5 Ways to Make Money as a Blogger

I know that I make my money in affiliate marketing and you can see other people that make their money in MLM companies. Digital marketing, there’s all kinds of different things. So what I’m trying to do is just find other avenues in case you’re, not interested in affiliate marketing bloggers can make one to ten thousand dollars per month.

If that’s something you would prefer to do, instead of starting your own blog and a lot of them are different niches, where you can go in and write something that you’re passionate about.

There are four main ways to make money when you’re blogging and that’s in advertising you can get paid for putting ads on your blog. Can you believe that so you get to enjoy writing and then you get paid by just putting some ad advertising on there. You can make money with blogging as an affiliate marketer. This is when you get paid a commission for any products that you can sell on your blog. So basically you would talk about blogged about different products.

People want them, they will buy them, and then you get a commission. So that’s basically how fillion marketing works, but your main job could be the blogging. If that’s what you’d love to do, digital products can be sold. These are products like ebooks or courses, and things like that, and actually you can even write ebooks for other people or write courses for other people. If that’s something that you enjoy doing, you can also get paid as a blogger by providing services.

If you’d like to work one-on-one with people you can, a blogging is a great way to generate leads for coaching or consulting, and things like that. The fifth way I’m going to bring up a website right now for you and just show you what I found. This is called twins, mommy and there’s 12 sites on this link. You need to set your blog up, find a hosting site and then just start writing your blog’s. Then, after you have maybe written five or six different blogs, you want us to pick a social media network and start promoting your content, which means you might want to start promoting it on Facebook or Pinterest or YouTube wherever you want.

Yes, people promote their blogs on. On YouTube so find a place to promote it, and then you can begin monetizing, your blog and making money for something that you love to do get started and, in the meantime, go ahead and hit. Yes, it is a way of purchasing them, but it’s not just purchasing a list of names. There is these people will opt in to your email list according to what you have to offer and I’ll show you that today, first of all, before we get started, my name is Vanessa D Brule, and on my blog I will help you to earn money.

Save time and find balance in the process today, we’re going to talk about buying email addresses, so you can start building your email list and start making some money first before we start with that, I want to go over the email list just to make sure you Understand what it is and why it’s so important – and I keep on emphasizing this because I heard about email lists when I first started my business and I was one of those people that sat back and said I don’t need that.

I don’t need to do that. I don’t want to send emails to people I just don’t want to, and it wasn’t until I was probably too long before I start at my list and realized. That was a big mistake not to do even though I kept hearing how important it was. So I’m going to tell you again how important this is: it’s probably the most important part of your business. Let’s go over how you build it and then we’ll talk about why it’s so important and then I’ll show you how you can build it by buying some addresses all right.

First of all, you have a free thing that you’re going to offer a lot of times. People will offer a checklist or a PDF or an e-book a course. I think courses are one of the best things that you can offer that I notice I get most of my results from offering free courses, so the bigger that free thing is the better, and this is why it needs to be bigger, because the online marketing industry Is becoming more competitive and I’m not saying don’t do it, but you got ta out, give everybody else so think of it.

That way, what can I give that’s better than what so-and-so is giving so people will click my link instead, when you offer that free thing you’re offering it on your platform, my platform is youtube. That’s my number one platform, so I usually offer my free thing in my links on my YouTube chat: YouTube articles not every time, but probably a good percentage of the time if you’re using Facebook Instagram whatever that other platform is that you’re using that’s how you bring Traffic into the free thing now you’re going to have them land on a landing page, I use clickfunnels for my landing page.

I always have my link below if you ever want to check that out and on that landing page before they get the free thing. They have to give me their email address and their name when they click it. It triggers a little a little trigger on there. That tells them to go to my autoresponder and I send them an email and give them the free thing. Now. What is the autoresponder? An autoresponder is like your mailman and mine is active campaign and I have that trigger that.

It tells it to put it onto my email list, put it into active campaign, and then there is a sequence of emails that I’ve already built. That will go out to that person. This is where sales are made. I don’t know if you’ve already tried to spam. Most people have in the beginning, they’re so excited about their product and their new business that they start telling everybody on Facebook and on Instagram hey.

You know I’ve got this great shake, that’s going to help you lose weight and you’re so excited about it, and you know it works, but just putting it out there and telling people they’re not going to buy it they’re going to go. That’s annoying. Why are you putting this on Facebook? That’s not why I’m here, I’m here to communicate and have relationships with my friends not to be sold things and that’s why that doesn’t work and that’s why that’s called spamming.

I think we all have done that in the beginning, especially because we were so excited not because we were trying to spam, but the right way to do it is to give something for free. So if you have health and fitness, you could give a checklist of some ways to help improve your list. Maybe ways to change your mindset. Maybe you wrote a little ebook that you wanted to give them and get them on through your autoresponder onto that email list, and this is where the money is made.

You are warming them up and getting them to know you and then every once in a while. You’ll offer something and they get to know you they’re opening up your emails and they’ll say you know what I really like this person I’ve connected with them, I’m going to try that shape that she was talking about now. Look, it took a lot longer to get there, but that’s how it works. Now, how am I going to get email addresses on my email list? I’r brand new and it’s so frustrating all right.

Now, I’m going to show you this. Is you and you have your new autoresponder set up and you’ve got your sequence in there and you’ve been giving away the free thing, and maybe you’ve got about five people on it? Maybe a fifty maybe of a hundred, but you know you’re, just starting. It’s new – and here is we’re just going to say Joe over here Joe – can be a girl’s name or a boy’s name right, Joe how’s.

That and Joe has been at this for a very very long time and Joe has a huge list. Joe has been very successful in his or her business. Joe has over two hundred thousand emails, maybe five hundred thousand. Who knows how many but Joe decided I have been selling through my email list, but now my list is so big. I’r going to start sharing my lists so that other people can take advantage of the names that I have on there, but I’m going to charge them a fee.

So joe says I’ll tell you what I will sell you for every click that you get. I will charge you fifty five cents and these prices are usually roughly forty cents to like 80 cents. I’ve seen right now, but Joe’s going to charge you fifty five cents for every person that clicks. You were email now, you’re saying thinking. What do you mean? Okay? So you’re going to tell Joe here I have here’s my website or here’s my product or here’s my funnel page, here’s the free thing, I’m giving away.

Will you please run my ad, I’m going to say ad or my email through your list and I’m going to buy a hundred clicks from you, so that would be fifty five dollars and Joe’s takes your fifty five dollars. Joe runs your ad or your email lit a little email, whatever it is through his list or her list and once there’s a hundred clicks, because you paid four hundred the run will stop and then right away.

I did this the first time I did this. Oh, my gosh, it was back within 20 minutes. It was that fast. It was extremely fast. I thought it was going to take two or three days and boom. It came right back in so out of those hundred clicks. A good average is about thirty percent. If 30 percent of those people now that’s good, I’m just giving you numbers every list is different. If you can get thirty percent of those people to opt-in to your list and then you’ve done well, if you get 20 percent fine, you might say well I’ll.

Try! Somebody else maybe joe’s list isn’t working for me. So I’m going to go to somebody else. Maybe you find somebody where you’re getting 40 percent and go hey and now I’m going to buy 500. Will you do it again, so you have to go in I’m going to give you a link below it says, buy email, lists below, there’s a link and you go into that site and you can find different people that are selling ads on their big long list And you can go in there and find the right person for you pay attention.

Some of them might say. I specialize in health and fitness, or I specialize or in online marketing they’re, going to tell you what kind of list they have. Some of them are called tier 1, the, where they’re, basically from European nations and from the United States and Australia, and some so pay attention to the details, there’s a link below, but that how you buy emails for your email list. As far as do I recommend it or do I not it’s really up to you, you will go in and you will see articles that say absolutely do not do that and other people say you know what it’s a great way to build your list.

So you really have to decide for yourself. Yes, I did. I have done it to help build my list when it was small and I got anywhere from 20 % to 40 % opt-ins on my lists. Top Digital Marketing Tools

I love a tool. Just give me give me Give me I love tools, So I’m going to show you my favorite tools, There’s a lot but I’r going to show you 4 today that I think are critical to any business. Owners, digital life, First of all, with graphics, I have a graphic arts degree. From Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design here in Colorado, And if I never Went into Photoshop again, I would be just fine because it takes so long Like I’d go in to make one graphic and I’d like three hours: I’d come out of there.

With my eyes kind of like hurting me – And I had one graphic done So – I’ve stopped Using Photoshop Love you Photoshop, but no more Look at my screen here. I use a Tool called Canva, So it’s like canvas without the S. And boy. This has been a Lifesaver for me, I can nerd out on this tool all day long. So here’s what I do. Just to kind of pull back the curtain is I’m at home, I’m in my living room.

I’ve Had a long day I put the laptop on my lap. I turn on a Cake show and I go to town and I make graphics Now – maybe I’m showing my nerd But that’s something fun and creative I can do And I can still be relaxing and Read my shows, So this is something that is so easy. That’s why I can do it. Canva is genius because what they’ve done is they’ve taken away the guesswork Around how big does that graphic need to be You’ve got a banner? You’ve got social Posts that are one size you got Instagram stories that are one size.

You Got Twitter, I mean it’s like crazy, as a business owner trying to figure out all These different sizes We’ll check this out. You can see here we got YouTube. Blog art, Instagram Story, Facebook Cover Facebook posts, YouTube thumbnail. I Mean they’re all in here, Which is fantastic Now, as you scroll down you’ll See these are all of my designs And the designs are saved in here. So if I want To go in and change it, I can easily do that So here, you’ll see, this is a recap.

Of my articles this week, So they give you all of these different design templates. Which makes my life so much easier. You can also upload your own font, which is Fantastic And also you can have your brand colors saved in here as well. Now I’m going to take that and I’m going to make that yellow I’m going to spread this Apart, It’s very very intuitive There There’s my graphic. I go ahead and Download it I can download it with the transparent background. I can compress The file, so it’s not too big And I can also adjust it You’ll see here.

I can Make it into a JPEG a PDF, a PDF print, a article or an animation, And now I’m done And then I make another one. So what I do is I go in here and I create these Images and then I use them as templates, So you just use this little copy page And then what I’ll do is I’ll go in I’ll grab another image and I’ll do the same. Thing over and over again Now I’m building sustainability in my Designs, So when clients see these or followers see these articles, they’re used To this look and feel on the website and on my social media, So cool right, I love Canva, So great All right, the next tool – I absolutely adore, couldn’t do my business Without it, it’s SEM rush And that search engine marketing rush, SEMrush.

Com You’ll see here, This is a tool. It’s not free. You can get a 7-day free trial if You sign up and give them your email, But this tool has been probably the most Significant tool in my arsenal when it comes to understanding human behavior Data, Let me login and I’ll show you what I mean: Now this tool is $ 99 a month, That’s the smallest. They have So when you log in There’s a lot to look at here, but let me just show you some of the highlights.

First of all, there’s just the dashboard, So what I can do is I can come in here. I Can put in my any domain name, you want, We usually put in the clients domain Names Now I’m going to be able to see a list of keywords that my website Currently ranks for So you’ll see here that I have 453 Keywords I currently rank for. I can see how many people are linking back to my Website Close to 2,000 And I can see the distribution of traffic, So you See that US is most of my traffic.

I get some nice amount from the UK, Canada Australia, I can also see how many people, looking at my website on mobile devices, Which is awesome, I can also see my top keywords right here. So, like you’ll, see Here I ranked the bottom of the page for SEO coaching and then I’ve got a bunch Of other phrases, If I want to see the full list, I can see that as well. Here we Go? Here’s all the keywords I currently rank for.

So it’s important to understand. That I can take a look at these and I can make sure that the content that I am… The content that I’m optimizing for is actually showing up here in the search Results: okay And where does a search in there? Alright, Now we’re going to go to Keyword analytics Now, I adore…. This is a tool called the keyword, magic tool. I Love, it Just add, word magic to anything and it Sounds instantly better: Okay, here’s magic Now I’m going to go in here, I’m just going to put in like.

… Let’s just do SEO! Workshops So I put SEO workshops in And now it’s going to give me all. The variants to that So you’ll see I’ve got 110 searches per month. For SEO workshop Now, keep in mind that’s an exact match phrase so just SEO. Workshop, It has 110 searches a month, that’s well over 1200 Searches a year And if I can break page one of that, That’s going to be really good. There So SEO workshop has 110 searches per month And then you’ll see There’s always an interesting difference between the plural and the singular. So Make sure to always look at that, So that’s another one of my favorites There Are so many great tools in here, Just the ranking tool and the keyword, magic tool? You’ll be in a really good spot to do amazing keyword, research.

There is a lot Else going on here and we’ll have many many articles on sem rush, but this is one Of my favorite tools, The next tool that I absolutely adore is a tool called Answer The Public: Now it’s got this Willie strange guy with a ridiculously Large sweater Don’t really understand that, but it does certainly get your Attention Now I’m going to come in here and I’m going to put SEO workshop Actually was Going to put SEO This is a tool that, if you put the smaller version of a keyword in Here, you’re going to get a lot more recommendations.

So, as I come down here, I’r going to get questions, prepositions comparisons, alphabetics and related, And Look at this whoa You’re like…. Okay, that’s a lot! What It’s doing is it’s showing you all the ways that people think about SEO And This gorgeous graphic, So you get the how? Where can will, which? Who are? What? So finally, Keywords Everywhere is absolutely fantastic. It’s a very simple Install so let me show you what you need to do Once you go to keywordseverywhere.Com, install for Chrome, first You’re going to see this guy Go ahead and add it Mine’s already added but go ahead and add it to Chrome. Now, once you do that You’re going to see this little tiny guy See that right there, So I’m going to click On that Then you’ll see a right here.

Settings So go to settings right here. And you’re going to get API key. So then you’re going to go to API key, give your Email address and then agree to the terms and conditions It’s going to send you An email it comes from Kevin. I don’t why it’s comes from Kevin, but it always Shows up in your spam filter.Sso make sure you go to your spam filter find the Email from Kevin Click on that and you’re going to get your API key Copy that and then put it in And then we’re going to go to keywords everywhere.

5 Tips To Improve Your Digital Marketing Offers

So when you’re sending traffic to your website or sending traffic from Google or Facebook or anywhere, you want people to opt into the offer that you’re driving you’re driving them to you, and so this is going to be very helpful for creating offers that work better and Hopefully reduce the cost per lead that you’re getting so, let’s get into this article, hey there buddy, my name is brandon brashears.

I make daily marketing articles here. So if you’re looking to grow your business with digital marketing, I talk about everything from pay-per-click ads to email, marketing to conversion rate optimization to SEO to basically anything related to digital marketing. So if you’re looking to grow your brand with business or your business or brand with digital marketing be sure to subscribe here, alright, let’s get into this article.

So when you have traffic that you’re sending to a web page, you should have an end offer in mind. If you don’t have an offer in mind, then you’re, probably wasting a bunch of money, so number one make sure that you have an offer. But once you have an offer, let’s do a few steps that are going to help you to get the most out of it and convert as much as possible. So the first thing that you need to do is the offer needs to be consistent.

So if you say, for example, on your ad hate, we have a free book, come and get the free book and then all of a sudden they get there and then it’s 1995 and shipping and handling it’s not really a free book so make sure that the Offer is consistent from the ad to the landing page throughout the whole process: you’re, not adding things to it or adding a lot of terms and conditions to it. People are going to see through that and they’re going to say this is not true.

It is a scam and they will not buy from you, so it has to be number one very consistent in the entire way through again, if you’re trying to drive traffic to a web page. What’s the point of driving people under false premise, so you’re, basically lying to them, make sure that you’re not lying to them. Make sure that you’re, honest and open about what the offer is, because you’re trying to attract those people, you don’t need to sell something that you’re not selling.

The second thing is, it needs to be really clear: what are they getting? What is the benefit for them? If you haven’t done so already be sure to read this article, I talked about three questions that you need to ask yourself before you run any ads. It helps you get really clear about who you’re serving how you’re helping them and the best way to deliver that. So be very clear in what you’re giving them.

The third thing that you need to do is make sure that it’s congruent it has to be congruent to your brand. It needs to make sense why you’re offering this it has to be relevant to your core offers and really be congruent with your brand. So if you have, for example, a luxury hotel, if you’re offering a free timeshare, stay, it’s not going to be a congruent brand offer for your business right. So you’re going to want to make sure that every piece of you offer every piece of the ad.

Every element within your website is going to match your branding match your positioning and the offer that you have it’s like if you’ve ever been somewhere and you’re like hey, this isn’t adding up, and this seems kind of sketchy. That’s the same thing. If you don’t have congruent offers with your website – and it doesn’t look good so make sure everything is congruent and well branded number four: does it make sense? It has to make sense in order to deliver value to people? I can’t tell you how many times I say: okay, what are the best offers that you want to be driving people to for your business, to the small business owners and they’ll say well.

I have this package in this package and this package – and I can do this and I have this, and can we pull up the website? I have everything listed out there. That is not very simple and easy to understand. It needs to be very simple. The simple more simple, the better: we need to be able to convey what the value is really really quickly. We only have a short amount of time, typically to do that with cold traffic, so it needs to be very, very concise on what it is that you’re offering and how you deliver value to these people.

So for it to make sense, you should make it as simple as possible, and I like to make things as simple as possible in every aspect. So if you’re able to convert them natively right, so we don’t have to send them to a landing page. If we can convert them, natively, that’s even better and so simplicity inside of every aspect of the digital marketing, helps you to increase conversion and attract a lot more customers and clients.

Add a better price so make sure that it is as simple as possible and the last tip is to make sure that it’s described well, so you need to really deliver your value as far as what is the before look like and then what does the? After? Look like and if you’re able to convey what the before and after is it’s a problem that your target market is actually having. Let’s say that you were a dentist right and you were going to help people that had been afraid of the dentist.

Instead of talking about what’s important to the client, so make sure that you’re framing all of the conversations that you’re having around the customer and around the client, they need to understand. What’s in it for them, because that’s ultimately all that they care about, especially the colors of the traffic, gets right, so the less people know about you, the more important that it is that you’re telling them what’s in it for them.

If you have people that are friends and family that know like and trust you already, you don’t have to work hard to sell them. They’re interested in you. The reality is, when you have a business in your online people, don’t really care about you, I’m sorry. They don’t care about me either. It’s okay um! You just have to understand that they are all about. I made this process, I just made it before I made this article, so I have it all set to go so it should hopefully be pretty quick to the point and get the point across and show you guys what you need to be doing right now. So let me actually zoom out here or minimize what we’re looking at, because it’s actually super zoomed in, and I want to zoom this guy out.

Alright, so we’re talking email, marketing tools right guys, and so when it comes a mail marketing tools once this finally loads. It’s a little bit laggy here, because I got a lot of things. I guess recording microphone a couple things going on on my computer, so once we get this thing to zoom out which it should do in a second okay, this should be good. Let’s see if we can move here, we go here. We go all right guys.

This is actually perfect. So when it comes to email, marketing, right you’re going to need some tools and that’s century the baseline of this article, the tools that are going to help propel you to that $ 100 per day right. So when it comes to email, marketing right, you need a traffic source, okay to get someone to be on email list. That’s the whole name of the game: okay, you’re sending them emails, marketing to them, telling them stories sending them pieces of content.

Helping them – and you know, establishing a connection with them – should and then buy something from you, because, ultimately, when it comes in marketing you’re going to have to have some type of transaction take place in order for you to benefit for you to make commissions for you To make money, whether it’s your own product or somebody else’s product, okay, so traffic, guys your traffic source can be almost anything now.

Email marketing guys can range from doing affiliate marketing, which is something that I’m very familiar with. Maybe you have a Shopify dropshipping store you’re. Having me have like a brand, an e-commerce brand online, where your email, marketing to to customers and potential customers and all people who are already customers. So you can have that aspect of it, but it all stems from a traffic source.

So you have to have some type of traffic source. Now that could be Facebook that could be Google. That could be a website that could be YouTube that could be social media. It doesn’t matter how you get that it could be paid, it could be free, it doesn’t matter, but you need some type of traffic source which all kind of details some more examples in a few minutes here, but you need that and from that traffic source you Want to have someone go down, and this is I it says you know it should be a landing page, but it’s a generic landing pages.

I have first and then eventually, you guys you’re going to need someone to opt in to your email list. So when someone opts in to your email list, then you have that that person you have that lead. You have that email, okay, finally popped up, so let me see if I can edit this guy landing page one that final there. It is look at that Wow. All right, so let me make my way out of here. Okay, so we have a landing page at some point someone’s going to be on this landing page guys could be a sales page.

It could be a page for a product, whatever you’re selling, whatever you’re trying to offer somebody. It doesn’t necessarily matter exactly. I have articles guys on stuff like this on my blog, so if you’re interested there’s more tons, more cons that you can guys go check out after this article, you have a landing page of some sort where someone does an action or whatever back and the day, The ultimate action that you must have happen in order to do any email marketing is, you have to have an opt-in where they enter their email.

They don’t need to enter their name. It just has to be at least their email, okay, and then they have to complete that form and submit it, which will then equal a lead. So now you have a lead. You have somebody that you can now email in the future. Okay, so, as you start moving down the process here, so now you have this. This form that’s make okay to lead guys. Now before that lead, I have an upsell here that doesn’t necessarily matter.

Let’s say you’re selling something online initially and you always can have that option to have someone else buy an additional product. I just put that in there it’s not super critical to this whole process here, but at some point guys you’re going to need a lead and when, when someone buys something on your website, for example, you’re going to get that email and that’s elite right, you have That person they already bought but they’re potentially into a buyer that could come back again and again again.

So that’s your job now email market to them to make sure they come back again and again again: okay, so now you have their email. What you want to do from this email is now you put them into an email autoresponder, which I have listed right here: okay, and so once they are in your email, autoresponder, which I’m going to detail exactly how you can do that in a software, you can Actually use, if you don’t know one right now, you can send them content, you can send them YouTube posts, Instagram post.

Maybe you can send them reports PDFs, whatever kind of content you want to send them to kind of build that connection. You want to give them guys what I recommend and what, if anyone knows Gary Vee, he has the whole strategy of Jab Jab Jab right hook, so you have three value posts or three value emails and then a sales email where you ask for something: okay, so Maybe you send them information, that’s going to help them and for whatever type of email list, they’re on, let’s say you’re in the your into the fishing.

You know niche right or whatever reason, and you have people who you’re sending you know cool articles about fishing or send them informational things about how to you know cast properly. I don’t know and you’re giving them reports or whatever doesn’t matter and then on the fourth email you send them. Maybe you send them something like I don’t know a sales? Hey guys. You know by this or check this out.

It’s going to really help you. I recommend you buy this and you can be an affiliate for that. It could be your own product, but that’s why I put affiliate. Oh Graham, that’s the money guys, that’s where the money is really made with email, marketing and the great thing about this guys. As you set this up, once you have an email autoresponder where you all you have to do, guys is create emails once and it’s automatically sent as you get more leads right, so someone joins or someone becomes a lead for you right and what happens? Is you start sending them the emails automatically and you don’t have to do anything so once you have this and set up on the backend week, I like to call it the back end once this is set up on the back end, this whole email autoresponder.

All you need to then focus on is getting people in on the front end and driving traffic to your pages, and then one people convert you’re going to always have them to email in the future. Okay and that’s the whole process, if that makes sense, guys any questions, please link them down below in the comments. If you don’t already have some at the moment, so what I recommend guys when it comes to traffic because that’s the first thing we’re going to talk about. Okay is traffic. Okay, so I recommend free traffic first, if you’re just getting started, but if you can’t afford paid traffic or if you can at least maybe test with paid traffic. Initially, if you want there’s a couple methods you can use, you can use Google AdWords, which I think now is called Google Ads.

You can use Facebook Ads, Instagram ads YouTube ads or guys. You can even use any of these things for free. If you can rank a website on google, if you have following on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, you can post content and tell and send people to your landing page where they can then opt in to your email list. Okay, now it’s up to you guys to now offer them something of value, so when they opt-in, they get something of value or something that they need.

Now, for example, you can sell a product or you can give something away for free. For example, I give away guys my top five tips plus a free bonus, and then I give you my number one recommendation. When you opt in to my email list down below that’s what I give away it’s completely for free there’s. No one you’ll have to pay for it, so it’s ace enticing way to get people to opt-in to my email list, okay and then guys this udemy solo ads.

I highly recommend this because it’s actually a great way where you can use people and get people on other people’s email lists, because someone has already opted in to someone’s email list and a site like yuna mean these people have these massive email lists, then you can Go on there and actually have like a guest post or like a guest email on their email list and promote your page or promote your offer.

So you can actually have someone email, their entire email list, your offer with your link and they click that link and they can go to your landing page and potentially opt-in for your email list and it’s a great way because there’s people who already opted in to An email list they are much higher likely they have a higher potential to opt-in to your email list, because they’ve already opted into one before so they’re kind of used to that they’re, not kind of fresh traffic that hasn’t been.

You know it hasn’t seen this stuff. Now is that a good thing or a bad thing, maybe they’re numb to the whole thing, that’s up to you to decide, but it’s actually not a bad way. You can get a decent amount of people about amount of leads right. I mean guys what I have here is I’m actually going to link this whole funnel down below it’s it you’re going to need to create an account with funnel lytx, which I’ll link it down below guys, it’ll, be like the second link or something in the description Check it out, it should say funnel it exfol process or whatever something like that down below, and I will actually you guys can get access to this actual funnel yourselves, and what you can do here is in the settings tab that I have on some of these Things, for example, udemy solo ads.

I have a link here and, if you actually click move myself over to the side here, if you click this in notes, section which is going to be right here below the parameters, let’s see if it’ll go to, if it’ll open up here, if you click that Note section: it’s actually going to detail you guys exactly what oh yeah here: okay, oh! No! It’s going to go away, but for guys for you to meet when you use my link, for example, you’ll actually get a five dollar coupon on your first solo ad.

So it’s it’s kind of like an affiliate marketing way for me, but at the same time that’s also helping you. So if you guys have any questions, if you want to go to these actual sites to actually sign up or check them out, you can do that. You got a five-hour code or a coupon code with you to me and the same time guys now we’re going to now move down on into the landing page features, because you’re going to have to have a landing page, because someone can’t join your email list if They don’t have a place to opt-in right.

So that’s the whole point. So as there are two things I recommend at the moment, I recommend click. Funnels click. Funnels is the more expensive option when it comes to landing pages, but guys like that, like I just showed you for you right. You can also click on the notes section and now it’ll take you guys to a 14-day free trial. If you are interested and that’s at the same time, get response also, I think get response is a 28 or 30 day free trial, with the link that I have posted there.

If you are interested in these sites, I recommend checking them out at least trying out the trials and then seeing which one you like better or seeing, which one you want to go forward with. Okay, so click funnels is probably the easiest most effective way to create landing pages that are actually going to convert they’re like drag and drop. They have a ton of templates up on there and you can just simply modify it to fit whatever you’re trying to your offer is, and then you can then implement an email autoresponder which I’ll get to in a second, and you know integrate that with her click.

Funnel so when someone puts her email in and the click submit’ it’ll automatically get sent to your email autoresponder, even though it’s not through click funnels, it’s you know to me that makes sense. Okay, get response, you guys can also do the same thing. You can actually create landing pages with get response. I think it’s extra $ 15 per month on top of what you’re paying for your email autoresponder, but that leads us into the email autoresponder.

So when it comes to your email autoresponder, I recommend get response. This is what I actually use, I’m not going to recommend something I don’t use. There are other things out there guys, especially for landing pages too. There are other things out there. You can do your research to figure out which one you want to actually use. This is what I recommend, because this is what I actually use myself.

The links to these things guys will be down below in the description if you want, or if you actually go onto the link of this actual funnel the links will be in the notes section. I believe of these little these little pictures or whatever you want to call them. Okay, so with get response, you can create landing pages now, they’re, not super super easy to drag-and-drop. You can easily make them guys.

That’s what I currently use at the moment to make some of my landing pages, because it’s only $ 15 per month extra charge and at the current moment I don’t need something: that’s more expensive, but the great thing about get responses. That’s all in one. It’s a great place to kind of house everything you need in one place so guys when it comes to this type of stuff. That’s what I recommend everything like I said before it’ll linked down below you have any questions on how to do this stuff.

Please please ask them in the comments I’ll be happy to explain them I’ll, even happy to even happier to make another article showing you guys exactly how to do this, but once this is all set, and once you can cue an email us to your email, autoresponder, Which is super super easy to do all you need to do guys then focus like I said before on the traffic may be paying for traffic, or you know narrowing in narrowing, in your free traffic and getting more and more traffic, because the more and more traffic Guys is going to be ultimately how you can now establish that connection and then start to sell items and products to these people on your email us and that’s how you’re going to start making over 100 dollars per day and to be completely honest guys.

That’s not that hard to do. It may sound like it right now. It may take it’s going to take an investment now when it when I say investment, it’s going to take either a monetary investment or it’s going to take. You know time commitment and you know committed to a certain strategy, because if you want to do this, all for free, which you’re not going to be able to do because you’re going to need to pay for the autoresponder rollout, which is not that much money guys And you can utilize these free trials.

But if you want to do this, all for free you’re going to have to put in the work to create a ton of content to have people discover you and to have. People actually want to learn more and to go. In more depth, with whatever you’re offering now, if you’re selling things on you know, Facebook, ads or you’re running ads to your to your products doesn’t necessarily matter because now you want to implement email marketing to make more money on the back end, and you guys can Easily start generating over $ 100 per day, once you’ve let the strategy, and once you start getting enough traffic into your funnel, hopefully that guys that helps you out, like I said before anything any questions down in the comments below.

3 Key Concepts In Insurance Digital Marketing

It is December of 2019 and we have been through 2019 sa EP, which shook up the industry for sure it was.

It was a crazy, a EP and a lot of my Medicare clients have had hundreds and hundreds of apps that they put in. I know one office of seven people that had two thousand two thousand AP Medicare apps go in just during a EP, and there are seven people in that office he’s doing something. My other clients are doing something that, if you’re not doing you’re setting yourselves up and yourself up to fail.

Okay, so we have a lot of clients across the country that do Medicare final expense, various types of insurance and there’s really three things that I want to kind of break down for you today. One is, I want to kind of share with you what we learned during this AEP and and there’s a couple key components: ok, 2019 annual enrollment period was absolutely totally different than 2018. There was hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars that went into digital marketing.

That did not go into digital marketing in 2018. Even what I mean is I’m talking to major carriers, they’re, giving us $ 100,000 projects that are only you know being spent in one particular area of the country, and that was one twelfth of their budget. They spread that out between you, know, multiple different projects and multiple different. You know organizations because the co-op dollars will return from the carrier that they just wanted them to do for digital.

So we had this huge. You know we had these huge projects that were coming across and that business just wasn’t there. In 2018 there was not carriers giving co-op dollars to IMO’s to promote their products digitally. So we had to go through a massive shift of compliance and getting all these articles approved through Aetna and Humana Mutual Omaha and all this other stuff, but I’m telling you guys there’s big money coming in the digital marketing space.

Now, what does that mean? That means it’s all going to get more competitive. That means that in 2020, if you’re not trying to play ball in the digital space, you’re going to get left behind, there is lots of money there is, you have got to know what’s going on and want to make sure that you’re above you know above the Surface of what’s happening, so you know I can tell you right now that the digital marketing space of the insurance marketing world is growing growing growing, and that brings it to my second point.

I know a lot of you guys have made a lot of money and built a business on Direct Mail leads, and I’m not ever going to say that Direct Mail is dead or bad or anything. But I can tell you for a fact. I hear every single week in every single month how the direct mail isn’t pulling like use to the quality elite, isn’t like it used to they’re not getting as much Lisa. These an area and most of the organizations that are living on Direct Mail are using some other form of supplemental lead source to get them in front of the people, so that supplemental lead source is typically one of two things right.

The first thing that they’re going to do is digital marketing leads you, you know just internet leads whatever. That is the second thing that a lot of people do is what’s called live, transfers from from call centers now a lot. Some of these call centers are being built overseas, but any of the big IMO’s and big clients that we work with are winding down their Direct Mail, spins and winding up their Live, transfer.

Telesales leads and winding up their digital leads to fill in the gaps as well, and this is absolutely a trend they need to be a part of. There is no way around it. If you’re living on Direct Mail, only you’ve got to figure out how to get outside of only direct mail and diversify your lead source. Now that does mean that the marketing the digital marketing world is very competitive. I sat down in the conference room of one of the largest insurance company, that’s privately held in the country and I talked to their lead call centre, guy that had a killer, AEP and, I said, hey well where to get most most of your leaves.

You know he told me he said good domains, that’s all he said, and I said well that was pretty cryptic and he’s like. Well, I’m not going to give our secret sauce, but I’m telling you right now even large carriers, who are typically sometimes behind the curve on innovation and adapting to new sort of strategies that guy who runs the call center of the largest privately held insurance company. In the world told me you know two words good domains, I’m telling you guys there’s a massive shift coming if you guys are not getting on board with this in 2020, towards the digital way trying to diversify your lead source.

You you’ve got to get on that board right. So when it comes to tell us telesales or teller leads, one of the things that I found is that a lot of people are doing a lot of tell elites as well. One of the reasons that I feel like telesales live transfers tella leads are working is because I feel like there is such a boom in digital marketing. Overall, that’s fueling. Some of these large call centers that they have huge databases of these aged, leads that they developed on themselves through digital and they’re, really being able to work back past leads then have to buy aged leads from anybody, because they’re developing their own and they’re working through These these leads constantly and they’re able to because of the advent of digital marketing.

You know you’re able to do a marketing campaign with 48 states. If you went drive all those leads that cost per lead could be as low as two three dollars. Whatever that ends up being get into your system, dial it and then what what’s happening is. Is he and the telesales side they’re, typically opening with openers that are taking those leads? And just you know, working through those leads getting through the qualifying questions, the health questions or you wheelchair-bound? You have cancer, you know Alzheimer’s, all all the big ones are in nursing home age, qualify, health, qualify and bank account qualify and once they check the main boxes, they’re then transferred over to the closer’s.

So what I see most big large telesales operations doing successfully is not just dropping leads into closers laps, but dropping leads into openers laps and what they call like marketers or whatever qualifying that kicking it over to the closer on the field sales side. What I see is the same thing you essentially except with appointment, centers, so a lot of times the high high-volume guys that I see that are doing big time volume.

You know fifteen thousand dollars a week of premium. You know whatever that number ends up being. They all have one thing in common and that’s they have an appointment setter that the person drives. The leads into the appointment setter qualifies the lead, sets the appointment and then they’re also implementing other digital marketing tactics that allow that user to then Auto book, an appointment as well, and so that person that’s the actual closer that has the talent of the understanding the Products and can work with the person in the home or whatever that looks like it was actually not doing the dialing and setting it’s more so the appointment center.

That’s doing that for them, so those three things are really really crucial in 2020, if you’re, not if you’re telesales, you’re, not working with openers and live transfers, you’re not doing what the Kings are doing. If you are in fuel sales and you’re, trying to dial your own leads to save money on appointment Center, you’re not doing what the big producers are doing. If you’re trying to work your own Direct Mail leads, you are not absolutely not doing what the the big dogs are doing.

Even the small dogs have kind of moved past that a little bit now. Every time I talk about Direct Mail, I try not to be negative about Direct Mail. It’s it’s still a viable marketing method, there’s still people that live and eat and breathe off that, and I’m not ever going to say that that shouldn’t be the case, but they are all supplementing their Direct Mail with some sort of other system, whether it’s telemarket leads Or you know digital as well, but those are the three kings.

You know you got Direct Mail. I have a client that has that’s a 40 million dollar a year organization and what they do is they actually have a field sales force and an actual telemarketing source. As well, in fact, several new clients that I work with the major insurance carrier that I worked with that I sat down with this week is the same thing. They got field sales and telesales, and I’m telling you guys right now, they’re all using either live transfers.

Digital leads or Direct Mail leads, and for the first time in 2019, Direct Mail is like a clear loser when it comes to tell elites or digital for sure. So whenever you look at the actual premium book with digital Direct Mail and tell elites tell leads, are very high up they’re digital aids are very high up there and Direct Mail is lagging and continuing to lag every single month. Direct Mail is losing market share.

So I I don’t want to scare anybody. That’s actually a good thing for your budget, because Direct Mail is expensive and you don’t need to pay, especially if you’re going to door knock your door. Knocking digital leads are perfect, because these people are opting in. You can get a lead card that looks exactly like what a Direct Mail is, and you can you know you can. You can buy, leads into leads today and get leads.

You know in two days from now visually with Direct Mail you’re three weeks now, there’s a little flexibility. There’s no guarantees it’s it’s very much a risk, but if you’re those are some key key components and shifts that I saw in 20:19 that if you’re not on board with 2020 you’re going to get left behind. I have a knack for the marketing.”, So he did a deep dive into the marketing And he started researching ways that you could get your business to the top of the search.

Engines Then he started looking at different ways: From social media and different ways that you could grow your business and get more Cleaning clicks so he’s back by popular demand. He already did a show for us before it was A rave review and then people are like have him share with us the online ways we can grow. Our business in the new year, Please help me welcome Ray Malaski Ray Malaski. My name is Ray Malaski.

I run a company called Get Cleaning Clicks. Where we specialize in marketing specifically for cleaning businesses and cleaning business Owners and we offer web design social media SEO Google ads all four based around the Cleaning business Angela Brown, One of the reasons I ask you To join us again today, aside from the fact that, back by popular demand, I know that we’re Moving into a new year – and there are lots of cleaning business owners that are starting With a fresh slate – and this is the year they’re going to make a go of it, And so I would like to talk just for a second About any trends that you see any changes what’s happening on the horizon for 2020, because You’ve got a pulse on it.

You do this all day every day and you focus For the cleaning industry, So you’ve got a really good grasp on what We need and what we need to be doing Ray Malaski This year. The huge thing was Google Guarantee or Google Home Services So that’s a whole nother option of paid advertising. It took guys like me out of the equation: Which I’m absolutely okay with? Because this is a great product for cleaning business owners? Who are just getting started? Don’t have the budget to pay? Somebody like me and really Can just dump everything they want into this one source and maximize the potential of That and grow their business with that alone, Angela Brown And tell us a little bit about That What is that Ray Malaski, If you, Google, “ House, cleaning Near me,.

” Or “ House cleaning, your city,.” You’ll, see three boxes at the top of that. Google search and it’ll say “. Google Guarantee.” And it’ll have the client’s reviews on there. From that cleaning business And it’s a program where you sign up for Google They vet you, so they check your insurance. You have to do background checks on the cleaners And then you become kind of their army of cleaners, And you know there could be two cleaning companies In that market There could be 40 cleaning companies in that Market that are all Google guaranteed and it rotates your ads at the very top of Google In these little square boxes with these stars and people click there, They never even go to your website.

It’s all on their own platform. They click there. They decide to reach out To you, they contact you through there and Google only charges you for that phone call. It’s different with Google AdWords, because They charge you for the clicks, Hey, you got this click. It costs you four Bucks, it costs you five bucks, whatever your market is and whatever the keyword is depends. And fluctuates They took all that out of the equation.

You click there. You call them It’s between 19 and $ 21 for that call You’re paying for leads. This is Google’s answer to Home Advisor and Angie’s List and it’s 10 times better than they have ever been for a cleaning business, Angela Brown. So if that’s the new solution, What happens to the Google AdWords Ray Malaski? You have Google Local, then you Have Google Ads right underneath that Still high value still get great results? Still brings in more customers and more ROI for our clients And then below that you have your map pack And then organic So what’s happening is now that Google, Local Came up at the top it pushed AdWords down.

It pushed the map down even further and it Pushed organic down even further, So it’s taking away from that organic traffic! And finding a way to monetize it and make it work for local businesses, which I think This was a great thing for the industry. It’s not something that’s great for me, because You know it’s basically digital marketing without needing a marketing company. Well, one of the things that you just said: Was you will appear in a rotating banner, So I could still do certain things that would Then help my organic search and my Google AdWords, and things like that, so that I can Guarantee that I’m not just number 15 on the rotation list right, Ray Malaski, You can yes, Because those with a lower budget will get Less exposure, obviously – and you could set your budget within there – Let’s say you’re, just starting out brand New business and you’re like okay, I’m going to give this a go.

I’r going to put 300 bucks, as my budget, Google knows compared to the other ones that Put their money in there, Some people are at a thousand some people, Are 1,500, some people are at 2,000 a month, so they know, based on your budget, that your Ad needs to show about this amount of time to maximize that budget. It’s really all about the money in the budget. You set in that campaign how often you show and the level of competition Angela Brown Is there anything that we could Be doing right now that before we jump on that bandwagon and start paying the, I guess Top dollar, so that we can be in the top spot, is there anything that we can be doing that Will help us promote our business moving into 2020? Is it more blogs? Is it more email? Is it less email? Is it more articles? Is there something specific we can do that Can help boost the visibility in our cleaning businesses Ray Malaski To be everywhere, you possibly Can be that your ideal market is at, And where is that I mean it’s all over the place, Some people, it’s the grocery store with flyers.

On the wall and some people, it’s car magnets when you’re driving down the street, The bottom line is, it all depends on your Budget and if you have a lower budget you’re going to have to go with more of those local Kind of efforts Attend the chamber meeting, put the magnets On hang, the flyers work up a couple of recurring customers where you have some kind of revenue and then start spending it on Google, Local Google ads SEO your website.

Facebook, any Other blogs that are out there, Angela Brown, I keep hearing in the online Space consistency: how important is consistency moving through 2020 that you either have the Same ads posted in the same spot, or that you create a blog post every day at a certain Time or every week, at a certain time or whatever, How important is consistency as far as creating A visual in 2020 Ray Malaski Consistency isn’t necessarily How many times you post here or post there, It’s just making sure you are posting there.

You know Instagram, it’s not anything new For the marketing world, but it’s new for small businesses and people are kind of getting Tired of Facebook and all that absorption of over information And Instagram kind of makes that a nice balance. Because it’s image based It kind of takes away that stress of social Media and just make it image based. So at that point we’re talking about branding You’re putting your company out there you’re targeting local customers in your area, So you want to talk geographically about That area 10 best things to do in my city, something That your customer would be interested in Even if you’re not talking about a cleaning.

Service you’re touching them It’s important to make sure that you’re there When they need you Angela Brown, And is that branding that you’re Talking about for Instagram – and I know you also do the Google AdWords and the Facebook Ads and all those kinds of things Is that branding something that you can help. Our listeners with Ray Malaski Yeah, absolutely Here’s the thing. I don’t find that branding Is important until you’re hitting that over 600,000 a year in revenue, Your marketing budget should be seven to eight Percent of gross revenue, If you have that budget, you can pretty much Absorb that all in lead generation, So lead generation being Google Guarantee Google AdWords SEO some people have had some success with Facebook ads That kind of lead generation where you’re Pumping leads into your business.

These people need the service. Now it’s filling your gaps. In your schedule, it’s helping you grow. That kind of thing, Angela Brown So for 2020, then focus more On the lead generation, instead of the branding necessarily Ray Malaski, It all depends on what stage Of what your business is in If you’re under 600,000 – and you have the time Go ahead, post show your business as active on social media, because people want to see That you’re alive, but don’t dedicate a ton of resources to it because there’s other Things that could be more streamlined, take less of your time and still create more revenue.

Now, if you’re at that 600,000 plus a million Plus, absolutely A lot of businesses that I talked to when They are at that point they kind of flatlined They’ve, hit kind of a market saturation where The lead gen has become less effective because they’re so well known, They’ve been out there for so long. 3 Critical Metrics to Follow With Google Analytics

With the analytics In a week, I check our analytics On our site all the time, but I feel like I’m just sort of Poking around and sometimes I ’ ll – find a nugget Or things like that, but I do feel intimidated. Because it’s such a you know versus something: Like a Facebook, where you’re just guided Through creating an ad In analytics, it’s like you’re in A fighter cockpit in a way right, There’s a lot more stuff.

Going on there, So I think what people Are really interested in are sort of systems That you know “ Here’s how you do A 10-point check on your analytics.” or something like that. Can you talk a little bit? About your framework, when it comes to actually Setting up analytics and what are Some of the key metrics that people need to be focusing on If there are any Yeah sure So, first of all, what we got to do, Is make sure that Google Analytics is tracking correctly When we do install the code? We do some initial testing, we go ahead.

We visit from mobile phones from the desktop To see, does it get the country? Does it get the divide? Does it get all that kind of stuff After we enable The eCommerce tracking, which is not enabled – and I don’t really know why But you have to do that manually. There are a few things: Really really simple things that no one has to be Really intimidated by these First of all, Conversion Rate, Super important We have to know How many people, out of a hundred and because some of the people? That might read the interview, are not really tech savvy or don’t really know.

What a Conversion Rate is Conversion rate is what the amount The percentage of the people that they get to convert, What does convert mean They get to do a sale, They get to buy something From our websites and we’re talking, About the eCommerce, So is it 1 % Like 1 out of 100 people, Two out of 100, One of the simple things that you can do, If you have 1 % Conversion Rate, which is an okay Conversion Rate, It’s sort of like the industry baseline In a way right, -It’s an industry baseline, let’s say -Yeah, I know those sort of things You get.

One person Out of a hundred people, but you paid for those A hundred people to come into your store and you get 1 % Conversion Rate. What, if you look At your numbers – and you figured your website – In that way, you get a 2 %, I won’t go into 5 % or 10 % Literally with just that move the amount of money That you are getting into your revenue simply by one thing, So Conversion Rate Is super important? The other super important thing is Average Order Value or AOV So AOV.

Why? Because, if I get an average On a customer, let’s say he buys something: Which is $ 20 every customer, and even if I can give That $ 25 or $ 30 literally, I don’t have to change anything else. In my whole other strategy, I’m spending the exact same money, but I’m getting more From every customer Conversion rate, Super important Average Order Value Super important, Then there are more technical stuff that they don’t have to be.

Super intimidating, so one of them Is Bounce Rate I will stick To those three, obviously, there are way more But I don’t want to over complicate it So Conversion Rate Average Order Value and Bound Rate. So what is Bounce Rate How quickly people bounce They get off your website? As soon as they see it, The Bounce Rate is measured. By a percentage, The biggest the percentage The worse, our stores are performing An average in the industry.

Let’s say it’s 65 % to 70 %, but still it means that 70 % of the people Were just paid with Facebook Ads with Google Ads Or whatever that is, They just came to our website. And they didn’t even spend more than one second In our store, So even if you get an average Of let’s say, of 80 %, which means 80 % of Google Didn’t even see your landing page, You get it down to 75 % Even 70 % even lower, it means that you start making More more and more money for every visitor and potential customer That visits your store, It doesn’t really have to be intimidating.

If you translate everything to money. Then it becomes way easier Way: sexier And those three metrics are the key ones. That people need to be looking at. I think that’s a really valid point. I don’t know that You’re the biggest Marvel movie fan. But if you have to be an Avenger Which one might you choose? Probably I would be Doctor Strange, I like to think of myself, like The geek I am, and the nerd I am When people go out, And have fun and they party I go work.

Or read webinars or look at things: I could change in the store, somehow we can make More things, I think, I’m living Like Doctor Strange People call me The Mr. Google Analytics -Doctor Analytics -Doctor Analytics Doctor analytics, So that’s one of the things That I really really enjoy because I said Google Analytics Is not sexy but making money is, and I like making money 100 %. He must be a absolute marketing, baller. Okay, also we’ve! You know the the conference. We’re scaling is now the largest independent insurance agent training conference for insurance agents in the industry in the world really very quickly. They have you know the number one YouTube blog and all this stuff, so you would think like I’m just like a marketing legend of the insurance industry. However, I thought that till I met my good buddy Landon.

Okay, he’s a marketing freakin baller! Well, thanks for saying that man a legend and I’m telling you if you aren’t working with us, you’re missing out, okay. So thanks for saying that man, you got a man dude you’re, a UH! You are influence in the industry in the way that you are going about insurance marketing. Well, it’s just different these days. I feel I feel like there’s a massive digital shift.

Yeah, that’s happening. Everybody that I know in the insurance industry is moving into digital in some form or fashion, whether it’s a small percentage that our budget dude or a major percent budget we’re talking to like we’re talking to no joke. Like hundred million dollar companies, Oh bigger than that billion dollar companies every day and they are making massive shifts, it is I mean it’s, a big market shift, that’s happening and that’s causing a lot of issues on Facebook, specifically because that’s right now, the lowest hanging fruit.

Sure in the digital marketing space, but uh yeah man – I mean you know whenever I used to own an advertising agency – that you know we did four million a year in management fees. We had no specialty, though yeah, so you were declining, that’s how we met in the first place and the more the digital marketing world evolves. It’s going to be like the the the lawyer that has to specialize the digital marketer has a specialized.

I can’t imagine if I ever was to compete. If we were ever to compete on a digital marketing project. With someone that didn’t specialize in insurance, we will win 100 percent. That’s easy! It’s totally different when they do specialized insurance. Still freaking win. It’s totally different. Totall insurance marketing is completely different than general marketing, and the reason is is because insurance marketing is 100 % based around leads cost per lead, leave all you leave quality and really that’s not the case for a lot of business industry specifically before we continue to dive.

In I had an idea: okay, okay, I I found I found them reading this already, I’m like holy crap. I want to talk to that dude, okay, correct! Yes right! I mean, and that’s happening correct. It is absolutely so if they wanted to do that, is there like a link that there’s a way yeah yeah we’re going to add it you’re going to click it you’re going to schedule a free strategy session with Landon to talk about the struggles you’re having the Problems and what we can do to fix it, yeah we’ll just go through an unbiased sort of walkthrough of your digital marketing footprint.

Talk about your budget talk about results. Whatever I mean you know, we can do search engine optimization web development, social. Whatever. On that note we’re: how should we pivot, because this interview and how you’re influenced in the industry can go, because this is I’m interviewing? You can go a lot of different ways. Well, you mean for this call this this particular. What I feel like is interesting right now is search engine optimization, the really very interesting.

The reason I think that’s interesting is because one of the biggest things that I hear people say is: how do I diversify my lead source from social, because a lot of people are spending. You know when it comes to their digital marketing budget. Let’s just say: that’s: 20 to 30 % of their overall marketing budget or 50, or whatever most of that is going toward social, and the reason is because the easiest way to scoop up leads yeah right but what’s happening is, is digital marketing principles like search engine? Optimization and good website and blogging and content creation.

That is that’s low-hanging. Fruit: that’s why you see choice mutual and some of these guys that are scooping up hundreds of policies a year and all it is, is a final expense producer that figured out right and when you look at boomer benefits – and you look at some of these websites That are getting thousands of clients a year through Legion on their website through content marketing, you realize that it’s a low bar really in the insurance industry.

Most people are just scooping up the social leads, but they don’t know anything about search engine. Optimization, that’s what I think is interesting right now and we seem to be we’re noticed, I’m noticing a trend of people coming to you saying: hey! We we want to be on the cutting edge of getting thousands. If not tens of thousands of organic leads every year. Yeah well and that’s doable, I mean I can point you to websites that are not that innovative and large that are getting thousands of policies a year.

Just because they’ve been doing SEO for a couple years, and you know it’s not the search engine optimization. The reason it’s not taking hold and the insurance industry specifically, is because it doesn’t provide immediate results. You know, like social does, I mean sheesh you do. A social campaign will be generating X amount of leads in 48 hours, you’re saying right with SEO. It takes time. So so, basically, people a lot of times your hand-to-mouth, but you’re going to do that for so long, not to mention socials, changing Facebook’s, making it tougher where the privacy concern totally it’s more expensive with ap right now and also the holidays.

I mean our cost per leezar increasing, so you want to be diversified, really yeah, I’m a I made one mistake when I started this interview was that you know to us what I’m telling all myself. What do you mean? I didn’t. I just assumed that everyone. That knows me knows you it’s true, and maybe they don’t they may not. Maybe they don’t right so Landon McCarter. He has co-founder and partner with me and secure agent and marketing.

Yes, sir, it’s a marketing company that is is working with at least the top three finally expense call centers in the country yeah. We know that for a fact, yeah we’re actually going. I forgot we’re going to get here in about a couple weeks. I think to meet with a major insurance carrier, that’s doing billions a year in premium yep, and they want us to help them. Look at marketing yeah, which is strong, okay, well, yeah, multiple other IMO’s that we work with yeah or agents field forces whatever.

What why marketing for you to all take it away from that and what I’m introduced you know we did jump ahead. Didn’t we yeah, so you know wellmaybe sumed, you rape at 8 %. I assumed you so well, so why marketing white? Why marketing? For me all right: first off, I got my degree in marketing from Missouri State, so I’ve always been in sales. Sales and marketing go hand in hand. You can’t sell without leads, you can’t get leads without marketing.

So a good salesman has a good marketer on there. In their pocket always or they are a good marketer like if you know we interviewed James Nevins yesterday, you know he’s just a great salesman that understands marketing. Wouldn’t you know he’s have got a successful business. You know, I’m saying it’s like the people. You know marketing and sales skills are the two most important things in growing a large insurance business.

I believe yeah. Maybe you would agree. Oh dude, okay, so you know it’s it’s a it’s a secret sauce. I love marketing because I learned a long time ago and it doesn’t always work out this way. But you know marketing is if I could figure out a way for you to give me a dollar, and I can give you back to you’re going to give me a lot of dollars. I’r saying so well and even to add to that point. I’ve gotten to where I’m so confident in our marketing now that I just increased our budget for inbound lead fall this morning.

By about nobody even knows this, my wife Lauren, don’t even know us by about 120 grand a year okay, this morning, okay, because I’m so confident in our marketing and our processes and our sis. Well, you do. We do get about 250 at about 350. Inbound leads a week of insurance agents contacting us for coaching leads for marketing whatever, where you’re going to be talking about and sharing with people at your SEO master class yeah yeah.

You can put that December 4th yes December, 4th at 4 p.M. But we’ll do a link to that Keith, don’t forget to put a link in the description there and even if they can’t attend they’re, going to get the recording for life just sort of so the Point is you need to be on that if, and you know what I’m going to I’m going to clarify a little bit, if you don’t want thousands of passive leads a year for without spending advertising dollars, then this isn’t for you yeah.

Well, what I’m going to teach on that class? If that’s, what we’re going to go now is there’s I’m going to demystify search engine optimization because there really it’s not as complex as it once was from a technical perspective, meaning you don’t need to have an understanding of web development to know a bulk of what Seo actually is because it is, it is super daunting. Well, you think think about you, think Google and they got the search engine robots that are going to call your sites or looking all these technical things.

And yes, there is absolutely a component of technical SEO and on-page SEO and that’s part of it, but there’s also a major what I call content for strategy and I’ve done a article on content first SEO and that’s how you get results. And I can show you over and over and over examples of the insurance industry. That’s content first SEO that just kills it, and so what I’m going to do is break down and demystify SEO I’m going to teach how to actually how to do it yourself.

For the most part and understand, I always said this 100 times: what is north, I’m going to teach you what North is on SEO, so you kind of aren’t getting led astray by the $ 1.99 social package that you saw. That also does SEO, and that’s all that crap you know, but there’s that’s not North. I can tell promise you that yeah we see so many of those than you even said did we could sell them, but we’re not going to deliver anything.

So, what’s the point is just taking people’s money, so it’s I will teach you how to make. If you can execute what I’m going to say, it’s worth probably eight hundred dollars a month in SEO Wow, you know if you can implement now. That’s the problem. Ten dollars so so that 397 ticket is going to be worth about 96 K over the next ten years. Sure yeah, I mean it’s more yeah because you’re just saving the money in SEO cost, but that doesn’t mean that you’re not picking up those additional thousands of leads for free, exactly that’s not including the business that you close from raids.

I mean I was looking at an analytics account of a search engine, optimization Medicare site that we were doing and I think in one week they were getting like fourteen, like just passive leads through the site which they never got before, and this particular agency that I’m Working with I’ve looked at their Facebook feed and they were bragging that they wrote 38 Medicare policies in two days between two guys.

It’s crazy yeah. It’s all passive leads. There was no like active marketing going feeding that it was. Is they just websites and walk-ins, and all that now they are they’re an existing business? So it’s not like you can just start a Medicare shop and get there, but you know how it goes man you know you got to build. You got to build something and that’s what SEO is is building for the future. Did you always know you would do you visit? Is it in your DNA? You know like just just to be such an influencer and a baller like where’d that come from? No, it’s not the.

What I love is the appreciate you saying you love. I knew that it really. What I find is is, if you want to be a good marketer, you got to go with what’s working and I started in direct mail and then I evolved into digital. I still direct mails great, like I’m, not sure you know whatever there’s a lot of people that make a lot of money on direct mail, but I found that I think I just don’t happen to use any of it well and it’s just not as it’s flexible.

It’s not as you can’t pivot. You can’t adjust you’re like all in on certain budgets that it may or may not work, whereas you know with digital, you can kind of pivot quickly, if you’re, starting to see things, aren’t working so, but also just digital the future. We all know, and so not not to mention more and more. The insurance industry is going towards phone sales, which is you know, multi-state.

Well. How do you there’s no way to reach multi-state audiences effectively unless you’re going to spend tons of money on TV, radio and you’re not going to do that? Direct Mail you’re, not mailing the state, you know saying so your options, even the major players that that you’re, helping and influencing now, as I keep using that word since that’s the name of the show, are shifting well just to give you an example, I mean we.

I two days ago, I met with the lead developer for one of the largest Medicare call centers, and we just collaborated and had fun man like it’s so the industry, so big like it wasn’t like my way, is better than your way and your ways better than My way, so let me let me show you how to do it right. It’s like! No! No! What are you doing? What what here’s my articles? You bring up a good point. Some people have a guy yeah.

Some people have a marketing department, so people have a marketing team, etc, and the good thing about you is that they don’t you’re not coming in to change everything or replace everything replace the internal team. That’s actually helped provide ideas and run alongside the team. It’s difficult for I wouldn’t it was. It is not advised to try and outsource all of your marketing to an independent company.

All the successful relationships that I have there’s a lead manager, a lead, developer, a marketer whatever that I’m just being leaned on as another outside resource, because coach Burt says it all the time you got to have somebody outside of the picture frame to kind of see. What’s going on, and since we do about seven figures of ad spend a month in digital marketing insurance industry, we learn a few things along the way and so not we’re not just working in this one space.

This one industry, this one market, so we’re leaned on quite a bit from what’s going on in the industry perspective you know, and that adds that alone you know. I know we have retainers built out for some of these clients right now that I know they’re not keeping us on retainer because of the cost per lead that we’re driving them, because they could put in to do it themselves. It’s the big ideas that we bring in the shifts that we were able to bring manage the YouTube beta that we got in for one of our clients as well, that kind of stuff.

You know just kind of be able to bring a bigger picture, cutting edge man. Well, it really is it. I don’t know of anybody. That’s spending more per month on marketing and the insurance industry than us I mean. Maybe there is, but how do you get to eight figures in good management? I just grow the book. Man keep it going, you know, it’ll, be there. The market shares there. What’s what’s one thing that as an agent out there that’s reading this and let’s say they have their own agency, their own team, their own office? What’s some helpful tips to provide to them that are looking out and they’re thinking? Okay, this is daunting.

I don’t know what to do well. Maybe it’s this free free strategy session I’ll make it easy man I’ll make it super easy. You can’t do anything without a marketing budget and a percentage of that budget is digital. If it’s not you’re crazy. Okay, so you now, you know how much meets on the bone. Okay, so if you don’t have a marketing budget, if you’re just winging it and like trying to buy, leads here and there like, there’s better ways to get leads, that’s more consistent, yeah you’re going to be saying: what’s what is it about that? Why do agents jump from vendor to vendor linking then the next person’s going to have the secret sauce? We have a joke in our staff where it’s like you know, leads are heroin and you know insurance agents are heroin addicts.

You know it’s just like. I got ta get it. I got to get my leads because at the end of day, it’s that important, it’s their livelihood, didn’t anybody talk to them and how they sell, and so what I think is interesting about insurance marketing. Is that there’s this perception? All of us marketers are all using Facebook, okay. So what what’s the point of bouncing from one guy to the next and round and round about learning anything? Why not like work with people that you trust to like execute a monthly strategy that you can learn from and adjust and pivot and grow and diversify? So that’s that’s one of the things that we try to do with our clients is let the people that want to bounce around, and you know that’s okay, like that.

That’s okay! That’s not like a problem necessarily, but there’s a better way to do it, and if you have a budget, then that’ll get you there, yeah. Okay, on that on that no budget yeah. What what kind of budget they need depends on what you’re trying to accomplish now? Big yard, but in general the way I charted back into budgets is: what’s the amount of lethal that we need and do we need to have short-term or long-term goals, and then we allocate the budget that way.

Even people that are jumping around in buying leads. Would you say they have at least a thousand bucks at least yeah? Always even little producers yeah you got to have people talk to you, you’re buying leads from somewhere you’re buying. You know the main lead sources that I see are telltale transfers, which are fine. I think things are getting cracked down. I see a lot of lawsuits coming down the pipe and a lot of issues there, but it’s still a very valid valid way to get things done.

I think a lot of people bring him overseas right now. It’s kind of an industry thing that I’m seeing, but to me that’s a little bit of whatever anyways, that’s sketchy. You know what I mean like I’m not like yeah, it just seems risky to mean it. You have a big old operation in Costa Rica. You know yeah sure it’s a good idea, I’m sure they’ve ran their numbers, but I see the telesales leads. Direct mail leads or digital leads right now or networking growing your war market, and all that would you agrees or so that okay, so well they’re all if you’re not spending $ 1,000 a month, then you’re, probably not growing your business you’re, probably just working your warm Market and you’re getting by and talking about how the market sucks and if you aren’t you’re spending it on a part time, caller that’s cold, calling so you’re spending it.

You know what I mean like you’re spending it are they are. They, though, are they? I don’t know if anybody knots been in a green a month. I don’t either so on leads or everything and if you’re not like the chance of you being part of that, 2 % is substantially larger and you’re listening right now, you’re like I don’t want to be, you know, so it is a big difference. When you talk to people – and I don’t talk to anybody – that’s a very successful insurance industry that doesn’t have a healthy marketing budget area, zero people – that’s true – I mean, if you’re, trying to work your warm market and do your networking thing only in one city and Try and go to the bee and eyes and all that stuff.

That’s going to get you so far, but you’re not mill scale. You don’t be able to be a big time. What was it about insurance for you? Well, first off I met you and I didn’t really know honestly that I’ll tell this story so, but when I had my, I don’t know this. I have my agency. I told Kody this before I always told my staff, I trained my staff. I said you know. We can do anything, digital marketing, there’s only two industries, I don’t want to touch and that’s insurance and real estate.

I know because I did I just didn’t understand. I didn’t understand the two industries. First off it was so lead oriented. I didn’t get it and then, but now that I’m in it it’s like. Oh my gosh, it’s so fun, there’s so much to the number one marketing influencer in the insurance industry. I hope I am. I don’t know if I am or not I try to eat. I but I I really feel like I have a lot of fun with other guys that are also doing marketing.

I try there’s a lot of us. You know that are good and there’s a lot of people that stink like. In fact, I knew. I know this. This agency, that just got like 20 million dollars of venture capital, will start an insurance industry in insurance agency, and I’m like like what do you need 20 million dollars for like you me did this? We put this together and don’t you’re going to mean it’s like. So so what are you doing with your twenty million dollars like what’s going on here? You know like it’s, because they don’t know what they’re doing yeah they don’t they? Don’t I’m telling you let’s let me learn, but you don’t even say you don’t need 20 million bucks, so I mean you and what you’ve done with your you know, brand and growing and building security.

Marketing together has been so much fun man and to help people out and to get those text messages. It’s like you’re really blessing my family with the marketing campaigns. I’r able to you know it’s just it’s a lot of fun. Talk about the brand aspect. You know from a marketing perspective from your brain, but someone’s out one thing to build a brand like because old school be average age is 59 and a half so yeah the old school people.

Don’t think that branding and I’m not saying needs to be that leader like we, you know we brained along the way, but having a brand having people know you getting attention, putting out content all these other things it it’s almost like, I’m in the insurance industry. So I don’t need, I don’t need it well, that’s like the old school there’s what I would call like axioms that come like when it comes to branding one.

You kind of you kind of get a certain level where your brand is important to you and you have money to invest yeah if you’re a new agent, you really probably are going to have a tough time having any sort of like branding budget because it’s expensive. It’s something you’re, investing your repiy or your sewing into something for later benefit. But if you do your lead development, the right way, then you can kind of brand along the way as a new agent, meaning you can set up a website.

You can push people to that website. You can have your own. You know brand developed that way as a new agent, but there’s a certain point where you hit a level where your brand is important and – and that to me is you know when you start doing, marketing campaigns lead development campaigns with your own brand associated investing in Content search engine, optimization, investing and you know, different various marketing methods that aren’t fully focused on lead cost per leaf.

Yeah see what I’m saying: that’s what I mean by branding, because there’s Mart marketing you have. In my opinion, I’ve got two really ways you go. You’ve got lead development marketing that are only Cape key performance indicator that matters is leap, cost per lead and you got your brand. That’s like I’m getting my name out there, I’m making myself well-known seminars getting referrals that kind of stuff you need to kind of do both.

You know. Yes, that’s how I perceive branding versus lead, dev, I’m trying to get to where I’m personally spending seven figures. Just just promoting me us what we have deprive already are spending more than that depends on how probably so, whenever you count an eight percent. You know at the end of day, you’re going to mean like what. What is that I mean at the end of day when you look at the numbers of eight percent, you know it’s like: what’s your what’s your thoughts on that by the way cuz cuz outside looking in marketing guy well before before we partnered, I was reading your Stories cuz, you were, you know I knew you were in the same town and I’m like this dude got Nissan Stadium like who’s.

This guy think he is what in the whole world, is he doing whose kid you know I was just kind of like, because I was going to be condescending, but I was like yeah. What is this guy doing? Get Nissan Stadium from Springfield, Missouri, and, and now I get it because you know with with this last a person nation that I was a part of, I there’s just something which I went bigger with by the way. Well, whatever, whatever man I, I thought it was awesome, and this year this next year’s going to be ridiculous.

I can have freaking wait. Oh my god do you think I mean you’re you’re, seeing a lot of the risks and stuff and you’re seeing it pay off. Talk to someone out there, that’s, like you, know, you’re able to see it and be a part of it now, what’s what’s what’s there’s let people out there that are scared to take some of those risks. Man! Well, you, don’t you, don’t you, you don’t understand how consumers people work with the people that educate him, and so, if you’re not doing anything, that’s educating your consumers by content or whatever you’re, making a big mistake, because that’s who people are working with they are period.

So, like you know, for instance, if you can offer, let’s just say to Medicare, if you can offer a free three-hour course of how to pick your Medicare plan or whatever. That is and then put it on your website. You know get that content and add value to that person. They’re going to work with you if they go through your your marketing, you know stuff, so you know you got to be able to craft good marketing funnels, you got ta, be able to educate and you got to be able to invest in this stuff, but it Takes money to build a website yeah, so a lot of people are like well.

Do I want to put twenty five hundred dollars into a website, or do I want to put twenty five dollars in the Legion it’s like in the short term, yeah Legion, but you hit a certain point where it’s like you got to get the brand the marketing You know your websites, the chassis of your digital marketing, your social should be part of that as the engine your SEO should be part of that. Your content should be part of that.

Your all your testimonials, if your customers should be part of that, but your website’s, the chassis of your digital marketing, a lot of people, don’t really understand that or they don’t care about that or they don’t get out important. It is yeah. What was the first thing? Random question: what was the first thing? Maybe it says maybe you’re a teenager. Who knows what was the first thing you ever marketed and sold pumpkins seriously.

I was, I didn’t know that I was a 9 year old kid and I was like dad. We my dad had a garden and so there’s I don’t know about pumpkins, but basically they, I guess they come up in the fall or something I remember this. It’s been a while, but my dad’s garden was completely empty in the fall and he’s like dude. I could make you some pumpkins and you can go, sell and I’m like. Let’s do it so he’d plant me a bunch of pumpkins.

I got him in a wheelbarrow and like in the beginning of October. I will bear all the pumpkins from door-to-door and sold them for, like 5 bucks, apiece yeah and I’m making like I’m like a nine year old kid making like a hundred bucks a week in October. So I bought Nintendo’s in like all kinds of stuff, and then I also my mom did swimming lessons. We had. We had pool lessons so like we had a big old pool in our backyard and we had swimming lessons and my mom did like you know.

Hundreds of kids would come through with all the brothers and sisters would come swimming lessons, so I bought, I went to Sam’s and bought bubblegum and soda, and all that I’m just set up a table, and just it was fun man. I even like spending my Nintendo out there. While I was sitting there playing Nintendo and then I was dude. I was making like 30 bucks a day like as, like a probably a 10 11 year-old kid just sitting in my backyard selling the brother and sister.

You know push pops or something so the entrepreneurial spirit, she’s always been there. It’s just. You know it’s. Whenever I hear Jordan Belfort talk about yeah, maybe listen, Jordan Belfort. He talks about how he had this. What was it shaved ice then? He would sell on the beach that was. It was just like that, like I just had this knack for, like you know what there’s so many bored brothers and sisters while their kids other brothers in the pool they’re going to go, get two bucks for their mom.

Just the mom’s going to give him two bucks because they just wanted to just get out of my hair. You know so I was just like raking today. Anna, I was like you know, and I would run out of inventory by the 3 o’clock and it was so fun man. Those were the days dude, that’s awesome, who’s, your who do you listen to the most cuz you’re, someone that listens and reades and maybe just maybe for fun and then maybe also from you know, marketing relieve it or not.

I actually liked Oren Belfort’s content. You know, I think, I think, he’s a sales guru. He has a speaker at 8 % and I but people I first whenever it whenever you said I want to get Jordan Belfort. My first reaction was what what I say do you remember? I was like no way man, I’m like well. No, I member saying like the dude, is not a good dude man like a no respect, yeah. That happened. You mean like.

I don’t really respect the dude like got famous by, like you know, making people and then you I was already dope into his column yeah. So then I got into his content and I was like okay. He actually admits that he was made mistakes and apologized and he’s did his time. They literally present time yeah and he doesn’t like brag about it. He’s, in fact, is, you can tell he’s remorseful, you know and like what the dude’s a Salesman yeah, I’m saying yes, and so I respect his content and I listen to it.

I also just listen to random YouTube articles all the time, I’m probably if you looked at my YouTube, read time. I bet you. I have 13 to 15 hours a week. You know listening yeah, I mean listen to YouTube all the time, so I do listen. Grant Cardone dude, I listen to you, don’t connect as well with him, though no no, but but that’s okay, I mean he’s still got decent content. I I like his three or four-minute articles about him.

Just kind of like have you ever seen this conference table articles where he kind of talks to his team yeah. Oh my gos, those are good. I don’t really love the way he treats people most the way he precedes his chest, pretty hard yeah, and I don’t but whatever you know even says you know, you want to push away half the crowd and attract half the crowd right. I think I’m kind of a the crowd. They attracted me for some reason.

Well, um he’s a super successful guy. So good friends, you know, but yeah I mean really just there’s all kinds of different podcast to listen to. You know I like it’s just random humor. I, like stand-up comedians podcast, so like the fighter and the kid which you probably don’t know about it. You talked a lot about. They did last one that this guy last night, the the Queen’s the Stone Age. It was a really great interview, but it’s just I like people, and so I like listening to their perspectives, I really like long-form content.

That’s why they favorite my favorite content that we do is the podcast and all that cuz. I get to know people and I’ve had a lot of people say that come to work with us that say I’ve readed your articles. I want to work with you. I don’t really know why I just I can just tell that you care and we wouldn’t be able do that without long-form content. That’s it man, it’s true! It’s true! Well, what do you think looking forward in the insurance industry, as we got a couple minutes left? What do you see happen in the next decade? I see a boatload of money going to social media and I see costs increasing extraordinarily, I see our cost per lead.

Extra. The window of social media lead development. It like the heyday is, I think it’s it’s coming, not to an end, but it’s going to be much tougher. It’s just like Google, so, like yeah, Google AdWords in the beginning, they were just printing money. Whoever got into that first, you know just was printing money because it’s like people were like well, I don’t want to pay for website traffic with people understood it.

We’re like oh gosh, I’ll pay for as much as I can get and they and they were getting. You know 20 cent clicks that are now dollar clicks, yeah, you’re saying so that’s coming, and so what’s going to happen is is you’re going to have to diversify your lead source? Like you, you if you think that you can just run lead forms on Facebook forever. You are absolutely wrong like it is not going to happen.

I’r wrong, I’m already seeing a shift. That’s going from lead forms to other ways to use social traffic that are much more advanced, that you’re not going to be able to do. The random person isn’t going to be able to do and I wouldn’t be able to do in, let’s say a thousands dollars to practice of our own stuff. You know so I see social drying up. I see us needing other digital lead sources. I I see, I don’t know, I see the digital wave being more important than ever, but I think it’s going to have to be earned.

I think there’s going to need to be a good website with a good search engine optimization base and with social media. Being a part of that, I don’t think we’re going to be able to just lean on social for our lead development, like that, I’m already seeing it happen where it’s just it’s way or I mean, would you agree that it’s harder now than it has ever been? It’s 44 % add increased just this year, supposedly that is going to continue to happen and you had in order you’ve got to be able to prepare for that because there’s a lot of businesses.

I know that are built around that as like the core secret sauce, and it’s not going to be that way for theirs. It’s it’s it’s it’s it’s unique because most people think I just need to figure it out and have control and do it on my own. But even the biggest places are doing stuff on their own are still using us in some way. Yeah. No, absolutely like. We have a major, but it’s always a great relationship, though too, because we’re not peacocks with our feathers up saying like I’m telling you guys, this digital world changes every three months it does, and so you’ve got to have sharp people around you to kind of like Be able to say I’m trying this, what are you trying, because there’s so many like like for an example, this gigantic call center that I was working with you know I was helping him from the lead funnel to get the inbound call, because I had cracked that Nut but one of things I was struggling with was potential medsoft language and article content, and I’m like what do you think about this article he’s like man? He goes honestly.

I would add this this and this and this and it’s like collaboration, yeah and we’re working and it’s like and before you know it. It’s like with our powers combined. You know, like all of a sudden now we’re killing getting. You know $ 6 leads where he was getting 12 and then we’re getting. You know in $ 1,000 ad spend we’re getting 60 call. Ins in 198 leads or something like that. We’re buzzed before I was getting half that and he was getting half that.

So it’s like you’ve got to like work with people that the whole I’ve got the secret sauce Cody and I’m going to you’re going to have to pay me for this course and I’m going to teach you that course. It’s bananas and you’re going to be you’re. Going to know perfectly and you’re better use it forever, and it’s never going to change. I’r the lead development. Amazing know it just don’t even do it in fact multiple times, if we don’t have people at our retreats that have just paid multiple thousands of dollars for their course and then still had us handle it, because it’s like they make it almost so complex yeah and It is complex, so dude you’re an influencer.
