick to a plan you’re going to get a lot closer that goal, then you ever would without those two things and those are literally the only two things. Two things you need. You need a little bit of patience, maybe a lot of patience, more patience than you think you need, you need it and some type of plan to get there and that’s all you need. You welcome that’ll, be $ 8,000, send it to my pickup.

What are your thoughts on? Only dead lifting singles, I thought so only dead, lifts and singles is, is probably not optimal. Now there are some instances that you might be able to get away with something of that nature. We’re only dead lifting singles once a week at a higher intensity and catching some volume on a variation like a block, poor stiff leg or something of that nature. But I think the majority of time all lifts are going to be similar to some extent where, if we want to get better at that lift we’re going to have to slowly build volume and frequency over time.

So if you want to get better at the deadlift, we’re going to have to get some deadlift in muscles and the way to get deadlift in muscles is to build them with some reps – maybe some variation, but definitely some reps. Some volumes for frequencies so deadlift singles. Can you lift a lot of weight that way sure I’m sure somebody has and their comments are going to be blasted below, like some so deadlift at 900 pounds by only doing singles proud of that guy and proud of you for knowing that random ass fact that No one cares about, but I think for the majority of people you’re going to have to do some volume we’re going to have to do some work.

If you had to pick three exercises besides the squad deadlift and the bench to build a routine around, what would they be Chinna love me. Some chin-ups overhead press build them delts, and I don’t know if this counts, but I hope it counts. We’ll do the front squat and if that doesn’t count, will do the Bulgarian split squat there you go shove it in your pipe smoke on that one Mike. What is your best and/or favorite point guard in the NBA right now.

Now, I’m going to say that depends on the goals. I think the combination of everything you’re talking along jet, it longevity of life healthy living. Having a long, healthy, happy life, happy wife, whatever these people say, he’s married folks or be able perform performance athlete my mama said it’s the UM doula I’m got ta.

If you’re just going for a longevity of a life, I think it has to be almost combination of both if you’re going for pure performance, I think lifting is going to take priority. If you’re going for pure looks or losing weight, I think diet is going to take priority.

Hopefully that breaks it down for you. Obviously, I think optimally for a longevity of life performance and looks combination of both, but I’m just saying if you have to just choose one, you know, and I just want to live a long time. That’s a hard question. A living. A long time is a hard one to say, cuz, I think such combo of both performance. I definitely think that training is priority and losing weight gaining weight.

Obviously, I think priority nutrition, but obviously the combo is going to matter bro. Mr. Bokun that hard school it both eat. Decent, listen weights, eat, decent, listen weights, more type of leg exercises. Excuse me, what type of Lake exercises did you do while dealing with my back injury? So when I didn’t squat down lift, I took six to eight weeks off to chill to work. Give my back a break. If I had the option which I didn’t because I was traveling to places, I would do a belt squat.

That’s what I did last time. I tweaked my back. The belt squat is a lifesaver this time around. I didn’t have access to that. So what I did is, I did some Bulgarian split squats with holding a weight on my up on the opposite of my up foot on the Bulgarian to add some balance and some coal work. You know that’s right, put it where eat that salad, no dessert and then lunges just focused on staying, even and still working.

Some of my legs plus I was doing some high intensity, endeavor, ball, training, mmm kit and I was doing some assault bike sprints. How to build a bigger bench? My man’s, I can’t say how many articles I’ve done on building a bigger bench, eat some foods being a calorie surplus focus on your technique, focus on a solid program that has you benching a couple times a week. Do it for a long time, rinse and repeat bench bow! This is the most money I have made from a combination of my blog on YouTube since I started working on this by the way the business I’m referring to is ko bokja fitness.Com, it’s just my yeah, it’s my online business. I recently started and I’m seeing a lot of really good growth on that. So let me tell you how I made this money. I made this money primarily in three ways. Number one was advertising.

I have ads running on my site and I also have ads running on my youtube blog. I also made money by selling products. I have three product categories that I offer. I have leggings I have and I have two digital products. I should probably make a different article about my products and how I decided to create them and how I made them and why I made them, because you guys might be surprised to find out about the whole product creation process and the thought process behind it.

So three sources of revenue – normally, I know I’m not able to show you the chart for my income and how everything breaks down, but this month I can actually show that to you, because I’m getting so much more organized with my accounting and making sure that I’m Tracking everything really well, so I can show you more information because of that.

So let me show you how the money breaks down into these three categories. You can see from this chart over here that the number one income category for me is advertising on my website. Over 70 % of my income comes from advertising on my website. The second highest source of revenue, for me, is advertising. On my YouTube blog and the least, the least profitable blog for me is actually my products, which would be surprising for anyone.

That’s really into online marketing and digital marketing, because all the Guru’s will tell you make product make product and I’m learning a lot about this as I go along so like I said, if you want a article about that, leave me a comment. Let me know what questions you have and I will share whatever I can that I think will help you out, but that is how the percentage is break down. So those are my that’s my income, so my traffic for the month of July was actually down from June in June.

You guys might remember that I crossed in June I crossed. Let’s see, let me show you my traffic for June June. I crossed three hundred and fifty thousand page views in that one month, whereas in July the page views dropped down to one hundred and ninety six thousand page views. So it’s still a lot one hundred. Ninety six thousand is a lot of page views for one month, but it is down from last month.

So I was a little bit disappointed about that, but even though my page views were down, I still made almost a thousand dollars just from advertising on my website. I think I made nine hundred and eighty dollars specifically from advertising on my website. Let me also show you my youtube number, since that’s where that’s my second largest income source, as of today, I’m recording this article on August 4th, so I’m a four days into the month of August, but not too far, not too far away from July.

Let me show you my subscriber count. I have alright, so let’s go in here. You can see that, as of today, I have twenty four thousand subscribers on my second YouTube blog, my cocoa fitness, you blog. So that is that’s a crazy amount of growth, because I think last month I had maybe 10,000 subscribers. So within a month I basically doubled my subscriber count, and I am excited about that anyway. So those aren’t my numbers, that’s my traffic.

That’s my YouTube! I’m not going to bother with Instagram right now, because I’m not really doing too much with Instagram. It’s not really a priority for me right now, but that is those are my numbers, so the one, the only other thing this article is getting kind of long. The only other thing I wanted to mention in this article is a very huge lesson that I learned in July. So as used as I said, my traffic in July really dropped from June and I wasn’t anticipating that drop.

So I had a different goal for what I thought my traffic would reach and when I didn’t reach that traffic number I was crestfallen, I was crestfallen you guys. I couldn’t believe that I worked so hard and the traffic didn’t reach the goal that I wanted it to reach. So when I was setting my goals for August, I was really apprehensive about how to set the right goals. I didn’t want to set another unrealistic goal.

Work really hard not reach my goal and then feel discouraged. I just didn’t want to have that experience again and what I learned is that there are two types of goals you can set in your business. You can set big hairy audacious goals for people that have read good to great by Jim Collins. You know what a big hairy audacious goal is. There also called stretch goals in the book, one thing, and then they are there’s another type of goal called an incremental goal, and what I did last month was, I said, big hairy, audacious goals, because that’s what I thought I was supposed to do and what I’ve Learned is that for me and my business because of my size because of my intentions because of my preferences, big hairy, audacious goals are not for me right now.

It doesn’t mean I don’t have ambitious goals. It just means that I’m not going for those crazy goals. I’m not going for like at 24,000 how many 21,000 20-something thousand subscribers right now, I’m not aiming for 50k this month. That would be a very stretch goal for me. I’m not aiming for that. I’m aiming for something a little bit more manageable, a little bit more realistic, a little bit more incremental and for me and the stage of business that I am in right now.

That is the right decision. Even though almost everything you read will tell you go for gold, no, I’m not going for gold, I’m going for the incremental wins. The small wins! That’s what I’m going for this month. So I just wanted to share that if you are building an online business, its digital print business and you feel like you’re failing because you’re not like you’re, not at 1 million or you’re, not at 100k.

Maybe you need to really think about your business and where you are and what you prefer and how you want to grow and really listen to your intuition. If you feel like you’re somebody, that’s strong on intuition. So that’s all I wanted to say in this article. I have so many more amazing articles. Growing Passive Income for Wealth: INVESTING in shares/stocks || SugarMamma.TV

So you can make more informed decisions when it comes to managing your money and actually see your financial wealth build and actually realize that financial security and independence is well within your reach.

When you make great decisions with your hard-earned money, all right today, guys I’m talking to you about passive income streams. There are a whole range of different passive income streams, some which are very conservative, some, which are quite aggressive. However, it’s important that you pick the right income stream for you and for your financial goals and for your risk appetite now the people who are really nervous when it comes to investing and don’t have much experience.

They may want to start off investing in a fairly conservative styles of passive income sources, and these are typically cash savings accounts term deposits, maybe even some government bonds or even corporate bonds and typically because they’re more conservative, their returns are a little bit like that. Typically, a passive income stream, that is the yield of these conservative types of investments, ranges between 2 up to 3.

7 percent per annum. But these types of conservative assets generally have no capital growth, they’re, predominantly income based, which means if, for example, you bought a bond for $ 100,000 and the yield will say 3 percent, you would be getting only $ 3,000 a year in passive income from that bond. There is no capital growth element to it whatsoever, but if that’s right for your risk profile, you don’t like taking risk and you’re uncomfortable with it.

That may be the right type of investment for you now, the more aggressive or assertive you could say of investments for building long-term wealth are things like residential property, commercial property, domestic shares or international shares, and these returns are typically, as history shows a lot higher, because The more risk you take, the more of a reward you should get so residential property on average yields between 3 point to up to three point: nine percent.

But when you take out all the expenses of running a property, it typically comes down to a yield of around about two to two-and-a-half per year with commercial property. The yield tends to be a little bit higher around five point, five percent and when it comes to investing in shares, depending on whether it shares a base, for example, Australian shares the yield tends to range between four point: seven percent up to five point: seven percent.

When you factor in franking credits now, there seems to be a lot of misconception when it comes to investing in shares and comparing it against conservative estimates such as fixed interest bonds. However, I want to make sure you guys are aware of the difference between these two different types of asset classes and the impact over the long run. So the best way for me to show this to you is by showing to you what has happened in history.

If I were to take a hundred thousand dollars and put it into a term deposit in 1979 and just took the passive income each year and spent it, I never reinvested the money or added any new money to that term. Deposit account by 2016 that hundred thousand dollars would still only be worth a hundred thousand dollars, but it actually would have eroded away because that hundred thousand dollars could not buy me.

What it can today is what it could have done in 1979 and I would still be earning a passive income of two thousand five hundred dollars per year. That’s it, however, if I put that 100 thousand dollars into a diversified share portfolio of Australian shares, again just taking that passive income through the dividend, yields and spending it, adding nothing to it and not reinvesting any of my dividends that share portfolio would now be worth One point one: two million dollars and the passive income that I’d be receiving from that one point: one two million dollar share portfolio would be worth over fifty one thousand dollars every year.

Now, I’m pretty sure you would rather be receiving a passive income stream at 51 thousand dollars a year versus two thousand five hundred dollars a year. So you’re probably wondering how is this possible? How is the same amount of money invested in two different asset classes with SIPP, not too dissimilar yields over the long run so incredibly different? Well, it comes down to the fact that shares are two-dimensional assets.

They not only do they produce income, they also produce growth and that income grows with the capital value with shares. When a company raises profits, they reinvest some of those profits back into the business for future, compounding growth and to expand them, prove the value of the business, and then they pay a dividend on that and that dividend grows every year as long as the company grows. Now a lot of people say well, fine can investing in shares is incredibly volatile and comes a lot of risk.

And, yes, you are correct, you do when you invest in shares. There is a lot of high to medium term volatility over the short term medium term. I want to show you this other chart. This will really change your perception of really how safe term deposits are. If we look at the yield on term deposits and compare them against shares and even commercial property, in fact, it’s actually the toh deposits, which are a lot more volatile over that 17 year period, so that perception of term deposits being safe.

And you can sleep well at night versus shares being risky and dangerous isn’t actually quite true. So what this boils down to you? If you’re trying to build up a passive income stream, you’ve really got to look at the underlying assets in your portfolio. You do not want to forego long-term growth for stability. You need to make sure that your passive income and your investment portfolio is sustainable.

Is going to provide you with that passive income. That’s going to grow over time and ensure that you remain financially independent. Do not fall into the trap of just going in investing purely for yield with no capital worth. This will come with a lot of regret, further down the track and if you’re going to build up an investment portfolio where you’re going to incorporate more of these growth style, investments such as international and Australian shares and even some property make sure you diversify.

You do not need to go all or nothing most. People have a diversified share portfolio where they may have some commercial property, some residential property. You know a mixture of Australian shares and maybe some international ETFs. It’s a really well diversified portfolio which smoothes out the overall volatility over the long run and, of course, make sure that you look at the yield but make sure that the yield is consistently growing over time.

This should be the foundations of what you look for in a quality investment. Now, as you’re reading all of my money Monday articles, I really hope that your site to get it be more interested and a bit more inquisitive and maybe even tempted to start building up a share portfolio. But please remember you do not need to stress about which shares to pick and where and how and what you can very easily a listed investment company that does all that work for you or even a managed funds.

It doesn’t all that work for you or even look at a diversified ETF. There are so many different investment options out there. You do not need to put the stress and pressure on your shoulders as to what stocks to pick when how and why this can be outsourced to a professional all right. How to become an influencer in 5 minutes

My following tactics for success in work and in life will certainly help you. First, build passion not try to find it. If you stay in something long enough, it will become your passion. Take football, for example.

It is no like they were born with passion for football. I mean some born of talent, the fact that they start from any age and playing football almost every day it became the primary passion. So will your passion number two be expect on something take an interest on something stick with it for a while be persistent, and ultimately you will gain mastery in that area. You can generate true expertise by doing something that you love or you can turn your lived experience and expertise.

Number three find something to enjoy failing. You need to find something you love doing put yourself in a position where you can enjoy even the hardest time at work, so make sure you are building your left and work around something you will still enjoy on the hardest and bleakest days. Number four find a way to keep learning. Remember successful people adopt a growth mindset, not a fixed mindset, believing one can change and grow and expand number five bill self-awareness.

You need to develop a self-awareness that you can become all the time, regardless of how everything is. Failing on you number six find the positive in any hardship. There is always be a positive learning. You should realize that it is your mental attitude that interpret the input around you. When I find myself thinking everything’s in negative, I will ask myself these three question. Why I am feeling this way is my feeling justified? Is there any imminent danger here that I should be aware of and most of the time the answer is no and the feeling is unjustified and I try to move for seven build a positive culture.

If you want people to come to you, you need to be a light source emanating positivity. If you care about people, people who see you as a leader, people need to feel taken care of to feel that they have purpose and fulfilled significant. My mission hasn’t always be about helping people to see the power within themselves, and if I can do that, you can do to number eight build your track record if you want to become known as an influencer in a larger sense, spend the time and energy creating Successes in your smaller area, first – for me, it was turning my negative experience into expertise in a consistent way.

It is about understanding the negative experience, understanding the challenges that come out of that experience and how to turn this experience into solution. That was key for me, benign focus on who you are and why you are doing this. Another important part of my initial success was just being myself being real, not trying to be some arrogant. Do I’m just called Basia, also a guy who enjoyed helping other, just like you also trying to have other people that why I guess you are reading this article.

I stay true to myself and maintain amazing or tensity, and transparency of everyone are running for decade. How? Because my focus has always had people build a network, we are living in an incredible time of no gatekeepers. If you are willing to put in effort in the pit and Valley and faster your own community, nothing can stop you. The world of excuses is dead and gone. However, big you want to make your platform you can to become an influencer.

Is your hand is in your strength. It is only you can’t stop yourself to become an influencer. Nobody has no challenges. My 2020 Medical Planner | Erin Condren Softbound Focused Collection

This is what I have chosen for 2020, as some of you know that read my vlogs or maybe follow me on Instagram there’s a link below. If you want to follow me on Instagram, I have been having some major health problems in 2019 and unfortunately, they are going to trickle over into 2024, probably the entire year anyway.

That being said, I’m, like you, know what I need to get my life organized and have a planner that’s dedicated just to my health. I do use on a daily basis, just the regular, like Erin Condren binder, and I do put my health appointments in here. Here’s my current week right now and I actually have a doctor’s appointment on the 26th but um I need somewhere to put and log everything and something easy and portable to take with me.

When I have these appointments, I do use an Erin Condren planner tote bag. As my daily purse um – and this fits really well in it – I do use currently the black one and it’s the smaller Erin Condren tote bag. I really really like it so anyways I decided to go with. This is called the focused planner and it is in the Navy soft bound. It’s an a5 size. You can decide if you want to get it embossed or not.

I believe there is a chart, I think it’s five or ten dollars. I did get it embossed with my initials, so it’s e j.G. Those are my initials and yeah. I’ve already set this up. I just wanted to walk through it with you, so I could show you kind of how I’m using it I’m sure it’ll keep being modified as we go so anyways. Let’s, let’s get going here, I actually have some test results that I need to bring to my first appointment on the 26th, so I just have that in here, so I can give that to my physician in the new department so anyways I haven’t my name on There I should do that and then the next page is 2020.

I haven’t put anything in here yet, but whatever so, you guys are going to see like names of my doctors, so like don’t be super creepy and like stop them. Okay, okay on this page, it has the holidays and then, like special dates, I haven’t decided what I want to do with this. I mean clearly some months, I’m going to have a ton of appointments and some months I might have none. I don’t know so. I’m just going to kind of like leave it as it is, so we are almost in January, so we are in December.

Currently, it is Christmas Eve actually right now, when I’m filming this, but on the 26th I have an appointment, it’s 7:50 at the Fridley clinic, and I have like my first consultation and a little bit about my medical background as to like what is going on this Early fall, they found out that I had a hiatal hernia and what that is, is it’s basically a hole that is in your body and it’s when your stomach and esophagus meet up, so the only way to actually fix that is with surgery.

There are some dietary things that you can do to help it out. However, those have not worked for me. I’ve been on a plethora of medications and more medications because of that, and I met with the surgeon that does regular hiatal hernia surgeries and because I’m not fully responding to the oral medications. I am no longer a candidate for the regular surgery. She then suggested the only way to actually fix it, in my specific case would be a bariatric surgery and for anyone that doesn’t know what bariatric surgery is, it’s a weight loss surgery.

They basically reroute your stomach, and I have had so many stomach issues for several years. It’s just been really bad, this past 2019 and finally did something about it. So I’ve probably had the hernia for quite a while and just been living very uncomfortably. I can’t sleep well, I have crazy, lucid, like weird dreams, because of all the medications I’m taking, because I’m taking all the medications, I tend to get more migraines, which is a whole nother issue.

So anyway, there’s like a lot going on so anyways. This is basically going to be now my weight-loss journey. Slash get my tummy write book, plus any other like doctor’s appointments. I have to deal with so as of right now. My insurance has not approved the surgery. However, my surgeon and my general practitioner doctor are putting or have put in a request for them to cover it because they would have covered my normal hiatal hernia hiatal hernia surgery anyways.

So it’s going to take probably a month or so for us to hear anything and then they’ll probably end up doing another submittal as well before it gets approved so anyways. Now you know way too much about my health, okay, so um like I said I have my first appointment on the 26th, so I figured I’d put it in here just because like why not and then I also have an appointment with a dietician. Her name is Janelle on the 16th, so these kind of go like hand in hand.

I can’t do anything with the surgery team yet, but I will be able to do some stuff with a surgery team once it gets approved through insurance, but I have to do this anyways, so I figured well. Let’s get the party started and I did call my insurance and they do cover this so anywho. I also have these really cute stickers that I got a while ago. I want to say they’re from planner bunny press or bunny planner press.

Something like that. I will link them down below, but it’s like these little trifold scales, so I figured I would like weigh myself every weekend or you know like just once a week and then put it in there, so I would have a record of it just to share with My physicians also, I got these little stickers um. You can’t see very well probably but they’re clear, adhesive and they’re for Erin Condren, and this one says January, and it says January, on the other side as well and then also on the month, because it’s not really a tab.

I ended up putting a little bit of washi tape right here, so you can clearly see you know where your month is like where, where the month you know, starts or whatever so anyway, all right, let’s get back to January, you guys are going to learn like Way too much about me on this okay, so the first page is you know over on this side. It just says January: you’ve got you know some lines, you got some checklists and then also you got the back side of the washi.

So currently, these are on the medications I’m taking and why I’m taking them, how much all that good stuff. So I wan na like every beginning of the month. I want to make sure to write that down, because, if anything changes I want to be able to tell you know my physician what’s going on, because they have been messing with my medications lately so and then, like February. I would do the same thing, but it’s clearly not February yet so I can’t put that in so anyways and then I can like adjust it if it needs adjusting and then so over here we’ve got like your weekly pages.

I’m not like a horizontal person at all, but I think for this it’s going to be just fine, because I’m not really utilizing it too much. I’m just kind of writing things down. So you know this kind of stuff or like. If I have a migraine or you know, I have to go to Urgent Care or the ER or something I can write that in and why and all that good stuff. So anyway, that is kind of how I am going to use this planner coming up, and here I’m going to put this right here, because that’s what I need and so yeah.

So these are some test results that I have to give my you know physician when I see them on the 26th, so I just have that in here and it’s just like a nice compact little thing and you know I can fit into my hand really easily Um, you know walking room with a life planner every day, just really doesn’t suit me and my needs. Even though I love my life planner, but I don’t think it’s ever left my house um.

I usually just keep it right here, um. You know you know on my desk or whatever and just let you know these do retail for $ 30. I don’t think I said that yet, but these do retail for $ 30 and they’re in the a5 size. So they’re, I don’t know they’re just really really. Nice and you know, I’m excited to use this and I’m excited to make progress. You know in my health journey also the back has a little Erin Condren logo on it.

So yeah I went through every single month and you know just started everything with you know this and then I put in like when I’m going to be gone. This is going to be go wild. I don’t know the dates yet I mean I know that. Go wild. It was actually like right here, but I don’t know like when we’re leaving and when we’re coming back. So I was like asker it I’m just going to like put all the put all the washi.

Why the hell not, and then I just love these little things, I think those aren’t really darn cute and to me I don’t feel like it bulks up the planner too much with the washi and the trifold stickers. I think it’s you know just fine by me. So yeah, then there’s July August. Remember that September and October. Oh and another thing, is I really like at the very end of the month hold on you have pages like you have two lined pages, so I can make any notes I want to make.

If I’m in a doctor’s appointment or maybe after the appointment, make any notes and then also in the very beginning of the month, you know I’m going to do my medications here, but I can make any other notes over here that I need to or if they’re Just really simple notes: you know I can make them on the day of the pointman or maybe a day. I don’t have an appointment. I can just like you know, keep writing or whatever.

So I do really like that so yeah and then I have November and then December and then in the back I decided to do so. This is going to get creepy. Okay, so like don’t be creepy and like stalked, my doctors, okay, so I wanted to put in some notable dates. So these are some dates that a lot of people ask about when I go to appointments and see other doctors. So anyway, I had an ER visit because of chest pain, that’s kind of like what started this whole thing I mean.

Clearly. I’ve had stomach problems and reflux issues for a long time like years, but yeah. I thought I was having a heart attack and I was not because yeah my hernia was acting up and I clearly didn’t know. I had a hernia at the time and then I have September 19th. I had the endoscopy which they found the hernia. I had my fallopian tubes removed on October 31 and then I had this esophageal manometry and 24 hour pH test in November anyway, and then so I have like all my doctors written down that I’ve worked with or are going to be working with and then, like Current allergies so yeah and then I’ve got more pages to go, and then I actually put in like some of the places that I need to go their addresses so yeah and then I’ve got the 2021 page so anyway.
