The First Rule of Marketing Online

So I usually wear a seersucker shirt, but I wanted to record this real quick for my daily vlog, because here’s the deal whatever idea you ever have in life number one obstacle will be marketing it, because humans have a natural aversion to anything new.

That’s why brands? Like coca-cola keep winning, because if you come up with a soda, nobody naturally trusts it until it’s been proven over and over. So marketing becomes the key to anything, no matter how great your idea, if you’re an artist musician, social media person, entrepreneur online entrepreneur, you’ve got pizza, restaurant, you know whatever it is, you have to acquire clients and keep them happy, and so here’s the number one rule That everyone forgets don’t market narcissistically.

What I mean by that is don’t market, something that only you’re interested in, and I know that sounds so obvious people are like. I already know that time, but not really people don’t really understand the extent to which I’m talking about. Ah, I’m walking here’s a little cooler that are light. People understand the extent to which our brain will naturally build our marketing on narcissistically selfishly.

So, let’s just take an example, I saw the other day this mattress commercial, you seen those ever late at night. Look how nice it is out today they call this the magic hour because the lights real nice, but this mattress commercial, has the owner and he’s not very good he’s, not very good on camera and he’s there talking about why you should buy a mattress from him And I was thinking dude, nobody really wants to see.

You like you know, you’re, not good, at doing your commercial. Why don’t you stay behind the scenes? And I know why? Because he thought it would be cool for him to market himself in that way, but much better to make a persuasive marketing piece. You know commercial, you don’t see the shirt, you don’t see the CEO of coca-cola in all the commercials. Now there is a time if you’re good on camera, you can use your own.

You know you can use your own images, your own articles, but that was just an example that came to mind. I was thinking who’s, this guy building the marketing for himself and at the end of the day, if you build your market for yourself, you’re going to be broke period. So how do you get into the minds of people? That’s what it really comes down to and I’ll tell you. The simplest way to get into the minds of potential customers is to do rapid experimenting, Rapide Rapide Rapide.

You know I did some of you have seen some of my youtube articles that woman viral and they’ve had. I just looked check my stats in the last year year and a half did 540 million minutes readed. It’s a lot YouTube told me. They won’t tell me if it’s the most, but it’s a lot half a billion minutes, not just views minutes and part of that paid advertising and part of that virality. There’s a formula I’ll talk about that another article.

But when I first made my very first article, I even won with the Lamborghini. It didn’t not that many people liked it. It was me and Jeremy just driving around and it wasn’t that persuasive of marketing. So you know maybe got a hundred thousand views versus the other. One got over 100 million and I was in Paris. I shot that one first, one that did not go viral and I went to Paris for New Year’s and then I came back and I was like.

Let me just keep experimenting, get inside the mind of people, but instead of me presupposing. I knew what was inside the line. I built some rapid test. I record about 20 30 more tests, and one of them was the here in my garage article, which was kind of the beginning of a lot of the social media articles that I did and that one’s gotten no one knows exactly how many people viewed it. Maybe 100 million people globally lot 50 to 100, probably more but I’ll be conservative with that and that came from rapid experimentation.

I experimented that whole process was in two months. I did enough experimenting, so if you can experiment, then you won’t build this selfish narcissistic marketing. That just doesn’t work much time. You read TV you’ll, see it all day long and then you’ll see those few commercials that really catch your attention, so whatever you’re trying to market get inside through rapid experimentation. I was talking to.

I got a guy, a friend of mine, kind of a were loosely affiliated and his name is Adrian Morrison and he built out a system what he does. He goes on Facebook and he just like rapidly experiments products that people want to buy. He does Facebook advertising a different internet advertising and he discovers through a process of trial and error, but rapid trial and error what people want to buy and he can build businesses extremely quickly.

You know ecommerce businesses, someone will make whatever thousand bucks a month. Ten thousand and fifty thousand I don’t know the numbers are fairly big. I mean he’s out making 100 million bucks a year, but it’s making seven figures. Maybe eight, I’m not sure I’ll have to ask him. His exact numbers doesn’t matter, makes a good living just selling. All kinds of stuff that you wouldn’t think that necessarily it would be able to make that much money, but he does and he actually wrote a book, I’m going to put a link to his book.

He I got him to give a free download of it. It’s like how to build a profitable ecommerce business and it’s this whole system of testing. A lot of you asked me for how to stuff and the daily vlog is more just general advice. I don’t have time to always lay it all out, especially because I got to leave in a second but I’ll. Put a link now he’s going to take this link down. I got him to put it up for much for how many more days, but a few more days.

I got him to give it away. You can get the e-book free, so he can read all the stuff and he also has a link for a workshop. You can read, I told him, I’d, be an affiliate for it because he’s done some stuff for me on Facebook marketing, because I do a lot more on other blogs, but he really helped me with getting my Facebook marketing up. I was in a movie yesterday pop star that big movie – Andy Samberg, came out funny as hell. If you read my snapchat, I posted it, but I readed how they marketed that thing. Judd Apatow is a genius. He did trainwreck so make yourself a follower and a seeker of every marketing technique and tip, as you could ever come up with marketing. It’s not cheesy, marking his way of persuading people if you’re selling something good to do what’s in their best interest.

I’r so happy thankful that there’s good marketing out there, especially for good stuff. You know like this Rolls Royce. I just got it’s Branson custom. Look at 11 miles. Just came off the boat, the go series it’s on my snapchat and stuff um. I wasn’t going to get a Rolls Royce. You know I was going to get him a glaring and then I was at the dealership and they were telling about this Rolls Royce and they were so persuasive on how well it drives and all that – and I was like.

Maybe I need to look into this that’s marketing and I’m glad they did because it’s a badass cars better than a McLaren in terms of quality, ride and stuff, like that little different, apps, Turin jizz, but everything I’m glad you know Joel Salatin marketed to me to Go and work on his farm, I’m glad he was persuasive. I’r glad differ mentors at different times persuading me to take a different path than then I would have gone on naturally.

They get a high return on investment for clients, because of the way that these services are structured and they also have three keys in common right in these creeks these three keys.

Then it doesn’t matter what service or what niche that you pick to deliver. I no the founder of this Nick Robbins he’s a friend of mine and they focused the reason I like their Facebook advertising agency is because they focus on a specific vertical or industry.

So you can see here they focus on pain, management and stem-cell therapy. Doctors and Clinics right, so what that does is it strengthens your message. It makes it easier to get clients, because your focus on that specific vertical and that industry right and they also developed a system – a predictable system, specifically for pain, doctors right Facebook, advertising system for pain, doctors. This is going to help you get clients a lot easier when you’re tailored specifically to a certain vertical or industry, because you’re going to be able to speak their language and you’re going to have a system tailored to them.

Okay, so that’s why I like be top local. They do multi millions in revenue every single year with just one service, a Facebook advertising service and a system, and I highly recommend, if you’re, going to create any one of these services. Actually, you focus on a vertical or industry to make your life a lot easier and more profitable. Okay. So that’s number one: Facebook advertising number two: Google PPC, Google pay-per-click.

This is a little different than Facebook you’re, not targeting based on interest levels you’re targeting more by bidding on keywords. So, instead of targeting a certain interest you’re targeting on things like stem cell therapy, Seattle stem cell therapy Florida when people type these these words into the Google search engine they’re going to come on to your clients, websites right. So this is bidding on keywords in Google to generate leads customers and brand awareness.

Now this is a website that I found a service that I found called kudu IO and they do Google PPC and they have product sized offerings packages for different levels or different ad spend right. So I can go here. Let me go back to their homepage. Real quick: this is what a Google PPC ad. If you don’t know what that is, that’s what this is, if you type in roofers or roofers in Seattle, or something like that, it shows up right here, an ad like that.

So that’s! So that’s what you’d be offering as a service is to help business owners get more leads and customers by setting up these little ads here right go to pricing, you can see they’re different packages. They have three different packages for different ad spins right up to five thousand up to ten thousand, so you can offer this as a service for a specific, vertical or industry and offer from packages here that are productized by limiting the ad spend budget here right.

So there’s so many different ways you can package this up this stuff up and I’m going to create more articles on down on productizing things, but this is just a article to give you an idea of the seven best niches and services to offer right. So this is Google PPC here. Number three is LinkedIn marketing and LinkedIn lead generation. So this is what my agency growth response is based on, which is connecting and using direct outreach and content to generate leads clients and brand awareness.

Now, when we first started, we modeled after this company here lead cookie calm and our service is pretty similar to this. We, you can see their process right here. We optimized our clients profiles, we send outbound connection requests, we send a drip messaging sequence to anyone who accepts that and our goal is to help our clients generate more leads and more sales appointments and more phone calls with whoever their target audience is whoever their ideal Client is okay, so we help them do that through LinkedIn, connecting and sending messages and growing their network and posting content.

Okay, so you can see here, you can do some research, what they offer their pricing, let’s see so a thousand dollars or 950 a month and here’s the deliverables. We have a very similar service to this. If you don’t know what this is its optimizing person’s website and their keywords or their social media profiles to drive organic traffic leads and customers to their business right now again, you’re going to see the key for a lot of these things is focusing on a vertical. So you can see ranking see, oh here they have an SEO service, an SEO agency. They focus specifically on personal injury law firms right so they’re, not just saying I offer SEO to every single industry out there.

They focus specifically on personal injury law firms and I think they do around five million a year in revenue because they’re so focused on a specific, specific, vertical and industry. So that’s the power of really focusing in on a vertical is your message? Is stronger you’ll? Make more money or more profitable, because you’re focused on creating your entire business around a certain industry and speaking directly to them and helping them right in creating a them around that? Okay.

So this is rankings not IO again the juice SEO for law firms in the personal injury space and they do multi millions a year in revenue, because that number, five social media management, creating scheduling, analyzing and managing content across multiple and various social media platforms to drive Brand awareness, traffic leads and customers. This is social, vantage comm and you can see the different packages that they offer here, the only difference or the only change.

I guess I would do for him for them and I don’t know what their revenue levels are or whatever is you see how they’re they’re pretty generic right? It’s the seamless social media hire for small businesses and teams, I might say, maybe social, media management for restaurants, social media management for software companies, social media management, for I don’t know home home-based businesses, our home contractors, or something like that right.

So you want to tailor it to a vertical and your your message is going to be so much stronger and you’re going to have better case studies because it’s going to be all from a specific industry. You want to make them feel welcomed and build that connection now. Email marketing is one of the most important touch points that you should be incorporating into your business, because there are a lot of things that you can go ahead and do through the post purchase process. You do things such as educate them on the product that they just purchased, give them some sort of tutorial on how to use it and build up that perceives value and excite them to actually receive their order.

Second, you can also reduce their buyer’s remorse. I know that there’s a lot of people reading this article right now or I’ve done it myself, I’ll confess to it. There have been plenty of times where I’ve purchased something online and then a few days later, I’m wondering did I really need this or should I have really purchased this, and what you can do here is send those post purchase emails to begin to inform them and Let them know rest assured that their products on the way and that’s what they should be excited for it or even offer them a discount or welcome to your community by giving them some sort of education or value to your actual business.

Now this can be any sort of medium of content, maybe a article, a blog post, a tutorial on how to use your products and so on so forth to make sure that they actually feel welcomed and that they’re actually building a connection with your brand. Now. This is going to allow you to go ahead and build the longevity of your brand and gain a higher LTV out of your customers, which is a lifetime value of your customers, meaning that there’s a higher chance that they’ll come back and purchase more products from your Store, rather than just that, simple one-time sale and that’s one of the big advantages that we have over people that are selling on Amazon is that you could simply go ahead and find one customer that could purchase from you over and over again.

Whereas Amazon, you don’t get to build that relationship in connection with your customers and build a brand that is to last a long time. You can only live off of one-off sales for so long and supplementing your sales with repeat. Customers is one of the most valuable things that you can do to build a real sustainable business online. So, second, we’re going to talk about abandoned cart emails, which is how you can go ahead and regain lost sales if you’re, just letting your abandoned, cart, sit there or you’re.

So with that being said, let’s go ahead and dive into my computer right now. We’re also going to be diving, some other fundamentals, in addition to the stuff that we just talked about, such as sending flash broadcast emails to make sure that you’re spiking up your sales on times that are potentially down for your ads and also how to go ahead.

And set up dynamic, high converting emails, rather than generic emails that you may send every other day and stuff that might break your back because, quite frankly, all of this should be automated. You shouldn’t be going into your Shopify dashboard, pulling out your customers and sending them emails through your personal email account every day, because it’s just stupid and it’s wasting your time and money.

This should be automated stuff that is literally plug-and-play, so that once customers go through your funnels and go through your store that you have everything set up to maximize the value of every single store visitor with your business. So, for example, if someone has spent over a hundred dollars on your store and the entire duration of them being an existing customer, then they’re going to be put into a unique email series themselves.

And, of course, you could go ahead and customize that amount to set up to whatever you want to be able to be essentially a value threshold that will go ahead and send these customers an email based on what they’re doing, and you can go ahead and mark It to them accordingly, so for this example, we’re going to go ahead and just do a basic cart, abandonment, email and you could go ahead and even move forward with actually segmenting that specific, funnel with the specific products that you want, the funnel to be built for, But in this case we’re going to go ahead and do any product and we’re going to create a new email list so that we know every one that goes out and abandons cart is going to be on their own email list in our store.

So with that being said, we have that set up now we want to go ahead and build an email for that funnel. So let’s go ahead and build our drag-and-drop email with mail funnel. So this going to be our AC number one round description. You forgot this for the subject and then we’re going to go ahead and move forward with actually building this actual template now believe it or not. This is super easy for you to go ahead and do because we have all these pre-built content templates for you to actually work off of if you’ve never built good, looking emails or emails in general before so with that you can go ahead and check out our Dump for you email templates, we have a abandoned, cart, template right here, a post purchase and also a refund template, and that’s for, like all of our three basic triggers, and also in addition to that.

You have all these other categories that you can go ahead and check out to build the emails you desire, but, most importantly, one of my favorite ones that we have is the dynamic cart. So when we go ahead and plug this into our actual email template. This is going to adhere to whatever your customers are engaging with, so whatever products were in your customers. Cart, it’s literally going to pull the first three items that were in their cart and then plug them into this email, with the specific variance, the quantity that they had selected and more and then also at the bottom of this email.

It has a dynamic button over here and then also in this sub headline here that will direct them back to their actual checkout page with all of their shipping information all of the products in their cart and the variance already fulfilled in there, rather than bringing them Back to the actual website, or back to the cart page and everything is already pre fulfilled, reducing the hoops to jump through for your customers and also increasing your conversion rate on these emails into actual sales for your store.

So this placeholder right here is actually going to pull the first product image listed and Shopify for your product, so they’ll be reminded of exactly what’s in their cart: it’ll pull the product name, the variant, the color and the quantity or whatever options that you have for That specific product and actually go ahead and give them that button so, rather than leaving guys with just this template and all these placeholders, I want to show you guys how this actually looks in real life action.

So I’m going to go ahead and send a test email to myself here and you guys can do this if you have an account as well so literally just go to this little drop down menu and you do send test email. So you can go ahead and see what your emails look like before you start sending them to your customers. So we simply just go ahead and select any random product on our store and then we’re going to go ahead and send it to ourself.

So we’re going to send it to mail funnels at gmail.Com. This is just a junk email. Don’t send any emails here. Our real email address, if you wan na contact us, is support at fungals. Calm so be sure to go ahead and do that rather than spam. This email address cuz, you won’t get a response so over here we have this email that just came in and it says you forgot this for the subject and then right there.

We have our actual template here for the email address. So this is our dynamic. Cart. Template and both this link right here and the button at the bottom of the screen, will take them back to their checkout page. Alright. So with that, that is exactly what our dynamic cart template looks like, and if you wanted to go ahead and enhance it or add stuff around it, you could literally drag and drop whatever you desire below or above it or even within it.

So let’s say you wanted to go ahead and add an extra image somewhere, for example, and maybe show an entire collection. You could go ahead and add that at the bottom of your email, so that’s just a simple example of how to go ahead and build an email on mail funnels and then you can go ahead and simply plug it into your funnels here. So, let’s go ahead into our abandoned, cart, funnel and we’re going to add our first action to our email sequence.

So we’ll simply just label this, you know follow up number one, and then we select our email template, which is our EC one, that we just created and we’re going to go ahead and send this 10 minutes after someone abandons cart and we simply connect the nodes Right here and press save – and next thing you know people are able to go ahead and get this email on complete auto-pilot without you ever having to dive into your store and send some generic email that doesn’t convert or really adhere to what your customers been doing.

In their activity on your store, so with that being said, this is literally just a simple one: email sequence for your abandoned, cart. Funnel. Cold Email: How We Use It To Get Clients In 2020 [Step-By-Step Tutorial]

So in this article, I’m going to show you step by step, how we use cold emails to get clients and grow our business hey, what’s up its Sean Anthony and if you were an entrepreneur looking to level up your business, your skills and your income make sure You head below right now hit that subscribe button and I post articles just like this: every Tuesday and Thursday.

So in this article, you’re going to learn how we use cold emails to get clients and grow our business by pretty much spending zero dollars and zero risk right. So the way that cold emailing works, the sales process is step number one. We create an ideal client profile right. We need to answer the question: who are we targeting? Who are we reaching out to right? We need to know the exact industry, the decision maker that were reaching out to how bigger these companies.

This is going to give us a real, clear picture and allow us to create a message that converts right. So that’s step number one is to create an ideal client profile step. Number two: is we need to create a list of prospects who fit that ideal and profile? So, let’s just say that we’re targeting home remodeling companies with 10 to 20 employees who are in California or who are in Washington or something right.

We need to know exactly who we’re targeting and once. We know that we can create a list of prospects who fit that criteria right. So that’s that number two is to create a list of prospects who fit that ICP step. Number three is to create a messaging sequence: a cold email, messaging sequence designed to generate appointments right. So we have. We usually have three to four messages that go out, so we have the main message that goes out, and then we have three two to three follow-up cycle after that right now.

The goal of these emails is to generate an appointment. It’s not to get a sale on the spot right, we’re nuts we’re not sending someone a link to buy now we’re sending them an email, we’re asking them if they want to get on the phone to learn more about what we have to offer right. So that’s step. Number three is to create a messaging sequence of cold email, messaging sequence. That’s designed to generate appointments and then step number four is once you generate the appointment right once you send these out you’re going to have percentage of those prospects, say yes, they’re going to raise their hand and say yes, I’m interested in learning more you’re going to Hop on the phone with those people down the phone with them and close the deal right for your service.

So we’re going to go over steps 1 through 3. How to set all that up, create your ICP, create a list of audio prospects who fit that ICP and then also how to create a messaging sequence, called email, messaging sequence and the tools that we used to do that. Okay. So, let’s jump into my computer right now, alright! So I’m in the computer now and I’m going to walk you through real quickly again the four-step process on how we use cold emails to get new clients and grow our business without spending money on ads and all that stuff right.

So first off arena cover steps. Steps one through three step, four will be in a separate article right. This is that that’s the actual sales portion of things but step one is to create an ICP, and I do plan profile to know who you’re going to be targeting right. No, exactly we’re going to be targeting step. Number two is to create a list of people who fit your ICP who fit the criteria right and step.

Number three is once you’ve created a list. You need to create a messaging sequence to go to those people on that list to generate an appointment right and it’s not to get a sale. It’s not to send them a link to buy now it’s to get them on the phone. So you can close the deal on the phone right, which is step number four, which is to pH get on the phone and close the deal right. So this is the exact process that we use, I’m going to cover steps 1 through 3 in this article right.

How to create an ICP, how to get the list, the tools that we use and then how to create a messaging sequence and then automate the sending of that right. So, let’s jump right into it. So I have this little Google sheet here, and this is actually what we use when we’re setting up a cold email campaign. This is a simple google sheet right. This is all you need now. What I want you to do first, is create something that says just create a tab that says ICP right and what the ICP is again ideal, client profile and you this is actually what we use when we first started growth response right, so you should know the Industries that you’re targeting what are their industries well we’re targeting computer software, internet and information technology, and these are this – is from LinkedIn right these these industry titles.

Where are they located? What’s the geography well they’re, located in the USA in Europe in Australia, we actually just started with the USA, though just to keep it simple, and that was a big enough pool for us. The target company size. How big are these companies, so we actually started with 11 to 50 employees? Okay, so how many employees are in these companies? I recommend you stick under 50 employees.

If you’re brand new, the bigger up you go, the harder or the longer the sales cycle is right. So you want to target the small business size, people who are in that, like 11 to 50, employee range, okay, job titles, who are you targeting? Well, we mostly started with founder level, but we also were targeting once we went through founders, we’re also targeting C CEOs. Chi, Sigma Chi chief executive officers and CMOS chief marketing officers right.

These are all people who can benefit or want to have a conversation about our service right. So we, these are all the titles for you. It’s most likely going to be like the business owner right or like if you’re targeting like medical practices. It would be like a dentist or like a I don’t know like oh, oh optometrists or whatever they call those things so there’s whatever you’re targeting you want to list the job titles here right, and you also want to have the pain points and the problems and, If you don’t know this, you need to research it okay, because this is going to be important for your messaging.

So what were the pain points and problems of our market of the these SAS companies? Well, first of all, I didn’t they’re not generating enough high-quality leads. Second, they’re spending too much time on prospecting and data research tests right we were taught we were doing research on platforms like kora and seeing what people were asking in our market and a lot of them were saying. Oh, I spent way too too much time too much hours on prospecting and building lists right.

So we added that to the pain points. Also, we were seeing that a lot of founders. They were just starting their companies or they’re just getting going and they didn’t have the time or the budget to spend on building like a large sales team. So then, one of the fast results they wanted to get leads coming in now they didn’t want to wait months and months to do that. Okay, so what do we? What are we offering? What are you actually what’s your service that you’re offering to the market to help them solve these pain points and problems right? We were offering done for your LinkedIn prospecting right, we’re generating leads through outbound and LinkedIn.

Messages now found connection requests, okay and expect the results. You should know this so if you’re doing like a drop servicing business, how you get this is you go to you find a white label provider or freelancer? And you ask them these questions right. You look for the service, what’s included in the service. What are the expected results from their clients right, and you can leverage that information to fill this in here? Okay, so this doesn’t need to be all you.

Do you want to find a white label provider? You can ask them: what’s the expected results, if I give you clients for it for this service right now, the benefits of eight to twelve appointments and well, why do they want appointments a month or extra appointment? Well, it saves time for their sales team, because that’s what the sales team is doing is jet is trying to generate appointments do prospecting, so it saves time for them.

It also saves money and time and resources on training right, so they don’t have to train their team and spend months three four months: training their team on how to use LinkedIn or how to prospect in general. They can get going right away right and then also they get more high. Quality leads and appointments every month to help them increase sales and that’s what they want right. So you can. You can see it’s the inverse of all these things here.

Okay, so keep it simple. Do some research, if you don’t know these things, but don’t this should take no longer than like a few hours or like a day to do? Okay at max so once you’ve done, this you’ve created your step, one right: we’ve we’ve done this cross that out we’re going to go to step two build your prospect list. Okay, now there’s a lot of different ways that you can do this, but what I’ll show you the different places that we use right? We use find that lead and that’s for, if we’re targeting like b2b, like soft b2b, SAS companies or like tech, tech companies and all that stuff, when we’re targeting b2b we’re going to use, find that leak and they source their in, I think they source their data From LinkedIn, that’s why we use that if we want very specific businesses that have very specific attributes, we use up work.

So let’s just say that we want to target only medical spas. Who are you who offer CoolSculpting, which is a certain type of procedure right. We if we want a very specific business that offers a very specific service like that, we’ll hire someone on up work for like $ 300 or so to create a targeted list of those prospects that fit that criteria. If we’re targeting local businesses right, you can use something called d7 lead finder, and this is very good for, like those local brick-and-mortar stores and local businesses in general right.

So these are the different places that we use for the most part. You can also just go on Google if you want to save money, because these all cost money to use like no more than like 50 bucks a month or so. But if you don’t want to do that, you can always just manually, go to websites and find emails that way. Okay, but these are the places that we use so for this training. For this article, I’m going to show you how easy that lead com.

Okay, so I’m going to jump into this tool here and find that Lee again is: we use it mainly for a bead to be right for targeting like agencies and other freelancers and information technology companies and SAS companies. We use find that lead. So what you want to do is I’m going to show you why your ICP is so important here, you’re going to click, start new list and here’s how I name it. You just want to make it easy to identify right.

So I’m just going to do this! Software 11 to 50 employees, USA, founder okay. So now I know exactly when I look at this list who is in this list right? You want to be able to identify that where they located where it’s going to be United States. Job title is the founder and Industry, computer software, Internet’s information technology, all right and then 1150 employees. So now what do we see here? We have two thousand nine hundred people who fit this criteria and we grab this criteria directly from our ICP right.

So we have the industry, is the geography, the company size and the job titles right now the pain points and problems these these things are going to be using the actual messaging, but you can see here now what we have. We can just click generate list here and I’m not going to do this right now, because I’m not trying to use credits on this, but if we call generate list it’s going to search for the best prospects who fit that criteria, then we click generate emails.

Here. We click FTL servers and this is going to create a list and grab the emails of all the people on this list. Okay, now what this looks like – and I just I’ll just – I just already imported a completed list here right. I just imported this, but I got this. What this looks like is, if we click on prospector, again see current. If I click export CSV, it’s going to allow you to export only the correct emails right that I have a hundred percent accuracy.

That’s what you want! So you, like you, don’t get like bounced emails and all that stuff right. So once your list is done exporting or done grabbing the emails, you can export it and you can export only the correct email so that you don’t have delivery issues and then you’re going to have a CSV. That looks just like this okay and it has their first name, their last name, their position, their company website, industry, company size location, their LinkedIn profile, their email, and I’m just going to delete this stuff because we know correct.

We exported only the correct emails, so I delete this. This is all the information that we need for the most part right. So what I’m going to do is copy this. You would copy this. I would copy it it to this sheet here to their first name. I would copy this into their last name. You don’t have to do it like this. This is just the way that I do it or you can just copy the whole sheet. I’r just show you an example of how we, how we have our virtual assistants do this oops title company and the reason we need this information is because we’re going to import it into a separate tool to automate the sending of these emails right.

So we have this now we have I’m just going to do find that lead okay. So what do we have here? We have a list of first name – last name company, title email address and the source of where we got them from find out lead com, and we have a list of people who fit our ICP or ideal client profile. We have a list of people, we can send emails to right. So that’s step number two. We just did list creation right now.

Step number three is to create a messaging sequence. That’s designed to generate appointments. So I have this tab here. There’s a lot of different messaging differences and variations that we test with right. What I’m going to tell you now is you cannot just copy and paste this and expect it to work all the time and then complain like. Oh those are work, I’m not getting appointments. I’r not getting sales, I’m not getting clients, you need to test things on your own and learn to just experiment right.

So what I’m giving you here is something that’s worked very well for us, that’s been very effective for us. That does not mean if you copy and paste it that you’re going to get the same results right. So that’s just not the way things work, I’m going to show you what we use. One of the sequences that we use. We use many different variations depending on who we’re targeting, but this is a very simple one that we use: okay, so the breakdown of every cold email.

You have a subject line, we have the intro, we have the big promise and then we have like a proof element right and if you don’t have proof you again, if you’re a drop servicing business and you have a white label provider leverage their proof leverage their Testimonials on their social proof right and then we have a call to action. We also have, if you have some kind of authority content like a guide or a white paper, you can add some kind of PS line with that that builds credibility and authority right.

So here’s an example here and here’s just some subject lines here – that we use we use again tons of different ones that we split test with you have to split test on your own. I can’t tell you what the best subject line is, but here’s a simple one subject line Shawna found you on LinkedIn and this would be the person’s name right, so this gets their attention and then it shows where you found them right.

This seems to this seems to work well because people want to know. Oh, this guy found me on a social media platform. What is yet to say, okay, so you want to get them to open the email. You want to make sure that you’re not saying anything like free offer inside right, those don’t work. You want to make sure it’s just like casual and something you would kind of send to a friend or someone that, like like a colleague, you just met right.

So Sean funny on LinkedIn intro, I came across your profile on LinkedIn and, given your background thought it made sense to reach out big promise. You want to make sure that you have these things in your email. Okay. So if we go back here once we send this first email, you’re going to have most people are not going to respond to that first email. So what we want to do is follow up right. So three to four days after that, first email and the tool I’m going to show you automate this.

We want to send a second email, and this is just the kind of bump bump the loop, the last email to the top. A lot of people don’t have time to respond right away, or maybe they just didn’t see it and what we say is hey. First name or hey Sean just quickly, following up on the email I sent a few days ago, any thoughts on that are done for your Linkedin prospecting service can help. You generate more leads without spending hours every day on prospecting, a data research task.

Would it be useful? The call to action is what it’d be useful to have a quick conversation on how we might be able to help you write, so you can see again very short and to the point and value-driven like how we can help them white. What’s in it for them, why should they care right? I didn’t hear back and I realize I may have jumped the gun, my intent, my intent is not to be a pain, so there’s going to be my last follow-up, but if you’re open to connect about generating more leads on LinkedIn, please hit reply to. Let me know either way. I wish you all the best right, so you can see a really soft, just like like a an exit email. I guess I don’t know what to call it like us: a send off email, right, you’re, going to have a portion of people who respond to this, and, like oh sorry about that, I actually meant to respond, but I forgot about it right.

So I can’t remember what the exact statistic is, but it’s something like it takes 8 to 12 touch points before someone responds or someone becomes a buyer right. So you want to make sure this. The reason why we follow up – and this is why we use a lot of platforms like LinkedIn and cold email and Facebook and Instagram – is because it takes a lot of touch points to get on someone’s radar. If they’ve never heard about you before right.

So we follow up, you know through two to three different times and our goal is still to get them on the phone with us right. So if they don’t, if they don’t respond to this, then we stop contact again contacting them. After this, we don’t keep on following up like like to eight to ten different times, email, because that will piss them off and will mark you as spam. But you can see here it’s just very short to the to the point sweet value-driven like.

Why? Should they care? Why should they want to get on the phone with us right, but that is our process here right, so we just did this creating a message sequence. What do we actually use to automate the sending? There are a lot of different tools out there that you can use, but one of the ones that we use is called mail shake, and I believe this is like 20 30 bucks a month now and what this does is once you’ve created your messaging sequence here.

Right, you can go into mail shake, you. Can click create a campaign, I’m just going to leave it as this I’m going to click Next, you can import your lists. I’r just going to go here just to a test list here and then you can import like the email address and their name click Next. Okay! So now everything imported. I skipped it a bit because I didn’t want you to wait now. All you have to do is plug and play right.

So we have here. We have our subject line right and you want to make sure that this does first name or their name or whatever it is. This name found you think then okay and then we’re just going to copy our our email right. So we go name okay, they sit out a bit okay, so you can see here we have our exact email from our sheet. We just copied and pasted it into here and then we can add the follow-up.

So I’m not I’m not going to waste your time and do all this, but you just set the amount of days you have the the actual subject line of the email you copy and paste the text into here and then, when you’re done, you just click Next Oops next, then, you click Next again and you schedule the actual email right. This is going to take a while because I think it’s going to prep the campaign right, but you can see here.

Oh here we go so you can see hi okay, but it personalizes it to their name. You can have the follow-ups go X, amount of days after that automatically if they don’t respond, and then it has the exact messaging sequence that you created in the last step. Right, so this is step by step. This is how we use cold email to get new clients and grow our business without ads and without complex sales funnels and all that stuff right.

Cold email is still one of our best blogs for client generation, new client generation. Right because it’s predictable, it’s measurable, we can do it every single day. It doesn’t cost much like other than that, like the tools that we pay a little amount for every single month, but we covered the ICP we’ve covered, creating a list that fits your ICP. We covered creating a messaging sequence and I all should also showed you the tools that we use right.

I actually work with. This is actually what we run as a service. We actually do cold emailing for people in our agency right, so this you can take this and run with it. Obviously you have to experiment with a different messaging here right, but this is our step-by-step guide. This is exactly how we send cold emails and set everything up to send cold emails and get clients for our business all right.

The First Rule of Marketing Online

So I usually wear a seersucker shirt, but I wanted to record this real quick for my daily vlog, because here’s the deal whatever idea you ever have in life number one obstacle will be marketing it, because humans have a natural aversion to anything new.

That’s why brands? Like coca-cola keep winning, because if you come up with a soda, nobody naturally trusts it until it’s been proven over and over. So marketing becomes the key to anything, no matter how great your idea, if you’re an artist musician, social media person, entrepreneur online entrepreneur, you’ve got pizza, restaurant, you know whatever it is, you have to acquire clients and keep them happy, and so here’s the number one rule That everyone forgets don’t market narcissistically.

What I mean by that is don’t market, something that only you’re interested in, and I know that sounds so obvious people are like. I already know that time, but not really people don’t really understand the extent to which I’m talking about. Ah, I’m walking here’s a little cooler that are light. People understand the extent to which our brain will naturally build our marketing on narcissistically selfishly.

So, let’s just take an example, I saw the other day this mattress commercial, you seen those ever late at night. Look how nice it is out today they call this the magic hour because the lights real nice, but this mattress commercial, has the owner and he’s not very good he’s, not very good on camera and he’s there talking about why you should buy a mattress from him And I was thinking dude, nobody really wants to see.

You like you know, you’re, not good, at doing your commercial. Why don’t you stay behind the scenes? And I know why? Because he thought it would be cool for him to market himself in that way, but much better to make a persuasive marketing piece. You know commercial, you don’t see the shirt, you don’t see the CEO of coca-cola in all the commercials. Now there is a time if you’re good on camera, you can use your own.

You know you can use your own images, your own articles, but that was just an example that came to mind. I was thinking who’s, this guy building the marketing for himself and at the end of the day, if you build your market for yourself, you’re going to be broke period. So how do you get into the minds of people? That’s what it really comes down to and I’ll tell you. The simplest way to get into the minds of potential customers is to do rapid experimenting, Rapide Rapide Rapide.

You know I did some of you have seen some of my youtube articles that woman viral and they’ve had. I just looked check my stats in the last year year and a half did 540 million minutes readed. It’s a lot YouTube told me. They won’t tell me if it’s the most, but it’s a lot half a billion minutes, not just views minutes and part of that paid advertising and part of that virality. There’s a formula I’ll talk about that another article.

But when I first made my very first article, I even won with the Lamborghini. It didn’t not that many people liked it. It was me and Jeremy just driving around and it wasn’t that persuasive of marketing. So you know maybe got a hundred thousand views versus the other. One got over 100 million and I was in Paris. I shot that one first, one that did not go viral and I went to Paris for New Year’s and then I came back and I was like.

Let me just keep experimenting, get inside the mind of people, but instead of me presupposing. I knew what was inside the line. I built some rapid test. I record about 20 30 more tests, and one of them was the here in my garage article, which was kind of the beginning of a lot of the social media articles that I did and that one’s gotten no one knows exactly how many people viewed it. Maybe 100 million people globally lot 50 to 100, probably more but I’ll be conservative with that and that came from rapid experimentation.

I experimented that whole process was in two months. I did enough experimenting, so if you can experiment, then you won’t build this selfish narcissistic marketing. That just doesn’t work much time. You read TV you’ll, see it all day long and then you’ll see those few commercials that really catch your attention, so whatever you’re trying to market get inside through rapid experimentation. I was talking to.

I got a guy, a friend of mine, kind of a were loosely affiliated and his name is Adrian Morrison and he built out a system what he does. He goes on Facebook and he just like rapidly experiments products that people want to buy. He does Facebook advertising a different internet advertising and he discovers through a process of trial and error, but rapid trial and error what people want to buy and he can build businesses extremely quickly.

You know ecommerce businesses, someone will make whatever thousand bucks a month. Ten thousand and fifty thousand I don’t know the numbers are fairly big. I mean he’s out making 100 million bucks a year, but it’s making seven figures. Maybe eight, I’m not sure I’ll have to ask him. His exact numbers doesn’t matter, makes a good living just selling. All kinds of stuff that you wouldn’t think that necessarily it would be able to make that much money, but he does and he actually wrote a book, I’m going to put a link to his book.

He I got him to give a free download of it. It’s like how to build a profitable ecommerce business and it’s this whole system of testing. A lot of you asked me for how to stuff and the daily vlog is more just general advice. I don’t have time to always lay it all out, especially because I got to leave in a second but I’ll. Put a link now he’s going to take this link down. I got him to put it up for much for how many more days, but a few more days.

I got him to give it away. You can get the e-book free, so he can read all the stuff and he also has a link for a workshop. You can read, I told him, I’d, be an affiliate for it because he’s done some stuff for me on Facebook marketing, because I do a lot more on other blogs, but he really helped me with getting my Facebook marketing up. We work with them every week, just giving tips and advice so he’s helping me.

I can tell you that, and so maybe it’ll help you out there’ll, be a link somewhere here, annotation or below click that link get his free ebook, it’s completely free and then you can sign up for the free workshop. He has a paid version of it, but you don’t have to do that. If you don’t want, you could just get the free stuff and then for those of you really interested. I think he has a link to some paid more advanced program but start with the free stuff check get out and just remember whatever you’re trying to do.

You must be a marketing guru, a marketing master. You must understand persuasion. You must understand the mindset of your target market and very few people can do this, but those who can get a huge reward so wish you luck on what you’re trying to do trust me. I’ve been in the marketing game, my first mentor, Joel Salatin, was a direct marketer. I was 19 years old, I’ve been learning and learning. I was in a movie yesterday pop star that big movie – Andy Samberg, came out funny as hell. If you read my snapchat, I posted it, but I readed how they marketed that thing. Judd Apatow is a genius. He did trainwreck so make yourself a follower and a seeker of every marketing technique and tip, as you could ever come up with marketing. It’s not cheesy, marking his way of persuading people if you’re selling something good to do what’s in their best interest.

I’r so happy thankful that there’s good marketing out there, especially for good stuff. You know like this Rolls Royce. I just got it’s Branson custom. Look at 11 miles. Just came off the boat, the go series it’s on my snapchat and stuff um. I wasn’t going to get a Rolls Royce. You know I was going to get him a glaring and then I was at the dealership and they were telling about this Rolls Royce and they were so persuasive on how well it drives and all that – and I was like.

Maybe I need to look into this that’s marketing and I’m glad they did because it’s a badass cars better than a McLaren in terms of quality, ride and stuff, like that little different, apps, Turin jizz, but everything I’m glad you know Joel Salatin marketed to me to Go and work on his farm, I’m glad he was persuasive. I’r glad differ mentors at different times persuading me to take a different path than then I would have gone on naturally.

Get VERIFIED on Instagram for FREE (Less than 5 Mins)

So clearly, things are going in the right direction. People are getting verified and this is in fact working so in just a second we’re going to dive into my computer. So I could walk you through the entire process on how to work on your verification and in addition to that, if you’re new to the blog welcome be sure to hit that subscribe button for daily content. Just like this article you’re reading right here.

So without any further ado, let’s go ahead and get started and walk you guys through exactly how to get started with verifying your Instagram account for 100 % free. So, as you can see, we are now inside of my computer and I’m going to walk you through how to get this verification alright. So the process is very, very simple, believe it or not, and on this screen right here, I’m going to pop up a little screen recording on how you can actually go through it inside of your settings in about 30 seconds or less and by the way, if You’re not following me yet make sure you go ahead and follow me at Toni mast official for some more content from yours truly but simply know.

If you go to your settings and then you scroll down to request verification and after pressing that you’re going to want to fill out, that form where you go ahead and enter your name and also a little bit about what your brand and what your account is About and filling in that proper category, so they know exactly what kind of verification you are applying for, in addition to a copy of your photo ID that will match your name now.

What is going to make sure that you actually get that Instagram blue tick and actually get it verified? Now, there’s a few general qualifications out there that instagrams going to be looking for because they don’t necessarily want to give everyone a verification check mark next, our name on Instagram because out simply dilute the purpose of it now. Instagram has this feature the verified? That’s actually you and that it’s not some fake account or someone trying to impersonate you or someone trying to scam someone, especially in the business realm.

So this blue tick is very, very important and can actually add a lot of value to your business. So with that being said, we want to go ahead and give us a shot. Now it’s not a hundred percent given that you’re going to actually get verified by filling out this application, so the general qualifications, first and foremost you’re going to want to have a significant amount of followers. If you don’t have any presence on Instagram, there’s going to be very little likelihood that you’ll actually get that verification, because if they started giving you a verification, blue ticks on everyone’s usernames, it’s really going to take away from the meaning of that all right.

So ideally you’re going to want to have at least twenty five or twenty thousand followers to try and get verified now. Yes, many people do not have that up with consistent content and stuff I’m going to touch on in a future article I’ll show you how to build out that viral content strategy to actually work your way to a larger following on Instagram, okay. So beyond having that significant amount of followers on Instagram, that’s not the only thing that necessarily cuts it you’re going to want to have a strong presence on other platforms outside of Instagram.

Now this could be YouTube. This could be twitch. This could be Facebook, whatever it may be. You’re also going to want to have these linked in your description and a little bit of a blurb about what you do inside of your bio, so that linking your description is very, very valuable when it comes to reassuring Instagram that you’re someone that deserves to be Verified on their platform, okay, in addition to that, something that can also help you and be in you know your corner to help you get that verification is publication or press coverage if you’re featured and on a specific website or a magazine, anything of the sort.

Your brand, being featured inside of a publication of some sort, is going to help you go ahead and get on Instagram side to go ahead and give you that blue tick. So with that, the bigger brand presence that you have overall, the easier is going to be to get verified as simple as that, the more you have in your corner, the better chances you’re going to get verified, and these are just a few general qualifications.

Another thing Instagram is typically going to look for is existing spoof or impersonating accounts of you or your brand that are already out there on the platform. So if there are people trying to take your username with maybe a period or an underscore in there and they’re trying to come off as your brand or your personal self, then instagrams going to be looking for that as well. Something that could work to your advantage is, if you actually have a copyright or trademark for your own business.

So, if someone’s trying to impersonate your business, for example, providing that and filling out this form that I’m going to show you guys on my screen right now is reporting to Instagram and having something on file that is also working or you such as you know, proof Of a trademark or proof of a copyright or concept that someone may have taken from you, so the intellectual property Instagram is not the best.

With these response rates, it is a free platform and it is not easy to go ahead and get a hold of them or going to Instagram representative. That’s going to really dive in there and do the hard work for you to make sure you’re in the right position. But having those other qualifications that we talked before such a significant amount of followers, strong presence on other platforms and even featured in publications or press coverage is going to work to your advantage.

So that’s something that you definitely want to have and if you don’t have it already start hustling and try your best to get out there as much as possible. So with that being said, entering your complaint or filing a report to Instagram is something that can also help you in either retaining a loss. Username, that’s someone maybe hacked you someones, trying to impersonate you and also something on file that will help you move in the right direction of getting verified, because it’s clear that people are trying to impersonate you or your brand or your business.

Online Marketing Advice – How To Market A Small Business With A Limited Budget

In this article I’m going to be sharing with you how much money I made from YouTube how much money I made from my blog I’m going to be sharing with you. How much I made exactly I’m going to be telling you how I made that money and yeah. So, let’s get into the article before we start. Please give this article a thumbs up.

Okay, let’s dive straight into the numbers, have you given this article a thumbs up yet and if you’re not subscribed, I hope you’ve subscribed. Let’s get into it, I’m going to be looking down, because I have my phone with me, I’m looking at my numbers as I’m talking to you. So in the month of July 2017, I am earned a total of one thousand five hundred and sixty nine dollars.

This is the most money I have made from a combination of my blog on YouTube since I started working on this by the way the business I’m referring to is ko bokja fitness.Com, it’s just my yeah, it’s my online business. I recently started and I’m seeing a lot of really good growth on that. So let me tell you how I made this money. I made this money primarily in three ways. Number one was advertising.

I have ads running on my site and I also have ads running on my youtube blog. I also made money by selling products. I have three product categories that I offer. I have leggings I have and I have two digital products. I should probably make a different article about my products and how I decided to create them and how I made them and why I made them, because you guys might be surprised to find out about the whole product creation process and the thought process behind it.

So three sources of revenue – normally, I know I’m not able to show you the chart for my income and how everything breaks down, but this month I can actually show that to you, because I’m getting so much more organized with my accounting and making sure that I’m Tracking everything really well, so I can show you more information because of that.

So let me show you how the money breaks down into these three categories. You can see from this chart over here that the number one income category for me is advertising on my website. Over 70 % of my income comes from advertising on my website. The second highest source of revenue, for me, is advertising. On my YouTube blog and the least, the least profitable blog for me is actually my products, which would be surprising for anyone.

That’s really into online marketing and digital marketing, because all the Guru’s will tell you make product make product and I’m learning a lot about this as I go along so like I said, if you want a article about that, leave me a comment. Let me know what questions you have and I will share whatever I can that I think will help you out, but that is how the percentage is break down. So those are my that’s my income, so my traffic for the month of July was actually down from June in June.

You guys might remember that I crossed in June I crossed. Let’s see, let me show you my traffic for June June. I crossed three hundred and fifty thousand page views in that one month, whereas in July the page views dropped down to one hundred and ninety six thousand page views. So it’s still a lot one hundred. Ninety six thousand is a lot of page views for one month, but it is down from last month.

So I was a little bit disappointed about that, but even though my page views were down, I still made almost a thousand dollars just from advertising on my website. I think I made nine hundred and eighty dollars specifically from advertising on my website. Let me also show you my youtube number, since that’s where that’s my second largest income source, as of today, I’m recording this article on August 4th, so I’m a four days into the month of August, but not too far, not too far away from July.

Let me show you my subscriber count. I have alright, so let’s go in here. You can see that, as of today, I have twenty four thousand subscribers on my second YouTube blog, my cocoa fitness, you blog. So that is that’s a crazy amount of growth, because I think last month I had maybe 10,000 subscribers. So within a month I basically doubled my subscriber count, and I am excited about that anyway. So those aren’t my numbers, that’s my traffic.

That’s my YouTube! I’m not going to bother with Instagram right now, because I’m not really doing too much with Instagram. It’s not really a priority for me right now, but that is those are my numbers, so the one, the only other thing this article is getting kind of long. The only other thing I wanted to mention in this article is a very huge lesson that I learned in July. So as used as I said, my traffic in July really dropped from June and I wasn’t anticipating that drop.

So I had a different goal for what I thought my traffic would reach and when I didn’t reach that traffic number I was crestfallen, I was crestfallen you guys. I couldn’t believe that I worked so hard and the traffic didn’t reach the goal that I wanted it to reach. So when I was setting my goals for August, I was really apprehensive about how to set the right goals. I didn’t want to set another unrealistic goal.

Work really hard not reach my goal and then feel discouraged. I just didn’t want to have that experience again and what I learned is that there are two types of goals you can set in your business. You can set big hairy audacious goals for people that have read good to great by Jim Collins. You know what a big hairy audacious goal is. There also called stretch goals in the book, one thing, and then they are there’s another type of goal called an incremental goal, and what I did last month was, I said, big hairy, audacious goals, because that’s what I thought I was supposed to do and what I’ve Learned is that for me and my business because of my size because of my intentions because of my preferences, big hairy, audacious goals are not for me right now.

It doesn’t mean I don’t have ambitious goals. It just means that I’m not going for those crazy goals. I’m not going for like at 24,000 how many 21,000 20-something thousand subscribers right now, I’m not aiming for 50k this month. That would be a very stretch goal for me. I’m not aiming for that. I’m aiming for something a little bit more manageable, a little bit more realistic, a little bit more incremental and for me and the stage of business that I am in right now.

That is the right decision. Even though almost everything you read will tell you go for gold, no, I’m not going for gold, I’m going for the incremental wins. The small wins! That’s what I’m going for this month. So I just wanted to share that if you are building an online business, its digital print business and you feel like you’re failing because you’re not like you’re, not at 1 million or you’re, not at 100k.

Maybe you need to really think about your business and where you are and what you prefer and how you want to grow and really listen to your intuition. How To Start an Ecommerce Business (Beginners Welcome)

So listen very carefully. Time is of the essence. People don’t realize. What’s the number one factor that creates wealth that creates financial independence, catching new trends early, so always be on the lookout for new trends. So in 2016 October 2016 I made an announcement to the world.

You probably saw articles people draw. These articles are everywhere yep. I was making the prediction: I told people the biggest opportunity. I know I knew for an average person to go from maybe a job that hidden light or unemployment to something real was social media marketing, specifically starting a social media marketing agency. Now a lot of people listen, I build like a test group. I trained up over a hundred thousand people and boy in hindsight.

Now everybody knows like social media marketing agencies did very well. Obviously, social media is the marketing platform of choice. Choice. Now people aren’t on TV, so forget all that 2016. You missed out. What is that prediction? I have for 2020, simple, simple, simple: the opportunity is to become an e-commerce specialist. Now you might say I already know he calls big no-no. An e-commerce specialist is different.

It has three opportunities: when your econ specialist, you can become an entrepreneur, you can use it to get a job or you can use it to build an agency or consulting firm. So you can start as an entrepreneur. Your own products you can sell. You can help a company that already you know, needs a chief marketing officer or chief to digital marketing, officer, EECOM officer and then of course you can start a consulting firm where you come into businesses and you manage you know, or he came into an agency.

Eecom specialist, you mark my words 2016, I said, being a social media. Marketing agency was the way to go. I’m saying now: ecommerce Commerce, specialist, here’s. Why well, first of all go on the Forbes list. Most people forget to look at the Forbes list. You go Forbes lists and you look at number one number two number three number four and on 500, you go all the way through the top 20. What’s the number one pattern you see remember you’re, looking for patterns, you want to reverse-engineer success.

You take the blueprint that people followed and you reverse engineer it backwards to wherever you are in life. Now: okay, simple they’re, mostly econ people, number ones, Jeff Bezos richest person in history, depending on what currency is, but certainly the richest person of our time, pure e-comm. By the way, the definition of my definition of e-comm, it doesn’t mean you have to sell a physical product, doesn’t mean you can’t have something delivered.

In fact, it just means that the purchase the transaction happens online and the delivery comes to the door, that’s pure econ. So if you can be a lawyer in two econ, you don’t require people to come to your law office. You maybe do a zoom call, that’s being that’s legal. Ecommerce attorneys type ecommerce. You can sell physical product like Jeff Bezos. Does the transactions on a web site the delivery comes to your door? Okay, so I just want to give that definition so back to the formalist number one Jeff bezel, certainly e-commerce number two Bill Gates.

Definitely e-commerce. You know Microsoft is all products that you buy online and delivered directly digital downloads. Now you got Warren Buffett, warm up, it’s a mix because he has 92 brands. A lot of them, though, are econ. Ok, he’s out now, by the way, the largest apple shareholder. I think in the world, then you have, you know Google guys to wealthy co-ceos of Google P recom. Then you have Mark Zuckerberg Mark Zuckerberg everything he does.

Is he comp Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp, Steve Ballmer, 7th Richard Manuel he’s with Bill Gates, and the list goes on and on there’s a few exceptions, but the majority of people EECOM, so the proof is all there. It comes down to you being like. When do I want to get on this train cuz, a lot of people are slow, Jeff doesn’t start in 1994. I started in 2001. Some people are like ah dire justice, social media guy that just popped in in 2015.

I’m like man having 14 years before. I put my face on social media. I was already doing ecomp started 2001. Google Ads 2001 2002 of building Google AdWords wall, seeing the market of econ just feel like wow. That name wasn’t even the name we had now. So we knew EECOM was going to dominate by 2030. Everybody knew that 2040. Nobody was like. Ah people still be going to stores, no Amazon will be delivering in drones.

Drive you know. Driverless cars will be delivering you food because anytime things fast forward very quickly. It leaves a lot of people behind. So when you look at your life, you got ta, go when the times change. If I don’t change with them, the economy’s ruthless man, unfortunately, people think it’s capitalism, it’s not just capitalism everywhere in the world. When trends happen in people in patterns, change and people don’t change with them, I mean that was happened back when, and report came out with the car people who were in the buggy business horse and buggy lost a lot of money.

They didn’t change with the times. You see that in every century, for the last thousand years, some people are slow and they get left behind and I wish it wasn’t that way. I wish we lived in a more forgiving world, but I don’t know how to change the world, but I do know that it’s not the stronger, so the smartest who survive, but it’s the most adaptable to the environment in which they find themselves.

So I ask yourself deep down like am I adaptable, or am I somebody who, when the world gives me lemons, I just kind of put them in my mouth and goof or like the old cliche, goes: there’s a few people adaptable enough to go. What can I do with a lemon mix it with little sugar, little water and Nelson lemonade by the way, my first business when I was six years old? I started selling cherry tomatoes in San, Diego California, and it’s kind of the ghetto part for my mom didn’t want to leave me outside alone, so I could only sell when she could come read and then I remember nobody bought these little bags of cherry tomatoes.

Then I was like well not lemonade. Let me get some lemons sugar. My first lesson in marketing you got ta, add a little sugar to whatever you trying to sell it’s hard to sell bitter pills, so better turn them lemons into lemonade. So, for me, it’s like what Charlie Munger Warren Buffett say. What made them wealthy in 1977. Would it work in 1978 and what made him wealthy in 1978 wouldn’t work in 79.

They said you must become a learning machine. That is the, and, if you look at those two investors, they’ve averaged nineteen and a half percent since 1962, nobody’s done that you might have a friend in that I can do way more in nineteen percent. No, you can’t they’re, basically the highest return investors and their formula is very simple. The world changes every year – and I haven’t talked about these big macro trends that we see now so ask yourself: what are you doing to become a learning machine? Most of us see the news and they react to it all the world’s going to get worthwhile.

No humans will survive, civilization will survive. I’m an optimist, you got ta be enough to mister man, you got ta, be an optimist. Things will get better, but there will be a shift and so there’s an inflection point between the shift and how people buy and how people used to buy all kind of meat. And it’s almost like tectonic plates like they fight in one wins that four continents come from like North America and Australia.

It was like this tectonic shift and you have to ask yourself like okay, you get on the losing side of a tectonic shift, you’re buried. So that’s why the adaptability comes in. That’s where the learning machine comes where you’re at every point you’re like, where is the next ship coming and how do I get on that side? Well, I told you practically EECOM specialists. It. I’ve never come up with something.

That’s more comprehensive! If you don’t want to start your own business, you become an econ specialist just to get a job because come these by the tens of thousands are real, even restaurants or realizing. We have to have econ. We need to have. You know, Shopify store. This we need to be able to literally sell our product without maybe our awful clothes back up. We can’t rely on this, and so everything from restaurants to legal services to realtor’s, obviously, grocery stores, fashion brands.

You name supplement companies, they used to have stores those stores. Those those companies going bankrupt GNC is going bankrupt always on the teetering on the levels of bankruptcy. So your quick, the question is, I don’t want to be an entrepreneur, but I want to catch the next big trend, econ specialists. Now some of you say forget it. I want to work for other people. I’ve done that before most wealth is created by entrepreneurship, econ specialists, you’re going to have to know what I call the four piece: product: pricing, financial promotion, marketing placement delivery.

There’s four piece of e-commerce: you’ll meet some entrepreneur, the guy. I know one or two: oh look. I have many e-commerce brands. Some of them are pretty big, like I bought, Dress Barn, which is one of the largest clothing clothing companies by sales in the u.S. Did seven hundred forty million in revenue before I bought it last year over about 70 million a month that was doing we bought It and flipped it into an econ brand.

Okay. Instead of having six hundred fifty department stores, put it all online easier deliver to people the door, so I’ve got experience. I’ve got a great online grocery store farmer’s car of Mentor Box out many businesses. In fact, me, my business partners in the EECOM space we’re now in the ten figures of revenue, so eight figures is ten million. Nine figures is a hundred million ten figures when you start getting into the big, be the billion so we’re already in that place playing in that space, we’ve been doing it for.

What’s that way. Over a decade, we’ve spent six hundred million dollars on Facebook at YouTube. Ads you’ve seen me probably YouTube and Google and snapchat and Twitter, and all these, so we we’re already in that space. Some people say I’ll tie is that how you make your money teaching other people how to do stuff? Um like no, I make more money doing the actual stuff. I mean we’re shipping, some people say they’re doing EECOM.

They got 50 sales. I mean we’re doing yeah. Tens of thousands of shipments at a time between the different businesses that we have, and so I know the econ space and that’s why I’m telling you the hardest thing and the reason I’m recording this article is just to share. You know I’ve been trying to hire more EECOM specialists, they don’t exist as entrepreneurs or employees and there’s a lot of people.

I think they know EECOM, but they’re not well rounded, on another four-piece then on PvP is that understand: EP LCpl epc CPC. They don’t know what the baseline should be, that understand: SMS marketing, email, marketing segmentation – they don’t understand, you know, sourcing logistics, 3pls, verse, drop shipping, they don’t understand software, there’s so many things in fact. There’s you know 16 core things you need to know eat for econ and each of those there’s some sets of four should talk about.

There’s 64 things. You really know to become what I call it an econ specialist. The reason I record this article. I’ve been trying to hire people for my different econ companies I gave up. I was like I got, ta train them. I nah I was just college, isn’t helping either that digital degrees and all this? Yes, I call not to sound cocky of me and my business partner Alex have done more econ sales than I think.

Every professor in the world teaching econ combined. That’s nothing! You want to learn business from some things you can learn from a professor. I like professors, if I were an art, history, Egyptian history, I learn it, but if I want to learn basketball, I’m not going to go to college professor farm business. I don’t want nothing college, professor, it’s a big mistake and that’s why I’m for the most part, the wealthiest people in the world dropped out of college.

I’m not saying you should drop out of college, I’m just saying for that. One specific thing like becoming gaining on the Corp list: it’s not correlated! That’s why Elon Musk is like not it’s not correlated. What is correlated is skill, specifically econ skill, by the way notice that Elon Musk built Tesla very calm like there’s no car dealerships, you kind of put in your order online and you may go pick it up two for delivery, but not really it’s an econ play.

So you know I’m most pretty smart guy. What did he become wealthy from PayPal, an econ bank? So he see he sees the patterns. He continues on the pattern and now it’s even more relevant to you. So I’m making this article simply because you know people have been asking me: what’s the next big thing and what do I think of the time to live in it? What are they going to stop marking and I’m like get all that build the econ skill, I’m telling you, I told people in 2016 a lot of people, listen most people ignored and they’re, not one of them that ignored that think.

I was wrong now. Do you really think building social media marketing skill wasn’t a legit business, there’s tens of hundreds of thousands, the social media marketing companies across the world? I know I mean the US government and gave me the trademark on SMM a social media marketing agency, because they realize I trained a lot of people and there was a legitimate business that people a legitimate set of training.

So the thing is, it’s more saturated. Now push me a marketing is still like business, but it’s more saturated. Would you rather have gotten in in October 2016, when I said or 2020 well, early bird gets the worm when markets get saturated, there’s still profit, but not as much so. I found article. I was like I haven’t talked to you doing. While that’s long good look, I build a little test group called ECS EECOM certified specialist.

I built it to kind of use for interns, because I’ve tried to hire people. I’ve hired from Ivy League schools, Ivy League right. That’s like Harvard Yale these type schools. I’m already fired me not to say that those are bad schools. I’m just saying, like an Amish guy told me, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drinking. You could send a boy to college, but you can’t make them think you don’t have to think in this game.

You don’t have to have a real skill, eat coms like a chess game and you can’t just come a little. You know like hey, you know. I went to college for chess. You got to be like look, I’m in the trenches playing chess at the tournaments. That’s how you get recognition, it’s the same with econ, so I created this. You know four-month program that I use on interns and staff dividing the 16. Lessons goes to the four PS product pricing promotions.

Placement gives them that well-rounded and now they’re going for me and some of them, some people work for me and then they go on. I have many people who work for me and now go off to become an econ entrepreneurs. In fact, my best friend Jeremy, from when I was two years old. He came a work for me for five years. He met a girl who was working for me. They got married, they launched the econ brand called omen.

All it’s a clothing brand out of the UK he’s never worked today. It’s his life, since fact I haven’t seen if he he just travels around the world, he’s in Bali right now through all this, and it’s not a company, that’s making 100 million bucks a year, but it makes some. I don’t know the exact amount, but it makes it bright. Fifty sixty thousand a month you know profit. I don’t know those numbers update, but I know it’s significant amount compared to the average person and when I problem not saying if you go through and learn econ, like my test group you’re going to become like my friend, Germany, I’m just telling you like, I built This training and my best friend took it.

He transformed his life, he was studying to become a lawyer and then he came to forget that I’m going to come work with you died, so I’ve been building this, but I’ve never formalized it until last Friday. I put this thing out and I was like. Let me just share this with the world see if anybody want to get in, I did 1 zoom live call 700 to it. So I’ve built this step by step 16 week, training the end of the 16 weeks.

There’s an exam: if you pass it, you get a certification, EECOM certified specialist, that’s not a college degree. I didn’t go to college, so I’m not going to give you a college degree, but it’s a legitimate certification that you use for yourself and it’ll open some doors. A lot of people know me know that I know econ know that I understand the game of online, and so it would open a door for came to work.

For me, it will open some doors, but ultimately, what opens the doors that use having a real skill set now’s the time to retrain the brain get in on this, so I’m going to put a link below or here in the corners I mean you can click It go read about how the test group works. You got to take this seriously like I’ve done it where I just open it up to the world, and people don’t take it seriously.

It’s just like this is one that’s going to get saturated, so first come first serve. You know and put this link it’s open for three more days now I go through some question. People at you know common questions like how do I know this will work for me, I like how much does it cost? Why does it cost money you know? Is there a refund policy? What, if I don’t how many hours in a week do I need to spend on this? I don’t have a lot of time.

Maybe I’m busy what happens if I fail to the exam at the end? Okay, so let me just go through this real, quick, some common test questions. The most common question is like how do I know this will work for me, a couple things. Look I’ve trained, I think, for an individual personal brand. Well, I’ve had more people go through. My training than I think anybody in history it’s hard for me to exactly verify that, but I’ve had over.

You know several hundred million people read my free business training. My youtube blog just passed 2.6 billion minutes readed, something like that and then you know my paid programs. I’ve had, I don’t even know the number, but let’s just underestimate, let’s say five: six hundred thousand people have gone through. That’s a lot just in the last five years, like most universities, how, like forty thousand people go through per year, I’m averaging one hundred thousand people.

So I I know how to I know what works and what doesn’t work. I’ve launched some things and I’ve learned. Oh, that didn’t work and we continually adjusted and adapted this program is badass. This is the real deal you mark my words you miss out on this one it’ll just be like 2016, the people who missed out s, I’m amazed that we like it’ll, be 2020 for the bike. Well, it’s still working our bike yeah, but it’s more saturated.

Now you can use this to launch your own business. Your own EECOM sell your own products and use it to get a job. You can use it to be a consultant or launch an agency. So there’s this multiple angles on it: another conquest. Okay, why do I target money for well? If I made this a free training, because i’ve done that before a million people will go through it this year? If you want that level of competition – oh, I can make it free, but I’ve also learned like I’ve made stuff free.

Like I had a free three-day training thing. Average person went through half of one article and people pay for stuff. They go through it more. Like my 67 steps, article people paid 67 bucks and got 67 articles averaging 3045 minutes. People got through the whole thing or I paid for it and they got the value. So I crack success stories and case studies and testimonials. I don’t get that many testimonials from free stuff.

I can I optimize around testimonials. Some people think I know I don’t believe you’re just doing it to make money. Okay, whatever you think you know, I I make more revenue from econ brand that I own and I don’t teach about because it’s been a thing. Oh you only get rich by teaching other people out of here. No, it’s a good theory. It makes people feel better about themselves. I teach this stuff, partly because there’s profit in it.

I mean, let’s be honest, I got employees to pay health insurance, I’m not going to. Why would I go in my own pocket to teach, but that’s not the only reason. I genuinely enjoy the business that I have in the in the training space just because it’s cool to get testimonials every single day, it’s cool to go out of public with people. Okay, I want you to know that you’re 67 steps what may change my life, like? Not a bad business, a lot of businesses suck you get people mad at you all the time.

Well, this isn’t one of them so sure I’ve gotten flack and people go. Oh, this is a get-rich-quick scene notice. I haven’t told you’re going to get rid from this. In fact, I can pretty much tell you you’re not going to get on the Forbes list. Not everybody can be a billionaire. Not even everybody can be a millionaire, but I have a firm conviction that financial independence through EECOM can be achieved in almost any country.

Cuz. That’s a common question Thai. What if I don’t live in US, what probably been a small town in the US, so it’s equal um! Why does it matter where you live? If I lived in Nepal or Bangladesh or I live in Botswana or I lived in Poland or I live in Saskatchewan Canada econ you could sell, I could sell right into the u.S.. U.S. Is the largest economy or the EU or Austria. I would go into the easy economies.

First, I lived in Brazil all of our lived in Africa. I live in Australia. If I lived in India, so econ’s a beautiful thing because it levels it makes the world flat. People say what, if I’m young one from old with econ, when you buy something on Amazon, do you look how old the seller is or third a female male mom? You don’t care! You look at that ethnicity, it’s all so beautiful thing about EECOM.

It levels the playing field. So don’t worry about your age. This program is powerful, even if you’re in a part of the world or a demographic, that’s cetera, that’s discriminated against. She calms the great level of Rann. Nobody cares, you could be ugly, could be overweight. You could be eight years old, I mean a lot of. You saw people getting older, Charlie Munger’s in the game. He’s 92. I think now.

Another common question is: is a refund policy? Yes, got 30 day refund policy, the first 30 days. I call a 30 day challenge where we give you the big overview. Get you started. We talked about the digital platforms like the kajabi x’ and the in the teachables, and things like that. Okay, then we’re going to get into the marketing side the Facebook to YouTube the snapchat, the email marketing SMS, the viral article marketing you know, should you sometimes people ask me like okay, John I’m marketing, you know.

What’s better, Facebook Ads are usually we’ll get into all that google shopping, we’ll talk about, ok and then the last month we get into a little more technical stuff. You do not need to learn how to be a computer programmer, but you need to understand the basics of the app world about the plugins on places like Shopify. If that’s, what your the persona and digital product we’ll talk about, Amazon, how to sell on Amazon, deliver masses, the largest marketplace in the world and it’s multiple teachers.

Obviously I’m going to be teaching. My business partner Alex dr. Dr. Alex, is going to be teaching. He just sold his company. His econ company for 300 million dollars in August ran the New York Stock Exchange Bell a lot of million millions of people readed. I went there to to cheer them on um. We got my business partner Rudy taking businesses from 10 to 100 million. We’ve got a dream, Morrison and different people that I know.

Basically, anybody who I consider a blackbelt meaning they’ve done like over 100 million and EECOM, I’m letting them come and teach, but primarily it’s for different people, teaching you’re going to go step by step. You need the common question. Is how much time do I need for this? So I’d like to be able to devote at least an hour a week. Okay, now you don’t have to complete it in four months. You have up to one year, okay, so year to year program, but I didn’t want to give people.

I don’t be, will know I’m going to do this over ten years, no four to twelve months. Maximum. Okay, so if you want to take twelve months, you can just do less time per week. If you want to go through a real fast, you can spend three four hours a week. You break it up 30 minutes a day. We have easily downloadable lessons article or audio, you can do it while you’re on the treadmill. You can do all your jogging, you can do a wall you’re, you know doing the dishes or cooking, and then some people ask about the quiz by the way.

I’m going to put this link below you have less than three days, so some people are asking like. Why do you a certain amount of days left? I want to create a test group. I want to get a focus group of people in close it and take that group, and so in this test group there’s going to be benefits to this test group that nobody else has got so your snooze, you lose I’ve also learned, you know it’s just like You go to the grocery store and have like coupon like this is ten percent off today.

This so there’s a reason and people this is for those of you on the fence. Let this be a motivation you might miss out on it. I found that that works, better they’re, not trying to be cheesy, and but you know, every store in the world has timelines. If you want to get something Amazon to, let that be a lesson to you about income. What’s another como question: what if you can’t afford it? Well, then you can go and look.

You can learn EECOM on YouTube. You can learn econ here here, forums, it’s just if you want it all put together on the step by step program. You know I don’t find that anywhere. Also you’re not going to find, I don’t know anybody teach unique, I mean you should learn from Jeff Bezos, but I don’t think he has a test group. You should learn from Mark Zuckerberg, so I don’t have their credentials, but I don’t know anybody online.

That has the credentials that we have, I mean you. Can google ty Lopez USA Today Dress Barn you’ll, see made one of the big big acquisitions, 20:19 ty Lopez, New York Post blue apron about me competing to buy blue apron another huge econ business about me bidding to buy forever 21 in January. So I’m up. You know these are companies that are doing seven, eight hundred million forever21. We didn’t win the big.

I got out big, but I was right at the table to buy 3.5 billion dollar revenue company with massive EECOM. So, my point being it’s like: I can tell you you can look around and try to learn this on your own, but you’re not going to get people with credentials because they don’t exist. How much in the world he comes new. You might think it’s old. It’s still new, it’s old for Jeff Bezos, but the average business owner the average individual.

They might know social media market, but they don’t know econ econ is different. You’d, be good at social media and make no money. I know so many social media influencers. They don’t know econ, so they have millions of followers, but their bank accounts like true you’re, going wait. A sec can’t like you, want social media marketing is part of this we’ll be talking about that. But when we talk about the framework of like how does it work eat with econ? That’s what you need so there’s not much more.

I have to say late at night from the record. This announced a test group snooze you lose, you could try it on your own. Certainly people have figured out he calm about this program. Just makes it easier. If you can’t afford it, that’s fine. I missed out on things too. All the time can’t afford lots of stuff and never ends. Unfortunately, there’s always limited capital in the world. It’s a cool or econ product.
