How to Get More Instagram Followers (2013)(No Hack)

If not here, you should end up here. If not go there and right here it says, search for a user and hashtag. You want to search for famous people, so that can be a celebrity or a famous shout out page and if you don’t have anything in mind I’ll be putting some users down in the description, so you can look them up.

I’m just going to do this. Shoutout page cuz, it has about two thousand eight hundred followers. That’s good enough for me, and you want to go right here where it says followers you want to tap on the number. Take you to this page and you will see all the people that are following that page. So what you want to do right now is start following a bunch of people as much as you can so just tap on, follow, follow follow.

Why is it doing that? Follow, oh my god. This is getting annoying, so you get the point. So, let’s just start following a bunch of people and if it says requested kind of like right there. I don’t recommend following him, because they’re probably not going to follow you back cuz. If you know they’re the type of people that would put their account on private, then I don’t know. But it’s you know it’s your choice but yeah so follow as many people as you can and wait about six hours at the most and within six hours.

What you want to do is look for the people that did not follow back and how would you do that? Well, there’s an app in the iOS App Store, I’m not about I’m, not sure about the Android, but I will find out and I’ll. I will be putting the link for the Android and iOS app and it’s called insta followers. Basically it analyzes your followers and it tells you breaks it into groups, it breaks it into the group, that’s not following you back and you know you get the idea.

So, basically, right here it tells me new followers. I have 15 new followers, us nine people have unfollowed me and 14 people are not following you back so which one I look at is the part where it says are not back, because we want to unfollow those people because they don’t know you know they didn’t Want to follow us so tap on that and unfollow those people now like. I said, I’m not sure if you guys have this app in the Android App Store, but I will make sure that I check I’ll check and I will and if there is I’ll, be putting the link down in the description.

So you can get it for your Android device, so basically unfollow those people that didn’t follow back and you know make sure you follow those people that are following back at him: easily unfollow them, and there are many third-party apps out there for both Android and iOS. That you can use to see who’s, not following you back and you can simply unfollow them from there. Anyways, like I said, Instagram is a big game.

4 Steps to Starting a Business

You wan na get organized and first thing’s, first figuring out what your business name is. We have a super cool article. We’ll have the link right up here for ya. You can check it out Where we go into how to figure out what your name should be and some tips on pickin’ the right name. It’s a good one Yeah. So what was your name from that brainstorming session? What’d? You come up with Coffee and Kickflips.

I love it Dig it So now, once you have that name, you really wan na figure out. And create your business plan, This is just a simple document: that’s going to go over! What your business is, what you do, who your market is, who your customers are everything that you need to Potentially show to investors to give you money right, You wan na get that bread Yeah. You got ta have a clear action plan with all the details, Plus it’ll help you to really flush out what you need and the goals You should keep top of mind in order to succeed And commit to those Right, And it keeps you kinda.

Grounded so you’re not going in a million different places as we all do. I know I do it a lot. I do it a lot. If I don’t have that plan written out, I’m everywhere and nowhere Same After you get organized and you’ve committed to what you wan na do with your business. In that coworking space And there’s nothing Gold mine, but leads all day so he gets most of his work. He doesn’t have to go to The coworking space most of the time, it’s just in that slack blog and he’s getting business All right. So one thing I thought about: With Coffee and Kickflips you mentioned, I have a Brick and mortar location, yes, but I had to think about okay. Well, do I wan na rent a space? Do I wan na buy property? How does that look? I need money, ( laughing ).

So how do you go about that? We got ta talk about the hard stuff. Yeah money is important right, So first thing’s, first get a business bank account, don’t use your personal account, especially when you’re Paying your employees and everything else it’s going to get real, just jumbled up between all your pizza expenses and your business expenses, And then with that open up a line of credit. Just In case something happens, you have those quick funds And then possibly talk to a tax attorney or an accountant to help you Keep everything organized That’s been very helpful for my other local heroes out there.

My friends recommend that All right, another big topic insurance. We were talking about All the not so fun stuff, but those are pretty Important essential things Branding’s also super important and essential. We have a article on the basics of branding, But let’s kinda jump into a couple of the different sections to give you just an overview.

Of what these look like, So, let’s start with a domain. Name and your email address, So your domain name that’s going to get people to your website. You don’t wan na have some random URL. You want it to be your business, So Coffee and Kickflips… [ Emma ], Coffee and Kickflips coffeeandkickflips.Com right! That’s the address! That’s the URL. People are going to Type to get to your website And with that you’ll have that professional email, so you can have Emma @ coffeeandkickflips.

Com versus coffeeandkickflips @ gmail.Com, If you have the ending Not be your domain name, it doesn’t look as professional. I love Gmail, but as a business have it your domain name, You can still do Gmail for business. There’s Office 365. Lots of email providers that you can use to really make your Business look professional and credible And then jumping into your website. That’s the whole point of Having an online presence, It’s something that you control Is have some type of website, even if it’s just basic Information on what you do, or some articles of your kickflips And coffee in the back, Yeah Yeah Put the merch on there Maybe an option for people to Spend money on your website, Yes Get those helmets’cause That’s your insurance right, (, laughing ) And then social media Tell us about social media.

And really the basics of it with branding their business? Yes, that’s where you wan na, go and really take the logo that you have be consistent with it across All of your platforms, so Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and then from there definitely identify the Voice of your brand and be consistent with that As you’re creating content day in and day out, Because you wan na be consistent And make sure those are business pages, not personal pages Very important, Can you elaborate a little bit on what the voice means Totally People throw it around a lot and it’s hard to Understand What does that mean with Having a consistent voice, Okay, Very good topic, One thing that comes to mind right away from being in the coffee: Business for years before I decided hey, I wan na Have Coffee and Kickflips I worked for a variety of coffee business And they did have their own voice Like there was one coffee spot that was just very upscale and very fancy.

I spent a lot of money there as a customer before I worked there, So their voice was a little bit more…. I don’t know just very classy. And true to the art of coffee, Whereas when I worked at a Spot that really inspired me to open my own. It was a little bit more divey. It was in Long Beach, California, we would say things like rad dope, sick. This coffee is awesome, as we were doing captioning and creating our social media content.

It was just a little bit: More loose and chill Different vibe Different voice, So whatever your voice is identify that before Going and creating content across your social media pages And finally policy. What are your policies? I know. I saw this a lot when Speaking to retail businesses, and when I would consult them, it’s like okay. So what are your policies? What are your return policies? I know I personally love when I shop when the return policy Is a little lenient,’cause, I lose receipts all the time, ( laughing ), But the tag’s on it, But the tag — I swear.

But so what are your policies? In place for your business, All right now with almost Any type of business you need a terms of service Now you should probably consult some legal council with this. If you’re, not a lawyer, you Shouldn’t just make up stuff, But you should have something Like what is your return? Policy, like you said: what’s your privacy policy, do you keep customer information? What does all this look like? Have some type of terms of service to help protect you and your business, and it’s absolutely important And then have a copy of that For all of your employees and have that there readily Available for them to review Yeah, most companies will Usually have it on their website, usually down at the bottom, there’s a little link.

To the terms and service and the privacy policy, Speaking of your website, another important thing to bring up make sure you have contact info, Be accessible, Yes And also have some social proof. That is definitely today’s word of mouth So be easily accessible. Easy for me to contact you and definitely make sure I can find you readily easily available on Facebook. Twitter and Instagram All the things And that social proof, that’s basically just testimonials reviews of other customers that they say: hey, Emma’s, pizza’s, awesome or Emma’s.

Coffee shop is awesome, or whatever that looks like it really helps people identify with you and trust you and a pro tip for you all, do not be just a cave. Dweller go out into the open and be social Talk to people on social media. Talk to people in real life and really put your business And yourself out there.’Cause, you can’t expect them. All just to come to you,’cause. That will not happen. I know that it’s a famous quote “.

If you build it, they will come”, they won’t. You have to go to them and show Them what you’re all about Be proactive And add the human element? To your online presence, All right, That’s a wrap! Keyword Research Tool Bing & Google

With you case study articles. Today we have Peter Davis with us. He is a Twitter expert, a pro marketer and we’ve been spending some time. I’ve been showing him the software and he’s going to be doing it mostly talking I’m going to be answering questions, so I’m going to put a muzzle on myself and I’ll go ahead and share your screen.

Heater. Tell us a little bit about yourself in like 30 seconds or less. Basically, I am a internet. Marketer have been for many many many years now, currently getting involved with text marketing of created my own little program that helps with text marketing. So I like the idea of search triggers because it can help me write articles that are better than there are other people, so I can get them ranked.

So I want to pick your brain about the pro version of search triggers and see how I can use it to get the best subject to talk about on the topic of text marketing and i’m told that you’ll be able to show me how to get the Best one, so I assume I can just type in the box here: text marketing yeah. What is it that deep in quick thing which which is the best way to use okay, so the best thing to do is start off with quick right just to get the setting of the landscape all right so I’ll? Do that then yeah? Okay? So I can see from here that I’ve got some good rankings in like number 5 means it’s a great keyword and it’s very popular, obviously, because the word text marketing and has we have a lot of competition.

I imagine and then because I’m in Canada obviously shows up in Canada. Ok, so I see here that that Bing likes text marketing. Yet Google and Google like it, but then Google don’t care too much about the other terms. Is there a quick explanation for that? Yeah? You see Bing and Google, give different ways to different keywords so like if you sort by Bing rank you’ll, see that Canada, technology, terminology and platform being is more concerned about uh the things of business owners and business needs.

So that’s why text marketing technology is trending. More inside of the Bing search engine terminology is trending more inside the Bing search engine. Google is all about this whole free free free thing. So, if you, if you click on the google rank, just click on where it says google rank um, you know it. We’re thing of changing the word: Rank 2 rating um, probably the night better release. That’s going to be that way.

You can see that text, marketing, free text, marketing services, text, marketing laws and text marketing companies. Those are the top five things that Google considers important around. That time you know around that term, and so you can just sort on each column, and you can do this kind of real-time. Now you see that pages column is all 0 yeah yeah. Okay, so pages is the number of competing pages.

Now you can do this manually with a free version, as we showed in the previous article that’ll be uh, you can even click on the 0 in Google right under text marketing technology. Oh, that would type me to google, wouldn’t nothing yeah that brings up yeah. Go click on that it opens up a google search. It’s just a time-saving tool. Oh yeah! Well, right! When you can do seven billion results, yeah, okay, so 7 million results isn’t really useful because if you put that in quotes – which is what we covered in the previous article put it in quotes, let’s see how many drops it down to there’s a terminology.

Little fan actually forward: okay yeah. They have that talk that have that in the title here. Yes, yeah, that has an entitled so they’ll um one other thing close that window. You know the difference, another difference between the the pro and the beta, the free version. If you click on the blue doc, click on the blue dot next to technology or terminology, I guess we were using last night well, what does about here? 22 results.

It automatically fills in the in title and puts in the quotes, so it’s a real big time. Saving ready, yeah, definitely not equal rival, is kind of a ninja termed a lot of people in the industry know it basically says look guys. I don’t really care if it appears in the body text it it has to appear in the title. Exactly that’s much. Portant precio busted one now sequency text marketing technology has 22 results.

Now go go back. You close that window go back to search, trees and I’ll click on terminology, the blue dot. Oh, I say 7 results. Let’s take them better. No, this is no results found. Let’s see searching for entitled without the quotes, of course sure. So if I read my article so for already in that first color means we started using this. I already found that text marketing terminology might be a good title for my blog post, my absolutely Allen’s going to order anybody good anybody can use this knowledge by just understanding in title, colon and then putting stuff in quotes.

That’s right, you don’t need search triggers, but it saves you boatloads of time, which is why I have searched triggers as my homepage. Exactly as I start searching here, and I can search both Google both being at you know, Bing and Google. I can go right to the in title and what we’re building right now is your ability to tweet right from inside of zoo figures, that’d be cool. So what I want to know now is the exact button and the deep button.

Okay, if I use the same okay, we’ve decided that maybe check mark text marketing terminology might be my article, but we’re not sure yet there could be a better, better subject to use. So what does examine thing to hover on exact? It should bring up a little pop-up lover yeah, if checked it will use for the exact phrase. Okay Ron, hover, quick, keep stretching the number of page results via keywords, and that saves you search points, okay, cool right so so freely.

What I want to do was let’s go into the quick first, but did you want to cover exact? First, I was going to cover quick um while wearing quicklist, a quick, okay, so uncheck quick, uh-huh and then run the search again now we’re going to spend some credit. But there’s nothing checked is that okay right exactly yeah all right and okay, so you’ve run out of points. Luckily, um, okay, you wan na explain everyone by points.

What points are? Will I give you some more points? Yeah. I understand because I’m part of the case study group, the first users of it, that I don’t expend any points when I use search triggers. But what the points are for is because I understand what you were saying earlier, that some of the features of search triggers relies on another search engine that charges people for its data to be displayed, and I understand that search engine that gathers every better.

All the information from bing and google and correlates it in a way that can be used by companies as yourself, but unfortunately that costs money. So therefore, some of the free stuff we’ve done is free, but the deeper stuff will cost a point or two but or some points to do it. But fortunately, because we’re part of the weighted case, study group will get them for free, exactly yeah, and I understand I think early on, though you’re talking about when it launches the sep tember, that there’s three ways that people can can pay for the pro version.

They can get pay one time fixed price of one hundred, ninety seven dollars and they get 5,000 any time points and they can display more points as they need them or if they did a subscription, which is ninety seven dollars month. They actually get 9700 points recurring. So, every month they get na 1700, but I would assume that if I tell people about this search traders and their share and I put on facebook, do you give me points for that? Yeah we’re going to be doing a whole bunch of pre pre-launch activities, and so, if you share posts on Twitter, you put stuff on your facebook we’re going to be giving you bonus points.

That’s awesome! We’re going to be doing trainings for people when you read the training, you’ll get some points. When you add a feature, you write something about it. You’ll get some points, so we’re really wanting people to start engaging with this tool, and you know the September 9th is our launch date. We’re concurring we’re doing this concurrently with a big destiny launch I’m actually, I’m working with.

You know on the promotion of the destiny launch behind the scenes with some colleagues and I’m very excited about about. You know that how just you know, then, will we learn from search triggers? Sometimes one or two words makes all the world of a different God God. So let’s have a look now, or did you give me some point? Well, you know thing. Is I I’m trying to find you in here and uh? Also they were just about to go, publish their book before it. You know they realized. Oh my god. This one word is way more popular, so I’m sorry yeah. So here we have the page camp yeah all right. So now, if I am, we were looking at technology and terminology so there’s actually, according to the search engines, no pages that deal with terminology, okay right, then right but 3300 that deal with the word technology, yeah and so sort by the page column go ahead and Click on pages, and it sorts by that cause, you can click, it click it again.

You can go ah save steps up the blue domain 0 or unknown. So that means what there’s not enough pages all well. It means that uh, we don’t have any evidence that that, under the you know, under that phrase, that there is, if there’s enough, okay, but you think text marketing laws is 22 pages yeah the color. Let’s talk about the colors yeah. These are orders of magnitude, and we did that because when you have really really long lists, okay, uh, it’s really easy to just sort of like scan through the list and ways what one of the things you want to look for.

Something has lots of traffic, but doesn’t have a lot of pages. So, let’s, let’s, let’s run the pro version – real, quick on this, all right. Okay, so what do I do? Allow us up? Oh okay and click on pro analysis and then run the analysis. Alright cool and what am I looking at and there’s drill costs 11 points you see that yeah lemurian and check for now. Okay, but what happens if I just what? If I check the otherwise exact match prices? Yeah, that’s a future feature that takes quite a bit of explaining okay.

Well, let’s not worry about it. Yeah that doesn’t pretty quickly. Doesn’t it yeah now it’s doing is it’s taking the process we cover before it’s doing all that work for you behind the scenes. Wow, look at that – let’s not switch to advanced few just yet. Let’s just take a look at this okay, it’s saying the text. Marketing companies is a much better bang for your buck. Remember we talked about technology, yes in the previous article.

Again, but you see the only one: that’s got a green dot is terminology, yes, and so what I would do, Peter that is scroll down to UM the keywords and URLs below, and I would grab that and give it to your assistant.

Oh, ok, ok and I would write blog posts on each of those topics yep. Now let me show you one more thing that you can do. Ok, you can click on them. Don’t click on advanced. Yet I know it’s very tempting. Well, you’re not going to show that in this, don’t do it don’t do it? Please don’t do it put it in a public article but um, but just just break out very briefly so far text, marketing, terminology or text marketing technology are the front-runners to write a post about yeah.

But this. But before you jump ahead, let me show you a little secret: that’s only in the pro version. Click on the red dot under 2.41 – Oh see. So what’s that show me well with that’s showing you is a unfiltered, unbiased view of the top ten people. That is not influenced by um, let you say it’s not influenced by geography, cookies, your profile or all those other things that everyone else is being influenced by read.

This is a raw data, so two raw data. So if you want to go, look at you know like you, might you might not find best text, marketing reviews and ratings of SMS marketing yeah? What I would do is click on that link and look at the article. Okay. I me know: if you go to Google, you may not find this site, and this is the Nugget. This is a gold in sight raw and you want to reach out to those people, and you want to tweet about them, and you want to get friends with them because they’re the people that are writing all the reviews, in other words, they’re the big kid on The block they’re the number one they’re, the number one people exactly so I shall contact six people and talk about mine mine product exactly and you want to put your product and make sure your product is featured here.

That’s why the pro version is really for pros. Yes and then you said, there’s a business version as well, so there’ll be some more for the business. What about a possible blog post right all the time? The business version has a wizard we’re working on a wizard. So all this data and this behind-the-scenes stuff, it’s just going to say, hey what are you looking for hey? What’s your industry pick 1, 2, 3, 4 X Y Z, and it just does all that stuff for you right but, like I said in earlier, everyone who’s part of our beta group until September.

Ninth when we launch – but you know everybody gets access to all of the features – the biz Pro all the versions right here, while we’re testing. So, yes, it’s really it’s really an opportunity, and if you want to be a case study, you can also visit our website and get information more information about becoming a case study. You got to have a business, you got, ta, ask them traffic and guys you got ta have at least a you know, a domain relevancy or well.

You know rank of like 20 or 30. So so what do I go now? We’re not go now to find out, which is text, marketing technology still a good place for me to write about well, it’s very competitive and doesn’t have any traffic, so I would say no right. Okay, if I wanted to play for my treasure, everything has a score of zero is because there’s no traffic under it yeah, but if I paid um, google low or being some you know, if I wanted to run some Edwards that’d be like really really cheap.

I’d. Imagine because there’s no competition for it. So could I get a pic that way if I paid for it uh, you would be building your own traffic and you’d be a trendsetter and that you know we could come back here in a you know. Let’s say you did that right, yeah, we could come back here in a month and all of a sudden you would start seeing oh yeah there’s some traffic under this, where the traffic data from google or from bing is only coming from people who are bidding on Ads, if no one’s bidding on God, then they don’t have any traffic data.

Exactly i’m giving you ND. Oh yes, that’s true, so often pay pennies in the dollar and get some good traffic. And then yes did you start the train myself? That’s pretty cool yeah! You want to start the trend yourself and then what that does. Is it’s going to drive the price up? Ah, but it’s also going to start trending them yeah yeah. So you get out three thousand three hundred pages under that yeah.

Now, let’s talk about deep okay, so I pick up date, yeah click on deep and then just text marketing technology. Yeah, let’s see what happens. Hopefully it won’t break now, whatever you use a deep search, you don’t want to do to you want to already be on a niche okay. So why are we looking at here? Google AdWords Keyword Tool – Exact Matching and Exporting – Optimized for PPC

This is uh. This is our website. I’m going to go to a home page okay. So there is the site, earth grid, calm and when I’m now goos I’m going to go into google and i’m going to type in Google Adwords Keyword tool or you can just Google Google Adwords Keyword tool. Okay. Now it gets you right into the Google AdWords tool. So this is some stuff that you probably most people, will basically just type a word or phrase in here.

What I’m going to do is I’m going to take this page right here now, i’m going to copy, because our homepage right, i’m just going to paste that right in this box under the website field. Now you can do this with any website any competitor, any product that you’re trying to sell you just pop in the URL of the website, supposing you’re selling a clickbank product just pop into you or all that what’s going to do, is it’s going to fetch all The keywords right from that site and populate the keyword list down below now.

The other thing you want to do is you see where it says broad. I want you to uncheck that and go to exact we’re going to uncheck. You have to actually click exact before you can uncheck broad, but I want you to emphasize this thing. It says exact right over here, okay and so then I’m going to go over here and I’m the type in the key. I hate these captions there we go now you see. What’s really cool is we got all these keywords? Build a website make a website domain, name, search, free web site hosting.

The next thing you want to do is go over here and search by global monthly searches, and you see web hosting. This is how many times per month, people are searching for the exact phrase. Now, if I go too broad – and I do it again – you see you have a website – 100 million websites online website, all that data is kind of useless, because it’s so broad and so vast. You probably won’t even do this. What are you doing, PPC or any kind of campaign? What I like to do is uncheck the broad and just go and exact, and that tells you exactly: okay, there’s 135,000 people searching for web hosting every month, website, design, website, templates domain names, blah blah blah blah blah all right, that’s good! Then what you can do now um, I let’s see if I can do this, I’m going to go grab all this stuff cuz.

You know, google won’t let you actually export this stuff, but you can copy that to your clipboard and then I’m going to tell you you know you want to fire up a very free tool called open office. You don’t have already have it already installed it to go to openoffice.Org, okay, we’re already five minutes through it. I’m almost done demonstrating what I was going to show you, which is really cool. This is from a 90 minute article, and this is all I learned from this 90 minute article.

So one of the things I’m working on here is delivering 10 minute. Quick BAM apply it stop this article. Income Tracker Setup | 2019 Business Planner | #ECDeluxeMonthlyPlanner

I wanted to share how I am setting up my financial stuff in my business planner. This is for 2019, so I won’t be using this anytime soon, but I wanted to show you just how I’m setting it up. So, let’s talk about the things that I may or may not use. I just kind of pulled some things out and I will leave links down below to all of the shops that I’m mentioning.

I just have this movie strip like film strip, washing that I got a long time ago, like Michaels or something I have these little calculators from coffee break planner. I also have some event stickers from coffee break. Planner I’ve got these are really cute little computer desks from Bob Bob. I can’t talk today, Peiper paper company. Sorry, I’ve done like three articles already. So that’s like I’m going a little batty at the moment and then I also have these two different size youtube buttons from Harriet Wright designs.

I am going to be using my Erin Condren planner. This is my one for 2019, like I said, and this is the deluxe monthly planner. If you guys want to see a article on how I originally set this up, I will leave it in a card up above, for you guys. It just has basically like a monthly view, and then it has some pages in between and then I elected to get a ton of notes pages. As you can see, the notes pages are about as thick as the guts of the regular planner.

So I wanted to track a bunch of things, so that was kind of the catalyst of this. So what I want to do in this article is, I want to show you how I’m setting up my like first page but here’s the issue we’re going to talk about revenue streams, really quick. So this little page marker is also from Erin Condren, I’m just going to put that off camera. At the moment my work income is very different, so I get Google Adsense, which is basically like the money you make off of views on YouTube.

That’s going to be this first page, the next page is going to be Amazon. I do have affiliate links from Amazon, there’s always links below and I always denote affiliate link. So I do get paid from Amazon. Usually, every month like you have to hit a certain threshold or whatever and now the really cool thing is. I just set up an Amazon door or like an Amazon shop. So basically you can shop all my favourite things and I have them listed like in categories.

So I put like kitchen and then like a bunch of stuff that I’ve either talked about in my kitchen, or maybe I’ve never talked about it, but I use it and I put it in there. I put like all my cleaning products I have like done just skincare makeup. Planner supplies that I absolutely love from Amazon and all that good stuff. The cool thing is, is, if you check out with the link, that’s given, so you know you just stay on the browser for that long and then you know you check out no matter what it is regardless.

If I suggested something to you or not – or maybe you just check out with the items in your cart, I actually get a small percentage of your transaction, which is awesome. Your cost doesn’t go up or anything like that. It just lets Amazon know that I sent you there. So that’s a really cool thing, so I do get an income stream from Amazon and then also share a sale. The only thing I do for share a sale right now is Erin Condren.

So there is an again a link down below, for you guys says you can buy something from Erin, Condren again same thing as Amazon, your price doesn’t go up. If you use the clickable link, it’s like a unique link that sends you there and you check out. Then again I get a small percentage of the sale and the cost of goods does not go up. Shareasale is like for bloggers and instagramers and youtubers influencers, and things like that.

So you have to meet certain requirements to do that, but I’ve been doing it for the Erin Condren for a while, and I really like it but yeah. It’s just kind of one of those fun things, but I can sign up for like other companies on ShareASale, but I just haven’t yet because I don’t know none of them have like turned my crank Etsy. I clearly own an Etsy shop. The link is below, I feel like this whole, like intros, like link, is below go check it out so yeah I have Etsy and then also I have contracts that I will sometimes do so.

I left that in there and then I have a bunch of blank pages as well so in case there’s other like streams or something like that that I need to deal with. So anyway, let’s set the first page together and then I will show you guys in the end, because it’s going to be way too much. Article footage, if I do all of them but I’ll, stop the camera and then show you what I did once it’s all over with. So let’s do the YouTube stuff.

First, I just need like what I’m here. Let’s talk a little bit more um. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to put the months here so like January through December, and then what you know, what my income was for that month and then what the running balance is as well so like how much basically I’ve made throughout the Year so it’s like you know the actual and then the total so yeah that’s kind of what the plan is.

So I really only need 12 spaces, but I think I’m going to do like every other space. Maybe I don’t often thinking thinking that might look kind of more aesthetically pleasing to my eyeballs, I’m kind of just using the line as a guide to not totally make this look crooked. You know just a little crooked, not all the way crooked, and then these are the snap-in bookmarks from Erin Condren and I love them for cutting washi because they seem to work really well for me and then on my sticker here I am going to be using A pilot ultrafine point permanent again.

This link will be a below as well, and I get these on Amazon. They come in a bunch of different colors, there’s black blue red and green. I believe so love these alright. I guess I could probably take this off of here. There we go. That’s a little bit better, all right we’re going to put the total at the end here: income Khanna right over there! Well, that’s really crooked, Emily good job! Don’t worry guys, I’m a professional! Oh! My goodness, you would think by, like you know, I’ve done this for years.

I could lay washi straight and I could do all those things not so much. Not so much. Oh well, all right just put a little calculator on the side there and then I think I think one of these big boys will fit in here. I think yeah cool, all right and I don’t know – maybe one of these will fit up here too. I just love these. I think these are so cool. I just haven’t had a real opportunity to use them yet actually hold on here’s.

What I’m going to do? I’m going to move this just a little bit over and the nice thing about coffee break planner stickers is, is their mat removable, so you can move them around and actually, like several months later, you can still do that at least on the Erin Condren paper. I’ve noticed so that’s kind of exciting, so I’m going to put this guy like right up here. I think that looks really cute, because basically, I’m like on the computer all day, which is what youtubing really is, you would think a lot of it’s.

You know the articles, the articles are the articles, but a lot of it is on the interwebs so staying connected and all of that good stuff. So my mindset for this whole thing is that I want to kind of keep this other side blank. I would use this marker, but this does bleed through a little bit, which is why I just use them on these stickers. So I am going to go in with my paper. Mate ink, joy, gel pen and again link will be below for this guy.

If you are interested, but I am going to list out all the months and make a line and another line and we’re going to just go with it all right, so I have all my months in and as I was you’re thinking about this, I was like. Oh, my gosh I really wanted to put in another category, has nothing to do with income, but I do want to put in like right here. I’m going to put it right underneath here, I’m going to put subscriber count, so I think it’s just really fun like I love reading, like my friends that are on YouTube, their subscriber counts.

You know how they change and fluctuate, and I really want to keep track of that. The reason that I like to keep track of it. Subscribers really doesn’t I mean if you want to like talk about YouTube like income, and things like that subscriber count has absolutely nothing to do with your income level on YouTube at all. So the nice thing about looking at the subscriber count is you can kind of look and see what months you’re gaining a lot or maybe losing a lot to be honest, this past, like 30 days, I think I’ve lost like over three or four hundred subscribers and I’m really not sure why I have been posting really regularly.

I’ve been doing a lot of vlogging, which everyone that comments on the vlog says that they really like the vlogs, but maybe they don’t like the vlogs. Maybe I need to do more planning articles which I’m trying to do, but it’s very weird, but sometimes YouTube will promote my blog and other times. They won’t – and I think that this summer, for whatever reason I just haven’t, been really in people’s like suggested bars, you know like when you read on YouTube.

You have like your screen and then you have like that’s suggested a lot of times. I get new subscribers because of the suggested bar like the suggestion like that long bar there. I don’t know why but whatever, but it’s just nice to see like, oh in you know, January switch something up, and I did something different. So, when February hit, I had like how many more subscribers – or maybe I didn’t, do a lot in January and my subscriber went like lower or whatever I don’t know.

It’s just very strange. Actually, what’s really funny is, like my blog grew a ton when I wasn’t doing any articles at all like last January into February. I don’t, I think I uploaded like one or two articles like it was hardly anything, and I think I like gained, I don’t know like a thousand followers, or so it was just really weird, I’m like why is it growing? I’m not doing anything. So I don’t know it was very weird, but I’m going to keep creating content for you guys, I’m not so hung up on the subscriber count, but it’s just a fun thing to track.

So anyway, I’m going to be using this Chris, a sticker sheet. I’m just going to like use this little sticker right here and just kind of put it right there and then I’m just going to put subscriber on it and if you guys are interested on the number on. This is ka D, 0, 0, 2, 3, 2 and her sheets are like a matte vinyl like a semi-gloss kind of a thing, we’re not glossy but they’re like a semi-gloss and they smell like I don’t know they smell, like pool floaties like little arm floaties.

I don’t know why or like really love that smell, but I’m going to take this little red one cuz we’re going with like the red theme. Alright, so just wrote subscriber so yeah and then I can just track that right there and you always have to wait for a second for this to completely dry. So I think it’s dry now perfect looks super cute alright, so I have got my trusty Erin Condren snappin ruler right here, so I’m going to use that close up this binder here.

This is how I store all of my Christian designs, stuff cuz. It’s an obsession! You guys it’s an obsession all right, and that is it. That is what I’m going to be doing for the rest of these pages. So I’m going to stop the camera because, like I said it’s going to be way too much article file footage. I don’t even think my memory card is that big for as long as it’s going to take me to do this, so I will see you guys in just a second when I’m all done alright.

So I am back. I am all done with my financial pages and my business planner for 2019. So I wanted to show you what I did and where I got everything. So I did change this just a little bit since we last saw each other. I did include these um they’re. Just like little money stickers, I want to say that I got this from paper loving mommy, on Etsy. If, for some reason, you can’t find any of these things on these specific shops, you can also Google or search on Etsy like money, stickers or whatever kind of sticker you’re looking for, and there are so many other wonderful shops out there too.

I just happen to have these from other shops, so anyway, I put these on all of my pages, for you guys. So here is my youtube page and then moving right along. This is my Amazon page. So I’ve got my little scallop boxes, which these are all from coffee break. Planner I’ve got my little money guy. I’ve also got this. It’s so cute. It says my transformer name is Amazon, Prime, and that is from small-town grace and then I’ve got these little shopping bags, which are from Lily Henry several years ago, and then I also have this little Amazon sticker from KB sticker Co and then obviously I’ve got.

You know it’s the same template all the way through, and then this one here I have oh, and I should say most of the washi that you see is on my shop on favorite daughters, shop on Etsy. I will leave a link down below most of it’s on there. Some of it isn’t, but you know, there’s lots of different stuff on there at the moment. This is not because this is an Erin Condren product. This is an Erin Condren washi.

They do come as a set, and this is the new pattern for this year – the woven wonder which I’m like kind of obsessed with so again. The scallop boxes are from coffee-break planner, we’ve got the money and then the little eyeglasses. Those are from a sticker sheet. From Erin Condren comm and then the little EC, I just put that on there too, and that’s a sticker from Erin Condren as well, and the little shopping bag is also from Lily Henry.

This is going to be from my Etsy page, so the washi is from my shop and then I also have the scalloped boxes, which are coffee, break planner. Sorry, this is kind of redundant, but I know a lot of people ask and then I’ve got the money. The boss sticker, those are also from small town grace and then the little bag again is from Lily Henry and then the Etsy sticker is from planner topia. And then this is the last sheet that I have and then all of the scale up boxes, as well as a little calculator, are from a coffee break.

Planner the washi is from my shop. We’ve got the money sticker again with another one of those Rea done. Mugs and that is from small town grace and then these awesome computers are from a piper a paper company, and then I do have a couple of extra sheets in the back in case, there’s other revenue streams or I decide to do something different with the business. This year, but yeah so we’ve got my contracts, Etsy ShareASale, Amazon and YouTube, so that is going to be it for me today.

So let’s talk about the before and after good, some people call it the before and after good some people call it the heaven and hell grid right. It’s really depends on where you’re learning this from, but it’s actually a pretty common concept in marketing, but it’s extremely important, especially if you’re trying to grow a product or service or develop an offer when you’re doing marketing. You really want to get inside the head of the prospect.

The reason why you want to do this is because, when you’re doing marketing, people don’t buy things typically for the utility of the thing right. The old example is people don’t buy it grills because they want drills, they buy eight drills because they want holes, that’s actually not true. Either people don’t buy drills because they want holes. They want holes because they need to run a wire through it or a pipe through it or you know, there’s more to it than just here’s: a cool drill, he’ll, here’s the features, here’s the price right, we’re trying to figure out exactly what the clients and customers Are looking for so it’s important to consider first, what is there before state? What does it look like? How can you communicate with these people so that they’ll say yeah? That’s me: that’s how I feel, and typically, if you have a service or product, it’s going to do more than just the face value of that product or service, and if you want it to be more valuable than just like a commodity.

For example, it’s important to consider and really consider that you have to really relate to your clients and customers on an emotional level if you can get into their most primal fears. Their most primal worries their most primal motivations that they have you’re going to be a lot more successful. People typically do things because they want to gain something they do things, because it justifies their emotional decision with logic.

People do things because fear is a motivator and in general, if you can tap into these base motivations you’re going to be so much more effective. So let’s go through an example. So, typically, what I like to do is the the before grid. I like to know what they’re thinking, what they’re feeling, what they’re wondering: what are their worries? What are their needs, what are their wants and really talk about? What is it and what is the state that these people are in? So let me give you an example: let’s say you’re doing a your realtor in you’re selling, a house.

If you have somebody who’s selling their house, you could think well. All they want to do is sell their house. They are need to sell their house right. There. Could be a million reasons why these people need to sell their house and one thing that you should totally do before this is fill out your client, avatar and customer avatar, so that you know who you’re creating this before and after good. For that is step number one.

This is step number two, so that article up there in the left hand corner on the card. You can click that and there’s a client, avatar worksheet in the description of that article as well. But let’s talk about this, though their before and after good, so you have your very specific customer, avatar right and so even within selling houses. You have different kinds of house seller. If you have equity sellers, you have people that are selling because they’re retiring, you have people that are selling, because they need more room.

You have people that are selling, because they can’t make the payments. You have people that are selling because they’re upside down on their mortgages, they’re doing a short sale right. All of those people have different before-and-after grids and likely your clients and customers aren’t also in different areas depending on what’s important of them to them right. So, let’s target somebody who is an equity seller, for example, they’re retiring and they’re, downsizing right.

What is their before and after good look like so before they’re worried about getting the most money for their house. They probably have time they’ve been sitting on the house for a long time. They’ve paid it off. Now they have equity, they feel like they’re, proud of their accomplishments. They feel like they deserve to get the most for the money they feel like. Their house is extremely valuable, extremely special.

They have a serious emotional bonds to it right and so, when you’re designing content around that, if you talk to them about how special their house is how they build memories, they’re right, the house has so much more value to that person. Then it does somebody who just is doing like a corporate rental right or you know somebody who’s like, oh and I bought this house a year ago and I’m flipping it right, very different positions, and so, when you’re, creating marketing and you’re explaining to them.

You know, especially if you like, let’s see, had a reverse mortgage business, where you’re trying to get people that have equity to do reverse mortgages right. If you talk to them about how they have built the legacy in this house – and you know they’re their state that they’re in they feel connected to it, they don’t want to move out of it. They want to maintain their lifestyle right. You you’re talking about the emotions that they’re feeling and really you’re connecting with them on a very emotional level.

They feel like you’re, going to know them you’re going to get to know them, so the ad is going to be a lot more effective, and so then you have the after grit. So let’s say that you, you understand and you’re empathizing with where they’re at at their current stage and then in the after grid. It’s where they’re going to be when they’re ending up with you they’ll be so relieved that you know this. Wasn’t that hard to do! They’ll be so relieved that they got the most for it.

They’ll be so relieved that they found somebody who is going to build a family in this house. Just like you did in the house is going to be used for good right. All of those different things. You’re so much more deeper than hey. I sell houses, a 2 % Commission, yes or no and you’re so much more effective. When you can be the bridge between that before state and that after state, a good general copywriting rule is the feel felt found right.

You can tell a story about a client who has gone through a similar situation through his story and especially if you can use article testimonials and things you can talk about what they were feeling. So what did you feel when you first got started? Well, you know I’ve lived here for 30 years and I really felt like I didn’t want to give up all the memories and things, but it was getting expensive and I knew that you know my kids.

I didn’t want them to have to support me and right. So you’re going through that feeling, so what did they feel and then how they felt when the thing was happening? But you know I found someone so realty service and immediately they got that understood that you know this isn’t just a house. This is my legacy, and so what we found was, and then the solution and then the after. How did they feel afterwards and being that bridge and that gap really helps you to get no more emotion, convey more emotion and get people to to get to the end result.

Really, that’s what people are looking for, they’re, not looking for you know. Sometimes people are there. There are different demographics right where people are just looking for the cheapest commodity and if you’re, a commodity provider you’re, probably able to find those people just because you’re competing only on price. But if you’re, like other businesses, that don’t want to just be a price competitor, that you want, offer a premium service you’re going to have to bridge that gap, you’re enough to find the hot-button issues that are going to make.

You different make you better and really help you to not be just another commodity. That’s only going to be based around pricing right, there’s service. There’s caring, there’s commitment, there’s the ongoing um. You know everything it’s it really all comes down to this, and if you can nail this as far as what is the before state, is this something that you’re feeling is this something that you’re doing and then what’s the after state? Business and Sustainable Development – Impact Film

But today the world faces enormous challenges that threaten to undo these games, including climate change and widening inequality. The sustainable development goals provide a roadmap for how to tackle our times most urgent issues by 2030.

The company I work for Laerdal is creating a new master plan for our free zone. We’re going to be creating a circular economy based on the 17 SDGs that carries out high-value industrial projects, so we’re going to be doing some of the most challenging fabrication engineering activities in Nigeria, supporting the entire region, we’re going to be doing all of it in a Sustainable economic freezer, so the most important thing is that there is a generation that is coming after us, which we refer to loosely as the millennial generation, who are significantly more aware than we are of the importance of the sustainable developed, the need to protect society.

So the message that I’d like to give to that generation is, we are alert, we’re awake and as business leaders, we as a group of CEOs have created a framework whereby the world that they inherit will be a significantly better one than the one that we inherited And in turn, I think it’s extremely important for all of us to realize that this is no longer nice to do it’s a must do, and by doing so we will change the world for the better, as identified by the better business.

Better world report transforming the food and land use system presents one of the biggest opportunities to achieve the SDGs. In fact, today’s food system is not fit for purpose, and it is failing us environmentally as well as socially transforming food and land-use systems will take work from all the people who understand and shape those systems from scientists to policymakers, to consumers to business as well as Technology pioneers the new food and land use coalition set up by the business commission, aims to do exactly that by bringing together a coalition of over 30 organizations and I’m proud to chair this new initiative.

The business commission has some amazing women leaders involved and at some point we were talking about the SDGs and their leadership office agenda. We realized that actually the SDG agenda, as it is very commonly framed talks about women as being recipients of the sustainable development goals and empowered by the sustainable development goals, as opposed to necessarily taking a leadership role. We decided that the business commission should try and change the narrative, so women rising 2030 is really about encouraging women to stand up and lead for the sustainable development goals wherever they are well.

We’ve got 13 years to go, haven’t we and if we’ve only got 13 years, I’m a bit worried about how much we have to do in a short period of time, but it is gaining momentum and, as you gain momentum, these things tend to speed up. What do we need? We need alignment, we need far less talking a much more action. We need concrete plans and concrete goals and some of the especially the four key initiatives out of the business and sustainable development Commission.

They go some way to get in some concrete action plans, but there’s so much more to do. We still have time to save our planet. Let’s do it. Now. Water comes first in business and in life, a new social contract, the East ajiz, the Paris climate agreement act. Now business needs to look beyond our own operations to transform the entire value chain and to address the scale of the environmental and social challenges and places

How I started out as a Creative Director and an Entrepreneur || START UP STORY

Interview with Carla Nemr | Global Head of Business Development

Thank you for taking the time out to talk well, thank you for having me here. How are you I’m fine, good, good, good, okay, so Carla? I think the first thing for us to talk about is a typical day in your role. So what would a typical day look like for you? What are the kind of responsibilities that you’re doing on a day to day basis, yeah so so, via in the guiding to what I do are usually on on daily basis? There are a lot of may be passed and priorities that I should look into.

So I try to maybe divide the FASTA to different days or we even mix the reason. Why is because I look into a different market globally, so, starting off, like I develop individual plans with the county managers for each country or region that they take care of, and then I have also evaluates the market trends and provides the appropriate support to product development With you and of course I do provide some training and maybe guidance to the team so to also overcome some development issues.

Let’s say we do some weekly meetings or monthly meetings to discuss what challenges each market is facing in every county or region, and we try to find solutions for that as well together, I also so I’m just going to answer what you’re saying is that I’m you Actually go in with a tailored approach for each market so for the different country managers. You have to tailor it to the clientele there are in that country.

Yes, okay, so there’s a lot of work going in. Yes, of course, yeah! So that’s why we need to also always work together. It was you know everything when you, when you try to over look to a global market, you need to listen and understand every individual market. You know how you can approach it. You know because every market has different tradition, difference the culture different, try, a type of marketing tools, approach, etc.

So we need to always communicate together as a thing. So it’s a real Tyler, the pro yeah. It is in addition to that. I analyze the business strategies and develop improvement plans, so I can also provide the right support for the you know: the growth of the business. So we also, of course, when I gather all the information and the challenges or issues. So I also try to coordinate that with a management team to maintain as well the quality of service that we provide for every individual market and to maintain, of course, the budgets that we need to allocate for those countries.

So it’s about maintaining the consistency as yes correct. If we look at the technology side as well, I need today is also the IT department in order to maybe inform them about the latest technology that we need to provide for our their clients different. They also in every market. If you look at Asia, they they may be discussed about copy trading or even mena or a Latin America, so every individual market also is they need for certain technical tools.

So we need to always communicate with our IT department in order to provide the most innovative tools and products for our clients Wow. So that’s actually quite a huge scope of activity that you’ve got to cover. And what do you feel? That’s the most important thing for your team to focus on and what are your priorities to offer you anyway? What do you feel your priorities towards the traders? I believe there are a lot of maybe key points that I try to communicate.

It with my team, in order to provide the best service that we can, because at the end of the day we are the online financial trading company. So in that matter you are not offering a tangible product. So, therefore, you need to focus on the service that you provide to clients or traders. So the one of the maybe key services that we need to focus on is education is education, so in cooperation, of course, the marketing department we try to see.

Maybe each market also individually, what type of webinars they would look into educational webinars course. Also, we try to be offline as well, so we target different markets by going on on the ground being they’re present as well and provide them the educational seminars that they might require. So we have a lot of, for example, beginners traders that they need to understand. More that is about you, know the risk of this market of this industry before they get into that market.

So we try to provide them the most information possible for them to make the right decision in order to see whether it suits them or not. That’s for the education part. Now we talk about services. We need also to maintain the quality of communication with our traders. We need to understand the needs and requirements for them in order to provide the best service for those daters and then again, we look also for each market individually.

We do not provide the same service for all markets, because every market, as I said before, as a way a different way of approach, the first thing than your presence as well on. If you look at the technology part as well, so you need to be present on social media and therefore we have to look into how we present our services by providing the right information to our clients from the business development side.

We are active of social media, so traders all over the world can understand what signals vision is also can also get close in communication with the Wrights business development, whether he’s the county manager, the salesperson or the customer support. So we try to understand the need for each market and be there as well active on social media. I mean, if you want to reach the global markets, you need to be present there, so they need to see with who they’re dealing with.

So it’s really important to be active on social media. What images you are giving or representing the company and do you think it’s important that they have that accessibility as well to the company? So it’s more about the transparency, so people always kind of be in contact. Should they have communications more about it for immediate communication? Yes, they do nice. So that’s a that’s, a very kind of comprehensive approach that you have so Carla.

What I’m hearing is that a lot of emphasis is put on education and making sure the traders know what they’re doing so. What do you feel are the current needs of the traders and how do you make sure that your team caters to that? Okay? If we look at different type of traders, say, for example, we start off with the beginners or the guys that they want to learn more about ratings. They’ve heard they tried for some times and they want to learn more yeah.

So what my team does, or maybe the needs for the trader to start learning more about trading – is to walk them through basically the platform you do to understand more how to place a trade. What are there is that also they might encounter. They can also ask. Maybe about different type of technology on the platform that, if you could say like leverage, margin, etc, so those guys are there to help them walk them through from A to Z, then the trader obviously need to understand also the cost, so they do ask sometimes, if We’re talking also about advanced traders, they come and they look for.

What are the cost for the spreads? You know what’s the leverage that they can be entitled for now with the Asthma, so they need to understand how they can be converted to professional clients or not yeah. If they are details, what leverage their they get. So the team is to explain to them and maybe to walk them through the whole registration process. So every trader has its different needs and we make sure that every trader will find the right tool and services that they they would be looking for mm-hmm.

And what about tick well as a whole with regards the condition, so the spreads the leverage, the margin requirements, how does tickle to a plethora of clients with their conditions? Nowadays, I mean there is a lot of competition in the market and the competition market requires to be maybe the the broker that you should be getting or maybe offering the best lower spread, offering the leverage that the trader will look into it.

Also, the regulations, a lot of clients they would come and ask where are deregulated if it’s an FCA company or broker or if it’s a officer a license as well so check, may try it’s best to provide the most innovated products as well. So the more variety of products, the better for the traders to have more options in order to see how they can or maybe which products to look into and trade. They tried as well to have the best execution with this competition.

You need to always offer the best execution as well, in addition to the spreads of the low-cost of spread and the leverage that they would be looking into so and not to mention at the segregated accounts that the clients would feel more safe once they found their Money in order to place some trade, so those may be points tick – may try to focus on in order to be competitive in the market. So it’s kind of the fundamental things that you’re addressing in that case, so the the conditions that will allow them to excel and also the putting in place the procedures that will allow them to feel safe while they’re trading, bringing all the bases very good, very good.

So, with regards to the team that you’re the you monetarily work with directly, how is the team organized and how do you could you also talk us through the process of onboarding, a client yeah, so we have different. My actually team is consist of different departments. The reason why I have different departments is to try also to give like a customized service for every individual may be type of clients, so we have, for example, the activation department.

If you have partnership departments – and we have County managers and customer support yeah and not to mention also the technical analyst guys as well – that they provide educational, webinars and seminars to the traders, so once the client gets one boarded, we have an activation team that would Help the client to be to go through the registration process, starting from filling the form online, sending the KYC documents that I documents for the everyday market gets approved and then they’re ready to start just free traders to understand kyc what does kyc meaning.

It means that the doctor, the right documents for know your client, basically abbreviation of know your clients at the right documents for every trader in order for them to get approval so once they get the approval they get their account activated. So they need to be. You know approved from the compliance point of view. They have a distasteful registration form to help. You provide the right information about their profile, then the documents and then once the documents are correctly submitted, then that counts as a right to be approved.

And after that, that’s a there will be they did to funded his account and start writing nice. Okay, yes, regarding to the other departments, so we have also partnership departments with the partnership department focuses on maybe retailer search, think the idea or maybe partners. So the partners, usually they look into providing clients or maybe refer to friends or they would like to introduce business, but it’s they can either trade as well or maybe just focusing on and growing their businesses yeah.

So those guys that are they have some connections and it would like maybe to introduce them to tickles, so they are called partners or IDs introducing brokers, so those guys and a partnership Department. They make sure that every IDs that, despite that providing the rights, also information for the clients before they get embroidered, they also get some rewards from Dickman once they introduce their clients at say this to us.

You do and the track is dependent also they ensure that the ideas they get may be the right material, so they can ask in there from their side to provide it to their clients right. Okay, we have also the county managers, so county managers are mainly focusing on every individual market they’re assigned to allocate the to yeah, so they do the business development for that market. They study the market, they see what are their eyes approach for stickmen to guess in that markets expand the business there yeah, so they do analyze.

They look at the competition there. What are the right to products, services and marketing budget that we need get for that market and they come forward, so we came together, maybe build that business in the countries or regional they’re taking care of Wow. Okay, you try to always provide, and maybe listen through. Also, the traders, what exactly they need. I mean we try to provide what the client is asking for.

Yeah, I mean there’s no point of just focusing on certain things that the trader would never take into consideration while his focus is somewhere else. So you need to have a very efficient communication with your traders, especially if they’re advanced experienced traders, so they are the best people to hear feedback from in order to provide your onion improve to always services to the client and social media gives you those open blogs Of communication, yes, we do forth and through laxity yeah and I’m guessing that tool must trigger down into your team, so you’re encouraging your team to actually use social media to engage with their clients, to possibly open up more markets and to be a gamification blog yeah.

My team they’re quite active on social media. They try to always the present right image for each individual. We have also some information may be posted about the profits, the volume, the trading volume of the company every now and then because it’s been important for the traders who maybe to compare to compare signal with other brokers as well. So he can make the right. The decision where he would like to maybe invest response nice.

So could you tell me a little bit more about your team, so we’ve been talking about the tools that you’re using to engage with your clients. But how specifically do you organize your team and how do you structure the team and was the onboarding process like so when it’s someone first comes to a member of your team, all the way through to when they’re actually trading with you as a client. So my team consists of different departments.

The reason why we have divided different departments into different tasks: educator needs of each group by the clients. So, for example, we have the activation department. They are the first, the department that will be in contact with the client so that what the client wants. This shows interest of opening an account with us or they’re registering with a company. They get in contact with him and they try to accommodate his needs from a to Zed, so starting off from the registration form and then later to submit his documents as well.

So they walk. Will they walk the client through the whole process until he gets approved and he’s ready to open the account to find the right account as well for him, because we have different types of accounts, so he would be in contact with that account manager in order to Give him the right information to make his decision, which type of accounts and whether the client is approved, so he can start saving on the phone.

Okay, the other department would be. We have another Department called apart. So in the partnership Department, it is the partnership Department. They take care of all our partners and ideal, so we do also have a department that calls county managers Department, those County manager. They get involved more into developed business in every individual market right, so they look into, for example, Asia.

They look into Africa, Latin America. Maybe MENA region, so they try to study the market analyze, what the market needs and then they communicated together. I mean we communicated together, so we can see what are the right approach in order to expand the business in each individual country. Wow. Okay.
