So you would need to understand how your specific customer would think and what we did was we found out that we can go ahead and I mean a lot of agencies.

So if we get a click at $ 3 and then if we convert our sale at around 20 clicks or even if we convert our sale at a hundred clicks, we still come out ahead in that campaign.

What you really need to do is understand how a keyword plays into the role of traffic to conversion, to lead and, finally, closing that sale, but you also need to understand price is very subjective. If someone is selling a five-dollar item, this doesn’t even make remote sense right. But if you are someone who is selling a large ticket item like us, then this is completely fine, because $ 3 is simply a drop in the proverbial bucket.

OFFICIALLY a Gymshark Athlete – How To Become a Sponsored Athlete

This right here is a article that I’ve been making, or this article is in the making for over two years. You might think wow, there’s this incredible edit coming right now. So I’ve been waiting to say this line for over two years, actually longer than that, I would say actually three years or maybe five.

The reason why I’m saying that is because what I started going to the gym, my friends were always wearing gym shirt. They had these luxe pants. The looks outfit like the most Oh G of OG outfits that Jim shark had back in a day. The first thing I ordered ever of Jim, where was Jim’s shark, looks outfit the the trek suit and a tank top. So the reason why I’m saying is I’ve been wanting to make this article for five years is that I now can officially say that I am a Jim shock Atlee and this article is about becoming an athlete giving tips on how to become one.

This is such a huge huge deal to me and it’s not just because I’m an athlete, the title alone sounds awesome and it sounds like something crazy and I’ve worked so hard for it. So the title means a lot to me, but it represents much more than a title to me. It represents a grind. It represents a vision that I had for myself. That is slowly and with small steps becoming a reality, and it sounds really confusing.

Maybe – and it sounds really vague and really like philosophical, maybe but this title means so much more than just a title to me and let me explain why when I first started in the gym. Obviously I just wanted to work out. I wanted to better myself – and I’ve explained this many many times in my articles. The gym for me was after football or soccer like an individual thing, that I could better myself in and actually see myself get better at over the time.

For me, this represents a lot. It means a lot the fact that I’ve been with Jim shark for over two years, and I started as a small affiliate. I had 4,000 subscribers. If that I had a couple thousand followers on Instagram, I was pretty much a nobody and I still consider myself a nobody, but obviously, on a little different level. I’ve worked so hard and believed so much of myself that I could do it. If I was getting dropped, it would be a huge blow for me, a huge huge setback, but luckily Derby said they wanted me to take me on as an athlete. But Jim shark showed me – and I showed myself that working hard for something will eventually pay off, and this is this is what I want to talk about in this article as well. I know this article could be a little bit long, but I’m really passionate about talking like this.

I, like I really like, because I truly truly believe that at some point, if you have something in mind that you could actually achieve it like this, is not some sort of fairy tale and there’s always going to people who going to we’re going to tell you You can do it or it’s too big or – and I just want to say this – but for five years I’ve imagined myself being a gym track athlete for five years, five years and two and a half of these years, I would say I was affiliate getting in Contact with Jim shark, I was promoting the brand for not much pay, but I was doing it because I loved it and I love Jim shark, and I know that, if I put in the work it will come back to me in some way.

Google Keyword Planner SEO TOOL_Part-6_for ranking website and chennals_tutorial planet 2016

Essentially, this is a free tool. That’s going to give us almost all of the information we need to make informed decisions about which keywords are best for our business. So really we just want to go over there and I’m going to get you orientated show you the different features, keep in mind that this tool was built for Adwords and paid search.

So there’s some features there that aren’t going to be relevant to us and i’m going to point them out right so step one to using the google keyword. Planner tool is to get access to it, and in order to do that, you have to set up. Google adwords account again, that’s free and in order to find it, you can just type in the google keyword planner into the line. Little pop up just follow the prompts and set it up.

The only thing that I would point out is be careful when you’re choosing your currency, because you can’t change it once it’s set, so don’t make the mistake like I did. I set up my AdWords account when I was abroad and it set it up kind of automatically in the in the currency that I was in and I didn’t change it, and so I had to set up a new AdWords account. If I wanted to see it in a currency that I’m more familiar with, so I just set it up again in USD – I think that’s probably the best, and you know, especially if you’re selling, to a global audience.

It’s just a good reference point to have, but perhaps if your local business, you can just have it at in the currency of your particular country. So once you sign into AdWords you’re going to see this screen and then you can just go to tools and keyword. Planner and what you’re going to be presented with here is four different options. Three of them are really relevant to us, and the one that isn’t relevant is get traffic forecasts for a list of keywords.

That’s the feature, that’s specific, to add where and people who want to advertise without words. So let’s have a look at the first one. Really we just want to get orientated here and I’m just got a bit of an overview of what everything is. So here is where you can really enter in specific keywords. What I recommend doing is maybe putting in one two three try and be specific. If you put in something very broad like cars, all you’re going to see is really competitive.

Keywords for that, so you want to try and make it a specific I’m, essentially what you think people will be typing into Google. So another way to generate ideas is to put in your home page or a specific web page or blog article that you have and that will really throw up ideas for you. You know a great way to use. This section is to put in a high ranking competitor and see what keywords: people are typing into any land on that page.

Another thing you can do is use this product category section, so this will pull keywords from Google’s database and you can narrow it down. Quite a lot just to say: consumer electronics say gps navigation, DVS, GPS devices. So that’s just an example, but it shows you how deep you can kind of go into it. If you want great so once you have filled in one or all three of these sections. What you can do, then, is move on to targeting and you can target by location and language and if you want to add just on Google or Google and search partners.

So that’s its display network, including youtube. So I mean locations. You can get quite deep into it as well. You can then do specific countries or specific regions, and then language say: if you wanted to targus and say Brazil, then you can just put in Brazil there and on Portuguese, so there’s also options to customize your search. So you, and if you want to do average monthly searches, they say above a towson searches you put in there or say below 10,000.

You can put it in there as well suggested bid again. This is something that gives an indication of how well these keywords converse. So you might want to put it a suggested bid above say one or two dollars and then competition high medium low. Let’s go into that little bit more detail, then you can come back and change those settings if you want keyword, options is well. I’ve been kind to just leave these all off, where you can maybe narrow it, then, if you’re, finding that your search is that just to to me on related keywords, great so we’ve just finished, then the orientation of the first option within the keyword planner tool.

Let’s just quickly review the two other options and we’ll be able to get through these a lot quicker. This is the option to get search volume for list of keywords, so this is really a list of keywords that you already have, and then you want to determine the actual search volumes for them. So all you need to do is choose the file upload. Their and again you’ve got some of the options there for targeting great.

So, let’s look at the final option, which is multiple keyword lists, and this is probably the one I used less frequently, but it can be great for e-commerce because it really allows you to mash up a lot of different words and get a lot of different combinations. So what I’ve done in this example here is just really put in a couple of different colors, a couple of different brands and a couple of different products that they make really well.

We want to see a spark combination of those has the highest search volume. So, let’s have a look so red Knight, sneakers as the highest monthly searches in all locations, just 390 bike shorts as well through 90 and does be moved in you can see the least popular for average. Monthly searches is well. It goes down to rape. You mahadji search cats, less than 10 searches a month. That’s what that means.

Not necessarily you know, ecommerce with business related, but for the people that are trying to you know, grow the personal brand grow their. I guess that you know their business brand whatever it is and not you know, use what all these other people are saying assume like. Oh use the algorithm get organic followers stuff like that, and you know you can do that.

But this article is going to be some. You know paid ads and trying to use that to gain followers and kind of my results with that and showing you guys the back end of that. So you guys can kind of replicate and do the same thing now. Basically, what I was doing, okay, just to give you guys an overview before we hop into the laptop screen here, is I wanted to figure out a way to gain organic Instagram followers right and pay as little as possible, but not go the typical route of like Buying a shout-out from an influencer or trying to use the algorithm, or you know doing anything like that because you know it, for instance, if you’re new to this blog right, I own e-commerce businesses, I own software’s, I own sass companies, you know social media marketing companies.

It’s like I do marketing for a living. That’s what I do, and so I wanted to basically apply that to my personal brand on Instagram and see what we could kind of get done there. Okay, but that sort of makes sense now to kind of go over. That now right, it’s basically what I decided to do was. I was going to run Instagram story ads. Okay, so you know the ads you see when you’re on someone like reading like swiping through people’s stories.

Okay, I was running it in scream story ad to try and gain followers now, because my personal brand is very, you know, angled towards sort of like content and business. I get a lot of people in the business space that want to like get started with dropshipping, like I start with e-commerce. Those are the people that are really interested in my brand in me and those are the people that follow me. I want to target those people now by doing so.

Okay, you can’t again just telling someone to follow. You isn’t going like like to me like the good. This is my train of thought right. Telling someone to follow me right off. The bat is going to be a lot harder than using some psychology to actually get them to follow me instead and what it, what a minute. So, basically, when I was running the the instagrams type of bad guys, but basically I was telling people to do is.

I was saying hey if you want to get started in e-commerce or dropshipping, because that’s what my brands about right so again add them. In that event, that might not be the case with your brand, but that’s where you kind of like spin it and put it push it on something like whatever your brand is doing right, but my brand is around e-commerce. I so I can kind of like break it down and show that to you guys, but again, that’s the psychology I was using is I wasn’t.

I’m people to follow me? Okay, because that’s going to be a lot more expensive and harder for people just like. Oh okay, I’m just going to listen to them in and follow up. That’s not it! You need to a you need to offer value. It has to be some sort of value exchange in that. So I always like people hey. I will help you get started with e-commerce or drop shipping. Alright, just shoot me a DM now on Instagram right, at least as of this date, when I’m recording it and when the ads were running all right.

When someone swiped up, they saw my account. There’s two ways that could either shoot me a message right, cuz, that’s. What I was telling to do is shoot me, a message that they could get started because they want to get certain e-commerce right. That was the value proposition. Now they had two ways to message me: either one was going to be going my profile and then they have to click follow and then they can click message, because it’s the same button.

Okay, they can do that or most people don’t know about this. But like you go up to the little three dots or whatever and then click send a message which takes longer and most people don’t know about that right. So it was like all’s. You think I was doing as I was saying: hey shoot me a message so when people did that they swiped up in profile, they would just follow me and then they’d shoot me a message and shoot me a DM okay and that’s how I was doing that’s What I was doing to literally gain a thousand followers a day, spending thirty dollars a day on ads.

Okay. So that’s what I was doing now we’re going to hop into the screen here and get the screen recording software set up real, quick and I’ll. Show you guys a little breakdown to that. So you guys can kind of replicate that for your own personal grants, um again just to try and give you guys some value and just quick plug by the way subscribe. If you haven’t already now, we set this up alright guys.

So we are currently in one of my ad accounts right now and, as you guys see, we have four four different, basically four different assets that I was playing around with for this campaign. So again I was spending $ 30 a now, as you see I’ll name. I named it one of something up so dropshipping famous entrepreneurs SMS, like social media marketing and then job should being copied, which was a copy of this one.

Now, as you guys ever see so they’re all inactive right now, because I was playing out with some of Facebook stuff and Facebook, like I got in facebook, was like being weird about it, but I had this going for around five or four days. I don’t really know, but I hit here the stats right so again, basically with what I was doing. Okay, so my cost per is what I was going for: link clicks and again I’ll hop into each actual ad in a quick second.

But I just want you guys to see the numbers right, so we’re spending $ 10 every single day, all right and in total right during a lifetime of this, which really wasn’t too long. Usually like four or five days, we got 6040 link links for this. One 6700 around that one around 7,000. For this one, an adjacency we were only paying one or two cents per link: click. Okay! Now here’s the thing too! Is you know with that? Obviously we see this one here for 16 likes to do with that.

One wasn’t running: that’s why I wasn’t spending $ 40 a day, because I was testing it. It’s all about testing guys. You got a test on Facebook. It goes with. You know, with your e-commerce businesses, with your brands, whatever it is. Whenever you on Facebook, any social media ad platform paid out a platform if it comes out to testing. But as you can see here, we were getting one link, click or one cent, link, click to send, link loose here and then total reach.

We had over a million people that we reached in over a million 100,000 people impression wise now, if we hop into one of these. So let’s hop into this one, which was the cheapest one, just kind of drop shipping. Okay, so happened the ad for this one. Now, as you see, we had the main article going up and then a blooper one, just because my brand isn’t like super serious. I’m really only serious in like some of these YouTube articles, I’m trying to give you guys value, but this one was the main article again I’ll.

Have that one playing, but it’s like the same one from earlier, but basically that’s the one that we were doing and, as you can see, 7,000 link clicks here. We reached 400 65,000 people, impressions 500,000 and then again we spent $ 75 and had one link click. Okay, now this started again october 3rd was the last big edit on it. So it’s around that time frame, which is what you’ll playable. I hop into social blade in a quick second, okay, now we’re actually going to go in here and click Edit.

Just so, I can kind of break down um, the actual targeting or whatnot, for you guys go back to the campaign or show you the asset and then we’ll hop into the drop in one click, edit, okay, so we’re in here now. This is the actual targeting. I was using for this particular ad set, so as you can see locations, I said United States, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom well sure so I was trying to go for more like eyes like higher quality traffic, not necessarily like, like just other places.

Other words that made not necessary, like speak English, always kind of stuff, more people that be relevant or, in my brand, all right, age-wise. I said 1435, gender, all and then languages, English, now the actual interests in targeting right so interest, Aliexpress, BigCommerce, DHgate, dropshipping econ econ. So again, this one I was, I was really just hitting a bunch is I was interest, stacking, okay, that’s like a term civilian.

So, basically, that’s what I was doing with this kind of breaking all this kind of stuff down. I wasn’t really excluding anyone out of it and again I was only running on stories, so only doing story ads, because that’s what my actual ad was primed and set up for saying swipe up, shoot me a DM, and then I think actually this was edited, though Site, I really only started with Instagram and I really only did Instagram stories um.

I think at the last moment before I stopped running this, I changed it to Facebook now Romilly yep strolling out here to optimization and delivery guy. So again, we’re charging for link clicks, that that was our objective for the actual ad set and again that’s the expected of a 30 or 190, but basically guys that’s just the type. I just really wanted to show you guys what was working for me and how I was you know getting a thousand plus photos a day, all right.

Well, I want to hop in social. You guys and kind of show you guys. The actual like day-by-day, follow her growth. You know this is when I first started YouTube for started actual branding myself in content or not, but as you can see, it cuts off here On February 3rd, but we were running this ad set and October guys. But this is what I was using to gain a thousand followers a day for $ 30 ad spent every single day just testing these different ad sets right.

So again, this was called the dropship on. As you see, the interests were targeted. You know it with Intuit the interest being around drop shipping or e-commerce right. So if we go to this one, the famous entrepreneur one and we’ll click this one and then you guys can see so these are just like popular entrepreneurs that I was targeting as well. Right so Gary Vaynerchuk anchor donut russell brunson, all these guys, Tim Ferriss when I grow like all of these guys, okay and then I didn’t also think where I was doing like books just to get people really really really invested like babe.

They they knew who these entrepreneurs were, and they were reading some of the stuff that they published, sighs or just like in conjunction with that. So again, these are just some of the like Think and Grow Rich 4-hour workweek. All this kind of stuff get not excluding it, but just they have to also matter so narrowing it. Basically, okay, that was basically this ads again, I was running basically, I was running the same article for all these okay guys there was just different interests and they were getting all spending $ 10 a day again, location-wise all the same age of the same gender.

The same language, the same there’s just the actual interest: okay and then for this one social, media marketing or when you guys do that, one real, quick, again everything you say the same up here: okay and then down here. We get social media, so digital marketing, online advertising, social media marketing it just those three that I was testing. As you see, that was a little bit more expensive. I think it was two cents versus one cents with drop shipping.

So that’s the one that I really really really should be focusing on scaling. But again I had some problems with Facebook, so I stopped running that after five six days, but this is just a quick article. I just wanted to break this down, to show you guys that you know to gain followers on Instagram or to grow your personal brand. You know on Facebook in store whatever you’re deciding to do. It’s not, you know, always have to go like the pure organic route because it does take longer so I was just kind of experienced.

I was like okay. What, if I do marketing for myself for my personal grant? Actually, I gained fall over, it’s like what can I do down that sort of Avenue, and this is kind of what I got and I’m trying to show you guys. You know what I started doing in the future with this bug, and this is just a very quick article that I want to do, because I literally have a flight to Bali that I have to go out and leave soon for, but that is the article guys.

How I Was Getting 1000 Instagram Followers Per Day On Using FaceBook Ads

Not necessarily you know, ecommerce with business related, but for the people that are trying to you know, grow the personal brand grow their. I guess that you know their business brand whatever it is and not you know, use what all these other people are saying assume like. Oh use the algorithm get organic followers stuff like that, and you know you can do that.

But this article is going to be some. You know paid ads and trying to use that to gain followers and kind of my results with that and showing you guys the back end of that. So you guys can kind of replicate and do the same thing now. Basically, what I was doing, okay, just to give you guys an overview before we hop into the laptop screen here, is I wanted to figure out a way to gain organic Instagram followers right and pay as little as possible, but not go the typical route of like Buying a shout-out from an influencer or trying to use the algorithm, or you know doing anything like that because you know it, for instance, if you’re new to this blog right, I own e-commerce businesses, I own software’s, I own sass companies, you know social media marketing companies.

It’s like I do marketing for a living. That’s what I do, and so I wanted to basically apply that to my personal brand on Instagram and see what we could kind of get done there. Okay, but that sort of makes sense now to kind of go over. That now right, it’s basically what I decided to do was. I was going to run Instagram story ads. Okay, so you know the ads you see when you’re on someone like reading like swiping through people’s stories.

Okay, I was running it in scream story ad to try and gain followers now, because my personal brand is very, you know, angled towards sort of like content and business. I get a lot of people in the business space that want to like get started with dropshipping, like I start with e-commerce. Those are the people that are really interested in my brand in me and those are the people that follow me. I want to target those people now by doing so.

Okay, you can’t again just telling someone to follow. You isn’t going like like to me like the good. This is my train of thought right. Telling someone to follow me right off. The bat is going to be a lot harder than using some psychology to actually get them to follow me instead and what it, what a minute. So, basically, when I was running the the instagrams type of bad guys, but basically I was telling people to do is.

I was saying hey if you want to get started in e-commerce or dropshipping, because that’s what my brands about right so again add them. In that event, that might not be the case with your brand, but that’s where you kind of like spin it and put it push it on something like whatever your brand is doing right, but my brand is around e-commerce. How To Be a Social Media “Influencer” #askjadeshow

So, just let us know who you are what you do where were you from? I am from Scotland, I yeah. What do you do? What’s your? What’s your profession, I guess, what’s your, what are you currently doing on social media? Have a kind of like type thing? Oh I’m, taking at your account beautiful, foodie bloggers. What do you think is? What’s your current problem, how can I help you um? I just kind of wondered how to like insert more of myself into X.

Obviously, right now that’s kind of just like a lot of like food pictures but yeah, I kind of want to strengthen like personal side of it. So I got, I guess so. Maybe are you feeling, like you, get a lot more interaction and people find more value from food pictures? Not you. So you feel like if you post a picture. It’s like no one gives a shit. Okay, okay! I that’s what that’s a real problem, so how you do it like props to you.

Thank you. Well, let me let me take a look, so is YouTube something you’re currently working Harden or not as much you haven’t, sat down and filmed a YouTube article at all. I do Instagram lives or have you done anything with like face to face story? Interaction? Maybe you know what I think you should do. I think my biggest ever like tip for just starting to be like you know, trying to get comfortable with a camera, is really hard.

I’m telling you it’s like not like. I love the camera. It’s actually really weird, because no one’s fucking there, and sometimes if you go online right, if you ever like the do live, have you? Okay? If you have you done alive before? Okay, it’s just really awkward, but no one talks back and you’re just like looking for questions and no one’s asking anything. So how do you make it less awkward? So my biggest thing – I think I want you to try – is the key of being less awkward is called preparation.

So let me make it a little more less raw raw. I think what I would do for you is going on your DMS and whether you answer every single one or don’t for the next like leave it up for 24 hours to make people ask you, questions start the first couple articles slash you want to like segment Yourself inside just make it a Q & A do heavy Q & A because, what’s going to happen, is the reason why people don’t are not as interesting as Charlotte the person and more Charlotte the food? It’s because you don’t haven’t given them a reason to really care about you as a person.

For example, if you say give me a Q & A let me answer your questions and you do face to face interaction. They’re going to want to read your YouTube article. What I would do is, if you don’t know what to say, make people ask you. The second thing is you should try something called. It’s called like the 60 60 minute challenge. I think it might help you so basically a little bit. Okay, are you ready? So I actually I do this for so many Oh kind of like my artist friends like people who make music cuz some people just don’t wan na fucking.

I don’t know why they’re an artist but they don’t wan na make a song. So I try to help them with how to be more comfortable, putting stuff down on paper. So for you, I would say: set a timer 60 minutes, whatever you film in that 60 minutes, you have to post it, whether it’s stupid or whether it’s good you have to so. This really gets your mind to kind of be okay. With imperfection good luck, charlie, I hope you crush it by the way.

It gets carried on. A lot of people are reading them, they have envy or they have just people have their eye on them. Okay, people these piece weeks. How about this? How do you measure an influencer? That’s a better question. I feel like you’re like no, like you know. How would you measure someone like, for example, like how would you measure how influential someone is there you go, it’s a hard one think about it.

Well, I’m thinking right now is like oh, okay, tell me more. What does that explain it to like a five-year-old saying, peace? How do you measure influence go wow? You might do something great right now, but not everyone can see it well. How would you measure your success if someone is okay, honey, mm-hmm? I know a lot of youtubers action, don’t make money, so those are the stupid utility you’re supposed to make money for, of course, I think about it like this there’s nothing wrong with money.

It’s just about how much time you’re dedicated. If you have all your money made from YouTube, your hashtag dedicated that’s your job, so I feel like people who are half-assing YouTube and don’t make money it’s because they don’t know they’re, not actually 100 % committed, which is not evil. I think people kind of tie grounds to hardly with money, so I mean like. Let me know: do you really want to quit your job and do you two full-time one, do if you’re starting small and you haven’t, made any money yet and like he’s being consistent or you’re trying to rescue like? Where did that? Please you what’s your goal to make money right in what yeah time it’s time holding you Matt’s, not enough time, not enough money to do what you want or not enough self-confidence.

/! It’s yourself holding back! This is what I would do. Peace, I’m going to help you out with your YouTube career when you’re, when you’re small, you do the following things: you just test a lot of shit you’re just going to try something and you’re trying to do what people want to do, which is make content. So what you first of all the first thing, this first step to be YouTube famous, is you need a frickin be like through the roof? You literally, if you can’t, if you’re scared of posting a article, no one wants a fucking, follow you, because everyone in their own home just are is insecure. The reason why youtubers or success will succeed is because either they’re extremely confidant, camera and people kind of want that in you know kind of embedded in them. So they read you more. I think that’s what you need to start with start with a little bit of confidence.

This might mean taking a trip to the park and just kind of being real with yourself doing, a really full beat look to make you feel better whatever you start with yourself. First and then what I would do next is don’t give a shit and do my favorite technique called top ten of top ten. So this is something I haven’t cinema youtube yet, but what you can do right now? Peace go to your top ten favorite youtubers.

Go to their most popular articles, take ten of their most popular articles and recreate it in your own words. So then you have a hundred unlimited. You have a hundred unlimited articles that you know is proven and works. Okay, and what’s the problem with that? What’s going to help you’re going to you’re going to get sued, so something more like what are you afraid of with someone getting upset? No, no one gives a shit like no one.

You have to understand you’re, not copying, there’s a difference between okay, I think imitation is horrible, like copying their words or style, it’s horrible. I am a sports journalist, particularly for the NBA. I wanted to know because a lot of my content and access piece – and it’s a lot of stuff like that games or events or practices and stuff and with the season over, feel like I’ve kind of hit a little bit of a wall, creating content, because there Just hasn’t been as much stuff to post. How do you keep that fresh when it’s kind of a drag ball right now with that with, like that’d, be a season over in LA on it, so you’re on 5,000 followers? What’s the outcome you really want to see from this like fucked off my head: I’d love to eventually be at like 50,000 200,000.

What do you think’s holding you back from getting to you? 50 100,000. I’m sure, like I think I posted contact cuz right now. A lot of your work is less it’s either you or the player. Have you had a piece of kana that to you guys together yeah, I posted some stuff, it’s a little further down, but like like an interview, because so this is what I think for you. I think you don’t have necessarily like OJ and I don’t know what to post like you do know what to post.

You know what gets likes. You know what people want to see. It sounds like to me: you just have a distribution problem. Do you think I’m onto something for apps yeah? No, you go. You go first over think I tend to overthink in general, but especially now it was posting. It has I’ve gotten more followers because I was around, like I probably had 700 like last summer, so I’ve gotten more followers. I got started overtake my captions and like when I ask a question.

I’ve noticed that I get pretty good engagement and results of questions, but I don’t know if I should be asking a question on every post or like some post. I can’t really think of a question that would go with the photo, the one where I’m like, posing with the basketball yeah that couldn’t really think of a question for that. But I think for me, if it’s a distribution and on top of that, like oh, I mean what I what I think about when I put yourself maybe, but if I’m myself in your shoes, maybe it’s like oh shit, I’m the shit now and I got ta.

Look cool so like for that, when you feel like you’ve made it somewhere, I would just do the complete opposite and just tell yourself you did to help you have it on shit, a lot of people when they get too big or, like I don’t even fake When you just experience fast growth, it can ultimately kill you, because in your head, you’re getting complacent and a little bit less oh, I think you actually know what to ask and what people want to hear it’s more of a fact of how vulnerable are you test? Testing a lot of things because you have to realize you’re still in the very beginning stages right now, you can’t overthink.

You really can’t afford that, but your dreams are bigger, I’m assuming so maybe you need actually think about like this, like you’re, just starting who gives a fuck. If you don’t know what to caption it, you have a lot more to go. That’s the first thing. Second thing is once you get over yourself and you’re like okay, I haven’t done shit. This is just only the beginning and I don’t need to worry so much about what people think.

I would actually take some of your best work. You did the spreadsheet thing, which is fucking cool, and this kind of like do this like smart, to take a photo with someone that has your audience. For example, amigos! That’s huge! What I would do is just take that freaking photo of a really meaningful caption and describes you and what you do put that as a Facebook or Instagram ad and show it to only migos followers.

People who are fans of me goes, I am Telling You they are going to come by on your page, a big host shit, I’m also like, because I’m I know a lot of guys if you target lot of guys, they listen to me, goes they’re, probably also Into basketball, so you know what I mean like, I feel like what you should do is distribution is simple ads. It’s it’s literally. What five dollars a day you can app at in just take your best content that you think people would be super interested in which is probably a photo and then insert yourself into it and then get that distribution down, because you already know what to post.

I feel like if you just want more followers triads, it’s the most targeted and fastest way: okay, okay and then one last question yeah a lot of photos of myself. I don’t want it to just become all about me, like I kind of want to invite value. To my see my followers, how would you say going about balancing like inserting myself into to my posts versus I know providing that most of people come for the other stuff? I assume.

Let me give you example. There’s a reason. Why Will Smith Will Smith? The page like Will Smith’s Instagram is better than a Will Smith’s Instagram like there’s a reason, my quote: Instagram pages, don’t do as well as maybe the personal page. I don’t think, there’s anything wrong with incident yourself in it, and why do you think it’s wrong? I feel like personal touches. People want to see face-to-face interaction, just because you put a selfie in it, doesn’t make it invaluable the values in the caption, the photos, just entertainment.

I don’t think you should worry about that. Okay, okay, so you think it’s fine to post more photos of myself as long as I’m providing value in the caption, I think that’s, what’s best people kind of want to see you kind of in the mix. I think that’s what makes you if you wanted to start just a. I don’t know editor page without you that would that be different story, but this is your page. This is like your page right, so you need to add yourself into it.

Review Medieval Fight Club Crusader Knight Dagger

So in this article today we’re going to do a review of the medieval Fight Club, crusading Knights data. That’S this one right here, hi guys it’s Ben from medieval mayhem. On this blog. We do a lot of reviews and we look at DIY costuming and furniture for medieval reenactment, the Society of creative anarchism and also for live-action roleplay game, as well as taking a good, in-depth look at many of the medieval cultures throughout the Western world.

So if you’re interested in the medieval period you might want to consider subscribe, hi, okay, I recently purchased this dagger. I was really looking for something to add to add some really nice touches to my costuming and my weapons. So I do some um some Hema, which is historical European, martial arts with one of the local reenactment groups and I’ve really gotten into it. I was really looking for a good sort of secondary weapon, as soldiers of today would refer to it.

I did a lot of research there’s a lot of rubbish out there. Then the market is really flooded with with cheap stuff and it’s just not packed right, but I found this one. It is actually very inexpensive, but the quality is really quite remarkable, so this cost $ 50, and I was quite impressed with that. The quality of the workmanship is very, very high. I’M really quite impressed the detail is is very good.

I find this a very easy sort of weapon to wield. It comes as a dull blade. It’S a total of 41 centimeters long, it’s a blade being 27 cm. The blade has a 35 millimeter width and weighs a total of four hundred and ten grams. So, let’s take a little bit more of a look already, so you can see this good shape of the blade here as a saying it’s nice and dull, so you don’t need to do anything with it to make it suitable for role play games, reenactment purposes.

That said, it is going to depend on the rules of your group. The the hilt has a really nice leather grip, and you can see it’s got a nice, rounded pommel. The cross guard is, is nice and firmly in place? I really like this. This is um. This is a classy piece of kit, I’m going to be making a leather sheath for this dagger in about a week’s time. 5 Projects That You Can Sell | Woodworking Business

Today we’re going to talk about five projects that we’ve learned so really well for us. So we got a question the other day on Instagram. Go follow us on Instagram, if you haven’t already, but we got a question of somebody asking: what do you make that sells the best like because there’s a ton of different projects? What, as a beginning, woodworker trying to make some money, what should I go towards to make money, and so we were just replied with the five things that we made the most of we thought that would be a pretty good topic for a article, so we’re just Going to roll through the five projects that are just kind of our go-to explain: what’s good and bad about each project, what we’ve learned by building several of them and hopefully that’ll spark an idea for you.

Maybe you can use these as your go-to or it gives you the confidence to get off the ground with your business. Five projects are so versatile and so ubiquitous that, like you, can incorporate. Oh, I know it’s a big word whoa. I heard a B. You use it so yeah ubiquitous means it’s everywhere, so these are five projects that you can make so different and so unique that if a customer just says hey, can you show me something XYZ that you built? You can point to one of these projects and say: well, I can do it just like this, but in a door or in a shelf or in a cabinet, something like that and honestly in your portfolio, people like to see pictures of things that they could see Themselves buying, so if somebody wants a coffee table or they want some bar stools, but all your Instagram or whatever portfolio has in it like super tiny, detailed, keepsake boxes, there can be like.

I don’t know if they’re quite up my alley, let’s just get into it. Talking that’s the transition. Okay, so number one on our list of super common projects is a desk. We have made multiple articles on YouTube of us building desks. That’S just what people want lots. People want need desks whether it’s to fill space in a room or they genuinely just need a work area. We’Ll get a lot of requests to customize desks, whether that’s cable management, wireless charging, certain types of legs that they want, but it comes down to it.

They’Re super simple to make and customize. So if you have a picture of one in your portfolio that somebody thinks it’s cool, they can look at it and say: hey, that’s awesome and then can we do two extra holes for cable management, you’re, like yeah sure no problem super easy, so very versatile. There’S a lot of directions: you can go at this one, you can change the style of a little look of them, the feel of them and when it comes down to it, still just a really usable desk and then a little bit more on the sales side Of building desks and why we absolutely love the building of it.

It’S because it is great practice for you as a salesperson to up charge to add little extras to add accessories and customize it for them and and really as you customize. It takes more time and more materials, more skill. It’S going to naturally cost more, whether it’s labor or whether it’s your hourly rate, it’s the materials you buy all in all, it will cost more. So, for example, somebody comes to you and they say hey.

I need a desk, that’s great! That could be 8 million different desks. You can sit down and say hey. What are you going to use the desk for? Are you a computer gamer? Are you a college student? Do you want it for decoration from there? If they say you know, yeah, I’m a computer gamer, I like gaming, you say well from there. We can do multiple shelves for you. You can make different cubbies to hold tower for your desktop computer.

Cable management is a big one that people who do a lot of online gaming like to do. You can include wireless charging, so they can charge all of their little. I don’t know pieces accessories at the same time, while they’re playing I just want to put in here for just second, you remember, Sam the guy who built the liquor cabinet for a good friend of ours. We just built him a desk and we just did all the we just did all of those things to his little desk.

We have a matched furniture desk, just a pine top chamfered edges, hairpin legs built in that exact same desk. We normally sell it for 200 bucks whenever we batch out five or more, and we turned his almost the same exact style. We turned his into like an 800 dollar desk because we used an oak top he’s two by six oak. For the top note big thick and then I made a long tray that did all of his cable management.

We had a power strip in there and then I routed out a big hole in the bottom, so he could put a wireless phone charger through the top of the wood and with all those up charges. We changed it from a 200 dollar desk that we would make out a pine into an 800 dollar desk and it really only cost me and it cost me an extra like two or three hours worth of labor to get those other things finished. Okay, number: two piece of furniture that we do constantly is coffee tables.

Everybody loves coffee tables. Most of what we see is somebody is trying to achieve a certain style or they’re trying to tie together a certain look in their living room, and the coffee table is a really easy way to do that. So that’s what we see most of the time or somebody will come to us and say hey. I need to match another piece that I have in my living room. So I need the coffee table will look like that and honestly, that’s where we get a lot of repeat customers, alright.

So, on the sales things, coffee tables are really good because it teaches you and it trains you how to followup with your customers and get repeat sales, because if you think about it, where do people put coffee tables in their living rooms? And then, if you look at a living room, think of your living room, it’s probably where you have the most furniture in one small area. That reason being because that’s the room, everybody sees, you have guests and company come over and you sit on the couch in your living room around your coffee table.

You serve drinks. Maybe you have some end tables a shelf in the corner. A TV stand. There’S a ton of stuff in your living room. So if there’s any area of your house, where you want a really nice looking piece that you can, you know talk to people about for people to compliment and point out the cool design features. It’S your living room. So, starting with a coffee table, you build somebody, a coffee table, they really like it.

You follow up with them in a couple of months and you say: hey how do you like that coffee table? They say: hey yeah, I like it, it looks really cool. You can even say something like hey when I was in your living room. I noticed in that corner on the left side of your wall. There’S a little space open and I think it’d be super cool. If we put a bookshelf in there, we could make it match your coffee table by using the same kind of wood.

Oh that’s an awesome idea. I never thought about that. That’D be super cool to have a bookshelf in my living room that matched the coffee table and from there you can start another sale with a repeat customer. So you put a really nice piece of furniture in somebody’s living room and what do people automatically start doing? They start comparing everything they have to that one piece of furniture and when you’re, comparing MDF and particleboard furniture to that beautiful oak coffee table that you just built them they’re going to think wow.

I need to replace some of the stuff I have now with nicer stuff, or I simply want to replace some of my old stuff with newer, nicer stuff. So that’s another awesome way that coffee tables are going to bring you multiple sales. So coffee tables are really good catalysts to train you to find repeat customers and talk to people who have already bought from you all right. Next, up on the list, our cutting boards you’ve seen us make a bunch of cutting boards on this blog and that’s just because they sell really well it’s one of the it’s one of those things that everybody uses, there’s something that you can batch out and make A lot of in a short amount of time they don’t take up a whole lot of space, so you can kind of have them in the corner of your garage or in your basement, or something and just have them ready to go and the next time that You need to make a sale or get a few extra dollars of cash.

You can just start texting a ton of people that you haven’t talked to in a while and just said, hey running this business now was just batching down a ton of cutting boards, one if you wanted one and that’s a really easy way to make a you Know a couple hundred bucks very quickly. It’S also another thing that you can approach businesses with one thing, my buddy Bruce Aldrich that he does. He makes cutting boards for closing gifts, so he’s got a really good connection with a bunch of realtors in town, and he just asked him he’s like hey.

Can I make cutting boards and you give those to your clients as closing gifts when they buy a home or sell a home with you? He stays really busy making a lot of cutting boards and you can get super fancy with cutting boards. You can do the face grain cutting boards, which we do a lot of. You can also do edge and integrating cutting boards, which are also they take a little more time, but they’re really really nice.

And if you get a realtor, that’s got the money to spend on really nice closing gifts typically 50 to $ 100. You can really start to make a lot of money, especially once you start patching them out. That’S also a really good opportunity for you, as a business owner, to learn how to scale if all you need is an extra two or three clamps and you can make another two or three cutting boards per batch. That really raises your profit margins.

So this kind of teaches you how to scale with a small product that way when you get ready to do something like a restaurant or a department store and build all the display tables. You kind of already know how to think through a lot of products running through your shop at once. Yeah, that’s why we recommend cutting boards are a great place to start, if you’re a business, that’s just trying to get off the ground and learn how to do this production thing.

What’S a blanket ladder, it’s time for a field trip, taking a trip. Have your seat? Is it going to be lit? This next up is blanket ladders. Jenny made this one with just a jigsaw and a drill. It was going to be so mean if you just stopped in there stupid easy to make Jenny made this one. Alright. Next on the list, our blanket ladders – they’re very simple – to make Jenny made this one with just a jigsaw in a drill.

They do really well in a living room. They’Re, really versatile. You can get kind of intricate with them. If you want to all it takes. Is just a couple of two by fours you can screw them together plug the holes. This again is another good project. It’S a little bit larger, but you can batch them out really quickly. So it’s another really good learning opportunity for you, as a business owner to batch five to ten of these out and kind of move through the process of doing multiple pieces at once in your shop.

These do really well at craft fairs. Also, do the measuring sticks? You know where you measure your kids height on this stick and you can take the stick with you. If you move or something like that and blanket ladders are really easy to sell, because you can also sell decorating packages with them. This is something Jenny’s done. She’Ll, like bundles she’ll, take a like a burlap sack. You get it Walmart or something like that and she’ll put like four seasons worth of decorations in each one from like Hobby Lobby or somewhere and she’ll sell that bag of decorations for 20 bucks, along with the blanket ladder for about 50 or 60.

So for a hundred bucks, you’ve got a piece and decorations already put together ready for a year-round decorating in your living room, a lot of people in the East in the south, where my family’s from we have a whole bunch of blankets and quilts that are family. Heirlooms and they’re just collecting dust in the closet, but you could put them on a blanket ladder display them. That’S another sales angle that you can go for really.

These things are just so versatile for decorations. Just try to find out what’s popular in your area and try to throw together a decorating package to go with the blanket ladder, because that’s going to go way further than just having a ladder made out of wood that you’re trying to sell. So this is a good way to learn how to market and take good pictures too. Oh my god, so the last thing we’re going to talk about is kitchen tables.

This is where you can really flex your muscles as a maker. If somebody’s buying a kitchen table from you, it’s probably not the first thing they’ve ever bought from you. Maybe it is, but this is a pretty high-dollar item once you’re starting to talk about like custom kitchen tables you’re looking in the to $ 3,000 range, just kind of depending on the size of the table. This is where you can learn how to make bigger items.

You really have to think about your clamping strategy, your sanding and finishing strategies. It’S just everything’s different with a larger product. Everything changes when the project gets really big. It’S one thing to do a bunch of cutting boards and if you have the tables booked, when you get one or two kitchen tables in the workshop, you start to run out of space really quickly. So it’s a good exercise and learning how to you know, just manage your space.

I guess this is where you can really find out how well your shop is laid out, because if you can’t make a large item like a kitchen table in your shop, you may need to consider getting rid of some things or moving some stuff around, especially if You want to do any sort of like production. You, like my crocks you. These are my nice crocks, but yeah kitchen tables. If you’re at the point, where you’re selling kitchen tables to your clients, I’m pretty sure, you’ve made it because that’s something that they’re family touches eats on like people will trust you if it’s like a small cutting board or something.

But if they’re going to spend two or three thousand dollars with you to build a kitchen table, I feel like you’ve you’ve arrived, that person is definitely on your ferris wheel. I hope these tips have been helpful. These are just the five things that we make the most of that we will have the best learning opportunity for a small business or a side hustle trying to learn how to build things and there’s all different types of construction.

Like we’ve covered small things like cutting boards, two really big items like kitchen tables. If you can master those five products, part products, if you can master those five products, everything is going to go your way and it sounds like you’re off to a great start.
