The Stages of Business Development (with Mark Silver of Heart of Business)

He doesn’t necessarily use those words he’s welcome to if he wants to, but his name is Mark silver. You may have heard of him. His business is called the heart of business and that’s the website heart of business.Com. Then we double check heart of business, heart of business comm, and I lots of the lots of us who are in the space of bringing a more heart, centered way of doing business into the world.

Lots of us have learned from Mark, so I’m super excited to to bring him on mark thanks for doing this interview, I’m delighted to be here. I love you George, so thank you thanks for inviting me there’s a lot of things. I mean written so many things over the years and you have a lot of different kinds of group programs. You also do some one-on-one coaching, and one of the topics I want to ask you about, is the I mean you have.

You have been heart of business, that’s been around since 2001 and first I just want to you know acknowledge that and how remarkable that is, because I have worked with so many colleagues. I mean I started in 2009. You know – and I worked with so many colleagues over the years who are not around anymore and you know in their business they’re doing something totally different and to be to have that kind of longevity says a lot about the offerings you provide and how obviously word Of mouth is really the the truth.

Lifeblood of marketing. Longevity is word of mouth, and word of mouth means that you’re doing something that people actually want and are benefiting. So I appreciate that very much having all this experience working with thousands of people. I don’t know how, when you’ve worked with over the years, you have seen the sort of the stages of what a self-employed person goes through from, should I become self-employed? Can I really make it work too well, which of which of the ideas in my head? Should I choose oh my gosh now, how do I find an audience that will want? I have and what is it would they say? No and Oh someone’s that somebody said.

Yes, everything this whole journey and to scaling up and now off, being able to offer group programs and – and you know, working with other people, and so let’s, let’s have that conversation? What have you learned about this D stages of the self-employed yeah? Thank you George. Oh, my god, I know 2001, it’s been a while um. You know one of the benefits that I’ve had from being in business, that long and being able to make lots of mistakes along the way and being able to just observe you know, it’s really been thousands of people at this point is that there’s a large enough Sample of people that I’ve actually been able to identify.

You know that’s what you said: stages of business development, that entrepreneurs go through and and it’s and it’s a it’s a funny thing, because you know people can go through these consciously or unconsciously, and when people go through them unconsciously, they tend to get stuck in certain Places there’s certain things that they don’t put in to put into place. One of the analogies I use is that if you’re somebody is texting me pardon me silence nice person, I’m sure, but but you know, one of the analogies I use is that if you’re building a bridge you know you can have you know part the touches.

One sure apart touch is another shaurya, the middle part and a lot of times. What happens is that people work on what they’re comfortable with right? They work on what they’re comfortable with what their personality naturally connects with or what they know or what they’ve been taught and so they’ll do something and then they’ll do it over and over again and they’ll, try to make it better and better and better, and you Can have what I’ve seen, businesses that have brilliant pieces built out, and yet they think the business is broken and it’s not broken.

It’s just incomplete. It’s just pieces missing like it’s far better to have a foot bridge that crosses it. Then a huge, beautiful, gothic, 1/3 of a bridge that ends over open water. You know, and and and it’s been um it’s just it’s painful – to read that mainly because a lot of people have really beautiful skills that good hearts like really helping. People think that their business is broken, think that they can’t make it when it’s really just a developmental issue.

You know it’s like to change metaphors to mix metaphors. It’s you know, I’m I’m a parent. We have twin boys who are 10 years old, and you know now we do you know we clean the house as a family once a week and they’re actually helpful, they could vacuum, they could clean. You know and the place is actually clean. It’s like, oh, my god, they did that work. You know, but they’re too young to like go out and earn a job.

You know to have a job and and when they were younger, their attempts at helping were more for me to help them feel better. Rather than they weren’t actually helpful when they were 4 years old, and so I think that what I’m putting all of this in place before talking about the actual stages, because I want people to have a sense of compassion and gentleness with themselves that your business is Not going to be earning, you know a high level, equivalent high-level professional salary in just a few months time, and it’s not fair to you.

It’s not fair to your business to expect to move through developmental stages faster than you know you can integrate. Then you can really put into place. I love that perspective it because and talking about the toddler and now they’re they’re able to do something and be helping productive, yeah. It’s and like you said it’s not fair for yourself to expect that it’s not fair for your business as its own entity, but it’s also not fair for an audience.

You know it’s like hey, I’m just getting to know you and you want like. I just saw your Facebook ad, or I just you know, heard about you last week and you want me to buy your thing. I, like I, barely know right right, exactly that is the and and not just me, but you want enough people to buy your thing to pay all your bills. You know it’s like it’s, but that is the that, and mark I mean I just I mean it’s for the said.

Why do why do so? Many of us have that fantasy? Well, I think it’s just survival right, I mean like this are very legitimate need, like our Lily, like oh, my god, I got ta pay the bills. I um, oh my god, my first couple years in business. You know my wife had a chronic illness. You know we were, I mean, but there’s scary moments like long periods. When I say moments, I mean periods, I mean like you know where, oh my god is it going to work, is it not going to work? Are we going to, you know, pay the bills like? Are we going to you know like okay, beans and rice this week? It’s like you know it’s um, it’s not.

You know like if you go into it with your eyes wide open instead of like how I did and how many people do thinking that it’s going to immediately pop up, then you can plan for it. Then you don’t think something’s wrong, then it what I’ve observed and thank God it doesn’t take as long as my boys are taking to go to adulthood. You know it doesn’t take 20 years to get a business, the momentum, but it often takes at the purest minimum by somebody who’s like you know, really in a ready-to-go place, which most people are not minimum of 18 months and more like 3 to 4 years.

To get to momentum, that momentum is what I call a business. That’s developed enough that you can really depend on a healthy income coming in and that’s three or four years of focusing on business development. Not just three year three to four years of having your shingle out and not really doing the developmental work. I have my website on me. Marga. I put a website up. Isn’t that enough right exactly exactly exactly and so luckily there’s there’s rewards and you know successes all along the way.

You start earning money long before that you know, but there’s going to it’s going to be inconsistent and I and you know, for some people that brings up fear, but for a lot of our clients, there’s actually like a real. Oh I’m not doing anything wrong. You know it’s like all those stories of yeah six figures in six months or six weeks, whatever those ridiculous things were that I was going to say like that is one of the thing of the big reasons why we have this fantasy is because it’s so easy To sell people on the dream of quick, easy money, the way I like to think of it yeah it’s like you can have.

I should quick, easy money with integrity. Those three factors can’t happen all at me, since you can have quick money, probably not easy, and probably not with this equity. You can have easy money. It’s not going to be quick right right right, exactly exactly so, and it might not be sustainable either. Like a lot of money, people that’s right. I’ve seen like a client’s have come to us that have gone to these really high adrenaline, like you, know, rocket your business forward, programs and they’re burnt out, and maybe most of them didn’t get any results, but even the ones that did don’t have any way of Replicating it like there’s no system, there’s no structure, there’s no infrastructure, there’s no sense of development, because a business isn’t just boring into the form that it’s ultimately going to be in right.

It’s like when we’re toddlers, we’re short, which is a good thing, because we fall a lot. That’s why we’re called toddlers – and you know, like the system and structure of the human being changes over time and a bit your business will change over time. It’s like it’s going to be easiest way for it to grow in early stages, is not the form that it’s going to be in to be it’s, not the business model or the way that it’s structured.

That’s going to give you sustainable, healthy income in later stages, but if you try to start out with a later stage structure, you won’t be able it won’t generate for you, like you, have to go through these steps and in the way, and if you follow the Developmental progress of the business – it actually is so much easier because it is organic. There’s an organic nature to the way the businesses develop, to the order that you put things in place that you don’t put the cart before the horse, that you don’t try to build.

Something big and sophisticated before you even know what you’re doing yeah and yeah yeah. So how about? What are their names you put to these stages? How do you say yeah? I know I’ve been talking about it like these mysterious they just so um. So I there’s there’s four names to the stages and the first three are necessary and the the the fourth one is optional. So the first stage, if I call creation – and it’s really about getting your feet on the ground figuring out – who you’re trying to talk to getting the very basics of like going from zero to one like like what what’s your offer? Who are you talking to? How do you enroll somebody? How do you price something? How do you craft an offer, like the very very basics of? Why do you have to sell, and can you get a client with it? There’s no huge marketing push, there’s no there’s no website in that stage.

There’s no like there’s it’s like it’s the very basics, and it’s and it’s there’s experimentation there. There’s yeah you’re just trying to get your feet under you, the second stage I use the term concentration and it’s really taking what you found out works in the first stage, and you start to just do more of it. You start to expand your reach. You have a website, you have a more sophisticated message.

You start to experiment with different types of outreach of growing your audience so that, instead of just enrolling a couple clients, you can start to enroll more and more clients more steadily right. You start to experiment with different types of business models. Are you going to do group so you’re going to do this you’re going to do that? You know there’s different ways that it that it’s structured and then you go from concentration into the third stage, that I complement them and momentum is, when you start to morph into a dependable business, and what happens in moving from concentration to momentum is that this is Where the proverbial feast or famine comes in, because the business has been it’s not that sophisticated, yet there’s not a way by design, there’s not a lot of systems, there’s not a lot of structures.

There’s not a lot of you know you, don’t you you haven’t been able to afford hiring. You know administrative help, maybe sometimes, and so what happens is. Is that your marketing is working. You get clients you get busy, you stop marketing your clients complete you’re like oh and then you start marketing again, but there’s that lag time, and so you started I’ve seen this so many times and it’s completely normal.

It’s this kind of feast or famine, and so moving into momentum. By being aware of it, you can make that as short as possible, it’s hard to avoid completely, but you make it as short as possible where you start to have the cash flow to implement more sophisticated systems and structures. You start to play with different kinds of business models, so you can break through income ceilings. You can, you know really start to have the business stand on its own feet and be dependable at a very sustainable, thriving level.

Mmm, that’s awesome, and so so got creation. Concentration got momentum, so those are the required stages and then you said, there’s a fourth optional yeah, the fourth stage. I call it independence and it’s when you take a business, that’s in momentum and you turn it into something where you might ultimately not be required. You know you might like for someone when you or my position we might have coaches working for us.

You know you might have you know you have a situation where you shift from being a solo practitioner with a little with some help to being a CEO with a team and it’s optional, because most people who have come from liquid if somebody comes to be going. That’s what I want. I want that I push back hard because usually what they’re wanting is a smooth running business in momentum with some help, because if you’re going to go into that fourth stage, it takes a lot of resources.

It takes a lot of money. It takes time it’s a completely different job for a while you’re, not working with clients directly. You know it’s like there’s a there’s, a shift that is, frankly, can be quite exhausting and overwhelming it has the benefits of you know. That’s I mean that’s a business that does you know a million dollars or more that’s a business. That does that you know you could sell or you can disappear for six months or a year and it still runs and brings in income.

And you know that’s a business that you’re an owner of, but it’s a completely different job and you have to really be prepared for it, because it requires completely different skill set. Then the prior three stages mmm and how do people? You guys have an assessment on your website. Is that right? I do all that. So yes, if those reading this, if you want to assess yourself on which of these three or four three stages or thicker you’re in where, where do they find that it’s heart of business? Calm here heart of business, calm? And then you go to free stuff? And there’s you know in there it’s called the readiness assessment, the Radian assessment, okay, yeah, and what most people find is that they have pieces in all three stages: kind of scattered, because you know you take a workshop.

You talk to somebody, you read a book and you put different things in place and so there’s all these incomplete places involved. But if you you’ll be walked through these stages in more detail and be able to really look at your business and assess where you are, and oh, my god, you know whether you work with us or not after that. If that just brings a sigh of relief, so oh this is the next thing. The the biggest thing that I want people to get out of an assessment like that is that there’s a million things to get done to make a business successful and by looking at it developmentally, you can cross 90 % off of your now list and just focus On the few things that your business needs next to develop before you move on, I love that, because all of us have too much on our plate because we get the marketing from this expert of that expert said.

Oh, you have to do this. You have to do this, everyone says they have to do. You have to do something else, and now we have a thousand things that we were supposed to have to do to make it business successful but and those hundred things or thousand things. Yes, you might eventually do them over the next ten years or 20 years, but you don’t you don’t have to do them in your first year, and so I love that you’ve created this assessment so I’ll be sure to, of course, link people to it.

In the notes of this article, so look for that or go to heart of business, heart of business, HEA RT of business comm and then click on free stuff from there mark. Do you want to mention anything about your programs or your offerings yeah? Well, I mentioned. I mentioned that we’ve moved our whole business to a pay from the heart model. People yeah, there’s very little in our business. That’s like a fixed price, Wow yeah, it’s um! It’s! It was a big step.

It’s just a it’s about treating our clients as adults. You know they people want to pay us most. People want us to do well, and we want them to do well, so that so there’s kind of two things to kind of keep an eye out on actually this summer we’re enrolling the starting in May 2019. If that’s, when you’re listening to this we’re starting to enroll for once a year, we run in a program called the heart of your business and it’s a nine week course that helps you have a really healthy relationship with business and with your business, get the big Picture get spiritual healing peace because we haven’t talked about my background as a with the Masters of Divinity and a Sufi teacher, because we bring that spiritual healing piece in it’s really important piece in this time.

These times to have an essence of love and access to that in all things in your business, and it really helps people understand what it takes for the business to really be successful in a number of levels and again that’s pay from the heart. And then I discovered that it’s really like people don’t really develop businesses. You know in a in a real way in a complete way in the context of courses, and so we took all of our learning modules or most of them and put them in a learning community, a community of practice again pay from the heart that allows people To receive at a sustainably priced container, to get coaching to get spiritual nourishment to get the training and the learning over the course of the 18 months to 3 years that it takes to get to momentum without worrying.

About oh the course is coming to an end, and I haven’t gotten everything done you know, so those are those are kind of like the two main things I want people to know about, but the main thing is, you know if you’re just learning about us at The right now, like just check out the assessment check out our material just see if we even resonated for the right people for you and if so you can, you can ask questions all the information is on the website, so awesome and, of course, you’ve got a Facebook page as well and I’ll link to that, and you have regular content that comes out there too, so yeah.

I hope folks will check out your website check out the Facebook and any questions you have for mark feel free to comment below this article I’ll make sure he sees it and mark. Thank you so much for for doing this interview. George. Thank you so much. Thank you for the work you do in the world. I just I yeah, I’m just a great um, respect and honor for what you’ve been bringing out. It’s anything and yes, yeah for sure.

Thanks mark alright peace,

CUT RESISTANT GLOVES V.S. AXE

Have you seen these? These are not my Michael Jackson, Thriller gloves these are level-5 cut proof gloves, but can they protect a cut from an axe? These gloves are really bizarre and I really felt I don’t know what makes him makes him to work so well. But when I received them, I thought that they were going to be some sort of a metal fiber in their. You know like maybe like medieval chainmail type of thing, but they’re, not that at all.

I got a magnet on here and there’s something else in there. I don’t know what it is these, according to the advert or level 5, which was according to them the highest level of protection, and they claim that they are entirely cut proof. I can’t help, but thinking that ona in the gang from the novel, Upton Sinclair’s novel The Jungle, if you haven’t read it to must read, probably, would have really liked to have a pair of gloves like these back in their the Meatpacking days, but interesting, interesting things.

So I thought we’d do a little fun test today and we’ll start we’ll start escalating and see how tough these these things are. We’ll start with a knife we’ll try some big industrial shears. I wonder how they do on a small saw and then we’ll finish off with the axe test and see if we can chop them without my hands in them. Thank you very much all right. So, let’s, let’s take one off, I don’t have that much faith in them to be honest with you and see if we can, with all my strength, lop off a finger with this bench, made crazy stuff what man can devise.

I find this hard to believe that I can’t, with all my pressure, lop off a finger of these nice clothes. Well, there yeah that’s so lame. I was expecting so much more. I was expecting a challenge there, but that doesn’t work at all. So I’m assuming that you want there having some flexibility in them. You know with the human flesh, is going to be I’m not about to cut my hand with those things on there.

Okay, I have to say that that is not at all very cut proof. All right, so, let’s switch it so it don’t fit to this year’s all right. Let’s see, can we you know that is offering certainly a bit more of a challenge there IKEA’s okay, so I said well, no, I can’t I cannot cut this with the shears. I’ve got a little bit of a bration right there, but no, I can’t you know if, like maybe if I could pull them tight a little bit.

Let’s try that pull a little trip pressure on there. No I’d say: you’re safe. If you’re using your big upholstery shears, you can probably not lose any sleep at night, but if you’re using a bench made, beware certainly be aware of that. Okay, so let’s see, can you say it? Let’s stretch it over here, can you saw, will a saw Taron? I would imagine the saws going to I’m going to really tear this up. It’s going to snag, pulled some tension on there and see.

Can you see that see if it okay, sorry, I was out of frame there. Let’s take a look and see how how well it does with the saw so the saw will be using here is the it’s actually, the pretty nice bahco laplander, no silky, but it doesn’t reflect the silky price either. A pretty good saw, not everything they think is bad okay, so we are sawing and I have to say, that’s pretty durable stuff. That’s really amazing! Isn’t it whatever that weave is I’d like to know what’s in that to make it so tough man? I wouldn’t think I couldn’t think of a fabric alive that could withstand a sawtooth like that much pressure on it.

Well, you can eventually get it starting to break down. You could eventually get through it, but oh look at that. Another character mark on that. My favorite axe, that’s the new handle okay. Well, I I would say that it is not saw proof but you’re going to take some work to get through it. It’s certainly not bench made proof. I can’t they believe that is that wasn’t really that easy to cut through.

Let’s see, let’s do that again: hmm! Well we’re going to have a nice set of fishing gloves here before we’re done with that all right, let’s see it’s, it stands up to the axe. Blade, if I’m going to be completely honest, that I do not have a whole lot of faith in this right here. So what we have here is we’ve got the grand forest Brooks small forest axe, viciously sharp, very, very sharp and we’re going to do a test and we’re going to find out here.

If it is indeed cut proof, it is not no surprise there try one more time a little bit harder see what happens yeah. You know I mean it. Does it’s somewhat resistant, but it’s not cut proof. Can we cut through the handle all the way there with a few chops? Let’s see one two three yep, definitely not axe proof, but it’s tough whatever that stuff is. It is very tough. You can’t Holly tear it. I don’t know what that is it Kevlar.

I mean that is so tough, that’s stuff, very interesting. Okay, let’s, let’s go to our conclusion. So what’s my conclusion of the level five cut proof glove? Well, I think we we definitely pushed it outside of its design specification. However, I think what it’s intended for, of course, is just this type of cutting. You know I mean if I take the glove here and I go across it, and this knife is razor razor sharp.

It’s going to protect me. So if I’m, I don’t know cutting meat, maybe I’m processing you deer or an elk. You know something like this. It’s kind of definitely seems like it protects you from any sort of a cut, but when you get really start pushing and pressure down there and put it against a hard surface, you know there’s no such thing as a miracle, and I knew that I probably I Knew exactly what these things were going to be, but I thought it was kind of an interesting test.

Another thing that they do not test against this is any sort of a penetration or poking. The fibers do spread and they’ll go right through there, but when you the knife’s edge is held up is distributed over all of the fibers, then it seems to offer plenty of cut protection. It is very disconcerting I’ll tell you just those pictures are grabbing a knife. Like that are, are bad might be pretty good in a medieval.

Would it work in a sword fight, you know those guys at catching the sword. I don’t know I don’t know, I guess it’d be better than nothing, but that’s it. That’s my review of the level 5 cut proof gloves and we’ll see you guys on the next article.

HOW TO BRAND YOURSELF AS AN INFLUENCER – MAKE MONEY WITH YOUR PERSONAL BRAND

Alright, guys Jesse, unlocked here, welcome to another article, and today we’re going to be going into a massive overview on. How do you become an influencer like what does it take to become an influencer and contrary to popular belief? I know that a lot of people think that you know I thought it that you have to have this massive following, like Tai Lopez like Gary Vee like they are influencers, but there are really really big influencers right.

Just like there can be a band. That is, let’s local, it’s indie right and then there’s major pop sensations, like you know, ariana grande Demi, Lovato, all those people right there. Just there they’re influencers, you know they’re they’re known they have a group of people that follow them, but they vary in size. So you’re going to have a similar experience as you become an influencer and as you find what it is that you’re passionate about what it is that you want to talk about.

What’s your message, what are you trying to share because that all factors into becoming an influencer? So, let’s get into the first thing now. The first thing is really building a following. You know – and this is where knowing yourself and knowing what you’re passionate about really comes in handy, because you’re going to want to know who it is that you want to talk to what’s your message. What are you trying to share? Because, as you realize this you’re going to know that you’re not trying to attract everybody, you’re not trying to like bring in the bringing the world to your doorstep, you’re trying to bring the people that care you’re trying to bring the people that actually, you know, resonate With your message, because, if you you know, if you talk about music, if you play guitar and you make music and you want to show other people how to play guitar and why playing guitar is awesome, you know and the the the variations of ways to play.

Guitar you’re not going to want you first not going to want someone that, like loves the drums, because they’re going to be like nah man drums are way better than guitar and then you’re just going to have somebody fighting with you the whole time. Instead, you want to find other people who are passionate about that thing. They’re passionate about playing the guitar. They want to learn how to play the guitar.

These are the people that you want to bring in your circle and be like hey c’mere. I have some cool stuff to share with you and they’re going to resonate because you’re speaking directly to them, so that’s going to be. The first thing is just to realize that, like it’s, it’s really more of a giving thing. It’s not so much about you! It’s about them and you’re, looking to figure out like how to really craft this building this hub this spot.

For that audience to come to you, so you can kind of bring them in and be like hey. This is a safe spot. Come hang out meet other people who are into this too I’m going to share some cool stuff with you help you accelerate your journey and your it’s going to be a great time right. So that’s going to be the first point, so you’re going to be looking to build a tribe that is into the same stuff that you’re into and we’ll get into it in other articles as to how you can really narrow this down.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1mp60eSCt6s

But that’s part one. That’s the main focus there now main. I guess part number two is after you really decide who you’re talking to and who your audience is and what that looks like for you you’re going to need to craft some content around what it is that these people need help with, and it’s again this has To come from a very giving place, it can’t come from this ego place because I know when I got started, it was kind of like well.

What do I want to learn? What do I want to share like? What do I feel comfortable sharing and talking about right – and maybe you have this experience too, however, when you’re, when you’re becoming an influencer and you’re you’re, really stepping into this role of more an educator and you’re? Looking to this like okay, this is my tribe. You know when you become an influencer you’re, not to sound intimidating, but you’re, really you’re.

Stepping up you know you’re stepping up and as an influencer you’re coming forward and you’re saying know what I feel like there’s a place that isn’t being done. How I want to do it, you know, I don’t feel like this audience is being served. The way I think they’re being served and that’s why you’re coming up and that’s why you want to be an influencer right. Is it so you can you can help people see the things that you see and understand and maybe find their own passion in what you’re teaching, like that’s the beauty of being an influencer, so in order to really reach out to them and grab them and grab Their attention and serve them, you got to put out content, that’s relevant to what they’re trying to learn and what they want to do and what their goals and dreams are, and the area that you’ll find is the easiest way to create.

Content is looking at what are their challenges? You know what, when you go on, like let’s say forums and we’ll go into more detail, if you guys are having trouble with this part, but you’re going to want to go into like Facebook groups, forums reddit’s like sub reddits YouTube blogs, you’re going to want to See what people are talking about and, more importantly, not other influences, but look to what the people in the comments say, and the people in the forums and people in the groups cuz.

It’s not the ones that are sharing successes, it’s the ones that are asking questions. It’s the people that are in those groups and they’re like how the heck do you do this? How the heck do you do this? How do you do this? How do you do this? I have a problem with this like if you go in there, you’re going to find a ton of people with some unique problems and some problems that you’re going to hear again and again and again – and these are the questions – these are the things these are – the People that you’re going to want to talk to you’re going to want to create content that helps and solves their problems.

So this is really going to help you build that audience that you’re trying to by creating content that’s very relevant to them. So we’re going to go straight into the third thing now. The third thing is: really: you know you have your tribe that you’re building you have the content that you’re putting out and the third thing is going to be engagement and the way that we were going to do this is is multiple ways, but first we’re going To keep it real, real, simple anything you put out that gets some form of likes comments or shares engage with those people.

You know whether it’s just a response and they go hey cool image cool. You know you know PDF whatever it is that you create, like. Oh cool post, whatever they say if they even just like put an emoji face, you put an emoji face whatever the response is just respond to it, because people want to feel understood, people want to feel like you care people want to feel like they belong. If that makes sense – and it’s it’s, it’s really something when and maybe maybe you’ve experienced this too.

It’s really something when you know people respond back to you, you know you you leave a. It does take a bit to write a comment. It takes a little bit of energy, a little mental capacity to stop what you’re doing you know, pull up the keyboard if it’s on your phone and just type something out like it does take energy. But when someone recognizes it and they go, and you say something like oh cool photo and then go hey thanks for checking it out.

You’re, you look at it and you go. Oh that’s! That’s kind of cool. You know not a lot of people do it. So you want to be that person that actually connects with the other viewer or with the other, the the person in your tribe. Essentially that checks out your thing. You know and joins your group and and checks out what you have to say and they leave a comment and you go all thanks for checking it out.

It does something it really kind of creates this. Like this, this gratitude, I don’t know it’s it’s hard to explain, but people want to feel understood. People want to be, you know, noticed, and I’m sure you guys have noticed that, maybe even in school, like you, you know you didn’t really get along with a lot of people. Maybe you felt isolated and what was it like when somebody you know just reached out to you and was like, like hey, you know, cool shoes or hey man, cool shirt like it’s just it’s this feeling of positivity and giving when you can actually like you know, Connect with that person on the other side, because not enough people do it and you will stand out so quickly when you are that person who does it as much as you can you know, obviously, as you grow the following and there’s more people commenting it’s you Know it’s a little harder to keep up with, but do your best like you see a leg, and you see somebody comment on your thing, be like hey thanks man thanks for checking it out, you know really appreciate it.

They’re, just they throw an emoji, you throw an emoji, but just respond to it. You know it makes the other person feel real good, so respond to comments. You know if you’re on Instagram be sure to like a bunch of people’s content and that’ll kind of help engage your audience. You know and they’ll notice that you actually take the time to like their stuff. You know so, if you’re liking some of your followers stuff.

That’s really helpful if you leave comments, that’s at a bonus point right there, but really focus on your hub, because otherwise this stuff gets really overwhelming. So when you post something and people leave comments, comment back, you know like their comments, whatever it is just really maximize that output, so do the same for YouTube articles, if you’re already making YouTube articles we’ll do that in another article, no, no worries there and Facebook.

If you leave a post on Facebook and people, you know respond to it, they share it just make sure to reach out to them and either PM them a private message or on the on the comment thread, just leave them a comment be like hey, thanks for Checking it out, man really appreciate it cool. Well, that’s a massive massive over. You overview of how to become an influencer and and what it means to be an influencer.

So just a quick recap: let’s bring it all back to one you’re building a tribe and this tribe is like-minded people who have a similar goal or they want to improve in the thing that you’re teaching so that step number one is building a tribe step. Number two is putting out the content like what problems is that audience having, and can you help them? What can you put out there? That’s going to be a valuable resource for your audience step.

Three is engagement and you’re going to want to talk to your audience. You’re going to want to respond to your audience and you just want to show them that you care. So that’s the recap. That’s the value and if you guys, are curious about learning more about becoming an influencer, I’m going to be posting more articles, but go ahead and also check the link below we have access to a a chorus buy through familiar with Ryan Hildreth.

Marketing Training Course — Production Equipment

You may not, but I’ll just go ahead and talk about everything and tell you what you need to look for now again. I mentioned this the beginning of the course I’ll say it again. Technology changes rapidly so, instead of focusing on you know telling you specific model numbers and things like that, I’m just going to tell you the characteristics of the equipment that you’ll need also go ahead and met.

Tell you what I use right now, but chances are even at this recording that is already out of date because I purchased it six months to a year ago and it’s already been replaced by newer models. So i’ll just keep that in mind. So take the information. I give you and go out and find the latest and greatest of the whatever equipment. Does the things that I tell you that you need to have so the one thing I’m not going to talk much about is the computer, because I assume that if you’re reading this right now you probably have a computer.

However, if you are going to be purchasing a new computer or if you want a laptop for article editing, I would recommend getting a mac, an apple macintosh product they’re, just better for this sort of thing. I personally do not have one, however, when I buy my next laptop, it will probably be a mac. So enough said about that. We’ll move on. Let’s start with the camera um, there are two things that are absolute musts for your camera.

The one absolute must-have that you cannot get around is. It must have an external microphone jack. You cannot record high quality article on a camera using the built-in microphone day. The sound is just terrible and you can immediately tell as soon as you start reading the article that the sound quality is poor and whether you realize it or not. When you read a article, what determines whether or not you you think of the article as being a high quality product, isn’t so much the quality of the the visual it’s the quality of the audio.

So you can, you can get away with not as good of a picture as long as the audio is high quality. The other thing is you really want a camera that records in high definition? I mean so many cameras do that. I think even the latest version of the iphone has a camera that records in HD they’re, so cheap, there’s really no reason not to have a camera that records in HD in this day and age, some specific recommendations for a low budget option.

If you already have an iphone that actually has a pretty good cameron, and you can use it to make some some great articles – you’ll just need to get a external mic adapter for for that camera. There’s some low priced Kodak cameras out there, although they’ve actually gone out of business, but you know they used in aftermarket. Products are still out there if you’re willing to spend a little bit more money.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PcZGCQNna3s

The canon camcorders are really some of the highest quality products out there for the professional article and high quality articles. The one I use, which I’ll tell you right now is already out of date and not part of their current line, is called the vixia hf 200. I go to go ahead and bring up canon’s website here. This is their latest line of consumer camcorders. Anything in the range of this line from the vixia hf m50 at about 600, all the way down to the lower price one’s about 300.

Any of these will work for you, just fine. You don’t need to go out and spend seven hundred dollars on a camera to make some high quality articles. So just go. Do your due diligence? If there’s a specific need that you have in your camera um, you know research, these various products and decide which one will work best for you. But if you don’t have any specific needs, you know any anything about.

The 400 500 dollar range will work. Just fine and that’s for a new product, if you’re willing to take a little bit of a risk and buy a used or refurbished product, you can get it even much cheaper than that. I think the camera that I mentioned the Vixia HF 200. I think it’s down to around well two to three hundred dollars for high quality used camera on ebay. So those are your options there for the camera.

Obviously I’ll need a tripod for the camera. This doesn’t have to be anything complicated. The things you should look for in the tripod, you want a baseplate that looks something like this, that you can detach that remains attached to the camera. So you can quickly take the camera off the tripod and snap it right back on. It should have extendable legs. Telescoping legs head that can tilt and pan something like this targus product.

Here you can see you have the handle up there, you can grab and use it to pan the camera easily and there you see the telescoping legs. So anything like this will work just fine. It can get get those anywhere of whom the fifteen fifty dollar range depending on the individual product, but there’s no reason to break the bank here for the tripod external microphone again absolute requirement. You have to have an external microphone.

What you want is just a something called a omnidirectional. Let’s see something like that’s the omnidirectional condenser microphone, that’s sort of what we’re looking at here and with something it’s called the lavalier which basically just means lapel mic. So something like this right here, where you can clip it to your lapel. This is the ATR 3350 from audio technica. It’s a wired microphone. I started out with that product just because it was so cheap.

It’s only see about 24 bucks on amazon here I quickly switched to this version, which is a wireless I found the wire tended to get in the way and dick tangled and all that, so I switched to the wireless microphone which works very well, and this product Also came with that a hand mic that you could use for on-camera, interviews and stuff like that, so that this was about 120 bucks. The other one, like I said, 24 bucks, but any external microphone that is comparable to those products will work just fine.

You may also want, if you’re planning on doing screen capture articles, you probably want a USB microphone. You can either get a USB microphone with a headset or something like a Yeti. Usb microphone like this one here rings in at about 100 bucks on amazon. That’s sort of like the top-of-the-line standard in the industry, so that will give you the high quality audio for the screen capture articles.

If you are using an iPhone, you’ll want to get a adapter so that you can use a external microphone with the iphone. So something like this – this is actually produced by Apple, the dual microphone adapter cable for iphone and that works with the audio technica Mike sailors referring to Earth earlier the lighting in the green screen. Again, this is not a requirement for you to use a green screen, but you can just do so much with it, and it’s really not that expensive.

It’s not that hard to do so. I would recommend that you at least get it and try it out if it’s in the budget, whether or not you continue to use it is up to you, but I would recommend at least trying it you. What you wanted. A green screen is a stand for the green screen, a three-point lighting system using soft box style lights. It usually comes with some clamps and stains for the lights and that sort of thing the one I use some a photo studio – comes with everything you see here.

On the three softbox style lights with stands, the light bulbs, the green screen and the green screen stand some clamps for the green screen and, basically everything that you need for your studio. That’s about 200 bucks on amazon. You can also buy other backdrops other than green. If you don’t want to use the chroma key effect, but you still just want a professional style backdrop, you can buy Dell like a white or black backdrop, or you know you even get a little more creative and just get it get this once you have the Stand or something or some place to hang the backdrop you can use all kinds of things like curtains and whatever you want in the background.

You’ll probably want a teleprompter of some kind. I just used a laptop computer on a music stand, positioned right below the camera. It works great, can it you can’t tell when someone’s looking right below the camera or right into the camera, so using the laptop with music stands is great because it’s something you probably already have and you can actually get the teleprompter software for free at free teleprompter Software or calm, and you can just download it and install it, and it takes about 30 seconds to figure out how to use it.

It’s very simple for screen capture. There’s a free product called camstudio for windows, that’s very basic: it works just fine and you can use a editor that we’ll talk about in a minute to edit the footage you get from that a better product is Camtasia, which is what i’m using right now to Record this screen capture that works for Windows or Mac. I think it’s about a 100 bucks or so ScreenFlow as a product for Mac users and then there’s one called Jing.

That’s also free. I’ve never personally used that, but it’s produced by the same people that make camtasia, which is TechSmith um. I think it’s limited to about a five-minute recording, though so all those are workable options, the the best one, I would say, as a Camtasia. That includes a built-in editor that you can use to do some basic article editing which brings us to the article editing you’ll probably want, even if you have something like Camtasia, it probably wants software program that allows you to do some more advanced article, editing, especially on The chroma key effect – I am not positive, but I do not believe latest version of camtasia.

This time has the ability to use the chroma key effect. I could be wrong about that and they may incorporate it into future versions, but regardless, I think something like Adobe Premiere are so Sony movie studio, which used to be Sony Vegas. Those are two of the best out there. I think they’re both about 100 bucks and you can pretty much do anything that you’ll need to do using those programs even just learning.

A tenth of the features of these two programs will pretty much. Allow you to make any article for your business that you’ll need to make and make it look really good. I movie is a, I think you know, comes free on the max and it’s a basic editing program or Windows Movie Maker was also free, so that takes us to the end of the section equipment. Now everything that I just mentioned was the exception of the laptop everything that I just mentioned will ring up at about nine hundred and fifty dollars or so, depending on what camera you go with and etc, etc, but bottom line it’s less than a thousand dollars.

If you buy used or refurbished products, you can get that price down much lower. You could, probably even you know going with the low budget options for all of it. You could probably get it down to under five hundred dollars, and you once you learn how to make the articles you’re, basically going to be able to pay for all of that with your first article. So not a major investment here. Your homework is to decide what your article will be about I’ve.

Given you all the ideas and suggestions for how to use articles so go ahead and decide what your article will be write a script for it again. Looking for a length of about two to four minutes create a storyboard for the article, in other words, just deciding what shots are going to be in the article. What screen capture shots you’ll need what b-roll footage, you’ll need and and all that sort of thing and be sure to include some kind of call to action at the end of the article.

So whether it’s telling people to go to your website for more information or call a phone number or download something just make sure that you have some kind of call to action. So that’s the first thing. The second thing is to go ahead and decide what equipment you’re going to get and assemble the equipment. You don’t have to become an expert at it, will teach you more about how to use it and set it up in the next lesson, but go ahead and at least take the stuff out of the box turn the camera on.

You know take the lighting setup out of the box and mess with it a little bit just to at least learn what all the parts are download. The software that you’re going to be using so at least on your computer and then in the next lesson. We’ll really dig into how to set it all up how to use it in that sort of thing.

Videos are truly an awesome way to get the point across. Any type of content from your business is important!

Master of Negotiations with Herb Cohen | Sales Expert Insights

My name is John golden from says pop online says magazine and pipeliner CRM and today I’m delighted to be joined by herb Cohen, who is in Brooklyn Heights in New York. Hey turn herb you’re, just fine and herb has for more than three decades or maybe even more he’s been a practicing negotiator intimately immersed in in some of the world’s leading, like headline dramas from hostage hostile takeovers, hostile hostage negotiations, your clients have been executives, entrepreneurs, sports Theater, the glut corporations, government agencies and you’ve written a number of books on the subject of negotiation, so so herb, I, you are a definitive resource on negotiations and I’m sure you’ve forgotten more about negotiations than most people will ever know in their lifetime.

Right. Yes, although so what are some of the when people come to negotiate in the first place, I don’t think negotiations are something that comes naturally to most people. I mean a lot of us think, maybe that we’re good negotiators, but we don’t really know what we’re doing. What are some of the mistakes that people make when they approach negotiations in the first place? Well, initially, they believe that it is something that’s very narrow, they see it, they use the metaphor of the pie and they think well, here’s a pie with 12 slices, and if I get six, they get six I’m going to try to get eight and hold them Off so they see it as a competitive game and that’s really not what it is.

Actually, you know, if you take the pie metaphor I may like the crust, then you may like the apple and he’s like inside, and so you can generally work things out or both sides gain in both sides benefit yeah. So so I mean I could just saying they’re so but – and I think that’s true and I think that’s unfortunately true business and life – that people tend to look at things as finite as opposed to you know, there’s enough there for everyone, but also tell me people Do people generally very few people love the negotiations? Phase right negotiating is something that’s learned.

I didn’t start out as a negotiator, you learn it it’s a skill that you will acquire and the way you acquire it is by practicing it probably. The first things that people should remember is that virtually everything is negotiable. Thing is the product of a negotiation. That’s how it came about a price thing about like Tiffany’s, would you say gee it’s going to go stated Tiffany’s? Oh my god. You know it’s like untouchable.

It’s holy ground. Yet how did they establish the price that judging $ 8,000 for the ring – and these salespeople said hey, let’s make it seven we’ll sell more rings. The accounting financial people said no make it nine profit and they worked it out and ultimately, they came up with 8000, which prices 7990 sounds better. Yeah point is: if something came about as a result of negotiation. Of course it’s negotiable and if you start to think virtually everything came about as a result of the negotiation, the only thing that didn’t are religious and ethical moral principles right other than that everything’s negotiable.

Like I wrote a book, you could negotiate anything which has been translated into 36 languages, yeah and I’ll, be the world’s world’s biggest selling book on negotiating them selling selling is a negotiation anytime. You were attempting to influence someone’s behavior you’re negotiating we negotiate. Is we negotiate with banks? We negotiate what our boss, we negotiate with subordinates mm-hmm. Why is this series of negotiations and if you learn how to play this game, you end up being much more satisfied and living an enriched life, so you say in your book: you can negotiate anything there’s three crucial steps to success.

What are those steps? Well, I said: there’s three things: there’s information and the more you get the better off you are. The next is time and the third is power and people always have more power than they think they have. We always underestimate. Ourself, for example, it’s a prisoner in solitary confinement. You know they take away your shoelaces and your belt, so the guys walking around he’s holding up his pants.

You know he’s got those shoes and he craves a cigarette. He goes to the going knocks on the steel door. The guy opens up. What do you want be nice? Why I, like his cigarette BAM, the god slam he comes back, he does it again. The God opens up. I just told you no, he said, look if I don’t get a cigarette from you within the next minute. I tend to bang my head up against that concrete wall till I’m bloody and unconscious and when they revived me I’ll swear that you did it one cigarette.

I won’t bother you now. Can the guy get that cigarette sure get a cup of coffee as well? The point is even in a powerless situation, you’ve got more power than you think, yeah yeah. So that’s great. I’m writing that down. Just in case, I ever find myself and solitary confinement that I know exactly how to get a cigarette going forward. But I like the point, though her because I do think – and this is something I think a lot of salespeople experience like they love the sales process and all of that and they theory, but but as it gets down to the end and it gets into the Negotiation process, as you say, they start to feel like they, like.

The buyer, has all the power and they have no power left right and that’s when they start. You know offering up discounts before anybody even asked for them. So how do you? How do you help people in that situation? Take a step back and say no, no, this is you know, there’s there’s power on both sides of the table. Well. Well, first of all, let me just digress for a moment say: selling is really today a honorable skilled, profession, yeah, because you’re in selling other than other jobs in corporations where I was in selling one you get ownership for the results.

You did it. Okay number two! You get instant feedback right and in other jobs and corporations staff jobs. How do you know you’re doing well of my performance appraisal in six months and the boss calls you and tells you, and he says things, do you like remember five months ago, you thought you doing well. Well, you were, and the third thing is one ownership results, feedback and an opportunity to take risk, and so, if you’re in sales, you really can be very independent.

I was in corporations and selling positions and I could arrive late. I would pop my 10 year old car and the CEOs place because they didn’t want to walk, and I got away with all that stuff. Why? Because I was like yeah selling is fantastic and selling involves negotiation other than that you in order to take you work for Apple, and you have 8,000 new new, ipods, ipads, 8,000 new ones, and it’s the new number 16 model.

Yeah and you’ve got 30,000 people at wonnum you’re, not selling you’re, taking orders you’re filling out slips selling involves skill. It involves determining what the needs of the customer are and satisfying those needs, and a lot of that is done by your style. How you approach people and the best way to approach a custom if you’re in selling is in a congenial cooperative fashion, with what I call a low-key pose of calculated incompetence so run run that by me again that sentence say you want to approach people in an Amicable fashion, with a Loki Loki pose of calculated and comprises other words, listen to the other side find out what they want.

Ask questions rather than give answers even take notes, because people love when someone’s writing things down will say to me. But if you’re dealing a little moron you’re saying, I should write down what he says more important to write down what a moron first, because you’re the first guy who never wrote down if you’re a real professional salesperson, you’re finding out what your customers needs are and You’re shaping your product, your service, whatever you have to meet those particular needs, he’s satisfied and you’re satisfied.

In fact, you never approach people in the condescending way. The opposite is true: negotiation selling, dumb is bed and smart inarticulate is better than articulate. You want to train yourself to say I don’t know I don’t understand. Could ya? Could you help me I’m kind of new at this and let the other side help you let the other side, your customer virtually meant to you. Through this deal, you will become a much more successful person now, in fact, I have what I call the magic words of selling.

These are three-letter words. First word is spell hu H and that’s pronounced. Deca word is WH 80 WH a note T on and it knows wha. It really helps me see. One of my strategies, the negotiation and selling, is to make the other side feel superior to me right if any cases get the work very hard, but nevertheless the pays off, and so your style, your manner, your demeanor is more important than the content.

The price of this transaction and many salespeople think well, I didn’t get it because right, the price. Do I if we cut the price, but in reality you know, there’s an old saying when people are get annoyed, they say: well, it’s not what they said. It’s the way they said mhm, and so, if you look at your most successful salespeople, most successful negotiators, they have a style, a manner that other people relate to.

They feel nothing yeah and it’s true. I mean they always say that people remember how you made them feel not really what you said. It’s the same, if you can give an hour-long speech and people may not remember practically anything, you said, but they go wow. That was good. I really liked you know. I really felt that was engaging, and so I I take what you’re saying about sales number one. I think it’s a it’s a very good point.

It’s a fantastic profession, it’s unfortunately, it gets a bad rap, because popular culture loves to present it in a particular way. But this idea of a win-win, because sometimes people mistakenly think that if you don’t come away with more than the other person in a negotiation that you somehow lost, no, it’s not true. First of all, the last thing you negotiate is the quantifiable item. You save that to the end and you get people to invest in a relationship, see if I start out collaborative or cooperative.

Even if the other side thinks see this guy’s week, I’m going to conquer and destroy him, I’m going to get more pieces in fine cuz. He sounds funny, you know and look at me. He looks funny. He don’t look like a great top overpowering executive. No, and so what happens? Is they invest in the relationship and once people invest it’s hard for them to divest? You know. Rats at human beings have this in common, the more energy expended in pursuit of a particular goal, the more desirable that goal becomes, and so once people invest it’s hard for them, and so, if you kind of remember, is you know the emphasis upon your me manner? Your demeanor, it really helps you succeed, yeah and I think that’s and I think that’s true, so I think it’s a Kanaka said because if your salesperson and you negotiate with customer, it’s you know for the cost.

It’s also uncomfortable for many customers, because they, you know sometimes, if they’re not bringing in like procurement or something they’re, not they’re, not buying every day of the week and they’re, not negotiating so they’re, not they’re, not skilled. At that either look people want to establish relationship, in fact, the best people in our society who all of us are exposed to a great negotiators who start out as great negotiator the only people of children.

If you have kids, if you have contact with children, nieces nephews, you know that kids, who are little people in a big person’s world, technically have no authority or power seem to get a lot of what they want. How do they do it number one kids aim high. They end with unrealistic accepted all right, so they affect the thinking of the parent to the trying influence. The second thing the kids do is they believe that no is not really a final answer, but it’s an opening bargaining position.

So you tell a kid know: five minutes, ladies asking you again, it’s never over with this job. The third thing kids do is they form coalition’s? In other words, they say who can influence the decision make up the parents, other decision-makers, grandparents, so they form coalition’s with the GIMP grandparents against the parents. In fact, it’s easy for them to form that coalesced, because they have a common enemy, the parent.

What kids do is they persist? They persevere. I am my wife. We are the parents of three children. First child. We have these standards and rules very little exceptions. Second, kid: we have many more exception. Third, kid: we would tired people staying there 30 day, read: ask your brother and sister yeah used to be around here, and so, if we adopt the model of children just that we’re going to be more successful, I love that this is a great great way to Finish here, so it’s its aim, high form, coalition’s and be persistent, and then obviously it’s a win-win guy, because we mean at the end of the day anyway, because the kids are happy.

Parents are happy, life is good. Grandparents are happy, yes, well, listen herb! This has been fantastic before we go just like if you want to take a moment to tell people a little bit more about how they can contact you and learn. More probably, the best way to contact me is via email, /, h, er, b, Co AG and herb Cohen, four to seven at gmail.Com, great and listen herb. It’s been a fantastic, been a pleasure interviewing you.

I was really looking forward to it. I’m glad we were able to to make this work, and my name is John golden co-op online sales magazine pipeliner CRM SEO for another expert interview really soon. Thank you. Thank you.

Facebook Branding Awareness DOMINATION | Branding Your Business On Instagram & Facebook

Now. Last week we did a YouTube live, and I had some of you guys asking questions about how to build your brand for your business And I kind of explained the concept and strategy and everything on that Livestream.

However, I figured I’d: go through break down an exact, step-by-step Tutorial, showing you guys exactly what I do So in the first part of this article. I’m going to give you the high-level overview of what I do I’ll show you guys the exact ads everything and then I’ll show you guys how to actually implement it and apply it into Your business right now. If you guys are brand new here to the blog And if you guys have not gotten my free facebook ads mini course, Just drop a comment down below and I’ll go through and I’ll share that with you guys.

It covers the basic of basics of Facebook Ads. So Facebook Ads manager, the pixel tracking retarding, all the different stuff that you really need to get a jump start Into Facebook advertising and also one other quick announcement before we dive into this, I just launched a brand new blog. I know I didn’t think I’d forget to blogging, but I just launched it this week. I thought it’d be kind of fun, talking about passive income and growing your passive income, some different passive income strategies So I’ll add the link down in the description below.

It’s also is just my name: Jason Wardrop com, so It’s not completely done So go check that out, though, I’ve got some different strategies and show you guys some different passive income strategies that I do and That you can go through and implement as well right. So I think, that’s everything we need to cover in this start of this article, But let’s dive in to actually building your brand, how to do it the most cost-effective way, Leveraging Facebook advertising Instagram marketing.

You can use both platforms. Okay, So the first thing that I do is I go through and I set up a article Okay, where you can see this one right here on your screen, where I’m, basically just it’s like a two-minute article. Let’s just go play here: Okay, This one’s almost 5 minutes long, But it doesn’t need to be long 2 to 5 minutes telling about yourself, your business, how you got into your business? Why you even do your business And just give it a quick overview about who you are, what you do and just the basics? And if you look at this Right here, this first part It just says: Hey.

My name is Jason Wardrop specialize in real estate lead generation. So I’m basically telling everything that I’m saying in the article just right here in this short excerpt, and if you look at this, I actually don’t have any call to action. Okay, there’s no link, There’s no! Like there’s, nothing else getting them to go through and buy something and opt-in to a landing page Click to my website. My goal is, I just want to keep them on Facebook right here, okay, now, the reason why I want to do this is because I’m going to run an ad which I’ll show you guys here and a little bit how to do To go through and get Article Views so Facebook has so much data that they know the people that are in your audience, whether you’re doing this for a local business or for a national business and international business, Whatever type businesses, they know the people in that demographic Who are more likely to Read a article Okay, so you can actually get article views for just one cent, So I’ll just prove that to you guys right up here, So you can see right here.

This is the ad set pushing that article, this one right here And I’m getting views for just one send that’s per three second article view. So you know that’s not the best article of you I like to usually go for 10 seconds or someone who’s, readed, 25 or 50 percent of the article. But that’s that’s like the most cost. Effective thing You could possibly do. Okay, so cuz. If we come back over here and we look that’s 550 1000 views, 108 shares 156 comments and if you’re thinking about getting that type of exposure on a billboard or a magazine or a newspaper or anything like that, It’s going to cost you Significantly more right.

Now The cool thing is is once we go through and once again, I’m just giving you guys the high-level overview of what we’re doing here to go through and build this brand awareness. And then I’m going to show you guys actually how to do it at towards the end this article right, So we go through. We shoot a quick article, two to five minutes telling about us, our business. We run a article view campaign and you can really put as much money as you want behind that five.

Ten bucks, 50 bucks, whatever it is, and go, get exposure in your local community or Nationally or internationally, based off your specific segment. Your specific interest of people that might be interested in your business And then everyone who reades this article, it’s like, let’s say everyone who reades 10 seconds of this article, where everyone that reades 25 percent is article over half of this article.

We can actually build a custom audience inside of Facebook, So basically Facebook will track everyone who has readed the article and Then we can create another ad and only show that ad to people who have already readed the article Now guys. This is super powerful because these people already have seen your face like right here. They’ve already seen my face and if you guys are have this massive fear of being on on-camera or whatever You’re just going to have to get over.

I was in the same position back a couple years ago and I just keep shooting articles, keep shooting articles, They become more and more natural, still kind of a little bit weird. Every time I turn on the camera But he’ll get over it, So they they’ve now seen your face ball ready. So when you go through and show them another ad They’ve seen your article and they’ve heard about your story, who you are what you do and why they’re even seeing that app? Okay, so for an example of what this ad looks like.

So I’ve got this one right here. This one actually has a link. Okay, So remember this one doesn’t have a link. This is more of an intro story based article and then this one right here. It actually has a link of where I want them to go and opt into. Can you can see this one right here And so it’s got a mass amount of likes comments shares all that stuff And if you look at the cost per lead here so right here, This is 4 dollars and 88 cents per lead for my webinars, Which just To kind of put that in perspective with the relevant score of 8, Which anything pretty much seven and above is pretty much the gold and that’s where you want to be but 488 put that perspective.

Typically, I like to shoot for anything between 8 to 10 dollars per lead on webinar registrations. So You, the strategy, you can literally cut your cost per lead in half By using the strategy of people like warming them up with this article views campaign. First, Okay and I know it seems kind of counterintuitive, because you’re spending money to get people to read the article, but that person’s so much more qualified and you’re building your brand you’re building that exposure, that awareness, everything and then you’re Remarketing to people who’ve already readed.

That article with an ad that looks just like this and then you’re, sending them to a basic Landing page. Okay, so something like, let’s say like this or I work with a lot of real estate agents. So a landing page looks like this. They come in Put in their name, email phone number hit submit and they become a lead in your business right So guys that is the basic overall concept in strategy. So let me just jump in and I want to show you guys inside the ads manager how to Actually go through and set all of this up.

So I’m just going to come over here to my demo account for you guys. So the first thing we want to do is we want to create a custom audience Well. The first thing you want to do is go through and shoot a quick little article right here And I shot this once in my car. I did one in my family room. I did one of my kitchen just different backgrounds. For some reason, people like the one in my car, with my sunglasses on it, Just got a lot more people actually reading in or engaging and interacting with the article.

So you can try a few different, I’m literally saying the same thing in all the different articles. I’m just changing up my background, So you guys can test a few different Brack backgrounds See what it looks like, but once you’ve shot this article you’ve posted on your Facebook page. You want to come over here to the ads manager and we’re going to first create a campaign for article views. So all we’re going to do is Ford here.

Click on create Okay, we’re at the ad set level, we’re going to start over We’re going to come back up here To ads manager. Okay, So we’re at campaigns make sure on campaigns. I was on ad sets: That’s. Why did it work as well? We click on create and then we click on this article views right here And then we can give it a name whatever you want. This is obviously a demo, so I’m not going to give it a name right Here We hit continue and then let’s say that you’re in a local market – and This works, if you’re a real estate agent, if you own a you, know a gym, a local gym.

If you’re, a dentist, chiropractor, Really whatever business, make you’re in and could be, a local business could be an international business whatever it is, And let’s just come down here and say that we live in we’ll, say we’re an Omaha Nebraska today, Okay, so we’ll say: Omaha Nebraska, we just click on this right here And if you want to go through and expand that network. So you want like a 25 mile radius Because you’re like willing to go through and work that far out great.

If you want to go through and lower that or make it Higher or you could just say hey, I only want people actually in Omaha like let’s say your restaurant, Then people probably aren’t going to drive 20 to 30 minutes to your restaurant. You can say just people right within Omaha, Nebraska and Then we’ll say instead of everyone in this location a lot of times. Well, if you’re a restaurant, you probably want that.

But if I’m a local business like a chiropractor Dennis real estate agent loan officer, I want people who live in this location. The reason why I want people who live in this location is because, if someone’s just passing through or traveling or whatever They’re, probably not going to come to me as a dentist or a chiropractor or real stage, and or anything like that, So I just go like That you can see it’s four hundred and fifty thousand people, because Omaha’s a little bit Smaller City compared to some of the bigger other big cities out there, and then we come down and we just choose age range.

So let’s say our age range like our typical customers are 27 and older. Okay, that’s typically what I recommend for the real estate agents that I work with and Then the language I’ll just leave that as is detailed targeting, as is because what we want to do. This is branding guys, So we want to go through and build Casas massive wide net to this audience and then we’ll see who sticks based on who’s, going to actually read that article and Most of our targeting is done by the people who actually read the articles Because they’re going to read the article That means they’re more interested than the next person who’s, not actually going to read the article right.

So we just come down here and then you can do automatic placements. They say recommended when you’re going through and branch. This outlet casting this wide net. I usually like to do it Placements and I usually just like to do the Facebook news feeds Okay, so everything else I’ll come down and uncheck and You could think like, oh well, Instagram would be great. The only thing about Instagram is they usually don’t let you have longer articles Okay, so it’s got to be a really short article.

So I like to have you know two to five minute: article: Keep it on the Facebook know, mobile and desktop news feeds and then we’ll come down here, And your budget really is up to you, Like my my one post right here, I’m spending $ 50 per Day, which is actually pretty insignificant to the amount of money I spend each day, but for some people fifty dollars in a day that might seem like a lot of money.

So now I’m just starting out. I would maybe start out around five to ten dollars per day, So we’ll just say ten dollars per day: Okay, seventy bucks a week or three hundred dollars a month, Really, if you’re trying to go through and build your brand and your your mark and all that Stuff, It’s it’s not too much! Okay! So then, coming down here. Let’s click continue And at this point ideally you’ve already uploaded that article to your Facebook page So we’re just going to click on use an existing post and then, if you just recently uploaded it, It’s just going to be right in here where you can come through And choose it, But if you uploaded a while ago, like I did this, one was back in January 31st – I’m going to select this ID number up here, I’m going to copy that then I’m going to come down here and go enter post ID and paste it In right there and hit submit Okay so see how it pulls up the article.

Then I don’t have to go recreate the ad inside a Facebook Ads manager, Which can kind of sometimes be a pain in the butt, and then I’m going to hit confirm All right. So now, at this point, we’ve got this going out ten bucks a day to our omaha nebraska Market and we’re getting people reading that article reading that article reading that article then after about five days or so We’ve racked up a decent number of people.

Probably a few hundred people who have actually readed that article So now what we want to do So we want to get this done. Wait: five to seven days collect some data and that we want to come over here to audio And we want to create a new audience. Okay, we want to create an audience of everyone who has readed that article at least a certain amount of that article. So we’ll click on create an audience will say, custom audience and Then we’ll come over here to engagement, Okay, these ones, I cover on other articles, but this one is engagement and then we say article Okay, because they’re going to be we’re going to be tracking people Who have already readed a article, So we say article right there and then we say: okay, people who have viewed.

I don’t like doing at least three seconds of the article because they could be scrolling through on their newsfeed and If the article does auto plays it could run for three seconds and they’re, not even paying attention. Okay. So if you want maximum audience of maximum reach, I would go for ten seconds of your article. If You want still a large demographic but a little bit higher quality, Then I would go with twenty five percent of your article.

Okay, Now this branding play you’re really going for the larger masses amount You want to create a bigger bigger audience. So usually I like to just go with ten seconds of your article, Because you never know maybe somebody readed eleven seconds They were interested. They didn’t read a full 25 percent, but they got distracted some reason, but we still want to include them. So I’ll just do ten to ten seconds right here Then we’ll say: choose articles So we just come down here.

We choose our Facebook page. So let’s come down Pick my face page right here and Then same thing: you’re just going to go through and choose Whatever. The article is that you want to go through and create the audience’s Okay. Now, if you guys just barely uploaded it, obviously you’re going to be able to have it right here at the very top, and you can go through and choose that now, I’m going to just going to choose one! This one has This: one has 50,000 views right here, so I’m just going to select this one.

Just so you guys can get the idea, but You’re going to be choosing the article like you’d, be ideally choosing this article I’ve already. I’ve already done this. For my business So – and I prayed the article a while ago – So that’s why I’m going through and doing this, So we’ve got this one with 50,000. We click on this. We just click, confirm Okay, And then we can say everyone who’s viewed the article in the past 365 days or you can even say in the last one day, three days, seven days 30 days, Whatever it might be now usually on this branding thing, I don’t usually Like to do 365 days, because if somebody saw my article a full year ago, They probably already forgot right, like they probably don’t.

Remember me: They don’t won’t, remember reading that article, So I usually like to go between the 7 to 14 day range. Okay. Now, if you want a little bit bigger audience, We might go with 14 days If you’re spending a little bit less money like 10 bucks, 5 bucks a day. You probably want more days there, because you want more audience, want more data to work with And then right here you can just name it so viewed 10 seconds of, and then you just put like the article Name right So now we’re just going to click on Create audience right here and then we’ll sit next done.

All that’s done Good to go Now. What we’re going to do is we’re going to go through and create a Well. This is remember. This is guys 5 to 7 days after you launched this initial article view campaign Okay. Now this is big, because if you haven’t had anybody read this yet, then you don’t have anyone to go remark it and retarget Right. So now What we’re going to do now? That we, this is populating, and this could take a couple of hours – could take up to 24 hours, But I won’t worry about that.

I would just get right on it. Facebook’s going to automatically populate this and update it for your stuff, So we’re going to come over here, Click on audiences go down to ads manager and Then we’re going to create a new campaign, And so we’ll click create a campaign. And For this one, let’s just say we’re going to do a small budget so like 5 dollars per day, because we have a very small audience most likely because it’s the audience of only people, who’ve readed the articles.

So because it’s a small audience and because we’re probably not going to be getting 15 to 20 plus conversions per week, I’m just going to run a traffic campaign and then we’ll this campaign name We’ll just leave it, as is for this demo, And then we’re going To come down here and then I would call this retargeting retargeting article Viewers of you know, name of article and then say like 10 seconds or something like that.

Okay, so that’s just the general idea. You can name it whatever you want. Whatever you know, you understand and make sense to you And then what we’re going to do is come down here to this custom audience And we’re just going to choose view ten seconds. Article name: This is the audience We just barely created all right now guys. This is key because So many people, especially now with all the Facebook algorithm updates and they’re changing everything and all this stuff and people are going crazy guys.

This is why, like I, have never freaked out or never worried about any of this, because I don’t even use most of the Demographic and most of the interest Hardy and the more that they change. I don’t really use it. I just use this custom data. These custom audiences people have already interacted and engaged my brand people have already bought products from me. You’ve already opted in as leads, And so with this custom data, all of like the demographics of income and race and gender and all that stuff.

It really just doesn’t mat matter, Okay, so I don’t worry about it. If you guys stick to these strategies, It just doesn’t matter and you’ll actually see a lot better results, because everyone else is using Interests and demographic targeting targeting Okay. So, if you’re doing what everyone else does you’ll be stuck in that bloodbath, whereas if you do these strategies that only the top guys are doing, then you’ll be able to rise above all the competition and See a lot better results and also build a lot stronger Brand for your business, Okay! So now from here It’s the same concept.

You go through pick your budget And, if you’ve only got like, let’s say ten thousand people who’ve readed – that article in the last I don’t know the last 14 days, whatever that audience was based off of, I would probably only be spending a couple dollars here: Okay, Like maybe two to five dollars, so let’s say three bucks per day that we’re spending to go through and to mark those people and once again, If you guys have seen my previous articles when you have such a small audience like ten to 30,000, I do like To go through and make the placements Recommended automatic because it’s going to show up on all the different platforms, all the different places that Facebook can show ads, whereas when you’re going through and marketing to a huge, huge audience, I Like to keep it to the Facebook.

Newsfeed, just because that’s what I’ve just seen work best right so then we just hit continue. We go through and create our ad, which my ad looks like this, but obviously this is for Webinars. Yours could be for whatever it could be, like a pizza coupon to go into your restaurant. It could be they work with you as a real stage, And it could be for your dental business and t-3 teeth, whitening or whatever.

It might be, then, from here guys, you’re just going to come down, hit, confirm after you’ve gone through and create that ad, where you’re singing into some sort of landing page like this, and that is how you can go through and cut your cost per leave. In half and Get those article views for just one penny per article of you now, obviously, if we’re tracking 10 second article views, It’s going to be a few pennies, It’s going to be a little bit more expensive than just a 1 cent, But this is the Best way to go through and brand your business on Facebook All right, So basically a quick recap of what we just went over is we want to first make a story base article Just like this, where we’re not having any call to action, We’re not pushing anyone To buy something opt into something click to a website or anything like that.

We’re just telling people who we are, what we do, why we’re in business and how we can help them. Ok, and then You see right here, I’m getting tons of comments. Tons of shares, tons of people saying like hey: where do you do this, like asking me about more about my business and It’s more of them, its attraction marketing, I’m attracting them into my world, is supposed to like going through and Pushing on everyone and just trying To get everyone to come to my world right, So we first set this up.

We go through. We get a article view campaign Spending 5, 10 bucks a day or whatever type of bus you’ve got. You could do more, do more. I highly recommend it. We’re then creating a custom audience of everyone, who’s readed this article for at least 10 seconds, and then we’re creating a retarding campaign and Showing our ads to everyone who has readed this exact article right here or at least 10 seconds, and that is how we are Cutting our cost per lead down by literally 1/2, okay with a Matt with the great relevant score right here, and this is just the most cost effective way and with 500,000 people in In Omaha.

I almost said Ottawa. I was thinking I don’t Canada, but in Omaha you could be going through and in showing this ad and you’re going to very quickly Be seen by everyone in that whole community. Now you might be thinking well Jason. What happens was I’m seen by everyone in the community? Well, you can go through and change up. The article Maybe tell a little bit different story, Maybe tell about you know one of the clients that you worked with or someone that you helped tell an intriguing story.

Something that would make somebody intrigued and Actually want to work with you, Okay And then you can swap that article out change it up and you can go start over again from there collecting that new audience Getting that data And that’s how you can go through and Build a super super killer brand right now guys, If you guys, like this article, if you guys found some value, please go give it a thumbs up.

Nails & Planners | VLOG

It’s counting. This dog tests me every day, guys every freaking day so hi welcome. Back to my blog, my hair is wet, which means I just showered. So we got to clean Emily on our hands. No makeup Emily. As well, because I need to get my skin a break because I’m wearing makeup like a lot and my skin shows it yeah anyway. Today is a fun day. I am going to polish con, which is a nail polish convention.

I have totally nude nails, which is kind of funny. I don’t have anything on them, but I’m going to a nail polish convention with my friend Libby. I met her from the Minnesota planner addicts and we are going to go and have some fun in Bloomington today and check out some nail polish. So I figured I would vlog and bring you guys along. It’s been a while, since I’ve done a vlog on my blog – and I know some of you guys really like vlogs and other people really don’t, but that’s okay.

So I’m going to get going here, it’s a little before 12:30 and I told Libby I’d meet her there, probably about 130 or so the doors open for our tickets at two o’clock. So yeah it’ll be good and I have an Erin Condren shirt for her and I’m also wearing for the first time at my Erin Condren shirt, so yeah. But this thing is like ginormous but anyway that’s a whole nother topic, but Doyle over the hell.

He is there he is who does not want to get in his kennel. So I don’t know. I turned some lights on, so he’ll be able to see things but he’s going to stay out today so which means he’s probably just going to sleep on my couch or on the bed and that’ll. Be it for him. So yeah. Alright, let’s get going, and let me show you guys some nail polish, oh hi had a little issue with my debit card. While we were in there because everybody has their own like like little swipers and stuff and not everybody is from Minnesota.

So it’s my bank called me and actually they like froze my debit card for a few minutes and they were like. Ah, this isn’t working because there were vendors from like Texas and Oklahoma and minnesota and, like all of these other places – and they were like transactions like a couple minutes apart and they’re like wait a second, this is going weird. There were very small transactions, but yet transactions anyways, so they called me and were like.

I think this is fragile and I’m like no, no, no, I’m just shopping in a nail polish convention, so I got to see Libby and actually, when Olivia’s co-workers came as well, which was really fun. I did a couple little clips of just panning the room. I didn’t feel comfortable taking articles of anybody’s tables, but I will link down below if I can find the nail polish companies that I bought stuff for from.

So you guys can check it out if you really want to but Libya nyeh Bach tickets, you didn’t have to buy a ticket, but we bought tickets, and this is what the little bag looks like. So so this says polish town, 2018 Minneapolis, and so it’s a cute little reusable bag, and so I just want to show you guys what I got. So this is from the first place from blush lacquers blush lacquers. There we go and, like I legit, can’t remember all the things I got oh, this is what I got their seat release cycles, something like that.

It’s a really pretty kind of like bubblegum, pink with a little bit of like gold reflux in it. Well, I’ve had it with Purdy. Alright. Next up is this big purple bag? What did I get? Oh, this is one that gave me like this cosmetics case that I probably won’t use, but that’s okay, and it was from KB, shimmer and Olivia was telling me like Libya’s like a big like nail polish person, but she was telling me that they have really great Polishes so this one’s called meet me at the bar and it’s ba RR e and it’s a really pretty like creme pink.

So I really like that and then I found this other one. That’s really pretty and it says, hide and eat, and it’s like a white and it’s got some like it’s like a white cream and it also has some like flecks in it, and it’s not flexed it’s more like I don’t know a little dots in it, but I thought it was cute, so you know why not right, oh and then I stopped at bohemian polish and got these two and this says let’s get lit and then this one is Lyngen Li NGO.

In me, I think that’s how you said. I have no idea, but this one’s like a really pretty like kind of cranberry issue, and then this one is like kind of like a a jade color like really dark Jade. But it’s got some shimmer to it as well, with different colored like little flaky things in there. I’m really bad at this. You guys this was in my like in the bag that we got. We had some free stuff, so this is from ever after.

It’s cuticle Crowley, Fruit, Loops and smells really good. It’s just like a little cuticle lotion. So I’m going to keep this by my bed. So I’m going to use that and look legit smells like fruit loops. This is the little like Polish con information, so yeah and just like it says where everybody was that and all that good stuff and just has like little advertisements for everybody. So very cool, oh and I bought this from ever after.

I just got their business card and this was a cuticle oil in grapefruit Bellini. As this one was 8mm mil. It says: there’s grapeseed oil – I don’t know olive oil, jojoba, oil, coconut oil, vitamin E and natural and artificial fragrance, and it’s a like cuticle pen. So let me try it right now. It smells really good. Oh yes, yes, yes, oh this smells good and it feels good and I need more cuticle oil in my life.

The last time I had it, it’s really good, but I just haven’t purchased anymore yet. So my nails have been looking kind of sad lately because at work, I’m like all about the papers currently so a lot of papers in my office so anyway um. What is this one? Oh, this was the one that came with my bag and it’s from lesha’s lacquer, and this one is called. I don’t know. Oh it’s just a mini a Polish VIP, okay.

So this is what this one looks like it’s kind of like a greyish type of a color with some like holographic reflux, and it’s also got this little thing from river wood, apothecary and there’s like a wax thing and then also a lip balm, which is really Cute what else is in here? Oh this one yeah, this one came with the bag as well, and it was called a first kiss from tonic. It’s got like the little holographic kind of a look to it and then also with the bag was a pen and a keychain which I won’t use.

But that’s okay, let’s see here. Oh I actually purchased this one. I think yeah. Okay, this is from Great Lakes. Lacquer – and it is called with a spoon – and it’s this really pretty dark purple with some. You know multicolored reflux in it very pretty, and they gave me like a little holographic sticker that says love there. We go, I’m like y’all can’t see it now. Was this one looks like a choose-your-own-adventure, I’m like okay, here’s another one that came with the bag and this is blush lacquers and this one is called forest fern.

So it’s like kind of a lighter soft green with some reflux in it. I got ta say like the majority of the places didn’t have any like crema publishes. I mean there were some, but I don’t know why. But I’m like really industries polishes. I like the way they look. I don’t know I do like some like, you know, shimmery stuff, once in a while and whatnot, but I don’t know I’m more of a a cream polish kind of a gal which is funny because I can do I freakin like nail polish convention situation.

Okay and this one is from sassy sauce polish and it’s called just polish con Minnesota VIP 2018, and this is also very similarly colored. So it’s kind of that like light green color, and it does have some of those reflux in it as well. And I’m sorry if this is like these colors are not coming off really nicely on the screen, I’m in my car. What can I do guys? What can I do and then the last place I went to? I got a lot of stuff at because there was a lot of good stuff there.

Oh my gosh, here we go like wait whoa. This is all from tonic, so this is the tonic and nail polish, and this one is called death Proof. It’s a really really pretty dark, dark red and it doesn’t have any like glitters or anything in it, which I kind of liked. This is also very similar. This is called cookie monster very cute, and this one kind of like has a it’s like kind of shimmery. Looking and it’s blue, but then it kind of flex to purple a little bit, but it’s not like you know it doesn’t have glitter like chunky glitter in it.

This one is called hot to trot with like a bright, bright, pink and then also has like some kind of blue little, like micro glitter thing going on in there, and this one is called you’ll move mountains, which I love, and this is so pretty, and I Can totally see myself wearing this like in the fall? Maybe this might be in my next color eyewear. I don’t know, and then this one’s called in the glow and this one has a little bit of glitter to it.

But it’s like a purpley blue ish color. I don’t know, and then let’s see this one is called bloody hell and it’s like a really pretty brown, but it’s got like multi chrome like holographic in there as well, I’m so sorry these are like they’re not coming out well on camera, I’m going to be So mad, when I’m editing this later, it’s just not coming out well, and then I got this one. It’s called detox, it’s just a black creme polish, but my friend Liddy, that was with me, said that it was a really good black polish, like a one coat black polish and that’s kind of what I was looking for and she recommended it.

So that’s what I got so those are all of the things I got. I’m definitely set for, like I would say a few years with all my stuff but um yeah. I had a really fun time. It was really really fun to go and just see this kind of like it’s kinda like a little bit of a different world in there losing polish bottles all over the place. Here we go but yeah that was all the stuff I got. It was really cool to kind of like go and see like a totally different world for me like clearly I’m into like the planning world.

Hence my shirt today but yeah it’s. It was really really cool and there’s lots of other people that do lots of different nail polish she kind of things in the world, and they had so many different things. They’re, like I don’t know stuff like specific ones, for like stamping and Libby, got some of those which I thought were really cool, but I didn’t realize that there was like actual stamping polishes or just versus like a regular polish.

Like I don’t know these things anyway, a lot of these brands only had like specific ones that they brought with them. They didn’t bring like their whole collection and stuff, but, like I said I’ll link them down below, if you guys are interested and checking them out. Clearly, this is a whole new world for me, so I’m actually excited to try some of these and I think I’m going to go home and go through some of my nail polishes I mean I don’t have very many like colorful nail polishes.

I have a few, but I really only grabbed for like three or four of them. I don’t really grab for the majority of them, so I feel like it’s time to just give some of those other ones away that I just haven’t been grabbing for, and just you know maybe are just not my thing any longer. I don’t know, but all in all polish con was really really fun, but I think I’m going to say goodbye to the vlog here I am going to go home, I’m really really hungry.

I think my dad’s going to come over in a little while he wanted to do something or something I don’t know he was like. Are you going to be home like no I’m leaving in like ten minutes, so he had given me a call before I had left but yeah, I’m going to head home now and I check on the Doyle dog, because Doyle has been out all day. So that’ll be interesting; hopefully he didn’t like mess up the house too.

Bad he’s, probably sleeping, could be honest, he’s probably just sleeping, but thanks so much for reading the vlog. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Okay, so change of plans today actually was a well. It still is a Minnesota planner like meet-up day. I don’t have any planning supplies with me. Nothing. However, it’s at the Rosedale mall and we’re going to pin there a bread which is like right over here where, if somewhere, I’m sure, I didn’t show it on camera right.

But anyway, I sent a message out to the group and said: like hey: is anyone still there because it said it was going on from like 2:00 to 4:00, but it’s like 421 right now and people can like come early stay late whatever, and so there’s call People that were applied yeah, I’m still here so Rosedale mall – is kind of like on my way home. So I figured well, why not stop it and say hey not sure from in a vlog in there, but I just want to let you know that the vlog is not over now, because we going to go to Panera.

I think I’m going to might get a little something to eat too, because I had like a late breakfast / early lunch, I like 10, so I’m getting a little hungry. It definitely wasn’t going to drink like I need, like a water or something, but anyway I’m going to go in here, and I will see you guys a little bit well hello now I am home, put the hair up because it is becoming a little bit of A grease pit but yeah it’s 10:45 in the evening, it’s very exciting times and my cheek is like breaking out so irritating anyway.

Fun things for Homer, vanilla imbalances, just got home and took boil he’s right. There took that little kitty cat on a walk, so report is in. I don’t believe that he pooped while I was gone, so that’s good. I haven’t checked upstairs yet yeah, so I don’t know but we’ll find out later so anyway, I’m going to turn on the aggressive light, just boom aggressive um, so anyways but yeah went to the meetup and it was just kind of on the way home.

So can I help you, sir? There you go um, so it was kind of on the way home and stayed and chatted with a few people for a little while and then most people left and then actually I got to meet Ryan from a man with the plans. I will leave his info up above and down below. You guys should check him out. He does like planning and budgeting articles and stuff like that, so that was really really fun. I didn’t really vlog the experience because I don’t know we were just chatting about life and whatever so I think, maybe October ish November ish.

We might do a article together. I don’t know we’re kind of chatting about it so yeah, but he has to move into his new place before we do the article cuz, I told him we had to break his new apartment in you know we got to break it in for the article extravaganza And Doyle really really wants to be on camera right now, hi buddy, hi buddy. I know I know it’s a very exciting time for the Doyle dog, but anyway I am going to go before I do.

I am very excited about my nail polish haul situation that you guys thought in the car. I’m sorry if the colors didn’t come out just like exactly perfect, but I will like I said before it link as many places as I can down below, and I’m pretty sure that y’all will be seeing a lot of these colors very very soon, because I need To start doing my nails more often because they’ve been bare for a little while so yeah once you give you guys some interesting to look at when I do my hand articles, but anyway I got ta work tomorrow.

So I’m super super tired, but just a little bit but yeah. I got to do a little bit of work tonight and go well not go to work but kind of work a little bit tomorrow and that’s on the docket for the weekend.
