EMAIL MARKETING AUTOMATION

Is I mean this is automation and it’s at its finest? This is what marketing is literally all about man bottom line when you’re bringing people to a landing page like like I mean any any landing page, there’s only so many objectives.

You can possibly have your that you’re either bringing someone to a landing page to get them to just simply maybe register for a webinar. So you come to a landing page. You opt-in, because there’s something you want to learn, there’s a article on the other side. There’s a webinar there’s some type of presentation, you’re opting in to get more information or you’re opting in to be given to be downloading something for free, maybe someone’s giving away a free download a free article.

A free, PDF you’re, often in a free pdf, can come in many many different shapes and sizes. It could be a coupon for 35 percent off your next mill at freaking jack-in-a-box. It could be 25 % off of these pair of shoes. It could be a discount code for a gym. It could be a seven-day pass. I can literally bring traffic to any page. I can put whatever title I want and get people to opt-in to whatever my offer may be right, they kind of the page and they enter their information.

The real magic happens after they do that. So what happens after they opt-in? That’s what is so important, like everybody wants to talk about a talk about a landing page, but what what they? What they fell to talk about is what happens after and that’s where your entire email automation kicks in okay, that person opsin they go to a. Thank you page and, depending on what they even opted in for you have to be.

There has to be some type of value here right. There has to be some type of giveaway, something there they’re a random. Stranger is not just coming to you to give you their name and email just because, like your there’s, some type of promise right, there’s some type of promise, there’s some type of bribe, there’s some type of ethical bribe. You know that that you’re, that you’re offering right and so once that email comes in you guys what I’m going to show you is the automation behind it, all, okay and and in real life.

You know in in the trenches of what what I’m currently doing so, for example, I have – I have a page that I’m driving traffic to right when a person opts in they’re going to the next page, where there’s a presentation and that’s a webinar right. I’r driving people to my course that’s what I’m scaling in twenty twenty. That link is in the description, but here’s what I’m going to show you from a from a simple landing page: a person comes in they opt-in and what I’m promoting is an actual webinar, a presentation right. They go to that presentation page, which is literally on the next page. They enter their name email. They click the blue button right on the next page.

There’s that presentation now, based on the amount of time that person reades, that presentation that’s going to trigger my email, automation, okay, so I’m going to walk you through it articles. I have a ton of articles on different pages that are that are hosted on YouTube because I’m trying to build my YouTube blog – and I have a ton of articles that I that I put on pages but they’re an actual YouTube article.

Some of my articles, some of my pages I should say I take that article and I hosted on Karcher and the reason for it is because I can one one huge reason is: I can track the analytics and the tagging I could tag meaning I can. I can track a person based on how much time they readed it. I can set a tag. So if it’s a ten minute article like this one right here, it’s a nine minute article – I can put a tag for whoever reaches the 8 minute mark.

Send them this email, whoever doesn’t reach the 8 minute mark, send them that email, so that automation, you guys, is so so important. If someone bought this product send them that email, if they didn’t buy this product, send them that email that simple behind-the-scenes automation is where it’s all at and and and again that’s why Karcher makes this stuff so simple man without karch, I’m going to keep it real.

I probably would still be confused trying to build something online because there’s so many men there’s there’s so many moving components. All you hear anyone teaching is landing page landing, page landing page. That’s all Russell Brunson and clickfunnels. Brainwashed us, with over these last few years, is landing page sales funnel landing page sales funnel. But what I want to also know is about the is it’s about the back end.

What happens after they go to the landing page? That’s what’s so important and so a lot of you that are using you know leadpages or click funnels you’re having to use a second software for your email, automation and then a lot of you are probably putting articles on YouTube and just hosting them there. I have other articles why I don’t want my YouTube article on every every. You know everything that I’m marketing there’s certain you know places for for hosting a article here, for example, versus it being a YouTube article and then putting it on a landing page.

But that’s a whole nother article, but my point is: is that I use I use this one software for everything man. So what I’m going to show you real quick, is simply what I have going on with a specific sales funnel a email sequence, which is my communications. That’s my email, autoresponder and articles, my articles. So again they come to the page. They opt-in and I have this article right now being tested.

Ok, the same two cells article. This is just it’s just a test until I really put until I plug that cells, article in which will be, you know, obviously soon. That’s the last piece to my funnel that I need oh, that didn’t that I need to complete it, but I’ve been testing it with this one and just and just simply making sure that it works. So what I did is I upload that article not to youtube. I hope uploaded it to Carter, okay and then I come in here.

First of all that green button to the right. That’s what you click on to upload the article, but I’m past that so now I uploaded the article okay, I uploaded the article and over here I can change the settings I can. I can play around with all of that, but it’s really and I can show the controls or not show the controls. I could put a different thumbnail if I wanted to, but what I keep it on is I keep it on mute on start.

I hide the the controls, the skin, doesn’t matter and then autoplay on unload. That’s how I set it up and then it’s this part right here. You guys that’s what this article is all about. It’s all about tagging, the people who read X amount of time – and I can edit this. I can choose, however, much time you know, based on the the length of the article. That’s obviously you know what you want to base it on.

What I’m going to be doing is put in a 60 minute presentation on this on this page, so it’ll be a 60 minute article and then I’ll probably tag it and let’s say maybe the 50 minute mark right. So for those who reach 50 minutes they’re going to get a handful of emails and and those that do not reach 50 minutes, they get another another handful of emails. So that’s what I wanted to show you guys on how this system works and and and and the flow of all of that.

Okay. So that’s where I applied the tag I published article and then now the article is on Carter and the article is tagged. Okay, so, and and the way I tagged it is you hit my communications: let’s go back to, let’s, let’s click on my communications and then what you’re going to do is you’re going to come over here and click on tags and that’s where you can create the Tag: okay: we can create that tag and put it on that article, and so this is super important man, because again based if this is this is mainly for people.

So this this strategy could apply for anything anything you’re selling online, but really article article article article article article, if you’re trying to track the activity or the engagement of a article and – and you have some type of follow-up process after that article has been – has been Readed or not that’s what this is all about man and that’s why again cartridge it super simple to track all this stuff, so I have my um my my tag in place.

Let me, in fact I don’t need this one, I’m glad I’m here, so I can delete this delete that one for sure and then finished registered. I can delete those ones as well. Let’s delete that’s just that’s just some other stuff. You guys that I had going on, but I it caught my eye, so I might as well delete it real quick while I’m on here with you, okay, perfect. So this tag right here finished web class.

Okay, that’s what it’s all about! So I created a tag. I can I hit the green one. I created a tag, that’s what it’s all about is is did they finish the article or did they not that’s what everything is about? That’s what the entire email sequence is going to be all based on. So again they come to the page. They opt-in. They go to the second page where the presentation is being is being held. Okay, if they read it, if they read it, here’s what here’s, what I’m telling the system so the way I get here is we come over here now: communications, click on sequences.

Remember remember! You have two different lists, so to speak. It’s really one list, but it’s tied to two different ass. So when a person comes to a landing page, any landing page right, they opt-in right when they click on the blue button. They enter their name. Email teach me teach me Facebook Ads right when they opt-in, they’re on a specific quote-unquote list, but that list what you want to do is you also want to set up a sequence tied to that list? Okay, so over here, what I’m able to do is this is sequences on me, but I’m able to hit the green one and create a sequence, or I can obviously edit anything that I have going on.

So I’m going to this is the sequence right here. I click on edit and it’s going to bring me over here. This is where it all happens. Okay, this is the magic. This is the flow of the email, autoresponder. Okay, so all I was doing right now. This is just day-in-the-life. You guys I’m just documenting what I’m doing I’m going to go in here. The system is already set up. That’s why I love Karcher man, because this email see a sequence.

The tags everything was set up. All I had to do was go in there and edit when you setup your 14 eight-day trial. You can come over here and you click on my campaigns and there’s a bunch of funnels there’s a bunch of landing pages already done for you. If you come over here and click on available campaigns, these are all campaigns that you can deploy and you can import in your Karcher account right away.

They’re already done for you, based on your business, based on what you’re trying to do a three-step application for high ticket for high take a consulting super popular funnel 15 assets. This is super super things done for you, man, all you had to do is go in there and edit the text, edit images and it colors edit the tag name like edit little random things, but the formula and the template is already there daily deal campaign digital Daily deal campaign Kohi cohesion campaign.

I can’t even say that word sales letter campaign via cell campaign, the one that I deployed – is this one right here. Master class campaign, so in here came funnels, came the email list, the email sequence, all I’m doing like I’m telling you I deployed this one. I clicked on the three lot dot three dots and I clicked on boy that imported the entire funnel cartridge. They’ve already done. All this stuff, for you man, it imported the entire funnel.

Now I’m working off of that funnel that one it’s 14 assets, one asset in it was this email sequence, okay, so all I did is I had to go in there and edit edit. The tags right make sure that that went make sure I set it up correctly, because all I had to do is going there and edit. So now the starting rules. I made sure that anyone who fills out this form – okay, this is the form that’s on my landing page.

Anyone who fills out that form make sure that they start to receive these emails. Okay, so you got your email lists in them and then, on the other hand, you have your email sequence. Okay, this is your email autoresponder. So anyone who opts into the page one hour later the system is going to check. If that person has the tag finished web class, okay and remember, I set the tag for eight minutes of the nine minute article okay.

So whoever reaches the 8 minute mark on that article they’re going to get that tag. So if they have that tag okay, then what happens? Is they end up going to the true side? These are the EEMA. This email will come out an hour later so after they read the presentation, one hour later, they’re going to automatically get this email right here. Okay and this email is going to go out to people who have the tag finished web class.

Okay, then, a day later, and I can set up the time the days you know hours, I can have it go out every hour. If I want you can have it go out every two days you can set the date the days whenever you want I set, or actually the system had already set it at one day. Look this one goes out Amelie after one hour, this next one’s going to go out, you’re your gift for attending and then one day later, this second email set now set out.

Now again, I can set it to whenever I wanted to go out, but one day later is perfect because again for this specific funnel, if you’re driving traffic to a webinar and you’re selling, you know, with some type of you know virtual presentation, then a daily follow Up is what you want in place. That’s your email autoresponder! So all I was going to do here. You guys is go into it. I have the template.

All I did is I I deployed that I imported that that that funnel and now I have the template of the sequence, all I’m going to do is come in here and spend I’ll, probably spend literally the next mmm the next two hours knocking out both sides Of this sequence, so again everyone who reaches everyone who gets that tag. Okay, anyone who has the tag of finished web class is going to go to the true if they did not finish right.

If they do not have that tag, then they go to the false. Okay, then they go to the false. Now, I’m telling you guys man when you’re selling stuff, just in general, I don’t care if it’s online or offline. Your follow up series is, what’s so important. Offline old-school sells old-school marketing. It’s that follow-up call right. How many of you guys are in a call center? How many of you guys are telemarketers? How many of you guys close over the telephone and how many of you guys have some type of list or CRM or database that you’re calling everyday telephone right? Old-School freaking telephone.

I come from that man. I’ve been on the phone for 20 frickin years, man, I’ve sold countless stuff over the phone and and when you’re in that type of, let’s just say, pre-social, media, pre, social media marketing and damn near even pre internet. Most sells organizations is based on that follow-up series, phone call, email, phone call, email phone call email, but as far as the automation, as far as now we’re driving traffic, that’s a different beast.

That’s a completely different beast! You can’t just be calling people every day, especially when you’re, when you’re dealing with tons of people coming through your funnel, because you’re running a freaking ad, that’s a different type of marketing right, that’s online marketing! That’s that’s! Where we’re at now. As far as the amount of traffic that you could drive to a freaking webpage and when you’re driving X amount of people to this webpage, you need some type of automation.

Man, you’re not going to be physically trying to micromanage everything right, and so these tags, this email sequence is what is, is the magic. This is the Silver Bullet man. This is going to allow you to have the right email showing to the right person. The true people they saw all eight minutes, they saw eight minutes of a nine minute article and and again I could I could. I could edit that time I could put whatever time.

I want the people who don’t have that tag. Look. This is people who missed it. So so again this split it’s going to determine: do they read it or do they not and if they did not, then they come over here, okay and then once say, and then this is immediately after so one hour later, they’re going to get you missed it. Okay, one day later, look at this there’s an automation in place. One day later, the system is going to check if that person actually readed it okay.

So this the system is going to read if they reach this step then, and they have this tag. Okay, if they reach this step – and they have this tag – then send them to step two and pause the current flow. Okay, what that means is, if they end up, there’s going to be a link for them to read it so right here where it says you missed it. That’s where I put a link to the replay right and then once they click on that link and they go read that replay.

Let’s say they read it. You know a few hours later, one day later, the automation is going to take place and see if they finally have that eight-minute tag. If they have that tag then boom, they come over here to step two now they’re on the true side, and now they start receiving these emails until they actually purchase okay and then down here on this automation. This automation is going to check if they have a tag or if they do not.

Now, let me let me show you this right here, okay and and then also here’s what happens if they do not so here’s the automation if they reach this step lead reaches this step, then subscribe them to this list. Right here didn’t buy because again on the true side, they readed it, but if they got this far in the email series in the email sequence right we’re talking down the true line, they got email number one.

They got email number two. They got email number three. They still haven’t purchased, they got that email. They got that email and by then, if they still haven’t purchased, then subscribe, I’m on a different list right I’ll get back to them later and and and so the same thing applies we’ll be here on the right side. You guys, as we get down toward towards the bottom, this last automation before we give up on them this last automation.

These are the the the false side. Again, that’s the people. I don’t have the tag, so they did not read eight minutes of the nine minute article, and so, if we get down this far on the false side of things, lead reaches a step then subscribe them to didn’t finish web class. So, at the end of the of the email series I’m going to have to list I’m going to have one list of people who didn’t finish and then I’m going to have one list over here on the false side of people who actually finished.

But did it by ok and – and so that’s not a long time, I’m talking a few days – that’s the emails! So look they reached this step then boom. They go on to that that that list of did it by web class. But if you look at the emails and and and if and when you really think about it and we’re driving traffic, we’re running Facebook, Ads we’re running Instagram, ads, we’re running YouTube ads and we’re driving traffic to the landing page, I’m telling you you’re going to have A ton of people that are going through this campaign that are receiving emails on your behalf, while you’re sleeping or on vacation or log down in your house, depending on when you’re reading this right so shout out to every single one of you guys man this.

These two emails at the very very top those trigger right away. It triggers one hour later so after they walk after they opt-in one hour later, because I know how long the article is right, depending on that article, if that article was two hours, then right here how to put three hours. You know the split happens. Three hours later right, if it’s so it’s all, based on how long that article is and then once it’s split, then these two emails, one of them, is going out immediately.

So right at that hour, marker right out that two-hour mark or whatever one of these are going to be going out right away and again based on what happens based on what they do determines how far down on the false or true side they go. But this right here you guys see, and so these emails on the true side. Now they read the presentation, but they still haven’t bought in these emails. I got one two three, four, five, five, five emails.

So in these five emails, my whole objective is to build more value, more value, more value and also create. What’s that damn word, I’m looking for a create urgency to get them to buy and guess what in those emails will be a clamp, a countdown clock and that’s why I love with the cart rest, so I can come in here. Let me just show you and in these emails again the template is already there you’re you’re literally catching me importing this funnel right right now like this is the last part I need it was the email sequence.

Everything else is done, except for my presentation article, but it’s the sequence that I need it. So all I’m going to do today is I’m going to spend the next couple hours I’m going to come into each one and I’m going to write the copy. I’r going to write the copy these five emails, it’s it’s. My whole objective is to create value and create urgency to get that person to buy they readed my whole entire article, or else they wouldn’t have that have that tag right.

They read the whole damn thing. So now I got to just bring value, bring value, bring value and create urgency to get them to buy, and so in here what I can do is I can. I can also create like if I, if I take this out and I hit cut and I go to advanced what I can do is I can use a template. My templates or I can create one right I can create. I can create a headline text. All I do is just click on it and I can drag it over like super basic and super simple, and I can change a color I can that link to wherever I want to link it to, but in this case I already have a basic template.

So I go to my templates and I’m going to use this one click it drag it over and then what I can do is I can paste what I just cut so copy or control V and this so so. This is a template. This isn’t this: isn’t my my ad copy or my copyright? This is the template. My job is to come here and and and just edit right and that’s what I’m going to do today, you guys so in here, for example, what I can do is I was going to show you.

Let me show you your gift for attending, so this right here you guys, I’m telling you a lot of this stuff already the copy, it’s it’s it’s already there, and so what I can do is I can. I can link this image like I’m, going to obviously change all this stuff out, but I can I can link this image and it can go to whatever I want it to go. Okay, and so again, my job is just to create value and get them back to read or not know.

These are people who readed it. So my whole job here is to create urgency and provide a link that takes them back to the order page. So they can check out. So that’s what’s going to be going on on this side of everything, let me see what else was I going to show you guys um, actually, the countdown clock, let me let me show you the countdown clock, because once I have my template and in this countdown Clock yeah, let me show you let me go back to that real quick! It’s like I come in here and I just come down and email content and I click on the edit.

This countdown clock is going to be the same countdown clock that is on the entire campaign. That’s on every sales funnel! That’s that’s! In the checkout on the checkout page, the Add to Cart page, it’s going to be in every email. So this right here you guys is super super, powerful and, and I’m telling you man, if you weren’t you, if you weren’t using Karcher or if you’re, not using Karcher, even for the countdown clock, you would have a separate monthly service that right there, I’m telling you Man I just got done with with an expensive online course like it was worth every penny.

I learned so much after investing a ton and I’m talking about ton of money like it wasn’t a cheap low ticket course. I just got done investing in a high ticket course. I just damn near gone through most of it, and I learned so much and what was so crazy to me was all the random services that my mentor in this case has to use to create all this. When I’m looking back and I’m like damn dude, I do all that in one like I’m telling man he has a whole separate software for the caught the countdown clock.

He has a whole separate software for the article hosting he has a whole separate software for his email autoresponder. He has a whole separate software for the for the tagging ability to be able to tag people. I went on on how long they read your articles like so many different. He has a separate software to host his membership course, a separate software to build his landing pages like I’m kidding, I’m not kidding MIT like.

Obviously the course that I took was was all educational and it was all worth every penny and and if and if I didn’t understand, Karcher the way I do, I would have also been you know on every service that he was recommending because that’s how he built It right, but he built his business. I think a little before Karcher and in and I’m telling you man this this once this once system alone, you guys can freaking run your entire business dude.

It really can’t because I’m like looking at his edit I’m going through this course right. I’r learning I’m going through a article training and I’m freaking implementing it’s all on Facebook, ads and and building a course right, and I’m just sitting back and I’m like dang dude. That that’s crazy, like I can just simply come over here to my email, autoresponder. That is all in the same software and I can grab a countdown clock that happens to be in the same software, and I don’t need to pay extra for that.

Like that’s. What’s you know, super super crazy, and so this damn, I bet you so this right here is what will be literally running congruently with every other countdown clock that is going to be inside of this funnel inside of this entire campaign. So what I’m going to do is I can. I can change the color and all that stuff, but let me just drag over there’s a few different ones. I’d take I’ll just take this one, so I’d ring it.

I drag it. I can drop an A or I could rock up drop it at the top. I could drop it down here, I’ll, put it right there, okay and then in here I can simply hit the edit, and I can I can I can. I can literally tie it to every other countdown clock in every other email within this funnel and also have that same time, ticking based on the countdown clocks on the actual pages right. So this stuff is super super powerful.

You guys and super basic man once you really learn it so in here I can again I can change the colors of the of the of the clock. I can change. Let’s see I can change, I I can have an end at a certain date. I can have an end at a certain time or I can have it based on a tag so that and that’s that’s what I’m actually going to do. I’r going to create a tag so tags right here and it’s going to be tags, subs dynamic, and so I won’t this article won’t be on showing you how to set up tags, but that’s: what’s going to be based on is, is I’ll, create a tag inside Of a certain category and it’ll be it’ll, be let’s just say this category over here and then it’s going to be a tag that I create, which I haven’t created just yet.

In fact, you know what I could I could base it around finished web class. I could base it around finished web class and then I can. I can have the countdown clock timer so so so now, every time I add a countdown clock to an email or to a landing page I can. I can change the settings to all reflect this and all reflect five days from the moment that person opsin so from the moment they come to the page and enter their name and email.

That’s when I can trigger that five day, tag: okay and in the countdown clock we’ll be counting down five days, okay and so the way my sister. The way I set up the entire funnel is where, when that person opts in they’re, taken to the next page, to read the article again: if they read it, they go to the true sequence: if they do not read it, they go to the false sequence. My emails that I have set up: okay, let’s go back my emails, let’s just edit this.

My emails that I have set up are all based around a certain there’s, a certain amount of emails which equate to a certain amount of time right. So in this case, let me show you so we close that out and in this case as I was mentioning, they, what they opt in, that’s the starting rule and then one hour later they’re going to go true or false. Okay and then it’s one day later, that they’ll get the next email.

Okay, so that’s day, number two day: number three they’re, either going to be over here to the left or to the right day, number four they’re going to be the left or to the right. They’re day number five, okay and then last one. This is day number five, so I can literally set that countdown clock. I can set the countdown clock to timeout five days later, so that tag that I set up expires five days later.

I could easily set that up and that’s what the whole entire countdown clock it’ll be counting down five days from the moment they opted in and so that right there you guys. Not only are they going to see that on on pages cuz as I email them, I’m going to email them links to get back to the replay page. So not only can I put a countdown clock on that replay page, but I could put a countdown clock in every single email and again, every single one of them will match congruently, because it’s all, based on the same tag that I set up and that’s the Five day, countdown, okay, so this right here you guys is super super powerful.

This is the back end. This is where the magic happens. It’s in your email, automation, so, depending on what you’re selling, depending on what you’re promoting you need some type of back-end man. Getting the lead is one thing, but keeping the lead that’s another and converting that lead into a cell or to an appointment or to whatever you’re trying to get them to do. That’s all the back end, so you got ta.

Have you got ta have some good systems behind you, man, and so I use Carter for all of this. You guys I’m going to spend the next couple hours and just go through true and false, and just edit these emails and make sure everything is hyper link to the right pages that I need them to go to, and this right here man is what I’m skelling In 2020, this is the back end of my webinar, of my actual training course that I plan on taking to the moon in 2020.

Email Marketing: How To Grow Your Email List From 0-1000+ Subscribers (GROW 3 ASSETS AT SAME TIME!)

In the morning, you grab your computer, your laptop your iPad Pro your surface pearl. Whatever you use to do your daily work on you type out a quick 200 to 500 word email. You send that out to your list and within minutes you start to see sales rolling in for your products and your services right, and that is the beauty of having an email list, is it’s kind of like being able to write yourself a check every single day Or whenever you want, whenever you hit the send button? Okay, so an email list, it’s one of your most powerful acids and I don’t care how many people say: it’s dead or email is dying.

It’s not dying, it is like the it’s like your identity on the internet. Everybody has an email that they check pretty much on the daily. So I want to show you in this article one of the most important aspects about having an email list and that is being able to build and grow that list. So, as you see on the screen here, this is active campaign. This is the email service provider that we use. We have.

We just started growing this list at the end of February of this year, February, 2020. So near the end of the month. We started growing this list and we have three thousand four hundred and twenty subscribers. After just a few months, it’s it’s July, ok, so Ron, you know four and a half months, or so we were able to grow it to three thousand four hundred and twenty subscribers. Now this is a pretty small list right.

This is relatively. If you ask anyone like an internet marketing or digital marketing bill, they’ll say this is a small list and it is but it’s a it doesn’t need to be huge for you to rake in big-time profits. If you have like an engaged list – and you have good products and services, so I’m going to show you here. This is our stripe account. In the month of June, we generated twenty two thousand five hundred and nine dollars and sixty cents – and we just launched this this business in at the end of February as well, when we launched this this email list, and this isn’t including PayPal.

So we have another. Seven thousand dollars, or so in PayPal from the month of June, so this is closer. The amount that we’ve generated in June was closer to thirty thousand dollars, just under thirty thousand dollars from a three thousand four hundred and twenty person list. Okay, so that’s around almost ten ten dollars per subscriber on our list right. This is an insanely, powerful tool that you have more acid that you have now.

What I’m going to show you that’s different in this article is the way that I personally am growing my list and works especially well. If you are a content creator or info publisher or you create any kind of content and you’re you’re you’re, putting a price tag on and you’re selling info products or courses or ebooks or whatever it is, this is going to work, especially well for you, okay. So what I have here is a strategy for, if you don’t have any email list, yet we’re going to help you change that and show you how to go from zero to a thousand subscribers on your email list.

If you already have a thousand subscribers, I’m going to tell you how to go from a thousand to ten thousand. If you want right using the strategy that I’m using right now day in and day out to grow my list. Okay and it’s very simple: there’s it starts with a traffic source. I personally love YouTube, because once you create a article, it can be viewed for years and you don’t really have to touch it just get to put into the algorithm the search engines on YouTube and people can view it every single day for years and years and Years to come, okay, so you create it once and it’s kind of like this acid that continues to live over time and generate you more views and traffic and leads over time.

So my traffic source, my favorite one, is YouTube. You can use whatever you want we’re going to drive them to a niche specific Facebook group. I want to show you what that looks like and I’m going to show you why that’s so powerful and then from the Facebook group going to drive them to our email list. Okay, now the reason I do it this way is it’s helping me grow three different assets all at once, right, it’s kind of like killing three birds with one stone, I’m growing my youtube blog, I’m growing my facebook group and then I’m growing my email list, all At the same time, or that, so I love this strategy here that I’m using so I’m going to show you what this looks like.

This is a YouTube article July 8th. This is I’m actually filming this in July 8th. I just posted this article today and, as you can see in the description, there’s a link to join my free Facebook group on starting a six-figure online service business. Okay, now that’s! This is a completely different conversation: how to start a Facebook group. But if you want to start a Facebook group, a quick tip is make sure that you have a very specific outcome or a reason to join the group right.

So if someone wants to start a six-figure online service, business they’re going to join this group right and that’s what this group is for, I also have here in the comments I pinned comment on every article that says like this article. I do live trainings like this into my free face for a group join here, and they just click on this and what happens is they’re going to see a page that says join this group, we’re going to click join and it’s going to show them here.

Different questions that they need to fill out to join the group. Ok, so these are the three questions that I asked upon joining the first one is a segmentation, a qualification question, so it asked what’s up what type of a business do you run and who do you serve, and this helps me get a feel of the person In their background, if they have any business experience, they’ll say here: why are you running a successful agency or I run a successful consultancy whatever they run and they’ll talk about the niche that they work with? Ok, so this is kind of a segmentation qualification question to help me know who exactly is joining the group.

The second thing is, is my lead magnet, so is that it says, enter your email only if you want or five-step winning formula that took us from 0 to 7 clients in 30 days, it’s a cheat sheet, so they put in their email address and I’m going To show you why this is awesome, just a second and the last question is: how did you find this so it could be. I have different sources of traffic LinkedIn. I have Facebook search.

I have my youtube blog. I have my email list from four previous subscribers right, so I want to know where they’re coming from most people. Eighty percent of people will come from my youtube articles. So that’s how I’m focusing extra hard on creating those YouTube articles. So we have the qualification question here. We have the question that gets them. It gives them the lead, magnet if they’re interested and grabs their email address, and then it asks them where they came from.

How did they find this? So I know the referral source? Okay, so why is this so awesome? Well, first, off I’m making one article per week, one or two articles per week that that grows my YouTube blog right. I have nine thousand nine point, five, four subscribers right now and it drives them to my it grows. My blog, of course, but it drives them to my Facebook group right they join my facebook group.

I think we have how many people do. We have two thousand eight hundred eleven members right now and it also grabs their email address right. You just saw it ask them for their email address in exchange for a lead magnet, so I grabbed their email address from there. They get put into this sequence here. This is an automated campaign where they often you can see here s FD s, Facebook group lead magnet optin, they get tagged for this, lead, magnet opt-in and they get put into an email nurturing sequence, a welcome sequence right.

So first they get their cheat sheet and then they get a series of different emails. That’s designed to sell my products, I have a front end offer that’s an e-book called six-figure drop servicing and I sell that e-book through these emails right. So I have seven different emails that go out that pitches them or offers them my ebook. I think it’s, oh, it’s eight different emails that goes out, okay or actually nine here so see, as you can see quite a few emails that go out and nurtures them and and introduces them to myself and my brand and who I am and what I do And of course, it’s trying to get the sale for my e-book getting them to become a go from being a prospect to a customer okay.

So what is going on here? Why is this so powerful, especially if you’re an info publisher, you’re selling, any kind of ebooks or courses or you’re selling services as well? This could work very well for services, I’m actually rolling this out for for my agency, email marketing services. So what’s happening again, we have the YouTube blog source of traffic right. I just post a article every week and it has links to join my facebook group in the description and the comments they join.

My facebook group they give me their email address. They tell me who they are. I get to see exactly who’s joining my group and be unable to segment them based on their experience level from there they get put into my email list. Here they get put into a sequence. That’s automatically designed to turn them from a prospect into a paying customer on my front end offer and from there my email list grows.

I have around 20 people that join my email list every single day from this automated campaign, okay, so gross every single day. Around 20 people join my email list from this little sequence here: right: YouTube: article niche Facebook group email us at growth bar around 17 to 20 people every single day. Now the other powerful thing, the reason I’m able to generate so many sales is, as you can see here every day I am posting, I’m posting, let’s see if we can jump in here, I’m posting an email right, so seven, seven eight, which is today, I posted One I missed yesterday because L is on the road, but basically every single day, I’m posting an email right.

I’r writing up a very short. You know these are not very long. Emails I’ll show you this one real, quick, okay, this is less. I think this one was around 150 words or self K, so you can see very short, not long emails. They don’t need to be very long. I like to keep it within 200 to 500 words, and I send this out, try to send it out every single day. Bren! That’s! This is what generates you sales so, as you saw earlier 3400.

Oh, I just got a subscriber just now: 3421 subscribers on my email list was generating 30,000 dollars per month around nine to ten dollars per email subscriber okay. So if you can actually implement this right, have a traffic source again, I like YouTube. I recommend YouTube if you’re comfortable with growing your blog, and it helps in so many different ways other than just growing your email. Let’s try to build your brand, your authority.

It of course, helps you to get sales if you’re, offering good products and services, but you’re also able to use it to siphon traffic into your Facebook group and your email list as well and grow all these three platforms and these three assets all at once. Okay, so if you’re looking to get your first 0 to 1000 email list, subscribers try to strategy out. Okay, have a traffic source again, I recommend YouTube, but if you want to use LinkedIn and to a lead, magnet or just go straight to your Facebook group, that’s fine as well, but this is the strategy that I’m using here to grow all three of these platforms.

All at once YouTube to niche specific Facebook group to an email list and from there I’m emailing daily different offers and different products and services that I have ok. This might surprise you, 86 % of consumers actually want an e-mail from you once a month. That’s pretty incredible, But that’s getting ahead of ourselves.

How do we really build that contact list and that subscriber list Right contact list? So there’s a couple: Of things to point out, First of all, Yes, you Do want their permission, So a couple common ways Start with a form fill out a form. Maybe it’s on your website. I know we have that with GoDaddy. True I’ve seen a lot of those Yeah somewhere on your website like if you want to Subscribe to our newsletter or be the first to know, what’s happening, You can sign up and they opt-in.

Another way is to, of course, promote across your social Media platforms as well, You wan na stay in tune, subscribe here And really, I think, about call to action. Okay, What can you do? One that definitely reeled me in recently was a local pizza shop in San Diego, where I live As they do ( laughter ) And they basically were promoting that “. Hey sign up for our Newsletter and on your birthday “, you get a special deal.

”. What’s that special deal, Free slice of pizza, duh, Nice, (, laughs, ), I’m all about that. I prefer the whole pie but…, So you can do kind of The same thing right Like you, build your list: You have your service, your products, You can give either a discount or your own version of A free slice of pizza To kind of like sum this all up, is you’re giving value of Some sort to your audience In exchange for charging for it they’re giving you their e-mail, That’s basically the cost.

If you will So the more value you Bring to your audience the easier and more Willing they’re going to be to give you their e-mail so that they can get you On that contact list Exactly Now, what do we do about creating the actual e-mails themselves? Yes, the content Right, So you know what Why don’t just show an Example of a business crushing it with content on their e-mails. Let’s go All right, All right Nealey, So I thought it made.

Sense, after going through all these best practices, With e-mail marketing to actually pull up an example, So I was looking at this. Well actually, my whole inbox, (, laughs, ) And I was like which subject lines are Grabbing my attention: Okay, This is a e-mail from Canva and the subject line was “ People, heart,”, so use emoji, “ Quotes” period. So with this just to Go through an example, what I love about this Canva e-mail and it caught both of Our eyes is the banner And look how clean it is.

“ Inspire your followers.”, It’s crisp, it’s cool And then also I love The little call to action in the top right says: “ Weekly newsletter, Learn and be inspired,.”, Just kind of subtle call to action, right, [, Nealey, ], Yeah, [, Emma ] To sign up And then, as you, scroll down notice that there’s not a ton of text and it’s again very visual, And so they have these bullet points Of what they’re trying to get across for to get people excited about the tips? “ Be a force for change.

,” “ Use a positive metaphor:,” and “ Make it visually stand out.”. So this e-mail is educational, [, Nealey, ], Absolutely And right below it. A Giant call to action: Why is that super Important in our e-mails, It’s super important because You want to think about: what’s the purpose of your E-Mail in the first place, What are you giving your audience And if you’re going to Provide a call to action like Justin just pointed out, it’s a very clear big Button “ Give it a go.

” And then, in addition, they Have these awesome templates So they have some for Facebook. Posts Instagram posts and essentially, when you click on it, then let’s say you went To the Instagram post, one From there they’re going to Give you a template to apply Canva for your business in an Instagram post. Also, Instagram story helps. So you see it’s very, very cool It pops. It’s not a ton of verbiage,’cause! That’s when you’re Going to lose the reader Yeah, We don’t like to read just A giant block of text, It’s really cool to see.

It just sectioned off bullet points, nice and easy, nice and small to read and a lot of just visual Elements to keep my eyes engaged Absolutely And then you’ll notice too. On the bottom of their e-mail, they have their social media links, So they have Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Linkedin. So this is a great opportunity right. If I’m opening your E-Mail and I’m a customer or potential customer I wan na go and check You out on other sites Make it easy for me to do that.

So e-mail newsletters are Great to cross-promote, [, Nealey, ], Absolutely Ooo, also Nealey. Another thing I know you’re familiar with this, but you’ll notice above the social links. What do we have here? A giant? Well, not so giant It’s pretty little, But it’s an unsubscribe button, but there’s a giant meaning behind it. So the Canned Spam Act says that every e-mail marketing Newsletter you send out has to have two things at the very least, An unsubscribe button and a location.

Now I know some of your Are just solo-preneurs or your home business is at home right, So you can put PO boxes here, but it does have to be A legitimate address that you can receive mail to.’Cause if you don’t follow these you’re, essentially becoming Spam and we don’t want this’cause, we know you’re A legitimate business All right Emma That was an awesome demo. I hope it really helped you with creating your own e-mail Newsletter campaigns So now you’ve got the subscriber list.

We’ve got the content. How do we know it’s working Great question? So definitely wan na look At unsubscribes right, That’s probably an obvious, And this is something you Want to keep an eye on.’Cause, it’s going to inform You that maybe your audience isn’t exactly as organic as you thought, and you need to continue building it And also maybe reconsider the content which we’ve just spent A lot of time covering what makes great content Also looking at open rates.

I know we do this a lot. On the marketing team, when we’re putting out E-Books and webinar invites Check it out, you know, Are they opening the e-mails And then, if they are in Fact, opening the e-mails are they actually clicking. On your call to actions Your links And I would encourage You not to be discouraged about the open rates Because with e-mail, it’s not Going to be a 90 %, 100 %, 80 % Open rates are going to be Pretty low but that’s okay, You’ll get! I don’t Know anywhere from like 10-to-20 is about Average percentage-wise That’s right, But even if they’re Not opening your e-mails, they’re still seeing your headline and they’re still seeing your business, which increases that brand awareness which your top of mind All right Emma.

So what are some other best practices? You can give the audience here on just really killing it. With their e-mail game, Yeah list maintenance So about every six months, go in pay attention to look who’s. Opening your E-Mails who hasn’t been, And the ones who aren’t Opening your e-mails isolate that list and let It chill for a little while ( laughs, ) And then remind them Down the road like hey and see, if they’re interested Gauge, it again feel that out, But definitely do that.

Every six months, Yeah And most e-mail providers that you use for your marketing campaigns. You can set up groups, so you Can easily move them into a haven’t heard from me group or a hot leads group Or a cold leads group or, however, makes sense to Really organize your listing so that way you can kill the game. And if you look at this, it says that 72 % of people prefer to receive promotional content through email Compared to 17 %, who prefers social media and honestly guys when you jump on social media a lot of times if on Instagram Facebook, Whatever it is, people Are kind of searching through just because they want to like just kind of like have that brain dump Just like just chill and not have to really worry about anything.

Okay, they’re going through and they’re wanting to see pictures of the friends and all that other stuff, and So that’s why email can actually be a lot more powerful and why people actually sometimes prefer it over Just Facebook posts. Okay, so it says emails, ROI was twenty. Eight point: five percent Compared to 7 % for direct mail, and so that kind of just goes through shows the comparison. There is four times more effective for ROI And if you think about that I mean how expensive is direct mail, That’s pretty expensive, ready to go through it and send all those different mail pieces, whereas with email You can just go through and do an email blast.

It is an essence free for you to go through and use for your business, And then it says a message is five times more likely to be seen in email than via Facebook, And that’s part of this whole new face book out of the grid of algorithm Updates, Which I get questions about all the time like well, How does this affect my real estate business? Well, the really the way it would affect your real estate.

Business is, if you go make a post on your Facebook page Pretty much. Nobody is going to see that unless you put money behind it right, whereas with a email, It’s going to Go through to every single person’s inbox and the chances of people actually seeing that goes up dramatically now. I just want to really quickly share with you guys, a cool storage experience That happened with email, marketing and in my business And why it’s so important to go through and effect.

But what actually happened with me recently in my business, and this actually happens all the time Is there was this guy? Who he’s been on my email list he’s been following me: He’s kind of been my warm market for over a year now over a year, but he has not spent dollar with me, Okay and then just this past week, He finally signed up and he jumped on Our full-service plan that we can go through and help him right now He’s been on my email list for a long time.

Okay, I’ve seen like you know, occasionally hope my emails occasionally He’ll go through and click on them, but it was after a Year that he finally jumped on and honestly like. What I saw. Will we work with is a lot lower ticket item and is something That like people can jump on and get started with a lot quicker than going through and buying or selling a home. So I just kind of want to like kind of put that in perspective with you guys, When you’re going through, then you’ve got your email database.

You’ve got your contacts. You’ve got all those people that that know they like you. They trust you. So this is really cool because what happens is inside of here.

We got all these email templates of real estate, Specific information, just updating and staying in touch with all of your leads. Okay, so You just put these people through the sequence, and then you don’t even have to think about it. The emails are going to go out on Autopilot every 15 days, and this right here is a six-month-long Sequence that you can just have that little touch points with all of your customers And you can see, we’ve got first-time little buyer or even the single emailing right Here You can go through and create your own custom Email sequence right, so you can either go through and copy/paste all the emails in here, Or we also have a pre bill in here And then also as part of the Arsenal CRM.

If we come over here to the listings or not the lists inside the lead section, What we can do is say: Hey, ok, this James guy, maybe Bob Eugene and Jason. We want through and roll them into The bimonthly update, section kaor, and so we just hit enroll leads And then it’ll enroll those people in that sequence and then, for example, James right here. If we click on his name right here, It’ll come down and you’ll be able to see the emails that are sent Delivered open, clicked on all that Information right here in the history, and we can add tags, we can add notes and follow up with this person.

Okay, So anyway, guys as far as if you want to go through a use, email marketing in your real estate business, I highly recommend it because You’re able to go through and have all these little touch points throughout the year Where you don’t have to necessarily be Thinking about it, You can just enroll them into these automated sequences that are already pre-built and done for you in your business, And so you can have these touch points and take advantage of this 40 times increase in acquiring new customers Compared to Facebook or Twitter.

Now that doesn’t mean you don’t do Facebook marketing doesn’t mean you don’t do with these other social media marketing. But the thing is, you need to be doing it all because, as we’ve talked about in previous articles, There’s just so many ways to communicate with your customers. Now, There’s email marketing, There’s text marketing, There’s phone calls, There’s facebook messenger, there’s a number of different ways and Each person they prefer a different method of communication act like some people are going to be old-school And they still prefer the phone call talk to somebody one-on-one.

Some people for prefer email, some people prefer Facebook, messenger, Some people text messages, and so you need to connect with every single one of your clients and potential clients Where they’re going to be hanging out and where they prefer to communicate with. So you need to be on all these different platforms, But the nice thing about email, guys, It’s basically free, okay and comparing it to direct mail, It’s four times as effective when you’re talking about ROI and the cost is like pretty much non-existent.

Let’s Get into Kartra and let’s look at the way that we’re going to send emails. Inside a courtroom, I’m going to tell you I’ve been doing this since 2009. I’ve Used a lot of different pieces of software, then by far Kartra, does more For our business of anything else, when we switched over to character, we Actually cancelled eight different pieces of Software, because Kartra did all those things for us.

So if you’ve already got Kartra great, if you don’t there’s a link below you can read a article. It’s Free, you don’t need a credit card to read the article and once you’ve read The article, if you do want to get a trial of Kartra, you could actually get one for Just one dollar now before I started sending emails, I got Kartra all set up. And I’m going to tell you you want to do that. You know you want to.

You, know, set Up all your list in there, you want to establish your payment. Integrations. You Want to do all the stuff, then you need to do to set up your Kartra account. I’r Not covering that in this article we’re just covering emails, but I’m assuming That you’ve got all that done because you don’t want to send emails out if They click and they can’t go to a page and nothing works. Okay, so make sure you Get all that set up first now, once I did that, of course, I set up my pages where They could click on it and they actually goes to a page and there’s actually a Product there can they can actually buy that product, so you have to have that.

Done before you set up these emails because you’re going to have them, click and Go somewhere now now I say that, but that’s only if you built a big Kartra If you’re sending them to like a WordPress website or Magento or Shopify Then you don’t have to worry about that. You can just put that link in there and Send them to that page now you want to start with your leads. Okay, so before you Can even send an email and Kartra you need somebody to send it to somebody to Receive it, so you can upload those two Kartra and they have a little bit of A lag maybe a day or two before they’re actually going to approve them, but you can Just upload all your leads to Kartra and then don’t forget to tag them me.

They Even have different products, you have different businesses. I know I have a Couple different businesses in there, so we have those people categorized in There so the emails go out to the right people so make sure you’re setting up All your tags, you’ve tagged them properly, buyers, non-buyers people who Downloaded stuff, that’s like the thing, and you have all that set up first, that Way, you’ll have all that done.

When you go to send your email, you can send it. Based on those tags, cuz you’re going to need to do that now, if you need to Collect leads: you can also do that in Kartra, I’m not covering it in this article. I’r covered emails, but you can set up opt-in forms in Kartra and you can Actually start building your email list and once you build it and they opt-in in Kartra they automatically get put on list, so you don’t have to worry about That it’s an all maduk thing now before you send these Broadcasts before you send these emails make sure if you’re uploading, your own List then you do it at least a day or two in advance since they’re there, when You want to set it out because there is that lag before they actually go into The system now you may find this irritating and I get it, but it’s really Super important because Kartra is worried about deliverability and if they Don’t go through these lists and make sure they’re done properly.

Then your Emails aren’t going to get delivered, so we want to make sure that that is done. And they’re actually doing that for your benefit, I’m going to send a broadcast so The first thing I’m going to do is I’m going to go over to my campaign. So let’s Take a look at that real, quick, it’s on the left hand side and then you tap Campaigns at the very top of the page, and then you select broadcast below so You can see that there once on the correct page, I simply tap the green plus Button and that green plus button is going to be on every single one of your Kartra pages, when you’re starting out, so you know whether you’re building a Sales page whether you’re doing email sequences, whatever you’ll, always have That green plus button, so that’s where you want to start off there.

So then Kartra is going to take you to another page and it’s going to have your Automations, your send your schedule and all your finishes and all the things you Need to do let’s go over and take a look at that now I’m going to choose to send my Message through an actual email, you can also send it through an SMS, which means It’s going to go to people’s phones, you’re going to need to use something like Twilio Or next mo or troppo, or something like that and you’re going to have to Integrate it, if that’s what you’re going to do, the next part you’re going to come to Is the send from area? This is actually the email that they’re going to see that it Actually came from and should they respond, the laxing respond to this email.

Too, once you build your email list within Kartra, you can choose who it’s Going to go to you’re going to get this drop-down and you can choose, you know: All types of different things, if you don’t have your list really built that Much yet you want to send it to everybody in the database, then you’re Going to click and I’m going to show you on the screen here: real quick you’re going to Click where it says everybody in my database, but you can also click on, has Opened email has not opened email that type of thing now the cool thing is Kartra is actually going to tell you how many leads you selected once you did.

That so you’re going to know upfront how many people is going to go off to now. Here’s a screenshot of that it says five leads selected. Five emails filled in None of them are blocked and five total to sins. So before you send you’re going to Know how many emails going to actually go out now? The next thing you can do is A be split test, so you know you can have two different emails going out depending Upon what you want to send you know, maybe you want to test one message in One different message in the other one now will tell you when you’re, when You’re testing, you only want to test one variable, so maybe it’s the headline.

Because you’re trying to increase open rate, but the email is identical. If you If you change the headline and the email you’re not going to know, you know which Email is better if you have the same exact email in two different headlines: You’re going to know which headline got them to open it more than the other one. So make sure you do that now you can also toggle between basic and advanced Now, when you do that, that’s going to give you some different options that Don’t forget, you got ta, have links in those emails when you’re sending those Emails out the whole point is to get them to click and go somewhere and do Something whether it’s a download, whether it’s to read your blog, whether It’s to buy a product, so don’t forget to put those in every single email now, once You do about one email, then you do your other email, maybe changing the headline.

So that you can test the difference in those headlines now, if you go into the Advanced setting on these emails, you can actually change components like Templates for your emails in there in colors and backgrounds, and that type of Thing: here’s a screenshot of what that looks like and you see you have design Templates right there, you have full templates, my templates, so it gives you That added feature right there now here’s an example of one of the emails Here and some of the things that you can do with it and if you notice, you know, The font really stands out well here, because the background color is Different and you can do a lot more with it if you’re in the advanced now there Are schools of thought that say? Well, you know email should be basically should Look like every other email they get from their friends and that type of Thing we tend to use just black text on a white background and I’ll put some Images in there every now, but those seem to convert better for us.

Than anything else, these take a lot more time to build ones like this, but if That’s what you want to do. You can certainly do that in culture now, one Thing you want to be careful about, is don’t click the X or delete button, an Email editor, unlike building pages and other things, In Kartra, where you can just hit the go back button once you click, the lead is Gone, you can’t go back so you’re going to lose everything.

You worked on. I’ve Written my two e-mails: does that mean I can go ahead and send them now? No, not Quite because what we have to do now is decide what percent of these emails are? Going to go to one group versus the other group, the percent has to add up to 100 %, so you know, maybe you want 50/50 split. Maybe you’re really concerned that This one emails not going to do well, so you only want to put ten person in that Then you would put 90 percent the other one either way.

You’ve got to make that Decision at this point, what is the percentage of split now, if you’re, using Any type of dynamic variables – and what I mean by that is it changes each time an Email goes out, so I may have deer and then put it in first name right. There And it’s going to fill in John or Bob or Becky or whoever it is. When do you send Out your test, email, which you should every single time, it’s going to say, dear Test in that particular area right there, so keep that in mind now, once you play Around the park for a little bit and you see what an automation is you’re going to Understand that, but you got to get in there and kind of work with it a little Bit I know initially when I looked at it, I’m Like what the heck is that? What does that mean? But now I know it and I understand it so it just takes some time and don’t quit.

You know just keep working you’ll get this stuff. I know it seems foreign to You, but it only seems foreign to you cuz, you haven’t done it once you’ve done it. A few times it’s going to seem very commonplace, so number one I can set up. An automation to go out to people who have not opened my emails after a Hundred hours, okay, I can send them a whole different email that may make them More likely to open it, maybe I can change the subject line.

Do something Along those lines, so those automations are really helpful. For cleaning up your list and getting people to open your emails when they’re Not opening them now you can also break these into lists. So number two is: if a Lead has actually opened my email, I may add, Them to another list, because I know these people are interested in my Product or services now here’s an example right here: you don’t have to do.

This, but you probably should it’s a it’s a helpful way to further segment. Your Leads by setting up these automations, so you can see here. We’ve got a couple: Things set up early holiday, painting announcement within a hundred hours if You know the lead does not open that particular one then subscribe the lead. To the list ignored, email, okay and then we have some different emails that go Out on that, and then the second one says that lead opens email, early holiday, Painting announcement: okay, subscribe them to the list: open email, And then we can send them a different automation now, at this point, Everything’s set up, I can go ahead and get ready to send out my emails now.

The Cool thing with Kartra is: I can set it up to go out right now. I can schedule it. For another day now, keep in mind the way the time works in Kartra. It’s always Set on Eastern Standard Time, so if you’re in the West Coast like we are, we Are three hours behind them? So you know if I want to send an email at you know: 12:00 noon, I’m going to need to send it for 3:00 p.M. In the afternoon. It’s all going to be settled Eastern Time, so you can do that and the last Thing you can do is if you’re working on an email and you’re not ready to send it.

You want to do some more stuff to it. You can just save it as a draft. Now the cool Thing is once you’ve sent ten broadcast in Kartra. It will start to suggest to You the best time of day and week, a month of when to send out your emails. That’s a good overview on the emails. How to Make an Opt-In Form for Your Email Marketing

They can Just sign up right there, you can have it at the end of your post. You can have it in your Social media profiles – Really, you can put it Anywhere that there’s a link, So I heard that you can buy A list of email addresses: Is that really the best practice Yeah? That’s a no We’ve all been added to lists where you get these Emails and you’re like who the heck is this from That’s true: That’s a one-way ticket to spamville.

So don’t do that. Don’t be that person. The easiest way is just To give your readers the opportunity to sign up and then they’ll enjoy the Content that you’re sending and most likely read it Now. I know I’m already a part of a lot of different email lists and I wouldn’t really Wan na join another one. So what do you do to make someone Or entice them to sign up Yeah. Obviously your Fans are going to join’cause, they want your content, but some of your readers and fans may need a little extra incentive and that’s where an Opt-In incentive comes in So this can be anything where hey sign up and You get this freebie or you get my checklist on How to be more productive things like that, Just give them something that Encourages them to to sign up so that way, they’re not just Signing up for another list And a lot of times you Will have people sign in get the little freebie and Bounce and unsubscribe, But a lot of the time you Will have people who will stay And if you have great content, They’re going to stick around and that’s more opportunity for you to market you and your business As you’ve often heard content is king.

So now Morgan, you have Your email subscribers, but now how do you keep them Yeah, so you wan na make sure number one is that you have a really eye-catching subject line. I think one of the easiest way to do this is to throw an emoji in there, because when I see that Those emails stand out And don’t just go. Emoji crazy’cause, that’s a little too much, but you wan na have just a little emoji, just get a little color a little pop and then also have a subject line that really says ooh.

I need To click that I want that, So yes, content is king, and so you wan na make sure that content is super relevant to your audience. They signed up and they wan na stick around for what they signed up for That’s what they’re expecting. So if you have a newsletter that has the top five articles of the week and then you change it up on Them and you’re just saying hey: this is what I did today and here’s a vlog about my life.

You may find people who Aren’t really into that, because they actually really liked your top five articles of the week So make sure that your content is relevant and really driving to not Only what your users want, but also what you want for your business. This is a huge opportunity to convert these users Into paying customers so you’re going to have to balance that And another way to get people To opt-in to your email list is to have subscriber-only perks.

I know I’m a part of some email list where you get first chance at merchandise or opportunities to see different articles before everybody else does, and it kinda makes you feel special Part of the cool kids club Exactly And the next thing is: don’t Email, your subscribers everyday [, Morgan ]! No, You don’t wan na be that one That floods, everyone’s email, We know who you are company X, (, laughs, ), Unsubscribe So make sure to space it out and give your subscribers a Breather every now and then So guys you need to get started.

Creating your opt-in, And your email list now It is so important, Even if you don’t have a product, yet you have people who will be following you and you want to start creating And building that list, even if your product is a year out so that way when it is ready to launch boom, you have an Instant base of customers that you can now sell to Don’t wait, And I know it’s a lot of work in coming up with these emails and I’m already doing social media, I’m already doing blog Posts but make the time It doesn’t have to be like we said.

Definitely don’t do once a day. How To Do Email Marketing For Affiliate Marketing! (Step By Step)

Here with Eric Ellis jr. Dot-com and have you been struggling with email marketing, or are you trying to figure out how to get started? Have you been running email, marketing campaigns, but your emails haven’t been converting? You haven’t been getting cells. This article is going to show you step by step, how you can write a converting email and, more importantly, the steps necessary to actually convert your emails into dollar dollar bills stay tuned guys the fortune is in the follow.

The reason why I wanted to do this is because I was creating my email marketing campaign and I decided why not share this, so I can go and give value to people because people might be struggling with in their email marketing. Let me ask you a question: um, have you heard of email marketing? Have you started to email marketing coming to one or two below coming up one below if you’ve heard of email, marketing khamenei two below if you’ve actually started implementing it into your business? Now the thing is, and also I’m going to want you to comment where you’re from so I want to see where people are viewing from, but more importantly, share this to your feed.

People who are in affiliate marketing can definitely bit benefit from this right now. Um, basically, what I use is I use Aweber Aweber is the software I use to actually create my emails to do my email marketing campaigns right, but I want to share with you guys a strategy um that not a lot of people are taking, that Vantage of When it comes to their email, marketing, business and I’ll try to make this as quick as possible right, but basically, if this is an email marketing tutorial to help, you crush it within your affiliate marketing business and how to increase your conversion.

So that way, you can crush it as an affiliate marketer. Now a lot of people who start doing email marketing the way that they’re taught is you get them through your sales funnel once you get them to yourselves when you capture that lead, then you follow up with them, and then you reintroduce them back into your sales. Page right was correct, however, when you’re introducing them to your sales page.

If all you’re doing is pitching your email list, you literally have no chance of succeeding as an affiliate marketer long term. The engagement on your list is going to go downhill now, if you have thousands of dollars that you’re spending per week – and you constantly – I have new people coming on your list – cool a lot of people do that, but at the end of the day, if you Want to start a long term, sustainable business with your affiliate, marketing, business or internet marketing business.

You want to make sure that you are simply providing value to your lists. Now what I mean by that people are going to be more engaging with your actual guys. All email marketing is for an email list. It’s a distribution blog, it’s a following! It’s another form of a following! Imagine if you had a large Instagram following and all you did was pitch people on it on an business opportunity or some sort of opportunity.

They’re eventually going to go ahead and your engagement is going to go out the window right. It’s the same thing with an email list: it’s a following. You have to keep them engaged. You have to keep them to where they like you and, more importantly, you want to build a list of people who know like and trust you, because people don’t buy stuff from people, they don’t know like and trust. So an example: I’m simply going to show you guys real time me.

Actually, I’m setting up my email follow-up series now, basically, you can do this for broadcast or you can do this with just regular follow-up series right now. What I do is, I simply search the web for valuable content that is congruent with the following that I’m building and will provide value to my list right now. People think it’s a waste of time, um, creating email, copy, write, writing emails and providing value because they’re like them.

If I create something like this, I’m not going to generate any income guys. One thing garyvee preaches is that majority of the moves that he makes us for 10 years ahead of time. It’s the same thing with email, marketing right make moves not for today, but for tomorrow. If you want a long-term, sustainable business, you have to provide value. It’s called the 8020 rule, 80 % by a 20 % pitch, so um guys.

You can do this anywhere, but one thing that I’m using is basically: where are we so click funnels? If you guys don’t know what click photos is, if you do know that it is great, they have a blog where they have podcasts and basically, what they do is they have valuable content within my niche, like ever in digging this amount of valuable. So what I’m going to do is I’m simply just scrolling down seeing what what people see value in right.

Now, if you look at this, I’m not look at this, but if we look, I was looking at a couple of articles that this article has 287 shares. Now, I’m not even going to read this article, but if you read what it says, assembly says how to scale your ads like purple. Now any of you reading this article who have started affiliate marketing, internet marketing, e-commerce, whatever it may be right and you failed in paid advertisement if you received an email right, I’m going to show you the headline, because all I’m doing is.

I did not listen to this podcast. This is simply the finding valuable content and I’m just going to go ahead and literally distribute this to my following. So my email list. Basically, I basically keep filling actually keep telling with paid ads, but I’m going to say tired of filling with paid ads, so a capturing headline. So basically, if you receive the email, one thing when it comes to your email marketing is that you’re competing.

If I was go to my email, I literally get about 50 emails a day. So with that being said, I do go through all my emails, my process of my emails that literally delete about 90 % of them and then about 10 % of them I’ll go ahead and save and then I’ll filter based off of the headlines. Whether I want to go through them or not so based off of your headline, it will be extremely crucial, now again share this feed, because somebody could benefit from this share.

This people want to learn about email marketing, even if you’re not doing affiliate marketing. You just want to learn how to follow up with leads, or you want to learn how to generate leads right, there’s going to be crucial for you guys, but so this is going to be cat eye capturing tired of filling with paid ads. That is when it comes to marketing negativity sales. Why do you think the media is always talking about negative negativity, negativity, negativity, negativity because people subconsciously rather listen to something negative than something positive.

Unfortunately, right if I was to say, learn how to crush it with paid advertisement and compares them to tired of felling with paid ads, it’s not going to convert as high as as as high as this negative headline for the email now guys, just kind of recap: People are brand new to email, marketing. Basically, email marketing is simply following up with the leads that you generate from a sales funnel driving traffic, whether it’s paid or free traffic.

Once you generate those leads you’re going to follow up with them, not only with different offers. Right within your niche, so that way you can monetize that email list, but what I’m going over right now is how to ten times how to freakin crush it. How to increase your conversions in yourself, I believe it or not. People are probably thinking how do I increase my sales with certain sort of email copy, I’m actually going to break down this email copy, but no the main way to increase your sales is by building trust with your list building a relationship by sending them valuable content.

So, let’s eeeek this email copy. Yes, I did write this myself. No, I’m not a copywriter. However. I’ve been studying marketing sales and marketing for a long period of time. So I dunno what does selling what it does not sell. So, let’s break it down so pay for an Eric here. I’ve I’ve been there dot that dot. So that’s basically like a cliff cliff hanger. It gets people to keep on reading because subconsciously they’re like you’ve, been aware.

Eric now, obviously is congruent with this chart of filling with paid ads right. You tired now guys I speak very improper in my emails because I’m a regular person – and I don’t – I don’t – try to seem very Scelzi and like a robot right. Sometimes it’s an improper grammar and sometimes I’ll do curse right. You, tired of spending money and not getting a return on your investment question mark and also I’m basically um starting the pain right, hitting people with pain, tapping into people’s emotions.

People who have felt this before or tried as before, they’re going to go ahead and continue to read this and then I transition with relating with my reader right relating with my audience. Now I use the same formula and the same way to actually pitch products for refer products. Rather, with all my email marketing now, why is this crucial guys when you provide value to your list? I would simply save this. Come actually going to use this. You provide value to your list. You start to build a relationship with them. That’s how you build a core following literally you have to swallow the fact that 90 % of the people on your list will never buy a single product from you, but it’s that 10 %, that you build a relationship that are causally going to be opening up.

Your emails they’re going to be looking for your content and they’re going to be looking for what you’re referring that’s, where 90 % of your income will be that 90 % of your income is in the 10 %, so email marketing tutorial guys. You find valuable content. You distribute it write, compelling email copy and you freaking send it to your list and you do this, every other email, some emails. You should pitch your product, some emails.

You should just give them complete freaking value. Now, if you look somewhere at the top, the bottom right left, if you guys don’t have a cell phone a software or even if you don’t know how to create cells for us to actually capture leads. I want to give you three real, simple ideas that you can use.

Now, where you get notified of all of the articles that I come out with on a daily basis, now, you’ve come online and you’ve heard all the maybe the great things about creating passive income, and you can do it online. But I need to tell you that that created passive income online takes some effort.

It takes some work, you can’t just you can’t just like start, you know one day and just say boom, I’m going to do this as snis and start earning passive income. It takes a little bit of effort to get it up and running okay, but once you get it up and run it and it gets working, then you can earn very good past passive income. You know from the the effort that you put in ok so just understand that going in there’s, there’s really no push button option, but I’m going to show you three ways that you can.

You know utilize these online and start making money now the first one is going to be really the easiest one and that’s going to be through a series of blogging. Okay, you can set up a wordpress blog and you can start writing articles now. You might have heard a blogger before, and you might have said. Oh blogging is crazy in yeah. You know, the truth is, is that blogging takes time it takes effort? It takes a lot of creativity to get it set up, but the best thing about blogging is this: is that Google is the number one search engine online? It’s the absolute first place that people come to.

They go to it when they come online. They go to Google and they type in how to do stuff, whatever you know like how’d it how to do this, how do that they’re searching for different things, they’re actually searching for solutions to problems, and if you create a blog, that’s all geared around solving a Particular problem: Google is going to rank that what your web in their search results and then what happens is if somebody comes there and they search for a particular problem and they’re looking for a solution.

If your website comes up within like the first page, you know your link and then people click on that and then go to your blog and they go to your your your article, okay, so I’m your blog you’re, basically going to be creating content. That’s going to be solving a problem: okay, so blogging, if you’re going to blog and just write a blog about yourself and you’re, going to write a blog about your journey, that’s okay! What I like to do is I like to create blog posts around a particular problem that people have and I give the solution on the blog, because, if they’re searching on Google and they come to my blog and they and they create a read Marta chol – and I solved that problem for them or help them solve that problem for them.

Then Google is going to send me a ton of more traffic to that website. Now, with blogging you got ta. Have you got to really be consistent with this? You got to do it almost daily and you almost have to do it daily for the next couple of years before it really starts to take off for you. I know it’s probably not what you want to hear and I know you want to start today and you want to start, you know crushing it, but you know you could be blog.

You could be blog in the next couple of years and really it’ll start to take off. After all, the links get inside of Google. So what you do is you set up a wordpress blog and you start writing articles and you start writing articles daily and be consistent with it and then what you, what you do, is you put in your affiliate links inside of these articles now? How does this make this passive? Well, if you write an article today and it gets put into Google, that article will be sitting on the website, it’ll be sitting on your website forever.

As long as you keep it up. There and Google constantly be setted traffic to that. So people come to your site, they read it, they click on your affiliate link, they go buy up the the product or they offer, and then you make money. So it’s passive because you know you could be out doing whatever you’re doing you could be it it. Your job or you can be a traveling, you can do whatever you want and you’re still generating traffic and your shirt still generating people to click them through your affiliate links and making money.

So that’s going to be the first one. The second one is going to be YouTube articles. I know you probably thinking will YouTube articles. I want to do that, but I’m telling you it’s one of the best ways to do right now and it’s the future of the internet. Right now, YouTube is still in its early stages and everybody is you look at all the the cable cutting you know. People are dropping their cable and they’re just coming online they’re coming to YouTube and they’re.

Looking for entertainment, they’re coming here to look for solutions, YouTube is owned by Google and Google loves to out rank YouTube articles over at all websites on the internet, so that is a huge advantage to you. So what you do well, you do the same thing. You would be doing with an article. You find a solution to a problem that people are searching for when somebody searches either on YouTube or they search on Google for a particular solution to a problem, and you create a article around that you know solution or that you know that problem that people have.

They come there, they see that article and they click on your affiliate link in the description. Okay, so you create a article and you can do it just like this. You can either talk into the camera like this or you can use a screen sharing program like there’s a Camtasia. I use ScreenFlow for my Mac, so these are really good programs that you can use now you just all you do is you can create slides? Okay with pictures and and text, and you can use ScreenFlow or Camtasia, and you can basically record the screen as you’re talking through the slides, Google.

You know, Google Drive is free and you can use the slides program inside of Google slides, so you’re just going to create a article with slides and what you’re going to do is you’re going to be solving a particular problem. Now, at the end of the article, you say: hey click on the link below this article and that’s going to give you some more information on how you can take this to the next level or how you can get more information on solving a the bigger problem That that people have now, how does this make this passive? Well, basically, what happens is is people you know you put on the that article out there, and the people will always be able to search that article, that article could stay on YouTube for the next 20 years, where 50, how along YouTube online? Once you create that article, it’s online, its searchable people are looking at it they’re finding it they’re clicking the links and they’re going to your affiliate offers and clicking on your affiliate offers and hopefully buying the product through your affiliate link.

Now this is going to be something that you have to create articles on a consistent daily basis and you have to get out there and do some research on it. This is not going to be something where you can create a couple of articles and then hope for the best. It’s not going to happen. There’s too much way too much competition out there. You have to be consistent and you got to be always creating new stuff and put it in online, but once it gets online once your articles are out there they’re passive they’re, generating clicks and traffic and all that good stuff and you make passive income now.

The third way – and this is my favorite way – is going to be through email marketing. If you have a blog and you have articles, you could sense people to a landing page. They get onto your your email list and then you can have an autoresponder series that could go out for the next year. Could go go out for the next two years. I have a particular autoresponder that people get in and then it goes out for the for an email goes out every day automatically for the next year.

Just every day it just goes out, and so why is that passive? Well, those emails are being sent to these two people that are on that list every day for the next year I mean I don’t have to be there. I don’t have to write an email. I don’t have to do anything. All I have to do is drive people to a landing page, get them on to that to the email list, and then I can send them information about products.

I can send them information about different services that I have and then it’s it’s. You know it’s driving people to a sales page, a article page and then that’s bringing in income and that’s passive income. Okay, so that’s the three ways. The first way it’s going to be blogging you’re, going to use Google SEO to get traffic to your to your article content. The next one is going to be article. You can use YouTube, create a article and then put it out there and then you’ll start to generate traffic and clicks to your affiliate offer and then also email, marketing, you’re going to have an autoresponder series that goes out for the next year and then inside that Autoresponder series you will have links to offers affiliate marketing.

You know, maybe your own products, whatever you want to do, but it’s passive because it just goes out every day and it sends people to your sales page or your affiliate link. Okay, so there you go.
