How To Get Famous Doing Cover Songs On YouTube [7 Tips]

Before I get started. What are my people for those who are doubting? Yes, you can blow up and become big off of cover song. I have a legitimate career. I readed people from Nicky design to Tori Kelly, Andrea Chloe and Halle. I’m talking about. I love reading these people at the beginning.

As matter of fact, I was reading Justin Bieber on YouTube before he blew up back when everybody was saying. Why are you so talented you surf the world can’t wait. Til you blow I’m going yo girl, I’m your blog to the bathroom and I realized like. Do you suck? That’s not the point. Number one choose your quality. Yes, you can reporter, covering that you can do it. Mp3 playing and kind of lip sync or you can do a live unplugged.

You can do something in the studio. You can do just a raw straightforward in front of the camera singing and that, personally is my favorite, because it has that raw feeling and connections that allow people to feel like you not start, yes, you’re, just somebody in their room that I can root for it. I’m catching you before the world knows about you. That’s the biggest advantage of that one right. There number two consistency.

There’s no fancy way to say it to get attention over time to build a fanbase. You just have to stay consistent. You might not get you the initially, but eventually you’re, building up a catalog when people start to discover you and next thing you know they say. Oh my gosh. This person is amazing, so when you’re doing colors, don’t think about necessarily the first day the first week at the innovation plan to at least dedicate eight months, so you can give it that time to blow up and really start to feed and create his own loop Of audience generation and speaking of other generations, of course, you want to engage with the people who are engaging with you all people who are appreciating you think of them.

They have a quest, go with the request. It’s helpful to help you build a relationship with your fan base and puts. I hope that I didn’t put this on the list, whether your YouTube or Instagram YouTube. You should be doing full songs, probably for may be shortened to minute urgent and then on Instagram 15 to 30. Second clips will work better than doing a full minute number four new songs that are hot while there.

I the reason, because this is when there’s hot song, people are already searching for that song and it makes you more easy to find if I’m looking for bad news next thing, you know, I see it. Girl kills bed and Gucci color on the side of my screen, I didn’t like sleep on it, ketching popular songs and something that a lot of people use. So it’s not necessarily likely not going to have competition, and it’s so faster.

You can do that and turn around a new eyes on the bed. Five same songs that people don’t expect. You saying you know that high vary for different people. You think about people like Nikki heat. You have this writer who doing a lot of track or hard writing. Music covers of songs like the weekend baby job. It might be interesting for a little kid in singing being grown and will resolves that you get a lot of tension.

I’ll necessarily recommend it. But if you’re also being interesting for a wrong woman or a teenager or grown man or whatever to be doing these new renditions of nursery rhymes or if you were doing these slow, sexy renditions of television show lean song kind of like a Jamie Foxx Bill. Brady Bunch he made that for alma mater here’s, a celery who was bringing a three very lovely girls, all of them a hair of gold like their mother er, responding like a song off the TV make it sound good enough to make love, even if the song Was bringing the free burial of the girls all of their venerable Noctem, bother seeing us Waurika number six take fast on the slow down or take slow song.

This beat them up or putting more beat and punch tool. When you change up the arrangement, it helps. You stick out more and it helps people to disassociate with this person’s are singing the song. I even sounds good, so we have a nice voice. It helps them get captured in your talent as a whole, often times just nice to people ears. That’s why a lot of times when people take the bass version of a song and slow it down and do it cool, see people.

Obviously this person so much that it it’s a thing but look. He was covered and you’ll always see that somewhere, another s7 get creative. This could be the most important of all of them, especially if you’re failing to really start getting some directions. You might have to do something really creative, create some kind of series possibly or get somebody involved. I don’t know if you get another person involved and they’re beatboxing with you or you’re, just singing songs, to your dad or with your dad there and reading his reaction or maybe you’re, going to every Starbucks Embassy and singing outside each Starbucks and create a series out Of that somebody does that I swear eventually, if there’s not like vulgar, songs or kind of corporate friendly type songs, they’ll, probably get signed or Starbucks or probably do some kind of sponsorship for because it will be getting incision for Starbucks.

All in all, you just have to look for different ways to entertain people, in addition to your views, there’s so many ways to get creative. You have to figure that out for themselves. I remember this one guy who can sing. He was kind of like a comedian too. He would do these singing reactions to stuff if I could find them I’ll put them in not whatever, but anyway, that’s it hotel bill y’all. What to do is dead, subscribe, good,

My favorite musician as of right now.

Small Business Marketing… Don’t even think about making THIS copywriting mistake

This is the second installment in a series of five, where we’re talking about mistakes, people make in copy that could kill their sales. Today, we’re going to talk about using acronyms and jargon. Look in whatever business you’re in there is a vernacular there’s a jargon.

There are acronyms that are used that you know that perhaps your colleagues know, but maybe your audience isn’t all that familiar with. If you’re a jeweler, you might use the term GI a, but your customers know that do they know what that means. What about I Jo or are Jo or any of the other acronyms that talk about the associations you might have or the qualifications that you might be able to spout? Not that there’s anything wrong with letting people know that you have some qualifications that lends credibility, but they need to understand what they know in the speaking business.

There’s something called CSP. It stands for certified speaking professional problem is most people, including most meeting planners, don’t know what it means or what it takes to get it. So what good is using it if it is not explained, I’m not saying you shouldn’t use it, but you must explain the term. I’ve got a client, who’s, selling, high-tech electronic equipment to the government for use in airplanes and fighter jets and those kinds of things he has a acronym.

That’s our m.R.H M stands for remote health monitoring. Do you know what that means sounds like something they stick on astronauts to make sure their health is ok, not at all has to do with the monitoring of the condition of the power supply or the electronic components that he sells, and it’s a unique point for Him but his customers do they understand it. Do the buyers understand it and is he absolutely sure that they do because, if you’re at the least bit uncertain, you must explain your terms, don’t get caught in the syndrome of using jargon and acronyms that your prospects may not understand? That’s your tip of the day.

So subscribe to your blog and tell your friends about it, check out back episodes of tips of the day and I’ll see you next time on your 30-second marketer tip of the day you

Learn UX & UI Design for FREE (Our Favourite Courses – 2019)

That’s right! No money, no problems, because this is all for free, so this article is going to be really great if you’re, just starting out in the UX UI product industry, I’m going to actually take you into my laptop and show you around 10 to 15.

Amazing resources that you can use literally right now, you can start today to learn UX UI product design to get a little bit of inspiration. These are going to be some really nice resources that I’ll just kick you off in the right direction: they’re, all free! You can start them all right now and I’m not talking about you, know, articles and articles, I’m talking about like full-blown courses and really needy needy resources that will help you learn.

I have so many resources to share with you guys today, I’m going to stop talking and start showing, so, let’s dive into the first one. We have a free online course from Udacity. Now Udacity is a is a platform that has tons and tons of online courses, and actually a lot of them are for free to start, and the thing is, you can then move into the paid program if you’re really enjoying it or you find you’re getting a Lot from it, so this one is called product design, it’s actually instructed by people who work in product design at Google.

So you know that it’s you know legit. Basically, the whole idea is it’s about validation and UX through design sprints funny enough um here at age, 8. Smart. We do a lot of those, so it is free. It’ll. Take you about two months um, so it’s a pretty robust course, which is nice and the skill level is intermediate. So I think that this would be nice for someone who is actually, you know knows what UX is knows what product design is but needs to get a little bit more of those hands-on basics.

All you have to do is how you sign up you sign in to get started. It’s super easy, and actually it’s the you know the free courses, of course, leading into the nanodegree program. Your course leads here. Our crisp sadden and amir Chevette great names. Both of you guys and here’s the cool thing, you have these four kind of key lessons, so you’re learning, ideation and validation, you’re, learning, UX and UI here, so you’re, actually learning how things should look.

What’s kind of a standard in the industry, you’re learning about the design sprint, which you know we happen to know a lot about, so you could learn that on our blog as well, but they’ll go into kind of the basics behind that, as well as key metrics. So how to actually identify metrics for websites and apps relating to you know, traffic, customer satisfaction and engagement. So this is a really nice course that you can just get started and see how you like it, and then you can move on further from there.

Okay, let’s jump into the next tab. I have here this one is from envision. I really like this because it’s a it’s called design talks and it’s actually webinars and kind of online talks about product design, UX design, thinking all these kinds of things and they’re all coming from experts right. So you actually have people from you know this guy is from Airbnb Dan Howard, Dane Dane Howard from Airbnb and he’s actually running one of these talks about the future of UX design.

These are the kind of thing that you can really like get really needy needy. I really love that word today. You can get really great advice from these people they’re, actually working within the industry and, what’s really cool, is there’s tons of them that you can read. Look at all of these they’re all open, free and really just like you’re, going to get some really in-depth insights through these, and then you can sign up if you want to read them live as well.

So that would be our second resource from envision. Very, very great okay. Moving along this is one of my favorites that I found. Actually, this is a design better and it’s called the principles of product design. So this is a little bit more of the basics, but it’s super in-depth and I’m really like nice to look at easy to read. You’re actually talking about you know the core best practices that are going to help you build a design better, faster and more collaboratively.

So it’s you can download the whole thing, but then they also have it outlined and all and all these chapters so like I really liked this one. This chapter two is all about. Let me just go to chapter two here: it’s all about story, storytelling! Oh, that’s! Actually happened one time before, or maybe it’s a problem with the site? Okay, so this is chapter number two that is all about like storytelling and how to actually do that, and it’s not just like this very kind of you know ambiguous talk about how storytelling is important.

It’s actually going into super detailed of like how to actually use a narrative framework for your products super great, and then we also have this guy here, who is Kevin, Chang from incredible labs and he kind of walks you through how he uses storytelling in his daily Work so it’s really high, like really high production value, which I kind of appreciate. I like that, when I’m learning I like to be entertained as well, but, what’s really cool, is they talk about creating user journey max-width through storytelling? Also down here? There’s some really nice.

Visuals tons of nice articles, so the whole thing is really nicely laid out for you. It makes a lot of sense. You know what I mean like you can go through this whole sort of chapter and you really feel like just getting some really great insights. So it’s going to be really really helpful for you. There’s tons of nice little articles that pop up there’s even down here when we talk about personas, there’s, like kind of like a little worksheet that you can actually go through to help you.

You know just get that started if you’ve never done it before it might be something that is a little bit new to you, creating an actual user persona for this product that you’re making so really highly recommend this one it’s from InDesign better, which is actually from Envision as well so those envision guys they’re on it in terms of education right good, so the next one that I want to bring up is actually a Coursera.

So Coursera is obviously an online if you might already know about it, but it’s an online platform that has tons of courses on it and a lot of them have sort of a free start. Like a you know, free chunk at the beginning, and then you can upgrade if you, if you want to a lot of times with these online platforms, they’ll give you the the kind of mini course for free. They just won’t, provide you with this certificate.

So if you’re, just at that point where you’re curious about you know how UX works and you want to see if you’re really interested in it or you want to get that nice boost at the start of your career, these are some really great ways to do That so Coursera has introduction to user experience design. That would be a really great one to start with, it’s going to give you the basics. This focus of this course is to introduce the learner to use her experience, design pretty straightforward, just describing what actually UX is they go into some nice details as well? You can see here, there’s also tons of other, very similar courses.

So once you finish the intro, you can then move into talking about information design, maybe user experience, research and prototyping. That’s a really big one for us, especially the design principles. So you can even get into the nitty-gritty of like visual design as well so Coursera. I would highly recommend checking that out as well, not as visually nice to look at have to say, which is a bit of a downer in terms of you know, design courses, but oh well, okay, this is another one, so this one is called a future learn Future learn calm.

They have tons of courses as well. This one is a user experience course. So you’re going to learn about why user experience and UX is important. The research and design basics and the tools and testing techniques used in UX you’re getting a little bit more detail in this one, and what’s nice about this, is they kind of have laid out? You know your studies and how you should actually do it. So the course will last about three weeks and the the idea is that you would do about two hours per week.

So this is great if you have another job, that you’re doing full-time, because really committing two hours per week for a course is doable with a full-time job as long. So this one is really nice. You have these nice articles as well, so they go through what topics you’re going to actually cover by the week so week. One is why is user experience important so you’re learning the foundation and actually looking at what good usability really is week, two you’re going through user experience, basics, so the importance of user research super important user journeys, visual design, structuring your site, wireframes and interactive prototypes.

So in a lot of ways, they’re taught they are going to be focusing on web design. For this, but also super I mean when it comes to user research journeys and visual design, it will be very similar and then week three is tools and testing. So you’re going to talk about user testing, interaction, design and the importance of analyzing data, so actually a pretty robust course for just three weeks and is full free.

So right, how can you not love it? They also have other courses as well that you can check out tons and tons. You can look them all up here. Short courses, they’ve got in-depth programs and they have online degrees. So you can definitely start here and then take it from there. Okay, the next one that I really like. Actually there I have a couple of these kind of similar ones. Coming up, this one is called hack design and it is a design course, but actually really great for people who are maybe a little bit lazier like myself.

So this is actually you sign up with your email address and you get on a weekly basis. You get delivered the course, so it actually kind of eases you in to the the actual content and basically it’s you have all of these instructors as well. So these are people who are actually working in the industry, which is so important. I absolutely hate it when you’re learning from someone who used to work in design you know years ago, and they aren’t actually, they have no idea what’s going on in the current landscape.

So super important and a variety of opinions and an instructor’s which is also important to get out of your you UX design education. So you sign up with your email address. You get curated lessons every week and you’re learning at your own pace. You can, you know, have your other job and your life, which is important, so hack, design, highly recommend checking that one out, okay, the next one, is from envision.

It’s called principles of UX design and this is another one where actually you’ll sign up with your email address, and you will get one email chapter per week on the guiding principles of good UX design. Doesn’t that sound, lovely, so you’ll receive the following chapters? There’s nine chapters here: what is you user experience UX as a practice and the roles that make it up project planning and process? So this is really good.

Actually, if you are good planning on going into a company to work, so you’ll actually get a good idea of what it’s like working on a product team which you know before you actually go into your first job. There’s really not a lot of ways of finding all that out: what’s user research, what are the persona, what are personas and why they’re important information architecture, visual design, presenting and participating in UX reviews and then beyond UX, which who knows what that is right? I have no idea I like that they keep it in big ewis.

It’s really good. Okay, let’s move on to kind of one that you might actually already know about. It’s called lynda.Com, so this is from LinkedIn. You might already know it now. Actually, the Lynda courses are not for free, however, you can get a free, so it’s like you know you can have a free month trial. So why not make the most of it right sign up for a free month, trial and then just like enroll yourself and tons of courses? Maybe just do one or two just would make you actually make sure you actually do it.

But there’s really like look at this practical UX weekly. You have UX design for developers, that’s great sketch for UX design. This is really cool. Actually, so you can actually learn these hands-on tools. Let’s see what an experienced designer or someone who’s just getting into UX or product design sketch is an amazing tool. It has all the features you need to design for digital devices and screens, and it’s easy to use.

No matter your level of experience. Doesn’t she sound excited to teach you? I actually think this is really great, though, because not often do you get these like free courses that are about a tool, and you don’t have to flood through, like all of the YouTube blogs, to try to find someone who’s? Actually explaining it well, so that’s really nice and there’s tons of them. I mean. Let me just go back.

My computer’s failing me today, so become a UX re, become an easier experience, designer UF’s research Photoshop for UX design, figma for like its endless on Lynda. Actually, this is really really great, so if you can just try it for a month, see how you like it and then maybe you can even sign up for for a little while longer just to kind of improve your skills. I have so many nice courses and tools here, so the next one is very, very cool.

This is all about material design and now. Material design is, of course, Google’s design, guidelines and they’ve released this. To give you a really nice overview and deep dive on material design, how it should look, how it should feel you’re going to talk. Colors typography shapes interaction, it’s really a nice nice resource, so it also looks really nice. Thank you, google. So the next one I’m going to show you is Envato now Envato is a market place for a lot of different things.

You can find graphics, you can find themes you can find like basically anything for kind of media and design. So thanks so have a lot of really nice bite-sized courses, so you can actually look up in this category. You can click. I want you X courses. I’ve had already clicked a lot, but here is all of the UX kind of based courses, and, what’s really nice is they’re like 43 minutes long, you know 37 minutes long and they’re about all kinds of things so like this.

So why the secret of good UX design is saving users time everything you need to learn about. Customer journey mapping, um, there’s even one from our friend Dan ski about Adobe XD, Daniel white. It has a really nice YouTube blog check it out. We’ll put the link. Is below if you want to learn anything about like Photoshop, he is just a really nice visual designer so and vados. Definitely one to check out if you want just like little bite-sized pieces of content or little courses.

If you don’t want something, as like, vague and robust as what we looked at before so now, I’m actually going to show you something that is quite cool. This is just on medium. The UX collective is is basically a publication on medium, but this guy – I love this, so he calls it his ultimate Start Guide for beginner UX UI designers in 2019. He’s been collecting all of these things that have helped him in his career over the past 5 years and has put them all here for you, so this resource is going to be really great for someone who’s a true newbie write to the industry.

He talks about how to you know, get in touch with your community, how to like the actual basics, behind design and and some nice tools that he’s used throughout his career. So really it’s a nice easy and it’s just full of links. I love it when people just pump their articles full of links and that’s the reason why I actually showed this because I didn’t want to show just articles, but he shows so many nice nice articles.

He even talks about like design companies that he’s following, and you know their blogs and you can find all those here. So Bravo, sir, let’s see Johnny vino well done, sir. I really enjoyed this and I think that you guys will find it really helpful as well. Ok, the last two are actually just magazines that I think are really really great to stay in touch with design principles and to learn a little bit more about the industry in general.

The business behind design Smashing Magazine is really great, so I mean every day. Basically, there’s new articles about UX about product, about strategy, I mean these are things that even if you’re a dinner in this world, you need to know about the business behind the product and like what the strategy is behind the business in order to really contribute. In a real way, so I think that it’s really important to read, I mean yeah.

These are really great. Some are a little bit more intricate than others like design and lead gen landing page for mobile. That converts that’s a little bit like you know, pretty! That’s pretty detailed. We also have things about like UX privacy even have like sketch versus figma, Adobe, XD and other UI applications. So you can really get a good idea of what people are kind of thinking. What they’re saying what they’re talking about right now in the industry and that’s the same same goes with this mueslix magazine, which is also on medium measly, is really really great.

It publishes all kinds of articles for all kinds of different people, but all around you X, design – and you know, product design, so you’re going to have things from like things about typeface Helvetica. You know you could also have things about more kind of like strategy. Deep-Diving yeah like what I learned from trying to redesign the online craft market experience. This has really detailed stuff, but learning these kinds of things are going to be able to help you to talk about UX, more fluently and be able to actually like pull from different things that you’ve read and learned.

So I think it’s really important to always stay updated, so things from you know just simple design stuff to more like talking about. Let’s see here like a cake, like really nice case studies, Beasley is actually really great about it. Oh look. This is Johnny vino again he’s popping up again but yeah. He has some really nice case studies and everybody loves the case study that gives you a really nice look through the process of design from initial concept to actually delivering to the App Store, for instance.

So that is a whole bunch of free resources that you can use everything from actual, like thought-out, specific courses to little bite-sized pieces of content. If you just have a few minutes – and you want to learn something really fast. All of these things, though, that I’ve shown you are going to help you get a really nice overview of what UX is what design actually means. It’s going to show you some of the tools that are sort of standard in the industry, and then it’s also going to be able to show you.

You know some best practices behind how you know the industry is currently working, and that is a really really great start if you’re interested in learning a little bit more about UX design. Thank you guys so much for reading. I hope you enjoyed this article. If you did like it, I would love if you hit the little like button and if you haven’t subscribed already, you definitely should we have tons and tons of articles on our blog, as well as new articles coming out weekly about UX design, product design, product strategy, The business behind design, it’s really we’re working really hard to make some nice content for you guys they subscribe.

Also, if there are some resources that you’ve found that I didn’t mention, I would love if you mentioned them in the comments. That’ll be really really helpful for all of the viewers as well. So thank you very much for reading. If you want a little bit more from us and you’re, just like I’ve, readed everything on YouTube and a lot more, what you can do is follow us on Instagram. We have daily vlogs.

Is it a vlog, its own Instagram, daily stories? We have daily stories about? What’s going on in our agency, and we also are always sharing valuable stuff there. We have a Facebook group called innovation, hackers, it’s excellent, it’s a bunch of people who are sharing innovation, practices, UX design principles. It’s a really really nice group, that’s very, very active. We also have a podcast if you’re into podcasts and product design, then you should definitely be listening to our podcast.

It’s called the product Breakfast Club, it’s featuring Jake map, the author of sprint and Jonathan Courtney, our CEO, and they are talking all things products I’m so definitely tune into that one. Thanks again so much for reading. You guys we’ll see you in the next article have a great great day, alright guys, what’s up I’m Brittany from AJ and smart, it’s what’s up a little bit. Did you like it yeah, I don’t know.

What’s up is really on brand for me, but I’m going to try it it’s new love. It ok, irritating all right. You and your balance calendar you this yeah. That’s right! No money! No money! No problems! No money, then we’ll problems. What is the thing? It’s like? More money, more money, more money, more problems; well, you’re disturbing now,

SEO for Beginners – How to Rank in Search

And the most trusted for searches related to Your products or business, So those two things, Relevance and trust – is What Google’s looking for to determine? Which which Websites, it should rank on the first page, And so when I say Google, just so you know, I’m going to be using that interchangeably for all search engines. Because 167 billion searches happen on Google a month. That’s a ton. Most searches happen on Google right Right, so I’m just going to Use, Google interchangeably, I mean it is the 167 billion Pound gorilla in the room, so we’re just going to go with it.

I’m scared All right so SEO, like Why why is it important? Why should we invest our time? Energy and money into it So search engines, they’re The new Yellow Pages: This is where people go to find answers Billions upon billions of Searches are happening each month and many of those are for Your products and services, So, if you’re not showing up On the search results, page you’re missing out on a Huge untapped potential of all these customers, Who, literally, are typing your products into the search? Bar wanting to purchase 88 % of people, research Before they buy and they’re-, where do they research [ Nealey ], That’s huge Google, so you need to just- It’s just plain and simple: You need to be there So, instead of me telling You, let me just show you, Let’s go check out a Search result right now, Cool: let’s do it All right, so we’re going to Break down the different pieces of SEO by going to the Search results page itself: Okay, So, let’s dive into it, So let’s go to Google.

Com and What’s an example business that we should look into [ Nealey, ] Um: let’s try, lawyers [, Morgan, ], Laywers, ahh, That business of yours is getting big time: huh [ Nealey ], Something like that. [ Morgan, ], Yeah, Phoenix Arizona, you need a lawyer now So lawyer, Phoenix Arizona. So what I just typed into The search bar is known as the search query and this Is a phrase or a question that you are looking for answers for This can contain your Keywords, for example, lawyer, is a keyword and Phoenix Arizona is probably a keyword.

So now, let’s look at the Three different pieces of the search engine results, page Also known as the SERP Okay, so these first two sections Right here these are the ads paid ads and normally You can tell because they have a little ad flag right there. So you can see there are two ads here and then, if we scroll down to The next section this is the local map listing sections, So these are local businesses.

Only so if you serve a national audience or you Don’t have a physical location that you serve, then you Aren’t going to show here The way that you appear Here is you have to have great SEO on your website? And you also have to have an optimized Google, My Business profile, And you can see that only a Few businesses appear here so there’s usually three. This is known as the local three pack And then occasionally there’d be an ad, So this is an example of Someone who’s paying to appear in the local listings and Then these three below it are the ones that are naturally Organically showing up here, which Google has deemed For Phoenix Arizona, these are the best three.

You can click on more places. And that’s going to bring you a wider map of all the Different local lawyers, So you can see quite a few And then you can dig into their Google My Business profile from there, So here’s an example of one So the next and last piece at the bottom. These are the organic results. This is where you want to be Because, unlike the paid ads, you have to pay to play for those.

So once your ad budget is Out poof you’re gone you’re no longer there, But with these you prove to Google over time that you’re the most relevant and The most trusted answer and then you’re going to stay Here, for a long long time, as long as you continue To show Google that you’re better than your competition And people love these A lot of people while ads are affective, we’re kind of trained to Just skip over the ads and go straight down: To the organic results, and so so many people will Just hop down right here and they’ll click and find their lawyer, So I wan na go back to the Top and I wan na talk about keywords and keyword.

Competitiveness because keywords are things which We’ll be talking about, you need to put all across your website. It’s these search terms. That people are looking for, and so you need to make Sure that you have that on your website as well Um, however, some are much More competitive than others, So if you look at lawyer, Phoenix Arizona, there’s about 32 million results, It’s pretty broad Phoenix is a pretty big city.

If we change it to something. That’s less competitive, let’s say a dog grooming- Dog groomer Phoenix Arizona, only 2.3 million results So clearly less competitive business. So there’s not as much competition there, which is great if you’re a Dog groomer cause. That means you have a- if you’re Doing the right SEO it’s going to be easier to Appear on the first page for that search term, Unlike lawyers, where They put a lot of money into advertising.

It’s a very Very very competitive space. There are people, always Fighting for those top spots, Should we only put short keywords: Is there anything else we can use So initially, no With Google. You need to start Small with they’re called long-tail keywords, so They’re they’re keywords with three four: five: Six words altogether um, because you need to prove your authority in the small, less competitive Spaces before Google is going to realize that you Should be ranking for these more broad terms, So for this example, If I’m a dog groomer, let’s say I specialize in poodle grooming, So we’re going to change It to poodle, groomer, Phoenix Arizona And you can see the Competitiveness there’s only 300 thousand search.

Results, so this is great because there’s not as many People who put poodle grooming on their websites, and so for me this is a great opportunity. For me to start building that authority with Google, So remember if I’m a dog Groomer and you go to my website and there’s absolutely Nothing about dog grooming, it’s just my name. My phone Number and maybe a photo Google’s going to look at that and think this doesn’t talk anything about It’s not relevant Yeah.

It’s not relevant. So this person must not be great for this keyword: They’re, probably not a dog groomer at all, So our job is to go and make Sure that all the content on our website is relevant, To those keywords, All right, so you’re Telling me all I need to do is update just a little bit. Of content on my website, Not exactly so remember, That we’re doing this not only for our users, So they have information, but for Google, Okay, So and Google wants our Websites to be structured in a very particular way right.

Ultimately, it’s a robot That’s scanning the backend of our website, so the Backend data of the website, Google wants to make sure that We have it formatted in a way that it can easily read and Know what our website is about, So these are things like Our H1 tag, our meta data meta descriptions which I’m going to go into right now to show you where this is [: Nealey ] Awesome. Let’s see it [ Morgan ]! So for Since we’re here on this poodle grooming website, Let’s go to this one Puff and Fluff Grooming and Pet Sitting: [ Nealey ], I’m all about rhyming, [, Morgan ]! It’s a nice! Looking Website it has great colors great branding, but the problem is Google doesn’t see any of that.

This is what they see Boom. [ Nealey ]. That’s gross [, Morgan ]! That’s not that pretty And end users, your customers, If this was your way that your website was presented, they would get nothing from this However, this is exactly what Google looks at when they’re Wanting to rank a website All right, so you’re Telling me that I have to know how to code to do that. Not necessarily because Modern day website builders already have this built in here.

You can see with this website. They’re actually using a plugin for WordPress Called “ All in One SEO”, Where you just put it in and It just makes it super easy for you, as a non-technical. User to update all of these SEO elements, which is awesome So as part of this, you need To have your meta title, so this is basically the title: Of each part of your website that when you go back to the Search engine results page you, this is what will show up So for this example.

They set their meta title for Puff and Fluff Grooming and Pet Sitting And then you can also see right, Here the meta description they get to choose what that is All right. So that’s the basics of SEO. The search engine results page Everything on your website. We just talked about everything on-site that you need to do to your Website so now, let’s talk about the things off-site. Okay, That shows Google that you’re The most trusted answer for search results.

All right so explain trust A little bit more for us Yeah, so I have an analogy. So let’s say that you get a call one day and it’s from a fifth grader And the fifth grader says: “: Hey Morgan is the best basketball player in the entire world..”. Are you going to believe him? Probably not. I think you paid him Right all right now. What If Kobe Bryant LeBron James and Michael Jordan, called you up and said, “ Hey, I’ve got the scoop.

On this new player, Morgan She’s, the best basketball Player in the entire world.”. What would you say to that? Would you believe them? Oh absolutely Yeah They have authority, They have authority, so you will trust their opinion. And it’s the same thing with Google: The way that Google can Tell if your website, if it should trust your Website cause again, we could toot our own horn all day long, And we see this all the time.

People say: “ best dog, groomer, In Phoenix Arizona,,” right, Like people love to toot their own horn, but with Google [ Nealey ] Self-proclaimed. It needs that authority. From other people and that’s where backlinks come in And so backlinks are Links on other websites that point back to your Website and Google uses this as an indicator to see Oh okay, this is actually a really good website. Other people are talking about it Now with backlinks.

It’s Quality over quantity, You don’t just want to go on. The internet and go put your you know, go on every comment. Every YouTube comment, like just put your website everywhere, cause that’s going to look spammy Google’s not going to like that. It wants really high quality. The Michael Jordan’s, if you will, What is one thing they can do right now, The biggest thing that you Can do that will give you so much bang for your buck is to put content on your website.

Especially content that has your keywords To determine those keywords: You should probably… What are the products and Services that you offer or what are the products And services that you want your customers to know about, For example, using the dog Groomer in Phoenix Arizona – maybe is there certain types, Of grooming that you do that you’re really well known for Let’s say you’re the best Darn toy poodle groomer this side of the Mississippi, ( laughs, ).

Okay, You should have a separate Page with content on it about that specific Service that you offer So that’s what I recommend Go make sure your page Just has tons of content so that way, when users and Ultimately, Google look at it, they know exactly what You’re about and then Google will start ranking you All right guys. I hope you Found this beginner’s guide to SEO helpful and that These are actionable things that you can start doing now.

So that way, your customers can start finding your business online If you’re going to get started. How To Brand YOURSELF On Social Media – Branding 101

How do you compete? Are you asking yourself? How can I make better content and, as my content actually useful number one you overthink stop trying to figure out. What’s going to work and start posting I’ve done this so many times I’ve sat there for hours thinking. Should I post this piece of content? Is it good enough? Well, no, like the edits kind of off, stop I’m overthinking and you’re overthinking and you know you’re overthinking, so just stop everyone on YouTube.

Everyone on Instagram can create so much content like tons and tons of content, but no one does you know why? Because they’re too busy focusing on what’s going towards versus just posting and going from there, then you see feedback coming in then you can actually pivot your business strategy, your social media strategy. For that content, I think we tend to focus too much on a couple of things and that’s the likes and comments the subscribers and followers, and I do this all the time too.

I’ve been trying to get away from that and the way to get out of that kind of rut that you’re in is to just start. Creating start posting forget about the likes, forget about what kind of comment you’re going to get. If you just focus on you focus on what you’re doing what you have to offer it, and just posting it to the world you’re going to find different things that stick. I think that was a really good post.

That was a really good piece of content. I liked it, I think, I’m going to pursue that kind of content creation and go from there stop overthinking start creating and start posting more frequently to build your brand number two being authentic is your brand. I don’t care who you are like if you want to build a brain on social media, be authentic, there’s only one Johnny Q in the world there’s only one of you in the world.

Okay, I have different ideas and creativity. You have different ideas and creativity. We should start building our brand based on who we are it’s simple. As that I would really challenge you to find a niche. What do you like to do and really triple down on that one thing and create content for that one thing, and just post every single day as much as you can, you have to actually figure out what your process is.

What are you doing now evaluate what you’re doing? What are you doing right now and what do you want to be doing and trust me that kind of brand awareness that you already have right now and that kind of thinking is going to take you to the next step, which leads me to my final point: That’s number three and that’s consistency. I know you know this. We forget all the time you have to find your rhythm and all these different things you get good at branding.

You get good at you, know, Instagram and all these social platforms by being consistent by being active on the platform by actually posting every single day. Like honestly, these are all business one-on-one marketing strategies, that’s the whole framework of building a brand you’re building your brand you’re trying different things. You have to try different things you have to post at different times.

You have to post frequently to find that brain to find a nation to find your voice. It’s that simple. You know I don’t want to just focus on short-term gains and short-term Heinz, that’s the kind of stuff that it takes to actually build the brain. Okay, I gave you a framework. I gave you kind of tools to just really hone in that you can do and I actually have to take those tools and go build something build your brand.

That was it good analogy that just came out of nowhere. You’re going to love it, maybe I’ll do a article on how to actually use those tools. I just gave you into your social media, branding on Instagram Facebook and YouTube, etc. Let me know if you want to see that article, because I hope this helped. I hope this kind of helps you kind of rework your mindset into you. Oh yeah, I got a hone in on me.

I got ta work on my brand. Take baby steps. I hope you got a new perspective on it. If you didn’t know this stuff, please comment below. If this helped, I would love to know what kind of baby steps you’re taking to actually build. Your brand is, let me know in the comments below and I’ll catch you next time on the Johnny Q, blog peace,

Blogging tips and tricks – Original content from scratch

I’m going to encourage you to do so. If you haven’t already logged into your blog, i’m going to encourage you to do the same that way as i’m doing this stuff, you can go ahead and do this with me, okay. So what we’re going to do in this article is we’re going to create a completely brand new blog post from scratch just out of the information in your head now, if that seems a little bit intimidating, if you don’t know what to blog about again, one of The reasons is that we don’t know enough about our subjects, what we’re going to blog about.

So, if you’re having problems with that, what you want to do is you want to just immerse yourself in the subjects that you’re learning about? Okay – maybe it’s about blogging. Maybe you want to start learning about blogging, so you might blog about your journey as you’re starting this blog so that maybe that one thing that you want to do, but whatever your subject is you just need to know enough about it and immerse yourself into that? Subject and then it will be quite easy for you now again, if you don’t want to do that, of course, you can always outsource this.

You can also have experts go ahead and do this for you and that way you don’t have to worry about it as well, but what we’re going to do is we’re going to create our own blog blog post from scratch. Okay, so here’s what we’re going to do now, first of all, we’re going to come over here and we showed you how to use this tool in another article, and this is what our blog post is going to be about. So this is our keyword, research.

What is the key word that we want to use and, of course, I’ve already done the research for for us. I got 128 ideas for some blog titles that I could use. Okay, that’s step number one. Now, what I’m also going to do is it is I’m going to come back over here and I’m going to go over to where it says, post all posts and I’m going to select, add new. Now you can come over here and you can go ahead and write this blog right now from scratch, but here’s what I like to do.

I take my ipad with me everywhere everywhere I go and take my and any time I got a couple of minutes left over someplace in one two, three, four five minutes. I might even not even finish my entire blog post all up one setting because I might only have let’s say a few seconds or so, but at least I’m starting to get my idea down and i’m going to create that at least write the article okay. So what I do is I take my blog post with blog or excuse me.

I take my ipad with me everywhere and I’m writing stuff now, if you don’t have a blah or an iPad or anything like that, what you might want to do is carry a notebook with you all the time and just jot down ideas and start writing what You’re going to post in your blog, so that’s what I did here. So what I do is I create all my blog posts in my iPad and then from there I’m going to post it on my blog.

So what I did is from my ipad. I email it to myself, so I’m going to go check my email, so here’s my blog post and it’s not perfect at this point and that’s what I’m going to do once I actually publish my blog. So, as you can see here, the title of this is in today’s article. Not only are we going to reveal the secrets of how to add three three to five hundred dollars per month? Add it onto your paycheck from your job through a series of governmental stimulus programs.

So what is the governmental stimulus program? It is free government money right. So then, that’s why I come over here put in free government money and it’s going to give me some ideas of what I’m going to blog about. But I did this. While I was on the monorail or I could’ve been on the Monroe uh. I could have been on a bus, I’m not even true Hera, where I was when I created this, but I just emailed this to myself, because now I’m ready to go ahead and publish it.

So what I’m going to do here is I’m going to select this and I’m just going to copy the entire thing. So a simpler way to do this, so I’m going to put my cursor here. Okay drag it across, but what I want to do is I’m going to select all so. I’m going to put my cursor right on top of this right click it. This little dialog box opens up i’m going to go, select also it copies my entire thing. Then, while my cursor is still there, i’m going to right click it again and i’m going to select copy and i’m going to come back over here and I’m going to right-click it and select paste.

And here is my entire blog article again. As you can see, it’s not perfected, there’s some things that we’re going to do with it still, but right now your main objective is to get as much content on your blog as you possibly can. That’s your main objective. Okay, now you come back over here. So free government money to start a business. That looks like a good based upon my topic, that it looks like a good blog post.

So I’m going to come back over here and I’m going to post it right there. I might even be put to start 80 face vistas to get some little bit more keywords in there. That way. If anybody’s looking to start a home-based business versus a traditional business, they’ll see my article in there as well. Ok. So now I have my blog post in there now what I do is over here. We have some categories. Ok now I can’t remember if i’ve shown you how to do that, if you, if I haven’t, let’s, go ahead and do this again, so I’m going to add a category and I’m going to name this category.

Let’s just say I do it yourself DIY. Do it yourself, and but I’m also going to select alpha lifestyle, I’m also going to say, select frugal linköping and I’m also going to select career and I’m going to select business because the that’s that’s just to help people to to be a quicker search, help people To be able to find your blog, ok, something that we can also do down here is, we can add some tags, so we could use some of these keywords so that are found over here.

We could use that for tags, so we, but just like for you. The money goes like ads and bail out and government dimmu this stuff, like that. You might want to go ahead and do some research of what you want to use for your tags right. Okay, so that is all complete and then what I’m going to do after that is I’m going to go ahead and select, publish now, so I’m going to go ahead and publish it. It’s going to take just a few seconds there for it to load up.

Okay, so, as you can see here, it’s all published and it says you post and I could go ahead and check that out. If I wanted to I’m not going to do that right now, because I just what we want to do is just go out there and get some content out there correct. So I got my content out there and you want to do this as many times as you can. Ideally, you’d want to get 360 blog posts, but you might just by doing what you did right here.

You might not need that many. I only needed to let’s say 200 blog posts to be able to generate enough traffic for me to go ahead and make some money with it. So now, what we’re going to do is I’m going to show you how to, in our next article, I’m going to show you how to start editing this blog post to make it look nice and, and that way we can go ahead and start making some money With this okay, but we’ll do that in our next article, take care of one have a great day and we’ll see you in our next article bye, bye now,

6 Ways to make income without physical products – digital products and passive income ideas!

And so I know, a lot of people are looking for ways to add digital products to their lineup if they have physical goods, so I’ve got six different ways to add income without selling physical products, and these are really great career paths.

There are a lot of people who dive headlong into one of these niches and really go for it and make full-on careers out of it. So, let’s talk about it now, alright, so, first and foremost, if you are an illustrator or a designer or a letterer freelance, this is probably a no-brainer. But if you’re someone like me, I used to freelance a long time ago, and I didn’t really like it, but out of necessity, a lot of people are coming back to it and a lot of people make their entire careers.

They have booming careers just from freelancing. Like that’s, that’s just what they do and it’s amazing, and so, if you’re looking for resources for that, you can firstly, email your friends and contacts. Just let them know hey, you know, I’m looking for freelance work, here’s my portfolio and you know, do you have any leads for me. Do you have any connections that might be good, always reach out to your friends first, because they might have a bead on something that you don’t even know about.

So it’s good to just put it out there and let people know that you are freelancing because people won’t know otherwise put yourself out there. Another way you can kind of find work and get resources is through your local AIGA and there are used to be meetups. Oh not so much anymore, but they have lots of really great digital resources and community there. So look up AIGA in your area and they will definitely have something for you.

Ok number two is patreon, so patreon is something that I have been thinking about. Getting for a long time and haven’t pulled the trigger and I think I might get into it now – I don’t know it – then I’m going to list of things to do, but patreon is really great for pin club sticker clubs, post car clubs, print clubs. You can do physical products and send things out monthly to subscribers at different tiers, but you can also do things like you can have exclusive podcasts or Q & A or draw with me sessions.

What else I wrote something else down: oh yeah, exclusive, newsletters exclusive lives, stuff like that that you can give to people wallpapers downloads, think of them all the time and things like that can be rewards for people pledging and supporting you on patreon, so some resources for That you can patreon has a lot of really great resources on their blog anyway, a skill share class by someone from patreon you can do.

I have a link for two months free on Skillshare down below, so you can check that out, and I know I love Fran Fran, nerd and I’ll put a link to her article too about how kind of she runs her own patreon, which is really interesting. It’s nice to see behind the scenes of someone who is so successful and kind of how they manage their time, and things like that. So I think patreon is a really great way, and I know she has been really brands been really grateful for having that income during this time.

So her supporters, even if it’s just you know a couple bucks a month. You know if you have enough, that’s huge and you’re able to you, know, make your art and do your stuff and still create, and I think patreon is a great thing. Okay, the third thing you can do is add downloads to your shop. So this can be everything from downloadable, coloring sheets you can have. Let me check my list because I have a whole list that I made for you guys.

We’ve got printable prints, actual prints, someone can print out postcards stickers, just tell people to print it out on sticker paper, and then they can cut them out. This is cutting out. Apparently, banners Photo Booth props. How fun with Photo Booth props be right now, when you’re stuck it home, you can make your own kind of photo booths and take silly pictures to pose things like that. You could do wrapping paper into greeting cards photographs that people can print out and then you can get into the pattern so, like embroidery patterns cross stitch patterns, if you crochet and knit at all, you could sell those.

There are marketplaces places like Ravelry, where you can sell patterns, and things like that. So there are lots of different things you can do to add. Downloadables for a couple of bucks into your shop. Etsy also allows downloads, which is really great, so I actually have a list. I made a little checklist for you, so you can download that below so check that out that way, you don’t have to remember, and I mean I’m checking my notes too, because there’s so many different things to do so.

I’ve put them all in a checklist for you so download that below alright. The fourth option is a virtual workshop. So if you have a skill or something that you can teach you can do this pretty easily. I mean I have my courses that I teach and I use a specific platform and have websites and all that stuff. But you don’t have to go that far with it. You can just open a Facebook group and just have a pop-up Facebook group go and teach something live or go put up a article that you’ve already made and chat with people, and then people can pay you for access to that.

So you could have a workshop that you charge like 25 to 100 bucks floor depending on what the subject is. So you can use a Facebook group for that. You could even like have a special email list and send out like unlisted YouTube articles, so they have access to it. You could do a YouTube or an Instagram live, and then people can pay for access to that article after you do it, and but I do think probably the Facebook is probably the easiest and cheapest probably quickest way to get that out there and get that done.

So start brainstorming on things that you can teach other people, because there is definitely room for that right now: okay, the fifth one is kind of a big one and a little bit more difficult, but it is a way to go. You can license your artwork, so there are people who make their entire careers out of licensing artwork. I actually purchased a course called art licensing for letterers, and I reached out to the creators of the course Katy from Katy made that and she has a friend that she did it with, and I asked her like: is this just for letterers, or can this be For illustrators in general – and she said it was great for really everybody – they were speaking to letterers because that’s what they do and but I’m not really a literary.

But I wanted to make sure before I purchase the question she shot it when she said she said it would work for anyone so and that’s something to think about too. If you want to look into art licensing that way, it’s that’s when larger corporations or other businesses purchase the rights to use your work on their stuff, and that way you don’t have to do any of the product production they’re, really just paying you for permission to Use your artwork, so that is definitely another way to go and it kind of goes into my sixth thing, which is print-on-demand, so you can use things like red bubble.

Society6 spoon flower printful places like that who you kind of have your own sort of storefront and you put your designs up and people can pick whatever they want to put your work on or you can have kind of presets things that you have chosen and then They handle all the production of it. You get a much smaller percentage of the actual sale because they are handling all of the printing, all of the production all of the shipping everything.

But there are a lot of people who make a ton of money from those shops. All of this comes with a caveat that you need to have an audience and you need to be promoting yourself. I don’t want you to feel bad about promoting yourself even right. Now the way things are in the world, while I’m filming this – and you check out my article about not feeling salesy when you go to sell, because that will kind of help flip your mindset a little bit around selling and make you feel a little bit better Because you have something to offer, you have something fun.

You have something that can put a smile on people’s faces right now and that’s really really important. Okay and in terms of building your audience, I do have a free webinar all about building your Instagram audience specifically. So you can check that out below and it’s got lots of really practical tips. Lots of high level stuff tips on how to photograph even tips on engaging captions and I’ve got a little bit about your email list in there as well.

Because I think that’s super important right now so definitely check that out, because you do need to any of these options that you choose. You still need to be promoting them to your audience, because you can’t just expect to like put a spoon flower shop up and then just have it go. Gangbusters, like you, still need to put the work in, but if you put the work in and whenever you feel like focusing on, you know kind of go all in and figure it out and do it for yourself.

And then you can have digital products to sell. On top of physical stuff – and I think I can really help so yeah so give me a like and a subscribe, our secret emoji for the article is pizza because we’ve been eating a lot of pizza during our quarantine. Yeah. So give me a pizza if you made it this far. If you found this useful, let me know below which one of these you think you would want to get into or if you’ve already done this kind of thing and let me know which ones are working for you and we can talk about it in the comments.

I would love to have a good discussion about ways that we can all add digital products to our pin of physical products shops and and how to make that work. So yeah and I have the check list down below of the different kind of downloads. You can add to your shop so check that out too just check out the links below I’ve got a lot of links below you guys. So I’m give me a like and subscribe and thank you so much for reading.

I truly appreciate it stay safe, wash your hands and I will see you next week why

Innovation Management and Business Development

I work at danske commodities. We are an international trading company for energy, related commodities and located here nas. Our team is called portfolio development. We are very much a think tank or an R & D department of an organization we create and implement new ideas and business opportunities and develop new products and services for our customers, I’m responsible for one larger business area and then like a number of smaller projects.

I interact with a number of different stakeholders externally and internally: customers, regulators, partner companies and different departments inside of our company, and also we use a lot of time on market analysis to see where the market is moving. And where can we see new opportunities and danske commodities? I’ve also been a member of the task force for innovation management and I’m still today engaged in developing and implementing concepts and tools for innovation.

I studied the master and innovation management at Aarhus University BSS. Innovation is such a password, and so many industries, and that program has really taught me what it means to mature the innovative capability of an organisation and how we can advance and mature our processes. Our structures around developing new business. The master degree was mainly structured in four parts. I would say we really wanted to look at innovation from different angles, so we looked at how do you drive innovation on an individual level on a team level on a company level and on an industry level? So we had a lot of courses on entrepreneurship, new product development, intellectual property, but also new concepts like open innovation or user driven innovation.

A lot of new businesses have emerged over the past years, also as part of the liberalisation of the European energy market. So that’s definitely a path. I want to continue. You

Starting a business is not easy! Think about who will be working on your digital image. Hiring a good webmaster will help!

Eddie Hall SHOCKING Heart Health Denial

This out, we’ll have something like 22 vials of blood done, we’ll do a poo sample and a p sample. If there’s any adjustments to be made to the diet, then the anal analyst, where phil richards will pull it up, sit us down, go through absolutely everything and adjust the diet just a little hunch. But I reckon he’s going to tell you that you’re eating far too many animal products and far too little whole plant feeds.

Am I right. People comment below you’ve got to stop eating mcdonald’s yeah. I don’t hold out much hope for them. Do you it amazes me? People’s total disregard for their health and longevity actually laughing about it mind you it wasn’t too long ago that I was much the same. Happily I made the switch before it was too late. Let me just point out that I told mike’s going to bring ice packs. This yeah, I don’t see the problem, that’s one gorgeous handbag, it’s like he’s nicked his man’s picnic bag, six and a half hours later right.

So we’ve done these uh the blood tests. That is one box of blood tests. I mean the the nurses have said themselves that this is probably the most vials they’ve ever done right, we’re here with uh bags of literally right we’re going to go post these off. These will be next day delivery. We should get all the results back within a week and then we’ll go, see phil richards and get a good breakdown of everything.

That’s to come. So hey guys, i’m sat with phil richards right now now phil is a good friend of mine. He’s been helping me since the back end of 2015. I’d say three weeks ago. We did a very comprehensive test, we did bloods, we did stool, we did. We did a little bit of everything it was. It wasn’t cheap. I mean all that it was about 1500. Quid for all these tests, but, like phil always says to me, you know people are so willing to invest.

You know in a new bike in I don’t know in moisturizing creams, getting the hair done, the nails done. Why not invest in your health? It’s way way way more important yep. I couldn’t agree more, which makes me wonder why you are so willing to jeopardize your health by eating such an inordinate amount of animal products high in sap, fat, trans fats and cholesterol. Being at such a high level in your sport, I would have thought that, despite the continued narrative to the contrary, you would be aware that plant protein is virtually as bioavailable as animal products, with none of the life-ending downsides and the two real standout markers for me, Which are in the red zone or your histamine? Okay and the you know the side effects of ex of excess in histamine and your levels are very high.

Are things like low blood pressure irregular heartbeat? You know lots of agitation, hives and also cardiac arrest, cardiac arrest. I hear that can be quite harmful, so the normal markers for that is below 1.2 nanograms per mill and i’m on you’re, very, very high, and the estimates are coming from your foods as well. Obviously, and then the ratio, then, between diamine oxidase, which is an enzyme which degrades histamine, so it allows you to cope with those histamine, is also exceptionally low.

The the actual ratios so, as you can see, there’s something it’s a bad thing, because you’ll end up having lots of atrophy also in the gastrointestinal wall, you’re struggling absorbing foods. Okay, so those are the the red flags on the um on the gastrointestinal boom and permeability. So how do I up the lower the histamine yeah up the yeah, so we can lower the histamine by when I do your nutritional plan, I will have foods in there which are not so high in histamine, so that the eye histamine foods are the aged cheeses.

The meats, the alcohol, so we can decrease those types of foods, yeah bring in more things like fresh fish and stuff like that and vegetables as we spoke about, but on the diamine, oxidase omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin c and you can actually take a diamine oxidase supplement. Even better than that, instead of eating highly polluted fish with its bio-magnified dioxins, pcbs, heavy metals and estrogenic micro, plastics, etc, you could take an algae supplement.

All the benefits and none of the downsides. Don’t get your omega-3 second hand. Okay, then! So if we go on to the um stool sample um, so we saw thankfully, the only red flags that we saw in a very comprehensive stool sample were um. We can go straight. Yes, this is a dna. You can see a pure. It’s a dna stool analysis. It’s one of the most advanced you know. I just feel sorry for the poor scientists that opened up my example.

If you’re laughing at the stench, then you should know that the rotten egg smell hydrogen sulfide is responsible for inflammatory bowel disease and colon cancer. Helicobacter pylori as well, which is very, very common in a lot of people around 50 55 percent and as you said, that market eats away at the stomach wall. It can cause b12 deficiencies, which then leads on to other deficiencies because you’re very low in stomach acid.

You know you’ll end up there with lots of bloating, especially in in in the actual you know you eat. If you eat a fatty meal, it’ll just sit there for a long period of time. You can’t digest it yeah, especially if there’s protein in the meal as well, because that’s what the hcl is for some little bits of um over imbalance in the normal bacteria. But after asking my expert in this field, as he said, that’s all we need to do is increase your vegetation.

I’m shocked this particular marker here I did say this one you’re, this um private electri, that’s also um. As you can see, it’s part of the auto moon triggers that can cause chronic inflammation in the gap decade and that’s is like it could be, like tens of thousands of times higher jesus christ said this: oh okay, all right! Okay! So how do we get that down? That will also become by taking things prebiotics yeah pre-bought? Is it very good, let me decode that for you eat more legumes, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, or, to put it another way, whole plant feeds.

We’ve got a high marker there yeah, and this is the calprotectin, which is an inflammatory marker given off by white blood cells in the bowel, which is showing us that there is inflammation going on in there. But I do believe from speaking to my expert again as soon as we start eating more anti-inflammatory foods, less animal products and processed junk and more whole plant foods. That will come down quite quickly and something I would check in about 12 months time and then we’re on then the cleveland heart lab panel and, as you can see here, the inflammatory panels.

The red flags here first of all in the inflammation panel, is something known. As lipoprotein associated phospholipids a2, it’s a marker which is telling us how vulnerable the blood vessel wall is at breaking. How much plaque is starting to develop there. This is a marker where the inflammation is at and whether you’re sitting down or whether you’re lifting you know a thousand pound, it’s there and it’s going on in the blood vessel walls.

Your blood vessels are under constant assault in case you’re unaware it’s kind of essential that our blood vessels are in good order. This is not good news and you should change your ways immediately unless, like most people, you want to be the cause of your own death from things like heart, disease or strike, then we’re looking at things like oxidized, low density lipoprotein, which is another predictor of cardiovascular Disease and again it also, this will come from inside the artillery walls.

Okay, so there’s they being sort of neutralized by macrophages, they become oxidized and they become very pro-arthrogenic so again, much more likely to cause problems within um, the narrowing of the arteries and eventually causing some potential problems down the line with a heart attack or a stroke. Sugar, so then we look at things like your cholesterol, your triglycerides and yeah they’re. All elevated no way um, but the big markers for us is this: it’s the ldl um particle number, so low density, lipoprotein particles, nearly double yeah.

You should be yeah, absolutely yeah. Well, you actually you’re nearly three times over. These are the most damaging of the ldl particles. Ldl is the only critical risk factor for getting heart disease, our number one killer. Where are you? I would be terrified right now. You know 935 and below. We want yeah and you’re, almost three thousand, I just my pants on his behalf. I guarantee that the reference number is probably about double.

What a plant-based doctor who prevents and reverses heart disease would aim for. So this means he’s about six times that so you’ve got lots of these particles to said which can slip into the blood vessel walls, and these are also very dangerous. The small low density lipoprotein part because if you speak, the cardiologists the real switched on ones, that’s they’re not really concerned about total cholesterol.

That’s that’s irrelevant. The reason that it’s irrelevant is that hdl, the so-called good cholesterol, has since been proven not to have a causal association with decreased heart disease risk. Yes, people with high hdl tend not to have so much heart disease, but adding in hdl to someone’s diet does not alter heart disease risk. Just like the more ashtray someone owns the more likely they may succumb to lung cancer, but the ashtrays do not raise the risk of lung cancer in and of themselves it’s the size of the particles, because they they like the sas they can slip in right.

Do a lot of damage and get out because I don’t even know about it – he’s trying to insinuate that only the small ldl particles are of concern. But if you look at the data in men, the small ldl particles raise the risk for heart disease by 44. But the large fluffy particles still raise the risk by 31 in women. The risk is 63 for small and 44 for large. We need all ldl to be low, ideally 57 milligrams per deciliter or better hard to do unless you avoid animal products and processed junk okay.

So my cholesterol is two three six yeah, so it should be at most 200. At most 200, if you’re happy to be normal in a population where one in two are affected by cardiovascular disease and one in three die of heart disease. I’d rather bulletproof myself. By aiming for 150 or lower again, though, total cholesterol is not half as important as total, ldl yeah below 200 yen right below 200, around 236 and not too bad, not too bad depends on how much you want to live.

I guess yeah, that’s fine clueless! So what you’re saying is it’s the parts the size of the past absolutely yeah, it’s going to cause the damage without a dead door, no just ldl in general, but the smaller particles are more damaging. It’s a bit like asking if you’d like to be stabbed with a big knife or a big knife, no knives zero knives to me and you can keep both types of ldl particles too. Your vitamin d, it’s in the it’s in an okay zone, but we want it up to 60 to 80.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ufLu7ewGVcs

. We almost want to double it. Ideally, he needs to double his vitamin d. This is a vitamin that people criticize a vegan diet for lacking in and he eats farm yards full of animals on the weekly. Ideally, vitamin d needs to come from the sun and failing that, we all need to supplement vegans and carnists alike, so we can do that through very intelligent sun beds and before you use sunbeds. The reason why people one of the reasons I should say they have the skin cancer, is because they eat too many omega-6 fatty acids, things like chicken, eggs and refined oils, it’s okay and they’re very low in antioxidants, and that causes the uvb rays to cause the Damage to the skin on average plant foods have 64 times the antioxidants of animal products.

Things to emphasize would be fruits and vegetables, particularly berries and herbs and spices, particularly amla, which is available from asian supermarkets, so out of nearly 400 markers uh phil’s. Just given me six six things to take basically multivet without iron, if you look at meta-analysis of multivitamins, they generally show to do if anything at all more harm than good. I am not a fan of shock, gutting synthetic vitamins and minerals.

We should get all of these as far as possible from whole plant foods, the fish oil plus with the vitamin d and biomagnified toxins from the oceans, the sewers of mankind. Do yourself a favor and switch that out in favor of an algae-based omega-3 all those toxins? Actually accumulate in the fish oil, which is obviously the q10 and yeah. It’s got the vitamin c in there as well. It’s got the vitamin e in there yeah, not vitamin c.

We can regenerate our own coq10 by eating chlorophyll-rich green vegetables, while also exposing ourselves to the sun for vitamin e eat things like sunflower, seeds, almonds and sweet potatoes, and then the vitamin c plus yeah magnesium, four eight thousand milligrams per morning or to do it more Healthfully, you could just eat more whole plant foods and then a prebiotic was 25 million prebiotics you mean soluble fiber and resistant starch aka whole plant foods.

Anyone else see a pattern emerging four different types of probiotics are not really worth much to optimize health. We need to strive for hundreds of different types. Sauerkraut has about 700 different types. Sauerkraut is fermented cabbage, which is a whole plant feed. Then you win yeah yeah you’ll. Put me onto that inulin. You mean that stuff found in whole plant foods such as lentils. You don’t need this guy’s supplement regime.

You need to speak to a green grocer, be a lot cheaper and healthier too. Thankfully nothing’s too bad your cholesterol, your triglycerides and yeah they’re, all elevated 935 and below. We want yeah and you’re almost three thousand. It’s a marker which is telling us how vulnerable the blood vessel wall is at breaking. How much plaque is starting to develop there? The big markers for us is this: it’s the ldl um particle number, so low density, lipoprotein particles, nearly double yeah.

You should be yeah. Absolutely yeah: well, you actually you’re nearly three times over you’re nearly three times over nearly three times over. I was just saying nothing that i’ve been told, i’m healthy and everything’s all good. They are talking about the number one cause of death in humans. Denial is not just a river in africa. I hope that eddie may give this book a look and potentially save his life.
