What’s up, How are ya Good, No surprise we’re going to Dive into Facebook today The book face But I also ( laughing ) The face book. It is your favorite right, It is my favorite No well, I don’t like To choose favorites So we’re talking about Facebook for your business – Maybe I just have a personal page and I’ve decided – maybe it’s Time to create a business page for my business right, What are kind of the First, steps that I need to really think about Well you’re, already, Off to a great start, You wan na go to a business page And that’s really important.
Because then, you get the ability to track metrics and analytics So absolutely business. Page over personal page And then from there You wan na make sure you set up your profile. Get that profile photo. Usually your logo works great or maybe, if it’s your personal brand use a great headshot of yourself and then take that cover photo to really showcase your Products or your services and then from there make Sure all your information is up to date And that Is really important? Your hours, your website, Your phone number 100 % And make sure that lines up with your Google And your Yelp listings too Right I went into a coffee shop recently I Was in northern California, You drink a lot of coffee, ( laughing ), It’s true And the cashier was looking At me, like I don’t know like, maybe she wanted to rush me and I’m thinking they’re Open for two more hours, what’s the deal, ( laughing ) Sure enough, they were Closing in five minutes I go, but your Facebook says and I wanted to Go into my spiel like this, but I saved it got a quick Coffee to go fortunately, but that’s the whole point.
I left with a customer experience that wasn’t as ideal And then onto probably one of the largest most impactful components: content Right, always preach Quality over quantity Yeah, so you definitely Want to make sure you vary your content, So mix it up. You know you don’t Wan na become predictable; Okay, And you also don’t want to turn into just a business always talking about yourself right. It becomes so salesy.
When it’s always about me, me me So salesy me me me: yeah, Buy this, buy that Yeah sell, sell, sell; Rather you want to Tell tell tell Exactly ( laughing ) Throw something out there. That’s entertaining I mean social media is escapism. Oh yeah, Throw in a good laugh But also educate me, So I always tell my friends: That I follow my dentist on Facebook and they look At me, like I’m crazy, Why right What And it’s because my dentist Shares really educational tips and tricks like how to whiten my teeth without spending hundreds of dollars.
I saw also my yoga studio was just giving a friendly Reminder to stretch how to maintain the zen, which Is really important in life? Absolutely Also, sharing testimonials that you’ve already Received on Yelp and Google and turning it into a Facebook post Right repurpose that content Take that review. Let’s Say it went on about your your ice cream, you’re an ice cream shop, And the review goes on about How you have the best flavors, but the ultimate flavor Is definitely rocky road, Absolutely Yeah, it’s the best Hands down.
So you have that review that the customer went on About your rocky road ice cream and then use Canva or Something and in the background of that review and select A picture of the rocky road on a nice ice cream cone. It really brings it to life. For those of you that don’t know, Canva is a free website that Has all sorts of templates and kits and graphics For literally all things that you could possibly create Like social media templates, Facebook headers all that Good stuff and it’s free – I use it pretty religiously, Also article, So I’m a huge advocate, Of article I love article Just keep it on the shorter Side, attention spans are short Seems like under two minutes: Or so under three minutes Yeah.
Definitely I would even a minute is good and also doing behind the scenes footage. That’s one of my favorite things about following local businesses is like well, I wan na know how This all comes together And showcase your staff And also repurpose anything your customers take User generated content And I think what gets A lot of people hung up on, creating article is, maybe they don’t have a production set like we do right, (, laughing ) And that’s okay.
Our smart phones are Pretty darn good right, Yeah they’re, pretty smart, Take a article with your phone and even it doesn’t have To be the best quality Go behind the scenes. People like that story like to see the other side of things, and it really helps them. Relate to who you are as a business owner You’re, not just some faceless company. So next up we have these groups. Can you tell us a little Bit about what the Facebook groups are and how I can potentially leverage It as a business owner Yeah, so definitely Encourage you to pay attention to other like-minded Businesses, but also groups to piggy back off the Engagement, you already have, I will say, content is Where you wan na spend most of your time, but Groups can be an advantage to getting your business More exposure for sure, So next up we have advertising.
What do we do with the Paid advertising aspect Yeah, so it’s no secret. Facebook has gone on Record to say organic reach is on ( whistling ) the decline Don’t give up on it. Organic content is still Alive and well and breathing, but I think Facebook posts that you boost has a lot of potential and you Can reach a targeted audience, which is one of favorite things about it? You can start off with like five bucks and you can get in front Of a specific demographic age group, zip codes and That way, you know your post is going to reach the right people And with I would kinda Look at the post that maybe have done the best And then boost those and get those that reach out.
That’s a really good point. Thank you for bringing that up. It’s usually ( laughing ) Wait you’re the expert ( laughing ) I dabble So with Facebook. It’s you wan na go ahead and let the post that you’re Doing hang out organically for a little bit, Let it chill see how it Does garner some reach Now once it garners some Reach then boost it, That’s what we found to work best While a lot of people. I Speak to think, there’s no way to track this to ROI.
That’s a total myth. You can actually go ahead and look at it’s called your insights tab and it breaks down everything. You know what your audience is liking engaging with. Are they Clicking on the links, what time of day they’re doing this, and when you look at all of that and really understand it, the insights you can truly be informed about. Where do I go from here right Like? Where do I go from When it comes to which days work best to post, what Time of day works best Does my audience prefer The entertaining posts more than the educational And on which days And from there you can truly Come up with a great strategy, What happens if I’m not Getting maybe the engagement that I want? Are there any like, like Just great pro tips or boosts that I can do to help me.
Just skyrocket and get in front of those people Yes, Contests: Okay, how so So recently, I saw this cafe that had a special music guest coming in and they encouraged their Audience on the Facebook post, which is like promoting the music, Okay, yeah Comment below and tag a friend and then they’re going to do a random drawing, and it’s like two free Tickets to the show That quick little tag, A friend now becomes just free advertisement for you and it’s costing you a couple tickets or maybe a free, drink or free burger.
Exactly Or whatever you do, You could also ask a question: What is your “ go, to” order when You come into our restaurant Or, what’s you favorite thing on the menu and your favorite person to dine with, And so it’s your customers Spreading word of mouth about what’s great to eat So on Twitter and Instagram Hashtags are super relevant, but I don’t always see It as often on Facebook Are they a thing.
Absolutely I mean here’s the thing when it comes to using hashtags Whether it’s on Twitter or Instagram or Facebook, Or if you’re just posting either way you got ta monitor it, because it’s going to be Different for each business, It doesn’t hurt to use Them just be mindful and use relevant, hashtags Perfect and probably only one or two Don’t go overboard. Just a few Yeah, you don’t need to go overboard.
This has been The Journey. Thank you. So much for reading Make sure to like and comment. Below subscribe to know when our next articles are coming atcha and we are signing off
So if you guys didn’t know, I was most out recently out in Vietnam on a trip to speak at a couple conferences out in Vietnam, shout-out to FBA Avengers group for hosting me out there.
But basically it’s funny how things come full circle and now, like I’m doing business in Vietnam to country where my parents are from – and you know this is my third time there ever their tongue, seeing my family in there ever and you know that’s a real humbling Experience to just experience, different cultures – and this would I love ions on I can work. Furthermore, I can live from anywhere in but anyways enough about me.
Let’s talk about you and how you can safely send money to Asia so when dealing with any suppliers, what you got to understand first of all, is payment terms, so when it comes to payment terms paying a supplier, what that means is how you pay a supplier. So payment terms, standard payment terms are normal, private business practices. Is you pay a 33 minute deposit right for to start the production or if it’s and then you pay the 70 % of remaining balance right after the production is complete, but before you ship it to Amazon? Okay, before it gets shipped to you, let’s break down on best practices on how to pay your deposit right, so pain deposit is different from paying seventy percent remaining balance.
So, if you’re working for a factory for the first time or you’re working with a new supplier, what you want to do the best practices to protect yourself is paid a third percent deposit with PayPal. Sometimes a supplier might say no. But if you really insist they should say yes, most suppliers will accept it right. So the way it works is you’re going to pay with paypal, foreigners deposit with a credit card through PayPal.
Why do I say that so, first of all, if you get screwed, we contact PayPal and you’re like hey PayPal, this fire did not get my goods Allah just beat happens. They give your money back. Paypal doesn’t give you your money back. Then you file a dispute with Reddit card company. When you find us people from credit card company, they always give you your money back generally, unless you always do charge back Stan, I don’t know, but so basically those two ways right PayPal and then your credit card Carmen you can do dispute in both of them To get your money back, okay and that’s how you pay your thirty percent deposit, but one thing you want to keep in mind is: if you paid your deposit with a paint pen with PayPal, a lot of suppliers will generally put to put the paypal fee on You so for them to receive money from PayPal they can pay anywhere.
I think that’s 140, like six percent, so it’s generally common for them to pass that on that expense to you by charging you an extra four six percent for your goods. So it’s totally normal, but for peace of mind and safety for you as a new seller or starting with a new supplier, is okay to pay this for six percent, just to get a story and build relationship right moving forward in the future. You can pay it by wire transfer or you can.
You know, ask to split the fee or, however, you arrange it with the supplier right. So that’s another pro tip see if we can split the feet with their supplier, be like hey. Can we split three percent? Three percent two percent two percent, However works right. So just talk and negotiate Chinese like haggling, they’re doing this in China, they’ve been doing any business in Asia in general, you got a high, that’s just how it works mix alright, so we got the deposit cover.
Now we got to worry about the 70 % so to 70 %. It’s a remaining balance aggregate right so because you put the deposit down, the production has started, duck should have started, production has started and then now production is complete. So this is when you paid 70 %, but but first thing you got to do is get an intersection, not alright. This is probably going to be a whole article about this, but just to kind of recap: a real, quick and in general, if you guys ever need access to an expression company that I use go ahead and check in it in the links below everything is always Attached in the crafting guide, if you guys haven’t heard about the crafting guide before highly recommend you guys access it access it, because it has, you know, access to all my front porch.
I use auto graphic designers that I use of the yeah Fred Flores graphic designers. Listening optimization people, I use any tools I use that are in my tool, kit, all the coupons for those tools, like you have everything inside that document. So I highly highly recommend it. You check it out. It has all my little poems and everything anyway segue back especially coming so you know make sure they do like a drop test.
You know make sure your item doesn’t break from three feet. Make sure the packaging looks correct, make sure you know, like you know, it’s printed the way you want it. An inspection company would check for all this, but you have to tell them to what to look for to also write, don’t check for your standard things. You have to tell them what to look for make sure there’s a thousand units there. If you order a thousand units, okay and then you know, you want to make sure to park on to write.
Fba labels on the outside of boxes right, make sure they palletized or product correctly, make sure to wrap is correct not depending on the way they do. It just make sure the paper works, correct and a lot of the certifications or in order and then they’re specially come really help you with that and agha listed trusted inspection companies that I have in comments check them out and they’ll help you guys out, but other Than that, what you guys also want to checked out for is yes, especially companies and then a seventy percent.
Okay, so once an especially company checks and we’re happy to go with everything, what we’re going to do is send a wire transfer wire transfer super normal standard business practice when sending money to suppliers in Asia. Definitely, if aspired tells you send money by like money, gram or like the one of those weird services that are a grocery store. Do not do that, send it by wire transfer deaths, normal business practice right, but wire transfer is when you send money from your bank.
Account to your suppliers, bank account – and you know so you just go into your local bank account. The first time you do is you’re probably have to do it in person, but make sure you ask them in the future to set you up for online wire transfers, because I’ll tell you right now. I personally hate going to my local there’s, always a wait. Time kind of smells people there aren’t like really happy, and I just rather personally not have to drive right.
I mean that’s why we’re in this business because we can work from anywhere. So if you want to work from anywhere, I definitely could detach yourself from physically going to bake and setup wire online wire transfers. Right put it right, there you’re going to go into Bank and then you’re going to have to make sure you have to get audit information from your supplier right. So you’re going to need, like the Swift, co-captain number, their name, the address bank’s address and then description of the goods and then amount.
That’s he send right and then you got ta make sure if it’s you’re sending money and USD or some other currencies like Hong Kong dollars or in B, whatever it is okay and then so you go to bank fill out the paperwork, and please please PLEASE thought: Can work correctly because when I look up the paperwork so I’ll tell you a story about this past quarter, three right right! So right before quarter, four I sent money.
I went to the bank because I was sending 100 grand to one of my suppliers and and normally I don’t send that much all right. But I was q4 and I had a big shipment incentives, one supplier and decide that were like a lot of inventory. So normally I do it online, but you know for security reasons. They made me come in person to send an amount that high. So I went to the bank went into the bank and then gave him all my paperwork, and then you know how the names are in like Chinese or anything.
So nothing really looks familiar. I can’t just really read it and know if there’s a typo after that, so you got ta check each individual letter. So I didn’t double-check and triple-check the guy that in put in my information and that’s my phone right, not blaming anyone else. It’s your father! You double-check and triple-check it and he accidentally well. I then catch him mixing an I and a like that was so.
It was basically one type of difference: okay and then in the soap made me have a hundred grand that was missing in limbo. Okay, my honey Graham, was in limbo for like three four weeks and I was stressed out scared, but I’m optimistic person. I knew everything will work out and everything worked out like it always does. Thank God. So that worked, and but I had to do – is I had to get a man. Do a lot of paperwork, cochran care, they’re, being contact, my bank and then next thing.
You know the money came back into my account. Thank God had to pay another wire transfer. Your cent of money again and wire transfer for you get the money back, but it’s better than you losing on a grant right. So please please, if there’s anything you take away from this article is double triple quadruple: check the wire transfer, math Peggy sent to Asia to make sure you don’t add extra zero make sure you know the type there’s no typos, but in general, if you’re, sending from A US company wire transfer fees can be anywhere from like twenty five to forty five dollars, my fees or forty five dollars.
So we pay four to five dollars. Pretty normal Magette. You shouldn’t be higher than forty five dollars if it’s all or it’s like, usually because you have like a special checking in town or a business account or you know you just get hooked up somehow and I don’t get to hook up. So if you guys have no hook up for less water transfer fees amounts, then let me know, but yeah, that’s how you send their money right, so PayPal right for the thirty percent and then wire transfers for that seventy percent remaining alright and that’s how the safest Way to do it and, like I said, do not send that seventy percent rebalance into you 100 percent sure and get or like how you want it and they’re on a way to Amazon.
What are things that I want to? Let you know so there’s four out of ways that people will send money to that are like Carmen, but not as common to so let me explain those to you, so you guys are aware of them and you guys can move on TVs. There are like more advanced tricks for like organic seller, for what you’re sending like a little bit more money, the first one is it familiar, but so olive love would try to start the work first and then paying you alright.
So all the Obama trades are turned into. Basically I wouldn’t say this is advanced, but it’s more beginner. Actually most suppliers generally don’t like using this because then all the politics of P versus maybe Papa, but all you Baba trainers charge is pretty nice. It’s a good way to get started with working with any supplier. I would generally keep using it if the supplier like that offers it, but both suppliers, I found, go off earnest and I’ve only used it once personally.
The way it works is with all the bobbin traders. Friends, is you wired money to Alibaba and then Holly Bodwell is your environment to them once you’re happy with it once we’re happy to for good to know me. So, that’s all it’s all about try to turn to it. Obviously you protect from money and, of course all about trade shirts is like very reputable company like you can trust them like you should be fine with them.
Alibaba was like one of the biggest companies in China. Alibaba could be, could be this company like this. Anything like I don’t know if they’re crazy, but you probably use all your fault lines, a search engine so you’re familiar with all the bla bla, but there’s other ones. You may not have heard of our bean war first and then Payoneer so depending if your supplier has account setup with them, then you can send money into them through these services and it minimal fees right, especially if you’re sending the same currency right so USD to Usd so it generally works better for, like my viewers that are like you guys are American, because we usually send USD USD on a time and usually people and trying to always want to USD.
But if we’re using those other services and you’re sending money from like, say British pounds to USD or USD to R & B or USD to like Hong Kong dollars or something like that, then there’s going to be beats on top of the money in your setting And it may not be Orphic, so those three companies like word first Payoneer and B, make their money on conversion rates right whenever money is converted between different dollars.
So that’s where those company is making light, but for sending generally like the same amount, a same currency, then you’re going to be good to go and the peas are going to be on that be very, very minimal. So I’m talking about is I you want to check out theme like I know like Nick and Fernando are really big fans of using the they went from like Spain, like $ 5,000 in wire transfers, bees every single month to basically almost nothing because they’re using being Write to a couple hundred dollars, because the peas are so small because they’re not doing conversions right and using like theme and painting here or refers to pop by the way.
I know what paid in here, at least you can use it to pay like your VA is too you can send it to them that way, and it’s easier to send money through there and then PayPal, sometimes cousin of these, that they attacks on so keep that In mind to pulling over like little for Vaz or not, but just to recap everything that we just hope this explain to you all right: 30 % deposit, it’s going to be PayPal, 70 percent, there’s going to be wire, transfer all right cool.
So if you guys both said that before I said that, then you guys are going to go and that’s the best practices, but like always, if you guys have any questions, feel free to leave in the comments below you guys enjoyed this article. Please please please, please give me a thumbs up right and please subscribe to the YouTube blog lets me know that i’m doing things right and – and it makes me want to make more articles alright.

Thank you, everyone that remained a subscriber of my youtube blog. I am sorry about my disappearing acts. I have been travelling like crazy and, if you’re not a subscriber, please hit that subscribe button. I look greatly appreciated anyway, let’s get into this article okay. So if you cannot tell by the title this article is going to be for the gentleman just basically give y’all pointers on how to approach your female, and I feel like I am highly qualified for this topic, because number one y’all asked me to make this article And number two, I know what I like and what I don’t like when a guy approaches me also.
I want over these pointers with some of my girlfriends as well. They said the same thing: they you don’t think through a few things that they agree with. So I feel like this is a good tip, a good few tips for you guys to fill them. Follow the tongue. Twisters, please bear with me: okay tip number one. I think it is very, very important for you to practice. If you have any female friends that you can practice with, are female co-workers and even practice in front of the mirror that may help – and this is more so so you can get more aware of your body how you’re coming across how you carry yourself your posture, Your confident do you feel good.
I don’t know why I say: did you feel that, but anyway, yes, it’s just for you to feel more aware of yourself. Okay number two make sure that your parents and your grooming is on point okay. I am a firm believer that every time you leave the house, you should look good think about it. You never know what you’re going to come across your future wife. Also looking good and knowing that you look good, boosts your confidence so much.
I promise you so just take that extra 10 minutes on your wardrobe are on your face, and I’m telling you putting in that little bit of effort will help you a lot tip number three being aware of the environment. Is this the right place and the right time to approach your female? I believe that the best place to approach a female is when it’s a calm, social setting where people are expected to conversate.
So, for example, you know a bar, a lounge and a friend’s wedding. You get the point now. I know it’s very common when you’re running errands and you see a beautiful lady now in this case, maybe you’re at the supermarket or the pharmacy or something assert her body language. If she’s in a supermarket is she hurrying up down the aisles and she’s on the phone and she looks frustrated, you don’t want to approach a female like that cuz, it’s not going to turn out good.
I can promise you that now, if she is taking her time and she’s smiling and she looks open and friendly and inviting then you’re good to approach her okay tip number four. This is a personal tip from wah that I had to put in here, because it is still way too common, amongst grown men, but this reminds me of back when I was in high school or elementary school. Gentlemen. Please do not send your friend over to the girl to do the dirty work for you do not.
If you’re, not man enough to approach a female yourself, then you’re not ready to conversate with a female you’re, not ready to date, you’re not ready to be in a relationship. None of that. I hope that didn’t come off harsh, but honestly, that’s the most annoying thing that I make it dude. This is really popular. You know in the club or at the bar or something just don’t do it don’t do it? Okay, stop being lazy, stop being a little boy, man up and you go and talk to the female on your own number.
Five make sure that you have confidence. You have great posture. That’s basically, all I can say about that. One number, six um. To be quite honest, it is okay, if you’re a little bit awkward. There are some females that do find that adorable, when a guy is a little bit shy, it’s even better if you admitted that you’re shy are nervous when you’re talking to the girl. I’r sorry female, but yes just remember you don’t always have to be the macho masculine men.
When you’re approaching a female me on uh the end. I love a man with confidence, but that’s just my personal preference. Every girl’s, not like me, okay. Next, I believe we’re on number seven. I touched on this a little bit but read her body language. When you approach her is her undivided attention on. You is some good sexy eye contact going and you know like she’s she’s, obviously showing interest or is she looking around a room? Is she cold all is there like is? Does there seem like there’s no connection there or anything? Is she looking at her phone like xserve, her body language body? Language is a big major key when it comes to approaching anyone.
Okay, look at her body language. It will tell you a lot if she is interested or not. Eight. I believe we’re what number eight give her compliments um SS females. We put a lot of effort into looking good, so it’s never wrong with a compliment. Now, don’t give too many compliments. I I can’t stand. I appreciate compliments, but I can’t stand it when a guy over do over does overdo compliments. Oh, we do do to lunch.
You know like if a guy saying wow you’re pretty and I’m like. Oh thank you. No! No! No. I mean you’re really pretty like you’re. The most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen a world like it is too much just just keep it simple. Next number: nine um answer: she has a man be polite. You should see if there’s a wedding ring on her left pink on my left hand, see there’s a ring and just know some girls will let it be known.
I had the mean, if that’s the case, I did the conversation and that’s that’s all I can tell you just leave the conversation. Okay tip number 10. This is not a requirement, but if you can make a girl laugh, oh my gosh, you, you will have went from like a five to an eleven okay. I don’t know not one girl on this planet earth that does not like a guy that can make her laugh. All I know is in my book, if you can make me laugh, which is not hard to do.
Um, you get a plus in my book in every other female on this planet earth that you want alright, so yeah. If you’re funny, I’m telling you right now that helps you a lot. Okay number eleven give the girl the option to give you her number. I know me personally, I’m traditional, I want a guy to take my number. Are it’s not rocket science? We can exchange numbers. You know tip number 12, keep the conversation short and sweet um.
This is not the moment to predate and it’s basically like the conversations that you will have at a first date, you’re having them right now at the introduction. So don’t do that. Just have a very short conversation introduction compliment notice, our body language, see if she’s interesting Union. If she’s cheap seems like that exchange comment, contact information go your separate ways. There is no reason to linger or stick around and don’t stalk her.
Neither don’t do that. I believe we are at tip number 13. I forgot to mention this and whatever anyway, let it be known why you are approaching her. What your attention is, so I’m guessing your attention. It’s a taker out on a date or I get to know her more. So please be clear on that when you are having this exchange with her next. This is a really really big one, and I need for you to listen. When I tell you it is tip number 14 read her personal space.
Please please, please read her personal space, so do not be this close all in her grill, where you can smell what she just had for lunch. Do not do that. I have had numerous times where guys have invaded my personal space, and it makes me feel so. Uncomfortable and so trapped do not do that tip number 15. This kind of goes hand in hand with tip number 14 read touching card. Don’t don’t place your hands on her anywhere.
Some females are very fragile on where you will you touch her, so it’s just best not to touch her. A handshake is good, but don’t don’t come up behind her and touch her waist or touch her shoulders of some girls are traumatized. So please be very careful with that as well. Well, you are approaching a girl make sure that she sees you full-on next tip number 16, I’m going to lose going to sound a little bit cliche, but just be yourself just relax the whole fun part about going out and meeting people and socializing supposed to be Fun, you know, don’t don’t stress about it or anything and going into tip number 17 getting used to being rejected.
Okay, if a girl rejects you do not call her every name under the Sun. You know it could be a number of reasons why you got rejected from her. Maybe she just got kicked out from her apartment or I don’t know she heard some bad news. I heard jaw but, like I said it could be numerous reasons on why you got rejected from her. It’s not always you, but then again it couldn’t be you the fact that she’s not attracted to you or attracted to you in a romantic way.
You know. So don’t let it get to you or anything like that, but yeah. It’s that’s the risk that you run when you’re approaching a female, and that’s why I think it is so important for you to pay attention to body language and to see if there is a mutual interest. But in the case that you get rejected. Just politely. Excuse yourself and that’s all you know there are so many fish in the sea. Don’t let it bring you down all right now, I’m going to do a little scenario on what I think it is a proper way to approach a female.
Take it into consideration. All my ticks so, let’s say we’re at a bar and we see this beautiful girl, I’m the guy, I’m a guy. We see this beautiful girl across the bar. She looks like our tight okay she’s. Looking at us, we got some eye contact going. She looks open and friendly. She keeps smiling at us every time we look at her. I look at people say it with us anyway. She looks like she wants us to come over.
She want me to come over here. Okay, take a deep breath, walk going over there, we introduce ourselves hi. My name is Larry. What’s your name, my name is Mia me and nice to meet you. She said nice to meet you um how’s your day going Mia. She sounds a little good um. She’ll probably ask for us back how’s your day, going, I’m good good, um so Mia, I want to say, you’re a very beautiful girl and I just kind of help myself, but is it okay? If we exchange contact information, I would really love to take you out on a date.
Now she can either say yeah. I would love to. It. Doesn’t take a listen another thing, a girl that want to decide if she wants to go out on a date with you or not? Okay, so yeah, she could say yeah sure I would love to um here’s. My phone number are give me your phone number or less exchange phone numbers. That’s what we want. We want her to say. Yes, of course, now let’s change phone numbers or whatever the case may be.

Number one is SoundCloud reposes networks. I’ve talked to people recently who had no idea what those were. So I want to first say I’m going to do this a little bit differently before I talk about it a little bit more extensively, I want everybody who’s reading and who has any kind of experience with these to kind of detail. Your personal experience in the comments below maybe some point out some good repost networks or repost pages that you’ve used, so other artists can use it at their resource that way.
People who don’t know about it or people who’ve just used it once or twice, can get the experience from different angles and make educated decisions by themselves based on reading these people’s experiences. The comments pre shade it that’s going to be super helpful and, of course, we also know there are scams out there and that’s another reason. It’s good for everybody to share the information, because some of these pages are trying to make a quick comment.
Definitely not all of them, but just thumbs and soul, to quickly define or to explain the brief postal network is basically you have your music on soundcloud and then you either have an individual reposted or you have a whole network of individuals reposted. Some people will do it just because they, like your stuff and some people will, you know, say, give me that money and a lot of people most of the times.
You probably want to pay them some form of money either right works anyway. That’s basically a short explanation for those who didn’t know what it was already everybody please make those comments and help each other out anyway, once again, as I said, I’ll, be doing things about specific tools and websites and all kind of resources throughout this series, I don’t Know how often I’ll do it, but that’s it stay tuned.

He actually has a proven track record as an entrepreneur. Wait, your turn all right. You can come up, but he’s done all sort of stuff building all these tech technology, businesses that focus on client success, innovation, you wouldn’t know it to look at him, but he helps organizations of all sizes just adapt to you know the technology is changing and all The different things that are evolving welcome be co-founder, I’m sorry founding partner and CEO, a punch-out to go one of our gold sponsors Brady Berman.
Thank you test, test test, guys, hear me: okay, all right! Thank you all right how we doing b2b conference, if you’re here for a b2b conference, stand up if you’re here for a b2b conference stand up. If you’re here for a b2b conference stand up, I must be at the wrong place. Come on come on, come on! Come on this is I’m the last one you like I put up with me. For I don’t know three hours, it’s going to be worth every minute, all right, everybody standing up! That’s nice ever put your right foot out, put your right foot in and just shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey! You turn yourself around and that’s what it’s all about right, I’ll feel a little better. You don’t look, really excited I’m going to get. You excited soon, all right learning a lot right. I’ve taken a couple notes. I feel very honored to be here with you today. We’ve traveled from the long distant area of Virginia this morning brought some team members who have probably hand at one of these to each one of you right.
Everybody got one. If you don’t, please put your hand up so there’s a couple of trends that I think that we’re all noticing you have a couple of different, distinct blogs. You have your direct-to-consumer. Perhaps you have your direct b2b right. Just to kind of comment be to be. You know, organizations that find a part need it. No real relationship, and now you have your relationship driven b2b, blog right, the relationship driven, b2b blog becomes more complex.
You may need to have approvals and different mechanisms on your e-commerce application that provide the means. For the end, users, within an organization to add items to the cart but ultimately have a layer of approval right and then there’s another one, there’s this eprocurement blog. If any of you have heard of a procurement, see a couple head-shaking, he procurement happens all around us. It’s really wild every plate in this building actually came through our system.
We didn’t sell it. We just worked for the company that sells to all the Hilton’s Hilton, for instance, uses a platform called Bourke Street when they want to purchase goods and services. They use bird street Hilton, all the brands use it and the same thing holds true and really any organization, so the e-procurement sector is a massive opportunity for you, and I want to educate you on it now all right, everybody feeling better.
We need to do hokey-pokey again, so the fastest-growing b2b blog is e-procurement 37 % growth per year. It’s insane and we’ll talk a little bit more about this. Our agenda is going to be. If you can keep up with me, walking back and forth. I apologize our agenda is uh. What is the procurement, the e-procurement market overview, how destructor abuse l within procurement? What is the punch out? It’s not a article game punch out to go overview, a live action, kind of demonstration.
It’s not really going to be live. I got some screenshots to show you, though, and then we’ll have some Q & A right and then we’ll be closer to cocktail hour, sound good, all right. So, let’s start off with you know. What is the procurement? I gave you a little scenario of the Hilton, so any procurement systems are widely leveraged by organizations around the world. These eprocurement systems provide the great means for organizations to automate the procure-to-pay process.
Increase visibility into the organization spend increase contract compliance, connect and drive, spend to preferred suppliers achieve proper approvals, bla bla, bla, bla, bla, ultimately transacting with suppliers that are allowed to be transacted with across an organization. I’r not here to sell you on any procurement system at all. I’r not here to sell you on anything, I’m trying to educate you help.
You understand why these platforms are used, why they exist and why more organizations around the world are using these systems. So if we look at the landscape ten years ago, so actually let me back up a little bit 20 years ago, when I was seven years old, I started a web development and marketing company to build a lot of commerce applications for b2c and b2b. As I’ve been deeply entrenched, since I was seven ten years ago, when I was seventeen, one of our customers was a small hardware company in in Richmond Virginia, their largest customer was a state of Virginia State.
Virginia told this customer told our customer company called Harper Hardware. You either need to be able to integrate with our procurement system, which is called Arriba, so we’re not going to be able to do business with you we’re going to go to Grainger, there’s somebody else. We value the relationship with you, but you have to do this. So we went out and did this integration for them and lost our butts.
I was talking somebody else about yeah, there’s about some time to get ahead in life. Did the integration took us about six months? It was brutal and I like things that are brutal right. So I continued to do more brutal integrations, but back then all we really had was like a RIBA. An Oracle which is I procurement, is what the procurement components called. Everybody knows s ap the actual procurement components called SRM supplier relationship manager, PeopleSoft Oracle, product and then comes along like Koopa and Jagger.
There are literally hundreds of e procurement systems being used around the world today. Now we’re supporting organizations in 45 countries and have connected. I think to a hundred and cost 160 different procurement systems. What’s really important about this. This slide here is based upon the customers that you’re selling to some of these providers that you see on this on this plethora of NASCAR slide deck of evolution of e procurement systems.
Many of them are niche providers. Like I mentioned bird Street, I’m not even sure if they’re on there focuses on hospitality, Jagger was formerly called syquest focused on higher education. Esm used to be called east school mall focused on on k12, so what’s happening is that more and more organism or more procurement systems are coming to market, usually in a niche focused areas right because in business it’s usually nice to be able to be in some Form of a niche right, but then they get bigger and they broaden their horizons and they change their name, but these are very important things to think about.
So if one of your customers says hey, we have this arriba thing. Oh, I know what that is, that goofball of it that b2b conference told me all about it right if somebody mentions Jagger well now you know it’s probably you know higher ed. Maybe it’s you know the Ohio State or whatever the case may be a lot of e-procurement systems out there and they’re growing rapidly. We see new e-procurement systems, it feels like daily, so the b2b procurement market overview so actually related to procurement.
So 50 % of companies already leverage some form of procurement system. They may not leverage it well, but they’re getting their start to get better 33 % plan to implement a procurement technologies. It’s happened again all around us. Nobody really knows about it, but it’s about understanding your customers right. This is just another blog right. You have your direct b2b, you have your may be targeted Facebook, social media campaigns for your direct customers, and now you have this other blog of e-procurement right and it’s a very important one to pay attention to, because it’s only growing right.
The b2b train has left the station was a cool thing. I heard the other day. It’s pretty good way, if you think about it right, so the time is now to start understanding this landscape right. So these light ride to put a lot of words up here, because I feel like that, maybe confuses people more and maybe look a little better. I was clean now, so the most useful features are these customized product and price of display.
So these eprocurement systems are glorified marketplaces for an organization right. The load product data into these II procurement systems they’ll be able to access vendors through various means, but we’ll talk about a few minutes. Do all the kind of sourcing and compliance all the cool stuff. Have you guys ever provided like an excel sheet to your customers for them to load into there? I got one laughing over here.
It’s fun right, yeah! So that’s just one of the things so and and and make a note of that. The customers today that you are providing those excel sheets of data to write those down because there’s become your first targets, but ultimately the e-procurement is going to be growing. We all know this number X, se was nine trillion this morning, ten trillion six trillion two trillion. Three trillion six point: seven trillion bifrost and so whatever it’s growing way faster than b2c right and it’s a great opportunity.
I was talking to a gentleman earlier if you think about b2b and b2c right b2c 10 year 20 years ago. Again, when I was 7 was a different world right, but today you’re facing the same challenges you’re facing the same challenges that you that organizations face 20 years ago in a different environment right b2b is a much more complex space, many more blogs, but the markets going To continue to grow so I’ll, give you these silly crazy numbers.
So these marketplaces again, I’m going to show you sample of one here in a minute. There’s two general ways that you as a distributor or a seller in our world. We call it can provide your customers with products hosted catalogues. These are excel sheets. Ariba is one of the larger players, so they and they call they’re, hosted catalogs sip catalogs CIF. Anybody ever heard of one of those again they’re, not fun.
So these are again kind of static files. Nothing real-time about it. You’re here to do more with your b2b commerce application, static files do nothing for you. They do provide some value to your customers because it gets your products in their marketplace right. Sometimes you do a little bit of both have kind of hosted and punchouts, but the static file business is not a fun business that most organizations are getting away from that because it’s it’s a dependency on them to manage the content as well as you, and it’s Not an interest experience right, it’s you may have all this beautiful data right.
We’ve talked about enrichment of data right, utilizing your data automating with pins and all this cool stuff right and then you go to a hosted catalog and it’s five columns of data and then a strip out two of them and they’ll have two carbons right. It’s not a good experience, so, with punch out catalogs punch out catalogs allow these organizations that are leveraging these eprocurement systems like Arriba and Koopa, to access your actual ecommerce application.
They become on single click within an applicant within these procurement systems. They get authenticated from that system directly into your e-commerce system right. So now, if you have cloris right, if you have all that real-time, this of inventory and pricing availability offering the whole nine yards, it’s no longer a static process. It’s a living! Breathing commerce component! That’s now entrenched within your buyers, a procurement system right it has that dynamic, the real timeless of things, the ability to have configurable types of products.
You may have specific types of bundles. You provide some of your customers and then you have your other abilities like upselling and cross-selling, and you know all the great things that you have again talking about: the enrichment of data, the MSDS files, the user guides all the relevant information. All the things that you guys are working really hard to do to differentiate yourselves from competitors.
You can make that available to your customers through these procurement blogs, with a hosted catalog again. It’s it’s aggregating product data from all types of different approved vendors within a procurement world, and it becomes this very static, terrible-looking situation, where, with punch out it’s it’s them actually authenticating and using your e-commerce application that you are investing in right – and this is just it Again, another little blog that you need to be aware of so the actual punch out process.
I talked about a moment ago again, the users logs into the procurement system right they can access vendors through various ways in different procurement systems. But ultimately, you end up with some real estate I’ll show you what that looks like in a minute on single click. The user gets authenticated again into your e-commerce application. You probably have customers that get different pricing and offering right.
I think Tom you mentioned you have a thousand products you’re going to add, maybe ten thousand more or something you probably have different customers that may only purchase three hundred products at these particular prices. Another customer purchases 2,700 products right so using your e-commerce infrastructure. Again, if you have there’s real-time hooks with cloris or whatever your integration is between your ERP and your commerce, application, which is a no-brainer by the way it looks really cool.
He didn’t pay me to say that use it right, but ultimately a user gets to the e-commerce application, they’re building a car, they’re doing cool stuff they’re doing a lot of chat. I can’t find his product. I think there was you earlier right right, I’ll show you something a minute. You know they’re, building a cart, they’re doing everything I do. They were looking at their order. History, they’re picking up a quote.
You all have to have quotes Tom. Put that on your roadmap. Got to get quotes up. They’re, quoting is a big big thing, because you want to utilize the commerce experience drive. Sales through commerce doesn’t have to be outside of the world. Ultimately, they add items to their cart all right once they get to the shopping, cart. Page they’re not proceeding through our normal checkout they’re, going to band in the cart crazy right, they’re, going to transfer that car back into their procurement system right goes back as a requisition.
Once it gets approved, that’s what a purchase order gets then right now you got the deal. You could do the work you get paid. Everybody’s happy automate it right. How many of you are getting orders with junk SKUs? You ever get orders junk SKUs. Just one. Are you the only one getting orders enrichment of data, utilizing the data right? No more junk orders we all like orders right, but if you get an order with a junk SKU for $ 65 and a cost, your company’s $ 65 to process an order? Well, you haven’t really yielded anything right, so enrichment of data, all right so enhancing business values to punch out, gives you exact sis to your customers.
Access to the latest products and product information from your catalog take advantage of contract compliant pricing order, build those configurable products right we have. I was telling somebody we have a customer that has 66 billion products. I forgot how many zeros it’s a lot. I don’t know it’s like the hardest products that configure its nuts and bolts, and it shouldn’t be that hard. I wouldn’t think, but I guess it’s pretty hard, but it you know you have to be a major engineer, but ultimately these configurable elements are very important to many of your businesses, easily again kind of create, there’s requisitions and streamline the purchasing right.
How we streamlining the purchasing, we got good data right, you’re, getting orders with good data because they derived from your commerce experience in real time, dry, purchasing compliance to and control spending across the organization across their organization. It’s a win for you as well, because again you’re getting good data you’re, getting orders all right. This is on that document. So I’ll spare you this keep that.
So again, when I was 17 years old and we did our first punch-out integration, we realized that needed to be an easier way right. We came up with this far-fetched idea. That’s today is supporting tens of thousands of integration points around the world of this adaptable technology. This kind of paypal of the b2b II procurement space, this solution that could be leveraged by companies of all types using any type of infrastructure.
They want we’re very much agnostic right. So that’s how we go to market we’re able to work with Sachin at big commerce right DC cap with any of the platforms are using, and this is important, because Commerce is an evolutionary process right. What you can afford today, or can do today, may be vastly different a year two or three down the road. Continuity is a big important piece of what we do at punch-out to go by being able to support our customers and bring value to helping them leverage.
Whatever best in breed commerce technologies, they have right here, they’re leveraging. This is our nascar slide deck and it’s not a bragging deck. The sheer volume of the nuances that you guys have imagine the nuances that all these other companies have. This crazy nuances and many of these companies are at the elementary stage of understanding this eat procurement space as well, but again, it’s the fastest growing b2b blog that there is this e-procurement space.
Every company has their own different commerce technologies right. So Lowe’s is a homegrown system, moving to a hybrid WebSphere model and other zones. I think Oracle. Something and worth is Magento and you know there’s a big commerce up there, there’s all types of stuff again helping companies leverage whatever they want. These integrations are nice. Is anybody ever done an EDI integration, you undo two more right yeah.
What if you wanted to do? One more that’d be pretty cool right. So that’s what I this, this landscape, that we work in it’s very complex, so a lot of different procurement systems that I mentioned, I think a hundred fifty or sixty that we connect to today. They all use standards right EDI is a standard C XML. Another standard buzzword – they all use them on standardized and, what’s worse, is each system that supports that standard of C XML and enforces as a standard.
The actual buying organization on those procurement system has their own unique requirements right. So you end up with a lot of kind of bespoke integrations and this diagram does it. It gets purely chaotic, but we come in and we paint this pretty picture and we deliver on the ability that we can connect your commerce technologies. Your commerce technologies me and your big commerce, your Magento, whatever you’re, using right to your customers on any procurement system, no matter what it may be, any we do that very well.
We actually never lost a customer. I’r pretty excited about that. That’s cuz! I talked to that talk, um and dad I’m just kidding so benefit to be procurement. I think you know this is a really important is for your customers. It’s enhancing the shopping experience. It’s streamlining the order process reducing the cycle times. Lowering procurement cost increasing order, accuracy, invoicing, automation, all these cool things right.
You want to do the same, so that’s a win for you as well you’re going to expand your sales reach. I guarantee it or I’ll, buy you a beer for Mom or Oh drink product pricing availability, it’s a very sticky blog and all these years of doing these integrations. Since we were so seventeen, I could probably count on two hands. How many integrations got turned off and it was probably due to some type of acquisition or something it’s a very sticky blog now, once you’re in there you’re you’re pretty much in there, unless you wouldn’t really screw it up, and it’s a relationship blog right.
I always say it’s a good old boy or good old girl Network right. It really is it’s. The relationships are really important. All right, so I was going to do a live demo, but I didn’t have the ability, so I grabbed some screenshots. So this is a procurement system called Koopa they’re, probably the fastest-growing procurement system on the market. It’s used by, like Tesla, is going commerce with Tesla’s or sales forces or vc8 animal hospitals or all across the map.
Airbus whatever. So this is VCA. Vca is a large animal hospital group. I think they have 800 locations in North America, they bought Koopa and they actually just like we kind of do for suppliers. We do for buyers as well, so they bought Koopa and they put punch-out to go between Koopa and all of their key vendors. I think ninety-four percent of their spend is going through technology so of those 800 locations.
When anytime, anybody needs to buy anything, they must go to Koopa. They can’t just get in their car and go to Lowe’s and go to Staples they. They have to use these systems it’s the way it works. So what do we see here? It’s it’s! It’s a marketplace: it’s it’s their internal purchasing engine. This is these procurement systems are bolt ons to larger erps like an S, AP, ERP or Oracle. Whatever the case may be, in this case, they’re homegrown, but ultimately it’s a bolt on and it just does a better job of everything vendor related.
You are a vendor, the distributor seller right, I know so. I just grew up the words here. It’s amazing, you go to certain places and you guys say bars and this things – and you know everybody’s in different world, but I think you guys are all distributors, but in our world you’re sellers or the vendor right. So, within these procurement systems the end user, if they want to buy anything, they have to go through here.
So it says: what do you need? It’s pretty cool good, a little opening right. So I need gloves, that’s cool. So all this is fed. What you’re, seeing here in this internal market place by hosted catalog files? This is not the experience right. It’s not the e-commerce experience, there’s often a very healthy mix of hosted catalogs and these kind of punch out catalogs. But what we see here is this right.
So can anybody point out anything that’s wrong like there’s like that’s not like today’s world of Commerce, like anybody see anything silly about this experience, I’ll give you a hint sighs all right like there’s, no configurable elements right, it’s antiquated there’s! Maybe there needs to be an MSDS on this or a user guide. Here’s how you put the glove on. I don’t know it can’t exist right so with punch out over here on the right hand, side we have shop online.
These are their punch out vendors. These are the vendors that they use punch out with again on single click, an end user can access any one of these vendors through punch off. So I am going to magically select CDW boom. That’s cool right! What’s that we do it again, mmm all right! So now we are authenticated into the CDW application. There’s my guy! That’s my Account Manager, hey Glen. I got a question for you right so now I see that they have quotes again really important or I can shop right.
So you know HP workstation, it’s not configurable, but that’s. Ok. What do we have here, but we don’t have that static? Look. We don’t have that cheesy whatever and we got Glenn down here on the left-hand corner. Saying hey I’m here to help you write your chat. Cdw the Grainger’s right, I think you heard the statistic earlier: who was it that said eighty percent or something was it great? These companies have just crushed this eprocurement space.
It’s been a huge blog for them right and it’s and that’s why they come up with that number and it’s a different type of dynamic right. You same thing like with the thermo Fisher or some of these other kind of marketplace types of concepts. They go after these procurement blogs. It’s it’s not a reactive blog like if I talked earlier remember about my hardware company in Richmond Virginia. They were reactive right, we’re finding more companies now starting to get more proactive right.
So these companies like this, have been very much proactive, which is why they’ve seen so much growth and b2b right the same thing that Amazon is trying to do, but ultimately we’re on this e-commerce site. It’s a much more enriched experience underneath there’s way more pictures, we’re not limited to one picture. Somebody else talked about get good pictures on your websites. Obviously very important.
Don’t use a cookie cutter product data, you have enriched the product data, but it creates a good experience and then you can have the little. You know the HP expert guy there to talk to. I think his name was Glenn. I don’t know, but ultimately we can add the item to our cart and again, the biggest difference is: is that we’re not proceeding through our normal checkout right? What we can do, maybe I remember we’re going to carry that shopping.
Cart back over the procurement system right. Why is that? We got ta, take it through approvals right, so now we transferred it back. Just like that BAM I didn’t have to click as thought about is, like my Alexa Alexa flip, the page um, but now so we plugged in you know where. So all the ship twos right 800 locations – I mentioned they all live in the procurement system. This is now and it’s it seems weird, because the users now had it items to the cart.
They brought it back now, they’re going to tell you where they want it, which seems weird right, but this is how the process works. So I’ve decided I want to send it to Cincinnati Ohio. I can look at this beautiful data right. It’s not junk data. It’s clean data and then, ultimately I can submit it for approval now. I can also go and shop from other vendors as well. I can go and punch out the staples and add some staples.
I can go punch out to err gas and add some helium for tonight’s party or whatever the case may be, but ultimately I could submit it for approval right, which will send the purchase orders out to the various vendors for them to be able to then fulfill. All right and buy pizzas for the office right, good stuff, so how’s this little pointer work. This is tricky. I’r screwed push a button, alright cool, so mmm b2b storefront right, that’s your Magento’s, whatever, whatever use them for commerce, big commerce, Oh ERP! This is your ERP.
On the right hand, side right whatever that may be p21, whatever the case may be, that automation is really important right for pushing up product and pricing and all that good stuff. But, more importantly, when you get orders right. So, even though, in in the e-procurement space, everything is derived from external applications, it still could be driven through the commerce blog, and this is really becoming even more important for large companies.
I was, I was up in Philly talking to one of the largest medical device companies in the world and they want to make sure that they can even get EDI orders back through commerce. Edi has been seen as this kind of siloed world, but it’s really a commerce, it’s really commerce technology, so you can drive more through commerce. You mentioned, I think, ten percent of your businesses through commerce. Do you have any EDI? No it’s, but if you did it probably wouldn’t be part of that ten percent right.
You wouldn’t think about it that way, but it really should be going through commerce, so that need to go over direct, your ERP, who else was doing EDI? Are you guys running that through commerce or just directly, to your ERP yeah, so you lose some visibility? You don’t really know where that’s that’s that, where you guys are probably all kind of commerce professionals in your organization, your measured about your measured for what you accomplished to commerce right.
You might look at this about trying to receive orders and so forth and transact through commerce, rather than directly with your ERP, especially if your commerce component is connected to your ERP right becomes more modular right, which is important so that the workflow was is the top Left is we started at Koopa, we clicked on CDW, with through Alexa right, no just kidding click through CDW. We got authenticated to the store right, CDW’s application, we’re serving up the product and pricing for VCA.
In that scenario, we added that HP product right. If we had a question, we could talk to Glenn that was cool in the live chat. We transferred that cart back over to Koopa. On the left hand, side right again, we can go shop for helium. We can do whatever we want, but ultimately again submit for Peter for the PIO and get approval and then that pio gets sent back and that completes the status. So it’s not an abandoned cart.
Maybe it’s like a pending cart or something of that nature. Anybody any questions of this kind of workflow like will we just step through just make any sense? Does anybody have any advice for me to give anybody some type of elevator speech next time, I’m in the elevator? What do you do? I work on a computer huh tall building yeah exactly right. If anybody has any advice on that, I don’t really love to hear it alright.
So what kind of questions do we have? It’s is your mind. Blown here is uh. You guys feeling all right yeah. Well again, so only approved vendors are made accessible, yeah, so we’re logged in as P odigo, that’s our little acronym and then we clicked on CDW and that click we’re all we’re kind of through the browser you know i’ll fennec ate it in the VCAs b2b account Right so there’s like a handshake between punch out to go and CDW says: hey welcome, VCI in your application.
Yes, sir, I would shop what percentage do you think of b2b commerce is going through eprocurement right now and where’s that headed yeah? I got that data. Oh Mexican, right here I was just looking at the report and just came out. I think it’s a 10 percent, so they said so. This is a b2b online. They put out a report. Ten percent on supplier website growth, but I think it’s it’s 37 percent growth across the e-procurement Channel.
It’s it’s very tricky right, so you know for Grainger it might be 50 percent of their business. Remember, 50 percent of companies are using e-procurement systems. They may not be using them well, but it’s going to vary it’s going to vary based on you know your relationship, you have with the customer, and you know they’re kind of the volume right now is coffee procurement, a large percentage yeah.
Let me get to be good one second yeah, so this was mapping out the 10 million dollar number and to attend trillion-dollar number, I’m sorry. So in of the 10 trillion and employees on supplier websites again related to be to be kind of the suppliers, you know the employees of an organization, 954 billion SAS eprocurement systems outside of a network, 834 billion, a procurement of services outside of a net 185 billion.
So it’s over a trillion through procurement. The the weird thing about the report, though it is, is that it segments EDI networks where, in essence, a lot of these like Arriba’s and different platforms are also EDI networks. Edi networks can consist of four point. Seven trillion of the ten trillion dollar number and 218 billion was handled at travel and strip clubs, but it’s really going to vary, but this this article is actually really well well done.
It’s is on b2b e-commerce, world digital commerce, 360. They do a good job of covering b2b good question. Yes, sir, if I’m ear gas and I want to be part of the VCA yeah. What’s what does that relationship? Look like how do how does air gas go about being one of those logos, yeah so they’re in a pretty good position, because then I really have kind of one competitor right, so they have the relationship.
This space again is good old boy, girl, girl network, its relationship driven. You have to win the loyalty, the love when they evaluate your capabilities, as you know, for commerce right, I think when you, when you start looking at landing a larger accounts, you’re going to go through this RFP process. It’s going to ask you if you’re capable of doing these particular types of things right so for air gas, they already have the relationship, but they have to have the relationship you can’t just go enter on into a network right.
You have to have a relationship or find a way to one of those relationships and they may start through our of pees right with organizations or Mississippi Valley, municipalities or organization. You know, like VCAs of the world that you might sell to, and maybe just maybe BCAAs your customer and maybe only for the store, so somehow our buying through through you. You know because they’re close by that becomes a much larger opportunity for you to go to VCA procurements, say: hey, we’ve been supporting because they’re new to eat procurement right, so we just launched them like six months ago.
So there could be orders that are happening outside the procurement blog that they’re going to be wanting to rein in right that there might be greater opportunities for you to go to procurement of these order to not only sell to that subset of locations. But now to a broader network right we see that a lot see a lot with like promo. We see a lot in all industries really, but hopefully that answer your question.
Sir. Thank you more questions for Brady. Oh we’ve got one in the back for a couple. People on Koopa yeah: how does the pricing work cuz this Jordan gets a different price than that one? Okay, so not my project that punch on the go pricing, but how does your pricing right right, yeah so remember? So, what’s your e-commerce application? Okay! So there’s a handshake that has to happen between the procurement system.
So again, when we talk about standards, a lot of these systems have unstandardized approaches, but there’s some form of relevant data. That’s happening on click, so when they click to access your store, we might be getting a Duns number or some type of from or to identity like we’re going to be getting some form of information, so that your ecommerce application can’t properly authenticate the user to reflect The correct offering every integration yeah, it’s yeah, it’s through the browser but yeah, but it’s posting data, it’s a great question and that’s another another thing too: it’s if you do again one integration with VCA and at Koopa and then now you got Tesla.
It’s a completely separate engagement. It doesn’t matter that you’ve connected to that Koopa right, even though coop is a SAS based eprocurement system, it’s a completely separate engagement, you’re networking with Tesla’s any procurement team and they have their own rules and so forth. But does that answer your question ma’am it does and and then just to pick up on once somebody else said is I just go to Koopa, but I have to be an approved vendor.
Can I go out there and like post Here I am. Does anybody want to approve me so what a lot of I think the view on that document there. It talks about maybe a little bit of uncovering how your customers like to purchase from their suppliers right. So if you know like those companies that you might be uploading product data to right, those are your first ones. I think you think about going to and saying hey what procurement system are you guys using we’d like to move away from this? Providing you an excel sheet and offer our technology’s right, your gross sales would be good and it makes easier for them.
Um it’s a tough network. It really is again very much relationship driven with the CW’s and Granger’s do. Is they go to all the procurement events right? They have some form of blog manager, of a procurement that is going to these events establishing their relationships, the guy from Amazon. I think his name was a lawyer day he’s like seven foot. Nine he’s really tall dude right, so he goes to every show and he talks to everybody trying to take your business right, but they’re, really just after tail spend you know tail spend is like the the small spend the the products.
They think that a VCA can’t purchase right from others if that makes sense, but it’s a tough network right and it’s not like you, you said it and, and it’s all gold right, it’s it’s a it needs strict focus, but these companies that are going to do These types of integrations with you, if you’re not getting a multitude of orders every day, then there’s a problem right. So it’s it’s not going to be.
I’r going to order for me today and maybe I’ll order from you next week, you are going to be an approved vendor if you can make your way to one of these networks right. If you follow up with us, follow up with me afterwards, we have some other good content with names of eprocurement systems, anything that becomes a little tricky too so, for instance, like Duke University uses Jagger, but if you ask anybody a Duke how they you know where They’re doing a purchaser from they’re going to say I used by a Duke what the hell’s the underlying application is.
You know Jack. If you ask me by a VC a what do you guys use, I use auto right. That’s what they’ve called it! What the heck is all right, that’s a coupon right, but it’s sometimes can be a little tricky navigate. But again, that’s why it takes this focus but don’t lose out on us right and don’t don’t pick yourselves in the butt. If you can’t make your way immediately, it takes a little time, a little dedication, a little focus and it will pay.
I promise you, it’s the fastest-growing blog, be too big, no problem any other questions. I think I’ve over overstayed. My welcome here. Yeah. Oh we’re yanking! You off give it a go for Brady
So let’s go ahead and get right into this article, so if you guys are new to my blog or new to the series, I want to challenge myself and start a alias business, so that basically means I did not use my face.
I did not use my followers. I did not use my likeness to create a business and I created the business on a five hundred dollar budget. So with that being said, I had to basically create this website for, under thirty to forty dollars, using free apps from Shopify, using the templates on Shopify, using the photos that I got from the vendor. So let’s go ahead and get into choosing a theme. So when you log into your Shopify you’re, going to go click on online store when you click on online store, you’re going to then choose your theme.
Shopify already has a default theme that you can choose from. But if you go to the theme store, there’s there’s a whole bunch of themes that you can choose from. Some of them are paid and some of them are free. There are themes with a lot more features, but because this is on a $ 500 budget, lien got the brush for that. So I’m going to go ahead and search through the free themes. There are about eight free themes that you can choose from and when you’re first starting out the free themes are more than enough and they actually have a lot of cool features.
Even for me, in the past, when I had profitable drop shipping companies or EECOM companies, I still stuck to free themes because they gave me exactly what I needed and the good thing about. Choosing from any one of these eight themes is, they do have color presets. So you can go on one theme like Brooklyn or minimal, and you can see that they have multiple color presets for each theme. So if you’re, the type of person who isn’t really tech savvy or you don’t have the time or energy to go ahead and change the font in the color format, you can go ahead and choose a color theme.
That’s going to be great for you or you can browse through all the other themes that you like. Choose the template that you like and then go in in the backend and change the colors, which I will show you later in the article and what I’ve learned through my analytics in Shopify is that 80 percent, or more of my customers actually view my site from A mobile view, because I do a lot of social media marketing.
So it’s really important that when I’m looking through the demos, I’m looking at them in mobile view, so that I can see exactly what my customer is seeing. It’s also good to keep in mind that whatever photos or whatever content, you’re thinking about putting on your website, you look at it through mobile view to make sure that it size correctly. So the theme that I’m going to go with is a Brooklyn.
I really like this theme, because I really like the way that the photos are laid out so after I’ve chosen a theme. I really like to go in depth in looking at the demo, so I’m going to go to the product pages to see exactly how the products look. I really like the way the photos are laid out. I like the way the different sizes and variants are laid out. I even let the bottom. This brand is going to be more of a colorful girly brand, something that I I’m going to do basically the opposite of what I would do from my personal brand.
Just to explore my creativity and just to do something different, so I do really like the bright colors that this theme already has integrated into the site. The font is something that I could change, but I could actually change that in the backend. This is probably the most complete template where I really have to make minimal changes. After I put in my content – and as I mentioned when you are finalizing a template, you always want to look at it in mobile view as well, because 80 % or more of your customers, depending on your demographic, are probably going to be looking for a mobile View so now that I’ve chosen a theme next, I’m going to start and start adding content to the page.
If you guys are following along in the series, you know that in article 2, when I actually shop in the store, I spoke to the manufacturer and I asked them if they could send me content to use for my website and they approved it. So all of these pictures that I’m getting of the models are actually coming from the manufacturer at zero cost, and you happen to have pictures of models. We do have pictures on the models and are we allowed to use that for the store? Yes, you are.
Okay. Is it possible if we can see the boat sure, so I did not spend money on models. I did not spend money on any type of photographer a makeup artist. I here a hair, stylist or anything like that, so that is a complete free cost. So the first thing that I’m going to do is add a cover photo. This cover photo is something that I made in a quick and easy free way. I’r actually going to show you guys in depth all of the marketing Flyers, some of the stuff that I use to curate a fee.
Some of the stuff that I use to make the website, I’m going to show you all of those in article Stix. So stay tuned for that and subscribe so that you get notified when I upload that article I like to make anywhere from four to six slides so that I can alternate them on my website and the cool thing about this is each slide can have its own Text and its own link, so what you do is when you choose the photo and you add the photo in you can go down and you can actually put a text over it.
So if you want to put a clue or you want to put sex or t-shirts or things like that, you can put that and then this link tab allows whatever link that you put whether it’s a product, page, a collection, page, an information page. Whatever page you choose or a specific product that you choose it, when a customer clicks the link on this slide, it will take them directly to that page and if you are part of that percentage, that does not like the color of the theme.
But you like the format of it, you can always change the colors of the buttons Shopify’s template makes it quick and easy to just add things in the place and in the sections. So on the side here are the different sections that are in this template. So you can move the sections up say you want the slideshow to be lower or you want the content to be higher or you want a collection to be featured, or things like that.
You can also delete the sections. If you don’t have enough content to fill it or if you want more of a minimal page, the theme comes with preset sections, but you can delete them if you don’t want them when I started any type of new business or any new venture. For me, the biggest thing is staying in the mindset of obtaining that goal and being successful. So I always find it really helpful when I listen to different people who were or are on the same path or journey that I am in that endeavor.
The audio book that I’ve been listening to recently is a ready fire aim, which is all about outsourcing and getting a team so that you can actually grow and expand your brand telling you to fire yourself and make yourself free of the things that are making you A slave to the small things, basically taking your time and energy away from marketing your company or growing your brand to get more revenue in the end, and this article is in partnership with audible.
You can start listening with a 30-day audible trial, choose one audiobook and two audible originals for free by going to http://www.Redcross.Org, or you can showcase all of your pink items as one or your purple items as one or your shorts or your shirts, or whatever collection or Bundle that you want to create, but in order to create a collection, you need to go ahead and go out of the online store and you need to go into the products tab after you go to the product tabs you’re going to collect collection.
After you, click collection, you’re, going to have to name the collection and then choose a cover photo for the collection. The cover photo basically serves as when you have a lot of different collections. You can put a tab on the menu that says collections and it’ll show all the collections. So some people like to short search through websites that have 200 or 500 items and they like to search through all of the shirts or maybe they want to search through all of the winter collection or all of the new items or maybe all of the pink Things or purple things or or even some sites have collections where you can search through vacation, wear or formal, wear, or things like that, so the cover photo basically is just kind of a preview of what that collection has and a way to keep everything organized.
Yes, this is a small business. We don’t have. A lot of products is a $ 500 budget, but I like to organize my new website, just as I would organize my brand that I’ve had for two years. That is much more lucrative, the more organized that I was in the only translated to better communication with me and my staff, as well as a more organized back in on Shopify. For my customers to search through and to add products to your collections, you can either do it manually or when you’re, adding the product into the store, and you have the collection already made.
You can integrate the product when you’re putting all the product information into a specific collection. This is a way that you can display your items on your homepage in an organized way to show specific collections. The next thing that I really like to get into is the font Shopify recently or I don’t know over the years. Shopify has added so many different fonts that you can choose from, and I personally think font is a big deal because I feel like it’s a big part of branding.
You can also choose how big the font is, what color the font is, and you can change the header font from the body font to the link font and things like that, and when I edit my site, I really like to go through every single tab. Every single page and see how I can improve every page and make sure that it’s branded and because this brand is really cute and really girly and really colorful. I can just go on google and search for some images to insert on certain pages so for the checkout page or the cart page.
I thought this pink cloud look would be cute. You can also add your logo to the checkout page and I’m going to go ahead and show you guys exactly how I did the logo for free in article 6 as well, when I was first starting out and I didn’t have the resources or the money to Outsource for me, a big part of my branding was using my free resources as tools to develop my brand. The attention to detail on a start-up brand is so big, so I really like to take advantage of every little aspect of me being able to integrate my brand into a free template.
So at this point I literally go through the different changes. I might change the font again. I might change the color again. I like to make a whole bunch of changes and then kind of see how it works and go through the different pages and see how everything is related and connected. Make sure that it flows make sure that the colors are great. I feel like using certain pinks and certain purples can look really cheap, so I always kind of opt out for just using black white or gray, depending on the background.
I just go ahead and take my time and look through the website and make the necessary changes. Another thing that is super important is the menu tab. The menu tab can be a place where you add different collections, or you can add some of your legal things like shipping or exchanges, which is something that I’m going to do so in order to change the menu tab and make it more expansive. You just go ahead and click this link here and it’s going to take you to the menu, and this is where I’m going to add the shop, Nell tab and then choose the all collections link.
Then the shipping tag which shows the link to the shipping policy and then the exchange tab, which is going to have a link directly to the exchange policy. After I put all the names on the menu I go ahead and press save and then it will update on my home page. So at this point everything seems like it’s good to go. I played around with the fonts I played around with the colors. The biggest thing here, which was a homerun for me, is getting the high quality content, a photo shoots models, hair, stylists, makeup, artists or even buying a camera.
Yourself is a lot of money. So when you go to your manufacturer and you are buying things wholesale ask to use their stock photos that they have for their models nine times out of ten, they will say yes, so this made this website very cheap and very easy to use the next part Of this article I’m going to go ahead and get into the apps that I use to leverage the Baron get more brand credibility, social proof and things like that.
So now, let’s get into these a free, Shopify, apps, so app number one is product review. This is self-explanatory. Product reviews are great because it allows customers to communicate and give you feedback as well. It also lets you know if the items are running too big, too small, if the colors are true, and things like that, I personally as consumer always like to read product reviews, especially as a woman.
Sometimes things don’t fit the way that they’re supposed to sometimes the colors are often things like that and as a business owner, it allows you to see what your customers are wanting there and eating. If the products are good, you know to keep buying with a specific vendor that the sizing is off. You know to make some changes. The second app that I like to use is the shipping bar by hexam. This is really cool because it’s kind of like a piggy bank method where it says that you’re 20 dollars away from free shipping or ten dollars away for free shipping.
So in this demo you can see that I’ve added a shirt to the cart and then at the top it says your dollars away from free shipping and when you’ve exceeded or hit the 100 dollar mark, it will tell the customer that they have qualify for free Shipping and in this app, you can go ahead and change the rule of the shipping. So I’m going to I’m going to go ahead and change mine to $ 50 and I’m also going to change the overall message as well and customize the colors.
The text and the background and things like that, the next app that I like to use, which is free, is the insta feed app. This shows your Instagram feed on your website, which is really good, because this allows website viewers to see your customers, and it can also lead to getting more followers on your Instagram feeds. If I see different customers different people using the product or service, it just adds a more social proof to me, so I personally always like adding in sofy, because it allows my potential customers to see how my existing customers are using the products.
What it looks like in different lighting without being in the studio, how they’re using the product, how they’re using the service – and it also gives their feedback the next and the very last app that I like to use, is privy, which is an email marketing app. And I’m sure you’ve seen some of these features that this that this app actually has on some of the websites that you’ve shops. So if you ever tried to exit out of a site and then you get a pop-up like hey, don’t leave here’s tip percent off on your next order or if you are going to leave and you see a wheel pop up and you spin the wheel for A percentage off or things like that by putting your email in this app is probably pretty so things like this basically allow you to capture the email which then allows you to do email marketing.
Sometimes these things ask for the customers phone number and it allows you to text the customer offers as well and if their cookies are torrent, turned on and they’re logged into their email or their Facebook or their Instagram. It allows you to then at some point in time have direct facebook ads re target, the audience that have already gone on your site, and that is for a different article with all that being said.
That concludes today’s article. I hope you guys enjoyed it. I did all of this under $ 30 in one month, because my Shopify subscription is $ 29 and all of these apps are free, with the features that I am currently using and don’t forget, if you guys, are interested, if you guys get a 30-day audible child And choose one audiobook and two audible virginals for free when you go ahead and go to http://www.Hsn guru: 500 500, if you guys have any questions, go ahead and put them down in the comments below this is a 11 article series so go ahead and subscribe.
If you are liking the series so that you can be notified when the next article is posted, thank you guys so much for reading and I will see you in the next upload Bisou

Ladies and gentlemen, silent Mike another Q & A back to my roots. This is where it started raw loose, quickfire, silent mic with two K’s on Instagram and Twitter. If you want to get involved, we’re twitching as much as we can live stream, we built a dope community to be able to chat with you guys live link in the description, momma’s boys’, podcast weekly episodes, if not twice a week, iTunes, stitcher SoundCloud, soon-to-be Spotify on The voice podcast comm check it all out below.
Let’s get to your questions, ladies and gentlemen, how do you warm up before a benching? For me, the most of my warm-ups are pretty specific, so I take the barbell, for you know 1 to 3 sets of 20 to 30 reps, and then I slowly add weight building up to my working weight. I also do like to do some kind of band pull apart warm up my back my rotary cups as well as some kind of a school. If I’m feeling real cold or something feels a little iffy, then I’ll do a little extra warm-up.
Some push up something of that nature, but that’s typically it Mike another warm up question Mike. How many sets do you do before getting in your working weight? So that’s almost impossible to say my man, because if my working weight on bench is 275, I may only do 3 or 4 sets to get there. But if I’m warming up to 650 pounds for doubles on deadlift, I may take 8 sets to get there. So it all depends on how strong you are.
Typically, you know five, maybe 10 % jumps for the couple beginning jumps and then 5 % jumps leading onto the working weight. It’s a good general general guideline. How come I don’t need to adjust my one rep max for a 10 week program? What are the percentage no longer represent my true 1 rep max, or does it not matter great fuckin question so when you’re running a you know, 8 12. 16 week program? Do you need to update your one rep max, because perhaps you got stronger in that program? It all depends on the program.
It all depends on the goal and it all depends on the individual. I know you hate that answer, because that’s the truth and everybody hates the truth. So, for multiple reasons I would say: no, you don’t have to update it, but it kind of depends if you’re a beginner, a true beginner you’ll, be able to PR and your 1 rep max will go up every single week. How so Mike? Because you’re, a D trained and your body is so willing to adapt to the new stimulus and the new skill acquisition that you’re getting you’re getting better at the bench.
Press weekly plus your muscles, are getting stronger, repairing quicker because you’re not actually handling the type of loads that you body’s actually ready to handle, so you’ll be able to progress very rapidly from there. It might be every two weeks, every four weeks that you can PR in the lift. This obviously depend on age, genetics and some other things. This is talking about pure beginners. As you get more advanced, that’s pretty much.
The defining factor between a beginner and intermediate is how long in between it takes for you to PR or hit a new personal record. Eventually, you know the best in the world are hoping for a small five pound, ten pound PR, every 12, 16 or even 20 weeks. And that’s why I says it depends now, if you are not a pure beginner and you can’t PR every week or every other week, I still don’t think you should update your 1 rep max again, based on the program, let’s just blanket statement say we’re going for A 12-week peak program so we’re going to test our 1 rep max at the end, the chances or the percent that you got stronger throughout the entire program won’t really affect the program that much until you test anyways at the end, because you, depending on the program You’re not going to make a 150 percent gain in your 1 rep max.
You know if it’s 5 or 10 % that will all show itself at the end when you test anyways, and then you can repeat the program with those updated when we’re programming. I mentioned this in the last Q & A as long as you’re kind of hitting a range on that day. That’s why our Pease become so popular and it is very effective because you just kind of have to hit this right. This target, you don’t have to hit the bullseye every day of the weight to get the proper stimulus to progress as long as you’re kind of in that range that we’re aiming for that certain stimulus, depending on the program depending on the day and the intent of That workout you’ll make progress and be just fine, so I wouldn’t overthink it don’t over stress.
It follow the program test at the end and then we run a program with the new updated maxes. Will I ever go back to conjugate training um, probably not not, while I’m competitive power loop, you know, I think the frequency is enough for me the variations, I don’t think they work the best for the majority of raw power. Lifters. I’ve done a many articles on this. I think, if your raw powerlifting, you need more competition lifts than typical conjugate does.
I know I could make it my own and these things, but I prefer the style of training. I do I believe in it. I think it’s time tested, I think it’s it’s proven through many other coaches and systems, but it’s proven through myself as a lifter and as a coach with everyone. I’ve worked with. So I think I’m going to stick with that. If you know I totally wrap up and just don’t power lift per se anymore yeah, I can mess around with some cons.
You get taking up variations. We got a decent lifting question here for WordPress or floor press as a very simple bench press which one do you prefer and why I’d say if I had to choose, one would probably be the floor press personally and from experience with other athletes and being in The gym a board press is an awesome movement, but for a lot of lifters, they’re so uncomfortable with that bench on or excuse me, the board on their stomach that they’ll miss groove and all untighten their back more often than not that their bench form will just Go to the window and they’re just worried about touching that board.
So I would say what I would throw in. There is. Maybe a Spoto pressed we’re kind of pausing at different heights. You know true, which is off the chest, just a little pause it and come back up just controlling it yourself. I think this moreso reinforces a tight back and control the barbell and then I’d say the floor plus for the same reason, if you’re going to use a variation, let’s go outside of the box a little bit and, let’s really you know kind of pause, our triceps On the ground, before we explode back up, and I think you’ll find it good groove and a good carryover from the floor person stuff what to do in the gym after a meet or a peak kind of you know, if all is healthy and you’re feeling good.
It might be another time to have some fun and try something a little different. It’s also a good time to just chill, maybe do some dumbbell work, maybe take it completely off. It kind of depends on your mental state and what will get you motivated to continue on the gym? So maybe just another one rep max, maybe just do some dumbbell work, have some fun or maybe take it completely off and then get back into things.
In a couple weeks, what tip you would give all lifters where they’re, beginners or experienced that’s a good question tip. I would give anybody – and this is lifting life business – is have some patience, have some patience. Things always take longer than you think they will and if you have patience and stick to the plan or stick towards your goal, or at least have that goal in your mind. Daily you’ll get there and that’s not to be some motivational, bullshit guru, because you all know I hate some motivational bullshit gurus.
But truth is this: if you have patience and you stick to a plan you’re going to get a lot closer that goal, then you ever would without those two things and those are literally the only two things. Two things you need. You need a little bit of patience, maybe a lot of patience, more patience than you think you need, you need it and some type of plan to get there and that’s all you need. You welcome that’ll, be $ 8,000, send it to my pickup.
What are your thoughts on? Only dead lifting singles, I thought so only dead, lifts and singles is, is probably not optimal. Now there are some instances that you might be able to get away with something of that nature. We’re only dead lifting singles once a week at a higher intensity and catching some volume on a variation like a block, poor stiff leg or something of that nature. But I think the majority of time all lifts are going to be similar to some extent where, if we want to get better at that lift we’re going to have to slowly build volume and frequency over time.
So if you want to get better at the deadlift, we’re going to have to get some deadlift in muscles and the way to get deadlift in muscles is to build them with some reps – maybe some variation, but definitely some reps. Some volumes for frequencies so deadlift singles. Can you lift a lot of weight that way sure I’m sure somebody has and their comments are going to be blasted below, like some so deadlift at 900 pounds by only doing singles proud of that guy and proud of you for knowing that random ass fact that No one cares about, but I think for the majority of people you’re going to have to do some volume we’re going to have to do some work.
If you had to pick three exercises besides the squad deadlift and the bench to build a routine around, what would they be Chinna love me. Some chin-ups overhead press build them delts, and I don’t know if this counts, but I hope it counts. We’ll do the front squat and if that doesn’t count, will do the Bulgarian split squat there you go shove it in your pipe smoke on that one Mike. What is your best and/or favorite point guard in the NBA right now.
Y’All know I love some basketball comment below your favorite point guard or favorite player and all professional sports right now type it in hit enter tag. A friend tell them say: hey you’re, your player, sucks my players and that’s my favorite point guards. So I can’t make any decisions in my life right now. Steph Curry might be one of probably the best point guard in the league right now. It’s pretty hard to argue against my favorite point guard in the league.
Right now is a tie with my man. Isiah Thomas, I know he’s been injured, but he’s still a boy and the one and only Russell Westbrook, that boys is stud. I love reading Russell Westbrook. If I couldn’t make me somebody I’d make me some Russell Westbrook from the style to the big dunks like this. Coming down the lane, Russell Westbrook’s, a man, I’m a big fan, but there’s a lot of good point guards: Kyrie Irving’s a stud, although we left my calves, I’m not that mad about it.
I mean I’m mad about it, but I’m not that mad about it. It’s healthy eating beat training for my man, dankey meme, well, dankey. Let me tell you a thing or two: the healthy eating. Now, I’m going to say that depends on the goals. I think the combination of everything you’re talking along jet, it longevity of life healthy living. Having a long, healthy, happy life, happy wife, whatever these people say, he’s married folks or be able perform performance athlete my mama said it’s the UM doula I’m got ta.
That makes him upset. Sorry that was a bad quote. I had half the quote. I was trying to my honor, you know his name Bobby Boucher, mom I’ll knock, her boobies, hey. She showed me her boobies it uh. I liked them too back to the question. Think you mean what she say. I like Becky. If she liked me too, she showed me her boobies and I liked them too. Oh my mama says about a devil. That’s all I got Conner.
Sorry, bro no handshakes in the article we’re on one the dailies and Joe. My too many rock stars does healthy-eating beat training, dinky, memes, dank memes. If you’re just going for a longevity of a life, I think it has to be almost combination of both if you’re going for pure performance, I think lifting is going to take priority. If you’re going for pure looks or losing weight, I think diet is going to take priority.
Hopefully that breaks it down for you. Obviously, I think optimally for a longevity of life performance and looks combination of both, but I’m just saying if you have to just choose one, you know, and I just want to live a long time. That’s a hard question. A living. A long time is a hard one to say, cuz, I think such combo of both performance. I definitely think that training is priority and losing weight gaining weight.
Obviously, I think priority nutrition, but obviously the combo is going to matter bro. Mr. Bokun that hard school it both eat. Decent, listen weights, eat, decent, listen weights, more type of leg exercises. Excuse me, what type of Lake exercises did you do while dealing with my back injury? So when I didn’t squat down lift, I took six to eight weeks off to chill to work. Give my back a break. If I had the option which I didn’t because I was traveling to places, I would do a belt squat.
That’s what I did last time. I tweaked my back. The belt squat is a lifesaver this time around. I didn’t have access to that. So what I did is, I did some Bulgarian split squats with holding a weight on my up on the opposite of my up foot on the Bulgarian to add some balance and some coal work. You know that’s right, put it where eat that salad, no dessert and then lunges just focused on staying, even and still working.
Some of my legs plus I was doing some high intensity, endeavor, ball, training, mmm kit and I was doing some assault bike sprints. How to build a bigger bench? My man’s, I can’t say how many articles I’ve done on building a bigger bench, eat some foods being a calorie surplus focus on your technique, focus on a solid program that has you benching a couple times a week. Do it for a long time, rinse and repeat bench bow! Oh guys, appreciate you I’ll see you on twitch I’ll, see you in the next article we’re dropping articles Tuesday, Thursday Saturday Sunday subscribe.
