So you we do this by sitting around every single day for 30 minutes at 2 p.

M. A est. Take note of that and we talk about how you can capture the right people. You know create the right content, so you can engage those people, educate them, inspire them and provide them with value and then most of all, convert those people into paying clients and then pretty much after that, utilize that for branding your own authority and creating relationships so That, like I, keep saying your business can be profitable and enjoyable.

If you are finding it difficult to get attention, I want you to type in the number one. If you are someone getting by, can you type in the number two if it’s totally difficult for you to get by, can you type in the number three? I just really want to have an understanding of who is online right now I see Sheridan has just tuned in. Thank you so much, I’m hoping you’re feeling better right now and also doing well with your work right then – and this is your first time tuning in welcome aboard like I said this will be a 30-minute segment when we’re really talking about how you can bust a Notch or two and actually you know, really reach out to your audience and get their attention and actually you know, sell to the audience so that your business can be profitable and can be enjoyable now, wouldn’t that be nice? Alright, now you know here’s a situation that I’m sure everybody who’s reading right now can resonate with you know you probably have a small budget and you’ve got really really big dreams.

You know when the Facebook ad that sold you on to the dream that you have you know can buy. It came with. You know pina coladas on the beach and you working by the beach, or you know four hour work weeks like what Tim Ferriss has written, etc, etc. But all of that just exists in misleading facebook ads when you start, you know really working on your business when you start creating for and relating to your audience, it’s not the same way as the Facebook ads.

You know, have predicted or put it out there. So you might, you know, really have really really big dreams you want to have. You know grow your own business, you want to become your own boss, but money and cashflow are tight, and that means you know you’re going to of that cash flow for things that are really really important and you’re going to skimp on your marketing. Now. Does this sort of sound like you, does this sound like like you’re the person who’s got a small budget and maybe big dreams? I want to know the people that are actually reading here, because you know if you’re doing well, then maybe this one with the article for you, but if, if you’ve got really small budgets and and really big dreams, then I want you to continue reading this article You’re not I mean because I run a digital agency leave along digital and I get a lot of requests.

You know for people that wanted strategy session from me, because we do a lot of marketing in and around you know the websites on and off online, etc, etc. So, there’s people that want – maybe you know a strategy created for them. There’s people that want implementation of. Maybe they’ve heard me speak about the blueprint or they they want me to help them with their SEO or but they’re on a minimum budget.

You know and and then this happens on a daily basis. You’re not I mean not. A lot of businesses are actually making money out there, like I said in the other article, ninety seven percent of the article of the you know: small businesses in Australia run by people like you and me all right and then pretty much from that. Ninety seven percent. Maybe thirty to forty percent, I’m not going to make it past year, one year two year, three, all right! So that’s why you know people like me come in because we help you to actually have a business, that’s profitable and enjoyable.

I see Anna or sure them. It’s just children. Thank you so much for joining us today, alright, so luckily we as entrepreneurs, we love that challenge and I also love a challenge. When somebody comes to me and says, I don’t have that much of a budget, but let’s see how we can work together. You’re not I mean because now we’ve become experts in achieving a very lot. You know a lot of results for people with very little.

All right, and how do we manage to do this? I’m going to be sharing some of my secrets in this particular article right now. So if you know somebody who’s struggling with their marketing, if you know somebody who’s struggling with their business, somebody who’s struggling with their cash flow tag them in this article right now, because I’m giving out the secrets that we’re using and we’re also giving out to people That have a very low budget so that their businesses can be profitable and enjoyable.

And if you may, you can actually share this article from this point on, because I’m going to be giving you the effective digital marketing strategies for bootstrapping. In especially if your startup or if you’re a small business all right and I’m going to just give it away right from the get-go first of all, you got ta, make sure you’re doing good work. You got ta, make sure you’re doing good art, because that’s the only thing that gets remarkable.

That’s the only thing that people alright! No, I want you to maybe remember a time old or the last time you went and readed a movie alright and have you ever walked out of a movie or have you ever heard? Somebody who’s read the same movie that you’ve readed, repeating maybe a couple of lines from that movie. You know that that readed and you guys instantly connect now. What I’m trying to say is if you make good art, people will talk about it.

It will be remarkable. You know just like how you know good movies end up as people start talking about those lines in that movie. If I say I’ll be back, you remember, you would know that I’m talking about Arnold Schwarzenegger’s movie. If I talk about, I can’t really think of movie lines right now, but you you get what I’m trying to say all right, so make good art do good work. So if you are ever going to get anything from this article today get those three little words make good art cuz, I’m the only thing that people will talk about.

If you make people happy, if you make people laugh, if you make people get results from the work that you’re putting out there, they will talk about you at a barbecue. That’s the first thing that you can absolutely do even if you’ve got a low budget or even if you’ve got a high budget. If your work is good enough for people to talk about, they definitely will talk about it. Alright and I see – and what’s going on.

Rather, thank you so much for in the next thing that you really want to grasp and and those that are really enjoying this article right now tag somebody who might really want to hear about this, so that it can actually help them by actually helping them. The next thing that you really want to make sure within your business is once you’re doing good work, that good work becomes your message all right and then, when you’ve got that good work, make sure that message goes to a market be specific on who has to Actually hear that message, because not everyone is your customer, because if you’re going to be spraying and praying with your marketing, then you’re wasting advertising money.

You’re wasting. You know advertising budgets you’re wasting your time, you’re wasting the listeners time. Alright. Whenever people don’t understand, who is this meant for me and whenever people don’t understand, is this book written for me whenever people don’t understand? Was this book meant? For me, it’s going to be difficult for them to actually listen to the message, so you have to have really good work like I said, and then it creates what is called a permission asset once you’ve got permission to sell to me.

I will then start listening. All right, you can’t sell to somebody who hasn’t, given you permission to sell to them so once you’re doing good work, you’ve got a message now that goes to a specific market. You now need to choose the blogs of how you’re reaching out to that audience wisely. I see Luke has just turned in Nicole my love. What’s going on, haven’t seen you in a minute chuckle Bradley. Thank you so much brother for walking, I’m your last name is walkouts got ta say.

Thank you so much for walking by you know this article. So, like I said your message, your market, you got ta now be specific about the media, as you can tell and as you will notice, you know what’s actually happening right now. Facebook is under scrutiny for having leaked people’s data, etc, etc, and guess, what’s going to happen, people are going to shrug away from you know using Facebook as a platform.

Now, if you have big noticing as well that Facebook, even the reach has been dwindling in the reach, has been getting smaller and smaller and if you have just been, you know basing or standing on one media blog. As you know, the way you’re reaching out to your audience, it’s going to be grand opening and grand closing for you. Alright. So, like I said your media, your market, and when you actually now choose your blog, which is the you know, which is how you deliver your message.

You know it makes it a whole lot easier, whether you move from one platform to another people will still remember what you said. Why? Because you’re doing good work, because you’re making good art I see Nicole, has just children. Thank you so much for your time today. I hope you having a fantastic meat week session wherever you at right now, all right, so all of these are effective digital markets.

If you notice, we haven’t even gotten into the whole trickery of you know, tools and and tactics and everything else. It’s just what your message is: what that market really needs to be in the media and I’ll be playing around those three M’s, and if it’s the only thing that you really get from this show today, Nick good arts, that’s the only thing that people care about These days, not about how funny your articles are not about how your content comes into the newsfeed, not about how your blog is situated or what trickery you got them into signing up to your news list, if you’re not making good art if you’re not putting on Good work, nobody will care all right, whatever you’re going to say, he’s going to mean Jack diddly if you are not specific about your market and what blogs you’re going to be using in order for you to reach out to them message, market medium, all right.

So this is for those people that have a you know a really tight budget and really want to make sure they get a proper return of their investment as soon as they put money in and then they get some sort of cash outline. So, by choosing your blogs wisely, we all caught up in in the angst. You know that is caused by the lack of money, because guess what we we are forced or we are shown. How are the big companies? Are? You know advertising you not.

I mean we forget one thing: everyone has a limited marketing budget, you know, I mean not even the tires like Apple or coca-cola, I just spreading money out there. They are working within their budget, so I mean obviously their bodies are huge. You not I mean, but they still work hard and choosing the right blogs that give them the right return on their only investment and why? Why would they do that? Because nobody wants to waste money, and especially if you don’t have that money, why would you want to waste something you don’t have so make sure that whatever you’re going to be doing you’re not going to have to do it twice? Do it once and for all or what them what them carpenters say, measure twice and cut once Genaro mean so if you’re, a small business and you’re with small budget, this is actually really really important figure out.

What are you good at? Who means you know, what are you good at? What are you selling who needs it and where can you find them and then just specifically go to that blog instead of you being spreading yourself too thin, and then you know becoming a high-sounding nothing. You know cuz, you can’t afford to waste money, so you want to start by choosing the right digital marketing blogs and mind you. This is not an easy task right now.

Can you tell me where you think your audience is actually situated within the whole online space? Can you just type in where you think is the best place to to find you or your audience right now? Where are they congregated? Where would they be if you would go out and find 10 customers off your own right now? Where would you specifically go especially in your business? Please type it in the comments, then you know this is hundreds of blogs, there’s hundreds and each of them offer a rabbit hole in and of itself.

You know, I mean, there’s social media is email. There’s PPC ads. This SEO, you know this display ads this content, marketing. All of that and guess what every new thing that comes on the market mocking us find a way to ruin it. So if you’re hearing about something from a Facebook ad guess what people are already raped, it and they’ve already ruined it and as much as you are a late arrival all right.

So you need to know specifically where your audience, where you congregates, then I see Mike as just children, what’s going on brother tonight, I mean this is just a few of the things that we are exposed to, because if you don’t know where your client is right Now and a quarter past two, then you have lost everything. You know you wouldn’t know what to do it for beer, because then, if you know where your client is, are they in the office or are they taking their kids from school? Because if you post a blog at that particular time, are they going to see it or are they going to wait until they finish making dinner for their family? So that’s how much you need to know your market and each of them each of these platforms.

I’m talking about it comes with its own limitations, so you now have choice. Paralysis. Is that what they call it, paralysis of choice and it’s real? The struggle is real right there you know. So do you know exactly what your customer is doing right now at a corner bus to please, if you know, can you type it down right now? You know because you’d like to to to to to I mean you would want to use platforms that are already where your customers are.

If you don’t have money you know, because if you go off the beaten track, how are you going to reach to new people? People need to hear your stuff six to eight times in order for you to catch fire and that costs money. It’s not going to be easy for somebody to pay attention to you if you haven’t gotten their attention in the first place. So, in order to make the right choice, you really need to start with your buyer persona, who is going to buy my products? What frustrations am I actually fixing who needs me in the market? What would happen if I’m not there? All of those questions? Are you asking yourself, those questions am I needed in market? Is this product? If I don’t exist that somebody suffer cuz, if you’re not asking yourself all those deep questions, my friend, that’s the reason why it’s crickets and your funnels.

That’s the reason why it’s crickets in your bank account right now find out who your ideal customer is: where do they hang out online? What publications, what are they buying on Amazon here? What do they like? Who are they listening to and what tone of voice actually appears appeals to them? Some people like to be told what to do some people like to make their own decisions find out. Is your customer that person what how am I reaching out to them and how are you going to know you’re getting the right person? What is the feedback that you should be getting from that buyer persona to actually solidify that you are doing good work, that they absolutely need Mack, good art? If that’s the only thing you get from this article today make good art mike says.

These are great questions. Does my existence solve somebody’s suffering? Absolutely, you know they’re not giving our participation trophies our day. My man, all right you’ve got ta really reach out to people, because you know what we are now. Oh, it’s called info Bay City. There’s a lot of obesity caused by food. Now there is info best city right. Let me coin that term info best city, everybody’s bloated, with information right now.

You’ve got ta, be that person and that actually you know what what do we call it. This be succinct with that information. Make sure you make it succeed enough that it fills them up. Everybody is bloated with information, so make sure whatever work you’re putting out. There is good at linked good art and your budgeting and your your your marketing budget won’t be strained a whole great deal. You know, and if you answer these questions like what Mike is saying, your choice is half made.

If you know where to find you next ten customers right now, can you type in the number one all right and I see Christine Stowe – has this chin then thank you so much Nicole says he is good, oh good. I will read it again absolutely and share this if you can, with your with your other mates that really have you know, I’m running on a low budget, but really want to reach out to their audience there, and if you can actually answer the questions that I Asked earlier on, as in who needs what you’re selling and who, whose existence is not going to be an enjoyable existence, if you don’t exist, or if your message doesn’t exist in the in the market right, then you know and then the rest would be covered by Whatever budget you have so there’s no point in you spreading yourself too thin without a message that resonates to a market.

You know start with maybe one or two blogs and then that you can actually afford to be present, because if you can show your customers, you can help them by actually helping them. Then I’ll tell you something. They would actually anticipate that you warn. You have a solution for them now Mike says he always gives me so much to think about going to re-read. Thank you so much Mike and Christian says everybody wants me to find them money in grunts absolutely.

But you need to answer the question. What would the grunts you know fulfill for these people? What is it that they actually want? It’s not grunts, they want. What do they want? Is it a better lifestyle, a better business, a business, that’s profitable and enjoyable, because right now, you’re pushing a product? What is the feeling, what is the thing that people absolutely want so that they come to you and then say and knock on your door Christine and say because of you, I did not give up what is it that they absolutely want from you? You need to find that and if you can specify what that particular thing is, I assure you people would be tripping stumbling and falling to come and get more of what you’re selling right there all right.

So you, you really have to be really succeed and show people you can help them by actually helping them and half of the time is Kristin says I’m wondering why they want money, I’m not getting that one, but that’s alright, and also if, even though the Internet Has spread open and you can become a global business. Sometimes you probably don’t need that. You know we’ve actually had excellent results with clients and that we have steered towards their own local audiences.

You know I mean we’ve actually started getting a lot of results and you know by just remaining local, because people want to do business with. Does they know like and trust? Yes, you could be, you know, um, you know international or global, but are you able to service that person, especially in different time zones? The people want their surance, that will you pick up their phone just in case. Something good goes wrong in the service that you’re providing.

You know and remember what I said about dreaming big, it’s okay, everybody wants to be known as the maybe so provider of a certain product or service globally, which is like. Maybe you want to be the uber or whatever you know, service you’re serving or you want to be the McDonald’s um. You know of your industry, because whenever you talk McDonald’s synonymous with fast food, you not I mean but site’s reputation.

It takes money, time and effort and buy money. I’m talking billions to build. So just because you’ve got a website, it doesn’t mean you, you, you become global you’re, not I mean you’re, not big shock, who you know who is international broth? You need to check these statistics all right, plus it’s not really profitable for a small business, whether you’re, local or not just find out. Do you really need to extend or stretch yourself so much because you comes with customer care, it comes with understanding the different cultures of the people, you’re reaching out to etc, etc.

You know so is it profitable for you to actually really go global or I ought to be better off with the people that actually understand who you are and can know like and trust you within your local periphery? You know cuz I’ve always given this example. You know if you really want to rank your website, because my main job is search engine optimization you’re, not I mean, and and maybe you are a crafter or a creator of wedding dresses.

If you just write in wedding dresses, it’s much more easier for you to rank number one for hand, med wedding, dresses in Melbourne or handmade wedding dresses in in Sydney. Oh handmade wedding dresses in Perth because whatever, if somebody’s going to search for something they’re going to look at, who will give me the the service cheaper, better faster, so you want to be found in your local area as well.

You know better, yet it’s actually more profitable. You know why these people that actually use long tail keywords you people that say you know dentist near me, know exactly what they’re looking for you’re, not I mean and they’re likely ready to buy. They probably have a bleeding neck, so if you just rank for the word dentist they’re not going to know, are you the dentist round the corner that they can actually just reach out to I’m a semantic? You would see my in henna, you know half the time if I go out and there’s people smoking around me or these dust and fumes from the cars I just typed in pharmacy near me, so that I know just in case I start wheezing.

I can how much longer would it take me to get to a pharmacy? You know how much longer would it take me to get to a pharmacy, I’m not just going to type in pharmacy. No, I want to to cure my pain as soon as possible. So that’s exactly what your clients are doing as well, try being local because it makes you you know people reach, you faster, cheaper and you you you will be. You offer better preference, because you know what people can pick up the phone and call you or just drive around the corner and get whatever service you’re.

Getting you know and Nicole says I was thinking I was thinking you become more profitable, based on the weight and value you hold right. Sorry, if it doesn’t make sense, I mean well, you value is good. That’s the reason why I took off cuz. I had over four thousand five hundred people from all of us. You know all over the the in the world, but I cut it all into half. You know what I really want to reach to people that you know.

I can help them immediately and I can help them there and there tonight I mean so, like I say I help people with search engine optimization those people that put generic inquiries, they probably just window-shopping, which means it’s not a good return of investment for you. So you want to leverage the power of location, maybe within your social media. You know your content marketing your SEO, your PPC, you know ads wherever you can on Janee and set your name, and you know in within your city within your neighborhood, because let me tell you something: people would support to build a woman.

People would support a wall that they helped to build. You now create instant rapport. If you say I’m an SEO engines in Melbourne instead of saying to somebody in Phoenix Arizona, who’s, never heard of Melbourne Australia. You know I mean so. Is your business, a local business or a global one? Nonetheless, why pass some clients that are in your backyard? People are more likely to do business with local companies.

So why not use that to your advantage. So, like I’m saying, if you haven’t really caught up to what we’re talking about in this article, I’m just giving you all the ideas that you can actually stop: marketing your business for free, throwing in five hundred dollars three hundred dollars every single day on Facebook and You’re targeting people that don’t even care about your work, my man, why would you be doing that? Why would you be stealing from yourself and one other thing that a lot of people who would not do is, if you’re not doing good arts? Nobody would remark your work, so if you do good art, if you do good work, you get reviews all right and Scott says prosper.

I can listen in because I’m in a cafe, but I love your work. Mate keep going. Thank you so much Scott. Thank you. So much try and get testimonials and case studies, maybe on your websites, because you know what people do business with those they know like and trust, and these days you know people who trust other people that have gone through the experience be instead of you saying, look, Look at me, you can actually have other people as being your ambassadors.

You know, like those people are talking about Elia on that. If you read the movie, you you, you go out of the movie and you’re repeating words that have been said in that movie and guess, where that comes in it creates your branding. It creates a community around the work you’re doing and you build loyalty and ambassadors around the word and it makes it cheaper for your marketing. You know, so you can encourage people to leave reviews on Facebook on Google on Google on Yelp.

I think there’s another one called Trustpilot a mom and don’t sing any of those, but user-generated content is also really good for SEO and it makes it a whole lot easier for Google to rank you. You know why, because you’re a trusted source, so we encourage people to leave. Reviews by you know, maybe offering little incentives and maybe a discount for her loan, bringing new referrals, etc, etc. Anything you can think of that is useful for you and your customers, because satisfied customers are usually the best brand ambassadors all right.

I really hope that this article has been useful for you and if you have tagged anyone that would have you know really really gotten. You know insights as to how to actually market a business on a cheap you’re. Not I mean I’m just going to wrap things up here. You know it’s cash flow is really important, especially in your business and the biggest thing that people scheme born is marketing when it comes to lit less funds.

So it’s not fun to start counting pennies and think how am I going to spend them best? You not, I mean, and I know that it’s not easy all right, but I also know that, with a bit of creativity, you not I mean and an entire at around research, you can actually achieve grand results. You can actually have a business, that’s profitable and enjoyable. It’s always a better way to get things done, stop trying to bite things that you cannot chew or you cannot swallow and not, and not.

A lot of marketing involves a lot of wads of cash. Just put out good work right there put out good content, engage your audio do remarkable stuff so that people can talk about you. In fact, this can happen to the best of us. Sometimes the lighting is off, the audio is off, or maybe your client just sent. You footage that could look better well, I’m in the studio today. Editing footage, that’s well kind of boring is the word, but that’s okay, because I’ve learned a ton of tricks that can help you to spice up bad looking or stagnant footage, and I’m going to show you some of those tips today.

On Owen article hey welcome back to the blog. You look fantastic by the way. Let’s take a look at the footage in question and I’m going to go over to the computer screen. This is the footage that we’re looking at today. Here’s the main thrust of what I’m going to show you so read how this sequence plays out. Those two cuts right are really rough and bumpy, and so what I want to do is smooth those out now this clip and this clip are already pretty similar.

So what I’m going to do here is take this middle clip, I’m going to highlight it. Click over on effects, controls and over here is scale. What I’m going to do is sort of scale this up and read what happens right, so I can like scale him up and bring him closer into the frame notice, how I’m just like just cutting off the head just a little bit: okay and then that kind Of simulates camera movement, so let’s check this out now and we go right back to it and we can use this trick over and over again and that’s a good thing because he’s got a few puts.

We need to spice up so oh my gosh who’s vacuuming right now, James, hey baby, can you have the kids not do their chores while I’m making YouTube articles? Yes, thank you minute. Okay, I want to show you another. One of these clips see look at. That is that we just got that that double VAT in there. So what we could do, first of all, is kind of cut this and we’ll bring this one a little bit closer.

So we’re just going to just clean that up and that’s actually not not too bad of a cut right. That’s very smooth from from here to here what we’re going to do to make it even smoother we’re going to come over here into the lower right hand, corner click on effects, go into your article transitions and click on dissolve. Then you’re going to select dip to white, okay and read what this does. Is we drag that into our frame there and read, read what happens with this edit now see how he kind of like he flashes, and you can’t even notice that there’s in it there these are two fantastic ways to blend your editing together read we can come Back remember this one: we can come back to that add a dip to white in there too.

Look at that and it looks even smoother hey. I hope you enjoyed today’s tip share your editing tips with us in the comment section below. Do you know any cool shortcuts? Concept of Syntegration in Sales | Professor Fredmund Malik

Gallen in Switzerland. How you doing I’m doing very well? How are you doing? Thank you for inviting me for this collegial talk yeah, absolutely and for those of you who want to wear.

Dr. Malik is scientist author advisor educator and chairman of the management centers and Gallants Whitson under the Mallik Institute for complexity, management, governments, governance and leadership. Friedman has written a number of books and, to be honest, this is one of those occasions where I can say I have read a number of those books and we ourselves here at pipeliner, followed the thematic management theory and find it it has transformed the way we Do business so it’s excited to to talk to you today.

So what I wanted to talk about is this concept of integration or superest integration and, first of all, maybe for everybody here. Maybe if you can just define or explain what’s integration is, did you say to make something clear? You did really read the book, so you didn’t. Oh, I did yes, yes like no. I did. I read the books. In fact, you know we. We we followed the. We follow the management theory here at that pipeliner, okay, okay, well, this integration is an artificial.

It’s a creation of words. Combining two words name is synergy and integration, so sin a duration and what it actually means is bringing together quite a number, a big number, a large number of people to join in in a highly harmonious symphonie, one could always almost say in order to interconnect our Knowledge is from very many fields, creating something as a rule, totally new to a leading question, which is important, has been selected by the board or whatever Authority in their organizations to be of utmost importance.

So so this concept, I think, becomes even more exciting when you think about that organizations are, are no longer they’re, no longer restricted or homogeneous or even one-dimensional, because they can now have a mixture of like full-time employees, part-timers contractors, some office space, some remote spread around The world, so this idea of bringing all these skill sets together. It’s almost like it’s time has arrived, because now you don’t have the restrictions on getting to the expertise you need.

Yes, that is true, and it depends of course or it is. It follows from the technological breakthroughs we have done in the last couple of decades by the use of cybernetics of computer technology, of more than information and communication technology which follow from these Sciences. And so, at the first time in, let me say in the practice of management actually, which is very old one actually, because people have all always had to manage their the destination their daily life.

But for the first time we are acute with totally different technologies. We have not so far, at least broadly speaking, followed up with the organizational setups which is needed, so you have painted a very, very colored and good picture of all those combinations of things which we’re quite a couple of years, unthinkable, mm-hmm and – and it’s it’s funny – That you should say that about the organization’s not catching up, because it’s it’s quite ironic, and I and I find this all the time.

Is you see openes who have disruptive or innovative business models or products or services and they’re highly creative, innovative companies, but when they make the breakthrough, they then create very, very traditional, hierarchical companies. They bring people together and they build offices and they adopt extremely traditional models, which seems almost at odds with their disruptive. You know business models or breakthrough technologies, so so how do companies start to catch up? Because that’s at that obviously is going to impact at some stage the way you operate.

In our case I mean practically all of these, or most of these startup companies start with technology, some sort of digitalization, of course, that’s very understandable. These are the young people who are becoming very familiar in their university years or whatever, even as amateurs, but we did it the other way around just by accident. Basically, we started with the organizational said no wanted to know.

How would organizations look like if we, if we looked at them or try to understand them as living organisms? For it is a metaphor, a picture which will help many so interconnected systems, organizationally people and all the departments and whatever we have? And this is an offspring of cybernetics too. So I would like tend to mention just a little bit fact that my kind of management is a twin brother to digitalization yeah and and, as I said, I mean we follow your management theories here and found them to be extremely effective in in how it helps Us operate as an organization, so how much does this change this access to talent across the globe and in in different mode? As I said, you can have full-time employee contract.

You can scale your business now with a lot of variable resources, because you’ve accent access to them. That’s going to change the balance of power somewhat because in in past times it’s like you have companies, maybe you have like Silicon Valley and it’s all concentrated there and that’s where people need to be and that’s the balance. But now we have the potential for some kind of sort of global democratization of resources right absolutely, and it’s done that it’s worldwide possible.

Basically, let us build a way for a moment political fact: difficulties between different countries, China, the u.S. Etcetera cetera. There are still some career, but even they become very, very they become penetrated by technology, basically and by what technology transports and interconnects these days, namely intelligence by the way of information and communication in totally new formats, yeah and obviously, with the digital.

With the with the spread of broadband and now the promise of 5g, the the ability for people, as you say, across the globe, to be able to contribute to the to to the digital world, is going to grow exponentially right absolutely and what grows the fastest is Complexity, so let me let me point to the fact that for the first time in history, due to technology, I mean what I should say first is that it is not digitalization or digitization.

However, one pronounces it particularly in your country, it is not really new. We have the idol the last analog computer in the 1970s or so so that’s not really new, and we had already a big big company by the name of digital equipment. You might remember, and his very very famous founder canossian. The thing is, or the point is, what does digitization really allow us to do, and this is for the first time in history we can interconnect everything to everything else globally and this will be sort of an Omega state.

So to speak – and this is the power which is already working in nature, but in evolution by bringing up totally new things, creativity, amplification of intelligence, combining it the connecting everything with everything else, basically, globally. It will last a few years until we achieve that state really. But the technology is there and examples of this means that I mean the driving forces. You interrupt me please, no, no go on do not go head to head.

The driving forces are, of course, these technologies, but it’s not only the computer side. It’s only the biologic. It’s also the biological ones, so the bio science has become very, very important with the help of the computers, and this is one driving force. Another one is the demography I mean in. We have a lot of demographic issues and challenges. Another one is ecology, of course, and the ecosystems become all the more important and then we have also the indebtedness, the economic situation at now, but the strongest right, the most powerful driver is, in my opinion, complexity.

What comes out, interconnectivity is what we call complexity and many people shy away from it and they want to reduce complexity. On the other hand, some some things have to be reduced, probably, and in some instances it is okay. So, but on the other hand, our brains are the most complex apparatus, so to speak organs there are some ten hundred billions. It’s hundred billions of of nerve cells are interconnected in so and so many trillions of time, and this is the basis of our intelligence and our knowledge and even our emotions mm-hm.

And it’s interesting that you talk about the complexity, because, obviously yes, when you get this global democratization, etc, then it it does become more complex to manage all of this. But at the same time you have mentioned cybernetics a couple of times, and you said you know about complexity, so we we also adopt cybernetic principles in our in our products. So how does cybernetics play into this whole scenario? Cybernetics is what whole systems together.

So it is the capacity of self-organization it brings in the capacity to self regulating system to amplification of intelligence, for instance by again interconnecting parts of knowledge. Knowledge — is which are apart so far, but if we interconnect them – and there is a huge outbreak of creativity, for instance, amplification of of intelligence – I already mentioned unfreezing of knowledge, which is otherwise stuck in these silos of the conventional organization, and this gives us an Enormous amount of freedom, also in the emotional sphere.

Basically, because, with the very methodology of cinta Gration, which you meant of our conversation, we can set free the emotions of people in a way which was never even before yeah and so and so getting back to what we’re also talking about. So this raises huge challenges. Then for organizations and how to restructure themselves to be able to take advantage of all of this and, as I said earlier, even the most innovative companies tend to default to very traditional modes of operating and and and the structure and organization.

So now organizations are going to have to become more creative in how they organize themselves correct, exactly they become brain-like, and we actually and explicitly are using together with this integrational and methodologies the model of viable systems as we call it, and this is a model actually Of the human nervous system, which belongs to the most complex, but to very build functioning systems – and this is our hour – let me say our model – we are following because it works so well and we are all familiar with it or at least partly so, and so We are building organizations after that particular model and using cinta Gration as a radical, but then there are totally new kinds of strategy, for instance – and you mentioned the word – the concept of effectiveness at the very beginning.

We are after what we call a culture of effectiveness. So cultures may have many many different formats and one needs several of them, of course, but one thing is how to make all these things effective if in the rising complexity of the various parts of the world – and this is still or has been so far, an Unsolved problem, but we are very close to it. Yes, because, as I said, you know having read your books and and adopted your management and theories, you know focus on the results and effectiveness, and your obviously key to that – and I do feel sometimes you see and there’s a danger here as well as with these Organizations Asians, that the the journey becomes the focuses of pose to the outcome.

Yes, you are very that’s a very good big picture. You are you’re painting, so with the tools and, of course, sciences we are using. We can speed up the working of organizations by. Thank you pocket a factor of 60 to 100, not just six percent or ten percent, which would already be a lot of, but a factor of time, sixty two hundred creating the strong will by people to really change her make use of all these things unfreezing the Emotions and, by the way, the good as opposed to the bad emotions that are there and in many organizations I would say almost in almost all of them.

Quite the problematic emotions are predominating instead of the other ones. Creating a strong will to change your set already. So by using these methods, these social technologies strongly based on the server netic principles, and so but so when you talk to organizations and you do a lot of work with big organizations and what are some of the obstacles or or the resistance you see to this Kind of breakthrough thinking I mean there are quite a number of persons who just cannot imagine.

It is strange. It is like science fiction’s and things like that, and in a way, yes up until, let me say three, four or five years ago or ten make it ten years ago, it was already one could dream about it, and now it is at least becoming reality, and We have already applied that for almost 1,000 times and it never failed and not only that, but it performed so excellently that the satisfaction rankings are between 90 and 100 on a scale of 100 and this astonishes people and in particular also those.

Ladies and gentlemen, in the top ranks because they are suffering from the organizational obstacles to there are so many highly talented persons up there. But then how can they really master and move, let me say accompanied with 400,000 people or make it 40,000. Even that is a very complex organization, and and and and obviously you know, that’s that’s why the temptation then just to put in hierarchies and put in lots and lots of layers of middle management comes in, but that model doesn’t really work when you’re bringing like which It’s integration when you’re bringing talent together for projects or to solve problems or whatever those models start to break down yeah, so it is, and partly we can compare it.

Let me say to a symphony: orchestra know whom of our listeners love for classical music, but on the other hand, if they love jazz, for instance, it is about the same thing. No people can harmoniously work together play together. There is a yes, there is a melody on that basic, but then you can improvise around it and it always comes together to give something better, which is more than just the sum of its parts and symphony some may like better classical music.

Then they can imagine what it actually means, but then we go very much beyond the number of people who constitute the Symphony Orchestra. We can amplify that we can proliferate that kind of interplay and then to change yeah. So it’s it definitely has I mean the division. I think for anyone listening, I mean it. It’s a very exciting one, as I said where you can bring together. All of these different skill sets and creative minds and problem-solve and bring them all together and source them to solve problems and and to you know, achieve the results that you’re looking for.

But, as we said, it raises some challenges for people who have very traditional ways of thinking when it comes to to organizational culture. So what would you in in in the last few minutes here? What are some of the things? How would you advise organizations to start this process or to truly start examining whether they should be looking at an evolution of how they operate? There are very, there are several points to start with.

One is, for instance, to consider just as if it just to compare the organization with a living organism. I do not say that organizations as we have them are living organisms, but anyway they are populated by living organisms. So there is at least for now, and there is a certain comparability. Let me put it like that and then, if we let our ideas flow and say let us assume our company could be a living organism.

What should we have to do? I do not say that organizations already are like living organisms, but we can. We can think about that see and then there come up a lot of creative ideas to stop it. That is one thing another one. If one expands on that idea, you come to the ecosystem, so the word ecosystem become. These are the natural, interconnected kinds of populations plants animals whatever. So this is another good picture which is very attractive to quite a number of persons, another one we have already.

Basically, some of these cybernetic organizations so, for instance, the regulation of the international air traffic air traffic control. We have some 200,000 flights every day Dayton around the globe in every weather, condition and practically nothing happens. So there are already some such instances and examples which one can study and then it flows quite by itself see so the fantasy of people is already stimulated and ignited and they like these kinds of ideas and in particular all of them see, but enough of them On the highest ranks because they see they, they get an idea of how to unleash the potential, which is, let me say, below them, in the organizational excellence which are badly badly needed, and they know that they are yeah and and and beyond.

The organization. As we said now, with the access to all of these resources across the globe that can be brought in where you can bring in specialists for a time, you know in a way that you never could before well live. If this in the Friedmann, this has been a, this has been a fascinating conversation, and I think we could go on for a lot longer we’re scratching the surface, but want to do. I wanted to thank you for your time today.

I also wanted to thank you for for your work. As I said, we have adopted us here and it’s made. It’s made a big difference to us, so I would really encourage people who are reading or listening to go and check out. Professor Malik’s work. His management theories and his other books, because there I think you’re going to find that they’re quite transfer transformative. So again, I just wanted to thank you for your time today.

Thank you very much. John was a pleasure to talk to you. Thank you for your wonderful questions and their stimulating conversation. My name is John golden says. Pop online sales magazine pipeliner CRM, CEO for another expert interview really soon. Thank you.

How To Know Your EXACT ROI With Facebook Ads – Facebook Ads Custom Tracking

You can also customize these columns, So what I’m talking about is columns. You’ve got the campaign name, you got the results, So how many you know right here, you’re, looking at how many leads were in this weight loss challenge thing right here: how much it cost Pearlie? How Much was spent The frequency.

The frequency is basically how often it’s shown to your audience And I actually like to shoot from 1.5 over a seven-day time span. So we come over here and we do this. This hasn’t ran for a while. So it’s going to be hard, but since its lifetime – and this was over the course of months – If you know with a 1.6 – is totally fine. So if we come up here – and we do last 7 days If we’re looking at the frequency which, like I said this – is a demo account now – and I don’t really run ads on here – But I shoot for this in the last 7 days to be out 1.

5. Okay, So we got unique clicks. We’ve got all these different things that you can go through and see like delivery, It’s going to give you a little bit different information. Let’s just go back to lifetime, So we actually have some data in here. The reach like how many people wrought reached cost per thousand people reach. So you know that’s CPM, So it’s cost per milla, which milla and Latin means a thousand.

So it’s basically that’s where that’s where the the terminology came from by the way. So that’s where it’s saying like okay, how much it costs to reach thousand people, which is twenty bucks, So you’ve got all these different breakdowns. You know cross per device performance and clicks. Typically, what I use is either the performance which is the default, or Sometimes I do performance and clicks or if I’m running a article ad, I like to do the article engagement cuz.

It shows you okay, how much it costs per three second view. Ten second view and So on, or you got like the twenty five percent article read: 50 percent 75. These are article ad campaigns, So obviously that’s why it’s not showing up any data there. Okay, Now another thing you can do is customize the columns. Now this one is really big, and This is something that you want to go through and do when you’re setting up your own custom conversions custom audiences, all that, so what we’re going to do is took forever to pop up.

But like let’s jump over here and Let’s just go into custom conversions, Okay, so we want to initially set up some custom. Conversions, Like let’s say, we’ll, set up a custom conversion for leads generated, Okay or appointment, set and then also a custom conversion for sales that actually go through. Ok. So once this pulls up here in a second we’ll go through and we’ll make sure that those custom conversions are set and then I’ll show you how to go through and customize the calls, because then it’s really nice, because what happens is And let’s go over here To the demo account Just so we’re not messing anything up, So what happens? Is you go through and you can see how much you spent per day? Okay, what your daily budget is, how much you’ve spent in total.

How many leads were generated, your cost per lead. Your cost per sale, how many sales were made And You just get a whole bunch of data here? Okay, so if we come on here and Let’s create a custom conversion, So let’s say that this is our our lead page that were generate leads from Okay. So this is kind of like a little Facebook Ads mini course. I’ve got right here, So any one that hits this URL right here.

That means they have become a lead in our system right. So this is very basic. Hey I’m sending you that the email, whatever so they’ve opted in already So now I’m going to go over here and create a custom conversion for anyone. That’s coming through there, I’m going to say they have now become a lead. So we’ll just say, Facebook Ads, Mini-course and then we’ll say, lead Okay. So now we can come down here and we’ll say they are a lead and that you can give them a value once it Comes to the purchase once we set that up here in a second Well actually give that a value for this one.

You know you maybe have an idea of what the the lead value is to you, but for me I just kind of leave that blank for the leads, because I haven’t actually made money right out of the gate. So now we’ve got that Facebook as mini-course the lead for this custom conversion right here. Okay, so you can see no activity yet all good. If we just come here, we refresh that page and Then we come back over here and fresh this.

It should show that it is active Okay, so you can see it’s active right now And make sure you guys keep your face with pixels on all these pages, We’ve already kind of covered that so that’s why We haven’t gone in and put the pixel on. So we don’t need to get those details in this article, So we’ve got the Facebook as mini course that lead will be going to be able to have in one of those columns over here.

So we’ll have like the the daily budget, the lead costs or the the leads that are generated. How many leads the lead cost amount spent Cost per sale, how many sales, how much money’s made all that stuff in here? Okay, so if we come back over here now, this is our so we had our Facebook Ads mini course. This is our Facebook Ads actual full-on course. So it’s a thousand dollar value. So if we pull this up right here, if somebody’s clicked right here or if they’ve hit this URL, that means they have become a buyer Right.

So now we’re going to come over here to custom conversions, create a custom conversion and we’ll say any one that hits this URL Right there We’ll say: six-figure ads Fire. So this point they are a purchase, and this is a 997 dollar value. I don’t know why. It does this guys, It’s pretty weird, why you just put the 997 0-0, but it shows you like the dollar amount down here, It’s kind of weird, But anyway, whatever so we hit create, we go through.

We had done Good stuff, okay, So now, if you want to go through and get the eat this active and all that stuff, you just refresh both pages, But you guys kind of get how that all works right. So we’re going to come back here and let’s refresh this page Just because we just created two new custom conversions. So we want to make sure that Facebook is pulling those new custom, conversions that we just created Because as we’re going to go through and customize, these columns we’ll want to make sure that it’s doing that.

So now. What we’ll do is come over here to the columns we’ll go down to customize columns, and This will pull up a little modal here in a second, My computer’s going a little bit slow right here And then we can go through and we can detail out what We want the columns to be Okay, So, like the campaign name, I like that. I don’t really care about Aires Delivery. No, no! No! So I just kind of like go through, and these are all based off of more of The article views.

So we can just start from scratch right here, Okay, So what I like to do is I kind of like to set it up where you got the campaign name: Okay And then the number of Lisa were generated, the cost per lead and then typically like the The number of sales Costs per sale, how much money I’m making from there And then how much what the daily budget is and how much was spent okay. So now, what we’re going to do is we’re going to go, find all of those different things that we want to have included.

Okay, So, for example, Conversions. These are. These are like the custom comers We just set up. So if we want to come down here and Find those custom conversions that we have set up – Okay – so you can see right here – this is the six-figure ads mini-course. This is the lead right there right. Then We’ve got the 60 rads buyer, which I’m just giving them out here and then we’re in a little bit later we’re going to go through and Make sure that we’ve got them in the right order that we want them in Okay.

So you can see I’ve kind of gone through and I’ve like been finding all these you’ve got the so like down here in the Conversions area. This is where you’re going to find them all. Okay, so cost per action right here You just go through and you kind of takes a second to get in the right category. You see website custom conversions, So we’ve got the we’ve got the six of your ads Facebook, Facebook as many course the leads and we’ve got the cost per website conversion.

So that will show this one up here will show the number of conversions So like this five ten fifteen. However many this will show us how much it costs us to get that conversion. Okay, how much we had to spend before getting that so cost per six for your ads? Buyer cost per Facebook – guys mini course lead and Then another thing that I like to do is see. So I’ve got the the campaign name. The Facebook guys mini course leads.

So like how many leads were generated, the costs of the lead? Okay, our budget, Okay, like how much like how are we spending like per day? Okay, six for your ads buyers? How many buyers have we had the cost per? Sixth, you guys, buyer. This is the six-year ads by our conversion value case. That means that, like we put in that value 997, so if it shows right here, we’ve had five buyers and then 997 value.

That would be five times the 997. Then we can see like our cost per Purge sale right there. So let’s say is the cost of this $ 300 right here and to get a 997 dollar sale, Then we’re in the money and we’re good and then right here. I also like to add a Search here: amount spent Okay, so I can kind of get a whole thing right there. So if we just hit apply it’s going to go through and apply that right there.

Now We just come over here and we say we can save this Okay. So I like to save this, and now I will say Six-figure ads And then we’ll just say like the 997 course and then we’ll just hit save right there And you can see. We’ve got okay, So this one right here and this Obviously that’s not showing any data, because one we haven’t, ran the ads and two. These campaigns are not set up for that, But you would see how many leads you generated So how many leads from this Campaign? Right here, okay, so like we were running running our our Facebook Ads to this landing page right here.

How many leads we were actually getting and then how much it cost per lead break that down our budget and then how many buyers so like if we come over here to If we’re after that, after that lead page, oh click funnels, It’s got an air or Something like that right now, So so then, once they go through and if that next sales page we’re sending to how many people are buying from there, It’ll listen number so it’d be like let’s say: we’ve got 100 leads right here and we’ve got one or two Buyers right there It’ll show the cost So based on how much it costs to get the leads, how much it cost Like.

Let’s say it’s maybe $ 300 and then, if there’s one right here, it’ll show 997 right there, because for every six figure ads buyer, it’s a nine or $ 97 value to us, Okay, so five, maybe five times 997 and so on. And then we would see the amount spent, so at this point we can kind of see how profitable and how bad all of our ads are over campaigns. We can see how many leads are We’re getting the cost per lead, which we dive in here.

We can kind of see like which ad sets are performing better than others. Maybe some are performing extremely Well. Maybe some are not performing that well and then we could even click in here and take a look at the ads. How each ad is performing on the Leafs side of things, cost per lead as far as sales go, Because it’s interesting, Sometimes you’ll see ads that are getting great cost per lead, but the cost per sale Actually is not that great, because the ad is not setting That person up To be the mindset of a buy right, So so that’s something you got to go through and kind of take a look at the go and use the customize columns in here Go break break it down like this.

I like this is the format I like to use. You might find your own format that you like, But I kind of like to just take a look at the leads cost per lead. How many sales have gone from it cost per sale? How much does it cost to get a thousand dollar sale, Viscosity, eight $ 900. You get a thousand dollar sale, yeah you’re, still like breakeven slash, making a little bit of money, but it’s not that great and then from that.

How much are you actually making and then I like to see total amounts spent so like? If we’re you know getting Ten sales right here and that’s getting nine thousand nine hundred ninety seven dollars from this right here then? How much did we spend to actually make that ten thousand dollars right there So, anyway, guys go away? Take a look at the the Facebook columns right here Kind of take a look.

You guys can check out my format that I’ve got right here set up your own format, But I, like kind of looking at these core basic things. These are. These are my kind of like KPI, So like the key performance indicators that I like to go through and look at and know all about when I’m running my ads and so Anyway, guys, if you guys do, have questions on this, go ahead post those in the Facebook group And we’re here to help you guys So with that said, I will see you in the next article

No sé chicos me apetecía y.

No me acuerdo.

A Look inside the SIDEKICK PLANNER and First Impressions Review | SidekickPlanner.com

So I received the planner in the mail and it’s a box, I’m just going to slide it out. I’ve already been looking at it and going through it and and learning what it’s all about. Just briefly about the psychic planner sidekick planner has been designed after careful research on topics such as neuroscience spiritualism, the law of attraction, human behavior, habit, formation, goal-setting success and self-development experimented and tested through trial and error.

We discovered the best goal-setting method to bring clarity and happiness in your life, and then it lists what this planner is supposed to do. For you, including this happiness, improve time management, increased productivity helps to achieve goals, reduces stress, improves mental health, helps to reflect records. Memories clears the mind and reduces screen time. This planner is actually full of a lot of information on goal-setting and creating the life that you want, but let’s go ahead and get into it.

As far as the aesthetics of the planner, it comes in, two colors comes in the black with the red band and it comes in red with a gray band. So I chose the black and let’s go ahead and dive in it. Has this sidekick embossing on the cover? I don’t know if there is any relation to the movie sidekick, but that looks familiar okay, so just going inside go on the first page, you can go ahead and personalize it.

Then it has quote. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit, Aristotle, and then we get into the Welcome message and then it talks about the community. There is an online community. There is also downloadable content that you can check out. Then it gets into talking about goals. This planner is extremely goal-oriented. It acts really as somewhat of a cross between a planner and a journal.

So a lot of what you would put in here is journaling, not necessarily plans. It does have monthly pages its undated. So you can use it anytime, it’s a 91 day planner. So that’s three months, thirteen weeks and then it goes and it explains what to do on each type of page. So it gives you ideas of what you can do for the month wing and it has this place down at the bottom. For short term goals for health wealth love happiness has note sections.

Then we move on to the how-to guide for the weekly sprints and there is a lot of information packed into the weekly sections of this planner, and this is the how-to for the daily section. So you have a how-to for your monthly, a how-to for your weekly and a how-to for your daily, and then it goes into talking about your life vision. So this this planner is deep. Okay, almost just before I even got to the actual planner pages.

It almost made me feel like I need to pull out a separate notebook to write down some of these things and work out some of these. These things in my mind, before I actually even put them into this planner. So this is the beginning. It’s a vision! Area, I would probably use this as actually a vision board and put images here instead of just writing here, put images that would inspire the vision that I have for each one of these areas of my life or health love, wealth happiness.

Then it goes on to talking about setting rituals what you do in the morning which evening what you’re doing, though, on the weekends and it talks about the importance of having rituals and routines in your daily life, like, I said lots of information just for everyday life. It’s kind of like a little bit life coaching in a way, then it talks about goals. It talks about SMART goals, rewarding yourself action steps all those things.

This is an area where I am challenged. I have I’m not good at setting goals, and I think it probably would be more helpful to talk about how you set goals as well as how to achieve your goals. So for me getting to the SMART goals. Part of it is difficult when I have an issue with setting the goal in the first place, but that could just be me so this planner gives you space for multiple goals. You can include your wise process goals, action steps, your rewards, notes, ideas in mind maps and it has space for one two three goals.

Then it moves into the monthly spreads again. These are undated. The blocks are a little small, but that’s to be expected in a planner this size. It also has goals for the month or health. Wealth, love happiness, room for notes tests. You can fill in your motivation and of course, the month in the year, and you have three months of that then another quote: you don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great Zig Ziglar.

Then it moves on into the weeks. You have 13 weeks, and this is how each week runs. This is basically the introduction of your week. It prepares you for the week. It gives you space to write down the three things that you’re excited for a weekly challenge, any upcoming projects, main tasks, and it also has a habit tracker for the week. Then it moves into the daily pages and it’s a day on two pages, but it has a space for the day in the day.

Then it has the morning ritual and affirmation, today’s focus, mind and body, and today’s big three, so you can fill in the three main goals for the day. Any other tasks it even has bullet journal type key at the bottom that you can use for your checkboxes on other tasks, and it also has on the second page as a place for schedule. So you can time your schedule for any time of the day that you need.

It has plenty of room for notes, today’s achievements, what you’re grateful for and my big dream. This is a lot as far as daily planning, but if you are focused on achieving certain goals, I think this is good to keep you on track to keep you in that mindset to keep you on course. It continues with that way through the week. So you have seven days then, at the end of the week we come here to the weekly recap last week’s achievements and you can list those out in those four areas of health, wealth, love and happiness and review your weekly challenge list ways that you can improve And again more room for notes and it says, review your wrinkles regularly to stay motivated and then the week’s repeat again you get 13 weeks, so you would have dailies for all of those weeks.

So it’s pretty good size and plenty of room. We have another quote. We do not learn from experience we learn from reflecting on experience, John Dewey. Then it goes into the goals again what it was. What was the outcome, what went right and why? What went wrong and why notes and future actions and that’s in reference to the three goals that you set at the beginning, then it goes on to the things that changed in the last 13 and how you score those changes.

Then we move on to just the notes and the backup of the planner and you have a pocket in the back, and that is it for this planner my thoughts, I think it’s very good again if you are striving towards particular goals and you’re having trouble staying On track as a planner, I’m not sure that it’s really a planner. I feel like it’s more of a journal or more of a life coach. Really it does have some aspects of planning, but they are not the main focus.

The main focus is setting goals aesthetically. I’m not a fan of really dark header areas, that’s just a personal preference, a design preference. I like my pages to be more light and airy, and not so harsh, and that probably is because of my need to decorate them. So it really has nothing to do with how the planner would function. So, if you’re working towards a particular goal or a set of goals, this would be a great tool and keeping you on track and it does have the two bookmarks.

It has a black one and a red one. Here is very nice quality again it is journal style. So this is what it looks like. So, if you’re interested in this planner, I will leave the information in the description box below. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them below. Thanks for reading and I’ll talk to you later bye, you

Google Keyword Planner SEO TOOL_Part-6_for ranking website and chennals_tutorial planet 2016

Essentially, this is a free tool. That’s going to give us almost all of the information we need to make informed decisions about which keywords are best for our business. So really we just want to go over there and I’m going to get you orientated show you the different features, keep in mind that this tool was built for Adwords and paid search.

So there’s some features there that aren’t going to be relevant to us and i’m going to point them out right so step one to using the google keyword. Planner tool is to get access to it, and in order to do that, you have to set up. Google adwords account again, that’s free and in order to find it, you can just type in the google keyword planner into the line. Little pop up just follow the prompts and set it up.

The only thing that I would point out is be careful when you’re choosing your currency, because you can’t change it once it’s set, so don’t make the mistake like I did. I set up my AdWords account when I was abroad and it set it up kind of automatically in the in the currency that I was in and I didn’t change it, and so I had to set up a new AdWords account. If I wanted to see it in a currency that I’m more familiar with, so I just set it up again in USD – I think that’s probably the best, and you know, especially if you’re selling, to a global audience.

It’s just a good reference point to have, but perhaps if your local business, you can just have it at in the currency of your particular country. So once you sign into AdWords you’re going to see this screen and then you can just go to tools and keyword. Planner and what you’re going to be presented with here is four different options. Three of them are really relevant to us, and the one that isn’t relevant is get traffic forecasts for a list of keywords.

That’s the feature, that’s specific, to add where and people who want to advertise without words. So let’s have a look at the first one. Really we just want to get orientated here and I’m just got a bit of an overview of what everything is. So here is where you can really enter in specific keywords. What I recommend doing is maybe putting in one two three try and be specific. If you put in something very broad like cars, all you’re going to see is really competitive.

Keywords for that, so you want to try and make it a specific I’m, essentially what you think people will be typing into Google. So another way to generate ideas is to put in your home page or a specific web page or blog article that you have and that will really throw up ideas for you. You know a great way to use. This section is to put in a high ranking competitor and see what keywords: people are typing into any land on that page.

Another thing you can do is use this product category section, so this will pull keywords from Google’s database and you can narrow it down. Quite a lot just to say: consumer electronics say gps navigation, DVS, GPS devices. So that’s just an example, but it shows you how deep you can kind of go into it. If you want great so once you have filled in one or all three of these sections. What you can do, then, is move on to targeting and you can target by location and language and if you want to add just on Google or Google and search partners.

So that’s its display network, including youtube. So I mean locations. You can get quite deep into it as well. You can then do specific countries or specific regions, and then language say: if you wanted to targus and say Brazil, then you can just put in Brazil there and on Portuguese, so there’s also options to customize your search. So you, and if you want to do average monthly searches, they say above a towson searches you put in there or say below 10,000.

You can put it in there as well suggested bid again. This is something that gives an indication of how well these keywords converse. So you might want to put it a suggested bid above say one or two dollars and then competition high medium low. Let’s go into that little bit more detail, then you can come back and change those settings if you want keyword, options is well. I’ve been kind to just leave these all off, where you can maybe narrow it, then, if you’re, finding that your search is that just to to me on related keywords, great so we’ve just finished, then the orientation of the first option within the keyword planner tool.

Let’s just quickly review the two other options and we’ll be able to get through these a lot quicker. This is the option to get search volume for list of keywords, so this is really a list of keywords that you already have, and then you want to determine the actual search volumes for them. So all you need to do is choose the file upload. Their and again you’ve got some of the options there for targeting great.

So, let’s look at the final option, which is multiple keyword lists, and this is probably the one I used less frequently, but it can be great for e-commerce because it really allows you to mash up a lot of different words and get a lot of different combinations. So what I’ve done in this example here is just really put in a couple of different colors, a couple of different brands and a couple of different products that they make really well.

We want to see a spark combination of those has the highest search volume. So, let’s have a look so red Knight, sneakers as the highest monthly searches in all locations, just 390 bike shorts as well through 90 and does be moved in you can see the least popular for average. Monthly searches is well. It goes down to rape. You mahadji search cats, less than 10 searches a month. That’s what that means.

If that’s a blank like that, so great that really wraps up our introduction orientation to the keyword, planner tool, you

Best UX practices and mobile first

I find them somewhat connected so best UX practices. Well, it’s a it’s a list of things, a list of principles and practices compiled by miss Heidi under Nick, and you can find the list at the above-mentioned address. So if you haven’t seen this document, this is what I’m going to talk about on the lecture to some extent, I find this applicable also to desktop applications and the development of software in general, so they are actually quite useful things.

The mobile first approach, an approach in which you can use those best UX practices to produce better software and, finally, at the end, I’m going to talk about responsive design, so a combination or an application of these two. So if you want to follow the best UX practices – and you want to do development mobile first, then most likely you are going to need responsive design, let’s start with those timeless rules for creating intuitive web apps.

As I said, this is not only for web apps. This is for computer applications in general. First, we have something called, don’t reinvent patterns. You know, users have their habits, they have been using their computers for quite a while. Usually you shouldn’t contradict with your application, their intended behavior, and if you make a confirmation button in red, then that’s clearly not right, because most people associate red with error and usually in at least in the Western culture, where you read from left to right.

The button that takes you to the next page is actually, on the like right hand, side in the bottom and, if place it somewhere else, this might be a source of a confusion to the user. What you get by applying this or by not reinventing patterns? Well, you get a lower learning curve, which is always good, so your users can start using your software right from the beginning without having to learn any particular things, and you have the principle of least astonishment, so this is also.

In other words, this is the don’t reinvent the patterns things. Grouping related elements is another good practice, so whenever you have stuff that is related to each other, it makes sense for it to be like in the same place or just in a very close place and inviting you can use shared styles for that. So if you can’t place them directly next to each other, you can at least clean them to make them look related in general, your users should be able to guess what a particular part of your software does by just you know looking at stuff around that part, Then we have the principal called less is better.

This is I divided it in two things. One is on the UI level, where you try to limit distractions and focus on what is relevant. The other part of less is better is the functionality, and this is something that I hope you will all apply in your projects. So do one thing well focus on the bare necessities of your software, and if there is time left then just add more, but do not try to you know, put everything in one place and hope that it will magically work.

It won’t start with one thing: make it perfect and then add new stuff. An example. Is Linux shuttles, so this is, like you know, a shell tool. Just does one thing well and if you want to have some extra stuff, then you have to put them together. There is a common input/output next tip is to plan before developing. This means that you should well, as it says here, design interaction before implementing, which means you should spend some time before.

You actually sit and start coding on planning and laying out how your application is going to look like and again. You should focus on essentials, two things on how to achieve that. One is to get a second pair of eyes, which means that you should find somebody who is not a software developer to take a look at your wireframes and you know user stories and tell you what can be improved. I said it many times throughout this lecture software developers, design, crappy, UI and the other tool that is going to help you in in planning.

The stuff is the the user stories. If you are somewhat familiar with agile, then you might heard about user stories. So these are small documents that you write and they always go AUSA and then roll I want to, and then you explain the things that you want to do with your software. This is actually very helpful because once you get your essential user story, so the one that describes what you want your software to do, then you can, you know, build wireframes for that so plan.

What screens the user sees on the way from the very beginning, to the very very end of that action, then you can get a second pair of eyes, so somebody to look at those make some improvements, and once this is done, then you can actually start implementing It providing feedback is very important in any software. That means that you should acknowledge users actions, so if the user has done something, you should make the user aware of the fact that something happens.

This usually requires a very little effort, but it greatly improves user experience. Like the overall user experience of the software you’re developing unobtrusive help having help without actually stuffing it in the users face that usually works. You should assume that your users know how to use your software, except when they don’t, and then you should indicate that there is help that they might want to read, but they don’t necessarily have to.

Of course, they can still stare at the login screen for 10 minutes if they wish so and next step is to help users decide this kind of follows the principle of least astonishment that I was talking about previously about not making anything that the users wouldn’t expect. If there is a few pages process that the users are going through, make sure that they know what is the next button to press or any next thing to do.

Please make sure that whatever patterns of styling and theming, you use, they are consistent across your software. So there is really nothing more annoying that the fact that in one subpart of your software, the process of going through something is done with a wizard that you press next buttons and then in the next one. You have one page that you have checked you scroll up and down now this isn’t going to work.

If you’re developing software, you typically have a target group in mind, so a set of people that you know they are going to use your applications. They have certain qualities, they are, you know you can define it as a group. You should assume some common knowledge. So if you’re developing software for engineers, then you can assume they likely know mathematics and if you have some complex mathematical terms.

Well, you don’t have to explain them because well it’s for engineers, they should know it. This helps in focusing on the functionality and removing destructions. Well, you assume certain things that the people will know. You don’t have to pollute your UI with extra explanations of those things. Helping users realize where they are so what part of the system they are in? How did they get there? There are two bullet points.

One is clearly marking the progress and the other one is allowing navigation back and forth, especially the navigation back and forth is something that is often forgotten in web applications written with Vardon, because everything is just running on one page without any state to preserve from different Steps, for example – and this is where we can use navigator a rule of thumb – is that you have changed the state of your application that you should change the URL of it.

So then, by just entering the URL, you can come back to the place. You were previously, you can bookmark that place. You should make good use of some navigation parameters so inviting you can have a view name as the first part of the URL address, and then some parameters and it’s up to you. What is the syntax of those parameters where did that come from, and this is basically meaning to show transitions between elements? A good example here is a buddy notification.

Actually, it’s not jumping at you from the middle of a screen. It transitions from a corner, or you know there is an animation that shows it so you’re not surprised that you’ve actually seen the notification. It’s it’s always nice to use this sort of applications. You know with animations and fading out and Sony kind of gives this Pleasant feeling about okay. Well, this is nicely thought. Then we have designed for no data.

I’ve marked here that this is a surprisingly good rule, and it really is. I have been developing software for quite a while already, and this is like the first time I’ve actually seen it written somewhere when the users start your software, what data they have none and in most cases it’s just an empty screen, because you haven’t thought about putting There something you always assume that there is data, because, while you’re developing the software well, you clearly have the test data to work with well, the first time users they don’t.

You have only one chance to make the first impression that actually applies not only to software development. You know, but when your users install your software and start it, then they shouldn’t see an empty screen. They should see something, for example in IntelliJ. If you close. All of those, then you don’t see a blank screen. You see some help once you get used to this software. Will you just ignore this text, but if you’re, the first time user? Well, you at least see some pointers, and this is connected also to dis.

Unobtrusive help next part is to be consistent. Your UI, your major structure of the application, should be more or less the same throughout the entire software, regardless of the part you’re at and inviting we can do it with navigator. So navigator requires a viewport, a part where you can display the stuff that changes from one view to another. Well, this is already what you want, so you have some parts of the system that are consistent regardless of the view, and then you have a part that changes from one view to another.

This is purely related to web applications. You should load the content quickly. There are some studies, I really haven’t memorized the numbers, but the users are very impatient if they have to wait longer than some two seconds or something like that. There are some practices that you should load most of the stuff in the first X kilobytes of the response, so by principle you shouldn’t: let users wait if they click a button, and there is an operation that takes a really long time.

Well, you should indicate that it’s really happening so that something some feedback has been given to the user like they know what to expect and if they really have to wait at a particular screen. Then we’ll make sure that there is some information for for that, and it can be also fun. I don’t know how many of you have played Sim City for this. You know it’s a city building game and in in the version number four.

If you create a new city or a new landscape which takes a really long time to load, then the loading messages are actually funny kind of a related topic to that is progressive web applications. So this is a new trend in mobile application development, a rule about testing. Well, this shouldn’t be a rule, but then, on the other hand, it should ideally, your software should be tested by somebody who hasn’t developed it, who hasn’t designed it and who hasn’t like used.

It at all – and it should be a member of target group – many things that that you should take into consideration. The reasoning for that is twofold. As I said, you know how your software works, so you will obviously not make any mistakes that lead to an error or throwing up some nasty exception, and the other one is that the developers are crappy UX designers. Your users might have completely different expectations from how the software should work or look than you and it’s natural.

You should you shouldn’t be angry at them. You should appreciate that they tell you this it’s better. They tell you, while you’re developing the software, then after you’re developed and deployed it because then they’ll just find something else in your place, inviting we can do it with test bench. This is a Pro Tools, so it’s a paid feature of Warren. It’s basically a j-unit code that runs your software, you can click buttons enter text into various places and it will check if it really works.

It’s really good for acceptance and regression tests. That was that was it that summarizes the good practices of UX development. I think, or at least to me when I was when I was reading those I found them very useful – it’s nice that it’s just 14 points. They are not that very hard to remember and not that very hard to follow and the resulting software will have well at least some quality to it. If you try to follow all of those.

No, let’s talk about a mobile-first approach. Let’s come back to our shoutbox application and how was the UI planned from the very beginning? I had a clear idea that I want to have a text at the top and the bottom there on the right and then the content on the bottom filling up. The rest of the screen – it looks quite okay on the monitor like in here and that’s because desktop monitors are horizontal.

Most often they have more pixels from left to right and from top to bottom, did I ever resize the browser window while developing or showing did. I even think about it. That’s that’s actually a good question. I’ve never thought about that. Why are these questions important? That’s because software developers they use computers, other people like people not being software developers, they don’t use much of computers.

For example. When was the last time your mother used a computer to process web assuming she’s, not a software developer, because I know some mothers are software developers. Modern phones are always connected to the Internet like they are always there, and most of the people have internet in their pocket, and this is how most people, not being software developers or mothers of software developers, how they connect to the internet, how they bro stuff.

It’s the phone, it’s not the computer anymore, and many people do not even need a computer, because everything you will ever need is probably available as an application form. The important thing is: what’s the shape of a mobile device screen? Well, it’s also rectangular, but not horizontal anymore. It’s vertical! It’s a bit different. There are two approaches for developing or targeting software for mobile platforms.

The first one that was there at the beginning is called graceful degradation and graceful degradation means that you start with a fully blown up and it’s optimized for desktop. Where there is huge screen. There is lots of processing power, all the bells and whistles they can be. There it’s desktop app and then, as you scale to smaller devices, you start removing things, but still you try to keep the functionality as it is, so your software really has to work.

But now you know the screen is smaller. There is less space to put all the elements around. That’s why it’s called graceful degradation. The opposite of that is progressive enhancement, and this is where you start with a fully blown up, but it’s optimized for mobile. You have a very small screen. You have a slow, CPU and well basically, no extras. The trick is to add features. As the screen gets bigger.

You still keep the functionality as it was, but now you have extra space, so you can add. I don’t know more information, more fine tuned buttons more. What Evers to the application as it was – and this also connects to the first or one of the first rules, that you should focus on functionality. You should keep it simple if you’d start with one thing and do it well and then, if you have some extra screen available, then you can just put extra things there.

Why progressive enhancement is good. As I said, you start focusing on a very small scale. It’s minimal requirements, essentials only and maximum functionality. This is going to be used on a mobile phone. It has to be simple and functioning portability of that solution is also good. I mean it’s not a problem if you have too much of screen space and if you add it extra, why is it bad? Because everything comes at the price right? The biggest drawback is that you have challenges and constraints right from the start.

You can’t put everything on a screen and hope that people will still see it. That means there is more work on the planning stage already, so you should be prepared to have a stripped down version of your idea, because your idea about your application is most likely concerning a desktop browser, not a mobile browser. There are different behavioral patterns, so there is typically on a mobile device.

Users do not mind that they have to tap the screen or scroll it down. Well, then they scroll up and down and not left right now it must work instantly, and you know this is a mobile device. People are connected, it has to work really fast, otherwise they just shove the phone in the pocket and just go so overall. Is it not that bad? No, it’s it’s not it’s slightly more difficult, but you should apply it by default.

Well, you shouldn’t apply it if your application is never going to be used by a mobile user. Well, sorry, this will never happen, and this is because currently about 25 percent of the Internet users are using only a mobile device. Of course you shouldn’t blindly follow it. You should apply it where it makes sense. Not everything has to be mobile-friendly. Then again, not everything has to be a web application, so you can, just you know, stick to desktop applications and the last part of today’s lecture is the responsive design.

These are the like UX practices that were told first and then the mobile-first approach – and this is responsive, so how you can connect these two. It’s a web design technique where you rearrange the contents of the page. According to the display size, it means context-aware elements. So the elements themselves that you see in the HTML code, they kind of know what is the screen dimension, whether they are visible or not? What role do they play, how they are colored? This is quite an advanced approach.

I have to say because it’s another level of complexity, so not only you have to figure out how your mobile screen should look like and how your like desktop screen should look like, but also how do you transition from one to another if you’re using responsive design? It gives awesome results, one UI, regardless of the platform, it’s just the styles that are different and the whole code, the whole logic of building the UI binding it to events.

Everything stays regardless of whether the users use use mobile or a desktop, and it’s also good because it preserves the information here. Are he if there is more space, you just add extra stuff and what is shown on the small screen is the top essentials of whatever. Should be displayed there in valen, we do it with responsive, responsive is an extension to a component, and you can make any component responsive you just for responsive, not make responsive and then a bunch of components most likely.

You are going to use it on a layout and, like 99 % of the case, it’s going to be a CSS layout. That’s because, as you all remember, from the lecture, CSS layout delegates, all the layouting to the browser and to the CSS file, what you should remember, though, is to add a style name for that CSS layout, so that you can refer to it from a CSS file. What you get is that you can use responsive a CSS syntax, so you can specify with range or a height range of your component and adjust the stuff accordingly in here the upper bound doesn’t have to be present, so you can make it from.

I don’t know. 100 pixels up and so on, and the range is that you define they may overlap, and all of those that are matching they are active. There is one terms and conditions’ applies. All resources must be in the same domain, so unfortunately, no referee of anything outside your application, how we can use it in practice. Let’s make our shout box a bit more responsive. I couldn’t actually come up with anything, so I thought that for small screens we’re going to remove the room navigation like completely and we move the text field in the button to the bottom of a screen not to the top of the screen.

I currently haven’t yet figured out how I flip the order of labels so that the most recent ones show on the bottom. That’s why I didn’t mention it here. The top level layout will be responsive, so I’m going to show you some code. Our change is that I just added a few style names and when it it must have been added before. But this is the key part, so I’m making responsive the main layout and I’m going to make sure that it’s called shout box.

So I can refer to it and there is nothing else that has changed so just this and and some styles, but then there are a few things in the CSS file. Since we have started with a desktop up, then we were cutting down parts as we as the display shrinks when the width range is less than 1000 and 100 pixels, then, which is not displaying the rooms and the caption and we’re also not displaying the caption on The top, and then we move the entry bar to the bottom.

That’s it uh-huh there we are, so you can see that there is a caption here. There is a rooms here, and this whole thing is is on the top. Now, let’s resize the window, whoops I’d kind of resized itself, a bit outside of the screen come back here now you see it it’s different. Now this is on the bottom and as we resize this once we reach thousand and 100 pixels, then it will flip back to the previous okay.

Hopefully, oh yeah, there you have it written on the top and us ask the users have smaller space than this flips back and nothing except the style has changed, and it’s still the same UI file that it was there previously and now we have the power of Responsive layouts in our app that’s it. Today we went to the principles of web application development. As I said, these are not only valid for web applications.

They are valid for any software that interacts with with people a mobile-first approach. For me, it requires still some mindset. Change but I think it’s it’s a good practice, at least to consider the mobile users. I mean you can’t fight this, that people will use mobile phones and then the responsive design. There were just two slides about it, but that’s really it I mean there is nothing! No extra magic involved and you just make a layout, responsive and a new code CSS for it.

That’s it that’s how it works.
