You know they’re an Intelligent person, I’ve got a good job, but throughout that time like me, they Realized that the job wasn’t everything they only got a couple weeks holiday, Every single year and they’re looking for something else, but they didn’t want To do anything inauthentic, and that was the first thing they always say to me as They they want to be authentic, and I like that. The second thing is they Want to be able to do something and test it, so they can transition safely.
So what They’Re looking for is something that will actually help them. Go there safely. They’Re, looking for a side hustle to start it and see what happens? Is they Try a lot of things and typically they get into a place where they’re selling Tupperware or the next best nutrient supplement and always turns into one of Those weird pyramid things where you’ve got a sell, someone and a sell someone and sell Someone and eventually that burns out for them and they find themselves back At square one, so they look at all sorts of different opportunities.
I think Property or maybe selling on Amazon or starting another business here, maybe They become a coach or they look at all sorts of things, but really they Haven’T found their thing and what I always suggest when they ask me this, I Say Chris, what should I do? I said there’s one thing and this one Thing is the easiest thing to start. It gives you the number one skill to grow. Your business, any business long-term and it’s going to set you up for your future.
When you decide what it is, you really want to do and you can get paid really. Really well for it, and that is becoming a digital marketer. Here’S why it’s so Great number, one being a digital marketer. You can work part time also Being a digital, marketer, you’re able to solve a big problem for businesses, which Is getting them leads? Another thing that I like about it Is that it’s a science marketing is a science.
It’S really simple: it’s not a Huge crazy science. We have to learn all sorts of things. It’S just step by step. What you do for one person you do for every other one, here’s what I also like! About it is because you solve a big problem, you can make lots of money in Fact, a client of mine is making sixty thousand dollars a month working about Thirty hours a week – and I don’t know about you but 60 grand a month – that’s About seven hundred twenty thousand dollars a year 30 hours a week, would Sound pretty good, but here’s.
The best thing is when you learn this skill, you Set yourself up for any other business that you want to do in the future, so Three years ago I made a decision that I start certifying and teaching others how To be a digital marketer, it took me three years to get the program together. And to get it up to test it to measure it to figure out exactly what works now, We’Ve got that we’re able to show anyone in a six month program how to become Certified as a digital marketer to leave their job create a very high profit.
Slide hustle that really really helps them. Here’S a question I have for you: Think about this, how many businesses do you know they have a great product or Service, but could do with more exposure. More leads, more business, more sales, you couldn’t walk down any Street in any small town and not five. Four five, six Seven eight ten twenty businesses they should be selling their products or Services online true, and they don’t know how.
Typically, these business owners are In their late 40s, early 50s and even 60s, the Internet to them doesn’t make sense. What’S up, How are ya Good, No surprise we’re going to Dive into Facebook today The book face But I also ( laughing ) The face book. It is your favorite right, It is my favorite No well, I don’t like To choose favorites So we’re talking about Facebook for your business – Maybe I just have a personal page and I’ve decided – maybe it’s Time to create a business page for my business right, What are kind of the First, steps that I need to really think about Well you’re, already, Off to a great start, You wan na go to a business page And that’s really important.
Because then, you get the ability to track metrics and analytics So absolutely business. Page over personal page And then from there You wan na make sure you set up your profile. Get that profile photo. Usually your logo works great or maybe, if it’s your personal brand use a great headshot of yourself and then take that cover photo to really showcase your Products or your services and then from there make Sure all your information is up to date And that Is really important? Your hours, your website, Your phone number 100 % And make sure that lines up with your Google And your Yelp listings too Right I went into a coffee shop recently I Was in northern California, You drink a lot of coffee, ( laughing ), It’s true And the cashier was looking At me, like I don’t know like, maybe she wanted to rush me and I’m thinking they’re Open for two more hours, what’s the deal, ( laughing ) Sure enough, they were Closing in five minutes I go, but your Facebook says and I wanted to Go into my spiel like this, but I saved it got a quick Coffee to go fortunately, but that’s the whole point.
I left with a customer experience that wasn’t as ideal And then onto probably one of the largest most impactful components: content Right, always preach Quality over quantity Yeah, so you definitely Want to make sure you vary your content, So mix it up. You know you don’t Wan na become predictable; Okay, And you also don’t want to turn into just a business always talking about yourself right. It becomes so salesy.
When it’s always about me, me me So salesy me me me: yeah, Buy this, buy that Yeah sell, sell, sell; Rather you want to Tell tell tell Exactly ( laughing ) Throw something out there. That’S entertaining I mean social media is escapism. Oh yeah, Throw in a good laugh But also educate me, So I always tell my friends: That I follow my dentist on Facebook and they look At me, like I’m crazy, Why right What And it’s because my dentist Shares really educational tips and tricks like how to whiten my teeth without spending hundreds of dollars.
I saw also my yoga studio was just giving a friendly Reminder to stretch how to maintain the zen, which Is really important in life? Absolutely Also, sharing testimonials that you’ve already Received on Yelp and Google and turning it into a Facebook post Right repurpose that content Take that review. Let’S Say it went on about your your ice cream, you’re an ice cream shop, And the review goes on about How you have the best flavors, but the ultimate flavor Is definitely rocky road, Absolutely Yeah, it’s the best Hands down.
So you have that review that the customer went on About your rocky road ice cream and then use Canva or Something and in the background of that review and select A picture of the rocky road on a nice ice cream cone. It really brings it to life. For those of you that don’t know, Canva is a free website that Has all sorts of templates and kits and graphics For literally all things that you could possibly create Like social media templates, Facebook headers all that Good stuff and it’s free – I use it pretty religiously, Also article, So I’m a huge advocate, Of article I love article Just keep it on the shorter Side, attention spans are short Seems like under two minutes: Or so under three minutes Yeah.
Definitely I would even a minute is good and also doing behind the scenes footage. That’S one of my favorite things about following local businesses is like well, I wan na know how This all comes together And showcase your staff And also repurpose anything your customers take User generated content And I think what gets A lot of people hung up on, creating article is, maybe they don’t have a production set like we do right, (, laughing ) And that’s okay.
Our smart phones are Pretty darn good right, Yeah they’re, pretty smart, Take a article with your phone and even it doesn’t have To be the best quality Go behind the scenes. People like that story like to see the other side of things, and it really helps them. Relate to who you are as a business owner You’re, not just some faceless company. So next up we have these groups. Can you tell us a little Bit about what the Facebook groups are and how I can potentially leverage It as a business owner Yeah, so definitely Encourage you to pay attention to other like-minded Businesses, but also groups to piggy back off the Engagement, you already have, I will say, content is Where you wan na spend most of your time, but Groups can be an advantage to getting your business More exposure for sure, So next up we have advertising.
What do we do with the Paid advertising aspect Yeah, so it’s no secret. Facebook has gone on Record to say organic reach is on ( whistling ) the decline Don’t give up on it. Organic content is still Alive and well and breathing, but I think Facebook posts that you boost has a lot of potential and you Can reach a targeted audience, which is one of favorite things about it? You can start off with like five bucks and you can get in front Of a specific demographic age group, zip codes and That way, you know your post is going to reach the right people And with I would kinda Look at the post that maybe have done the best And then boost those and get those that reach out.
That’S a really good point. Thank you for bringing that up. It’S usually ( laughing ) Wait you’re the expert ( laughing ) I dabble So with Facebook. It’S you wan na go ahead and let the post that you’re Doing hang out organically for a little bit, Let it chill see how it Does garner some reach Now once it garners some Reach then boost it, That’s what we found to work best While a lot of people. I Speak to think, there’s no way to track this to ROI.
That’S a total myth. You can actually go ahead and look at it’s called your insights tab and it breaks down everything. You know what your audience is liking engaging with. Are they Clicking on the links, what time of day they’re doing this, and when you look at all of that and really understand it, the insights you can truly be informed about. Where do I go from here right Like? Where do I go from When it comes to which days work best to post, what Time of day works best Does my audience prefer The entertaining posts more than the educational And on which days And from there you can truly Come up with a great strategy, What happens if I’m not Getting maybe the engagement that I want? Are there any like, like Just great pro tips or boosts that I can do to help me.
Just skyrocket and get in front of those people Yes, Contests: Okay, how so So recently, I saw this cafe that had a special music guest coming in and they encouraged their Audience on the Facebook post, which is like promoting the music, Okay, yeah Comment below and tag a friend and then they’re going to do a random drawing, and it’s like two free Tickets to the show That quick little tag, A friend now becomes just free advertisement for you and it’s costing you a couple tickets or maybe a free, drink or free burger.
Exactly Or whatever you do, You could also ask a question: What is your “ go, to” order when You come into our restaurant Or, what’s you favorite thing on the menu and your favorite person to dine with, And so it’s your customers Spreading word of mouth about what’s great to eat So on Twitter and Instagram Hashtags are super relevant, but I don’t always see It as often on Facebook Are they a thing.
Absolutely I mean here’s the thing when it comes to using hashtags Whether it’s on Twitter or Instagram or Facebook, Or if you’re just posting either way you got ta monitor it, because it’s going to be Different for each business, It doesn’t hurt to use Them just be mindful and use relevant, hashtags Perfect and probably only one or two Don’t go overboard. Just a few Yeah, you don’t need to go overboard.
This has been The Journey. Thank you. So much for reading Make sure to like and comment. Below subscribe to know when our next articles are coming atcha and we are signing off
Maybe I have a coffee Shop that has a skate park in the back, who knows, What’s kind of the first step. What should I be looking at So think about your audience? I know Instagram is Definitely preferred by teens and Millennials, so that’ll be Great for your business idea, which you stole from me, ( laughing ), But also some cons like a lot Of the platforms out there there’s a pay to play component Right.
It’S important to Think about who are you trying to target before You even get on there Also identify your voice. Because you wan na be on there and be consistent because After all, it’s your brand, So you don’t wan na Be one way on one post then 360 on another post, And it’s hard to follow, Yeah, which I know for small businesses, because they’re doing and juggling a million different things. Sometimes they’ll have Four different people at the business doing the Instagram, And while I see why they’re doing that, it comes off that way.
And it’s too inconsistent from the way the photos Look to the coloring to the captions. It’S just there’s, no consistency there! Absolutely! So what about my profile? I’Ve seen some pretty great profiles. I’M just looking around I’ve seen some bad ones. What are some best practices? And things to avoid So best practices, definitely Starting with the name, you want your name to Be consistent across –, So Coffee and Kickflips Yeah exactly Again stealing my business ( laughing ), So you wan na be consistent.
Across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, with That name that handle Also when it comes to Your photo, I’m sure, because it’s a visual platform there’s so many ideas. You wan na put up there Also stay consistent across the platforms and don’t forget your description. What should I really Put in my description Should, I just say: cool Come buy coffee in my shop or what should I do Just give me essentially Your elevator pitch, What makes you unique, Also feel free to just In a way kind of brag, What makes you cool All right, so Instagram Has posts and it has stories, Can you talk to us About some of the things we should look out for When we’re doing a post versus a story Yeah, so there’s a lot to Say about posting on Instagram One thing that I like to Remind small business owners is that it’s important To come off, authentic, consistent, but also professional, So it’s like a balance.
Those are the ingredients. The one good thing with Instagram is that, although it’s a highly visual platform, you don’t have to hire a photographer And give us a sense of That behind the scenes Who works there, The outside the inside of your business. I love that because you Can really get a sense of I’m already there, But you’re not you’re, maybe On the go or chilling at home on your couch, but you Could feel like you’re already at that business? I’Ve got a great idea.
Should we do behind the scenes? Let’S do a behind the scenes Right now Right now Absolutely So. This is really going to bring to life what we’re doing for All of y’all out there We’ll see if this makes the cut Okay cool, So we got behind the Scenes here of the crew Say: hi, Please, document this Perfect height, Oh, come on man, ( laughing ), All right, diving back in So line ( laughing ) Back to what we’re actually talking about You’re on Instagram, Great Literally all day.
Now what You wan na be active, proactive, So as a business, it’s really important that you’re paying Attention to when a customer or potential customer Comments on your post Let’em know. You heard Like their comment, respond back Also, if they’re tagging your business or mentioning acknowledge that as well And that can help with customer retention. I mentioned a business that I was at and I was traveling and doing My own thing on the road – and I just mentioned them – Because they had amazing soy latte and I was stoked on it Sure enough.
They respond Back with this genuine message of thanks for business, And even though I preach About this all the time and educate business owners on doing this, and it happened to me – I felt truly valuable and it like made my day So I’m more likely to go back. And do business with them Yeah I love it. We have an easy way. Just To actually talk to people, If you go up to a random Stranger and say hi they’re like wait.
What are you doing On Instagram, it’s just the norm Or if you call me don’t call me Who calls It’s 2019, So cool so give us a lowdown On just Instagram search Yeah, so Instagram Search is really helpful if you’re looking to for Example, grow your following: You wan na look for a target. Audience of your own look for people talking About things that pertain to your business Search those hashtags, Yes, search, hashtags So you can find people that are relevant and follow them, so you’re growing, an Organic following right Right, But also you can chime in On conversations with people, So maybe you area vegan restaurant.
Let me know I’ll be there. So if you’re, a vegan restaurant, maybe search for other people, Talking about vegan cooking vegan recipes, maybe you Then follow a vegan, blog or a chef and that way You’Re really cultivating this niche bubble, which Will ultimately help your engagement, which we’ll Talk about engagement right, I mean you brought it up, please Without further ado, So engagement right is really important because you wan na make sure You’Re measuring your success on there.
So engagement rate is your ROI, So you hear me say the word a lot, but what it actually is it’s some math. Are you ready? No, What was your best subject in school? Not math, Not math? Okay. So it’s really simple. Engagement rate is the number of likes divided by your followers times. 100 Carry the three divided by… ( laughing ), All right cool I’ll write it down for you later. Thank you, But that’s going to give you some insight as to hey this post.
It performed well, or it was a flop and Then from there you can even go further because If you’re on Instagram as a business, which you should be as a business page, Then you have insights, You can see what time of Day worked best to post with your audience what Day of the week worked best, and then you look at the engagement rate as well, and it’s just Going to help you to have this approach to posting That’S not so blind Right, it’s not a shot in the dark, It’s more of an educated guess, because it’s not always perfect, but it gets you in the right direction.
Yeah, But again you want to be there and active. So I really can’t stress: The importance of commenting and replying to your Customers as they’re engaging taking the time to engage With your business Literally comment back On every single person, Because they took the time to say something Replay back, Give them that time of day And have fun with the Stories just like we did because that’s truly a live element.
It’S a very organic, authentic element to your personality and your brand, And if you feel like, I don’t have time to do all this, then I Encourage brand ambassadors Get your staff involved in this Also come up with a hashtag. So that way, when your customers Come in they can start getting the content for you. And you can just sit back, use it repurpose it I’m all about efficiency Right. Well, thank you! So much for hashing it out on the Gram.
You’Ve been awesome. Emma Thanks for having me Do it for the Gram. Do it for the Gram Well, this has been The Journey, Make sure you comment and subscribe. So you know when the Articles are coming out next. Thank you again, signing off

Don't forget about your website! Check out the cost for some superb website management packages.
We listen to the same podcasts. Everyone wants to show off their big fancy mansion or their fast, expensive cars. They want you to believe that success is going to come to you. It doesn't work that way. If you want success, you have to go after it. So now, let me walk you through the steps to break free from this cycle of lies that you've experienced. That way, you can take control of your career, your income, and your life.
The first lie about Internet marketing
We see this all the time. You spend a lot of time searching, but you don't stick around long enough actually to make something happen and the reason that you do this. It isn't because you're lazy. It's because they told you it was going to be simple, and you made the mistake of believing them. The danger in that is when success doesn't come easy, as you expect it. Should you give up because you think you've failed, you haven't failed. You just haven't put in enough time, enough effort yet to find success. Honestly, I'm almost sure I would be in that same boat. If I hadn't seen the possible outcome and if I hadn't seen what it takes to get there. He found some little successes early on before he even knew what was going on, but because he found that success and knew what was possible.
He stuck with it, and he put in the years of hard work, and because of that, I knew for myself that it could happen, and I build site after a successful website because I know what it takes to get to success. If you're doing internet marketing the way we do it, here's what it takes, you're going to need to spend about an hour a day for a couple of months, writing about 30 blog posts.
The Second Lie
The second lie that they told you that this would come quickly. They told you you could get organic Google traffic in just four weeks. So what happens after eight weeks? And you haven't earned any money, yet you give up, you think you failed. That's just not true. The most reliable successes are the ones that take the longest because they're the successes that most people aren't willing to wait. If you care the most, if you can be the most patient, you can have the secure progress that lasts for months and years To come, you can have traffic that will last for way longer than you ever expected because you took the time to write, good content and didn't try to shortcut the process.
The Third Lie
The third and potentially most dangerous lie. Are they telling you that you can build a successful business by ripping off your customers? Now they don't blatantly tell you this. They don't blatantly tell you most of these lies, but they do tell you this. Let me share a quote from one of our Project: 24 members who sent this to us just the other day. Here's what he said. I have been an SEO consultant for six years and used to be a web designer.
So a lot of this is second nature. To me – and I can do things quickly, but the difference is with my projects. In the past, I focused on low-value content and massive backlinks. That's now flipped on its head, and I'm enjoying it way more than how I used to work between 2013 and 2017. Things have been working as an SEO consultant since I stopped gathering a high quantity of low rated backlinks. I can't believe I fell for their lies.
The way that most people tell you to do them forget about the content. It doesn't matter how bad it is. As long as you can build enough links, you'll rank on Google; we tell you the exact opposite focus on helping your readers. It doesn't matter if you can get a ranking real, quick. You won't get significant Google traffic to your website for a sustained period. If you don't take the time to help your customers, you will not win Google traffic, and you will not achieve success because you started thinking about yourself first instead of your customers.
You get the traffic over time. You get the monetization, you will be rewarded for this substantially, but first, you have to create value for a customer. Don't cheat the people who are earning you money by giving them garbage, so here's the tip instead of spending time trying to build links. How about you spend a little bit of extra time researching a good article, making an overly helpful post for your readers make a resource that just blows them out of the water, which do you think your customers will value most? You can extract value in any business if, first, you can create value, and link building just doesn't create value.
The Last Lie
Will I create good content? The last lie is you tell yourself someday I'm going to do this. That is the biggest lie of all. If you're not willing to do it today, chances are you're not going to be ready to do it tomorrow or even a year from now, and so that's it. I want you to start soon, and I don't mean figuratively. I mean right now, there's nothing more important for what you could do for your career, for your life, then to get after it. Go for your goals to make things happen, break out of the cycle of lies.
Don't let the lies stop you, don't let anything be the thing that stops you! Break out of this cycle of lies and get after it! Make something happen for yourself, don't believe it when they say it's easy, don't think so It when they say it's fast and don't think so yourself when you tell yourself, I'll, do it later.
Start now by writing 30 useful blog posts. Get yourself up one hour earlier every day for two months, and you'll be on your way to success. You'll have done enough to be able to start reaching your market. However, be patient with yourself. Now the question is: do you have the courage to get started today to make this happen for yourself?
Today, I'm going to share 7 digital marketing. Strategies that I have personally used and gotten results with, And if there's only one thing that you take away From this article, it's to not try all of these at once. Instead pick one of these strategies: experiment, and master the blog before moving on to the next, Let's get to it. So before we dig into these strategies, you need to make sure that you're adopting today's mindset of the consumer.
Today we live in a "content" first world. People are looking for information before they buy, so you need to put yourself in the buyer's shoes, rather than allowing yourself to get blinded by how great you think your products and services are. The mentality you need to adopt is to help people, rather than trying to cold, sell them. When you help people solve problems through free and valuable content that is relevant to your business. You reach larger audiences and build trust. The best part is that you get the opportunity. To show people how your products and services can help them solve their problems and fulfill their desires and needs.
BLOGGING!
Alright, so the first internet marketing strategy is blogging with SEO. Isn't writing about what you did today, or even something nobler like an epiphany, you had. This kind of content can work well if you have an existing and loyal audience. But for most of us, we just want to get more traffic leads and sales. We need to intentionally target problems that your target audience wants to solve In the world of blogging. This whole process can be summed up as a technique called a keyword, "Research". Let me show you two clear-cut examples of how keyword research works.
In the first example? Let's say you sell physical products like computer parts and accessories. What do you think future customers might be searching for in Google. Probably questions like why is my computer so slow. How to build a computer,? How to speed up a computer? These are all very real problems that people are looking for solutions to? Ahrefs' Keywords Explorer, tells us exact search queries get tens of thousands of searches each month. Now the best part about these specific queries, Is that you can help people solve their problems while integrating products from your store? In the content, "Why is my computer so slow?" It could be a hard drive, CPU or ram problem. So you should be blogging about fixing a slow computer. That will help readers diagnose their problems.
Don't forget to offer product solutions within your post "How to build a computer'' would be a super easy plug for any computer components. They're already showing intent to build, so it's unlikely that they've already purchased parts and peripherals.
Alright, here is the second example. Let's say: you're a real estate agent and you're compensated when someone buys sells or rents a property Now the thing that most agents do is boast. About how many homes they've sold or how they won an award that you nor I have never heard of. My point is that the average buyer or seller doesn't care and to prove my point, no one is searching for things like which realtor won the most awards in New York. But again, potential customers are looking For solutions to their problems. Problems like how to invest in real estate. How to buy a house? What credit score is needed to buy a house? And again, these all have the potential to attract a massive audience By ranking in Google for something like "how To invest in real estate?'' Now attracting potential buyers with deep pockets and they likely have intent to buy Content on "How to buy a house?'' would likely require the work of an agent at some point which could be you. "What credit score is needed to buy a house'' Is a great way to show that your knowledge and intentions go beyond making a sale. The best thing about blogging for SEO is that once you rank you'll be getting free, consistent and passive traffic from Google. If you're new to SEO.
Keyword Research
On doing keyword research that grows traffic and revenue, as well as an article on how to write A blog post with SEO in mind, for now, let's move on to the second strategy: Which is to invest in article content specifically on YouTube. YouTube is the second most visited search. The engine in existence To top that off article carousels nearly doubled, In 2017, in Google's search results, Video isn't just the future. It's the present and the same principle of helping potential Customers work for the article too. When people go to article search engines like YouTube, they're, looking to find answers to their questions. For example, if you bought a so-called "new iPhone X" on eBay, you might search for "Phone X, unboxing'' and see if all of the contents. Are in the box And according to Ahrefs' Keywords, Explorer 108,000 searches are happening each month globally on YouTube alone.
For this keyword, this article that you're reading right now was chosen because I can see that people are specifically looking for digital marketing. Tutorials for beginners To come up with topic ideas that people are searching for in your niche head over to Ahrefs' Keyword, Explorer switch the search engine to YouTube and search for a broad keyword in your niche. Let's use "makeup'' as an example.
Now "makeup'' as a standalone keyword, isn't a problem. So, let's go to the questions report where you can see popular questions. People are searching for your topic and right away. You'll see great topic: ideas, Like, "how to clean makeup brushes'' and how to cover acne with makeup. Now when you're, creating these articles, try And keep the fluff out and pack in as much necessary value as possible doing this has helped us grow our YouTube views to over 150,000 views per month and best of all, since all of our articles show how our SEO tools can help it's led to thousands of new paying leads and customers specifically mentioning that they found us through YouTube. Most of our article growth was done through Youtube SEO so I'll leave links to a tutorial to help you rank your articles and get more views. Next up is social media marketing, Rather than covering every social media network.
I want to pass on a couple of important tips that will help you grow your social blogs. The first is to focus on just one social media, Blog when you're, just starting It takes time to build a following, But numbers aren't everything. What you want is a loyal following When you dip your toes into every possible Social media network out there, your attention gets divided and the results get diluted So which social media marketing blog do You choose That leads us into the second tip, which is to go where your target audience is.
And cater to the platform, If you have to choose just one social network, it's not about choosing the one with the Most active users, It's all about understanding the audience. That'S there and if you can serve the reason for them being there, You need to think about why someone Is logging into the specific social media network, For example, people usually go to YouTube. To learn how to do something or to be entertained, But Facebook is different.
Think about it. Have you ever logged onto Facebook, hoping That you would see an unboxing tutorial Or better yet have you ever opened your Facebook App hoping you would find a limited time offer that's 97 % off only for the next 37 minutes? Probably not People don't check Facebook with a credit card in hand. People like and share helpful things. Interesting, shocking or funny, So if you are going to try and bring people Into your world present your message as a story article or something else that will Likely stand out from the endless feed of vacation vanity shots Pinterest, on the other hand, is primarily a Social search engine where people can control what they want to search for The primary intent of users on this platform.
Is to get inspired, learn things and plan to do things So create content that caters to their intent. For being there, So if this is your audience, take advantage, Of a less competitive landscape from both ads and organic perspective, Speaking of ads, that's the next digital marketing. Strategy on the list for today, When it comes to paid advertising, please do not Throw your money blind into an ad network, because you read that it was good.
What works for one person won't necessarily work for the next person Instead think about the ABCs of paid advertising. A is for audience B is for budget and C is for commerciality. We'Ve already covered the audience part. You want to engage on social networks where Your target audience hangs out The Budget is the next one. Bloomberg reported that Google and Facebook Own a combined 58 % of the 111 billion dollar market Now the way ads work are usually based on auctions, The more advertisers there are, the more expensive It gets for you and I So let's say you're in the ultra-competitive Industry of conference calling, If we search for that keyword in Keywords, Explorer with Google set as the search engine you'll see that the cost per click from Google Ads is $ 20.
If you have an ad budget of let's say $ 1,000 per month, then, you'd only be able to get 50 clicks before your budget was depleted. Instead, you can do two things. The first option is to look for keywords that Have a lower cost per click Just go to the Phrase match report to see. All keywords in our keyword database that contain your target keyword Next set a filter to only show keywords that Have a maximum cost per click of something lower like $ 5 From here, you can filter through the list.
And see if there are some more lucrative opportunities rather than spending $ 20 per click, This one for a “ conference call app'', might Be good since it's a quarter of the price Another benefit. Is that the reason behind The searcher's query is more clear. Someone searching for this is looking For an app that does conference calls, whereas someone searching for just “ conference Call'' could be looking for many different things.
The second thing you can do is an experiment. With less popular ad platforms, where your target audience might be, Finally is commerciality. Now all major ad platforms can bring Roi for their advertisers, Otherwise, they wouldn't exist, But you have to find a way to bridge the gap. Between the intent of the platform and how you monetize your products And the solution is going to be content, For example, let's say you sell boutique furniture And think that Pinterest will be a good platform to run some ads.
In my opinion, it wouldn't be a good idea. To advertise a bunch of links to high-end furniture like couches and dining tables, Instead, blog posts could work well. Here, since people log on to Pinterest mainly to get inspired and learn new things, Here's what that bridge might look like Pinterest ads would be the discovery tool You pay them money and they'll show your pin. The bridge would then be a helpful blog post.
On, let's say: “ 11 Interior Design Tips For Your Living Room That Won't Break the Bank.'' And within that content you could showcase your products where it supports the tip you're. Speaking of Nail, the ABCs of paid ads and increase your chances of actually converting your hard-earned dollars into ROI Next up is one of my favorites and that's podcasts. Now there are two ways to look at. Podcasts First are to create your own and the second Is to be interviewed on someone else's podcast, Creating your podcast can be great for Brand and building an audience, But if you're just starting it can take Quite a bit of time to get any sort of traction Getting interviewed on.
Podcasts are a different story. Podcasters are always looking for interesting. People to interview, Even if you don't have a ton of experience, In the online world, your offline experiences and expertise could be a great way to land Yourself a position on a popular podcast. Now, if you don't know which podcasts you Should approach an easy way to find opportunities is to look at your favorite podcasts and find Someone in your industry that has been interviewed Looking at the podcast page for Entrepreneur, On Fire, you'll see this episode with Jim Kwik.
Now, if we click through to the interview You'Ll notice, two things: The first is that the guest's name is in the title. This is very common for the podcast. Interviews. Second, is the link on the page? The host will almost always link to the guest's Home page in the show notes, Knowing this we can use a tool like Ahrefs' Site Explorer to find all podcasts they've been interviewed on So I'll enter in jAlso Set the search mode to a URL search, so we can find pages that are linking specifically To the homepage, Once the overview page loads go to the backlinks Report which will show you all of the pages that are linking to this URL. Finally, let's use the Include search and Type in Jim Kwik And to keep our results super relevant. I'm Going to set the filter to search for his name only in the titles of the referring pages, And we now have around 120 podcasts.
We can Pitch to get interviewed So filter through relevant podcasts and pitch The host as to why they should interview you and the value you can give to their audience Next on the list is email marketing. If you've ever looked into email marketing, then you've probably heard people claiming That “ email is king.'', But I promise you that once you get into it, You'Ll quickly discovers that it's not as turnkey as online gurus make it sound And don't get me wrong.
Email marketing is great, But first you need the traffic to get email subscribers. It also requires opt-in forms to turn a visitor Into a subscriber, In my opinion, email is a great long play. To build a connection with your audience and even sell high ticket items, So my tip for you on email marketing is quite simple. First focus on building your email list from day one It's important and you might as well collect Emails from interested people from the start, even if it's not a substantial list, But be realistic with your goals and as you build Your audience put more time into your email list and see how it can serve your business.
The final strategy is to use forums and Community boards, Community forums like Quora Reddit and Facebook Are great promotion blogs But before you go off and start posting links, To your product pages, there are a few things you need to understand, And these are all based around the unspoken Rules of spam First, don't promote your products or services. Pages within these groups, users on these platforms intend to learn Not to be sold to directly Instead think of these networks as a place, To share your expertise, build relationships and help others Second use links to your content sparingly.
If you're constantly posting links to your Blog and have justified in your head that this is non-promotional, then you're most Likely wrong Links can be more appropriate based on the network you're posting on, For example, Quora generally, has longer answers and linking to your content, where it supports your point is a good idea. Facebook groups, on the other hand, are a different Story, Let's say: you're a real estate agent and you Join a “ first time, homebuyers'' group on Facebook.
If someone asks a question like “ I'm looking to buy my first home and was wondering if I can even get a mortgage?'' Now, if every agent on that group posts links to their website, can you see how spammy that could get? Instead, it would make sense to post a link. To someone else's affordability, calculators or offer introductions to blenders, The point is that helping first will go a Lot farther than self-promotional content that can taint your reputation Now.

So, if you’re interested in learning the Latest and greatest marketing strategies, tools, tips, tricks and tactics. You are reading the right blog post. Alright, let’s talk marketing something I love to do. As I fell in love with marketing years ago. I first got interested in figuring out why people buy and act the way they do and later how to influence and persuade. Essentially affect human behavior, Because whether you have a business or not marketing happens pretty much every day.
Anytime you try to convince friends or family to see a certain movie or eat at this restaurant or not that. Basically, try to convince them to do anything. Marketing is happening Also. Marketing is really important to understand because you are constantly being marketed to by everyone from everywhere. From something as simple as someone trying to sell you a pair of shoes. Or something a lot, bigger like buying a new house or moving across the country or even changing careers. All of this requires and uses marketing.
So with all that said, let’s Dive into it. But first, let’s cover what marketing is not so once we’ve got that Clear we can cover exactly what it is. Now, I know when I first got involved with marketing my understanding was pretty limited. I didn’t really have a clear picture of exactly what marketing was. So, I also kind of fell prey to the notion that marketing was advertising. Well in reality, marketing isn’t advertising advertising is marketing.
Let me explain. Basically, marketing is a Major business function. That’S made up of a bunch of other parts, one of which Of course is advertising, but there’s also a ton. Others like PR market Research, social media content, marketing search engine marketing or search engine Optimization pricing and pricing, psychology, copywriting and one of my Personal favorites direct response or direct response, marketing and quite a Few more So saying that marketing is just advertising and kind of like saying That finance is just taxes or HR is just hiring people or legal is just not Getting sued Sure these are all important, but there Just one piece of the entire puzzle: This is why, if you’re just getting started in Marketing can seem pretty overwhelming, which is why my suggestion is to find an Area that you find interesting, fascinating, like say, social, media or Content marketing start there really get some roots and branch out later.
Alright, So now that we’ve got that covered, what exactly is marketing Well as I’ve Just covered, you know that marketing is made up of a bunch of different sub Segments things like content, marketing, email, marketing and social media, all the Things we talked about, But what exactly is the nature of marketing, which sounds Like some kind of documentary “ The Nature of Marketing” on this week’s episode of The Nature of Marketing Well, one of the first things you learn in any first-year Marketing course is the four P´s of marketing product price place and Promotion Product being the details around whatever product or service is Being sold Price being the price kind of obvious, but there’s obviously a lot more That goes into it than just that Place is where the products being sold and Promotion we’re just kind of the fun stuff.
This is essentially how you’re Going to sell more of the product and what you’re going to do to get the word out. About your service, and while all of that is accurate and true and the four P´s do Make up a part of marketing? Well, I prefer a simpler, easier to understand. Definition, Marketing in its most basic sense, is communicating value to your Customers, It’s essentially answering the question of your customers “.
Why should I Care?” Marketing helps people solve their problems by clearly defining and Delivering solutions and really explaining the benefits of the solution. So they can get better results. Marketing is about connecting with people Understanding their pains and their problems and their frustrations making Them feel understood so that you can position your business as the solution. To their problems, and essentially just make them feel better and marketing is a Really powerful force As anyone that’s been in business for any length of time.
Can tell you it’s not always the best product or service that wins. In fact it Rarely is rather it’s the product or service with the best marketing, Like it. Or not, that’s just kind of how it works, which is why having good marketing is Just so important, So my favorite definition of marketing is that it’s Communicating value to your customers, but there’s another side entirely: that’s Rarely talked about, but still equally powerful and that’s creating value for Your customers, You see marketing, can create value and Your marketing, in and of itself, can be valuable.
An example could Be a blog post that helps someone out even before any money has changed hands. Or an advertisement, someone sees that brightens their day and makes them laugh. Whether they choose to buy or not or the way that a product or service is Delivered the packaging, let’s say which is so luxurious and over-the-top – that it Makes the customer feel special just for having purchased it? You see economics, Assumes that people make buying decisions rationally, logically and with Perfect information, but this is rarely pretty much, never the case.
We as humans, Are emotional often highly illogical and rarely have the full set of facts when Making any decision, which explains why marketing is so important and so Powerful, After all, if we made all of our purchasing decisions based solely on Logic and utility and the value we would get from these products. Well, the entire Luxury goods market wouldn’t even exist, but not all marketing is created.
Equal You see when it comes to marketing like when it comes to pretty much anything There’S good marketing and there’s bad marketing. Bad marketing is all of the Reasons that marketing gets such a bad reputation, It’s that hype, spammy Over-The-Top sleazy salesy icky kind of marketing that we all know we’ve all Seen and nobody likes It’s the stuff that looks cheap, makes people feel dirty. Even just looking at it and promotes bad products or bad services that really Helps nobody It’s the fake, countdown timers.
You sometimes see on websites, the Going-Out-Of-Business sales that never end and the pushy promotion of useless Products, That’s bad marketing. Good marketing, on the other hand, helps Customers achieve their goals, makes them feel better about themselves and has the Power to truly change the world, So my question to you is: What kind of marketer Do you want to be That that was a rhetorical question, If you say the bad Guy, I got nothing for you, but if you say the good kind – and I know you did then Make sure to check out this article right here, which I’ve got linked up on the Page, which is going to give you even more practical and effective marketing, Strategies to help take your business and your marketing to the next level and Way beyond that, Alright, so thanks so much for reading make sure to check out That article now and we’ll catch you next time on The Marketing Show

This community is full of business owners, musicians, webmasters, retailers, acts, personalities, video tutorials, bloggers, models, actors, athletes and more!
What is Like 4 Like.ORG?
Like 4 like is a well built social media exchange community that runs on the cloud. Which is awesome because you do not need to download any software. All you need to do is create a user name and password. Oh, I almost forgot the best part. You do not need any cash to get started. That’s right, it’s free!
The proof
Below is a snap shot of insights of one of my Facebook business profiles. These result are from just spending 1 hour liking, sharing and commenting with in the Like4Like network. As you can see the traffic flows rather quickly.
Tips for Like4Like.org
Now I have been a member for about a year and I have learned a bit of how to play on platform. If you are not careful or do not follow the rules from the developers. You may be banned from your favorite social media platform. Yes, I have been punished by Twitter and Facebook. They will typically turn off your liking and or sharing functions for a period of time. It is their way of making you aware that you are not allowed to abuse their network. If you think about it. It really does save their integrity. Below are two pieces advise that you should read so that you do not get banned or punished.
Look at what you are sharing on your profile. Like 4 Like gives you the opportunity to view what you are sharing on your profile before you share it. I highly advice you look before you leap. I lost an entire twitter profile because I was not paying attention to what I was sharing.
Do not get greedy! Space out the time spent liking and sharing. If you go to fast you will be punished. They will basically turn off the ability to like stuff if you go too fast or you do too much in a short period of time. SLOW DOWN! VERY IMPORTANT!
Have at least one profile on several different social media networks. This way you can make exchanges on different networks in one session. It will help slow you down and will decrease the chances of being banned.
How to make the most out of Like4Like.org
The developers of Like4Like have made it so that it is very difficult for robots to gain access to their system. So all of the exchanges are made by humans. Well it appears that all of them are. You can really gain a lot of traction if you start interacting with the people liking and sharing your content. It is very important to realize that you need to connect with people. The L4L community only gets your foot in the door and that is all.
Optimizing your social media profile
To really gain all the good stuff that happens when using Like4Like.org. You need to build awesome attractive social media profiles. Here are some tips you should really practice.
Upload a Profile Picture! Your face is the best.
Fill out the about or description section! Tell people about yourself , use emojis and have a good call to action with in the description.
Fill in where you are from! The developers of L4L give you the ability to target people depending on location. Just put your country in.
Make sure to fill in your interest. This will give others a brief idea about what you like. Making it easier to connect with you.
Referral program
Like 4 Like has an awesome referral program. If you are into affiliate marketing then this would be a good program for you. I have to ask if you do decide to join their community. Please use the links that I provided with in this blog post. This way my L4L profile will be awarded.
Buying social media interactions
You can log onto the site and purchase points for social media interactions. I have done this and have found that sometimes the points spent doesn’t add up to how many interactions that appear on my social media profiles. Some of the likes and shares will disappear after you get them. They are most likely deleted by Facebook, Twitter and or YouTube. It started to get real bad when they started deleting accounts off their networks. Also some community members will delete their interactions afterwards as well. I think it’s because they don’t want the content they liked in the social media feed. If you are not adventurous with your content because you refuse to see anything different in your feed. Like4Like is not for you. The reality is that after some of the purchased points or the points that you get in exchange. Will be spent on social interactions that disappear.
So if you have a hard on for every point, then this is not for you. I have been using the system for a long time and have seen some like and shares quickly appear and shortly drop off. Maybe hours or days after they show up. However, majority of the social media interactions do stick. This is clearly Facebook, Twitter and YouTube’s policing. They have to do this so that the like button does become point less.
Report violators
The developers of the L4L have put I. A system to report violators. Yes, there is rules and if you do not follow them. Points are taken away or your account get banned. I highly suggest you read the rules and expectations before paying in the community. Also always report violators it help the community.
The cons
1. Facebook, YouTube and Twitter are known to drop social interactions after they are completed by community members.
2. You can be banned from Youtube, Twitter and Facebook if you are abusing their tools.
3. Every point earned may not see a return.
4. You still have to interact with people via messaging, or comment to really make useful connections.
5. A social media profile that likes or shares your content may not be complete and look fake.
6. Some of the social media profiles that community member are using to interact with are not used or barely monitored. Kinda like shell accounts.
Tips to avoid the cons
1. Slow down! Do 5 to 10 minute sessions at least a half hour apart.
2. Populate your social media profiles with content. Images and posts. Do not just post links to crap on your wall. That looks spammy.
3. Read the rules and exceptions of community
4. Write awesome comments
5. You get better results if you have people like your posts. Then invite them to like or subscribe to your page.
6. Stick with the community over time. You are rewarded free points the more work you put into it.
The value
I think you should think of this community as a window. A window into another community or even another world. A world that you may have never seen. It is no secret that a digital bubble is created around you the more you use your social media profile. You will be around people like you and you see the same content over and over. After time you no longer see out of the bubble. Like4Like.org will bypass that bubble. I know you will see some crazy stuff on the platform. I really enjoying going through Sound Cloud. There is so much music out there in the world and it is freaking cool.
Feel free to leave any questions or comment about Like4Like.org.

In the world of modern business, a strong web presence is vital. While several components will contribute to the company’s overall online image, there’s no doubt that creating a great website is the main priority. Frankly, a professional website management service is the only way to guarantee success in the crowded environment.
What Is A Website Management Service?
Once upon a time, the average company website was little more than a digital business card. Nowadays, though, they need to provide visitors with so much more. The idea of simply building a static website will no longer cut the mustard, and the ongoing management will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the website continues to make a big impact.
A lot of work is involved in keeping a company site up to scratch, but professional website management service will take care of all aspects. These include;
Graphic design
Programming and coding
CMS management
Search Engine Optimisation
Copywriting
Digital protecting
Social media management
E-commerce platform installation
Performance analysis
And more.
Essentially, then, a website management service ensures that your business site meets professional standards time and time again.
10 Benefits Gained From Using A Website Management Service
While it can be tempting to take on the challenge yourself, having your website and online presence managed by Allshouse Designs will aid the cause in a whole host of different ways. Here are just 10 rewards to be gained from taking this route:
Save Time: Building and running a website requires a lot of hard work; work that will distract you from actively managing your business operation. Having a team of experts to take control of those web assignments on your behalf will save valuable time.
Save Money: Outsourcing this part of the operation will save money (and not only because time is money) as you’ll no longer need the extra space or equipment for on-site staff. Likewise, a website management service will find the best solutions with regards to hosting and other features.
Stay Active: Form the client’s perspective, nothing tops the frustration of constantly seeing 404 website errors. Something as simple as choosing the wrong hosting platform could spell disaster, especially if you don’t notice it. With a website management service behind you, this won’t happen.
Increase Security: Online data hacks are perhaps the biggest threat to your business. From SSL certificates to DDoS attacks, the experts understand how to prevent the various dangers that could impact the business and its clients. Better still, the quick responses will contain the damage.
Express Personality: Consumers want to use companies that ‘get them’. The experts know how to tailor a website management service to suit specific audiences. This can range from choosing the right layouts to creating engaging content that encourages interest and participation.
Boost Visibility: Your website cannot be a success if nobody knows it exists. From on-page SEO to external marketing methods, a website management service gives your business the best shot at soaring up the Google rankings to attract increased traffic and sales figures.
Embrace Integration: Furthermore, a website management team will integrate ideas such as social media posting and PPC management to ensure that all web content reaches the target market from all directions. This can truly take your web game to the next level.
Stay Relevant: Let’s face it; the online arena is still in its relative infancy, and the goalposts continue to move each year. Taking on the web management process yourself is likely to mean following the trends. Using a web management team ensures that you’ll be ready to set them.
Rectify Mistakes: By analysing the website’s performance, management teams won’t only focus on the positives. They can quickly identify where the site is underperforming before making the necessary upgrades to put things right. Persisting with it yourself would see those limitations stay.
Maximise Appearances: Above all else, it’s very easy to spot a website that has been created by an amateur. A professional service will ensure that your site creates the right impression time and time again while the backend CMS can aid load times and ensure the site looks great across all devices.
Verdict
