“Greedy Influencers” – Why The Integrity Of Your Brand Is At Risk

I don’t give a shit how rich you are, how much subscribers, how much money you have. I think, a lot of the times. The way you ultimately treat people speak so much more powerfully versus all that shit. Okay, guys! Is it just me, or is it getting hot in here, because we’re about to roast some of your favorite influencers, get it no hey guys.

Welcome to my blog. My name is Jane and if you’re new here, what’s up I’m 18 year old entrepreneur and today’s topic is actually requested by you – guys. A lot of people, maybe you’re, reading, create content online and I think the biggest thing we’re always curious about is how to grow. But also how to make a business out of it and we’ve seen so many people become really successful. On this platform, we’ve seen youtubers make millions of dollars from making articles selling their brands merch you get it, and I think so often we forget to think about brand integrity, which is why today, I’m going to answer your guys has 3 top questions about how to Build a sustainable business but keep your brand check.

So, if you guys wouldn’t know more and we’re about to expose some of your favorite people, I’m just keep on reading, I recommend actually grabbing a snack if you’re reading this. This article is better when you’re consuming not only information but a what a food of some choice so grab a snack. If you were, if you haven’t already hey Jade you’re super cool and I’ve been reading, you a lot lately. Thank you.

I am an inspiring fashion. Influencer and I follow a lot of successful bloggers in my knees, how do you engage a more mature audience that is more likely to wash than just be silent woo? This is a really really good question like I don’t even know how to properly answer it. So, let’s see what I pull up, madam ass, okay, so for anyone doesn’t know, what’s going on, I like to use the Selena Gomez or Miley Cyrus approach right.

These Disney stars, at least when I grew up, were everything to me. I don’t know why, but these Disney stars, whatever they did, I fangirl over. I will talk to my mom I’ll comment on their post. When I was younger, I would read a show every single time but, as I grew older, more shit happened. I got busier and now I’m less fan girlie. So this question is tailored to people who maybe are at the point where their audience isn’t at a fan, girlie mode because they’re so much more mature.

I guess the question I’m always personally curious is how would you create an engaging fanbase if your audience isn’t at that age point? So, if you’re someone who’s curious about that, this is what I have to say. You think about it. There’s a certain age point where, yes, your audience matures they’re less active because their attention is spread out when you grow up, I mean I’m only 18 years old, but I can tell you you: when you grow up, you get more work, you think about money.

There’s a lot more stressful things that you keep about so your time and attention for entertainment is getting a lot less, so your attention is, however, so fleeting. If you really want to engage with a more mature audience, you need to be able to solve their problem. I think the biggest thing that a lot of fashion influencers do is, I would say, I’m not I’m going to roast anyone, but you know it’s kinda, like a tick, tock er, a tick talker is someone who probably makes a lip-synch article you’ve definitely seen.

Okay. If you haven’t seen one your life, I know one of the famous ones is like Lauren, gray, right and Lauren gray. You know you read a cool little article, then you just like it and you swipe away and that’s the end because you’re not there she’s not really solving any problems, she’s just dancing with her belly button open right, okay, Mona! I want to make a quick disclaimer and also say that if you’re someone who tells stories or is a movie maker that entertains people that’s also solving people’s problem, humor and laughter is solving someone’s needs, because when we are busy at work, you know we want to Relieve stress so don’t be limited to and I think, solving a problem as thinking you have to be like an informative value teacher.

You can also tell stories and add humor just make sure you’re adding value to someone’s life, whether it’s humor education or motivation. I have a whole article about adding value. If you want to read the article I’ll link it below on ways, you can do it without feeling overwhelmed to answer this question properly. Just try to stray away from tik-tok type of content and focus on value based giving, for example, story times a lot of personal advice.

Q & A is going into your audience and seeing them asking them. What are you currently facing? If you don’t know, ask there’s fucking 7 million features on your Instagram stories to do Q & A and polls. So you know what your market is facing and I think my educated, our self and what’s going on you’re able to create engagement because true engagement when we can older it’s just conversations right. It’s less of this like yeah.

Like I love you, it’s a two-way street. My biggest advice, if you are trying to engage someone, the older, is to create conversations and the best way to start conversation is by solving the problem and asking. How can I help you how’s? That made sense, I don’t know. I do think it’s interesting, though, because I don’t think there’s anything wrong with tic tucker’s and we love Lauren gray, all right.

So the second question is: I’m a fashion, blogger too, and I want to collaborate with well known world brands. It’s important that I concentrate on a specific location, for instance, if i’ma from Russia. Is it better for me to write in a Russian audience or gather in English? Do big brands give a shit about location, I’m struggling what language to decide from? Firstly, you understand why you want to work with big brands, because one, it’s typically a nightmare, because big brands typically don’t even reach out to most people.

They have influencer marketing agencies, so you’re just going to deal with the middleman, which aka means they’re just going to take more money from you. So just ask yourself: why do you want to work with big brands if it’s, because you genuinely believe in Nike or because you like, genuine, like this brand, like that’s another story, but sometimes I feel like a lot of people just want to work a big brand.

So they can feel cool, but you need to know why, because it will bite you in the ass and sometimes like you eat to where you want to go. For example, there was a big company that wanted to work with me, and I thought it was great because I felt cooler it’s a corporate big company and I remember it was actually fucking horrible, because there were so much they were so slow like to make a Decision they have to go through their HR for Ventura, CEO and then they inter came back to me and be like hey Jade.

Sorry, we don’t have the budget for this project. What I’m trying to say is know why one you want to work with Vikram. The second step is chase request, my language, the answer is typically, if you are working with a big brand, you need to know where their audience comes from and who their customer is. If you want to work with Nike right and you feel like there’s biggest problem, is they can’t reach the Russian market, then speak and Russian, because you’re going to connect your audience better? It’s like this.

The reason why I you have to understand what brands you want to work with is because we want you want to help them essentially spread. The word right so by default. Ask yourself: does this brand struggle reaching this demographic? I think a lot of influencers are competing because they don’t feel like they’re special, but if you do speak a language you can leverage it. It would definitely double down on your language because it just makes you stand out and it’s a tricky conversation right.

Some brands. Only one english-speaking customers, so it depends you have to do a research, I would say all right guys, it’s getting hot huh and if your support enjoyed this article, please give this article a like and subscribe on this blog. We talk about social media growth, starting a business, and I am here for you because I genuinely have a passion for helping. You guys destroy your brand and hopefully you know give you some big sister advice or big brother advice, but yeah make sure you guys, like this article and subscribe if you haven’t already okay.

So the third and last question is by far the most important. I don’t think you need anything else, but this piece of information. Okay, so this question is also from seventh Lana. You could you guys quick, really good, really, good questions? She asks. No one really talks about ethics and values of a brand. Can a brand turn you down because they don’t want to be associated with you also, vice versa.

Can I turn down people if I don’t believe in their product, so I think this can be solved and towards brand integrity. If you want to work with a brand – and you know matched what they need and also on the other and find brands that you actually resonate with, we have to stop taking short-term decisions. I don’t give a shit how rich you are, how much subscribers, how much money you have. I think, a lot of the times.

The way you ultimately treat people speak so much more powerfully versus all that shit. I can give you so many examples. Okay, there is a you know, famous case right now: there’s a youtuber called Britney Donna Fitness, Instagram fitness influencer, accused of scamming clients across the country. Britney dawn took their money for fitness plans and then never delivered, and now many of them are taking those complaints.

She had a scandal about scamming her own audience. You know we’ve heard about maybe that Jacqueline Hill scandal we have to stop thinking so short term. I mean we asked we need to make money, get our coin cyst. But how is this affecting your brand long term and this long term really mean like stop thinking in three-month cycles of like what can I hit this quarter but think about what do I want to hit in five years? Because when you think about five year, visions and again going back to the initial conversation like when you know your, why why you work with a brand? Why you do something you think longer term? Which means you know what you stand for.

So what brand comes up to you say? Hey mr. John, I want to work with you I’ll pay, you ten grand. Will you do it, but you know deep down that this will long-term collide with your morals, which is maybe not selling a product. It’s a scam! You’re going to turn it down and by doing that, you’re going to save time, but not only that your own brand and value which is going to keep you longer term, because your audience will trust you.

I think so often we trade and Trust for short-term benefits and integrity is all about doing the right thing when no one is reading. So, if you’re, someone who is still confused on how to keep brand integrity, here’s my three tips. You just need to know it’s really simple step, one if you’re trying to keep your brand integrity step. One is to know your. Why know what you want like? What do you stand for? Ask yourself out? What do you stand for? If you don’t know, you’re going to make short-term shit you’re going to shortcut your way into success, you’re going to buy followers, I’ve done that you’re going to take deals that you don’t really actually believe in I’ve done that you’re going to make brands change you for Who you are because you want the money I’ve done.

That example, I can give you a story time at the very end of this article, if you want to hear actually personal situation to me, step two find brands that have your. Why, if your, why is to stay ethical or save – I don’t know beautiful in your own skin, don’t take a detox product like a fitness, tea cuz! It’s going to collide with your audience right, so find brands with a similar. Why it’s very simple: if they don’t have an about Us page about how they source their ingredients and you or someone who’s ethical, your problems shown to that bring them actually.

In one instance, there was this company that basically does Instagram growth automation and they were going to pay me. I think two grand for a article just mentioning their name and I post hundreds of years on this blog. But I remember my whole. Why is to build a brand long-term and don’t use shortcuts and there? Why is to make shortcuts? I said no, because I Baloo that you would collide with what I believed in and therefore break so many of my audience’s trust and also my own morals and ethics.

Again, brand integrity, so I guess step three is like you heard: you need to connect your Y with their Y and, if that’s a yes, you should be good to go into that deal and taking that money, because it’s an exchange of saying true to your core And building a company off of good ethics. I know this is may be basic information, but I feel like step so important if you haven’t spent 10 minutes just like sipping your tea and thinking about your wife.

Please please do that today. I don’t give a shit if you are, you know scrolling on YouTube. We’re really fuckin stressed out just sit down and ask yourself why? What is your, why what do you stand for? It will save you so much more time and build trust all right guys. I want to quickly shut it to the current winner. Do you wan na be the next homeowner just corn, below your questions? Your thoughts? Do you agree with me with brand integrity? How do you guys stay true, and let me know if you have any stories of other influencers that have fucked up and maybe we can learn from alright guys.

I love you guys so much domination. Thank you for reading. I will see you guys in the episode. 2 of the startup, if you don’t know what the startup is, I invite you to my youtube series, which is my story of how I grew my business. What I’m doing – and I hope you enjoy – if you don’t, if you haven’t seen any episodes I’ll link a playlist below I invite you to join and be a part of the domination alright guys.

I love you so much guys. The next one tag me on instagram follow me, love you please,

Seemingly Obvious Mistakes Made By Artists

Bothering me, you know a lot of artists when they are oh, I noticed because you know how to show coming up, and I have artists sending me stuff and if you call yourself an artist right, I would need you to have recent music. I have artists right now that send me stuff from 2016 right and I’m like and you’re saying that your artists right now so there there ain’t, no way that you don’t have up-to-date music.

So for all of you guys and now I’m not saying that sounds great though so, is it like this because it sounds so or just the fact that it was created back then the fact that first of all, I feel like sometimes a lot of times. Music gets dated, so you can hear a song and the beat the vibe it feels like something from years ago. You know I mean, and with this show in particular, I have multiple artists sending me stuff.

Now I have requirements like. I need you to have a article all of this, so all of it looked oh, you know I mean like all of it. Look, oh and I’m like. What do you have this right now? Are you? Are you still an artist, or are you just so it’s like if you’re a person and you’re reaching out to people because you’re trying to get placements you’re trying to get booked for things like people want to see? What have you done recently? You know what have you done for me lately, what have you done lately if you try to get booked for shows you can and you you can’t send me anything.

That’s up to date. That kind of tells me as a booking agent as a promoter like if you don’t even got another reason that tells me you probably don’t even got no fans right now or you don’t have nobody moving for you. It’s just like a bad look man. So it’s like first of all, artists should be recording or producing music on a regular basis. Now, there’s no like: oh, you need to bust down the song once a week or release the song once a month, but you definitely should recording and creating music.

If this is what you do for a living on a continuous basis, you know exam. So it’s like. If you are artisan, you don’t really have anything new. Maybe your thing right now is to get a project together, create some new music get your your imagery together. Get your presence together. Maybe you are trying to go through a rebranding phase and maybe that’s one reason why you kind of took them on it off but, like you, got ta hit people with some stuff with right now and it starts like sending all of those old super old music That sounds outdated.

The visuals look outdated, you know in the article you had brains and now you got a cut like brain man Shawn. You know, I mean you, you send me pictures. Well, you have locks, and now you got a low cut, like everything has to translate with who you are right now, because if you want people to promote you as who you are like and we’re putting out flyers and we’re putting our content and then people were Seeing like people that look too different like to different people and don’t correlate like I don’t go together, so we need to update everything.

You need new music. Now is the time to start working on something new get some fresh sounds. You know, get everything. That’s that’s new. I can say, as like two artists. What you’re hearing right now is the type of person you want to do business with, because the people who don’t care about those things, the quality of their show or whatever they’re doing in the other spaces, is going to be on the same level.

So they’re not carrying and holding you to those standards. Yes, you can say: oh I got in, but now you can also expect those low standards to be in the other aspect. So it’s actually not worth being a part of that thing in the first place. So you want the people that you do business with, to hold people to those type of standards to have barriers to the level of quality of artists and other people.

They do business with, because I’ve definitely been do that, especially when I was doing my festival. That’s my big biggest experiences with artists and things like that, so one, even if the music doesn’t sound, outdated and isn’t whack, you have the idea just from a business standpoint. Am I trying to put an artist out there and promote an artist that isn’t active right? They’re not committed in they’re, not you know, constantly working towards their career because it’s like yeah, I believe in you, but I’m not sure manager trying to build you up right.

So I want like my incentive is to have an artist – that’s dope right now and for that artist to continue to be dope and in large in their platform, because now I’m associated with that. That’s how the people who are throwing events with doing certain things are going. I want to be thinking so it’s in your best interest or in their best interest to work with people who are currently active, currently grinding and doing work without them, because now I can add my sauce on to it and then, if people really see me doing That stuff they’ll add something extra or they’re, really old man.

This artist is dope and I think this artist is going somewhere. I see the momentum, let me get him on cuz. I want to let everybody know about him and I want them to know that I was the one that told them about me, but you have to put yourself in a position to look like that, because then people will start coming to you more or doors. I’m opening for you a lot faster right and from us like a fan standpoint like if you, if somebody hears a song right, I just hear a song, but now I want to look you up.

So I go. Look you up on YouTube. People look at dates. I know I do like I look at like when was this article posted? You know I mean, and it didn’t article especially yeah right and it’s fun – to follow us right on Spotify, but I feel like a lot of people I know mean personally, I think when I listen to something new, I’m always trying to find the visuals, because me, I’m just activated visually like I like to see something.

You know. Sometimes you read articles and it makes you like a song more because you’ve seen some type of visual to it and it kind of like engage with you. It’s like reeled, you in versus you just hearing it. You know, I’m saying so like a lot of people will go and start to look you up and I’m one of those people like. I go to YouTube because I want to see like what your visuals look like, especially when I hear our artist and I don’t know who this person is like.

I want to see what you look like. You know I mean so I’ll, go to youtube and search for some type of article, and I always look at the date like in this article. It’s like is this a recent artists? Oh, what does it mean to you like if it’s, if it’s old and I can’t find anything, that’s recent – it makes me feel like I’m wasting my time, oh and, and you can’t right – and I can’t find something – recent I’m just like okay.

Well, maybe this artists not even doing music, no more so like. What’s the point you know, Danny or Dobie could have went somewhere to do something but yeah, but you got me all exile, all hot and bothered you know and then just let me down, I’m unfinished! You got ta come with the package and you should want to cause – I don’t know whatever, but it’s like yo before you, it’s like yo. A lot of your artists are constantly reaching out to people to to like put you on and do this and do that and then they’re asking you like.

Okay, send me what you got send me pictures send me there simulate and it’s like you just don’t have nothing recent, so it makes people feel like they’re wasting their time you’re trying to put into you. You know I mean when you don’t even clear. It looks like you’re not putting it to yourself so nah why’d. You say I still always go back to these artists who rejected him for your show, and I was like bro, you don’t have anything right.

Like literally, I could tell you what the artist looks. I’m looking this Instagram, I couldn’t find music, he really had nothing and then this artist had the nerve to get mad and say: look man, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. I was going to debut my music at your event, you think I’m a risk. My credibility, all right, I have no idea about so I I don’t understand how artists put themselves in that position to to think of themselves.

I get the having to build up confidence and that becomes a part of the game, sometimes, but the level of the goal that some of these people have like. As far as not understanding the other side of the business and the value that you need to be. Bringing not just the fans but to these to the other people, what what matters to them right, the more you can put yourself into the state of the person you’re doing business with understanding their business model and just what matters to them, the more you can make It easy for yourself to be a value to them into just just create a relationship that actually gives an impact.

Top Google Made Tools Helping SEO Efforts

So you know a lot of a marketer is a lot of a business owners. Always try to want to find the best tools. What can help me paid one expensive, one, cheap ones free once all that stuff. So what I want to say is the tools are great, but there are so many tools available now that a don’t cost money that you should use them and you have plenty of fun – would work with it.

So I’m going to go one by one. All of these tabs have been open with all of these google-owned tools and that can help you with SEO and i’ll explain, kind of a tip or two about each one. So the first one, obviously we’re going to start with google com. So any time you want to do research, you want to find it your complete, your competitors are doing and you want to search specifics, use google, so very simple, not not something! You know a secret or anything.

Everybody knows this, but what you can actually do – and you really need to get good at this – is to know how to search so, let’s say i’m selling soccer jerseys. Okay. So if I’m doing research one, obviously I can search for all of my competitors, see what they’re doing to I can use things like a you know, site colon or I can use all these different search operators to refine it look for it. I can use things like the refining by blog.

Maybe I want to find all of the blogs that that a deal with a softer right, so I can then reach out to them. I can create content for them. I can use. I can always subscribe to search within the discussions or news or stuff like that, so google com number one most powerful tool for any kind of an marketing research that you want to do pretty obvious now. The second thing, which is the second tab, is basically to use a part of what’s in google com, which is the three auto-suggest, so a what happens when you know, when you type in something it’ll, try to give you so say.

If I type in salford soccer space, it will try to give me what are the next most popular searches that people actually type in, so that can give you content ideas, more ideas of what’s going on and really give me a lot of insights so use the Autosuggest, it’s very very helpful. Ok, so we did that so google com auto-suggest and we talked about ok, so the next one is AdWords. So right now I didn’t sign in, but I just wanted to give you a tip about Adwords.

So if you’re doing SEO you’re doing organic marketing, AdWords is actually, in many cases a very good, complementary tool. Uh, because it’s right now a Google Analytics doesn’t provide all of the keyword data for for organic results. You know they have that not provided getting to right. Now about eighty percent or so and soon getting to a hundred, you don’t really have much information. So before you do a SEO efforts which you obviously know takes a lot of time takes months years and on you want to try too many cases pay some money.

Get actual keyword, data know what converts better, don’t don’t spend two years trying to rank for a keyword and the conversion rate is not good. Is so spend some money and gather some data for a lot of data. Okay, so that’s that’s. Adwords equate fit okay, so AdWords we get now. The next thing a part of AdWords is the actual keyword tool right. So um we used to be the adword keywords tool. Now it’s the keyword planner.

Obviously you can cap into this tool and give gain information about who searched it. Sorry, what are people searching for? What are the numbers, and then you can search by landing pages, maybe you’re clear competitors and just get gather additional information, which is keyword, tools, very helpful, of course, forever SEO efforts. Okay, next thing is a Google Alerts. Google Alerts very simply put you, can set queries to check every now and then, let’s say every day, you can take right in your competitors website and see what engines are talking about them.

You can have a alerts for specific types, may be only a blog posts about something that you’re looking for so using this alert system. To actually give you insight and help you check automatically this information very, very useful. I love doing it for competitors to see what they’re up to I love doing it for our brand name and a lot more other hands. Okay, so great. So the next thing is obviously Google Analytics, so I’m not going to go into it, but Google Analytics has tons and tons of information.

What are your users doing? What are they not like about the efforts? What are the key words? What are the top landing pages on and on and on and on so very helpful for a lot of stuff? Ok, the next thing is using Google’s blogger blogspot have a blog, yet content link for yourself get more users, write more content, very, very obvious. Ok, the next one is the Google PageSpeed or Google developers in general.

So it gives you a lot of insight, but I like to use pagespeed because actually i’m very obsessed with half with that’s the page load a loading time and I just love working on that and making our clients website as fast as possible. There’s been many many researches research that has showed that the having slower speeds on your website actually in make your visitors lead. So you just want to have a nice design store.

We want to have a nice quick store, so evaluate it analyze your store figure out. What the problems are, make it faster and faster and faster. Also, you can use things like a Google’s it and mod PageSpeed, which I helped your server run faster. If, in that, you know some of our clients who use it, but some of the time it’s a little over memory usage on our servers, but it’s a good idea. There’s a lot of tools.

There’s a lot of caching a lot of all these tools that you can actually read about in the Google developers. Next thing, obviously, is Google Calendar setting up just updates setting up a regular content calendar? You know once a week you write for a blog. It twice a week you research about this three times a week. You do this and that very, very useful. Ok, next one Google Drive a great for collaboration with Excel the word: hey all that stuff between teams.

You know, so you have everything online. You don’t always have to have what one of the same computer is great for creating public documents that you can actually gain leverage from them for SEO. Just perfect for organizations perfect for link if we reach out organization having all of your contacts in one place: lovely very, very nice, app yeah. The next one, which I actually forgot to put, which is very helpful, which we do is actually a gmail or google apps right.

So we basically have you know everything in one place: a Google Apps it your your gmail, easily searchable. You can use templates for your emails if you have reach out to maybe, and they you just have everything in one place. I really like Google Apps to recommend it strongly. Okay, next thing is google plus so again a you know, google plus tied into search algorithm a now. You have personalized search, so it’s great for your friend sister to +1 things to search to connect in the communities on and on and on, and this is just a picture.

I took it in one of the moles a few days back and I just thought there was no assistance. So again you know Google Plus very recommended great tool. Next one is google translate especially perfect, especially good, for you know, learning about opportunities from other languages. Maybe you’re looking to translate your website and you want to figure out more opportunities, maybe reach out and just expand.

So using google translate in a global. You know more global internet and more global world is very important. Next one obviously Webmaster Tools, a lot of insight and you can figure out about your ear. Crawl errors may be things you have to redirect real ones from 404 pages, a lot of stuff, some Webmaster Tools, you know tons of stuff. You can actually improve them. Do next, one is the head platform which we’re using right now is creating articles creating content SEO SEO marketing getting out there is about a big part is about creating content, sharing your information, helping solve problems, creating articles like what I’m doing right now and later on.

Also interacting with your community, so the way I do it and I would love to do it and to continue is now for this article. For example, if you have any questions about any of the google tools and how they can help with your SEO, our marketing efforts I’ll be happy to help, and I want to help you guys in the comments. So ask me any questions and i’ll be happy that they give you detailed answers about any questions you have and just more information, and I want to interact with you guys.

I want to create more content and I love your questions and it is done, and the last thing which I like to do is actually google web history. So if you go, then your settings, you can, you can go into web history if it’s enabled and if not, you should enable it and the reason I like it is I like to create content right. So what I like to do is anytime. I search for some kind of problem with in my industry or my business or my client business.

I search for so let’s say, for example, we’re set it and selling again soccer jerseys. So now, if I’m a business owner, one of my workers is actually searching for something in order to solve a problem. I want to actually go back to that history. Remember what problems I have and then obviously remember what the answer was and I want to share it. I want to share it with my my potential customers, with my customers, with my workers and and using this kind of a what you search for this theory of, if I search for it, probably because the internet is so big or so many people online.

Probably there’s many more people searching for it. So if you can go back to what you searched for figure, it out right content create articles, create images, infographics, animated, gifs, blah blah blah all that stuff. You can actually use that that history in order to kind of create content I that stuff, that’s basically it so again, if you have any questions about this, about any tools to help in either within google or otherwise that help with SEO help with marketing I’ll really Be happy to help with you guys be happy to assist.

Thank you very much for listening to this article and we’ll be creating some more soon. Thank you.

HOW TO BRAND YOURSELF AS AN INFLUENCER – MAKE MONEY WITH YOUR PERSONAL BRAND

Alright, guys Jesse, unlocked here, welcome to another article, and today we’re going to be going into a massive overview on. How do you become an influencer like what does it take to become an influencer and contrary to popular belief? I know that a lot of people think that you know I thought it that you have to have this massive following, like Tai Lopez like Gary Vee like they are influencers, but there are really really big influencers right.

Just like there can be a band. That is, let’s local, it’s indie right and then there’s major pop sensations, like you know, ariana grande Demi, Lovato, all those people right there. Just there they’re influencers, you know they’re they’re known they have a group of people that follow them, but they vary in size. So you’re going to have a similar experience as you become an influencer and as you find what it is that you’re passionate about what it is that you want to talk about.

What’s your message, what are you trying to share because that all factors into becoming an influencer? So, let’s get into the first thing now. The first thing is really building a following. You know – and this is where knowing yourself and knowing what you’re passionate about really comes in handy, because you’re going to want to know who it is that you want to talk to what’s your message. What are you trying to share? Because, as you realize this you’re going to know that you’re not trying to attract everybody, you’re not trying to like bring in the bringing the world to your doorstep, you’re trying to bring the people that care you’re trying to bring the people that actually, you know, resonate With your message, because, if you you know, if you talk about music, if you play guitar and you make music and you want to show other people how to play guitar and why playing guitar is awesome, you know and the the the variations of ways to play.

Guitar you’re not going to want you first not going to want someone that, like loves the drums, because they’re going to be like nah man drums are way better than guitar and then you’re just going to have somebody fighting with you the whole time. Instead, you want to find other people who are passionate about that thing. They’re passionate about playing the guitar. They want to learn how to play the guitar.

These are the people that you want to bring in your circle and be like hey c’mere. I have some cool stuff to share with you and they’re going to resonate because you’re speaking directly to them, so that’s going to be. The first thing is just to realize that, like it’s, it’s really more of a giving thing. It’s not so much about you! It’s about them and you’re, looking to figure out like how to really craft this building this hub this spot.

For that audience to come to you, so you can kind of bring them in and be like hey. This is a safe spot. Come hang out meet other people who are into this too I’m going to share some cool stuff with you help you accelerate your journey and your it’s going to be a great time right. So that’s going to be the first point, so you’re going to be looking to build a tribe that is into the same stuff that you’re into and we’ll get into it in other articles as to how you can really narrow this down.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1mp60eSCt6s

But that’s part one. That’s the main focus there now main. I guess part number two is after you really decide who you’re talking to and who your audience is and what that looks like for you you’re going to need to craft some content around what it is that these people need help with, and it’s again this has To come from a very giving place, it can’t come from this ego place because I know when I got started, it was kind of like well.

What do I want to learn? What do I want to share like? What do I feel comfortable sharing and talking about right – and maybe you have this experience too, however, when you’re, when you’re becoming an influencer and you’re you’re, really stepping into this role of more an educator and you’re? Looking to this like okay, this is my tribe. You know when you become an influencer you’re, not to sound intimidating, but you’re, really you’re.

Stepping up you know you’re stepping up and as an influencer you’re coming forward and you’re saying know what I feel like there’s a place that isn’t being done. How I want to do it, you know, I don’t feel like this audience is being served. The way I think they’re being served and that’s why you’re coming up and that’s why you want to be an influencer right. Is it so you can you can help people see the things that you see and understand and maybe find their own passion in what you’re teaching, like that’s the beauty of being an influencer, so in order to really reach out to them and grab them and grab Their attention and serve them, you got to put out content, that’s relevant to what they’re trying to learn and what they want to do and what their goals and dreams are, and the area that you’ll find is the easiest way to create.

Content is looking at what are their challenges? You know what, when you go on, like let’s say forums and we’ll go into more detail, if you guys are having trouble with this part, but you’re going to want to go into like Facebook groups, forums reddit’s like sub reddits YouTube blogs, you’re going to want to See what people are talking about and, more importantly, not other influences, but look to what the people in the comments say, and the people in the forums and people in the groups cuz.

It’s not the ones that are sharing successes, it’s the ones that are asking questions. It’s the people that are in those groups and they’re like how the heck do you do this? How the heck do you do this? How do you do this? How do you do this? I have a problem with this like if you go in there, you’re going to find a ton of people with some unique problems and some problems that you’re going to hear again and again and again – and these are the questions – these are the things these are – the People that you’re going to want to talk to you’re going to want to create content that helps and solves their problems.

So this is really going to help you build that audience that you’re trying to by creating content that’s very relevant to them. So we’re going to go straight into the third thing now. The third thing is: really: you know you have your tribe that you’re building you have the content that you’re putting out and the third thing is going to be engagement and the way that we were going to do this is is multiple ways, but first we’re going To keep it real, real, simple anything you put out that gets some form of likes comments or shares engage with those people.

You know whether it’s just a response and they go hey cool image cool. You know you know PDF whatever it is that you create, like. Oh cool post, whatever they say if they even just like put an emoji face, you put an emoji face whatever the response is just respond to it, because people want to feel understood, people want to feel like you care people want to feel like they belong. If that makes sense – and it’s it’s, it’s really something when and maybe maybe you’ve experienced this too.

It’s really something when you know people respond back to you, you know you you leave a. It does take a bit to write a comment. It takes a little bit of energy, a little mental capacity to stop what you’re doing you know, pull up the keyboard if it’s on your phone and just type something out like it does take energy. But when someone recognizes it and they go, and you say something like oh cool photo and then go hey thanks for checking it out.

You’re, you look at it and you go. Oh that’s! That’s kind of cool. You know not a lot of people do it. So you want to be that person that actually connects with the other viewer or with the other, the the person in your tribe. Essentially that checks out your thing. You know and joins your group and and checks out what you have to say and they leave a comment and you go all thanks for checking it out.

It does something it really kind of creates this. Like this, this gratitude, I don’t know it’s it’s hard to explain, but people want to feel understood. People want to be, you know, noticed, and I’m sure you guys have noticed that, maybe even in school, like you, you know you didn’t really get along with a lot of people. Maybe you felt isolated and what was it like when somebody you know just reached out to you and was like, like hey, you know, cool shoes or hey man, cool shirt like it’s just it’s this feeling of positivity and giving when you can actually like you know, Connect with that person on the other side, because not enough people do it and you will stand out so quickly when you are that person who does it as much as you can you know, obviously, as you grow the following and there’s more people commenting it’s you Know it’s a little harder to keep up with, but do your best like you see a leg, and you see somebody comment on your thing, be like hey thanks man thanks for checking it out, you know really appreciate it.

They’re, just they throw an emoji, you throw an emoji, but just respond to it. You know it makes the other person feel real good, so respond to comments. You know if you’re on Instagram be sure to like a bunch of people’s content and that’ll kind of help engage your audience. You know and they’ll notice that you actually take the time to like their stuff. You know so, if you’re liking some of your followers stuff.

That’s really helpful if you leave comments, that’s at a bonus point right there, but really focus on your hub, because otherwise this stuff gets really overwhelming. So when you post something and people leave comments, comment back, you know like their comments, whatever it is just really maximize that output, so do the same for YouTube articles, if you’re already making YouTube articles we’ll do that in another article, no, no worries there and Facebook.

If you leave a post on Facebook and people, you know respond to it, they share it just make sure to reach out to them and either PM them a private message or on the on the comment thread, just leave them a comment be like hey, thanks for Checking it out, man really appreciate it cool. Well, that’s a massive massive over. You overview of how to become an influencer and and what it means to be an influencer.

So just a quick recap: let’s bring it all back to one you’re building a tribe and this tribe is like-minded people who have a similar goal or they want to improve in the thing that you’re teaching so that step number one is building a tribe step. Number two is putting out the content like what problems is that audience having, and can you help them? What can you put out there? That’s going to be a valuable resource for your audience step.

Three is engagement and you’re going to want to talk to your audience. You’re going to want to respond to your audience and you just want to show them that you care. So that’s the recap. That’s the value and if you guys, are curious about learning more about becoming an influencer, I’m going to be posting more articles, but go ahead and also check the link below we have access to a a chorus buy through familiar with Ryan Hildreth.

How to Embed Emotional Design into a Transactional Website from Sandra Gonzalez

I did some research and it’s interesting, because emotional design is one of those things that not that many people have been talking about. So I actually they do mention it briefly, but I thought it was very interesting that it’s been a while, since a book came out and so on and so forth. So I actually guided myself with a book that I’ll be talking about a lot today by Aaron, Walter and I’ll.

Give him all the credit, but i’ll point you two very important sections of it. So, let’s start okay, so um, that’s the book. I was just telling you about. The first thing I want to mention is that I always find myself talking about the Industrial Revolution and some of you so my speech back in Tokyo X in Manchester, but I find it so important to think about where we come from them. The journey we’ve taken us as human beings, exact especially in this new era of technology, so um the the work.

The last time I was on this stage for you x for good. I talked about the Industrial Revolution and the actual role that they play for children and what it is to be a child in this third era or fourth area of the Industrial Revolution people still debating. If the Internet of Things is the fourth error. But in order to introduce this concept of emotional design, I would like to refer to the first chapter and I’m going to refer to a lot to this book of our own Walter call emotional, I’m designing for emotions, so he talks about revolution.

Something lost something found there. We go alright with the ability of mud too much produce almost anything. A skilled craftsman like blacksmiths and Weaver’s could no longer complete compete with factories, low-cost and faster production. So back in the age of the Industrial Revolution, the founders of the axon crafts movement started to think about this and realize that a craftsman leaves a bit of themselves in the work and it is a true gift that can be enjoyed for many many years.

So if, if we were to think about this, what does it mean to be able to mass-produce everything? So nowadays we have sites such at sea and Kickstarter that are empowering artists and crafts. People to get give that gift again to be able to kind of complete with that compete with those must produce products that we buy on a day-to-day basis. So how many you, how many of you have bought products from etsy? Ok, cool! That’s about! Barely a five percent, so how many of you have ever back up a Kickstarter? Okay, I would say another more like a ten percent okay.

So how did it make you feel um? Can I guess that it make? You feel a little bit different than just going on Amazon, or maybe just I don’t know what would be the equivalent of Kickstarter amazon right. So so I just kind of want to bring that into mine. It all comes back to that. So can I guess that it make you feel good compared to just going to Amazon, not that I’m picking no mames on today’s, so what you did by by backing a Kickstarter or or going to etsy, was to support creative thinking and supporting families.

To contrast, supporting corporations so Aaron explains that etsy on Kickstarter phenomenon is an opportunity to be able to leave bring these stories to life, to have an object that actually has a story behind. So it is very interesting thing to start thinking about, and he also starts talking a little bit about what does it mean for us that we work in web design to be able to have so many things produce quickly as web designers? We face kind of a similar situation right, there’s plenty opportunities to create fast and chips websites.

I personally love WordPress, because literally in five minutes, I can have a website that 10 years ago would have taken a whole six months, waterfall approach. So that’s brilliant! I like the idea that we can do that so fast, but where is the craftsmanship in all of this right? So how can we leave as how can we leave a bit of ourselves with this approach, so where’s, the true gift that we want to kind of bring together so Aaron invite us to followed a different path where we present the human touch in what we design And to kind of show ourselves kind of showing ourselves is essential kind of bringing the human factor in so this takes me to the definition of emotional design as Aaron defines it, so is in psychology and craftsmanship a good example of the concept when you go online And you think about you know, buying something in etsy right and I’ve seen this don’t quite a bit the minute with the parcel arrives, because this has been handmade the day.

Actual seller have put a really really personalized note. They have actually thought about how you open the package and how you kind of the first layer is going to make you feel on the second layer, so on and so forth. So really think about the fact that our previous arts and crafts movement have paid the way to bring in that human touch and showing ourselves and it’s something that is absolutely essential for what we do every day.

So the following is what I like to use us pretty much. The definition of emotional design is using psychology, psychology and craftsmanship to create an experience for users that make them feel like there’s a person and not a machine at the other end of the connection. Okay, so this brings me to the next point: does anyone of you know? This is actually an interesting because my company did a lot of work on this did does any one of you know, which one is the fastest-growing language in the UK.

I’m happy to take s mandarine! Okay, French, I’m sorry, okay, erotic, French! Actually, I did find that one – French, Spanish, polish, okay, polish okay, so this is your answer: emojis, okay! So actually – and it could be stretching it a little bit, but they have done lots of research on this and and a study done by professor Evans from bangor university actually found out that it is one of the fastest language right now right.

And it’s very interesting because how many times have you debated, put in a smiley face in what you’re right? How many times have you actually done it and then stop and maybe not do it and then kind of hard literally 30 seconds should I is it professional enough? Should I be doing it you know like come on? Am I the only one I have? I have people helping me sometimes prove read my beautiful English and I have these conversations.

I had it before you know. You know this is professional, I’m like how do I bring the human aspect right? I do feel that smiley face changes. The tone in so many ways right so I do have this constant debate and – and it’s a very interesting phenomenon because to me that, as as writers as we are all the time, that’s how we bring emotion and it’s it’s a fastest, growing language. Why not? Alright! So the next thing I’m going to talk about is how, in the 50s and 60s and American psychologist Abraham alone, sorry my Maslow Maslow there you, our Abraham Maslow, discovered something that we all knew, but he actually put it into words.

And it’s pretty much talking about our needs, so no matter our age or gender or race. We all have basic needs, and what’s really interesting about this pyramid, is that it kind of shows you how important they are. The the bottom of the pyramid is absolutely necessary, and then everything that goes as it goes up is more of a li shirting. So one of the things that aren did in his book is he kind of mapped them into what it means for users right.

So now that we’re designing interfaces, how do you translate that pyramid so he argues that interface design is designed for humans, so the pyramid applies, but he just changed things a little bit and the top it just becomes the pleasurable part. Okay. So, let’s quickly study the bottom of the pyramid. Ok, so for users needs to be met, an interface must be functional. I feel like I’m stating the obvious right.

If the user can complete a task, they certainly won’t spend much time in your application. So after they they feel like that would be taken care of, then they can actually come back and feel confident that that’s something that they understand and they can actually work with. So the interface must be reliable. So if the web server drops out immediately or intermittently or the service is just unreliable, most likely users are never going to come back to your website.

The interface must be usable, and this is where our beautiful research aspect of UX comes into place right, so it could be very functional, very reliable and then user research comes along and proves us all wrong or all right. So I think that one of the things that’s been really interesting in our feel for you x is that we kind of stopped there right its usability testing brilliant. They know they discovered it.

They were able to. You know go through the journey and add something to that shopping, cart or delete it and yay, let’s just ship that, but what Aaron is telling us is that actually maybe it’s time to think about the next level, so he thinks he asks us about imagining. If usability was the standard for other industries such as automobile, so if an automobile is usable, that’s good enough. How can we tell between a BMW – and you know – maybe a a Kia or I don’t know – I’m not good with cars, but but it makes a really good point right if it’s usable, that’s the end of it.

No, it’s actually more than that. So many websites and applications are starting to create experiences beyond usability and it’s um it’s time to start thinking about bringing pleasure, fun, joy and delight and pretty much. This is what this whole talk is about. So are you all excited? This is something you want to learn: okay, very good and about the light. I I see that word quite a bit in portfolios and series a delightful experience, so um one of the things I’m going to do today is I’m going to illustrate kind of emotion through an exercise.

So I want you to think it was an interesting picture to find this is actually just Google search for the best food in the world, an image search. Okay, so I want you to think back to the best meal. You’ve ever had not a good meal, but a mind-blowing palate changing fall in love with food, again great meal. Okay, can you remember it all right? What made it so memorable? Was it the test? I answer: was it the taste or the texture of the food? Was it the unexpected pairing of flavors? Was it the artful presentation or they attentive waiter, to staff the ambience, the restaurant, the company? What was it chances are that it was not the nutritional value of it right, so that is pretty much the equivalent of functional, but it was so many other things right.

So once you think about it right, the meal met your body’s needs, but it also immerse. You in a pleasurable experience and your memory, your brain remembers it as such and it will stay there for a really long time until you top that with something else. Okay, so why don’t we aim for a similar target in web design? What is going to be that web experience that login experience that transactional experience that is going to top buying shoes online, all right so um, let’s see, certainly we all I’m sorry.

Certainly, we all want to eat edible food with nutrition value, but we also want an experience with it. So the next thing we’re going to talk about is three principles of emotional design. Okay – and I pick three because I wanted to kind of pick the best ones and make sure we at least got to see a few there’s more. But let’s talk about these three, so the first one is let your brand personality show and this one comes really close to my heart, because I’m an advisor for a few startups and I am really really interested in a very early stage of a startup.

It is even before they go into funding and talking to investors and it’s very interesting to see how startups sometimes don’t really think about their brand, and it’s so important, and the first principle is let your brand personality show. So when you present your brand, it has to be clear to the idea audience how it relates as if it was another human being right. It creates the empathy and it helps you the audience better see themselves as part of of the brand and and humans wants to connect with humans and at a industry level that other human is that brand.

So I find brand something that is very, very interesting to always have in mind and remember that that is going to be the personality that you’re bringing I am as good all right, good, okay, very good! So sorry it should have changed to that one. So emotional design turns casual users into fanatics ready to tell others about their positive experience again brand. My next one. Well, it’s not mine, but the next 1i.

It actually almost feels mine, because it’s about parenting and such how many of you are parents in the audience. I feel like an awful mother that loves her children behind now. Okay, good one person all right, so I guess I can talk a little bit more about this one, so the baby-faced bias has anyone of you heard of that before all right yeah. It’s a very interesting one, so we can learn a lot about design on how to communicate effectively with the audience by studying evolutionary psychology, so pretty much our human nature.

So evolution has given us baby, goggles and um. It is funny how Walter puts it, but Jeff Atwood. He actually blocks a lot about technology, mostly code and stuff, but right around the time I old, my youngest was one year old. He posted that blog post and it just resonated so much with me because what he talks about is about. Is it really worth it to have children? You know it’s such a pain, but he talked about the 51 % against the forty-nine percent and how the 51 is the most impossible.

Sulaiman of joy I ever felt, and the 49 is incredible pain, so um we as humans. Have these really strong attachment to two babies? We look at a baby face and we just melt – and some of you may just not want to show it, but you internally must feel something, and it’s to the point that actually scientists believe that the reason why we react to babies faces that way. Can someone guess is actually a little creepy now well yeah, guess who the predator would be us? They believe that one of the reasons babies have such cute faces, though we don’t kill them and in I know it sounds a little bit like it’s stretching it, but it’s true I mean again is this is about bringing in who we really are an evolutionary psychology Right – and I think I can tell that there aren’t that many parents in the room because there’s moments that you just go, of course not I’m going to kill you, but it’s like wow.

What did I get myself into? It is tough. Being a parent is one of the most amazing roller, coasters rights, you’ve ever experienced and what’s really interesting and I’m just going to do a little spoil alert. One of the talks that I have in the pipeline is to talk about parenting and how, as parents, whether we want it or like it or not, with user experience, designers, okay, think about your parents and the experience that they provided to you for the first 15 Years of your life right, so it is a very interesting thing to think about and how you can bring those feelings into your website.

So cats are a lot another ones that are very, very overly used and then any other babies or cops and so on and so forth. So that is the principle number 20 on. This is an example. So in this website, they’re using the baby face by his principle to kind of get people attached to the brand alright. So the next thing I want to talk about his personality and I was really really happy to find out that this chapter is actually available to anyone.

So if you’re not sure if this book is the right one for you go ahead and give it a try, read this chapter and um and just learn a little bit about a personality from from Aaron. So here we go. Personality is the platform for emotion, emotional design. Primary goal is to facilitate human to human communication, and I think that’s one of the reason mo cheeks are so famous because it facilitates communication.

It makes us laugh, it is very close to you know almost is actually sometimes better than just picking up the phone and talking to the other person, so so um if we’re doing our job. Well, the computer resents into the background and the personality rises to the surface. So, to achieve this goal, we must consider how to interact with one another in real life, so think about how we, actually, you know, say hello.

How we, actually you know, one of the one of my favorite analogies, are how we sell when we go into a department store and how we sell online, sometimes so, when you login to that website, and certainly you have that interrupt telling you bye now bye. Now I like to use that analogy of if you were to enter into dividends, if you want to go into with someone be on your face, asking you to buy something, no most likely the first, they hold a nice conversation right and they get that emotional connection From you and then they say: oh do you know we have blah blah.

So how do we bring that into our web design? So next slide this one really quick talks about how it was so important when we started kind of printing documents to bring back the handwriting kind of feeling into Bibles. And I find funds a very a typography in general, an interesting kind of way to demonstrate how we need that we need to that connection. So, if you think about every single tutorial you’ve done out there on the website, it usually uses scratchy kind of handwritten fonts.

They always go out of their way to find that font, because they want to kind of feel that you know it’s all right. I’m teaching you something its equivalent of that. You know whiteboard. So it’s very interesting to talk about. You know how people can connect through little things like that. So the next thing I’m going to talk about is personas, so personas are stunned to a standalone tool in the design process, but they only provide a partial picture of the relationship we’re building with that audience.

So, in really quick, this is actually one of the personas that calf share with me and there are on our website, so we use them all the time who has used personas as UX, yeah or known even well, even though new exercises are okay. So the reason why I was so excited that these chapter, in fact was the one that was available is because what errand us in this chapter, I thought it was absolutely amazing what he said about personas is sure we use them all the time we usually use Them to build that design, but what’s the persona of our website right, so we know who they are, but who are we if you were to build a persona on that website, you work on every day.

What would you have for all of these squares right grumpy? You know happy may be very cold right, so that is a really good way to quickly assess how you’re doing as far as holding that conversation with your users, so is anyone familiar with MailChimp, okay, good MailChimp Aaron actually is the UX design the principal head of You exile MailChimp, and it is a very interesting actual product, because imagine so really quick for those of you don’t know what milk shrimp is is pretty much a platform that helps you send lots of emails to lots of people and they’ve done an amazing job help.

You manage and design especially emails, so think about those marketing people that have to actually log in to send the next email to you know, promote the next thing and so on and so forth. So one of the things that he talks about is how MailChimp kind of brought some of that personality with their mascot mascot. I think it’s called Freddie and every time you login, he has a little message for you: okay, so um.

He actually shows how they started. Thinking of Freddie as an actual person and they started to track Freddie’s personality and they mapped it. So again is the concept of bringing personas into the actual product that you produce. So I add to me that was a very interesting concept. So the next thing I would like to talk about is the strategies for implementing emotional design. So this is the actionable bit so surprised.

So have you noticed that hearing your favorite song on the radio seems way more enjoyable, then just go ahead and go to Spotify and get it running right. So is the element of surprise that amplifies our emotional response? Is that anticipation? Is that not knowing that? What’s going to happen, so i’m going to show you this website. I know it’s really hard to see from at the back, but i’m going to describe this bit right here.

It says: do not pool okay, so someone asked a question and I really want to thank those of you that went to kind of ask questions as I was trying to put questions together and one of the questions that I got asked was: how do you measure Effectively measure emotional design – and I have two answers for you today night, so one of them is well a click-through rate through that do not pool would be a good one right.

So can someone just one person guess what happens if you were to pull it blows up a hand comes down and they actually pull to the next item or something like that, so it actually interacts with you so yeah. That’s that’s an interesting way to bring emotional design the next. The next strategy could be anticipation. Ok, so we owe I misspelled. Sorry with anticipation have any of you seen this last month.

Anyone who recognizes it was, I the only one paying attention. Ok, so this was all over the world of newspapers and stuff and it’s actually coming from three yeah yeah and they had this campaign going on for a while and let anyone know everyone know that it was going to happen that day and so on and so Forth so anticipation actually creates a load of emotion when it comes to designing. So the next thing I want to talk is a prime, ok and again.

Milk chimp is a excellent example. So priming happens when a person is exposed to a stimulus that it turns it shapes the response to another stimulus. So the best way to think about is the other day. I saw a little kind of dog presentation and every time they would pull a trick. That will give them a little bit of something so imagine for those marketing people that have to get into mailchimp and send the next bulk email.

Do you think they’re suspecting something new every time they log in? Do they pay attention to that funny message about who you know that be the best bananas? You know, that’s the first one right there, so it actually makes something that could feel kind of really not fun fun. So that’s one of the ways they’ve been able to kind of change their brand around so the other 10, and then this is this. Is answer number two about measuring emotional design? So that’s a really difficult thing to measure right because CTR is just going to be a click but prime prime prime e yeah priming yeah, so going back to measuring emotional design.

These are all the tweets that MailChimp gets about that experience. Okay, so talking about the articles that they’d link you to talking about how, even though they were frustrated, it cheered up, the monkey help them get cheered up. This one is the best they say I just logged in into mailchimp and the little monkey in the corn and says: hey Kate, new haircut, muy Guapo. It helps that I speak Spanish.

Doesn’t it uh? How do they know? You know just like, and it’s funny because Erin talks about this and he said, of course we never know, but hey someone out there, I statistically speaking most of got a new haircut and that created an emotional connection with her so much that she tweeted about it. So I know Twitter is not the most ideal platform for measuring stuff, but I think it actually tells you something right and don’t put it in your kpi’s fight, tweets, /, anyways um, the other one.

I’ve seen that is very interesting is asking for forgiveness. So so so far we looked. Oh no sorry, I right here, okay, asking for forgiveness, so this one is a perfect example. When something goes wrong, wear something you know: that’s going to go wrong, and that happens quite a bit when we’re dealing with backends and service and servers and so on and so forth. So one of the things I want to show today is this brilliant way for flickr to address that, so they had an outage, they knew was going to get people really really frustrated, but instead they just turn it into an actual contest.

So, even though you could not go on flickr and look at some photos, they encourage people to try out to take photos that will bring two colors together and people just win absolutely not, and they got really really creative and they turn that absolutely horrible experience into Something that people just couldn’t stop stop talking about so again asking for forgiveness is the idea that you can use emotional design in order to kind of ease the pain of things that are just completely inedible.

Okay, so really quick. After all of this, let’s go back to our question. So how do you embed emotional design, especially into a transactional website, so I think i’ll show you lots of examples today that you can definitely take into what we’re doing after right after this. But I want to show you a few more and especially because there’s some other examples that may not be for things us. You know fun.

So, for example, telling a story is a good way to bring emotional design. The other one is Gamma Phi Gamma Phi Gamma. Five, so going ahead and setting up your Dropbox and all that it’s just not that much fun, but Dropbox actually figured out a way to make it a little more of a game and make you feel good about it. Make it fun. So here is woeful, just kind of trying to hold a conversation and making you feel like it’s actually a game to create a forum, and I miss the sly, sorry and then mint.

Com. So the reason why i’m going to kind of wrap it up with mint com is because I found it to be the most transactional website. So has anyone of you heard of mint com yeah that I think that’s a very American thing? It’s yeah! So what minta come to us is that it actually helps you track all your expenses, so the challenge they have is that they don’t do anything for you in the sense that they’re, not banking, they’re, not a credit card, but you actually had to give all your Financial information and at first they had a really hard time convincing investors that this is something people will be willing to do, because you know it’s such a very scary thing to just give out your financial information to anyone.

So one of the things they did in order to to gain respect is to think about. How can we number one make sure it feels like we can? We are trustworthy that they can, actually, you know, put their financial information in there and how can we kind of differentiate ourselves from older competitors? So one of the things I didn’t go as to one of the principles, but one of the things they did is that they really thought out about the layout and all the different ways of bringing color to communicate.

Trustworthiness and to make people feel that this was a legit website and it’s a very interesting thing. Cuz the other day, I was in one of those websites that do like credit reports and stuff, and it feels so old-fashioned, and I did go through that emotional kind of decision. Three myself, I’m like hmm. How can they give me? You know information about my credit when he feels so fashion when the colors are so dated and so on and so forth, keep in mind i’m very biased because imac, you know ux designer, but it was really interesting because the way they turn this around was making Sure that they lay out the contracts, the color fell very professional and very trustworthy.

Ok, so I am at the end of my presentation. I really really hope these gave you lots and lots to think about tonight, and it is an absolutely wonderful, wonderful subject to talk about, especially because it reminds us how human we are like that. Babyface concept that I talked about it scare a few of you, but it is true. It’s very interesting when you go back into our psychology who we really are and how we actually can bring that to life unto our websites and all the stuff we work on on a day-to-day basis.

Thank you. So much for listening to my emotional design. Talk you

Business Development and Consulting with Pam Gockley on SynergyCafe with MagicBrad

It’s the internet. Lifestyle show about career finance, relationships, spirituality and wellness, we’re moving the online chatter over to real life activity, and now please welcome your host of synergy. Cafe magic Brad, hey enough friends, magic Brad! Here, synergy cafe in the synergy collaborative and I’ve got a new friend online and she’s from over in the east side of the world over by the ocean.

There and her name is Pamela. Are you doing Pamela, I’m telling fabulous? Thank you magic. So it’s one hour. One hour over there from central time right, I believe, said yeah. I lives in Asheville North Carolina, for I think it’s just one hour. No big deal easy, breezy. Ok, so the first thing we want to do is find out who you are and do you have kids, you married. You got pets who the heck are you.

My name is Pam cockley and I started a business 21 years ago and have been off to the races ever since that during that time I actually got married to my partner. So we have separate offices and it works. So he does one part of the business and I do another part of the business, so we worked out really well. I have two for babies to kitty cats, who I love dearly, and I decided early on that. I did not want children by Troy face and you know you have to feed those things every day, so you know I thought it would be better for me not to go that route.

You know some people like, oh and like no, I decided not to have children um and I love my furbabies and have a great husband yay. So you said you started a business so well, that’s the next question is: what do you do? What is it that you do on this business? We started 21 years ago as a marketing company. We help businesses grow their business through connecting with your customers. So when the economy crashed into Nate, we everything changed, and I help businesses who have not made that transition to customer centric and are still thinking they can put ads in traditional marketing.

And they can tell people how great they are, which is not going to work. And I help them transition into a more customer-centric, modern way of doing business. Just like you – and I are talking today, this was not going to happen. That’s kind of the way that the world works nowadays and it’s more evident now than ever because of this internet thing, and I think it’s also very important at a business that doesn’t quite get this to say.

You know what I just don’t get this and to work with someone like you. That does get it, because it’s very, very time-intensive should I be on facebook. Should I be on linkedin? Should I do articles? Should I do podcast yeah yeah? Absolutely absolutely. If it’s not me work with a professional who has the credibility and the experience to do it, I rail against people who claim they can fix issues but have no solutions.

So then it around a while. Well, there’s there’s too many things to read these days for an individual, a single business owner to deal with all these different things. So it’s best to outsource to someone that does get that it’s and the nice thing is, you don’t have to have them as an employee. You can using this contractor. So when do you, when do you do your work? Do you do your? I personally. Are you a name or a PM person? You must be an AM person because you’re here now I am an a in person.

Boo, boo boo. I love. I love getting up early in the morning. Absolutely so, when you work with your clients or do you work, you’re like like a helper on call kind of person, we’re kind of on an on call because of the the Internet itself is twenty-four seven, so we do have our own server. We do do hosting. So we’re kind of available twenty-four-seven to our clients, absolutely got it. And then, where do you do your work? You actually go to the clients offices, or do you do it all remotely, or do you have an office that you do like a studio or something like that? You guys were kind of and the really nice thing is.

I do all three of those you know. I do have my own office, I can work remotely and I do my favorite is face-to-face, not all possible. I get face to face whether it’s in the same room or a skype. I do a lot of Skype meetings because I like to see people’s faces, because you can tell a lot about a person by how their how their body language is. Sometimes I don’t even listen to what they say so much.

I hate to admit that, but I just I just look: how they’re looking you know, farm and being face to face like this is easy. Oh you’re, a social media expert, huh, yeah uh-huh roll roll eyes shaking of the head, so I at all costs. I try to get it in the face to face, but if not phone call or email or texting works as well, I like to get the the article thing. That’s why I’m doing these all articles, so people can know who you are and not think that you could be anybody from the Philippines or who knows where posing as you and it’s nice to actually see you without a fake green screen beach behind you and I, Like what you mean it’s not on the internet, it’s not real come on.

So again I don’t like take too much time, but can you kind of summarize your process of how you do your work? Sure I’ve actually written two books once called the reputation factor and the other ones called the art of running red lights and in those two books I lay out how I fixed our business, so we were so successful with the transition to a reputation, centric customer-centric process Using a reputation strategy, I actually wrote a book on it and I help people either work through it.

If they need a little bit of accountability, if they’re overwhelmed, nobody can do this all on their own, but the book is available that you can walk through until you get stuck. Some people call me I’m like not sure about this part, so I created for stats called the ford fees, its discover where you are define where you want to go, you develop it, you get there and then you defend it. Unfortunately, in this world, with the internet, anybody can say anything anywhere.

You have to have an insurance defendable plan, emergency action plan in place. Well because that’s basically the steps I like steps, i’m a metrics person, so don’t tell me to go, write a resume. Give me the outline right the resume then I can do that so this is this is an outline for business owners and for personal and professional to follow their own, because people are do it. Yourselfers excuse me, so I wrote the book based on what I did to turn our business around.

I would never tell you to do anything. I haven’t already tried okay. Well, before I get into my favorite question, then I’ve got one other final question for you. But could you tell us how to get a hold of you, your website domain names and all that kind of stuff sure, because people have really taken the word reputation and have created a definition for that I don’t agree with. I created my own word.

It’s called rep, EP tates, or so its repertoire descamps or pamela gothic amor mighty websites. So I do a lot of speaking a lot of training and a lot of consulting as well. So this it takes a lot to transition a business, but with somebody beside you, it’s not that bad to do it’s not that bad, so you can either get me through my website or yeah. That’s pretty much! The easiest way to get me. My put those links on these articles when I propagate them all in stuff too, so we just find it with a quick.

So, okay, here’s my first club just a general question: what does the word abundance mean to you? Just you know couple sentences, since I turned 50 abundance to me is time it’s just time and making time for myself and rejuvenating myself and working on me, and I know what s it sounds selfish, but it is i’m not going to do good for anybody. If i’m not taking her, I totally nice right. I finally realized that looks like it.

That’s kind of like the oxygen mask in the airplane. You put it on yourself before you putting other people, because the reality is is if you’re somebody’s calling in here there we go he’s right. Who is it now for you? It’s a some other sky /. You must be interesting getting to hold of me. That is good, so I got some time devices here because I meant at the time thing, because it is the one thing that we all have in common it’s time, even though it’s made up on our heads of what time actually is, but you know the routes Earth spins and things happen, and it’s the same for everybody, so here’s my favorite question then we’ll assign this bad boy off and propagate it up to the universe.

Question is the big. Why why are you doing this? Why aren’t you a school teacher? Why aren’t you like a Olympic skier or have your own yoga studio? Why did you pick this for a career? I’m not sure I picked it. I think it picked me um. I think I’m very passionate about people finding and fixing things when I was first interviewed about 20 years ago. They named me the fixer and in business. It just makes sense.

This just makes sense, I’m terrible at sports, I’m competitive, but not for me, I’m competitive for my clients, which you know may sound a little trite, but this is where I should be, and finally it only took me 50 years to figure out. This is my passion, and this is where I need to be. I need to be right now, got it well, it’s refreshing them on most of the people. When I asked that question, it boils down to they’re doing it for other people kind of thing.

That’s kind of the why working for your clients and that’s a that’s encouraging to that? Maybe humanity can come back together again, so I’m working on it too. Okay. Well, that’s part of the goal of this is to get the online chatter back in the real life activity. So I appreciate you taking your time this morning and I will get this out into the internet and i’ll send it to send some links to you and if you could, synergize and propagate them up also will rising tide lifts all boats so to speak.

So, Thank You, Pam for taking the time she’s someone happiness. This is a magic bread signing off. You will

Starting a business is not easy! Think about who will be working on your digital image. Hiring a good webmaster will help!

The MENTAL GAME of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (aka) How to SELL your LIFE DEPENDS on it! ACTION over WORDS

I ran out of room, so that’s why it looks a little funny I’ll correct it later. After I see how this article tracks, but once again this is a community supported endeavor, make sure that’s all up in there all up in your grill today we’re going to talk about mental toughness and selling one of the biggest problems that people have with selling.

Is they don’t want to do it? You don’t want to do it because it’s hard, they feel that they can’t do it, but we each everyday are selling we’re selling that ideal. We’re selling the concept we’re selling the proposal, we’re selling ourselves to the opposite. Sex. Hey! Do you want to be my girlfriend hey, do you want to be my boyfriend so every day, we’re selling? So that’s not the problem. I believe that people have become extraordinarily lazy.

I believe that people have become so used to this microwave society that we’ve lost a sense of ourselves. We’ve lost the ability to think to recognize to ponder to create so many things are being just thrown away. Do the automation, I love automation. I got three phones, I’m a techie, but I also appreciate many of the good things that we used to have such as time such as exploring things such as it’s being insatiably curious.

But many people don’t appreciate that, because we’re in a hurry to do the next thing, we’re in a hurry to make all of this money to go off and do the neck thing without really living it takes courage to live. It takes courage to have the ability to say I’m going to do what’s in my best interest versus what looks good, what looks pedestrian, what looks normal alright, this is a Community Supported, show you can hit that super chat button anytime during the live stream.

After the show, you can go below the article and go to the bottom of the links and hit that super chat button. All right, let’s get into the warrior mindset. There are a lot of people out here who think they’re warriors who think that there are soldiers who think that they have this killer warrior mindset right, but if they had to be part of an conflict they would run if they had to defend themselves.

They would run if they had to defend a loved one. They would run so they’re not warriors now. What is the strongest aspect of a warrior? It’s his mind, it’s his mental strength. How many of you have been in the military? How many of you have been around Navy SEALs, because whenever you hear the drama or the narrative of the Navy SEAL, there’s this big guy strong guy can kick ask and do all this stuff right? You know the average Navy SEALs about five, eight, five, nine and 170 180 pounds most Navy SEALs are kind of light.

They have to be there they’re, smaller guys, they’re nimble but they’re tremendously, mentally strong. You know they’re they’re physically strong for what they have to do, but they’re not that big. That would get in the way of their mission. It’s you know. Hollywood creates this drama of what a Navy SEAL should be in our imaginations, but the reality of what a Navy SEAL is is very, very different than what’s in our imagination.

This creates this conflict of reality and imagination and because the image in the imagination is so big and it’s so wide – and it’s so nice and it’s so strong and sexy – that we often choose the imaginative character, the imagination, the imaginary character over real life. Let’s take women one of the things, and I have spent a few hours today reading this, because tomorrow’s disruptive mail is going to be hot, hot hot.

It’s going to be like, if you want to experience true female nature, be the other man it’s going to be hot, and I was listening and listening to these women with these outrageous standards. These outrageous wish lists of a man. He needs to be six feet tall, not fat, an investment banker or something like that or you know something that makes at least six figures and he needs to be able to the vote.

I was just listening to this list that this chick was rattling off. I was like wow, you are our narcissus beyond narcissist, you want the best of the best of the best of the best of the best when you’re, just an average person and I’ll listen to this. Now it’s like man, these, these chicks, are out of touch with reality and that’s because they live in this social narrative. One of the first things that you’re going to have to do to become mentally strong is be online.

You know: do your Facebook, do you YouTube, be online, but also talk to people in the real world to keep your your foot grounded in reality, because a lot of these girls they’re they’re, getting all this stuff from just an online narrative with little regard to reality. Most people are poor, 75 % of the people in this country make less than $ 80,000 and that’s men and women and the combined households.

You got a few people both make 50, they push them to six figures, but if they live somewhere like New York Chicago Miami, they ain’t really ain’t really living well, but this fantasy life that many people choose instead of real life, because this is where the economy Comes from me, because I’ll tell you these things, because I’ve lived them, I’ve experienced them in real life, and many people have fashioned the world online.

They fashioned an avatar, a projection of who they are. How many of you have been out on the bar? Something? And you see girls posing for pictures and you know they’re going on Instagram because they will pose just a certain way and they’ll take that picture two or three or four times to get it just right. But when you see that chick outside of the club outside an Instagram, she don’t even look the same yeah I’ll.

Tell you a quick little story. It’s a bumble thing. There was this girl. She look really really good on bumble. Then she doesn’t like bumble. So she has Instagram, so I hit her up on Instagram and I found their Facebook page and I was like is that you and I had to look – and I was just like she did such a wonderful job of transformation, pictorial transformation, as I call it. Well, you can get that look you can get that face.

You can get that right, cropping! You look amazing, but in real life you ain’t that hot matter of fact you you’re actually funny done. You know, what’s just sitting there like. Oh, my god. This is what people are doing, so this is why I tell you this is to let you know how much people are living online and they’re not living in reality. It takes courage in mental strength to live in reality, because you’re bombarded with all of these messages, you should do this.

You should be this way. Well, look. Here’s Bob Bob took my course and now, six months later, Bob is a porn star with a two-foot long. Dick and he’s all of these honeys, because he took my course how to get a big dick in a six pack in six months and you’re, seeing this and you’re seeing it over and over and over again it’s mind-blowing, but people are running from the truth. You must be mentally strong to deal with the truth.

I’ve said this before I’ll say it again. I’ve said it in several articles. I consider myself facially a four, maybe a five on a good day. I know this so me going into the dating game knows like. Okay, well, I’m not going to give them with the first oppression or the face your oppression, I’m going to get them on the second level attraction, because I deal with the truth. I’m able to create a system where I win most of the time and I bang and have sex with more women than most dudes who are better-looking, who are better-looking, who have a six-pack who were were nice clothes, but they don’t have my game.

But this is what happens when you live in truth, this is what happens when you become mentally strong and you can deal with it. Perfect example, my first book my first negative review, it wounded me then I got over it. Then I got another negative review. It didn’t hurt so much, then I got over it and I got another negative review and that’s like I whatever, but because people are not putting themselves due to the lack of courage, mental toughness in the lane of real life they’re, not giving these lessons nor feedback.

They’re just not and they’re living these fantasy, because this is something else too and now I’ll show this behind the paywall. Well, I deleted most of them, so maybe I won’t but man I got one profile: it’s booger, wolf central! It’s like all the booger will Serkan congregating on that profile. I mean there is no way in the world that this woman would think she has a shot with me in real life, but I know a lot of them are just swiping because it’s easy.

The swipe is easy to swipe right because there’s no consequence for swiping right of the left. None and I know what they doing – I’m just sitting there like wow. Then I have another profile. I don’t get any Burger Wolf’s and it was just sitting there like. Ah ha that’s very interesting, but these these women are not living in real life because they would never approach me in real life. They wouldn’t even smile.

They knew when that would chance. But once again it’s a weird message that I’m giving y’all you got to make you got to go online to make money. Let’s just be real. Everything is moving online and I think it’s going to be a a massive stampede in the next 10 years. What’s not online will be online in some fashion or form, and it’s just going to be hi this and if you’re, not positioning yourself to go online you’re going to lose.

So I can’t tell you to stay off line, but I can’t tell you to also keep a foot in Creole life actually go out and hang out with your friends and go to someone’s house for dinner and stay for a while and talk for two hours. Because people are becoming sopped there because they live in a silo chambers, which is something that I used to do and I got myself out of it. Essentially, you live in your own little world and you just have your bubble and you don’t really socialize with many people because up for the first four years on YouTube.

Well, no, because my partner, I saw her but other than YouTube, and a few of my friends I was just in the silo. I didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t really get out and, and one of the dangerous things is that you can hear something on they can literally rock your world, make your blood pressure go up. That’s really not that big of a deal in the real world online. This everything, oh my god, you know we need to batten down the hatches.

We need to make sure that nothing goes on with the kids. I remember when Trump won – and I was just like this – is some right and I went out into the real world and this Jewish girl opened up the door for me and I was just like we’ll be just fine, but if you live online you don’t have A lot of friends, you don’t have a lot of social interactions. It makes you very mentally weak because your frame of reference in your perspective is being shaped by a narrative that is designed to make you addicted to the Internet, designed to make you buy stuff from the internet designed to encapture you in the Internet.

And this make you spend as much time as possible on a certain platform, and this is where you’re getting everything you’re getting yourself esteem you’re, getting all of this stuff, so just think about this. Now, how do you become mentally strong? I’m going to give you a few tools here. I believe everyone needs some type of meditative practice. You can write that could be a meditative practice. You can actually meditate that can be a meditative practice.

You can sit in a room for 10 minutes a day and decompress that can be a meditative practice. You need some way to download the stress out of your brain and relax, because one of the thing is and understand that a lot of people never get a chance to relax. They never get a chance to chill. They never get a chance to refresh themselves and I’m not talking about taking a vacation where you can take wonderful Instagram photo.

I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about having a situation where, every day you have a practice that reduces your stress and enables you to use your mind more fully. I recommend meditation. If that’s your thing, if not, I recommend journaling every night. Five ten minutes talking about your day, who you are something pick one just pick one, because if you do not do this for yourself, you will be depleted by this society.

That has not your best interest at heart, not none! What not not at all, doesn’t have your best interest at heart. Doesn’t have your building now, one of the things that’s going to make you mentally strong, and I know many people don’t want believe this is people the more that you understand yourself. The more that you understand, other people, the more accepting you’ll, be other people, everything that we do everything that we are somewhere along, the line a person is involved, or it’s going to help us so the better that your communication skills become the better that you’re able To utilize the social narrative in your favor like take Trump people, I got a few Trump articles up and they’re losing their minds and they’re going like you know.

Trump. Eight years, yeah yeah yeah make America great 2020 buh buh buh, buh, buh, buh right and I’m sitting there like you’re, not informed at all, but you, like the narrative, there’s really no point in discussing anything with someone who doesn’t even accept the truth. That’s a lesson. I learned so I just delete their comments and move on, because it’s just pointless too. You can’t have a conversation with someone who doesn’t want to have a conversation if you don’t agree with them, you’re wrong in the story and thats a weakness.

That is a weakness that is going to creep up and capture even Trump himself, because I forget which law it’s one of the 48 laws of power go out amongst the people, do not imprison or wall yourself off from people, and this is what this trumpism silo. Echo chamber has done they’ve walled himself off from other people, another few points, and that is always dangerous always, but one of the things that you also can do to make yourself mentally strong is to engage in five conversations a day with five strangers.

It will feel awkward, it will feel weird. It will feel strange, especially if you’re not used to chatting to people, but what’s going to happen, is you’re going to learn how to open up you’re going to learn how to start conversations and sometimes the path to becoming a billionaire. It’s just about starting a conversation with the right person that opens up so many doors. So that’s one of the things you can do, let’s see what’s going on here.

I don’t really know if I like this setup, because the computer is so far away all right. Thank You, Josh bar Johnny, well charlatan, this dude bakes agent, Jay, pull Stefan for being moderators. Are Richard Branson, the neighbor vent told me this years ago, Navy SEALs were small, they have to be for their mission extremely mentally tough, because what they put those guys true, is ridiculous. Ganja blending.

What you described was my aunt, but she heavy on the 300 point. Good lord 300 pounds good evening Douglas just like when Obama became president all they said was they wanted their own just like when the bum became president and they all they said they wanted their own Obama, and I said what you got on my shelf. I got you, I got you, I got you, she looked good and I got bumble, but she looks like a bubble in real life.

Ganja, the mall, a restaurant, an event there’s so many places, Janet Jackson, we’re like Freddy Jackson, have y’all seen Freddy Jackson lately he is very, very skinny, like crackhead skinny sales, all day long. Many of my college, my colleagues subconsciously, looked down on sales and business people because they did not go through the correct rigors to attain their benefits. That’s funny, Josh barro law, 18 did not build fortresses to protect yourself.

Isolation is dangerous. Thank you. That’s that’s the truth and that’s what a lot of people are doing with these echo chambers Stephan, there’s a New York Times article about how the Supreme Court took away everyone’s right to unionize. Oh, I put that on my page yesterday I put, I mean it was funny because someone’s like well, this was before the Supreme Court before Trump was elected. I said well and then someone else chimed in you know to chump dummy chump.

That’s funny. Trump picked a justice and it’s like yeah you’re right, so you guess in there Brian Lopez I agree with when I was selling insurance. I would have goals of talking with complete strangers and cross it off. My list to do on the bus will challenge myself to go talk to a beautiful girl. I mean one of the things is to make yourself mentally tough to do little things every day, if you’re not used to doing a certain thing.

It’s just not going to happen overnight and if you try to like power up because this is the big thing like this weekend, you know I’m going to work out for six hours, Saturday and Sunday, but I’m going to eat bad Monday through Friday. You cannot outwork a bad diet. I don’t care what you do unless you you’re burning, like 6,000 calories a day and then you’re burning 6,000 calories a day, you’re an amazing shape, because that takes a certain level of mental toughness and dedication to even get to that point.

But little things. If you can meet five people a day which could be challenging depending on where you are, that is 25 people Monday through Friday, that’s 35 people in a week. This 100 is 60 people. In a month you roll you get that nail down. You will always have dates: you’ll always have people to talk to you’ll always have connections. This is one of the the craziest things about this, because you don’t have to approach it from this scorched earth.

I got to get it done this weekend. I got to get it done today. I mean it’s just a little bit each day like up I’m going to talk about this a little bit more, but I’m riding again, which is a struggle, because it’s been so long since I’ve consistently rode every day. I am at the day is Thursday thinking about like six or seven thousand words. I used to be able to do that in a day now. One of the reasons that this is a slow process is, I am the country turn putting my foot in it going to make it really good, and then I’ve got someone editing and stuff there’s actually an assignment in zero to a million and there’s going to be Some more stuff in there and that probably take until tomorrow or this weekend to get that much well done and then we’ll get into the other modules.

But I’m following my own advice. Instead of rushing to get this course done, I’m enjoying the journey I’m having fun with it. There’s a figure they’ll take me about a month to get it done, but it’s going to be extremely helpful to anyone that takes it because it’s not going to be any dis, namby-pamby stuff. No, no! No! No! No! No! No! No! There’s one thing that I upload it, but I forgot to save it, so I got to go home my mother, computer and save it so you can have access to it, but that assignment once the streams over give me about 20 minutes 25 minutes to get home And they’ll be ready.

Let’s see, how do I get my foot in the door with a sales company? Don’t you have courses for that once again, I’ll tell you – and this is a mental challenge. First of all, before you take this challenge, you got to have a very good hustle, eBay, Craigslist, something make you to three grand them off. Then you go out and find a company that you want to work for finally, profit, a product that you want to represent and go find the owner of that company or someone help us say.

Look, I bought your product, I really like it and then actually sell them on you like. I know it does this at this this this. I did this research and hit them over the head I’ll work for three months for free, but I want a commission. That’s how you get into the finer sales organizations today, if you don’t have experience, because if you and you got ta, wear a suit or you gather, wear a suit shirt and tie even if the country, even if the companies cope, even if the company’s culture is Casual you got a dress for the next level, so that’s how you can get one of those sales jobs, because essentially you need to know how to sell some stuff.

You need to go in there and prove yourself Brian. I got a cookie waiting on my desk for my cheat day tomorrow. You know what’s funny when you, when you deprive yourself of these things and when you get those cookies those cookies. The taste of those cookies is like times 100 that the chocolate chips are like. More chewy, they’re they’re, more delectable, it’s something to be said for about holding yourself back from certain things, all right.

So what’s up Carly Contego Lane, I mean I’ve said this several times. This is what you’re going to have to do. If you want to get into one of the finer sales organizations all right, oh did, I think I did it here, cool all right, so this is what’s going on tonight. There will be the first assignment. It’s already done it’s already written and this first assignment is going to take you some time to do.

This is not going to be something that you can do in a few minutes. It’s going to take you a few hours, so that’s going to be there tonight below zero to a million early bird special 150 go ahead and grab that and yeah. That’s that’s the only thing I have for sale right now and, let’s see where are we with this excellent, excellent, excellent? So some reason I despise fried foods lately you never know man, you could be gross growing up.

Okay! Well, that’s all! I have for you now. Let’s talk about tomorrow, tomorrow’s going to be an experiment: it’s going to be a grand experiment, I’m going to have what’s called customer service Friday, there’s a lot of people who have issues who kind of pop in in the chats. So what I’m going to do is, I don’t know if I’m going to do with here, but I’m going to be online for a few hours and it’s going to be a live stream and I’ll just have like something like this up.

Maybe a commercial or something running and then, if you got a problem and it’s just going to be real simple customer service Friday and we’ll work out issues, I may do some special promos. Who knows so that’s what’s going on tomorrow and there will be a disruptive male in the a.M. It’s going to be a burner it’s going to because there’s I’m going to do the other man tomorrow and then I’m going to do most married men are broke.

That’s going to be deep, the one for Saturday is going to be deep. I don’t know if I’m going to do that one serious Sunday, because I may do that one Sunday we’ll see cuz. I got a lot of them queued up, but tomorrow you will get your first customer service Friday, so I’m going to test it out, I’m going to do a lot of wild stuff, so we will see all right. Gentlemen, you have your marching orders go below you! Zero to a million course early, very special 150 first assignment will be there tonight and I will catch you good dudes in the a.
